Don’t know why they upgraded. It doesn’t work i log in it trows me off then when im logged in and checking in it freezes the old version was better why update if its not going to work i had to leave a star just to type this :( waste of app waste of time especially if your on the way to work o just in general

PRIZES OR SCAM????. I have never been able to get my prizes after winning, when I contact support service they tell me that I would get an email with instructions but the email never comes, I never got my gas card and never got the AMPM bag, I guess I’ll start going to 7/11 now , too bad cause I’m a delivery driver and I have to put gas everyday.

Worst update ever. Gotta thank all the nerds working for AmPm that decided that a good working app was broken and needed to be fixed. The last 2 updates have totally bombed and caused massive issues trying to use. All my coworkers that really got into the app became frustrated and decided to go back to 7-Eleven and it’s app. My suggestion, “Don’t Fix What’s Not Broken!!!!” Definitely get rid of your tech support team. I tried writing emails with detailed information as requested, but it fell on deaf ears. Oh well. Ps. Good luck making this app work. It’s garbage since the update.

Barcode not working. The week of July 3 and beyond when buying my coffee before work the app has not giving me credit for any purchases resulting in no scratch offs and also was due a free coffee but the cashier said no that’s when I knew there was a problem and also my free coffee disappeared on the app, I’ve only been the the same AMPM and mentioned it to the cashier and she said reload my app but it didn’t do anything, I’ll try another AM PM,

Very welcoming.. AM / PM comes in the clutch a lot in the most random parts of town. This is my first time even using the app here, however I’m here enough it’s worth a quick review. From my experience, the people I’ve seen have always been nice and worked hard. The cashiers have always been solid and act as if they are friends. Besides of factors beyond their control, such as homeless camping outside, they have always done a good job of holding things together and keeping things relatively clean and sanitary. As well as be kind to the homeless and be empathetic, while simultaneously just keeping it real and being a good human, and potentially a forever great company. -@camcarter901

This app/the entire program, has never worked. For a long time now, seems like at least a year, this app never works. They need to train the cashiers how to use it apparently because every time they scan it the register freezes and I can’t pay for anything then they redo it and I don’t get the deal. This is every ampm. I finally just stopped using it. I’ve wasted so much time and money though shopping at ampm and using this app. I’ve never gotten a discount, I’ve wonThings but I’ve never used them, I don’t care about the winning I just want to get three rockstar’s for 450. I just want to get your average deal that I get almost daily. But I can’t do that

Free Stuff. I always say welcome to anything free and this app helps me doing just that. I check in every day because I go to Am pm everyday for either coffee or slurpee but ever since I downloaded this app I end up paying a few cents. Other times I pay $0 nothing. Nice app! Also if you want has Rewards you need to download there Arco app that’s different app for those points. Make sure you get those gas points from Am Pm.

Teach your employees how to use the app. I came back from a Dodger game excited to use the app for a FREE hotdog and soda. Unfortunately, after going to three locations, I came home defeated and empty handed. The first employee refused to scan my barcode, as they were confused about the app and how it worked. The app said to scan before the purchase, and they didn’t want to until after I scanned my items. The employee had no idea that there even was a deal in place! I went to a new place where I was able to scan my items, and my app barcode. However, the app showed no sign of conformation, nor did the register. After spending several minutes trying to investigate and solve the problem with two separate employees, we were unable to redeem the deal. I went to a third place where I had a similar problem of employee lack of knowledge about what to do. The app shows zero conformation of activation when used, and does not have a barcode for individual deals, making it extremely confusing to see if a deal is active or not, or if the general barcode even applies. And to top it off, the employees are not trained on how to receive app deals and are as clueless as the customer on how to use it. Safe to say, after this fiasco, I will not be trying to use an app deal with the AMPM app in the foreseeable future.

Addiction at its finest!!!. If I’m going to have an addiction, it may as well be supplemented by free food. I am not going to say that I don’t go to ampm at least three times a week, because that would be a lie. Since getting the app, I have received tons of free food and the dopamine fix from playing the scratchers or unlocking new food items is unparalleled.

Good to others but not me. I was excited about the app when I was told about it so I downloaded it right away. After downloading I received an error it just said something went wrong try again so I pressed OK. Now the app allows my barcode to be scanned and it keeps track of my purchases, but It don’t show that I’m located at and store and it never gives me scratchers. The section where it should be and that I’m at a store stays grey. I hate that I don’t get to experience that part of the app. I uninstalled it a few times still nothing.

New version worse. Starting Aug 27th they have forced a switch to a new version, however they have made some design choices, specifically placing a white starburst pattern over the top of text that completely makes it impossible to see any of the text and most certainly would void the terms and conditions for any user as no one would actually know what they were agreeing to and therefore it would be an unenforceable contract. The scratcher pieces disappear before I’ve finished scratching them not giving any opportunity to see what you’ve won and the earned ticket display function is flawed as my new tickets failed to be added until I used previous ones. All in all it seems they broke more than they fixed

Your app doesn’t work and nobody responds to emails. I just downloaded your app and attempted to use the 47cent large fountain drink promotion, but it wasn’t honored. The cashier said it hasn’t been working all day and charged me the higher price. I have my receipt. I emailed you at the “contact us” link to the hello@ampmscratchpower email address which nobody responds to. Next I call the AMPM customer service number who says it’s the incorrect telephone or department who then connects me to another department called the “fulfillment department” who says it’s also the wrong department and there’s nothing he can do. Comical! You guys should fire whomever is supposed to be overseeing this marketing project. Epic fail and a complete waste of money to create if you’re not going to roll it out properly. I’m going to delete your app. Thanks for wasting my time. Any reason I should download it again? Drew

Scratch offs are a Joke!. cost of everything these days mine as well get best bang for your buck but you really don’t win anything more then chocolate chip cookies and witch they are constantly out of free stuff you can win as in cookies atleast have more of them available to the winning customers but the car wash on 4corners is a awesome bargain especially if you pay inside you will save 2 bucks and 10$ car wash is definitely worth it and the young man who runs it out there really works hard and does a excellent job making his customers happy he alone deserves 10* if it was possible!

My First Written Review. I love am/pm fountain drinks variety and crushed iced that reminds me of Hawaiian shaved iced slushies. I will come this am-pm just for the refreshing drinks - love the affordable prices & quality. Customer service however forgets to scan my app for rewards unless I ask, & even then (like tonight), the cashier had to void my transaction to re-scan items, & totally didn’t scan my fountain drink, which then didn’t count towards my app’s rewards. Love the store, cashier’s not so much.

Just not worth it.. I don’t feel like the app is worth it, even if you go to ampm on the regular. I find myself in line trying to pull up the app and I ask my self for what? The rewards expire to quickly, the “scratcher game” feels like I’m playing a rigged carnival game I never win anything and if after completing more than 58 scratchers and only winning a little stale donut. Oh and I forgot the scratchers have an expiration dates and as a matter fact it doesn’t even feel like you’re scratching a real lotto card that’s so lame disappointed this app is dog water.

THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE FOR EVERY SINGLE U.S.A. CONSUMER.. Even if You’re rich you should still utilize this. Without a doubt! - Excellent App that helps get even way more savings. Major savings and a consistent plethora of a variety come ups. Arco/AmPm already provides a best and most affordable in gas station and convenience. This app Helps exponentially multiply the affordability and utility of an already excellent resource/service.

Missing Rewards. I go to am/pm every day, I buy at least 2 fountain drinks at a time and the app doesn’t keep track of them. Is it the employees? I don’t know…I’ve also had quite a few times where my app was scanned on purchases of over $30 and only get 18-20 scratchers. Food prizes should be a little more tailored to actual purchases too, when you don’t drink coffee and get 3 free ones it’s not even rewarding to play…

Always logged out. I am deleting this app from my phone because it’s constantly logging me out and half the time when I try to log back in it won’t remember my password. This is quite upsetting because this app used to not work this way, but something has changed

Worth it!. I’ve been a regular at AM/PM for a while now, and I can’t say enough good things about them! The staff is always friendly, the stores are clean, and they’ve got everything I need, from snacks to quick meals, at any time of day. What really stands out is their awesome rewards program—it’s super easy to rack up points just by grabbing my usual coffee, gas, or late-night munchies. I’ve scored so much free stuff, like drinks, chips, and even discounts on fuel, which feels like a nice little bonus for being a loyal customer. It’s rare to find a convenience store that makes you feel so appreciated. Whether I’m stopping by in the a.m. or p.m., they never disappoint. Keep up the great work, AM/PM!

Benefits!. My brother had been using the apps for months and kept telling me “you have gotta get this app!” Once I finally did download it, I wish I would have listened to him the first time he said it! The freebies and discounts are awesome! I just won my first item through the check in scratchers today too! I was starting to think that is was bs but it’s not, so keep checking in when your close to the stores, and eventually you will win too.

Doesn’t work well and Poor UI. Last few visits to different stores failed to get the correct deals to apply to register. Annoying you have to push I’m done on the register display every time otherwise the entire transaction doesn’t work. UI is awful and ugly. Hard to navigate and awkward horizontal scrolling for deals. I end up standing in the store for 10 minutes looking like a weirdo staring at my screen. Should have an option to scan and purchase on the app instead.

App ok, crashes often. Free food and prizes are great. The app itself doesn’t always work. I’ve been at the checkout counter with a few prizes of drinks and snacks only to have the app not work. I don’t always have my wallet so everything is left behind. This has happened more than once to myself and others I know. Also, when you win bigger prizes you’ll never see them. The app doesn’t acknowledge you won and customer support never gets back to you. The last thing is the app makes me sign in almost every time which is somewhat annoying.

Prizes are all food now took away good prizes. The app use to be so much better with the scratcher prizes and double on Saturday which they moved to Sunday then took it off the are no more gatorades candy or anything now I done even bother because there is nothing on there I want I use to win stuff all the time now in one month I’ve went from winning over 20 times to 3 why bother change it back so it’s worth while I’m sure the recession won’t effect you give us what is worthy since also all your prices went up and now you ripoff people with smaller bags and higher prices such as your candy. It’s sad do better

What happened to all the good stuff??. I have been using the app since before it’s newest update and I used to win at least weekly now it’s been half a year and all I won was a pack of cookies. It’s supposed to be a game of chance but it seems it’s new upgrade is only for the stores convenience

Ampm scratch power doesn’t load. Ever since you updated to this new app it’s really hard to check in. The app never works. The old app made better sense. Most of my friends and family deleted it. I hope you fix it real soon. I stop by everyday to get coffee before work. And never had a problem with it before your new updated app. I am so sad. It hardly ever loads so I can check in or even use it.

Not giving rewards. Recently, the app has stopped counting any of the Club rewards. So when I buy a soda It still says I need four more to unlock a reward. It does not reduce it by any amount no matter how many I buy. Over the past few days I’ve bought about six different drinks and it has not gone down at all. It just keeps saying I need to buy four more. Part of the appeal of the app is being able to earn free drinks or other items. With it not working, I don’t really want to go in and spend money if it is not going to be earning me any points towards those rewards.

Lame game and Store needs help. 1) The AM PM game is frustrating and not fun. Games should be enjoyable, but who enjoys playing if they RARELY win? Please loosen the game up and allow people to win more often. 2) The Tucson store at Valencia and Cardinal needs help with their fountain area and I don’t know if it’s a problem with management or if the store owner just doesn’t care, but something is always off there… they are usually out of Dr. Pepper and when they have it it’s warm and flat. Also, they are often out of ice, proper size cups or lids. Management/employees should make sure everything is stocked and product tastes right especially when there’s a special being run. Is this poor management or does the owner of the store just not care?

The lion 🦁 is disgusting!. I don’t even know why you think making a creature with food is fun but the mixture of sweet and sour and the good shapes makes me not want to look at the thing 🤢 I love Am Pm and the free things they give. I love their coffee and churro donuts. Their store is so much more organized than 7 eleven. I feel uncomfortable because when the store associates scan the phone it usually doesn’t go through the first time and they have to scan it like 10 times before it works. I hope they will fix that soon.

New update doesn’t work!. I regularly used the app before & was looking forward to the update. I had the hardest time logging back in & had to request a password change several times because it would glitch or freeze. After I finally was able to log in I entered the additional info requested & then it kept showing a pop up window that said “service unavailable”. It didn’t allow me to check in for scratchers but is now showing a bottle of water & a coupon. Was 5 stars before this update, just is the glitching & freezing of the app.

Review. The app can be better I think they can learn from 711’s app I don’t think there should be a time limit on anything maybe at most that year. But I think it is different from 711 you get to play a min game to find out if you got anything which is cool. But I think there should be a option to to use the points(scratchers) to help pay for stuff like 711 rewards.

Recent app updates are much more stable. I am updating my review. Last December I left a review stating that the app is broken. It seems to work much better now. I’m really glad they added an easy toggle to turn off the music because it can be really loud when you launch the app. The only complaint I have now is the free items they give away any more are almost always high sugar. I don’t often eat sugary foods and drinks. I wish there was more variety to the rewards. The scratch off experience is also much improved.

So far so unbelievably great :). I hate all tech, refuse to download apps, won’t drive a car that beeps at me, don’t even have a tv. My love of free sodas broke my resolve. Couldn’t be easier, so far- big fan! If you get the app remember to open it while you’re waiting in line to pay. They just scan your phone at the register and you automatically get the free stuff you’ve earned. Be brave, get the app

Needs improvements. It’s get annoying how much I have to repetitively log into my account. When I am putting gas into my car before work and I want to check in this app randomly logs me out of my account which is a nuisance to re log in. This prevents me from using this app and I know for a fact I am not the only one. For the only ampm in my town I have to check in almost a mile away, we can’t check in at the actual gas station. Would be such a great app if these problems were fixed.

Called rewards but you get none. I came into my local AMPM got a few scratches in but each time I play there is no rewards it’s been like this ever since it got updated back in the day you’d get rewards almost weekly if not every 3 days now with this update I haven’t gotten rewards in over 4 months this app has really gone downhill unfortunately

TRY SPEEDWAY APP. The old SCRATCH power app may not have given a scratch ticket per dollar which appears awesome, but at least you were actually capable of winning!! I MEAN OUT OF 68$ aka 68 scratchers, I won a cup of coffee? And the free items they give on certain days, surprisingly aren’t free, well at least in Rancho Cordova California. The croissant THATS normally 2.49, still cost .49 plus tax because the app only allowed 2$ off of the total price ? If you want or like better deals, 7/11 and Speedway have better deals/savings and cheaper prices overall in general. And every dollar you spend also accumulates towards points and you’re Able to actually use the money you spend towards rewards not just a “chance” at a reward.

Meh It’s not that great. There was a couple months where there were daily free food items that was cool but overall it’s a bad app. Some ampm’s aren’t recognized. You almost never actually win anything on the scratcher other than 22 oz cold and small hot drinks. After a year and a half I’ve won a hotdog and an Adrenaline Shoc that I was ripped off. I was like Oh awesome I finally win something cool! Then when they scanned it it said “loyalty unavailable” and I didn’t get the deal then it was not in my list. Psssh What a waste. Use it for the daily deals and don’t bother with the scratchers.

The latest updates have killed this app. I used to love this app. I buy gas a lot and always go to AMPM when it’s fill up time just so I can check in and use this app. However.. this app has really taken a nose dive recently. I have no idea how these updates made it to a public release because the app isn’t functional. It now takes 10 minutes to open, glitches and crashes constantly, frequently won’t show the prize wallet, has issues checking in, and sometimes won’t show scratchers after checking in. I am opening to changing my review once they fix it, but until then it’s a one star from me dawg.

Hi I wonder why I can’t claim my donut winners in my app’s can you fix it or do something because I win a lot of them but I can’t claim it because the Arco computers won’t work with the donuts. But my other winners items I can claim of them. only my donuts that I can’t claim them I let them expired because the computer won’t for the donuts.

App is buggy. I can’t even log-on with my email. 404 page not found.. This app used to have good offers but lately it’s gone downhill. I never win with scratchers anymore -even with a purchase. Last week a clerk told me if I buy 5 car washes I get one free through the app. Since I wash my car often I thought I’d take advantage of the deal but the offer wasn’t listed. I thought maybe my app was glitching so I deleted it and reinstalled it. Now I can’t log-in with my email -404 page not found. 🙄Very disappointed

This was a 5 star app. I used to love this app. I even won a apple gift card! Sadly, Scratch power include free scratchs as winners. Before there wasn't free scratches or buy something get something free. Every winner really won something no strings attached. The only issue was Arco employees making up their own rules, like you can't use the winning ticket if it wouldn't scan or if a manager wasn't present or if they didn't see you open it or if they didn't close the app for you. Now you seldom win anything without having to buy. Still worth playing just not as rewarding as before.

Thanks!. The AM/PM app took some getting used to but now that I am familiar with it I can navigate the site pretty fast. I wish the refills counted towards a free drink. In comparing notes with AM/PM staff it seems a little wasteful to make people buy a new cup each time?! Just an opinion. Perhaps there is a reason from corporate that dictated the need for a new cup each time? ***UPDATE*** The team at AM/PM heard me! Refills without a New cup are counted towards a free drink!!! I was pleasantly surprised that Corporate responded to my suggestion. I feel validated. AM/PM rocks! Shannan at your Murrieta store is AWESOME! I’m not very technical and she always offers to help customers use the app! Please let her know we ALL appreciate her efforts and her cheerful attitude!

They overcharge and the deals on the app do not work. There are several “deals” advertised on this app, however after scanning the app barcode and ringing these items up, they do not honor said deals being advertised on the app. I am not trying to use an expired deal; it says on the app that it’s good, but the stores refuse to honor the price being advertised. What’s the point of using this app if they don’t honor the prices being advertised? As far as the scratchers go, the chances of winning anything are incredibly low. It’s just not worth using the app.

At times I love it others it’s a pain. Yes I’m glad it wants to make sure I am who I am verifying my ID and email is a plus to it but it does it million times before I can either log in or reset my password .. also I was very happy that before the new update how easy it was to use it. Then the new update my store won’t let me use it because there is no timer on it so the gentlemen there is pain when wanting to use my coupons he doesn’t believe that a new update came out or something not sure why I’m not allowed to use them.. Then also I like that you got some new prizes but I would love it there were actually cool prizes like electronics or even gift cards for that being into there 24/7 and spend money and never get much in return..also a rewards system would be cool too like every so many or so much you spend get free fountain soda and candy or get a 5$ coupon for any item in the store.. but overall great app just needs a little bit of fixes and it will be legit. Customer service. To whom it may concern this was my first visit to this location. I usually go to the other one on 74. They are rude as heck and I do not want to go there again so I stopped at your location. I am counter jewels on my visit. She was the greatest customer service I have had at any ampm in the last year thank you juls for your help

This app is actually really cool, but it’s not the best. I was actually supposed to be giving a $500 ampm gas card and it just disappeared. I’ve called the customer service. I want market card. Otherwise you guys are not. don’t make promises to your customers if you’re not gonna have hair also, I always win cookies and sodas well when I use the barcode at the store none of my items come up for free so I’m asking for the $500 gift card for gas and then a total of $50 for all the items that I’ve lost due to negligence on the ampm app give her side it’s not her fault of mine support of the app in the company who renders the app and also Liza find out more about being paid to be a product is the developer or contributor and how I can get more discounts on try the products very much for being paid for doing so.

App is not working. Since yesterday the new version of this app is not working. I have deinstalled and reinstalled the app. Now it is giving me an error message when I try to log in. “Session Expired. Please login again - 1000”. Now I can’t log in. This use to be an awesome app but since they upgraded this week I have had problems. Very frustrating.

Used to be good, not anymore.... I'm a commuter, I drive a lot, and AmPm is a place where I normally stop and get gas and snacks. This app was awesome, winning burgers and hot dogs with free sodas, cookies, coffee. But now it just doesn’t work. You asked me To email you, which I did, you responded, then nothing.... I’ve emailed multiple times since then, and still nothing. My wife won a prize that required her to send her address. But we never got anything..so I’m not sure why you guys decided to mess this app up so bad.

The App Got Worse Since Its Makeover. I’ve been using the app since Day 1, and it’s gotten worse. Less winning. A LOT less. I win something once a month and it’ll be for a pack of cookies or coffee (which I don’t drink), even though I always spend money there. I’ve actually stopped going there because I spend a lot of money to get nothing back. I use to gas up there and buy snacks all the time, even before the app, but now I’m getting not much of a return. I don’t want free cookies. I don’t need diabetes and caffeinated drinks. BIGGEST ISSUE: The reward rules say that scratches expire after 7 days. Every time I’ve gotten a scratcher, 2 days after getting them, it gives me a “scratchers will expire within 48 hours” warning? That’s only FOUR (4) days, not SEVEN. I’ve brought this to customer service’s attention and they give me the runaround. Fix your app or get sued for false advertisement. 💯

Update screwed up the app. The update makes me sign in and I haven’t had to sign in for two years! So I keep telling the app I forgot my password and it says go check my mail. Well you haven’t sent me an email to reset my password at all and I’ve tried at least three times. I’m getting annoyed. I’ve read the other reviews and I give most of the stuff to my husband because I won’t eat it, but I have gotten a few snickers bars and they came in handy when I was hungry and had forgotten to eat!

Sad. I love your prices on your cokes and monsters, but your scratchers are normally spend a lot of money. I get like 25 and I only get one gift and it’s a coffee and I don’t drink coffee to give you good prizes when I first started five years ago now it doesn’t give you anything but coffees, so sometimes I don’t even go to ampm I just go to Walmart

Sweet store. I enjoy knowing that AMPM is there for me, day and night they have awesome products to get you going and to tier gasoline. Their mascot is pretty cool too. They have great baked goods and you can earn rewards through the APP; such as; cookies and medium fountains! Love this fuel station!!

Ended ip removing the app. It used to work great then the second update it stop giving out prozes, now the fourth update i cant even register another new acct (yes another) as it made you do it again in a previous update) now this update is ao buggy when you go to reg a new acct it just gives you blank white squares to fill in but doesnt tell you what to fill in... i ended up deleting the app. Just not worth it they ruined it with the very first update change . Again its near impossible to even win a coffee, or sign in/ make a new acct

Free Rock Star Juiced. I wasn’t able to get today’s Free Rock Star because the representative told me the app is not working, even tho I was able to buy the troll candies through the app. Please don’t offer free items if they are not available to get.

No More , Worthless. I have been using this application since 2016 all I have ever won is soda coffee hotdogs or a cheeseburger and I used to be able to get 90 to 120 tickets saved up in a month when you could get up to three a day anyways this is junk I never win anything anymore why am I always doing this application it’s just a waste of time , I’m not using you anymore I’m deleting you tonight our relationship is over how fun

Save money and gamble!!!!. Title says it all. This app is awesome. Sometimes it doesn’t work on the first two scans at the register but I think that has more to do with the internet and system then the app so I still give it 5 stars.

Worst app in history of apps. Seriously the worst app I have ever installed. It never works. When it actually works and I can play my scratchers whatever I win goes into my wallet and then when I try to go to my wallet nothin is ever there...ever. All I ever get is a dumb message that says contact customer support and when I did that I got a half hearted reply that did nothing to fix the problem. I think I’ll go across the street to the shell station just out of frustration. No longer an ampm fan.

Ever since update, nothing but PROBLEMS!!!. I’ve liked and used this app for what feels like forever now but ever since their recent update, I’ll scratch the app outside by the gas pumps and go inside to redeem it and my whole wallet disappears!! Pops up with server login expired, then I go to log out and log back in and it says the same thing. If you’re gonna give free stuff away actually give it away instead of teasing people with it and taking it away!!

Ampm App. This app is the best! You earn a free scratcher everyday plus one for every dollar. You get free stuff for referrals and they have punch cards like buy 4 coffee and get one free! Plus the workers at my local ampm are awesome! They never look at you funny when you are trying to use the app they encourage it! I love the ampm app!

Doesn’t work. App doesn’t really works. It was scanned by the employee and it didn’t give me the free item I had. Bought a coffee and it didn’t give me the one coffee credit. I’m probably going to erase it.

New update is TERRIBLE🤦🏻‍♀️🖐🏻. If I could Rate this a zero I would😤This app is terrible!!! First all I had to the signing thing but ok whatever i still did it🤦🏻‍♀️anyway today I tried using what I had in the wallet and when I clicked on it, It wouldn’t pop up I tried everything, turning of my phone, clicking out and clicking back in, I even tried my moms phone just in case. And no that stupid thing did the same😤 Everything else was working perfectly fine except that stupid thing 🤦🏻‍♀️CAN YOU GUYS PLEASE FIX THIS🤦🏻‍♀️!!!

Am Pm offers free peach pastry but stores don’t have a peach pastry option. Very disappointing to have to argue with an am pm attendant because their system doesn’t have a peach pastry option even though they have the product and the app offers it for free. Don’t promise things you can’t deliver am pm app

Worst update ever!. This was a really great and fun app...until they tried to fix what wasn’t broken. It’s terrible now. The latest update made it where you can’t even scratch the scratchers without closing them. It takes way too long for the app to load and I have to close the app after checking in to access the scratchers. The only improvement has been being able to redeem your prizes all at once with the barcode. Please fix the errors!!!

You throw away allot of food.. For the amount of food that you throw away it’s absolutely insane that you can’t give some of it away for free before it expires. People are struggling out here and the amount of food waste that comes from each of your locations is outrageous. no matter how many times you play, or how many points you add, there is absolutely no way to win any free items in the app, making it completely useless.

No good... Used to be good, I was visiting every single day an “ampm” at my city because I get free coffee, free cookies, free soda and other free stuff all depending on the day of the week and of course once I was there I fill up my cravings with other stuff or buying other necessary items once I was there.. now no more since the latest update. so, I go to other merchants with better app deals and spend my money there while they attract me with good free stuff.. This was just my personal and honest review

Nothing short of EXCELLENT!!!. Professional staff and friendly! I drive all the way from Bremerton to go to this AM PM! Store always clean. Food always fresh. But outstanding staff is what I enjoy! Just went 2 days in a row. Let be new chili dogs!

Terrible update. The new update is more stable, but WAY more stingy. Frankly not worth the effort anymore. No longer more free scratchers. You have to scan in at every purchase, then you usually get absolutely nothing for your efforts. Also, you only have like 3 days to cash in on your prize. I have to give it one star because the stability is better at least

Too much good stuff. It’s easy. When you see an ampm you open the app and check in for a free chance to win. Plus discount on other products as well. I like this app

Might as well. Figured I’d finally give in too apps and so far this one has worked in my favor. AMPM is a favorite stop to pick up necessary things to make it through the work day. While getting rewarded on buying things you already do.

App does not record purchases. I have purchased several coffees and only two have been recorded on the app. I make sure to scan before i pay. App needs some updates.

The ap is fun and you get free stuff!. What’s not to love? Stores are always clean and well stocked, coffee is hot and fresh! The people that work there are friendly and helpful. I can tell they take pride in their store which you can’t say about the “real” coffee stores. Free stuff and great deals are just a bonus!

Worthless app for promotions. This app does not work anytime I go by my two packs of cigarettes using the app I’m supposed to save $2.30 but it’s not giving me discount when using the app even though it states on a sign when you buy two packs any style you save $2.30 can you please fix this? I feel I’m being robbed every time I go to your stores. also sent an email to Marathon petroleum and still haven’t received an email or call back

Must have. I’ve been using this app for months now is never let me down has a lot of free stuff and the scratches is a plus. The only problem I’ve ever had is them not having my prize in stock

Product unavailable. I love ampm but when you win a prize when you show up to the store and they’re out of the product and the beast the whole purpose of being excited about women waste of time waste the gas waste of money to drive there

Employees. You have 4 ladies that work at your store they are absolutely the best. Kind, respectful, hardworking and it totally makes a difference how people are treated. They are why I keep coming back to this store. Thank you keep them forever!!! Donna

Power scratch app. Whoever redone this app really screwed up this app and needs to fix the problems you should not have to delete and download the app again or restart your phone every time as it is said if something is not broken why fix it

Unhappy customers. It shuts down ALOT & I have good WiFi or cell service when it does it. Especially when I’m at one of the stores it will kick me out and then when I go to log back in it’ll kick me out before I finish putting in my email and password and it’ll take me 9 to 10 times to be able to use the things that I’ve won or whatever. It almost seems like the company has set it up this way to stop people from getting the things that they’ve won.

Buy 4 coffees get one free. I had bought 4 cups of coffee to receive the rewards for the free one.I’ve been collecting it one by one then it just went back to zero when I never claimed my free coffee.

Easier But Not As Fun. I have been a fan of this app since the start, but now not as fun, I like how easy it is to claim prizes, but the prizes are not as nice, I don’t like that they took away the share scratcher feature my family and friends enjoyed sharing.

Mannerism /working facilities. Certain employees at ampm stations are too occupied talking in their native language when trying to ask a Q? I use crutches so is extra difficult when out N about and the restroom facilities are always out of service never working , their mannerism is horrid .... Thank you costumer service .........!

New update is terrible. Made me sign in again, but told me my password was wrong. So I hit forgot password, never got the email to reset. I created a new account, fine whatever. Now the app won’t open about half the time. When it does open it tells me there are no ampm’s near by, when I am sitting in the parking lot, or it tells me there is nothing in my wallet, when there are. It is definitely NOT new and *improved.*

You now have to download a diff app???. This officially is the suckiest business idea ever, “well it still works in Nevada, arizona, and Southern California!” is so dumb, I LIVE in socal and it doesn’t let me use the app, this is the worst possible route you could have gone with the app, and the removal of scratchers, and most deals that even got me to use the app in the first place. Do better, and don’t give me a sorry little developer response, CHANGE BACK.

Unable to access the app. I couldn’t set up an account and when I finally had it made through some weird loophole through being told “invalide email and/or password” I got to needing to be verify my identity, which told me then my email and/or password was again invalid even though I made it through that part already. I would love to use the app and give it a better review but I’m just not able to get past login

Needs another update. First when you first sign up it’s impossible to read the agreement because it’s whit text on a yellowish orange background. Second, the app takes for ever to open, I have to wait 15 minutes or longer and most of my friends have the exact same problem. Last, every time I win something it says error and crashes but when I lose it is perfectly normal. The original app was way better, definitely need to make changes to fix this

Worse Than Ever. Before the upgrade of the app it was working fine, but after, its jst horrible it keeps freezing when trying to get more scratchers i cant even check in n when trying to redeem any of them it freezes and that all the time.

Not the best update. It made me constantly sign in with errors ever time. It freezes up almost every time I try and use this app. And I also wish they took that music away when you first open the app. Definitely they need check some issues with this app

So slow!!. I’m not sure if they are using old technology or what, but once the ampm register scans the app it could take a minute or two for everything to register. Don’t bother using it especially if they are busy!

New update. I absolutely love the AMPM app!! I would have given it five stars but the new update is really upsetting me. I used to win all the time because ampm is the only store that I go to. I don’t go anywhere else but ever since the new update I barely win anything so that’s my only one downfall.

Why do I waste my time!!!!. It took me 20 mins to try to get what the app said I won and I didn’t even get all of it just two things. The people working there do not know what they are doing and treat you like you are cashing in welfare coupons. The only reason I got this was so the kids could have fun scratching and winning prizes. Otherwise, I wouldn’t even have this stupid app that doesn’t even work half of the time. This app also signs me off all the time. I won a bunch off stuff it got glitchy and lost everything.

They need to fix the system. My one complaint is that when checking out, the discounts applied take too long to apply and holds up the line when people are in a rush to get in and out.

AMPM’s #1 Loyal Customer. I have been going to AMPM before it was called that. It was a gas station named ARCO Atlantic Richfield. Back then it was a tiny office slash soda cooler and candy bars operation that over the years evolved into a large money making machine. (In a good way). Excellent Service and customer satisfaction!! New app NEVER works. This app was reliable & fun for a long time. The new version never works. It won’t let you sign in over half the time. When it does, the store scans the prize & it still says coupon invalid. You request password reset & email never shows. I quit trying to scratch daily a month or less into this nonsense. It’s a waste of time & at this point, about 3 months into the new app, I’m finally uninstalling. It was a good run & really did convince me to buy all my gas at Arco but the new app has done the opposite. Very disappointing.

App updated now doesn’t work. My husband and I both are super upset! We have the ampm rewards and we use it multiple times of the day! We were so happy at first🤓 free coffee, drinks and more! Then all of a sudden we were both locked out the app! It acts like it just doesn’t recognize two separate accounts after Ampm made an update! We try to sign IN, can’t It’s like we almost shouldn’t go there anymore! I wish you guys at AMPM would fix this

This ap is cool. I didn’t catch the fellas name that was working the register, but he was friendly and helpful. He recommended I scan one of the promotional flyers they had at the register, and that I could earn points and win free stuff. AMPM on N. Davis in the the auto mall gets two thumbs up!

THE APP DOESN’T WORK ANYMORE!!!!. Unfortunately I have to give this a 1 star rating. Ever since the update the app freezes! It never loads to the ‘scratcher’ screen. & when it does actually load it runs so slow & we lose our scratchers very quickly! My mom & I frequently use this app, we go almost everyday for either gas, a snack, or a drink. & we also stop off for a coffee on our way home from Disneyland. So we like to use the app for a little extra something. Just stinks.

Riddled with Errors. This is one of the most poorly maintained apps I have ever seen. When you win a prize with the scratchers, it frequently comes up with an error. After this, it doesn’t let you accept the prize, and it won’t let you redo the scratcher. Lastly, the app takes 3 minutes to run any command, even just going to the in-app wallet.

I really used to enjoy this a.m. p.m. scratch power app but now I have a Lotta problems with it. I would’ve gave it a five star but it freezes up a lot and when you updated it in and ask even worse sometimes they don’t even pick up a signal to even open up for me to get my points and sometime my points disappear so I’m a take that down to a three star
