Why is Apple Pay Not Supported. I went to use to old BP Me app and was forced to upgrade to the new app when I went to fill up. This wasn’t ideal to have to do when you are trying to fill up with fuel. Once I got setup with the new app, I come to find out the option of using Apple pay is not supported which was supported in the old BP Me app. Please bring back this support into the new app and maybe email your customers to inform us to download the new app prior to our next station visit.

It wasn't broke but now it's "fixed". Had no problem with the old app. Forced to change to Earnify and it hasn't worked since. Parked at a station & it tells me I'm not near a location. Have to drive around the pumps to get it to work. Then it tells me I cannot use app at this location, which happens to be my usual station. Thanks for your fixing the app so I can't use it 👍🏻

New app doesn’t remember my previous reward credits. In the old BPme app I had 10 cents/gallon as a temporary credit due to a previous transaction not working smoothly, but I was forced to used this new earnify app which doesn’t recognize my previous BPme credit status. Also what’s interesting is that all my saved credit cards synced over to this new app, however the credit card nicknames don’t come over. I had about 10 credit cards saved and now I have a hard time remembering which card is associated with which number. Fine I get it, not all data points integrate easily when migrating user data from one system to another, but at least provide us the ability to set up card nicknames all over again in this app. I don’t mind tracing it down but when you’re in a rush to get gas it’s annoying to remember which card is which if you want to maximize the quarterly reward benefits on some cards.

No discount on first use.. Went to the station shown and paid through wallet with the app. After the pump started I received notification that I couldn’t pay through the app at this station. I did pay just fine, but there was no discount at all. Will use other apps instead.

This app does not work.. I have tried several times to verify my age, each time an “unknown error has occurred, try again in 10 minutes”. It’s the same with updating my email. Aside from that, I scan the app every time I go to ampm and never get any points, and I have no transaction history. This app is horrible and does NOT work.

The app doesn’t show location specific info. I set up the app foolishly. It shows me the closest location. But when I tap on that location nothing works. It won’t show the prices for each type of gas, what is offered food wise etc… None of the tabs respond for any local spots.

Worse than useless. The old BPMe app was fine - at least it worked. Killing it and forcing me to update the app at the pump made what I expected to be quick transaction frustrating, slow, and annoying. Even worse, the discount was not applied. Them, to my surprise, I was forced to update yet again the next time I went to BP and again the loyalty discount did not apply. I’ve moved on to Shell now whenever possible - their app is reliable.

Horrible. I was just fine with the original bp app. It worked perfectly. You forced me to download a new app while at the pump and it “number2’s” itself while trying to add my account or register for new one. Great job creating a horrible alternative to a perfectly good app. Trash job guys. Do better.

Payment failure. I used this app for months and it was great. Then I started getting “Payment processing failure” Failure. Using my Apple Pay or credit card or even the BP card that are linked. BP card says it’s not their issue. App people say it’s the card. So I’m in limbo and not getting my rewards anymore. Ridiculous.

Not happy. I used this new app today. I attempted on three tries to pay for gas. There was an error message each time and $100 was withdrawn each time! I now have to go to my bank and have these payments removed. AND…I still didn’t get gas! I won’t be using this app anymore. What was wrong with the old app?!?!?!

Can't use BP credit card. Why would BP switch us over to an app that we can use their credit card on? Makes zero sense.

Do’h. The BP app worked without a problem except for adding my PayPal account. And after being redirected to this app while at the pump and opening up an account with earnify it worked fine for the first use. However now it says I can’t login nor open an account. Says that there was a problem we will fix soon. Looks like I’ll have to pay inside for a while.

Never works. Been putting in BP gas for years. Then the app stopped working and told me I needed to switch here. I don’t think I’ve been able to get gas once. Payment failure but the cars is charged the $1 test payment multiple times. I know it’s not the card, it’s the app. Gave up and downloaded the Exon mobile app. No issues. Got gas perfectly fine with the same card minutes apart. It’s been months since I’ve been able to get gas at BP. Lost me as a customer.

Why?. I have been a loyal BP customer, using BP exclusively for all my gas purchases due to the convenience of your app. However, I am now unable to use the app at the same location I've always visited. This is extremely frustrating. I don't need any rewards points and I never stop inside the station; the sole reason for choosing BP was the convenience of using the app for contactless transactions. With Costco gas being just five minutes away, the lack of app functionality at my preferred BP location is a significant inconvenience. This app is a downgrade.. good luck promoting this to other bp consumers.

Horrible app. The old BP app was perfectly fine – I hardly ever had a problem. This new app is complete garbage – you can’t pay at the pump!!! What is the point? I also agree with other reviews saying that the communication to the customers was awful-a couple weeks ago, I was trying to get gas and the app kept redirecting me to Earnify-I thought it was a scam because there was no signage anywhere and there was never an email sent to customers. I would expect more from a company as large as BP.

S L O W. Junk.. Was forced to update from the BP app to this. Migration was simple. First time I used it, it was seamless. No issues. Second time, definitely not the case. I was even at the same gas station. The app just sat there and spun. Tried to reload it three times. Still did not work. Annoyed, I ended up paying at the pump. Maybe a glitch, but never had any issues with the BP app. Fix it! Update. Signal has absolutely nothing to do with it. I mentioned I was at the same gas station. Never had any issues with the BP app. I also mentioned that the first time I used the earnify app after being forced to “update”, it worked just fine. Definitely not a signal issue. Like I said, FIX IT

Looks and feels better (I think). I was hesitant to download this app given the bad reviews but I like this app better than bpme

New App, Same old problems.. You would think by now they would've solved all the issues they had with the previous apps (yes multiple apps they created in the past year or two) but I guess they don't care to hire competent directors/app developers. Maybe they'll figure it out on the 10th BP app they create. Same problems, rewards & discounts don't activate at the pump. Takes over 5 mins for the app to locate the gas station. Only positive is that they put Apple Pay back hence the added one star.

Doesn't even work. The BP app had no issues and now I'm forced to use this garbage? First they give me no notification until I show up to the pump, and then after it takes forever to log in I get told I have to call a number because oops something went wrong? If it ain't broke don't fix it, and these fools broke the perfectly working BP app and now I have to fight with them to have the same benefits I had the other day.

This earnie app is K rap. Then 24 hours later it WORKS.. Won’t work. Surprise! Use this but it doesn’t work. Poor start, but after 24 hours it kicked right in. We’ll see what happens the next time I get gas. Hmmmm

Works half the time. When it works, it’s great. When it works…. Payment failure will come up for you to check the card information loaded into the app. It’s not your card. It’s the app and system.

Relatively new app. I really liked the old AMPM app because you got to instantly win things with the scratchers. The only thing I didn’t like about the old one was you didn’t earn anything for fuel yet you’re at a gas station. I do like that I can pay for my gas on the app.

App Is not good. With the BPme app I was getting 20 cents off a gallon 5¢ for the App 5¢ for the price match & 10¢ for the BP Visa card now they are combining everything together with just saying there is a 15¢ for just the BP Visa card they are conning everyone now & what happens to all those points I had from my previous reward none of those points transferred over.

Horrible!!. I have been a BP customer for many years and I have a BP Gas Station 3 blocks from my house. With this new app, that BP location is not available in the app and can’t pay using the app at that current gas station. Only select stations have it. I truly believe it’s dumb and pointless. The old BP app worked great. Honestly a big disappointment.

Big BP fail. After using the BP app to get gas at their gas stations with no problems, they switch to earnify. Now you cannot pay for gas anymore as it gives you an error every time you click pay for gas. But when you email them, they say there’s no problem. BP is a scam.

J. This app is really bad, rate this app ZERO but i cant have to rate it min 1 star.. the previous app was alot better easy to use bpme. I use this app ALOT for gas for personal & business. They offer points system to get extra discount, when you click on it, it does completely nothing. Went in to store speaking with the register person, nothing able to scan “my wallet” from this app. Dont offer if you make it so complicated to use. 800pts to get extra 20cent off. Its nice to have extra off.. but with this trashy app, you not getting nothing.

Clarity. Today I tried using this app for the first time. Setup was easy, but I ran into an issue while trying to pay at the pump. The app kept throwing up a technical page about something not being able to load. I finally tried paying at the pump and realized that the pump was in some sort of diagnostic mode. If the app can’t connect to the pump, please suggest to the user to check the pump’s display.

No ApplePay. This app does not offer ApplePay. If this is supposed to be an upgrade from BPme why would there be less features? Also, you don’t know which location uses which app until you’re there. I had BPme open and it directed me to download this app delaying the pumping of my gas.

Send a notice to old app users beforehand. Turn off receipts!!!. Always fun to pull up to the pump to find your normal method of payment will not work and you have to restart with a download and sign in. App seems solid and worked fast once I logged in but please allow us to stop the receipts from printing.

Don't like it!. The regular AMPM app was better. Better deals and easier to use. The old AMPM app would give you a free any size drink with every 4 you purchased. The new on gives you about 15 points with the purchase of every drink. It takes 200 points just to trade for a large. It now would take 14 drinks to get one free .79 cent fountain drink. They didn't just go cheap they gave everyone a big finger in the air. I guess 7-11 is the new go too.

The page isn’t available at the moment.. I had to download this app at the gas station and had to through email verification again. But then the app says “ The page isn’t available…”. This is not the best user experience. It seems ApplePay has been removed according other reviews. I guess it’s time to change my favorite gas station.

Can’t Use. Update to the developer response: I have 5G and I also get the same error when I’m at home on WiFi and try to open the app. Based on all the 1 star reviews, this sounds like an app problem and not an internet connection issue. I haven’t been able to use this app for over a week now. It says can’t connect to server. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing helps. I’d rather go back to BPMe.

Great App. I have loved using this app especially since more locations are now accepting it for payment. One thing I miss prior to the last update was an app included per gallon pricing. Is there a way that the app would allow me to choose a preferred grade and the app list the price for our preferred grade?

Can’t use it at my station. Then I go on the menu and back on pay fuel and then can select the pump number and hopefully can pay. I had to give my card so that the attendant doesn’t wait too long that I figure it out. Please fix that bug. Gas station is in Paramus, NJ Rt17 southbound.

Unreliable. Works great when it works. Never sure when I arrive at a gas station whether the app will allow me to purchase fuel or whether it will say “unable to use app to purchase fuel.” So, yeah, if you could fix that, and not take a million years to do it, that’d be greeeeaaaaattttt.

Not a Fan. I’m not a fan of this new app. The old BP app, I used flawlessly. I’ve tried a few times and can’t get this app to work at the pump. I wind up using my credit card. Please don’t respond with your stock answer of “contact customer service”. Just fix the app to where we can pump gas without any problems.

App never works when I need it. Every time I pull into my station the app is never working. I use to use the old app all the time. Called BP as requested and received even more poor service. Agent told me to delete and reinstall app (as if I did not already try it) and told me it would work. BP should go back to the old app which never had a problem.

Enbleepication continues to plague apps. OMG your app was fine. 5 cents off sometimes 15. Now I have to download a new app. A sign in process that didn’t work. Can’t use Apple Pay. My regular location suddenly doesn’t work to pay with app. And blue I have points instead of just money back. All while I’m listening to annoying ads blaring. What a waste of my time. Not going to bother with BP anymore.

I liked original BP Me app better. I travel a lot and this new app is has too much to look at. I just want to buy gas at a discount and not see all the visual “ noise “ around it about all kinds of points for purchases that I’ll probably never use anyway. I’ll just keep using my BP card at BP stations when available and other stations as I travel. I deleted the app.

Receipts. Would it be possible to add the feature to disable printing receipts and receive an email like the BPMe app previously? It was nice not having to stand there waiting for the receipt to print out. And much less wasteful.

Printed receipts. After spending a ridiculous amount of time trying to sign into this app while standing next to the gas pump (next time let customers know in advance) I was disappointed to find that I couldn’t turn off printed receipts. Now I get a printed receipt every time I pump gas, i do not want this receipt and there’s no way to turn it off. With the old app I only got emailed receipts because I was able to set it up that way, and when I pay the traditional way I can select no receipt, but with this new app apparently you HAVE to get a receipt, there’s no option to turn it off. I’ve gone through the whole app and can’t find a setting for this, what a downgrade.

Very Glitchy Charges card but doesn’t turn on pump. I do not like this switchover from the Bp app. It is not seamless. I am currently sitting at the pump. My card has been charged but the pump will not unlock. There is also no customer service number to call in order to resolve the issue. Extremely dissatisfied. This is a set in the wrong direction.

Still doesn’t work. Redownloaded this app months later hoping it would work, you still can’t use Apple Pay it puts $100 hold on your account to get little bits of gas. This app was really the only reason to go to bp quick and easy from your car. Back to speedway I go. Would -5 stars if I could

Frustrating. Doesn’t work at my station had to drive to another BP and then it would not let me adjust the payment amount. Why change something that worked perfectly?

Terrible replacement for BPme. I’ve used it twice now. First when I couldn’t get gas any other way and again today. The first time it forced me to go download the new app and it only gave me a 5 cent discount. This time the standard 15 cents showed up on the app, but my receipt showed I paid full price. It doesn’t work. I hate it.

App is trash. Every time I go to pay for gas at my local Bp it says payment failed I’ve been going to the same Bp station since I got my car in 2021 really don’t want to switch gas stations but if this app isn’t fixed I will be switching total down grade from previous app no Apple Pay at check out is crazy when we are in 2024 and the previous app had that functionality. Looking at the reviews it seems to be a lot of people having issue fix your app or go back to the old one BP EXECUTIVES IM LOOKING AT YOU FOR MAKING THIS DUMB SWITCH

Trying to get gas. Went to BP today and had to download the new app to pay and then it tells me I can’t use the card. Went to a different pump and the same thing. Went to a different pump and used my card without the app in the pump and it worked fine. Very frustrating!!

Terrible name. App works fine, but the name makes it difficult to remember when trying to get to it quickly.

We’re getting there. Love the user interface of this app compared to the BPme app, but I can’t give it 5 stars until it finds a way to provide car wash codes. I still have to use both apps at the moment. Not a fan of that.

Terrible app. I have tried using this app four times, it has only worked once. It says “unlocking pump” and just spins and spins. Nothing happens and there is now way to cancel it out. I went into the station and the clerk told me it was MY phones issue not theirs. Thankfully there are plenty of other options for gas, Mobil filled up my tank without any frustration. Good product, poor UX. Although this isn’t my primary gas station, when I’m traveling, I like the points and discounts of the program. My gripe with the app, why is the contact option to call a gas station rather than to load up the directions/address. Poor design choice and inefficient for an app that relies on you going to a location.

What a joke. Person sending out the ten texts a day can’t be the same person who is responsible for making sure the app actually works when you show up at gas station to use the app!! I show up to station and the app says that the station is having technical difficulties and the discount is not available. This bait and switch tactic didnt get my business. I promptly deleted app and called BP delete my account. Can’t delete account in app. Another joke.

Won’t let me pay. The last few times I’ve tried to pay for gas it takes me through all the steps and at the last minute says there’s something wrong with my payment method. Mind you my bank has already sent me notification that it has approved the purchase but it just doesn’t complete the transaction. The only good thing is that I can use my card and still get the discount, it’s just more of a hassle.

Always Technical Difficulties. This app is truly unreliable. I often have to delete it and reinstall it to get it to work. This morning it authorized my card 4 times and kept saying “unlocking pump” but the pump never unlocked, the app just continued spinning. The BP by my home never works, ever! Every single time I try it says it’s experiencing technical difficulties. I go out out my way to try to find a BP station and am continually disappointed by this app. I must be a sucker for punishment!

Switching back to my other gas alternative. I downloaded this app after seeing an ad at a local BP that has the lot affordable prices for the area so it seemed like a great idea. But, after visiting several locations including the one I was at when I initially downloaded the app and being told that the cashier is either unfamiliar with it or the barcode simply coming up as invalid when scanned, I am ready to go back to Exxon which is my first choice anyway just more expensive. I’m just someone who values their rewards for all the money spent weekly on fuel.

Solve the gas cashier phobia problem. Since I started using this app, I no longer need to go to the BP station cashier for payment. Personally, I have a phobia of entering the gas station and visiting the cashier to pay. This app solves this problem for me. I love the little perks, too.

No Customer Service. Wasted my points at a gas station that I didn’t realize wasn’t functioning. Took about 10 minutes to pump less than $1. Left and went to another gas station. I obviously want my points back. It took me sending 4 emails 3-4 days apart to get any sort of response, and when I did, it was just some cookie cutter copy and paste AI generated auto response asking for information that I had already submitted. This is the most non-existent customer service I have ever seen. Good luck getting any issues resolved!

Does not consistently work. Went to two different BP gas stations on two different days only to have issues. The first place I found on the app, I get there and try to use the app to pay for fuel but the app isn’t working. The second time I try a different BP I found on the app, it connects to the pump but then the pump isn’t working. I’m not about to keep going out of my way for BP gas stations just to end up not getting the discount via the app. I’m going back to using the Sheetz app.

Quick and easy. An app that works every time and is faster than doing it the normal way. Don’t have to worry about card skimmers or even taking your card out in the first place. You always get a receipt in the app so great for expense reports. You earn points and I just recently cashed them in for a $25 statement credit.

App isn’t reliable. More than once when I’ve gone to the gas station and try to use this app I get an error message yesterday. I tried to use it and I got an error message saying something went wrong. We are trying to fix it. I waited 24 hours the app still doesn’t work thank God. I had my credit card with me so I could purchase gas.

Great while it lasted. The app worked great in the beginning. But stopped working after a month ago. The app runs fine and when you go to fill up at the stations in our area, you select the fuel icon on the app. It will show you all the pump numbers and you try to select a pump, rather than go to Apple Pay, it goes back to select pump over and over again. I logged out of the program restarted the app and set up the payment method and still the same failure.

Need to work out some kinks…. Overall good app, but need to address three items: 1. Having issues logging in with Passkey. Sits on a screen with a “Continue” button that keeps refreshing page 2. Don’t see an obvious way to delete an old credit card from wallet 3. When adding a new credit card, keyboard will disappear and can’t get it to come back.

Need gas prices!. I downloaded include after the Thorntons gas stations stopped using their old app. The most valuable thing to me on the Thorntons app was the ability to search for gas prices. Please update this app to include gas prices! Because this app doesn’t have them, I am much more likely to go to Speedway, Pilot, or Love’s, since I can plan my trip around the lowest gas price I find on their apps.

Useless. This app has been useless for me. I downloaded the app, registered, put in a payment method - but every time I try to find a gas station it says there are none nearby, but I have about 8 Am/Pm stations in my area! Also when I try to chat with the bot or a live person it keeps saying error/server full not responding. How can there be no stations near me? If that’s the case and you can’t contact anyone then it seems like a big waste of time.

Obsessed. Weird to love a gas app. Paying at the pump via the app, earning rewards, EXTRA savings for being a Prime member - oh it’s just the absolute best. I look forward to using the app. My ONLY reason for 4 stars is I do not enjoy the finding a pump feature. I find it difficult to see where I am on the map. Would love to see this upgraded.

Software bugs. I was excited to use the Earnify app when they made a link with Prime members. I was able to enroll and it was awkward learning how to prepay my gas on the app but it worked… the first time. Unfortunately since then, the app does not recognize me at the gas station even though the in app map is literally showing me there. It doesn’t allow me to prepay. It’s frustrating me and I’m about to give up… what’s the point if I the app doesn’t work? I hope they fix this.

🤔 The Real Price of the Discount. DON’T ADD BANKING!!! Love the idea of saving money on gas, but asking for full access to my bank balances, transactions, deposits, and spending habits for that little extra discount feels excessive. A few, not .10 cents (not even $1 off) at the pump isn’t worth handing over my entire financial footprint. The savings are nice — the level of data collection is not.

!st time to use App. This is the first time I used this app. Had to call a friend because I had gone to fill up on fuel and my apple wallet had a hiccup and switched credit cards. I cancelled the transaction and went thru the process once again and everything worked as it should. It was pretty easy. Nice to save a few $$. Cheers.

Limited functionality. I had to upgrade from the original BP app. This one pays for fuel but unlike the original app this won’t let you add a car wash to the purchase nor will it email a receipt like the original app did. When I queried support about this they were less than helpful. So I guess I will give up on this app (and maybe BP) and go back to inserting a card into the pump and waiting for a printed receipt. Ridiculous downgrade. BP should be ashamed.

Not as great as the previous app for AMPM. The AMPM app was way better. With this app you have to spend a lot of money to even earn anything. The AMPM app was nice, it gave me a reason to go to AMPM. I enjoyed being able to quickly earn things I regularly purchased there and the freebies and deals the AMPM app offered were awesome, they let me have an opportunity to try things I wouldn’t purchase otherwise. This app doesn’t offer anything. You have to spend $100 to earn a $2 fountain drink or coffee. It’s ridiculous.

This app is trash. I have no idea how this app has so many good ratings, it’s constantly glitching constantly can’t load your rewards, it’s not my phone. I have an iPhone 16 with no issues. But probably one out of every four times I try to use it. It just does nothing and just says it’s having a technical errors Please try later. Went to BP to get gas. Of course the app didn’t work so instead of getting my $.25 off I just paid full price because they can’t get this app to function properly and then a bunch of bots Give it good ratings.

App now working. Called customer support and was able to sign in after he deleted my account from system and I re-registered with my phone number. Thank you customer support.

Not that great. This app could be good but half the time it does not work! So I just went back to using my faithful upside! It works everywhere every time! Earnify takes two minutes to unlock pump and has the nerve to tell you that you only have a minute to begin fueling after you have sat and looked at unlocking pump for two minutes. This app rarely works.

Teach the employees or owners. At 62 years old, I’ve probably only done eight reviews, of three or four I’m not sure BP stations. I have not found one employer familiar with the earnify program. The one I am just left said they did not have it. He did not have it he only had another different program and it’s on the pump and I got frustrated and didn’t want to discuss it with him. It was 15 minutes before he closed and it wasn’t a happy experience.

Reward was not applied and disappeared later on. I redeemed 800 rewards points on gas discount. On the app it said 25 cents off per gallon but after filing up the gas, no discount on the receipt. I went inside and asked the staff and he said because now the gas price is too high, therefore the reward does not apply but I can still earn points. I checked the app, it says no points earned for this transaction and no rewards was used. And the reward was still in the wallet. 2 days later, I checked the app, the reward was gone. I contact customer support, no response.

Great savings. I’ve been able save money with this app. 10 cents per gallon, sometimes 20 cents, 30 cents, even a little more if you combine an offer and rewards. The more you use it the more you save. You got nothing to loose.

Excellent Earnify app and prompt Customer Service. However, lately, I have trouble with the app at most of the particular gas locations not applying the rewards and discounts that give me chances to speak to Customer Services with excellent and prompt calls.

Not super easy. I love the app, but it would just be wonderful. It had a place to tap when you’re at the gas station to move forward in the payment into the getting gas process. But I would recommend this to anyone.

Not a Fan. I’m not a fan of this new app. The old BP app, I used flawlessly. I’ve tried a few times and can’t get this app to work at the pump. I wind up using my credit card. Please don’t respond with your stock answer of “contact customer service”. Just fix the app to where we can pump gas without any problems.

Love the app when I can get into it. Love the app except after I got another phone and I cannot sign into the app now. Website offers no assistance and faq section does not apply to not being able to log into the app. I would love to continue using g it IF I could sign back into it.

Horrible app. The old BP app was perfectly fine – I hardly ever had a problem. This new app is complete garbage – you can’t pay at the pump!!! What is the point? I also agree with other reviews saying that the communication to the customers was awful-a couple weeks ago, I was trying to get gas and the app kept redirecting me to Earnify-I thought it was a scam because there was no signage anywhere and there was never an email sent to customers. I would expect more from a company as large as BP.

Don’t waste your time. Often the app will lock you out and even more frequently the Pay for Fuel isn’t connected to the particular gas station or doesn’t work. i need more than hope that it will work to pay for gas. Use another gas station. BP no bueno. Also when you send an email to customer service, you get a generic response yet the problem still exists. So many BP stations aren’t connected to the app. Total waste of time. Using Mobil now without a problem.

Can’t Finish Signup. “There’s Just One More Step” ..You will see what I mean soon enough if you try to sign up. For a lot of us this app isn’t compatible in its current version. Some kind of bug which the company is trying to blame on customers with replies like “check your keyboard and font settings” ..Reminds me of an old saying “ If you run into a jerk in the morning, you ran into a jerk. If you run into jerks all day long, maybe YOU are the jerk”. Well, if enough people are having an issue with YOUR app and not any other apps…You get the point.

This app is a scam. STAY AWAY.. Earnify is a complete joke and should not be trusted with your money—period. I used it to buy premium gas at a BP station. Then, 30 minutes later while I was at home, it charged me AGAIN for regular gas I didn’t pump. Same station. Different transaction. Not me. I contacted customer support expecting a quick fix. Instead, they acknowledged it was a technical issue—their fault—but still refused to refund me. Their solution? “Dispute it with your credit card.” That’s it. That’s their idea of customer service. So let me get this straight: your app screws up, charges me for gas I didn’t buy, and I’m the one who has to clean it up? This is beyond incompetence—it’s theft, plain and simple. If Earnify can randomly charge people and just shrug it off, it has no business being on the App Store. Apple should remove this garbage immediately. Do not install. Do not trust. DELETE IMMEDIATELY.

When it doesn’t unlock a pump. The app works great except for one problem. When it tries to unlock a pump and it doesn’t work or is “stuck”, there’s nothing that can be done about it. It will load forever even if you restart the app or even restart the phone. I had to reinstall the app

Great Overall. Everything works great. My next comment is for anyone having issues. Turn your VPN off. I’m not sure why that didn’t occur to me when I was having issues with it. Figured it out and completely smooth now!

Useless. Downloaded the app for the 10¢/gallon discount. Tried using it at the pump at BP this morning and couldn’t. And there’s nowhere in the app to record a receipt for the points. So I lost the points and the discount and there are no instructions or customer service links in the app. If we have to prepay and have the clerk scan the barcode in the app, say so. And please figure out a way for us to input past receipts to at least earn the points we’re owed. Gave it 2 stars because the app shows you nearby participating BP stations.

Was great when it worked. Started using the app and about 3 weeks later, had an issue with a station not accepting the payment. Credit card had a charge and immediate refund. App was acting weird. Tried adding a different card and still had same issue. Tried removing cards and trying another day, now it won’t even let me add any of my credit cards. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. Phone is all up to date and everything.

Does not work as described. The app takes a while to load and open. When it does open it recognizes I am at a gas station and prompts me to fill up and select the pump number I am about to use. However after that it does not work. It prompts me to use Apple Pay. The payment works and I begin fueling, but the app never recognizes the transaction. I have tried this process at least 5-6 when filling up but the app says no transactions have occurred. IT DOES NOT WORK

Great if it works, otherwise…. So on a day I’m going to get $1/gal off, all bugs are out in full force. First it takes 10min just to login to the app as it kept freezing. Then when I finally get to a station and out to fuel, it won’t connect again. So the app tells me to enter my account manually, so I do. Then it says to use a linked card, so I did. NO DISCOUNT!! So the app lied. I drove off without fueling, almost late for work even though I left very early and should have had plenty of time. Good job programming.

Seems like a bait and switch scheme…. What a disappointment! They advertise 2x (I.e. DOUBLE) reward points during the first 90 days after registration, but somehow they don’t give them to you automatically… The first time they gave them to me after I called. The second time, when I called the rep pretended that he didn’t know what I was talking about. When I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, none were available. I was promised a call back, but that didn’t happen either.

BUGS. This app always inevitably breaks. The last time I filled up my tank my 10¢ per gallon reward redeemed but was not applied so I lost out on those savings. Back when it was BPme the app broke and now Earnify is doing the same thing. It keeps giving error messages and when I put in my phone number at the pump it says “invalid phone number” whenever I try to pay at the pump and when I go inside the store my rewards don’t redeem. Please fix… major headache

Poor customer service. Customer Service for this app is terrible. I reported a problem using the app because I received an error message “payment declined “. There is no problem with the account because the account was paid and the gas card worked as it should. I asked Customer Service for an explanation and they could not provide one. I was told the problem would be resolved and I would receive a confirmation phone call within 48 hours. That did not happen. I would NOT recommend this app.
