Cute and fun game. My 3 yr old daughter loves this game and I do, too. The only thing is when I have to clean the elephants ears, the dropper part doesn’t work very well. All the other animals, after you clean their ears, you just have to do 2 drops for them. The elephant you have to do a ton and it still doesn’t work. Is there a glitch in the app at all? Thanks,

PLEASE FIX!!!. My three-year-old daughter loves this game, but the cotton ball, which is needed for much of the game, is in accessible because of the way the tools slide at the bottom. You cannot slide to the tool that you need, they slide over in groups of four or five. This means the cotton ball is hidden on the edges no matter which way you slide! Please fix this. A little quality-control would have caught this

Can’t sign in to other pazu apps. The pazu games have been well made and so much fun for my kid, but no matter how many times I try, even creating new accounts, I can’t just download more pazu games once I have a subscription.. I still have to sign in to every single one of them separately. And then I try, and it says I have the wrong email and password- even though I can log in and out of the original one we purchased the subscription through just fine (aka I don’t have the wrong email and password)… So we paid $60 to be able to use ONE app. Can’t access any other pazu game. I’ve been trying to contact the developer for 3 days to resolve it but nobody is contacting me back with the correct info or a refund.

To the producers of this game. All great but you should have pay to have all of the animals and that’s a problem that must be fixed🙁

Locked everything with no notification. Was one of my kids favorite apps, then we woke up today and all the features they’ve been using for months are locked and behind a monthly subscription. So, now it is getting deleted. No warning or notification given!

PAZU out of business - no support. My kid liked the game, but this company is out of business. Their website is down and there is no support. You can't restore purchases or get help if you buy something and it doesn't work. You just send someone money for nothing. Pathetic! Very sad!

Listen to this👎🏻. My daughter Julie has been asking if she could get the full pack I said it was OK but when I typed the password in....... It didn't do anything so I tried almost 15 times I got frustrated Julie was really upset and I didn't like it neither did Julie so I wouldn't recommend it at all😕

More free animals. It would be nice if the free version had more than one animal. Otherwise my 3 year old loves fixing the giraffe. It’s nice that it gives plenty of time for kids to think about the treatment before the guy gives clues to what needs to be done.

Zoo Animals. My two-year old grand daughter, Allison loves this game. She had some difficulty figuring out how to kill the germs in the animals mouths but tried a few times and figured it out! This is her favorite!

Please make the game a lot better. I (almost) love this game. But you need to fix everything. Everything! EVERYTHING! When I was playing the new update, wild adventures, a screen interrupted it all and said my daily was over. What? I didn’t have a daily! NO GAME should have a daily! What even was a daily? I exited out the screen, finding out that it had deleted ALL my progress. I tried going back in, but there was the screen. AGAIN. I literally just CRIED. Why was there a DAILY? Did this mean than my daily games were complete? Were they trying to give me a break? I don’t wanna break! I DON’T WANT TO! THIS WOULD BE HELPFUL FOR OTHERS IF YOU REMOVED THE SCREEN PERMANENTLY! SO PLEASE GET RID OF ALL THE BUGS, EVEN THE ONES I DID NOT MENTION!

No.. I’ma make this short. I hateeee it. You only get 10 minutes, then you have to pay money. Two to four year-olds would be heart broken that their having fun, it all good, and then BOOM. They see a thing with words they (probably, not judging) can’t read and ask their parent what it says. They find out, and start cry because most parents don’t really pay for stuff like that. This happens in most (pretty much all) pazu games. I don’t get them anymore because 🔝🔝🔝. :(. Sorry about that. Have a good day!!

Lou bug. The game is great! No adds, but you only have one animal to play with, you have to buy the rest of the animals, and after a little while it gets boring. Again great game! But I wish they wouldn’t charge you money for a children’s game.

This game is pretty addicting and fun but I don’t like that they only let you use one animal and you have to pay for the rest of the animals and when you use the x ray machine and have to fix his bones it sounds very unpleasant to me i wouldn’t recommend this app if you don’t like unpleasant nosies but besides that it’s pretty fun but it’s not really realistic for older kids

A few issues…. This really is a great game but I don’t want to keep paying for my daughter to get on this app. She owns a lot of these games and we have to pay for all of them. But it really is creative, fun, and interactive.

Only can play so much in one day. My little brother downloaded this game to play it but after 20 minutes he was just about to do the elephant but it forced a subscription and he needs to wait for I tomorrow I tapped the animals he already did but the subscription popped up. Can you please make the wait period shorter or have a one time non subscription purchase?

Great but can't restore purchases :(. My 4 year old loves this game, so much so that I purchased all the animals. However, I cannot restore the purchase for the app on my phone. The "restore purchases" button does nothing and no response after emailing the developer. Very frustrating! Wish I could give 5 stars because the game really is great.

I love this app. My daughter told me that she wanted to be a doctor when she grows up then I came across this app and my daughter loves she plays it nonstop she has little doctor tools and she would give me checkups with them but this app has kept her so busy so she doesn’t do it anymore and it also gives me time to clean this is why I love this app

Beware, yearly subscription required. My kids have been playing Pazu games for years. There have been occasions, where I have bought a full game because they enjoyed it so much, such as the animal doctor games. I recently had to completely restore my iPad, and when I downloaded one of the games again, all of the animals apart from one, are now locked. I thought I might be able to restore my purchases, but that didn’t work, so I figured I would pay for the game again, since my kids love it so much, but now you can’t do that, you have to pay $60 for a yearly subscription to a bunch of other games that you don’t even want. Very disappointed in this and won’t be buying any more.

Full version of *just* this game not available.. My 2 year old loves this game. I have no complaints besides this…if you want to play with just the giraffe, wonderful. But if your experience is like mine your toddler sees that there are other animals and wants to play with those as well. However, it is $60 to unlock a ton of games that we just don’t need, so that’s a little aggravating. I’ve tried to see if I can purchase the full version of this game alone and I cannot, unless I’m missing something. We’d love to purchase the full version if that is an option in the future. My little would greatly appreciate it.

These a developers are Thieves!. What can I say, these developers are thieves. It initially started by trying to buy a game on special at $5.99 but Lo and behold it wouldn’t process, tried to do it at full price of $14.99 and SURPRISE it worked. I tried to get in touch with them but they don’t care. I am also trying to let my son play a game that I paid these a-holes $14.99 for on his new iPad which is under my account and it’s trying to make me pay again. They are unscrupulous and I’m reporting them to Apple.

Very good except one thing. This is a great game I love playing it… but it’s so annoying that you only get such a little time and then it says daily limit reached so my daily limit is like what, one second! if that was just changed, I would give it a five star
