Be Carefull. While it is convenient be aware that if you use it to pay the first 2/3 hours in Philly. Hours 4-6 are double the price and triple after that. Also it may limit you to only the 2/3 hour period and you will need to move out of the zone. Best advice is to pay using your credit card for the first 2/3 hours. Take a photo of the zone number so if you need to extend you can pay remotely. Also if you get back to your vehicle you can stop the meter and pay less than the original amount. The catch with that is if you “stop” the meter but then try to restart it it won’t let you and you again need to move to a different zone.

FIX APP ASAP OR ELSE IM GETTING A TICKET. I used this app everyday successfully for the past 6 months and pay for parking as I get on the train at Fox Chase. Well today it gave me a promo for free parking but it will not confirm my parking session. I keep getting an error message! IDC ABOUT the free parking at this point and there’s no option to let me pay.....either ways I’m getting a ticket since I’ve already left my parking station since I’m on the train now!! PLS FIX ASAP so I can pay right away and not get a ticket. I deleted and redownloded the app....same error... will not be using this app ever again if I get a ticket because the app stopped working. SMH....

Love. I love this app so much. I like that I can stop it when I’m done parking and I don’t waste money. This is the best think they could have come up with. I like that it also lets you extend your time even though I haven’t used it myself yet. I totally recommend this app.

Over charges. The first time you pay for your spot it charges the regular amount. If you need to renew, it charges you DOUBLE PLUS the original amount. If you need to renew again... it charges TRIPLE PLUS DOUBLE PLUS the original amount. For example I was in a 2 hour max spot so I had to renew every 2 hours. The first time I paid it charged my car $6. Then I went to renew it and it charged my card a separate $12, with the $6 still there. Then I had to renew one more time and it charged my card $18 plus $12 plus $6.

easy to use, accurate. It feels like the developer put time and resources into making this app easy to use. I think they should do one more round of testing. They should watch someone like my mom or dad use the app to work out the last remaining kinks. But what I really mean is that this app is nearly perfect. It is a truly excellent and easy to use app.

Easy App to Park. Just downloaded this due to a broken kiosk and set it up in a matter of minutes. Knowing there will be no ticket on my car when I leave is priceless!

Best Street Parking. This app has saved me so much money, time, and the headaches of dealing with “The Philadelphia Parking Authority” since they are known to regularly ruins people’s days over technicality’s this app is essential if traveling or living in the city and especially if you hope to find philadelphia street parking! Traffic tickets happen everywhere but for some reasons the parking authority in philadelphia is particularly known to be more aggressive with handing out parking tickets, it’s most likely because they must make BANK seeing as though they have many employees in many neighborhoods at the ready with nothing else to do but wait for your meter to run out! This would be so useful to philadelphia to have people dedicated to improving the streets, however if you travel or live in the city you know the state of the streets, there’s a pot hole epidemic, if the philadelphia parking authority provided improvements to the streets or parking spaces (which are a complete mess), I must have missed them. I also don’t think people would be so hostile towards the parking authority if they actually were helpful and had better customer service. So if you have a nice car park in a garage hands down. If you’re adventurous and daring enough to street park you need MeterUP! Five star app!

Please fix history and text notifications. I just used the app for a parking session and I wasn’t notified that my time was up so I got a ticket. Just went to settings to enable text notifications but when I exit the page and go back my changes ARE NOT SAVED. Also my history is not showing up. I called and they said to delete and reinstall the app. I did this but the new app still has same issues.

NICE!!!. I really like this app I can see that they did a lot off detailed work on this app. at first I didn’t think it was really going to work I put it to the test when I was at the hospital with the birth of my grandson at a center city hospital where parking is very costly! So I put in a few coins knowing my time was limited so I took down the codes that’s on the machine and when I knew my time was up I told my daughter I’m going to give this a try but I told her I bet when I get to my car i’m going to have ticket. I left the hospital and walked up to my car and to my surprise no ticket!!! sweet!! I been using this app every since. it will only charge you for the time used. nice addition I do have one problem I don’t like is the FEE!!! really...🤨

Very nice! Does the job!. I use this exclusively for parking in the city. Maybe use once a week! Lived in city my whole life had a car for a year very nice. The app works all the time. Have not gotten a ticket and finding my kiosk is easy!!!

Great app overall. While I do like the app (very convenient), I couldn’t give it 5 stars as after their update, you cannot see past seasons unless you start a new parking session???? Basically, you canny see what you’ve paid unless you pay more. That’s just wrong logic. I should be able to see my history without “paying” for it. Also, you still get notifications that your session is about to expire even if you stopped the session.

Meter up. This a great service. No need to wait in line. Not having to worry about having exact change. The best is being able to pay for the parking while on the train!

App Work n Don’t Work. Unfortunately this app doesn’t always work. And if you leave before your session ends it doesn’t always allow you to stop it.

Feature needs to be added. I got a ticket because I mistakenly had my boyfriends car set as my main car one day. Paid for parking and got a ticket and realized I didn’t pay for my car but his instead. If people have more than 1 car on their account the app should ask them which car they would like to start a parking session for... please and thank you

Defense against the PPA. So far this app has saved me from the worst parking authority in the country—Philadelphia’s. This app lets me pay while I’m far from the meter, and prevents this awful organization from hawking over my car to give me a ticket. Also, I am pretty sure this only charges me for the time I’m actually parked there. They’ve made millions from overpayments in the city. If the app fails me, I’ll be sure to change my review, but for now, I hope everyone in Philly gets the app.

Failed to function as expected horrible customer service. The app failed to notify me at the appropriate time that my meter was about to expire. I verified my setting were correct and it was set up to notify me in the app and through email. The time my parking expired was 1:21 and it was supposed to notify me 15 minutes prior to that. I received the email at 1:15, but only gave me six minutes notice. In addition the app itself never notified me. I had my phone in front of me on a table and no notification came through. When I decided to go to the app to see how much time is remaining is simply said no activity. There was nothing that said your recent parking expired there was no way for me to view my history, which was a glitch in the app. The way the app was formatted on the screen of my phone was faulty. If after manually closing the app it worked...for a while. The menu at the top of the app was cut off on my phone and I couldn’t use it. As a result I received a parking ticket because I was nine minutes late getting back to my car. The app did not notify me and that when I looked at the app it didn’t say anything about my recent activity so I could determine how much time was left or if my time was in fact, up. I sent a message to customer service through the app and over a week later I got a response which referred me to their terms and conditions and essentially told me that they’re not responsible for their app working as intended.

Visiting Philly. App works good. Hotel we were staying in had no parking and said they tow cars at 8am sharp and to park in the lot down the corner for $30 a day, cause the PPA will tow cars at 8am sharp. They didn’t mention this app or how the parking worked. We were leaving around 9 or 10 am anyway so to walk out and pay $30 for parking would have sucked for 5 days we were here. So I would wake up load my parking section add the 2 hours for $5.40 and didn’t even have to get out of bed. Saved a $120 .....I Was thinking the hotel was trying to get us to park in that lot as maybe they own it and just trying to get another tourist!!

Terrible set-up. Poorly designed. First experience was ridiculous - followed all prompts to park and repeatedly had to sign in - once to app and suddenly redirected to. Website to sign in again. Then I put in payment method - Apple Pay not available so went through signing into PayPal. Back to app - lost all my parking info so start from scratch. Put in parking info, suddenly I need to put in car info. Did that. Reset - start again. Put in parking info, asked to pay, and suddenly Apple pay is an option! So why did you demand my PayPal info? Terrible.

“No Bad...”. **This app needs a comprehensive list of available parking (not just favorites), in order to find the most desired and available parking on the day in say, Center City Philadelphia, for instance; especially including motorcycles specific zones. Also, I can’t change the nickname of the vehicle if the vehicle is currently “parking”. Lastly, parking is for the city to cash-in on obstructive and restrictive parking; NOT to “cash out” financial hardship in an actual game of where to park by confusion. Hope this helps.**

No more worries that I won’t make it back to the car in time!. How many of us have run back to the car, only to find a freshly-laid ticket on the windshield, or worse, a meter person writing a ticket as you are standing there? With Meter Up, you get an alert when the meter is about to expire, and can add money from your location without breaking a sweat. Its awesome!

Full of bugs that cost you money. DONT RELY ON THIS APP. The concept of this app is great, but the implementation is full of bugs and those bugs may cost you money. My buddy took me to Philly and used this app to put money on the meter so that it would notify him when time was almost up. His phone was on and operational the entire time because he was looking up where to get food right before it expired; he revived no notifications from the app about the meter expiring. Later the same day he tried to pay for parking in a different zone: he set the time and tapped to pay and put it in his phone and put it out of his mind. He goes to check how much time is left ~20 min later and sees that his payment didn't seem to register and the app has no record of the activity. Now he has over $70 in traffic tickets. Save yourself the money - just use the kiosk.

New download, very impressed!!. Just downloaded this app for the first time because parking meter did not print my ticket. Signing up, adding my card, and paying for my parking was so simple it was ridiculous. I look forward to using this app again

This App Gets Worse and Worse. I like the idea of using an app to pay for parking but these developers are the worst. I used it on Wednesday then tried again on Friday and all my info was gone. I wasted 10 minutes trying to set things up again and finally realized the app had randomly signed me out. It didn’t ask me to sign in the way a normal app would. I was late for an appointment and ended up just paying on the street

Customer service is horrible. I received 2 parking tickets 2 times I used the app. Both times I got the tickets my app timer still had over 20 mins left for parking. It is very difficult to find a person to talk to and you do get someone on the phone they are rude and keep asking the same questions over and over and then tell you they have to transfer you to another person to do the explanation over again only to tell you they don’t know why and you have to call another number. They would not tell me what this new number was. Then you call the local parking authority and they tell you to call meterUP

Need for an update. Although this app is quite convenient, It does not allow users to park in the same zone consecutively. I should be able to park in the same zone for as long as I can pay for it. I have received several tickets because I could not get to my car in due time and the app would not allow me to park in that same zone. The error message is usually “you cannot park in this zone, find another zone”. I hope this is fixed. Other than that, I love the app

Expensive and difficult to use. I experienced some issues when I used it this past weekend during a salon visit in Philly. I did not realize the pricing doubles when you extend time! I paid $6.80 for 4 hours when the price should have only almost half that! I thought the extended price was the total however it was showing that I needed to pay additional. Before I went to extend the third time, I set a reminder BUT my phone did not alert me! When I went to pay for my spot again, the price shot up to just under $7 for me to keep my spot. Absolute rip off! I’ll never use this metered parking service again! There were others that I have used in the past that are fair and don’t rip you off! I had to move my car and luckily a free parking spot emptied for me. It was not convenient to run out of a salon, hair looking crazy to find a spot either!

It’s ok. There’s days when the app will give you trouble, won’t except payment or will forget all your “favorite” locations when you go to park. But generally it works (minus all the new pop ups they have alerting you of parking zones and hours that aren’t normally applicable to the zone your parking in). Biggest rip off is that it costs you more money to use the app than it would to use the actual kiosk. It’s the credit charging fee- which I’m sure they could get waved if they spoke to the credit card companies. Overall, it’s worth the download especially because when it rains the kiosks only take credit cards and reject all cash. There’s also times when the kiosks are down completely and the app is the only way to park or you’ll get a ticket from one of the PPA stalking your car to write a ticket the very minute your meter expires even though they’re supposed to wait 2-5 minutes depending on the zone.

Difficult to prove you paid after receiving a ticket. Works great until you get a ticket. Paid using the app, got a ticket, contested and was told i need to show proof. Took screen shots of my parking session from the history. However this information fails to include the license number. Okay. Contact meter up, they send you to park mobile to login in online and view your history, but this is a different site and when you login it shows no history. It’s a rip off, no way to prove you paid in a way to satisfy the city. PPA continues to win. Paid 12 to park plus the ticket fee almost $50 dollars for 2hrs. Unacceptable and intentional way to make more money off paying customers.

Up charge scam. The fact that the company who owns this app (wether it’s the ppa or the city of Philadelphia Idk) double and TRIPLE charge people if you need more time on the meter is disgusting. I understand it being a little more expensive for the “convenience “ but you should be ashamed of yourselves. Working around the Penn area is I’m possible to park and you price gouge people who are just trying to make it to work. You can use the excuse that you do it so other people can park but I call bullsh**. You do it because people sometimes have no other option than to pay your outrageous fees. I avoid using this app whenever I can but days like today when I have to use it leaves me feeling so ripped off.

Good and bad. It’s great using this when you park and you need to pay quickly. However I imagine it makes it easier for the meter maids to see when your meter will expire from a distance!

Got a ticket due to a glitch — thanks a lot!. I live in Philadelphia as a student and use this app often when I am in Center City or Manayunk, usually without fail. Until today, it would’ve been a 5-star app; but apparently one small error the app made is now going to cost me $36, which I can’t afford to be dishing out when I was in belief that I had paid for my parking. The app asked for my authorization for Apple Pay and had seemingly gone through, only for me to come and find a ticket on my windshield. There is not a single record, in my emails or within the app, of the transaction that I had authorized with my fingerprint and now I owe the city money for a ticket that should have never been issued.

Fast and convenient. Beats fumbling around with a parking meter (the kind that takes your money or card and gives you a receipt. And you get a reminder when time is running out!

Worst App Ever Created. You can no longer upload a card. Why? You have use either masterpass (which isnt accepting new users at this time), Two other options that some people dont have or the wallet which automatically takes money out of your account whenever it drops below the mandatory minimum of $25. Not to mention the app's loading capabilities are horrible. It never remembers my login and it makes me jump through hoops to assign a new car. Just make the app able to accept credit/debit and fix the database issues.

Perfect perfect perfect, a must in Philly. If live, work, or visit Philly often, you must get this app. The fact that I can sit in my car and pay for my parking without taking money or credit card out of my pocket is fantastic! The safety issue alone is enough to get this app, not to mention the convenience of not having to return to the meter or kiosk to add money or only pay for the amount of time used instead of giving the PPA more money then they deserve. I like the Apple Pay feature, it’s the easiest form of payment. It’s just a well thought out app. There will be those folks who will complain, but half the time they don’t know how to use an app and and then use the app as an excuse for their lack of knowledge. Anyway, thank you for this. It’s going to save me both time and money.

Forty percent charge!!!. I started to use this app and was shocked at the forty percent premium the app charged. Are you kidding? I may use the app if I don’t have any cash on hand but until you stop your confiscatory charges I will still have a reservoir of change somewhere in my car. Why so greedy?

Finally Philly provides something Superb!. I was a little skeptical with this app when I first used it a few weeks ago because I was not sure whether the parking authority will still issue me a ticket even though I have paid via this app. They have been issued wrong tickets before with the paid receipts sitting on my dashboard. Anyway, this app is very easy to use & turned out fine. It even returned the time/money when I leave easily. A little extra processing fee though. A total peace of mind.

Couldn’t sign in. Everything was working fine. But after I extend my time. I can’t sign back in again. It keep asking for the password and I keep putting the write one then it said invalid email or password. Can’t even sign with my Touch ID. Can’t check how much time can’t end my session. I have Internet and it’s running fine. Really disappointing

Great parking app!. Easy to use and I save money because I can terminate the parking session and only pay for the time used. You can also set favorites for the spots where you frequently park which makes setting up a session even easier.

No Support Info. I will begin by saying that I got a ticket because I put in the wrong zone number when I used the app. I will admit that was user/my error. When I went to dispute the ticket a couple months later (I completely forgot about it til I was cleaning my car), I went to my parking history and saw the payment was no longer in my account history. Fine. But here I am now searching the Internet high and low for customer service for the app to get me the info from when I paid in the app so I can dispute the ticket. No customer service info on the app.

Love it. I am not very up on technology. I wanted to have dessert but time was running out. My very nice waiter help me get the ap and put in extra time on my meter so that I could enjoy dessert. Sooooo easy to use. I love it.

Works well. Make sure you put the right license plate number in. App works well for me after a tough start. I was getting tickets while using the app and it turns out, after three tickets and a week of trying to figure out why, I discovered I had put the wrong license plate number in by one number. Double check you enter your info right!

I keep getting logged out. But to dispute a ticket is easier.. You guys keep logging me out! That’s annoying especially as I’m in a hurry oftentimes and don’t have time to be messing around with an app which is suddenly not recognizing a password that I’ve forgotten—because you now have this “foolproof” fingerprint scan!!! Please do something with that! On the brighter side, I KNEW my ticket was unjust. I simply took the ticket they had cited me for, and screen snapped the times in which I was covered by meter up. When the courts asked for proof to cite in contesting the ticket, it was easy to use the screen cap to justify my issue. So while i didn’t at all care for getting ticketed while I was under that halo of protection from y’all, I got justice after several months of waiting for it to process. —But right now, for instance I can’t even log into my account once I paid, and now can’t issue a STOP payment on it when I get outta the parking space. (I was sent a confirmation email about a successful payment.) So one of the best features on it (being able to not pay for time you don’t use!) is disabled—strictly because you guys just somehow kicked me off of the thing. Ugh.

Ticket. I got a ticket bc for some reason the app failed to work. I called and called, as I’ve used the app so many times and was sure they could at least see the attempt and help me in some way. Nope, they could not have cared less. I lost the 6 bucks for parking and got a ticket. BS. I was just contacted to say “contact meter up I’m sure they can help you.” An email I can’t reply to no less, and as I mentioned I already did and they did nothing. When the app works it’s great, but if it doesn’t just one time you’re going to get a ticket and they will say that’s your problem not theirs. It is unreliable and they do not back up their app by rectifying when the app has a glitch. Be careful out there y’all!!!

Double payment!?. I love this app and how convenient it makes parking around the city. However I’ve notice on multiply occasions where my time has expired and I want to extend the parking. The rate to park the same amount of time is always double. I work as a contractor around the city so I am parked at one spot for 2-4 hours at a time. And it’s outrageous to park on the street for 2 hours for $12. I’m not sure if this is intentional or not. Either way it needs to be rectified.

Some suggestions. Would appreciate if the app asked you to confirm the car as one more step, as this is the information PPA uses. It’s easy to mindlessly pay in the app without realizing you’re not in your usual car and get a ticket that way. I think one extra click would be better than accidentally forgetting!

Has Flaws. The app is inconsistent... I just received an email stating my time was about to expire 10 minutes AFTER it expired. I feel this was one of its greatest features- the ability to be notified and add time. This has happened to me three times in the last two weeks(I use it almost daily); and once I got a ticket!!

Great app. I love this app. I don’t have to carry around tons of change anymore or park and realize I don’t have any change. You can set alarms that let you know when the meter is about to expire. You can add money enjoying a drink instead of running back to the car. I am looking forward to it being available in more areas. Great app!!

Good but expensive. This app is super handy and I love that you can extend the amount of time that you need to park remotely. However, they charge you 40 cents every time you do, which is pretty steep if you are using this on a daily basis. They also charge 40 cents when you extend the parking (not just for the initial parking initiation) which isn’t too cool. They also do not list very publicly that they are charging you extra when you start to park which is problematic.

When I am training personal training clients are use this app all the time.. App is very easy to use and what I like if you can stop parking when you are done and it saves money in the long run. I use it when I am training clients all around the city. Chris Vtrainers personal training

Decent - could use a few tweaks. Overall a good app, but the interface could use a little work - not as intuitive as it could be with the number of screens required to kickoff a session - the button locations could be better too.

Update system. I have gotten 4 tickets with this app. Extremely frustrated. It’s not as convenient as it should be. Pls fix it.

Convenient parking. I would like to give a thumbs up to Parking Authority because they finally got one thing right.

Great app. Haven’t been to Philly in a while. Parked and saw the meters didn’t work but had instructions about the app. Super easy and convenient!!

Does the job mostly. When it works, after set up, it is simple and easy to use. When it doesn't, support is basically non-existent.

Worthless-You will get ticketed. Was at a concert in Philly, and it only allows you to add up to 4 hours of park time so I set up a reminder alert to add more time/funds to my meter. When I went back on to add more time and pay, it gave me an alert saying I could not pay for back-to-back parking sessions and I would have to move my car. Obviously I was unable to leave in the middle of a concert, and I came out to a $36 parking violation. WORTHLESS

Rip off. Paid for parking with the app as I was leaving my car (read the kiosk number from the sign posted above). I happened to see police notices taped over the kiosk payment area restricting parking. Called customer service and told no way to get refund for my payment even though I had to move my car and pay to park elsewhere. Would give negative stars if possible.

Does not sync with PPA. I have gotten THREE tickets after paying in this app! Now I have to take time out of my day to dispute these tickets and provide bank info to the parking company. This app USED to be flawless now it’s completely USELESS if I am still getting a ticket after paying for parking! Please fix this!

Great for getting tickets. I’ve used the app to pay for parking 5 times. I was issued a parking ticket the last 2 times. I did everything perfectly. I would absolutely NOT recommend using the meter up app.

🙌🏾. Very convenient and easy to pay great way to avoid tickets

Doesn’t save your payment method. For some reason, the payment method needs to be input repeatedly- not every time, but most of the time. Very frustrating

Trash App. Unreliable, with seemingly a different bug every month. Currently, my account while still active, has lost literally all other information: contact, car, saved payments. It’s all gone, and still not working after deleting the app and attempting to re-enter my information. (Simply says “there was an error adding your vehicle). Absolute garbage

Very convenient. I’ve used this app twice in the last week and I love it. It’s so convenient, especially when I don’t have any change.

Well THAT was easy!. Could that have been any easier! Those kiosks are just the worst! Thanks for making that so easy!

Rip off. I’m ok with a translation fee but double the fare for extending the time?! That’s just wrong!!! If I knew, I’d rather buy the paper ticket at the kiosk instead.

Convenient but. Impossible to change your credit card on the app

They got me a ticket.... My first time using this app and I got a ticket! I paid with pay pal and 30 Min later I went to check and o head a 36 dollar ticket in my windshield! I did everything necessary to pay , tapped the pay tab several time and nothing finally it seemed like it went thru. 30 minutes later I had a ticket on my windshield!

Hard to use. Asks for password and does not recognize it when you enter. No way to erase your data and start over. Don’t know who designed this app but it looks like it is very bush league. I hope the security part works. Hope these problems can be corrected. Thank you.

Awesome. No more scrambling for quarters to feed the meter or rushing to make it to your car to feed the meter you can feed your meter at the comfort of your own space and know your car will not be ticketed.

Meter Up is an easy and awesome service. Meter Up is easy to use and I store all of my vehicles!

Convenience and Ease. Once parked, I looked up and saw the parking area number on a nearby sign. I didn’t even need to get out of my car to complete the sign in.

Easy to use. So glad I don’t have to stand at the machine and wait for it do the transaction

2 times in a row I got a ticket. I’ve used this app several times and it shows that it’s backed by the PPA. I don’t understand why they can’t see it’s paid and they still site you for an expired meter or no valid ticket. The only good thing is it shows my history so I can dispute the ticket which takes 3 months. Please figure this out it’s really convenient to use but doesn’t seem to function properly.

Better to use the meter. The app alerts every meter maid in the vicinity that your parking is about to expire-- in other words, they are waiting nearby and within two minutes to expiring, are already issuing a ticket. You can use the app at first, then the price jumps up. Not good if you are watching every penny. Did you know an annual parking permit is $35? If you are like me, in an area with almost no parking, the only solution is to ditch the car. Philly is vicious against drivers. Too many cars, makes sense. (Cents, too) But the app is particularly nasty bc it is about supporting the city/ them, and not you!

Parking convenience. I was able to park and pay for parking without leaving the car while I waited for my son in the Post Office.

I love this app. Omg I’m loving this app saves me from missing my train and I can always check it through out the day if I need to. No more running out to pay the meter before the train leaves!! - Fox Chase train station user.

Getting charged. On two occasions this week, I have been charged for two full hours of parking although I only parked for 45 minutes. I ended my parking session on the app as I always have expecting a smaller payment; however, when I looked at my bank statement, a $2.39 charge was $5.40. What’s wrong with the app?

Great. This meter saves time where you don’t have to look for change

worth it!. I hate coming into downtown Philly only because of parking. This app eases some of the pain if you’re lucky enough to find a space in a “zone.” Once parked, the app works very well by letting you track your meter and extend time if needed.

Beware of Surge Pricing. I was parked in center city, and was paying $3 an hour. I went to extend 2 more hours and they wanted me to pay $18. I walked out to the street to the kiosk, and it was still $6 for two hours. Great app, just be on the lookout for the unusual price hikes.

Very easy to use.. I like this app. It is very easy to use and holds the information on all of my cars I just have to choose which one I am parking each time

Allows a stop time. I love that you can choose an amount of time to park, and should you return to your car early, you can end your session and get a little money back.

Need to let everyone know that they need be notified. I had my change ready to put into the meter get to my doctors appointment I didn’t even need my coins so I was late to my doctors appointment and I was not very happy I missed my appointment and had to reschedule

Apple Watch app?. It would be great if you made an app to use with Apple Watch, so we could receive notifications and extend parking time right from the watch.

Horrible: I received 2 parking tickets because of this buggy app. If you have two cars saved in your profile it will switch your car selection to default car when using Apple Pay and paying with a non default credit card. This happens consistently with this app and you can end up paying for the wrong car and getting ticketed.

Almost always great. Give yourself a cushion if your going to be away from your car when you use it. You might find yourself sprinting threw downtown philly trying to get to the real meter before the 8am meter maid papers up your car. When it works, I love it.

Easy. It’s perfect and and tickets just make sure you put in the right tag number, I made that mistake before lol

Great, but needs watch support. Great app. Does exactly what I need it to do. One huge missing feature is lack of Apple Watch app. Would be great for us LTE Watch users who may go out without a phone on us

Easy. Easy and extremely convenient to use.

Old school. Took me 6 quarters before I realized how this works but it’s awesome after I figured it out. Saves in looking for change. Love it

Session disappeared, got a ticket. Not the first time I paid for a session and then when I opened the app back up, there was no active session and my car had a ticket. Expensively annoying.

Unreliable and frustrating. I have had a Park Mobile acct for ages and used it w no issues. Sine merging w MeterUP my log in is frequently not recognized on either app. When it does I will get a text from MeterUP and an email from ParkMobile. This shouldn’t be so hard to manage! After setting parking successfully w MU I tried to check my remaining time and it wouldn’t recognize my log in🤯

Improving.... I made the mistake of using the old version of the app. Things worked better once I deleted the old one and replaced with the new one.

First time user. LoveI It!! Used it for the first time in Philadelphia where parking is a PITA! No running around trying to move my car or pump the meter.

TRASH SCAMMER. I GOT SCAMMED so What Was I pay for my meter app in DC Doe the Max’s time 3 hours But when I come back to stop it at 1 hour It’s won’t let me stop this is a scam App and TRASH DONT ever do it In DC THIS APP IS NOT TRUST ABLE Also I use this app In PA And it would let me stop

App won’t leave Dynamic Island. This app works ok most of the time but everytime I park the app constantly remains in the dynamic island. Closing the app does nothing. Turning off notifications does nothing. The only way to remove it is to delete the app.

Setup issue. Had to add my cc 3 times to get it correct. I can only assume I had some data entry error, but could not view or edit the card. Also since I was recreating the same card, the reference of the last 4 numbers is the same. Typo is a common failure, should be less painful to address

Too long to set up quickly. Too long to set up quickly for an appointment

Very easy. This app is much better than having to search for change. Very easy to use.

Need an upgrade. They just take your money even though you’ve already received a ticket. The app suddenly has no way of displaying that someone has already have a ticket while you’re still paying on the app. Only 2 stars because they do respond and I haven’t had issues until now

Parking meter. I like having the app and using it. We do not get a printed ticket to put in the car, so how do the cops know you paid for parking. Was my first time using unless I did something wrong.
