Picture, picture on the wall. My granddaughter is in tears because she worked and worked on decorating her medical room only to find out you cannot take one pic of both walls to view. Why? For an annual $60, you should be able to view the whole room in one shot. Otherwise, cute app! (I really think she’s a little emotional today, but she wanted me to report this…..📷🖼)

Monthly subscription is absurd. Why won’t you let users just buy the game upfront? I would never pay $10/month for a kids game! I would consider a $10 one time purchase but that’s as much as I would go. You’d make a lot more money changing your plans here

Not worth the money. My daughter really wanted to play this game so I downloaded it and of course there’s locked animals she wants to fix. I unlock the full game for $9.99 to find out there’s only 4 animals! Disappointed and wish I could get my money back.

Freezes up. The pet doctor is fun, but now it’s freezing up. My granddaughter gets halfway through curing the pet and she can’t finish. Funny thing that it happened right after we checked the price to unlock the other games and decided not to purchase.

The cats body disappeared! 😮. When I was playing this game the cats body disappeared! Now I can’t play!! Plus, the other animals you have to buy! The only animal that is free is the cat! This game is ok. 👌

Crashing. For a game that charges $60 a year, for just curing 8 animals is ridiculous. On top of that, the games consistently crashes. I see reviews of the same exact problem but I don't think the developers care about fixing it.

Great idea but not worth the money. My granddaughter loves this game but $9.99/month is outrageous for so little. There are only 4 pets to choose from. If the puppy has underwear stuck on his head, you can’t finish as the underwear won’t come off no matter how many times you try.

Subscription isn’t working. I subscribed to this for my granddaughter in July of 2021…… so the yearly subscription isn’t due to renew for 4 months yet. She tried to play it today because she hasn’t played it in a while but it won’t allow her any access to the subscription! This is ridiculous because I’ve paid for a year and have only had access 8 months. I do not recommend this app!!! It’s a rip off. I will be canceling my his subscription.

Not worth it. Downloaded it for my kids and you can only play once a day without paying for the app. Ridiculous! Don’t even bother with this one or any app from pazu. We had another app from pazu and my daughter accidentally deleted it. I downloaded it back within minutes, and it tried to charge me $10 AGAIN!!! I won’t download another pazu app again!!!

Needs work. I think pazu is a great game. But the in-app purchases are intense. You need to pay a LOT of money to get the other pets. Also it kind of gets boring just doing the same things on the cat OVER AND OVER. Pazu is great though. My favorite pazu game is pizza maker. But please pazu, ALL your games have in-app purchases. But other than that, pazu is awesome.

Used to be a 5 but dropped to a 2. For that free version my daughter used to be able to do the cat as many times as she wanted and this was perfect for her. You did an update where she can play whatever one she wants but only has 2-5 minutes to play. This is not even enough time to get through one scenario. I can not justify playing the subscription fee as the app is not educational and she does not use it frequently.

Daily Limit Reached = 👎. My four year old played this for five mins and now her limit has been reached for the day and the game won’t let her play anymore. That’s pretty cruel to do to a child and does not entice me to subscribe to the game. Kids should at least have full access to one of the games without being limited. We understand developers need to make money from their games but this just feels greedy.

Pazu is an amazing kid friendly app brand. I have played many games on pazu and they all have easy to follow directions and great games that hook you in, if I had to pick I favorite game that pazu creates I couldn’t chose! All of them are fun, friendly and amazing!!! I hope that one day they can become so much more than just making apps!

Limited. You cannot move up in levels unless you pay money. The kids should be able to move up with completed work

Glitches and freezes. Paid for the subscription but not worth it. Game glitches on every animal. Halfway through curing the pet it will freeze. My daughter is very frustrated and she loves to play this app. Please fix.

Family sharing doesn’t work. I bought the games pack for my girls even though the games seem very simple and repetitive. However, I’ve already canceled because the family sharing didn’t transfer over to their iPads. It only works on my phone. I reached out to support but haven’t heard back in a very timely fashion.

Please fix my $60 purchase!. I wish I could rate this game higher as my Grandchildren have a good time when their able to play. I purchased the $60 subscription for my apple id so they could play on my ipad and another $60 subscription so they could play on their ipad. They played for a while and now it says I need to buy it or restore the subscription with six months remaining on my purchase! Reached out and customer service is useless! I will turn to Apple to help with a refund!

But I have a few tips to help: - More animals for eg:~Horse~Different types of dogs, different colours and breeds -Different things to do when your operating on a animal, because it’s basically the same thing over and over and over again. Crooks!!!. These guys are total crooks!! I authorized a free trial and it said it would notify me to cancel at the end. It did not! The notice must have gone to the device which obviously my kids use, and not to the email address. It put through an charge for the whole year! Not even a month. I requested a refund one day after the charge went through and have not heard back. Total crooks!!

Just bought. Not worth it!. I saw a deal so bought it for 8.49 Canadian. There are only 4 animals to treat and the problems are repetitive! Furthermore, you still get hit with advertising. So not worth my time or money. Try the free animal for 5 minutes then delete.

Made my daughter cry twice. This game is super glitchy. The first time the game glitched and branches were stuck on the cat no matter what. My daughter cried and felt awful she couldnt help the kitty. Then we tried again and when drying off the cat woth the towel the cats head completely disappeared leaving only its creepy eyes. My daughter freaked out again crying thinking she killed the kitty. Terrible experience and traumatized 2 year old.

Payment options unreasonable. Disappointed that the only option to add more than 1 character is to pay a monthly fee to get access to a ton of games. I don’t want a ton of games my daughter just wants more characters. You should really think about more flexible payment options. Deleting app which is a shame because it looks like a great game.

Needs warnings. You could have put that you needed to buy after a trial period and when the trial was done it kicked me off the game and charged my account! I didn’t want to buy it but it just took my money. The game needs a warning and needs to say when the trial period is over. I don’t recommend unless you actually want to pay 13 dollars a month for a KIDS game.

9.99 should involve a movie subscription. The pazu plus subscription is PER GAME even though it’s presented as covering all pazu games. There are other apps that are just as good and much less expensive.
