CarPlay Mute Volume. I find there is no place on the CarPlay screen that I can turn off the navigation volume not like Apple map has a button on the top left. And even I turn off the volume in the App after unplug in, I can make mute for the navigation but still some notification sound there which is annoying. Last, after I turn off, it will still turn next time when I connect to CarPlay.

This is great navigation.. It's my first time in China, so it's very easy to use if you know a little bit of Chinese characters. It has a performance that overwhelms other navigation systems. However, it would be nice if it were available in other languages, such as English. I'm Korean, so it would be nice to have Korean language support.

So tupid to force Mobile controller or HUD at Phone when Carplay connects.. At 5th June 2021 updated version, it forces Carplay connected phone screen stay at either Mobile controller or HUD, and no more Navigation screen at Phone screen, it's a stupid update!!

If Only it Had an Option for English 😭. I have found that the traffic information is updated well and the navigation function is the best I have used in China. Comparable to Waze in the USA. However, while Waze offers Chinese as a language option, this app has no English option available. As such, I deducted 3 stars from my rating. Developer, please consider learning how to add an English option to your app.

This is an ok map but needs English version!. This app is exceptional, I just wish Google maps could show China more of places, traffic, and how to get to one place. This app needs a English version please.

So annoying. App has a lot of information and functions, but none of them are intuitive or well-implemented. The app automatically zooms out. All the ads keep you from seeing what you need to.

Great map for traveling in China. I used it a lot when I spent my vacation in Beijing. It is amazing that I can still rely on it in my hometown, a small town in Liaoning province. It would be perfect if saving pic option could include the walking route while selecting public transportation.

Don’t get lost in China. The app is constantly innovating with different techniques to make it easier to navigate. And it also has tips for bikers, mopeds, driving cars, trucks (I never tried that!) and walking. Unfortunately it follows the concept of Chinese UI that they interfere usability with novelty. It would be a pleasure to avoid having splash screens and a decluttered interface. But so far it’s the best in China by far.

Dark/Night mode experience is nightmare. The initial interface is good and when you click somewhere else for details, the interface has the day/light part. So this app does not follow the standard.

Well work!. Works perfectly in China just like google map in other regions.

Great map app!. I like this map app a lot. It’s very easy to use and even shows traffic flow. I also like that it tells me the temperature and pollution index all on the same app. It has become my go to app after using others since moving to China last year. Highly recommend!!

Awful navigation when there’s heavy traffic. Awful navigation when heavy traffic presents. It kept directing us in circles in the name of avoiding traffic. We ended up detouring for over an hour and half in Chengdu urban area and felt extremely confused and frustrated..... In the middle of one trip, it led us to a one lane secondary route due to heavy traffic on the main one. Somehow, after following the new direction for 15mins if not more, suddenly its algorithm asked us to make a U-turn to go back to the original.....and we thought we somehow missed a turn which we did not.... TBC.....

Best map that I've used in China.. It's accurate and keeps adding new features. Currently just add ebike route. Recently it does not display the road names when I select the bus route. Pls display the road name instead of 50m, turn left, 100m turn right!

One of the best in China; don’t use Baidu!. Apple maps and this are the best. Great coverage, intelligent and accurate. Baidu the worst of worst.

Unmatched Details and Accuracy. Accurate up to a few meters. Helps navigate inside shopping malls and office buildings. Amazing. Apple and Google have no chance to compete. Sorry.

Good one. It’s suburb, very useful even though not a English version but it is easy to get. I use it all the time for my long trips.

Everything is good but has to register an account to enable functionalities. Great app includes a lot of functionalities. Map, ordering rights, discounts in merchandise. Like all other good applications in mainland, it collects more than enough information for enabling features.

No dark mode in iPad version. No dark mode, at least I cannot find it for 15 minutes. I truly don’t understand why it has so many useless features, e.g. News. Why do I need news in a map app? I know what I need. Do not try to integrate everything in one app…

Working very well in China. The experience of using the software in China is better than using many GPS systems used in the US. It is undated constantly to catch the new construction on the road. Not sure if it has an English version for non-Chinese speakers though.

Accurate and fast. Very user friendly. Mapping loading is fast and it is easy for users to navigate and explore functionalities

Inaccurate information. The subway maps tell you how crowded the trains are at the moment, seems pretty cool huh? But it's a lie! When it says 30% occupied, it's actually >50% packed and nowhere to sit down. If you're going to have this function then make it right, otherwise take it down and stop fooling your users.

Must Have Map App in China. This map app is almost as good as google map with some unique convenient features for China, such as real-time public bus schedules displayed, and etc. You will definitely need it when you don’t have VPN to access Google map in China.

Unable to view any search result unless give them your phone. This application forces you to login using phone number, otherwise it will not show you any result. Do not use. Even the Apple Map works better that this app.

Poor Searching Function. Every time I want to search something near the destination, it automatically jump to the current location, only gives the result from where I standing. And there is no option to change this behavior. Also, tons of non-cancellable advertisement stop you from immediate search. This map use to be the best navigation app in mainland China, but now it’s ruined by others useless functions,like pop up ads above the map.

takes forever to refund. Takes forever to refund. Hotel already agreed to refund but the money is held hostage on this app. I would never use this app to book a hotel, it might take 1 month for a refund. UNINSTALLING

Morning hire a online dive is a tricky while the first attempt. I got multiple experience of morning online driving requests especially in Shanghai which were tricky. For instance, the first request usually not went through, the online system said needs more drivers and pricing went higher. The solution what I responded was turn off my cellular and boosts it accordingly, make a complete new request, then the situation became normal. Thank you for your understanding.

A must-have app in China. I’m a big fan of this app. Was actually introduced to it because one of my favorite actors (Wang hedi) is their sponsor. I’m visiting China for the first time in 7 years and having this app is absolutely life changing going around. I’m able to find recommended sites, restaurants, order taxis, and even got tickets to the movie for a much cheaper value. I wish something like this existed in the States. Also love using the friends and family tracker. Honestly this is THE must have app in China. I will be recommending this to everyone who plans on traveling to China anytime soon or in the future.

Does it have to be this confused?. Why does a map app have to befuddle its users with such an enormous and mostly unnecessary UI? The map part is excellent, be that as it may, the rest are just a whole bunch of things that more befits a travel app. To cram all these into it, the developers are really doing some self-defeating work.

What happened to the English version???. AutoNavi used to be the best English GPS in China for English speaking foreigners. I have lived here for 10 years and when I received my drivers license and car, I used it exclusively. Then suddenly it stopped working and would default to this Amaps with No English option and I cannot use. I now started using Apple maps or Waze as only English options I have been able to find. I really wish Amaps would bring back the English version, as it used to be the best English GPS here in China. So, I have to vote 1 star as I cannot vote no stars, as it is not giving me that option. Please Bring Back English Version!!!

Update failure.. Cannot update or reinstall after last update on my iPhone 6Plus with iOS9.3.5

Full of ads. The app is full of ads during the update!

One of the worst map application. I have one bad experience that tops all the map application. To make it short, I searched a location in the software and based on the result made a car reservation. It turns out that it sent me to the complete opposite direction. Contact them afterwards and it first turned the responsibilities to the car company and then to the Apple company. I suggest Apple make an investigation to see it this developer steal your IP or use your service without your knowledge.

My own account data / routes / payment history disappeared. Very disappointed that all the data on the app disappeared when I login to a new phone and then log in to my old phone 100+ cities‘ driving / payment histories all gone Customers service are irresponsible and fail to provide any meaningful support This is an app that owns your privacy !!! Payment account ! Hotels and home informations! All the routes of palaces you frequently visit ! I’m very concerned and confused that they overlook the data and account securities !!!!!

Poor UI. Lots of useless icon on the main page. Ads also... Poor design, poor user experience

Just as good as the other one.. I use both to compare. I cannot tell which one is better.

Mess up schedules. This app is one of the worst navigation apps. The route planning is horrible such that it ignore a lot of obvious shorter route, and it freezes if u don’t follow its guidance. Also, the so-called real street view at intersections are usually misleadinng or even contradicts the voice & map guidance. The traffic reporting is also non-functional.

It’s good. Great graphics, excellent navigation, easy to use. However, twice now I have accidentally called a taxi and been completely unaware quite how I did that. Perhaps the lack of an English-language interface is partly to blame. But on the second occasion I was complete at a loss to explain to an unwanted driver what had occurred. Really, I would say 3.5 stars is appropriate at this stage of development. Suggest a feature that pops up with a message saying “Do you really want to order a taxi?” That might prevent accidental taxi ordering.

Impossible to use on iPad. The app is impossible to use on iPad without logging in. The login screen remains on the left hand side and cannot be dismissed. Terrible experience for someone who just want to check direction.

高德你少点广告和推送，你会饿死吗. 广告太多，界面太多推送，看着花里花哨的，你赚端口绑定都赚不少了，还搞那么多杂七杂八的功能干嘛呢，使用体验感很差，而且每次放后台再回来，又是个倒计时广告界面，每次看都很不爽，想钱想疯了，不讲武德！

It's mandate for you to sign in to use the route search. They make it mandate for you to sign in if you want to use it to find the way.It is perhaps The worst map app I have ever seen.

Good app if you can read Chinese.. If you can read Chinese, then this is a good app. Pretty impressed to know that the map knows which lane you’re on, and how long until a traffic light turns red. You just can’t switch languages.

How to change the language?. I think it would be better if I can change the language for this app

Can’t use without Chinese phone number. This app is great for a few days, then it will start asking you to sign in with a phone number. But guess what, international numbers don’t work. I lost all the spots I saved the days prior.

Won’t accept all numbers. Needs you to bind a mobile number to actually use the app. Even though I signed in with Alipay it wants me to manually bind a mobile number but only accepts like 8 countries. Tourists in China are stuck because of this. It used to work fine before they forced the number binding.

disgusting and unethical company. This company, fully aware of the atrocities committed by a well-known dog “trainer”, launched a new voice packet by this so called trainer. The voice content and the graphic designs are all related to blatant animal abuse. It is so pathetic that the people behind this decision, along with this dog “trainer”, have no other way to sustain their superiority complex than to abuse or promote abusing defenseless animals.

Doesn’t allow me to register without a mainland China cell phone number. I tried registration with my US cell phone number, and email. After entering the passcode, both methods were “not supported”. Then I tried Alipay, it then asked for a mainland China cell phone number to proceed, which I don’t have! Cannot use it!

It drains too much battery. You cannot search location when you input the locations of start and end points. You can only use the suggested or actual address. It eats battery like no others.

Kurdish language. It’s better to add Kurdish language to show the map much better in some places.

Wifi disconnects when open the apps. My Asus Router RT-BE92U automatic restart when i open this map apps…please fix the bugs…

THIS APP SUPPORTS ANIMAL ABUSE!. This app has a voice package of a dog abuser named Pan Hong in China. That abuser called himself a “dog trainer” while killing numerous dogs in cruel ways like hanging the dogs to death, using zip ties on a dog’s mouth causing suffocation, etc. Pan Hong is a psychopath, and this app supports him and his brutal ways of treating poor dogs. Please please do not use this app for the sakes of our fur friends 😭

Unable to login. Tried a few ways to log in but failed. It told me my phone number was not supported. In that case, why is there an option of country when I tried to put my phone number in? Stupid!

Need a Chinese call phone number. To use this map you have to have a Chinese cell phone number which is very inconvenient for tourist. Basically you can’t even use it without a phone number. Totally useless.

Don’t use this app!. I do not recommend this navigation app. It uses voice packs and themes related to bloggers involved in actual dog abuse. This kind of content is not only inappropriate but also deeply disturbing. Navigation apps should not promote or associate with such behavior. It’s disappointing and unacceptable. Avoid this app.
