Bad controller. I bought a controller and tried the game and it doesn’t work and the controller can’t do anything

Fun for what it is. The game is fun and interesting as it almost feels like the spaceship game from the arcade but right in your face. It would be nice if the controller that came with the exo vr worked like it’s supposed to but that’s another story. The game is glitchy but I enjoy it for what it is. But the real issue is, it doesn’t always load correctly. I love the concept of the game and generally enjoy playing it despite what it is lacking. I think that’s a plus that it’s attention holding. A few tweaks and we will be okay.

Spinning screen. This terrible. The screen is spinning!!!

Might be fun if I could actually play it. Every time I try the loading screen or whatever just spins like crazy for no reason at all I uninstalled and reinstalled but it didn’t work Please just fix the game

Meh. While the game is optimized for later installations of phone software, when used by those systems such as mine, it (mostly) runs fine. Looks just good enough to get by, has decent enough audio, and when it works, it’s enjoyable enough. That said, the controls are a little picky, in that you can only move your craft perfectly vertically or perfectly horizontally, you CANNOT move diagonally. This isn’t so bad at first, but when you get to the inverted spires and asteroid areas, it becomes very difficult to avoid them. I have also had issues with my craft immediately banking to the extreme left or extreme right and staying there for about 5-10 seconds before I can move again. The controls are mostly responsive aside from these instances. The shooting seems to take a bit to “get up to speed”, which may be a ‘warming up’ mechanic and not actually a bug but nonetheless it is irritating for it to behave slightly erratically The biggest issues I have with the game are: A. Lack of VR features. The whole point of VR is to feel immersed in the game and feel like you’re actually there. This game, yes you can turn your head to look around, but there’s no point. Enemy ships spawn either in front of you, or EVER SO SLIGHTLY behind you and then pass to get in front. This makes looking behind you pointless, and the area covers your entire visibility range, so looking around is literally pointless unless you just a want to take in the scenery. And...- B. The freeze after loss. It feels like every time you lose, there’s about a 1/5 chance of the game cutting to a first person perspective from within the craft and all the “menu/start” options not being visible as they seem to be hidden amongst the craft’s parts which cover them. From certain angles you can BARELY see the text, and I can’t seem to trigger them. To counteract this, I often have to remove the headset, slide the tray out and reboot the app. If you’re looking for a good VR system or game, go buy a computer and Oculus. The mobile VR programs are mediocre and seldom work perfectly. If the bugs and complaints I’ve given don’t bother you too much, you might just enjoy the game. If you expect it to be a high quality experience, it simply is not. Want a good space shooter game? Go get Galaxy on Fire 2 or Phoenix. Those games are both better than this or any kind of Star Wars app out there.

Cool Game. Pretty cool! It worked with my iPhone 7 Plus just fine. Great game give it a try.

Did not work. I downloaded the app so successfully but when I want to go put it into the VR it crashed my phone and the game will not work

Crap game. Crash my phone every time I downloaded it I tried over and over to get it for my daughter and it just didn't work save your self some time and don't download it.

Did not like. I have no idea why every-time I open the game it just shakes the screen like crazy 1 out of 5

It’s not good for my phone. I have a iPhone 8 I have heard it works good for iPhone 7 so If you have one give it a try I’d you have a iPhone 7 don’t ever download

Fun game for what it is. I honestly enjoy the game quite a bit. The graphics are nicely done, and once you can get the Controller working with the game it’s great. That said, I wish their was a little more variety in the game in terms of enemies, scenery, etc.

Garbage. I'm not over the age I of thirty there for I don't have an expensive phone. I have an IPhone 5s I think but apparently this game works fine for sevens (iPhone sevens). On my phone the game didn't even launch and it disabled my phone until I managed to unfreeze it and delete the game. In short, unless you own an iPhone seven you can't run this app. This just in while I was typing this review my phone started switching between airplane mode and when wifi. I think that game was a virus

Just like the Star Wars trench scene.. This app is very cool. The closest you can come to experiencing the trench scene from Star Wars. The remote gives me grief, though. I think all of the settings for controls, music/FX, etc should be accessible via the gear icon, as well as an explanation of the controls. Otherwise, great game.

How do you get the remote to work?!?!. I can get the app on and the remote connected to phone but it does not work. I looked at support and help but there is nothing saying how to do this.

Trash. More that half the times I die it just puts me in the ship and I can’t do anything at all. Decent gameplay but since I need to close it most of the times I die it isn’t worth the wait to instal it

False advertising?. I don’t understand. I bought an evo vr starter kit that came with a controller that is advertised as compatible with this game specifically. The “game” function of the remote does not work. I can change the game pad to other settings which only control the volume. The graphics are really nice and it seems like a well made game it’s just too bad the controller doesn’t work. :(. Why even include the controller if it’s essentially useless? Ive yet to find any game fully compatible with it. It’s really a shame because the goggles are very well made. I cannot recommend the evo vr products or this game sadly until the controls are manufactured to be actual controls.

Does not work. I downloaded this app and found out that the controller doesn’t even work. I had brand new batteries in and for some reason the controller doesn’t work. I spent 2 minutes trying to figure this out and then quit because it would never work. Please consider fixing the app
