Ridiculous and confusing Plus. You should be able to choose the actual amount of time you’ll be parking.

Zone. You put 4 digit Zone #’s on the map but I don’t see a zone # posted anywhere near the lot or pay station. Am I not seeing them?

Clearwater...can’t change length of time!!!. You cannot change the length of time. It charges you the max so paid $25 for parking. Boo!

Always 12 hours?. Could not change the allotted time I parked. From the other reviews, this is an issue everyone experiences. Why pay for 12 hours when I’m only in downtown for lunch with a friend for a max 2 hours. Smh. The world is greedy and it’s sad.

Update app!. Please add an option to select the amount of time you actually want to park for. No one wants to pay for the MAX TIME when we only need 30mins. Future users please pay at the kiosk, because the app is not very intuitive. I had to pay $25 when I only needed 2hrs. 😡

Needs more testing. Developers are sleeping on this app. My iPhone 8 and my girlfriends iPhone XR both can not change the duration of our parking at any location (in Tampa). The view is cut off about halfway up the screen. Used parkmobile instead.

Review. JUST. DON’T. DO. IT. Instantly drained my battery. Wanted all my information. Wouldn’t allow the user to choose how long the parking would be (wanted to charge me for 14 hours and couldn’t be changed).

Rip OFF Near Clearwater. The Indiv running this platform are ripping people off. The duration provided in the app are 4,6,8 hours-why not one hour increments? Then you are directed to a non existent attendant blocks away from where you park. Ridiculous.

Horribleness. I consider myself a fairly advanced user of apps and I’ve never had a problem using an app before except through this one What a rip off. There is no way to change the time so it will try to charge you the max time. There’s no way to tell if this is a feature or if it’s just really poorly programmed. Is there something I’m missing? I’d like to park in a spot without paying for more time than I need

Extortion. Could not change the duration of my parking, so was forced to pay the full amount when I did not need to. Fix your app please and I would like a refund.

No refunds. Beware they don’t make it clear at all that if you reserve a spot and then cancel that you WILL NOT be refunded your money. I just needed to change my reservation, so I cancelled it to create a new one, when canceling it said nothing about not refunding you until I searched through the app’s faq so I lost $20 and can’t even use that money towards rebooking. Complete rip off

App is junk. Wouldn’t scan the QR and then said zone wasn’t found. Then wouldn’t let me decrease parking time. It’s scamming people.

Overcharged. The app won’t let me change the time of parking. I had to pay for 9 hours versus 2 hours. I am an apple user.

Must not show on the parking enforcement app. I’ve received two tickets even though it’s been paid via the app. Not sure what the disconnect is with this app to what the parking meter person looks at but something isn’t working properly.

Overpriced parking on a Wednesday. Lot sure why but we had to pay 40 bucks this morning. Not cool. The machine was not working.

Annoying. I am sick and tired of this app randomly not working. It will work fine and then randomly will not allow me to input my card information and park. Then my account was locked for absolutely no reason. I tried using my FACE and it locked me out saying “unauthorized”. How is my face unauthorized? This has happened with this app AND their ParkMobile app Now I have to sit at the crappy 717 pay station that barely even works and be late to work because it takes 10min for it to go through. Fix this app. Now.

Old Tech. Continually times out, before finally working Go pay some old guy (me) to watch your car!

Changing the Time. The 1st time I used this app it was very quick and easy. The 2nd time, while checking out it wouldn’t let me change the length of time that I’ll be parking. It was set at 10hrs and wouldn’t let me change it to 2hr. I didn’t need or want 10hrs but ended up paying for it because it wouldn’t let me change the time 🙄

What a joke. First time using the app returned to a 35$ fine and still had over 2 hours left that I had paid for. Called their 800 number got a voicemail

Easy Way to Pay for Parking in Tampa. Awesome App for Downtown Tampa and Ybor City market. Very easy to download and process payment without having to wait in a line to pay a machine

Bad layout. Duration screen is cut off. Makes choosing duration confusion because you think there are more options below.

Terrible service, charges unprompted, no way to contact support. Tried to use this app when their machines on the spot were broken. Entered my info, but never approved the final purchase of parking, as I decided to leave. Received an email informing me that I had been charged. When I followed their email instructions, I received another email that I could no longer get help that way and I had to go to their site. I did that, and you can’t log in via Safari. Unable to contact any help. No phone. Terrible app interface. Confusing. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Rip off. They make you take the max time.. They make you take the max time. They made me pay for 5 hours even though I needed only 1. Rip off!

Adjust Minimum. Please provide an update where we can select the duration of time, where the minimum duration isn’t 6 hours. Please allow 10 minute intervals or hour intervals at the minimum. Other than that, great app, easy to use Thank you

Scam. App doesn’t let you change the duration of parking and it charges for the FULL possible time of 5 or 6 hours. Greedy 717 doesn’t want to fix a simple bug. Save your money and park in the street. Same app btw from the city of tampa and it lets you adjust the time you actually need to park for.

Changes. The app only allows you to choose the maximum amount of time it does not allow you to choose an hour to your required to take 10 hours at a time for maximum charge

Actually super helpful. We arrived to the parking lot for a concert and there was a long line just to pay. They had a sign saying to down load the app so I did so we can ski the line. I put all the info in and payed within a minute. We did end up paying 30 cents more but whatever. Lol they also tell you how much time you have left at your parking and if you forget where you parked, you can just find the zone you typed in and guide you back to your parking lot. Very helpful!

Overcharged. Would it allow me to change amount of time for parking. Changed for max amount of time and unable to change.

Couldn’t change duration. Ripped off for not allowing me to reduce time from 15 hours! I had a lunch date with best friend. But beats getting a ticket! Awful!

Parking duration. I only needed an hour worth of parking but wasn’t given the option to change the timeframe but instead had to pay for 8 hours...

Can’t adjust time. I had to pay for 14 hours of parking when I only needed 3 which made it incredibly expensive for no reason. Can’t adjust the amount of time needed on the app or the pay station.

Pay for your public parking!. This company has ruined Tampa parking by buying up every open parking lot to nickel and dime residents to park anywhere. Parking lots, garages, even street parking. Wish I could leave a lower rating.

Horrible!. Someone decided to block our car in. There was no way we could go forward or back. The ‘manager’ was NOT at all helpful. He seemed to be protecting the driver that blocked us in. He finally called a tow truck to move the car, but he just ended up putting the car in another spot. We didn’t even get our money refunded. Totally ridiculous.

Bad bug. I can’t change the parking duration. It’s making me pay for the maximum limit which is like $50. I’m only here for 30min. Garbage app

B-E-W-A-R-E. After downloading the app and adding my info and the 4 hrs I wanted to park, I received two emails from 717 and left the car in the lot. When I returned a few hours later, I drove home yet halfway there saw something white fluttering under my windshield wiper. When I arrived home that white notice said I owed $40! After calling the # on the paper, I was told “this happens a lot.” The bill was reduced to $15, yet when I went online to pay it $5 more was added. The $10 spot turned into $20 and a lot of wasted time and a lot of grief.

Payment information should not be required to use this app. It’s a statutory violation.. When parking is free for the first hour or two, payment information should not be required to use this app. This vendor has the capacity to ticket if parking was not paid for the duration of time the vehicle was parked. I’ve requested in writing the Florida statute from 717 which requires payment information to receive the free parking, and I’m still awaiting that statute.

Horrible. Sorry but from my experience horrible. Was in the Tampa area and decided to give this app a shot. No option to choose amount of time, paid for set time that would end at midnight. Couldn’t add additional time after. Wasn’t risking getting cited so went to a city parking area, a lot cheaper and for 24 hours. Tried canceling account and can’t from app. Credit card info can’t be erased. Tried contacting company by email and after a couple of weeks got a reply that they’ll be working on deleting the account. Almost a week since and account with credit card info still remains. 0 stars if possible (app is basically a middle man and has nothing to do with parking locations from my understanding)

Orlando Ramirez. No consistency a friend who is parked in the same lot got a four hour rate for $1.35 and I was not able to change my time limit and had to pay rest of the day parking at $8.35 terrible

Password security requirements are garbage. When it shows I’ve completed all the requirements I still get an error saying that I need to meet all the password requirements.

Rip-off. Good app but a one star for a simple reason: they automatically charge you for the entire day event if you stay for only 10 min. Modify the app and you will see more positive reviews

Big Scam Company, History of Money Laundering. Payed to park and they still issue “Parking Notice” for $45. This is why I don’t do business with 717. Even if they’re the valet service at a restaurant, I would not trust these crooks in my car. First the parking lot has “by the hour parking” posted but instantly charges you 20$ for All Day. I should have walked away at that point. But for the sake of convenience I took the chance and payed the 20$. I even put my receipt on display on the dash in clear view. The irony here, the photo they took of the “parking citation” they placed under my windshield wiper clearly shows the paid receipt. 🤦🏻‍♂️ So is it a scam or do they just employ idiots? You be the judge!!! With the history they have it’s hard to believe it’s a mistake. In perfect conclusion, the “genius” the decided to write the “parking notice” didn’t even enter the correct license plate. 🤣😂

Do NOT waste your time!. This app is rigged to make you pay for a full day of parking (which is $20.65).... I literally paid that price for an HOUR worth of parking. The app hindered my scrolling to pick a different duration. I rather get my car towed (jk 😂) But seriously, it’s not worth it.

Do not use. This is a SCAM. I utilized this app to pay for parking, followed the instructions, entered the correct information, used the GPS enabled app to pay $10.00 for parking and had well over 6 hours left on the “meter” yet I received a $35.00 citation. ALL of the information on the citation, including the “zone” and tag number matched EXACTLY what was still ticking on the app. It’s obvious they just issue citations hoping people will just pay the fines. ZERO help from customer service either. I will be contacting the BBB & the City of Tampa to dispute this company and hope others do the same. Scam.

Duration. Hated the parking couldn’t change the duration this system is horrible

Scam. You pay for parking then they claim you didn’t and threaten collection action again you. I will be referring this fraud to the City and the state

My Recommendation is to Avoid Them. I would recommend avoiding patronizing this group. I was attending a conference in Ybor City and was under the impression that parking was provided in the lot across the street which was run by 717. It was not and they assessed an unreasonably punitive fee for the mistake. Instead of ~$10.50 I was charged $15+$40+5... $60 total. I reached out to them to ask to be able to pay the fee without the punitive charges and their customer service rep acted as if they did not understand me rather than interact with my request. My guess is that they are quite happy to receive the premium for the parking and that this is part of their model... they showed no concern and no mercy.

Machines aren’t reliable. A whole group of Lightning fans stood at the machine downloading the app since the machines didn’t work.

Rip Off. When I enter the zone number, it defaults to 11 hrs of parking and does not permit any modification!
