Easy to set up and use. The Apple Pay connection is helpful.

No way to add a favorite spot anymore (03-May-2018). Earlier I could add a favorite spot from the app. Now no more! I could not find an option in the app (under favorites) to add another favorite spot. Please fix this ASAP!

App always thinks Apple Pay failed. With the new version the app always thinks payment failed. I’m using Apple Pay. The app reports a failure with payment. So i try to pay again and then I’m told the spot is already taken (which tells me payment went thru), then I’ll check my iOS wallet and see payment did go thru, and I even get a reminder text when my time is almost expired. But the app doesn’t let me review my time because it doesn’t think I paid. Everyone. Three times in last 4 days.

Now this really is difficult to use. I was attempting to pay for parking in Downtown MKE. The app came up and asked for a zone. Didn’t know what was being asked for and the help button wasn’t helpful. The phone has GPS and showed where I was. Would not accept the space number without the zone. What is the zone? And why can’t it Determine the zone by that information? Attempted to pay at two kiosks and then determined that the entire payment system was down.

It’s a crappy app. It took forever to sign up and it kept saying my email was already taken. It’s probably because this is run by city government and because it is Milwaukee that means inept and corrupt.

App breaks often. I’m always standing at a meter when Mke Park decides my password isn’t right, though every time, it is right. So then I have to find quarters. E ceding my annoying. When it works, it’s a real handy app. But I’m taking time to review while waiting for the app to download, to reinstall, again.

Dead as a doornail. :(. This app made it possible to park in mke, since all the meters around UWM have worn out card readers. Except that someone stole my phone so now I’m back to using my iPhone 6. Every app works on it but this one, that won’t even allow a previous version to install, when I had one on this phone that worked fine not long ago. So I‘m supposed to buy a new thousand dollar phone just to park? Guess I’ll ride my bike from the free Park-n-Ride or something. Disappointing.

Awesome!. Simple to understand, easy to use. Excellent features with the real time streetcar map and bubbles showing parking by area/type. Thanks!

Install an app and then create an account?. Seriously?! I just want to park as a visitor from out of town who isn’t coming back anytime soon. Excellent way to discourage shoppers and tourists. How about a guest option or just forgo the account creation (skip)? You don’t need it.

Too hard to set up. I had to get a parking ticket, which cause me to get it set up but bye that time I couldn’t remember what parking place I was in. Hopefully the next time I will be ready to put all the information in to the app.

Organized crime. The city charges such exorbitant rates that nobody has that much change in their pocket and businesses don’t want to break bills for everyone so the city buys the app. Now when you find and old styled meter you have to pay $.36 in addition to the exorbitant rates. The politicians make a fortune off of the citizens who bought the roads in the first place and the app developer makes millions too.

Doesn’t work consistently. It indicated that there was an error in processing my credit card. So I moved my car and parked somewhere else. Then I got charged for the original spot. Not good. This has happened several times.

Zone?. There aren’t any zone postings on the meters nor on nearby signs. The first time I used the app, I had 3 zones pop up on the app. I chose the first one, paid, and ended up with a ticket. I disputed the ticket with the city showing I paid through the app and they refused to overturn it. The second time I tried to use this, again not knowing the zone, I put the meter space in and the map showed that I was located in a different part of the city. My trust in this app is gone.

Parking zone. When I typed in the parking # where it is asks for parking zone, it did not show my actual parking location which made me nervous whether what I was doing was accurate or not.

Great!. Super easy to use, really convenient, and truthfully, it keeps me from over-paying when I don't need to pay and alerts me when my time is almost up, avoiding those pesky tickets! I'd say it's a necessity for being downtown.

Overcharged. Crappy system. It charged my credit card but gave me a notice that the payment did not go through so the timer did not start. Had to go through the system 3 times to get it to work. I was triple charged!

Privacy Nightmare and Terrible Service Model. Unbelievably invasive. License Plate, e-mail , personal data, payment methods, and now Data leak! Tragically, the only other option is to not pay and get towed. There are no alternatives.

Stupid. Unreal it’s either download the app or pay a $5.00 fee to pay by a phone call. The city of Milwaukee is really trying to make people come & visit. Tom Barrett horrible mayor to approve this nonsense. What about elderly people who don’t have smart phones???

Issues with payment option. I think the app is great overall, but recently have been really annoyed by a glitch that prohibits me from adding a payment option. I can’t reach anyone in tech support via email or by phone. First world problems I know, but grrrr...

Ripoff. I had a minute and 30 left on my meter from paying directly with my credit card. I added the app so I could add some additional minutes and do it again if I was in a store for too long. I tried to add 30 minutes and in doing so it erased the hour and a half I already had on there and shorted me an hour and a half. I went back to check my carAnd it was flashing or I could’ve gotten a ticket. They deleted the money that I had already paid and it is not clear at all that you will lose this time when you try to add more minutes. What they essentially are doing is double charging people when they pay with cash and try to add minutes through the app. It’s a complete rip off and should be a class action lawsuit. I’m going to see if I can bring this up to an attorney friend. Seems like massive fraud on a crazy high scale.

Data breach. Failures at life. ParkMobile was hacked and allowed everyone’s data to leak. Did they tell you about it? Nope. Amateur developers like this need to find a new line of work. Such grotesque disappointments to everyone that actually cares about security.

New version is awful!. New app doesn’t know the city I’m in. Use location services?? New app buttons and labels are super small and don’t make sense. New app setting time duration is sloppy, takes the wrong setting most of the time. New app doesn’t know that 0424 = 424. Wasted a good few minutes and had to run back across a busy street to figure that out. Old version was quick, easy, and fast.

Parking clock started before 8. Just got here and paid parking starts at 8am- clock online started right away

Parking app works well, needs a step up. If you know the meter number the parking app works great to accomplish its core functionality. It should be improved to show the meter number in the app by pointing to individual parking spaces on the map. Also, while 38 cents seems de minimis, its a big % increase when the meter rate is 50 cents per hour. The city should license the software and charge only enough to recover the cost.

No happy.. This app seems to lose all of credit card info when it updates. It is a hassle to always update info. What’s the point of the app???

Parking. Never have I experienced the thrills of parking until I found this app

Polluting my Dynamic Island. Even if I don’t have an active parking spot, your app continues to show in the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen. This needs to be fixed. I will be deleting the app until it is.

No cellular support. I installed and noticed app was not in Cellular permission of Settings. Abe in support said I need to reset all passwords and network settings!?!? No way. I will use credit card instead.

Frustrating to use. I just spent 20 minutes setting up a parking session. It "failed" my payment three times, then "failed" again saying I am already in a parking session at that spot. Of course this is consistent with Milwaukee's overall parking management. They make it as hard as possible to follow the rules so they can continue to collect $20 million+ in parking violation revenues every year.

So easy!. This is a great app. So easy to use. Just be sure to remember you login 411. This is the best way to park!

Junk app. App doesn’t work. Trying to reset password never sends any email. Cannot get back in any way i try. Just feed the meter by hand. It is much faster than this waste of my time app.

Be prepared to randomly need to reenter information. I might need to start carrying coins again since the app has become such a hassle

Nobody wants to pay to Park... Of course this is like saying here's the fastest way to pay your taxes. Anyone in Milw who doesn't appreciate this app apparently didn't live back when you had to shake down your seats for quarters to park. Sure there is a minor surcharge but to just type in the location number and your time (which you can extend up to the max 2 hour limit if you stay longer) and have it charge the "$1.88" for 57 minutes is the way to go. Just Set up your cars by license plate in advance and set up payment type in advance. After that it's 10 seconds once you find a spot. Again, not defending parking fees themselves but if you're stuck paying them this at least makes it as painless as possible.

Please fix payment method. I used to love this app, however for the last two weeks the app doesn’t recognize my payment method and asks me to add one. When I click on the link to add a payment method, the only ones available to add are ones I haven’t used yet. I’m out of options to add as I already used 5 of them and those are not available to use after you add them. PLEASE HELP!!!!! Fix the payment method access.

Basically a scam. Meters won't read cards well during the rain, leaving this as your only option, app is a joke trying to trick users into a "master pass" at several times. Then they add a surcharge for you to be inconvenienced by all this nonsense....what crap

System Down. Couldn’t use it. Kiosk out too. Probably will get a ticket.

Bad app. The find my car button showed my car parked in the wrong spot when I tried to locate my car. It lead me to the opposite side of city. I finally figure out where I parked so if you lose your location, don’t use the find my car cause it don’t work.

Difficult to use and takes too long to set up. Way too complicated for simple parking

Worst App. No scanning sticker present. We tried parking on Wisconsin and NONE of the zones contained the parking spot number. Can’t search by spot number and there was no way to find the zone. Who is responsible for this crappy app??

Will not allow recharge, even when under time limit. When you're parking in a 2-hr spot, beware that you can only pay the app once for that spot. I paid 1 hr in a 2 hr spot and tried to recharge. I walked back to my car to find a $22 ticket. After confronting the meter maid, I followed the process of appeal (which involved faxing a broken fax line), but the snail mail took too much time to arrive which then gave me a late fee. I clearly outlined this issue in the appeal process and just now received my rejection notice, 4 months later. Clearly, this app doesn't function as it should. Clearly, this app doesn't communicate clearly its function. Clearly, Milwaukee needs revenue badly. Clearly, I am not pleased about their extortion.

App is broken. The app no longer lets me pay with my saved credit card information. After opening a support ticket to get help, it was marked as “solved” even though nobody responded to the ticket and nothing was fixed in the app. Amateur support for sure.

Works perfectly!. Saves time and hassle!

Don’t under “zone”. This is a great option when no cash is available! However, I’ve parked in many places downtown where there are “no zones available”. Maybe they should omit that, and just have the parking meter number to be displayed. Thx.

Deceptive af. Instead of zone number which makes no sense AT ALL, put SPACE NUMBER so people know what the hell you want and how to use the app so they dont get tickets 30mins after their time expires!!!

False prompts. I often get false prompts from this app, whereby I can’t proceed with the operation and have to restart from the beginning.

Technical Issues. When creating my account, no matter how many different passwords I created within the guidelines of the password, an error message pops up to say it does not meet the requirements. Very frustrating and I have no idea what to do. There is no way to get around it.

Terrible. This app claims I’m at the same random place no matter where I am. Just paid for my zone but the meter still says expired.

Works great. Especially helpful when it's freezing outside and I don't want to stand around at the pay machine. Costs extra but I never have coins or cash so it's worth it to me.

Rental Cars. Love the app except I’m always using a Rental car and having to add a licensee plate makes no sense if I want to pay for the parking.

Gooood app. It's just a solid, pretty good app. I've had no problems with it and plan to continue to use it, when necessary, as needed, till the time I don't.

Use at your own risk. I used this yesterday to park in a city lot, and got a ticket anyway. Now I can either pay the stupid $22 ticket or go contest it (which I am going to do!). Charges a fee on top of the meter rate, and I haven't found a single parking spot where I can reload without having to move the car. The app is a good idea in theory, but the implementation is shoddy at best. Save the trouble and drop a few coins in the stinking meter.

Perfect!. It's perfect and easy to use. I love that I can pay the meter without change, while walking to my destination, or for other people!

Pointless after meter runs out. For the most part, I LOVE this app. The thing I hate is that after your meter expires (for example, the 2 hours you paid for runs out), the app will not allow you to renew time. When this happens, you have to physically go to a digital parking meter to add on more time. That kind of defeats the purpose of having an app that you can use to pay for the meter

Serves it's purpose. I've used this app nearly every day for a few months. My only complaint is the $0.38 charge on every transaction as a "convenience". I did receive a ticket after paying once, but so did every other car in the zone which would lead me to believe it was a system issue, not app failure. I called the parking office and they saw my transaction and removed the ticket.

MKE PARKING SYSTEM IS MF BS. SOooooo stupid. Does anybody remember when you could put coins into the machine? It took me 20 minutes to set up the app, create an account, and pay too much too much to park for an hour and a half.

Can't add time. This app works great IF you're only going to park for the max time or less at a meter. If you want to add time when your meter is about to expire, you're out of luck. Even though it prompts you with a notification to "add time", when you try to do it, it says you can't park there anymore, i.e. move your car to a different meter. Which is ridiculous cuz if I was paying with coins I could park there all day as long as plug the meter. This defeats the whole purpose of having an app to remotely fill your meter. What a joke. Needless to say, this flaw caused me to get a ticket when I couldn't leave work to go plug the meter manually. A total scam.

To much work. No simple enough setup for a parking app

Hard to use. It said it would start clock at 8. It started clock at 7:44. Luckily I put on more time than needed.

I love the convenience. I love that they finally got an app for parking! It's so convenient and easy to use. I use it 4 days a week and I've only had one problem with receiving a ticket when I shouldn't have, but they could easily see through the app that I had paid and it was an easy fix. I definitely tell people about this app.

So convenient!. Has saved me so much time, inconvenience of making sure I have change, and has saved me a lot of parking tickets!!! I tell everyone about this app.

Highly recommend it!!!. Super convenient and super useful! Really recommend it if you don't always have courters on hand for parking meters. So glad I got this, makes parking easier, especially being a college student where classes can go long sometimes and I can't run to the meter

Trash. This app is garbage. Forgets my payment methods and vehicle details, crashes frequently, not intuitive in the slightest.

Quick, easy & convenient. Well-designed and a pleasure to use.

App works well, fees are a bit high. I park near work everyday and oftentimes I'll choose to use the metered parking. This app is very convenient especially if it's raining or if there's a line at the pay meter. I'm totally willing to pay for the convenience but 10% fee is way too high in my book. I use the Wallet payment method now and its more reasonable at 6.7%-ish. The app works well and the notifications are great. The map is a nice feature. The most lacking feature however is the ability to select a time when deciding how long to park. In addition to letting us choose length of time, consider letting us choose the time we want to leave and automatically picking the length of time for us as well. I can't see the clock on my phone when choosing so that will help a lot. Apple Pay would also be a good addition. Looking forward to updates.

Beware!. In a lot of zones within the city, you won't be able to renew your parking after a slotted amount of time. 2 hour parking means "2 hours then find another zone." This convenience was one of the main points in marketing the app to people. Don't let it mislead you into thinking this app is a good idea.

A few bugs.... This is a great app for anyone that frequently parks downtown. Granted you get charged 30 cents or something for a convenience fee EVERYTIME but it beats getting a ticket all because you don't have change in your car. Also in the winter months, it's worth not having to stand and try to press the buttons outside while trying to pay. One weird thing with the app is that if you park for 30 minutes and would like to re-up more time in that same spot, it doesn't let you. Therefore I've always did the max time on the meter just to avoid the hassle of having to go feed the meter halfway during what I was doing. Please fix the bugs!!!

Maps are wrong!. This app claims to know where you parked based off the Space #. Do not trust it!

Garbage. Worst App Ever.. Every time there’s an update I have to re-enter all my info. Payment methods have changed.

That was worth it...NOT. Ticketed the first time I used it. Was told by the violations people they can't get the info from the app until the next day. Hey Milwaukee!! If you are going to advertise the service, make sure you can access the correct information when needed.

Reviews. I’m tired of putting quarters in the meters with no registered time. Then I have to go to my credit card. This is typical incompetence from our high tax city.
