It’s ok. App works great with parking and everything but after about 3 weeks it logs me out and when I trying to log back in it says my password is incorrect or invalid so I’m often having to make new passwords. Even made a new account and still does the same thing.

This app is Garbage. App doesn’t work; lost my history, and now no longer allows for adding vehicle either. 0 out 5 stars.

Convenient!. I’m not a native Houstonian, so I was looking for the meters in the metered parking downtown. No meters. Finally stopped, checked out the parking app, uploaded some funds to pay for parking, and that was it! There was ample parking spaces near the tax office and, from what I observed by taking a little walk, there was available space on most streets. Perfectly convenient and efficient.

Very bad app. It takes a while for us to pay, it log off by itself and takes a while to login, don’t recognize your email or password, can’t let you pay!!

Bad app bad city planning.. Why have meters that just eat your money…. I paid for parking and it took my money and gave me no credit so I’ll be leaving a 1 star review on all devices because I have to download this stupid app after I alredy paid

Live Activities!. This app just got better with Live Activities on iOS 16.1!! Ahh it so cool seeing the timer on my Lock Screen and on the dynamic island. Great job to development team!

Stalker. I has my app set to share while using. Miles away from the location I was at and time expired and the app was still tracking me. Invasion of privacy. Deleted app.

Makes you go in circles. Even the review comes in blank letters

Awesome. I have been using this app for years and it is a HUGE TIMESAVER. The street machines are EXCRUCIATINGLY SLOW and sometimes don’t work at all. With this app you never have to deal with them!

Houston Parking. App has been working well for me but lately there have been some issues. I have been unable to use. It has lost all my information and will not accept data. I’m having to use the meters instead of app and isn’t as convenient.

If you want a parking ticket use this app. Cost me $60.00 bucks. Yes that’s twice I tried to use this rotten app. The app might work but parking attendants don’t seem to care. I’m too busy to fight city of Houston so $60 down the drain. Save yourself the trouble and don’t get this app.

Awful…. Had to leave the astros game 2 innings early just because it only allowed no more than 3 hour parking. RIP OFF

Stopped working. The app stopped working and my history of parking also is gone.

Scam. I paid for parking and still got a ticket. I tried to get a refund and they refused. If you can’t run an app with some common sense, get out of the business.

Trying to tow my truck. They left a note on my window that I didn’t pay for parking and next time I was getting tow

Doctors office spot. It’s awesome when the machine is broken, but not so awesome when the app is crashing. You can save spots. Also it warns you when your spots about to expire and to add time without running down.

Passwordless login not working. I click on the email link and it goes to the parkmobile website - can never get the ParkHouston app to sign in.

Slow, unresponsive & broken app.. Slow, unresponsive app. I could never get it to work. It Kept saying the zone I was trying to use was unavailable for parking even though it was 12 noon and parked cars filled the block! Signs said block was available for parking! I then Tried the zone across street and it kept saying server was unresponsive. Quit app and relaunched to same response. ALSO: Why is there a different app for Houston? I used the standard ParkMobile app for years here without issue, but had trouble getting it to work today, so I downloaded the ParkHouston App because the meters had that name. Same issues across both apps. Sluggish. Threw constant errors saying I couldn't park, then when retried, said server unresponsive. Ended up using the meter which was slow as molasses to print ticket. Please fix the server or fix the app. Was great to use before these problems.

Easy to Use. Love the ease of this app! Truly convenient. The pay station wasn’t working and I needed to park at this particular location so I downloaded the app and paid for the parking there! Super easy to use!

Someone inside steals cc info.. Just received my business cc and they are the first and only company I used it on 8/14/24 in the morning. Later on in the evening someone tried to get HEB gas with my info later that evening. Had to cancel my new card.

Fantastic Parking App. This is so easy to use! It gives you updates about your time and let’s you add time if needed. The “find my car” is a great feature I haven’t seen. Completely worth it to use!!!

iOS app won’t load my account properly.. iPhone X. Was using the android app successfully for a year on my s8+ and note 8. Bought the iPhone X and I can log in but no parking spots show up, I can’t search for meters and when I try to look at my account settings it fails to load. Discovered the Parkmobile app works properly. No good reason to use this app until it’s fixed.

Works but annoying. If you have the park zone number, great, search feature is bad. Great at notifying you, but when you are done the app won’t go away! Even closing it and sometimes after restarting device it is still docked on your Dynamic Island. Please fix these bugs

Awful. This is quite possibly the worst app ever created. It is so difficult to use. I was standing in a parking lot in Memorial Park houston and it shows me options to park in Atlanta. It is slow and clunky and needs to be permanently deleted. Great job Houston!

Convenience. This app makes it very easy and convenient to park downtown/midtown. It’s raining now, so versus having to go fumble with the parking meter in the rain, I simply parked and paid through the app on my way inside the building. Genius idea!

Keeps logging me out. What's the point of having an app if it can't remember you. I might as well just log into the website each time. Crap programmers
