Great option!. This lot is convenient and inexpensive. Payment, once it is set up is pretty simple and convenient, too. The first time, I messed it up. I thought I paid and hadn’t. Once I figured it out, I just paid for the next 3 hours after we left. The second time was easier.

Good. I have to park in one of their garages for work everyday. It’s pretty convenient. The app lags a little when selecting which garage but overall good. I think the early bird special shouldn’t be limited to the top 2 floors. If there’s a space and I’m paying & I GET HERE EARLY I shouldn’t be punished by having to drive to the tipy top of your garage.

Complicated and inconvenient. My parking garage switched to this app recently. The only good thing about it is I don’t have to remember the space number I parked in. The app tracks your car license plate to record that you paid for parking. Which is a long and detailed process to set up. Not easy on the first day. It also complicates things when you borrow someone else’s car or need a rental for a few days while your car is being repaired. When you park and use the app it is also a long process. 6 clicks to get to payment. And it never works the first time. I run through all the selections and get a transaction error. Every single day. I have to close down the app and start again. Usually it works the second time through. Sometimes it’s the third time. Very inconvenient to use.

My car isn’t listed. Use this app for parking and works fine but I own a Polestar 2 electric and it’s not listed as a vehicle make. The car has been out for two years. What up?

Great parking areas and Features. I have used this app for parking in the French Quarter of New Orleans for several years. I like the service as it lets you reserve places, and keeps your credit card safe from skimmers. I have never had a problem and would highly recommend this company

Still a sham. This company is still a sham. Don't park where you see their sign if you plan on being an average person and coming back a few minutes late to your meter. Me and friends wanted to check out one store in the downtown New Orleans area. We didn't know exactly where the store was, so we spent a few extra minutes walking there and back. paid $25 to park for 30 minutes, came back a few minutes after to find their "enforcer" putting a boot on my car. Despite the sign five feet away from my car saying maximum charge for boot was $90, ended up paying $135 for some "flat rate" to compensate for "another car not being able to park there"(despite multiple other spaces being available in the lot). Also left my bank account with 2 weird charges which was very worrying, but thankfully everything came out even. Better to waste your time finding street parking than to waste your time AND money paying $155 to park for 45 minutes and get booted. There are people watching for you to be a minute late back to your car so they can boot it.

Easy to Work With. Easy to use. Finding parking I passed all the time where I could’ve parked. Living in my car again so this is helping me out a good bit and knowing I can reserve ahead. Amazing.

Very convenient. The option to pay for parking while still seated in your car is convenient and much safer than standing in line at a booth. I recommend everyone use the app.

Best parking app around!. Love the convenience of the app and how it reminds you before time is up. It also tells you how to get back to your car if you forget! Great app and super user friendly.

You might as well give your money to them. This entire company is a sham. They run the trucks that put the boots on your vehicle, then act coy about their relationship with them, saying they are merely contracted. Which is true, it’s just that the company is owned by the exact same people. They will bleed you of every cent. Their competitive pricing, based on the hours you need rather than what you would normally waste, is entirely a scam because the pricing tiers of certain hourly stay is still there. The app itself is responsive and works fine, but your literally putting money into a corrupt system meant to keep poor people poor

Easy to use. App does what it was designed to do. Only thing that keeps it from being 5 stars would be to better able sort/filter monthly spend on parking. Otherwise no complaints!

Inconvenience. The prices are way too expensive. The booting is unnecessary especially since people do forget to pay. Or run out of time when they do not notice because they work in the mall they don’t have time to pull their phone out to pay. The hours go from 8 hours then 24 hours there is no in between. The employees in the mall don’t have a set in and out time. And the monthly pass of $120 is outrageous. It’s an inconvenience. It was perfectly fine how it was. $10 a day.

Easy parking. I do not live in Seattle, and I hate trying to find parking there. Premium makes my life so much easier… it makes parking simple. I can easily find parking and ai don’t have to get out of my car to pay. The app also notifies me if I’m almost out of time, so I can renew it from where I am. No having to interrupt your work day to go put money in the meter.. you can do it all simply from the app!

Horrible App. This app is probably one of the worst parking payment apps I’ve ever used. First, it kept timing out when attempting to create a login, then once I finally got the app to let me create an account (approximately 5 minutes), it continuously crashed while attempting to choose the ST (another 3-4 minutes), then it finally let me in and pick my hours and complete my purchase. I’m so mad the lot I had to park in today switched from ParkMobile to this app. ParkMobile is FAR superior to this app.

Apples to Apples - No Competition. The features of the Premium Parking App are off the charts when compared to others. It’s really quite advanced. You can tell they put a lot of passion into their product. Well done!

Works very well for me.... I have been parking with Premium one day per week for the past 12 weeks and it has been a very good experience for me. I use the app which works great and I utilize the Early Bird parking. I also use a credit card for the charges. When the time I’ve paid for is nearing expiration, I receive a text message notifying me and offering to add more time if needed. It is very easy, simple, and consistently works well for me. I’ve only had one problem, which is one day the early bird option was not setting the time correctly (only gave 2 or 3 hours for the early bird price), I secured it anyway and then called them. The girl I spoke with was very pleasant and knowledgeable and explained they were having a glitch in the system and corrected my end time immediately. I was then able to open the app and could see that the time had been adjusted. I will never hesitate to use Premium; my two cents...

Beware!. At the recommendation of my Airbnb I downloaded this app and put $20 in the wallet. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the app due to issues with our car rental. When I called to get it reimbursed the person I spoke with knew absolutely nothing. Each time I asked a question she had to turn and repeat the question to someone else, wait for the answer and then repeat it to me with every question- very poor language skills as well as not being trained well for her position. I ended up emailing the company with the same request and did get a very quick response saying that the money was not refundable in any situation. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!

Easy. Honestly don’t understand bad reviews. REALLY easy to pay through the app. And then you just show up to get your car before the time runs out or pay to add more time. What’s so hard about that? If you can’t grasp that, then you’re dumb.

Getting a hold of them. New Review: I appreciate the company reaching out and refunding the purchase Old Review: I was in Louisiana the week of Thanksgiving and accidentally purchased parking at two spots at the same exact time (That’s on me) I contacted their customer service support immediately over chat, no one answered until three hours later because I had left a bad review on the survey. When I was called about it they stated that they could not give me a refund because I had to use Apple Pay on the app, and then I had to fill out a form to receive my refund. I filled out the form, they were supposed to reach out back to me within 10 days, it’s been a month and a half. I contacted them last week and someone said on the phone that they would put a note on my account so I would be called back. I have yet to be called back.

Convenient. These parking services and apps are convenient, just make sure if you have multiple cars on your app that you tap the right car or they will boot you and charge you $50 plus to remove even if you paid to park. Other then that, good service!!

Time Saver. This app is so convenient there’s no wasting time trying to find a parking meter or worrying about having exact change. Everything is right here and it’s easy to use for ppl like me who can get overwhelmed trying to figure out complicated devices. And I don’t even mind paying a little more for star parking. All around this is a perfect parking solution for me.

Failed to work.. A once free parking area now has this service running it. It says on the signs that you are to pay before you walk away from your car or they will tow it. I spent 20 plus minutes trying to get this buggy piece of garbage app to work. It never did. While my family waited for me at the restaurant I was forced to try and call the company. Surprise, you go on hold forever. 40 minutes later I went on the web based version of the service and it worked. I should send them a bill for wasting my time.

Simple and fast!. After initial account set up I can park and be on my way with a few taps going to work downtown. Really like the option to start a parking timer if I’m not sure how long I’ll be in the office. Parking is super easy with this app.

Easy to use for multiple vehicles. We have two cars in our family, and this app works beautifully. It remembers multiple license plate numbers, and credit cards. It’s nice to be able to park and pay while walking into the store. No more stopping at a pay machine and trying to remember your number or your license plate.

Easy and affordable. The early bird special is the best I believe if you get t to one of their parking lot before 7 AM or 7 AM. You only have to pay $10 plus the tax, that’s what makes it so affordable.

Beware: my car was vandalized & everything stolen!. Do NOT trust Premium Parking!! This company is horrible. I paid for overnight in a well-lit, covered parking garage with floors on upper levels (not visible from street level). I thought it was safe but my rental car was vandalized, & glass of windows smashed in. Vandals rummaged through my car & stole everything...even my snacks & drinks in a styrofoam cooler! When contacted, Premium Parking said: "Too Bad". I would give them 0 stars if possible. Worst experience ever. Now have thousands of dollars of repairs

Great app. I’ve been able to use in multiple cities. Also allows for promo codes from restaurants which discount or even cover the entire cost of parking. You can also reserve and prepay for parking this way.

Easy to use, but crashes on my iPhone 13. Very easy to pay for parking. Intuitive. Downloaded it first on my iPhone 7 but after upgrading to iPhone 13 it crashed on launch every time. Re-downloading to try again…

Not satisfied at all.. I’ve been using this app for a couple months now and I usually need to use an app for a while before reviewing. And I have to say the most important part is making a mistake with using the wrong card and not being able to fix it. I immediately tried to stop the parking session but there’s no way to do it. Also all the lots don’t have the same features. Example p296 and p346. P296 has a pay for however long your there so just start the timer and when finished stop the timer and your charged whatever time your there. P346 only has certain amounts of time. So I’m stuck paying with a personal card rather than using my business card. 1 star until this is resolved. Plus reaching someone to talk to is next to impossible. Negative stars if it was possible. The service is horrible.

Simple and easy to use.. As ease as park and pay. Location service allows it to know the site you park at and then it text you when you are close to being out of time.

This company is a racket, should be illegal. They are so on top of parking at facilities where there is plenty of open parking just hoping to find someone who forgot to pay for parking. Well DON’t forget because they charge you 5 TIMES the original parking fees on top of an amount for parking which is one and a half times the normal daily rate for unpaid parking. I was charged $39 fee for parking for minutes because I forgot, when it would have been just $6 for the whole day which I paid. It’s just a money making scheme! Such a shame!

Ready to use and cheaper rates!. I usually spend on average 3-4 dollars less per hour of parking by using the super convenient app! Also I can get to my destination after parking quicker than standing at the machine or worse yet, in a line.

No Notification Upon Failed Transaction. In the app, I selected my location and hit pay. It said $27. I hit yes. It said I had 6 hours. I come back 3 hours later, and my car is booted. I also discover that the charge never hit my bank account. I did not receive any notification of a failed charge and had to pay $50 to get the boot off. I will likely not use this service again. If I have to, I’m paying via text and checking my bank account before leaving.

Incredibly user-friendly. There are many parking lots and applications but this one is by far the easiest to use and most user-friendly. The fact that the app will remember my vehicle information and payment method is very convenient. Allowing me to enter and park at one of your locations with ease.

Easy and simple. Using this app has been easy to navigate and simple to use. I use it all the time for my bike rides and for all my state park visits. I have no problem giving to the state parks to keep them beautiful.

Great Parking App. This app is so easy to set up and figure out how to use. After arriving to a parking lot and seeing the informative signs to easily pay for parking was nice. Then being able to use my Apple Pay to pay for my session made the whole transaction seem less. As I searched for other lots it was very nice to see a picture of what the lot looked like to determine if I could fit or not. Overall it is an amazing app and the option to prepay for parking at a later date is so cool, just set and forget about it.

Scammy. We parked at a lot run by Premium Parking. We dowloaded the app per the directions on the sign. We put our information in, set the time for two hours and went to dinner. Our dinner started to run long and we added another hour. A week later we get a bill that pretends to be a parking ticket saying we hadn’t paid and now owe $97 for what had been $32 worth of parking. The app shows our extension but not our initial purchase. We may end up paying this fee to avoid the bill going to collections but this is obviously an unethical business run by unethical people. We have “appealed” the bill as per its instructions. Note the use of the word “appeal” to make it seem like a municipal parking ticket and not a bill from a automated parking lot attendant. We will update this review when we get a response.

Garbage for reserving you have to use the crappy site. This app does only one thing and that is allows you to pay. You cannot reserve spots or see lots despite the large button indicating you can. You have to head over to the worse website to do it which is the least mobile friendly garbage in existence. I only use this as a necessity. If there were ANY other option I’d nab it in a heartbeat.

Not happy. So I’ve been using this app and parking spaces for quite a while now and until this month, I was happy. For some reason, unknown to me, my license plate was changed in the app and I paid in a spot, which costed around $17 for 1 hour. Gross, yes. But when you live where I do sometimes convenience is nice. However, I go to the spot with 20 or so minutes to spare and I have a boot. Thankfully the guy is on the lot and I ask him about the issue. I show him the app and it clearly says I have 20+ minutes left. He tells me that the license plate is incorrect. How? That’s news to me. I then ask him what I need to do to get the boot off my car. He says that all he can do is reduce the charge to $50 to get the boot off. As he can see, I paid for the parking and all the other information is correct (type of car, make, color). I’m not sure why this happened and maybe I should have double checked that the license plate was correct but I haven’t had any other issues in the past while using this app. I’m very disappointed because $50 plus the $17 I already paid is not chump change for me.

Easy to use app, but notifications are annoying. Love how easy it is to use the app. The only issue I have is with notifications. Even after opting out of all notifications, I still get texts when I start parking, when time is almost up and when time ended - I opted out of all, I don’t want texts!

Only 1 issue. The app works great for when you need to park in an unprotected lot in and around central business districts (or downtown areas) rates are good and they have lots of lots. The only real issue I have is the times up notification doesn’t go away until I open the app then it doesn’t tell me what the notification is for. Just annoying not a big deal.

Stole a months fee will not refund. Trying to cancel in the app doesn’t work Also they seem to have several login programs because when I attempt to login to every click here instead link in the app or the website I can’t login or reset my password. They say I don’t have an account even though hey still seem to be able to charge me. Even after trying to cancel my monthly subscription in the app and actually removing my payment method they charged my account. I called and the manager I spoke to was very rude, talked over me and basically said I was out of luck I am now stuck with two monthly parking contracts. It is absolutely unacceptable customer service to refuse a refund less than 24 hours of charging me on the first business day I still can’t access my account to protest. Do not do business with his company YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Disgusting that this exists…. This is such a dirty, dirty company. If these companies didn’t exist, and people refused to work dirty jobs like this, no one would be getting financially disadvantaged due to unpaid parking. Paying for parking literally has impacted me greatly financially— I pay $6 just to be at work. It’s excessive, and my job refuses to pay for us. I hope people who own these companies understand that they truly ruin people financially, and seriously impact people’s lives.

Easy, convenient. The app is easy to use and convenient especially with the pandemic, it allows you to not have to touch any public buttons, you can pay for it on your phone! Also, another advantage of the app is you register your car through here and you don’t need to print or get a tag for the window, you are registered in the system for when you park!

App works great. The app works great. It's very easy to pay for my parking and there is a wonderful auto renew feature. I absolutely love that. I don't like how they won't allow you to park more than one of your vehicles at a time in the garage. If I pay the parking fee for three vehicles, I would like to be able to park all three vehicles. That's my only complaint. Everything else is spectacular.

BEWARE!!!. They do their best to scam you. Parked in a garage and stayed one minute past the time. Thought I wouldn’t be able to exit the garage, to add time I have to pay $15 minimum, the garage let me exit and the Wham! I got hit with a $90 parking ticket. I appealed and the appeal process took so long and of course they denied the appeal and said I owed and extra $50 (so total $130) because I appealed instead of paying the ticket on time and so now I have “late payment fees”. This company is ridiculous and a scam. Please beware.

Parking. Employees should not have to pay to park at the same place they work even at a discounted rate. I never heard of paying to come to work especially at the times we are having now with Covid 19. We don’t even get the same hours of work as before the virus came about. We are already coming to this mall 40-50 miles away so with gas we are spending and parking expenses there goes half our check already and if you are working part time forget it. Somebody needs to change this immediately because I know I’m already looking to go to another mall like Danbury or Trumbull where parking is free. We’ve already lost customers because of it now the mall is starting to lose great workers too.

Do not use this app.. There is no reason for this app/ company to be rated so high. I’ve never seen such a scam in my life. The following list is just a few of the MANY issues I’ve had with the Premium Parking app and company as a whole. - purposeful neglect of emails and contact, specifically when the word dispute or appeal is used. The customer service is actually useless in that they will never return messages. -inability to extend parking past four hours, so even if you’re only in the area for five hours, you have to pay an absurd amount of money. You will either have to pay for 24 hours of parking, which is roughly $23 OR use the extend option and only be able to extend your parking to 19 hours… who needs that and wants to pay an additional $15 for only one more hour of parking?! - you better be out of that garage BEFORE your time ends. Why? Because the second your time expires, expect to have a $50 ticket in the mail. These are just three of SO many issues I have had with this app/ company. Please, if you value your bank accounts DO NOT USE THIS APP OR PARK IN AREAS WHERE THEY OPERATE!!!

Phil. Wouldn’t let me pick anything over an hour because the app would freeze up if it did. The first hour was free. I renewed it for $2 for the second hour because I couldn’t add more time. When I renew for a third hour it charged me $4, for the fourth hour it charged me $6. I thought was adding all the time together for one charge at $2 an hour as was the rate for the second hour. Nope! Charged me each time. This is a rip off don’t use!

DO NOT USE PREMIUM PARKING. I have had several issues using Premium Parking services. This app does not accurately reflect changes made by the user and will result in your being charged multiple fraudulent parking charges. DO NOT use or trust this app. The company will not allow you to contact any of the local lot owners. Premium parking is unreliable and offers terrible service.

Premium Parking. I love this new way to pay to park. Those meters were old and outdated. The premium app is very easy to use and payment processing is easy to use. Plus, you can add time if needed. I LOVE it!

Easy to use!!!. My mother and friends went to lunch and I was able to add two separate cars and pay for both on the app and I was out of town at the time!

It works!. I work in downtown Buffalo and have several parking apps that work half the time! This Premium app works every time and is easy to use!

Convenient and good prices. The Premium lots in Nola are close to downtown restaurants and venues, the price is less than other lots, and the app is easy to use.

DO NOT USE. I don’t recommend using this app or this company. Very expensive parking and also once you add additional hours you can never change it. Horrible customer service and there are no refunds!!!Even though they have a refund online form you will not get back your money if you mistakenly put in the wrong hours. I racked up a $100 charge for just a few hours, complete rip off!!!

Disputed charge. We had a disputed charge in New Orleans… after contacting them, they were very understanding and reduced the charge to be fair in my opinion. And…I discovered I had their app among the 200 I have!! on my iPhone Was in Pensacola then…once again I give them 4 stars. Who knew parking could be so fun!!!!!. We have used a number of Premiums lots in NOLA and every experience has been great. The staff are always friendly and prompt. Thank you for great service.

Safe parking downtown. I know this parking is safe has security patrolling right across the street from the courthouse and other office buildings. This is my go to every time I come downtown to park.

Easy, very convenient. I love being able to pay for my space as I’m walking away from my car. The reminders are great.

Why add a “service fee”?. When I go to pay for parking using this app, if the rate is, say, $7, when I go to pay I find they’ve added a “service fee” and the total is now $7.25. Sorry, but that’s a despicable practice... if the cost to park there is $7.25, TELL me that from the beginning instead of showing me a lower price and sneaking in an extra quarter during checkout.

Will threaten you will a parking violation when you already paid. Terrible service. I paid in full and they sent an excessive fee through the mail to my address. Only after going through the entire appeal process by attaching the receipt, writing out a comment that the error was on their end, inputting my personal information, did it finally present me with a screen saying the violation had been voided. If you're going to waste my time at least inform us the moment we look up the case to dispute that the appeal process was a waste of time to begin with. Terrible service, don't waste your time with this app.

Great help for spots in the city. This app really helps making it easier and convient to both park and pay with out the hassle of finding a kiosk. This app is amazing very efficient.

Great in Austin. I’ve Ben using this app to pay for parking in the Austin area. The app is simple to use, it’s easy to add a new card, and there’s a dedicated button for the special rate (you used to have to search for the special rate)

Easy. Easy to pay and extend. Automatically detects location and provides parking zone number. Helps to dodge the queue at the parking payment stations. Love it!

Safe parking. I have partnered with Premium since July 2021 as I work in the Greater New Orleans area and I’m always visiting clients and because of the number of parking lots and easy pay along with a Secured area, I only utilize Premium Parking.

East parking. Fast and easy parking as long as you have the app downloaded and the info (car and credit card) is up to date.

So easy!. Since the app has my payment method and my vehicles, all I do is log in and select the parking lot and my vehicle… takes about a minute and I am on my way!

Coolest parking app I’ve used. Started out using their text pay system, when I went to download the app it already had all my info! Has a lot of great features, one of my favorites is how easy it is to extend my time. Great app!

Makes parking less stressful. I like to use this app when I go downtown. It lets me pay for parking before getting out of my car. This saved me when it was raining.

Parking with the app. It’s smart easy and you can add time if you think you’ll go over because they give you alerts!

Worse than horrible. Space I parked in wasn’t in their local list at all. Got a ticket with an additional $35 fee next morning. Their tech support phone number was an answering service with a possible 48 hour later call from someone. Got the parking space # from my ticket (!!!) and reserved for 9 hours, all they allowed in the app, and it charged for 24 hrs. App wasn’t capable of extending my session. Programming grade F- !!!

App is Easy. Spend less time walking to and from the pay machine using the app. The rates are a little better on the app also.

Beautiful app, simple to pay for parking in NOLA.. I’ve been using Premium’s app since 2012 to park in downtown New Orleans. Their lots are plentiful and accessible and easy to get in and out. This makes parking and paying seamless. Definitely one of the best.

Well done. The only thing needed is a way to contact support within the app. The whole support process is cumbersome, in that you have to switch to email, then wait for a slow reply. But otherwise the app does exactly what I need it to.

Easy Parking. This a much more efficient way to pay for parking at the beach. You can take care of it in your car with the AC running… then go have your fun.

Scam. Pay at the kiosk because if you use the app they will boot your car and make you pay extra. Sadly I thought this might be a breakthrough in parking in busy places but I was absolutely wrong. First time being in New Orleans and the last time will be using this service. It’s sad that in this day and age people are still getting by doing these petty scams. I’m only giving one star because they’re making me.

Easy parking cheaper prices. Park Pensacola charges me an extra 15 dollars a day to park in their lots. The lots at Premium always have a hole to park my truck, and make me feel safer traveling to and from my vehicle.

Easy peasy. No muss. No fuss. Once you set up your account, every time afterwards, is a breeze. Everything is handled from the phone. It saves ur license plate and your payment method. Parking takes all of two minutes to take care of. Love it!!!

Great App. I love the app, I love the idea to be able to pay for the parking without touching nothing! The only thing that I would change is the paying after parking instead of before parking! Like the parking garage at Design District does!

Really convenient!. I really like how easy it is to park and to add time when the text reminder lets you know that time is about to expire.
