iOS13 too many redirects?. The new iOS updates have now made this app unusable.

You fixed it. Thanks.. Thanks for fixing the app. Now I can use it without wanting to throw my phone.

Functional errors. The feed loads but then when you click an item, it doesn’t load. You have to then go back and click it again. This only occurs on mobile.

Sometimes convenient, nothing like Desktop. This application is convenient to have on the go. Some of the applications within the app are designed to work way better on desktop. If you have a Lot of customers, looking through them can be frustrating.

Learning Curve. I’ve been using Podio for approximately a year. It has a very large learning curve! But when mastered or paid for, Podio is extremely useful!

Difficult to use on an iPhone on the go. There are annoyances, like My Views, doesn’t reflect the same format or convenience from the computer model. I like Podio but I think the app can be improved for functional utility.

Filter by state. Almost perfect! Please add the feature to be able to filter properties by city or state on the iPad/iPod app. Drives me nuts not to be able to do that.

Update Please!!!!!!!!!!!. This is a great business app but there is so much updated needed to this. The app on iPad and phone could be so much better. When will the update happen??

Crashes. Please update the app to work with iOS14! It crashes every time I click on something.

PLEASE FIX THIS. In the new update we can now accidentally close out of any task we are doing by simply dragging down from the top. This is extremely frustrating when you accidentally do it by simply trying to scroll down and end up lose ALL your progress. By far the dumbest thing to come to this app, PLEASE FIX IT!!! It’s clearly slowing down productivity Omg you don’t have to even grab the top bar you can accidentally close it by just scrolling down from the top...who in their right might thought this would be a positive change? If you’re gonna try and be like Apple and modernize your app at least do it right

Great tool for my business. I cannot imagine following up with my leads without podio, great tool for every small business owner.

I loved using Podio in the past. I decided to check out podio for a new work project. It has been about a year since I used it but I remembered clearly how much I liked the intuitive layout and the effortless syncing with google docs. It was great in the past. Now, I cannot even sign in to Podio’s mobile app. I have tried signing in with my google account, creating a new podio account using my google account, trying again with a new google account, deleting the app and re-downloading it, but I keep getting the same result. As soon as I give podio full permission to access my google drive, the app freezes briefly before going black and exiting the app. Developers, I have much respect and admiration for what you do and all that you have created. I trust that this is only a temporary bug and you are probably already working on this. If it helps, I’m running iOS 12.1 on an iPhone 7, but this problem seems to be an authentication error related problem. Best of luck and thank you in advance to any response.

Won’t let me make an account. Trash it won’t let me make an account, whenever I verify it doesn’t do anything.

Mobile app doesn’t work. I am unable to log into my account on the mobile app. I have been attempting to log into Podio on with the mobile app for the last two months on my iPhone. Every time I attempt to log into the mobile app I see a blank screen, it never officially logs me into my account, or none of my workstations, instead it is completely blank. I use the desktop version of podio regularly and I have the upgraded version which I pay $24 a month but now matter how many times I attempt to log in on my iPhone it never works.

NEEDS NEW UPDATE. New update is terrible. You can now swipe down to close the task you’re working on and lose all your progress. If you scroll even slightly it will close you out.

It’s so slow. Whenever I receive notifications on customer accounts, the app is painfully slow to show me the updates. It’s always faster if I just go to the podio website and check my accounts there.

Struggling. Not user friendly at all

Crashing. Could be due to iOS 14 but app crashes after about 2 minutes of use. Please update

Used to work. Now items load sporadically and it claims my connection is at fault. Everything else on my phone works. I’m pretty sad about it.

Needs work. The app has a great deal of flexibility in adding and editing data within Podio. But as you navigate the app every other edit causes the app to crash. Continuously crash. It is probably related to iOS 11 update but something needs addressed on Podio’s end since the new iOS has been introduced.

Consistent crashes. App constantly crashes.

Notifications Broken. When you tap on a notification box, if the app is not already open, it frequently takes me to a screen that displays “check your internet connection.” My connection is fine. I then have to press back, and then tap on the notification through the Podio interface again to actually load the data. Furthermore, notifications would be much more useful if they actually displayed some of the text of comments, that way I could determine at a glance if I need to engage. Podio development has slowed to a crawl since they were acquired by Cisco.

It’s really slow. There’s always some type of anomaly. It’s slow on my end. It’s just annoying.

Unable to Sign-in. The Podio web app is great, but signing in with Google on the mobile version does not work so it’s impossible to use.

3 star review. I am not able to create an account through google using the podia app. Every time I confirm that polio has access to my calendar data, etc. The App crashes.

Bugs & Shuts Down. After hearing about it on a podcast, I thought Id try it out. Like the previous poster from a few days ago, I too cannot sign in with google. It shows me signed in, but then when I click on my id to access the app, it shuts down. This happened 4 times. Im so bummed bc I was hoping this would be what I needed to organize my projects.

Down?!?. Well...all of my Customer Base and profile info is stored on your platform. Do maintenance on a saved version of your system. Don’t shut down my company because you are fixing slowness issues. And for the record, my stuff was working great. And you can’t tell me when you’ll be back up either?? I just purchased your best version upgrade of Podio too. I’ll be looking for another CRM for our company while this is going on. Or I’ll accept a full refund in lieu of leaving your company. And reverse my one star if you promise not to do this again. You cost me an important deal today and we are dead in the water until you fix whatever is supposedly broken.

Confusing. Not user friendly, not intuitive, and redundant when trying to enter data. Too many tags, too many categories, too many subdivisions to label things that should be simple. Expect to spend more time entering info than reaching out to prospects.

Not perfect but the best... It’s been the best collaboration tool for our real estate team. Best thing is how malleable the app is I can mold it into anything like property management or anything imaginable.

Only good for notifications.. I would love to see how 5-Star reviewers are using this app ( I mean that genuinely). All this app is good for me is receiving notifications and making comments. Theres features I use that I cannot view on the app. I certainly could not start a project from scratch. It’s great for instant notifications and communication but that’s really it.

Almost perfect. iPad app is missing one big thing though.. It is difficult to see an overview of the calendar on the iPad app. The only option for viewing the calendar on the iPad app is a list view. And that list view doesn’t even show the day of the week (ie: “Monday” “Tuesday”). This makes it difficult to schedule things with my clients. I always have to jump back over to the iPhone app or a web browser. Will gladly give this app 5 stars when this is possible.

Amazing. This tool is extremely malleable/configurable, easy to get started with, and useful for a wide variety of use cases. And it’s actually very very affordable.

Notifications do Not Work. The mobile app works well except for ONE VERY IMPORTANT ISSUE. No matter what settings I put into Podio or my phone, not a single notification will display on the Podio app on my phone. It used to work, but no more. Nobody else in my organization can get notifications to work on their iPhones either. This is a critical issue.

Unfortunate. Downloaded the app. Tried to sign up with my Google account and it crashed. Every single time, crashes. App won’t stay open so I tried on the website and it won’t work either. Tough to use a product you can’t actually get into.

Great search engine. You can type in anything into the search bar i.e. last 4 digits of a client’s phone number and it will pull up results. Also great filter options for reports.

Check your spelling. Great app and you misspelled organization... might wanna check that ;)

Help. I'm trying to verify my account but only continues to stay on the same page where I sign up. It stays on sign up and I have already verified my account 11 times yet still doesn't let me access podio.

Takes long. Takes way too long to upload lots of photos and sometimes it don’t work and overall it makes it a hassle sometimes

Best app by far. I've invested uncountable hours looking for a great Project/Task Management tool and Podio is by far the best. It's capabilities are endless and this iPhone app is a great on-the-go companion for the main website app

excellent app. love the customisation ability could do with better reports but has combined my whole it area into one area for helpdesk, bugs,incidents and tasks

Good app for project management. If you already use Podio on your computer then this is probably the best way of accessing your projects on the go. If you are new to Podio then this is a very comprehensive way of keeping multiple or a single complicated project organised. I currently use it to organise tasks around research and it has been very good for this.

Still looks terrible on iPhone 6. The release notes say iPhone 6 compatible but it's certainly not optimised.

The next step from email. I train people on how to be more productive at work and one of my key recommendations is using a project management software. I have tried a few, however like Podio the best. If you use gmail you can add an app that puts the podio task box at the end of emails. The response times for support are quick. It the centre stone of my business and I highly recommend it.

Great companion. The Podio app is an invaluable companion to the wonderful web app. Being able to stay so connected throughout the Podio system is vital to me on a daily basis.

A game changer for collaboration!. Podio has massively increased productivity and decreased email traffic in my consulting business. We set up access for every client and with the range of apps we can cater to every need. Thank God we found this and moved off another platform that was costly and restrictive.

Best Productivity tool ever. Rather than it shaping you, you can shape it. Switched from Daylite And haven't regretted the change.

Very good business tool. Has some limitation but its usefulness far outweighs its limitations. Utilising it with a team of 50 and productivity has definitely increased. Corporate communication can be tricky at times and this tool has made it a breeze.

Brilliant App!. The ability to build apps, link them together and then use them on the road with instant updates and tasks, status updates and such is just fantastic. Office in your pocket;)

Good but not great (yet). Really like this app. A couple of things (maybe its me), but I can't easily do the "tag" like on the website by adding the @ at start of name. And when opening new tabs, they slide across to right. If you accidentally touch to left of tab (which is easy given its just above touchpad) you lose everything you've typed! Apart from that. Excellent app! Loving Podio as a project management solution (have used; base camp, zoho, and a heap of others... Nothing else comes close, seriously!

Best Tech CRM. I was using Zoho which in my opinion is still the best free CRM but for the low monthly fee Podio charge it's worlds better

Hands down best project management app ever. The combination of the desktop browser app and the iPhone app is amazing. With the iPhone app you can essentially build mobile apps for internal business use or for use with partners.

Brilliance.. Awesome app and great program for all businesses and organisations. A must have for all especially to eliminate the need for emails and for a much more consistent and easy way to communicate between peers.

Big business software for small business operators. I have a number of businesses one of which is a service based business that I only need to check in on once a week or so. I have been looking for a seamless communication solution that would connect my senior staff on key issues without using 'cc email' that gets lost in amongst the 60 odd emails some of us get every day! Podio delivers and more... I'm sure big business pay tens of thousands for similar functionality and Podio delivers for a small business, value packed level. I have 10 users in this business and I am looking at how it will help us in my other businesses. When you don't have an IT department support is paramount. We were designated Britt as our support host. My Team expressed a concern in 2 or 3 areas... I emailed Britt... Problem fixed (actually, me educated as to how Podio has already dealt with that). I know this sounds like all positive positive positive but I can honestly say Podio has ticked all the boxes. If I could give it a pn extra star, I would.

Podio is so flexible. It took a while to find podio. Once I did and we got started, I found it was very very flexible with an easy setup and easy to change structure. My team have also found it to be great. We use it for our project tracking, forecasting and invoicing. We have not yet linked to other cloud applications but are planning this.

Changed the way we work for the better. We were looking for an app that our company could use to organise task management, projects and replace the complicated excel spreadsheets across our various departments. This app has done all that, and is loved for its powerful workflows and customisations. We are now heavily reliant on the app for all our day to day. User-friendliness, additional aesthetic elements and better email integration would make it a truly five star app.

Brilliant app for consultant. This app is brilliant for a small consulting business. Add just enough structure to GTD (get things done) but keep things fun and fluid. No cost for external users in my workspaces = very cost-effective. And this is my data structured the way I like, re-use from project to project = cool.

Great platform for almost any process. I have known about Podio for several years but only just recently started to appreciate its real powers. When combined with GlobiFlow you start saving a lot of time by automating your processes. The iPhone and iPad apps compliment the platform very well and the developers keep working on them.

Podio is a flexible and handy app!. Our non-profit GreenSeeds Music Society would have been lost without Podio during startup. Podio has been an invaluable tool for managing contacts and administering company accounts. It's reliable, flexible in meeting any business need and accessible / stable on any device. We highly recommend it!

Podia rocks!. I'd be happy to give it a 5. The only thing I'd love to have is Markdown rendering in calculation fields. Other than that it's a nice mobile client!

Complete. Only one word needs to be said, Podio is complet!!! It helps us keep on schedule... But I have to admit that I'm not sure that I would invite my clients to use it. Not as simple as Basecamp, but more complet in functionalities.

Worth considering over Salesforce. This is a MUCH more affordable solution than some of it's competitors with many of the great capabilities.

Integrated Solution. I started using Podio for a volunteer project, but liked it so much I'm moving one of my businesses to it. It's very integrated and user friendly.

Truly remarkable product. This review is both for Podio as a product and the Podio app itself. This has software really changed the way we do business. Once you get used to this, you will never go back to using email for most of your work.

Major UX design flaws.. The app has major UX design flaws. It is confusing and unintuitive. It's very difficult to use compared to the desktop version, which is better but is lacking a lot of features. Often the good features are 'hiding'. The app makes a mockery of the software. I suggest you explore other options until podio sorts themselves out.

iPad app pleas!. Agreed, an iPad app would help our company adopt this product. For now, we are looking at competitors due to low adoption of this tool. Since adoption starts at the top (upper management) and then flows down to the masses, the iPad app would align with this audience better. We all use iPads for this kind of work.

It Rocks. Gone4lunch is out to lunch, the iPad app is great. So is our ability to customize this on the desktop. Learning more every time I use it. Very happy after having tried a few others. The search is over.

Buggy and annoying. I’m forced to use this app because of a sports team I’m on, way too many notifications and i get logged out of the app 3 times a day... if i didn’t contractually have to use this app I would have deleted it years ago, absolute garbage.

Promising, But Tedious. Sometimes I wish they'd never invented the hidden menu swipe. Now developers swap out the much-needed swipe-right-to-delete gesture for showing the menu, and that's contrary to design patterns users have come to know with iOS. For instance, I've spent the whole evening tediously trying to clear the scores of "sample projects" and tasks Podio were kind of to stick me with. I have to drill down into each sample page, wait for it to call home and load, show the top menu, then hit the "Trash" icon. This is really annoying, and I'm deleting the app until this is fixed. When one installs task management software, they want to get started right away - not fiddle with demos! Apart from that, the app seemed promising, except load times are slow. Maybe I'll check this out again in a year, see if it's changed.

Sweet. So far it outperforms everything else O have tried. Just a minor bug on email/tasks on the iPhone.

Too Handicapped to Be Truly Useful. I love Podio. I live on Podio. So it breaks my heart to say that this app simply doesn't hit the mark by a long shot. Since the Podio web site doesn't function properly in Safari on iOS you'd think that the Podio app would be a full featured powerhouse that lets you do everything the web site does. (The Podio web site does work in Chrome on iOS, but with major problems.) Unfortunately, this app is a very simplified version of Podio. You can use it in a pinch, but you can't be fully productive. Plus, it doesn't follow the usability conventions that are established on the Podio web site, so using it required an entirely new learning process. This creates problems for my team constantly. I hope the Podio team is working on a major update to this app. I depend on Podio, and I'm transitioning away from desktop browsers to iOS. And as it stands, Podio isn't usable on iOS, either in the browser or in this app.

Broken link between notifications and content. Often when I click on notifications it says that the content cannot be loaded. If I find it manually in notifications tab and click on it there it works. This has been happening for a few months now despite the updates so I'm not sure if anybody is aware of it.

Remarkable. I'm just starting to use it and I see this as being an incredible tool with endless possibilities. You can integrate google drive, Dropbox, Evernote, and lots more. Excited to see what we can accomplish. -Jerry

Phenomenal. Ridiculously great app driven by an even greater service! The app is great, but is somewhat convoluted. The menus and submenus have you wandering into a deep tree data, perhaps an issue with Podio that is heightened by the app. Does what it is supposed. Effective. With style. Would be 5/5 if one didn't have to hop around workspaces so much.

CEO. Spent an extensive amount of time reviewing task and project management software. Podio is in a class unlike any other. It excels at these functions plus it is completely customizable. What a fantastic product. If you need to organize yourself or your whole team get podio working for you.

A landscape mode away from perfection. I'm new to collaboratively working on on my phone, but from the outset I found this (which was my first means of accessing Podio) to e generally intuitive and quite effective. The two things I would like to see are: First and foremost; a landscape mode. The length of contribution that this service enables/invites/begs really wants a larger keyboard and longer sentence lines. Second, I'd really love to have more capability for controlling push notifications. A "show me everything" mods that one could work backwards from would probably suit this app perfectly. As I'm new to the project for which I'm using this, it's tough to know what I can skip and easy to miss the things I should be on top of. More buzzing now and less as I learn what's relevant would be a valuable addition to the interface. Sorry to the one or two of you that have read this far. I highly recommend this app, but thought I'd take the chance to share some ideas for betterment in hopes that they build awareness and get adopted. Happy collaboration!

Best project management out there.. My entire staff and our interns at Joseph International (training organization for marketplace Christians) use this program. I have tried countless other options (Reminders, Things, GQueues, Evernote, etc) but nothing is as all encompassing as Podio. It's thorough, easily integrative and clean. We like it so much, we have a flat screen tv with the activity feed on it during many work days. It helps us stay focused, interact with one another and increased productivity. Excellent purchase for small to medium sized businesses!

Fantabulous!!. Probably the best thing since...well since the dawn of time I guess. Truly an amazing piece of collaborative software. One of the most meaningful things about Podio is there support team and willingness serve in areas where others do not. They actually do listen and are genuinely interested in hearing your ideas. Kudos to the Podio team!!

Poor Functionality. Within the first five minutes of working with this app I have noticed many functionality problems. Mainly, it won't allow you to add new contact info from the app, essentially rendering the app useless. On top of that many of the information sections you try to work inside have a banner across the top that blocks the first line of text. So in a short five minute review, it won't allow you to enter any contact info, and blinds you from reviewing/editing text that you try to enter into the sections that even allow you to do so. We heard good things about Podio but will not use it due to poor app architecture and design. Someone should have reviewed the app before just dumping something into the App Store.

Great for light editing/mgmt. Podio for iPhone/iPad is great for light work with workspaces that are fully built out including with public and private filters. However you can't add people to workspaces, you can't select which fields to view, you can't sort and you can't access report widgets. Please add these items. It's frustrating that Podio is so close to being great and what's been missed for features are the basic things I would need. Looking forward to more from the Podio team.

Great app to use for company projects!. I recently signed up for Podio online for the many projects I have for my team and this app is a great tool to use to keep up with the status of my projects and to let my team know what needs to be changed when I'm on the road or out of state on business. Unfortunately it does have some crash issues which is why I only gave 4 stars but once they fix it I will be recommending the website and app to all my business associates!

Crashes. Please update the app to work with iOS14! It crashes every time I click on something.

Genius.... Podio is next in line for "the next big thing." Or should I say it already is. It's clean and simple UI is so easy to use. Picture a desk the stretches to infinity for maximum workspace, that's what this is, a virtual infinite desk. Not to mention the internal add-on apps that are great tools and make Podio worth even more...oh yea, forgot to mention that it's free. I owe it to this app for helping start my own business. It's going to help many for their collaboration and management needs. I tip my hat off for Team Podio and recognize them for creating this innovative app. Logging into the desktop version allows more capabilities and control. This is what a powerful app looks like, trust me, I've looked and downloaded many apps that claim to do things but nowhere close to how Podio gets it done.

Customizable, tons of useful stuff, attractive layout.. This is the best project management tool around. I researched many apps and tried a few others out settling on this as the superior product. It's totally customizable, you can add docs, PDFs, whatever you want right from Dropbox or a similar source. I use this to manage my work and personal projects. Stellar product!!

Great mobile accessory that is so much more. Though it is just an app, Podio managed to include almost all great features of the main program into it. There are some minor open issues like the conversation flow and the management of contacts. But in the end, the app offers much more possibilities than any other app of the competitors and makes your laptop dispensable on short trips.

Jump into the new paradigm with this app and its website. Podio is the lifehacking ship we've been waiting for. Not just for businesses but for anyone who works in teams. Today, this is probably the best platform for actually working hand in hand with others and getting things done. Podio allows you to contextualize tasks and build apps, which are basically places where you can weave information in and out. To achieve this, it integrates pretty well with email, the web and other platforms such as google docs, evernote and dropbox. But more importantly it integrantes well with our brains and our socioemotional inclinations. That is why using it is simple and does not require any technical knowledge, just the guts to jump into the new paradigm. You might feel uncomfortable at first, as you realize how attached you can be to the old way of doing things. But as you let go, doing next to each other will steadily become more efficient, exciting and just plain fun. Jump!

Best Project Management Tool I Have Ever used. I am a project manager who has been in the field for about five years. After searching for a strong PM tool for two years, I am elated to have finally found one that works so well. The apps are easy to create, modify and make your own. I have tried out a ton of web-based tools including smartsheets, a LOT of agile tools, project, basecamp, teamlab, onehub and the list goes on and on. The flexibility and architecture of podio stands out. I am so glad to have found an app to be loyal to and invest in. Keep up the great work!

App keeps crashing. 1. The app keeps crashing every time I open the app & to do anything in it. Sometimes it won’t even open, it’ll crash before anything on the screen actually loads. It’s been doing this for at least 2ish weeks! I noticed there have been other people recently who have said the same, but it was supposed to be fixed with the most recent update. The update did not fix anything for me. 2 days ago, I finally decided to just completely delete the app and re-download it to see if that would help. It seemed to fix it initially, but half way through the day yesterday it started to crash again. Our company uses Podio as our #1 info hub! It’s our lifeline. We put the highest priority on using it to not only track a job’s progress but also to keep record of ALLLLL communication in reference to each job. The continuous crashes are NOT conducive for us to work the most effectively and efficiently. These need the be fixed ASAP! 2. I’ve noticed that the app for iOS has quite a few less capabilities than the Windows app. With the iOS app, you are only able to view the info that has already been inputted in fields, there is no way to input new info into any fields. You aren’t able to change any drop downs, date fields, or text fields. It’s incredibly frustrating. The iOS app needs to be updated to include those capabilities. 3. Notifications. I have full admin access to be able to see all jobs, and I’m assuming it’s because of that, I get notified EVERY SINGLE TIME ANYONE DOES ANYTHING IN ANY JOB. Which means I get literally THOUSANDS of notifications every day. I had to disable notifications because my phone would never stop going off, notifying me of a majority of things I do not need to be notified of. There should be an option for one to be able to choose which kind of notifications they would like to get. If I could ONLY get notifications when I’m either tagged or assigned a task—that would be AMAZING! I often call behind and/or miss tags because they get so buried in all of the other notifications that are irrelevant to me. I like Podio (desktop version) but these limitations have really been are very frustrating and have caused us to start searching for a new CRM that won’t have these kinds of issues.

Needs work (a lot). The problem I have with the Podio app is that it seems to be an app developed without the user in mind. Lists of contacts show up with lots of white space and very little content... lots of scrolling required. And, the information shown is not useful. For instance, my contacts only show the type (e.g. customer), the first name of the contact, the name of the person who entered it and the date it was entered. So, no last name and no company, even though I can sort by those fields. While reporting (and notifications) is a problem overall in Podio, the web version is definitely far better than the iOS app version.

Podio is great, app won’t let me log in.. Can’t log in via google which my team uses for email.

Update it to iOS 14. Please update it. It keeps crashing

Podio scales from 1-2 simple personal need apps you can load from the Podio App Market (there's a large library of 'prefab') choices, to the more robust innovation platform I created with a range of custom Podio apps. There's a free account option to get started. Low Apple App Store rankings assigned to Podio may not be based on valid tests. It's true organizations looking to get the most value from Podio will benefit from a guide who is experienced. Otherwise Podio is like anything else: an investment of time and focus is needed to get your expectations exceeded. I do not work for Podio, but Podio is a superior tool for businesses... and for doing things like empowering communities and government together in solving our sustainability challenges.

Good but could be even better. I am new to Podio so maybe someone can correct me where I am wrong... It seems Podio would be great for large firms or those that don't need true GTD functionality. I say that because there is no specific Context tag and no subtasks ability. Everything else is there and then some. The ability to create and edit "apps" within Podio is easy and awesome. But for some reason you can't create your own unique task app or edit the existing task function to add subtasks or Context. I've worked with a number of Podio's competitors and Podio is superior in a lot of ways - ease of use, pleasing interface, integration capabilities etc. But the lack of subtasks and Context is a must have for me. So I'm back to. IQtell. If Podio can provide what I need in the future I'd be back as there is something I really like about Podio .

Sales Engineering Manager. This is truly a game changing app! I have used many tools to effectively, but mostly ineffectively, collaborate with my teams and customers. I have used sharepoint, base camp, and other software tools, but none have matched up with the features of Podio. It was simple to use, easy to share, and effective. I can't wait to see what Citrix does with it!

The Next Big Thing... and MORE!. I have been looking for a solution that is simple enough that my staff, clients and partners can use. As well as, flexible enough to be able to aggregate the 5 or 6 main services that we use in one place. This has become the central hub for both business and personal tasks. Add in the ability to create my own applications has really opened up endless possibilities. I really believe that Podio can fundamentally transform the way my team and I collaborate and accomplish goals.

Scary good. Although the app is more of a 'read only' version of the phenomenal Podio web application, it is flawlessly executed, fast, and smooth. I have yet to find any bugs. The ability to administer some of the workspaces would be a great improvement that would make it a 5-star app. However, I am willing to keep using this in the hopes that this feature is added at a later date.

Really enjoying PODIO!!!. NOTE: My comments are for the app & website based functionality. Our small non-profit group encourages people to "Go Solar" and we've been using PODIO to organize our volunteer-led presentations and events. The Venues app, the Event app, the Meetings app and integration with our pre existing Google calendar & Google Drive have improved our online coordination & planning enormously!!! Thank you PODIO... The only reason I didn't give 5 *'s is the limited ability to edit prior text directly in the app for some things, such as a meeting agenda in the Meeting app. Otherwise, keep up the great work!

Best Manager Ever. This app combined with the website is invaluable. I have set it up to manager all aspects of my business, including emailing things directly into the workspace apps. It is a HUGE timesaver and gives me a complete look at all my accounts and issues. I LOVE that you can make your own workspace apps and customize them to make them exactly how you want them to be. If I had more than 5 employees I would even pay to have this program. LOVE IT.

Great for Groups. This app is fantastic for organizing projects in small companies, but I definitely recommend familiarizing yourself with the web version of Podio before you try the iPhone app. The only thing I don't like is that there's no ability to assign a task to a specific workspace without first going into that workspace. It also bugs me that you can't tag others in the app, but those are relatively minor complaints.

Lots of Potential. Over all, Podio offers a good UX, on both desktop and mobile platforms. Podio is perhaps the BEST application I've come across for designing custom-made, flexible workflows. I would, however, like to suggest the following improvements: 1) Add more powerful color coding features. In both outlook and Asana, for instance, tasks can display with multiple colors on the calendar to indicate project overlap. This is a great, and highly-useful, feature that I hope the Podio team will include in the near future. 2) Allow for multiple reminders, as well as the option to "snooze" or delay tasks. 3) Add an Apple Watch App that notifies of scheduled reminders, at the very least. 4) Add an Inbox feature for managers who may follow a GTD-type methodology Much thanks to the Podio team! I look forward o future updates.

Best of both worlds - Project mgmt and Team Collaboration. We considered many collaboration tools like Yammer which were good but they lacked Project Mgmt. We also tried some really known project mgmt tools including Basecamp (which we loved!) but it did not meet our expectation with the kind of team collaboration we were after. And then we tried Podio and it has impressed us with its rich feature set including Project Mgmnt, Recruitmemt, Lead generation mgnt along with facebook/yammer like enterprise team collaboration. The project mgmt etc apps are not the best out there buy you can actually build your app to suit your customised needs.

Mobile team productivity that gets better everyday. The more people in our organization use Podio the more they are finding use cases for it to make them more organized, more collaborative, and more productive. Podio has done a great job of releasing new features almost every few weeks that keep making the product better. Keep it up, Podio.

Don’t Trust Your Data in Podio. Don’t Trust Your Data With Podio. 10 years of Data, and they just deleted it. I was a user of Podio for, maybe close to 10 years, and they were starting to get really popular in my industry (as it were very user friendly as a CRM). And during that time they were bought out by a bigger company, Citrix; And like most times as I’ve noticed, when a bigger company takes over a smaller company they make changes, and those changes usually includes adding or raising fees - but hey, you gotta make a buck some somehow, right, and so the fees were reasonably priced and not a big deal for me and my use. So getting to the point, like many people, if you have a business that you work seasonally, whatever, there may be times of inactivity, which NEVER WAS AN ISSUE BEFORE while pushing on close to 10 years of use and storing my data!!!!! So recently, I had some drastic life events going on, and so I hadn’t logged in for maybe 3 or 4 months (keep in mind, I’ve had longer periods of inactivity a couple time before with NO issue). But once those life events were at least somewhat settled, and it was time to get back to business, I go to log in to find ALL OF MY DATA WIPED!!! Important CONTACTS that took years to build, COMPLETELY gone. I reach out to a support rep, and all they can tell me is, well, “we sent you an email.” YOU SENT ME AN EMAIL!!!!! If I’m not logging into my account with you guys, maybe I have BIGGER STUFF GOING ON that means I haven’t been able to check the email associated with my account with you guys. The email they sent it to was the email that was just for this business and this account, which had been put on pause while I deal with personal matters. Also, I’ve have longer periods of inactivity over the course of close to 10 years AND NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE BEFORE. On “later” research (too bad I had to find this out the hard way as they don’t advertise this part well enough to existing users), apparently, they changed their policy to where they WILL DELETE YOUR DATA WITH THE QUICKNESS!!! …For paid subscription levels, if you go 1 month without logging in or inactivity or your card changed etc, YOUR DATA IS NOW ELIGIBLE TO BE DELETED, and for free subscription level users, if you go 3 months without signing in, YOUR DATA IS ELIGIBLE TO BE DELETED!!!! 10 YEARS OF IMPORTANT BUSINESS CONTACTS, ALL GONE!!!! You couldn’t just export my data in a spreadsheet before just deleting it!!! The point to take home, your data is NO LONGER SAFE IN PODIO CRM. Because of them, I’m now scared to trust safekeeping my business contacts in any CRM for that matter.

Brilliantly simple, yet robust. Couldn't be happier since we moved our CRM and PM activities to Podio... The integration with Google Apps is awesome and the iPhone app allows us to manage and stay up to date on the run. It's the only app on my whole phone I have enabled notifications for... That's how important it has become to our business in the short time we've had it.

Good but not great - yet :-). I judge apps based on whether I am inclined to use the app instead of working through the full desktop site. This app is great for checking activity of other users and just keeping a pulse on what's going on. However, if you really want to post more engaging updates such as surveys you still need to go to the full site. I'm confident they will work through this in future versions. All in all it's worth a shot.

Great... Except. The biggest issue I've found is the extreme lack of view options. Building 3 apps, one with applicants, one with companies and another to schedule interviews between them gives me very little breathing room in how I view those schedules. The same views, even Table View that works alright on the website is not available in the app. Another small complaint is not being able to customize the File field and/or add more. Surely we should at least be allowed o change the label to make it more user friendly.

Very intuitive. This app fills a major void in most PM products, easy of use. It's a little weird getting used to 'Workspaces' , as I'm using it for a single dept and don't see the need for more than one. This concept of 'BYOA' (bring your own applications) to the basic app is cool. However, seems there is potential to get lost in the multiple places to view your project activities. Definitely nice work on this app. I hope to convince my boss to purchase the upgrade.

Solid app but desparately needs offline tasks and caching. High powered mobile app with potential to be indispensable, but it currently has one MASSIVE FLAW -- it requires a live Internet connection to add tasks and view data etc. so it won't work in a subway or in a location where coverage drops. Deal breaker! Am I supposed to use another task app to capture just for these occasions!? Fail. Knowing Podio team they are working on a solution, but I've been patiently waiting for a while and am sure I'm not alone on this one.

Good, hopefully still in development. I would like to see some more things added like the calendar view, and sometimes getting to the comments are a bit non-intuitive. Also if there was a was to turn off the sound on the notifications, that would be good, b/c unless you have the sound off on the whole phone, when people start messaging back and forth the phone goes crazy.

Perfect!!. Absolutely love this app!! You can use the web version to customize it to do exactly what you need. Just log into Podio on your desktop and browse through the app gallery to give you an idea of everything it is capable of. After I did that created a few custom apps that work well for my projects. It's pretty easy to do and works well with Evernote.

Simply Incredible. I am in love with Podio and this app. As someone mentioned before it would be best to familiarize yourself with the web application first. The depth of Podio is incredible for team management, project management, and pretty much anything from a company intranet perspective. I used to use multiple apps for tasking, expenses, etc., but now everything is in one place! The application itself makes reviewing my company needs and managing my workspaces very simple on the go. It is nice to not have to have my laptop on me all the time since I travel quite frequently. I feel like before this app I wasted a lot of time and effort that Podio makes very simple. Also, if you are at all familiar with social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn, then the interface and functionality will make you feel right at home. It can take a little getting used to and a bit of tweaking on the web application to get it all working to fit your business, but it really is a seamless integration into anyone's workflow. I highly recommend it.

Next Level of Productivity. I was searching for a project management program that could organize my studio managers. We have tons of projects and events going on, and communication often gets lost. I like how simple the software is to get started with, its a short learning curve, even for my technology challenged staff. But it's also flexible and powerful with the right apps and configurations. Podio is already dramatically changing the way we do business. I use it on my iPhone, iPad and at my iMac at my business. It's free for us right now because we have so few members, but I would totally pay $8/month/member. It reads like Facebook, and has a very intuitive interface. The only thing I would change is that I want to see my tasks for each project in my project summary. But maybe it's just a setting I haven't figured out yet, I've only had it for a few days.

Amazing Tool. Hands down the most customizable collaboration / small business tool we could find. Mobile app is actually quite good. A few features are missing from the desktop version, like save and duplicate, but hopefully they will add soon. Also would love to see more intuitive design that requires less clicking to enter into each and every field. Overall though, love it. Seems that some stronger marketing would get more people on Podio as a platform.

Works better than any task manager out there.. I have used a number of task managers like Producteev, Omnifocus, and Toodledo. They each have certain aspects that you can use to make your life easier. However there is no flexibility. Podio ups the ante by doing the job your way. Not only does Podio do the job of each of the task managers noted, you can add or design additional apps to do very specific jobs you need done. It is a wonderful tool and well designed. Try it and see, you will not go back. It is available for all your devices and works flawlessly. Its refreshing to use IOS apps that don't crash when you are knee deep in a project. Thank you Podio, I am impressed.

Excellent companion. It is not an understatement that Podio has changed in a good way how our office does business. It is highly customizable and the iPad app works brilliantly, the iPhone app is indispensable too, I love the way it keeps everyone connected in a intuitive no nonsense way to get the job done efficiently. We use Podio as the crm software. For what it is it does its job well. The iPad app is only for responding to comments and following tasks. The desktop web version is complete but iPad is designed for people on the go who need to be connected and communicate. Highly recommended. Sales force has better offerings. Podio has exactly what you need. Nothing more and nothing less.

Podio is GREAT for Realtors!. I am a big fan of this system. I can keep track of my sphere, clients, listings, closings, and projects with Podio. The ability to customize my 'apps' within the system is huge! The only thing missing is the ability to have my workspace contacts (client info) sync with my iPhone contacts... Minor inconvenience. Keep up the good work Podio!

Insanely Powerful & Well Developed. One of the best apps I've downloaded. I'm working with a small team to plan an event and help organize our tram planning and everyone has been blown away. This is one of those apps that you get all excited about when a new update comes out. A must have for teams of all sizes. The social aspect is phenomenal and has helped streamline a lot of our ideas and approval processes from chat based to an organized social platform. Well done Podio!!!

Perfect for our small business. I love the interface on this app. It is clean, and just makes sense. I love that I can go into a person see what job order they are connected to, and from there even see what company they are part of. The task option is a great way to stay on top of to do list items throughout the week. The messaging app allows my partner and I to communicate without clogging up emails or scrolling between personal and professional texts.

Good website, great app. The Podio website is basically Facebook for a small company. Lots of tools to track projects, tasks, time, etc. in a format familiar to users of various social media sites. The app is a great interface to this with a clean interface that does a good job being both native iOS controls and features as well as never making users say "I'll have to use the real website for this" so far.

Revolutionary App. Podio is a game changer for my company. Besides it being beautiful and easy to use. It is EXTREMELY powerful, but you must take the time on a desktop to learn how to use it to it's full potential. After that, having access to it mobile, one again, changes the game... I'm now doing crucial business related things I could never dream of easily and conveniently on my phone. THANK YOU PODIO.

Podio. It starts out working good. Then it quickly becomes painfully slow.

Great business management app. This is the first app that I have been compelled to rate without being prompted. Which is why I'm so surprised to see poor reviews. This new update is sooooooo much better than the old version. I'd like to hear more from the people that don't like it because I had trouble using the old version, and opted to wait until I could get on my computer. But this newer version has been awesome! It's so much easier to manage my real estate transactions, and see what my team is doing. There is always room for improvements, but this is a major step forward, and I look forward to seeing what comes next.
