Easy. The Secure app for work is very easy to use. It’s nice to be able to check emails from anywhere. The only thing I wish is that I could see all emails in my folders as well as my inbox.

Great coverage. I am very happy with Embrace Pet insurance. They offer great coverage options, easy to navigate via their system and quick to pay/remburse

Security is vital. I trust the security of this app. I have been using it for almost 7 years.

Does what I need it to do. The app shows me my email and calendar which is all I need it to do. :)

Better than that blackberry/good app. 100 times better than the balackberry/good product our company used previously

Secure Web. I like the features included in the app, like the attachment function and doc edit option. It has a nice visual look as well.

Move it easy, login so so. Managed to get a pickup on short notice, the app worked fine. Having to login with number and password every time; cumbersome why not the option to use finger or face ID

Seemeless!. Very quick even though I had to go through the scanner. I will renew my membership.

Doesn’t work. When I click on a link from secure mail and it tries to open on secure web, it always, every single time, times out and will not open. Doesn’t matter which Wifi I’m connected to, doesn’t matter if is internal or external link, it never, ever works. Why does this product even exist?

Won't open maps app from map links. Previously this worked where tapping a maps:// link would ultimately open the maps app on the device. Now it just attempts to show the webpage. Guessing the app needs to indicate that it could open a maps URL scheme. New iOS restrictions. Please add as that is a needed

Much better than the old app we used for business. We were using a different app before that was barely adequate for business email. No ability to attach files or photos. Ability to access our secured intranet is great for using internal web based applications.

Handy for keeping up. At dentist or doctor in wait room it is great to be able to keep up with emails.

Secure Web. This app is fantastic have not had an issues and it is so easy to use!

IT help. They have helped me with a few different items and tasks. I have found they to be very professional and have always been quick and on point. I strongly recommend them.

Great idea of what’s going on. I work for a Trust Department and I manage farms & ranches I in multiple states. FarmLogs gives me a great overview of everything in a quick precise format.

Fantastic Application. This application works seem less with our environment. Update are integrated and has been operational since we deployed it...

Broken. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Drop downs no longer open and allow selections as they dis before. If you load a web page that has arrow drop downs containing selections the drop down opens when touched but immediately closes, useless in this current version.

Much better than Duo and webmail. It works well, allowing me to access my work email and calendar with much better capabilities than webmail.

Lihue to LA. I had issues with check in- all self-inflicted do to my confusion regarding the treatment of honey as a liquid. The Delta team was wonderful and so helpful to find a work around to be able to send my honey separately - outside of my luggage. While the package has not made it to Boston I greatly appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of all Delta professionals.

Citrix passcode reset. Great service. The technician had knowledge of the error and told me how to repair it quickly. I called from home as it was after hours. Excellent work!

Nice. My only issue is the icons used are not intuitive to me as to their function. But I’m a new user. Maybe I’ll get more familiar with it.

Secure Web works great for my business. I have been using Secure Web for a couple years now. Each time they upgraded it gets better. The program provides me with the security I need to keep my clients information saved but provides a good user interface that is easy to use and navigate. Very happy with the program.

Getting better. Overall there have been great strides with this Citrix wrapped secure email and calendar app. Importing your mobile calendar is helpful but because most of us use the native smart phone email and calendar clients, it’s still a clunky process. At least you can iCal and Outlook events all in one place. One recurring issue I’ve experienced, especially on longer emails is the tendency for sudden and random navigation mishaps to occur on a screen. I’m typing here and suddenly I’m somewhere else. Or I’m editing some text and suddenly I’m somewhere completely different. I guess I should keep messages short but it’s not always possible with several contributors to an email thread. This app is usable if not somewhat irritating. That’s the price to pay for and security colleague connectivity.

Little Elm Eye Care. The visit went well considering the current situation of having to wear a mask. Very professional and answered all my questions, would recommend them to anyone.

So easy to use!. The app uses my thumbprint, just like the security on my phone. No passwords to remember! I can stay connected to my work as I want from wherever I am, even at the doctor’s office, especially if there’s something important going on. It makes things so much easier!

Overall Happy. Very happy with the speed of the app and also the help from I.T. is always great! The only negative thing I feel is when writing an email for work through my pinnacle email, it types EXTREMELY SLOW and also once I write so much, I can’t see below the keyboard to see what I’m typing. Otherwise happy with all of the Citrix related apps!

Nice but needs customizability!. Works smoothly, but I can’t get it to work my way... Settings need to be more flexible, especially the display.

A little clunky but I can do what I need to do. A little clunky in that I need to use my password every time and it doesn’t flow into my personal email so I have to go into a separate app. That being said I can do what I need to do.

Horrible. Like going back to 1996 Ugly, slow, clunky, frequently crashes (and closes all tab when reopened) no search function or ability to open content in iBooks.

Great app!. Only downside is I can’t select multiple emails at one time and then action them as a group, for example to select 5 new emails and mark them as read or delete them or move them to another folder. Other than that, app is reliable and easy to navigate.

Not a fan. It’s a really nice concept, but execution is lacking. It can’t do basic functions seamlessly and efficiently. Loading is slow, updating emails is slow, looking at other mailboxes slow and lagging making it frustrating. Only issue I DONT have is looking at my calendar.
