No customer support after they take your commitment of money.. My experience, but Google Ads customer support has been horrible. After they initially take your money and commitment for an ad campaign, there is absolutely nobody that wants to talk with you either by telephone or email or text message written any manner to give you any help in managing, and understanding your Google Ads campaign. Very very disappointed. There will be another company that comes out with something better than Google Ads by necessity and opportunity.

Garbage ads. Google ads is GARBAGE I placed an ad that was highly targeted to USA only presence traffic, go to bed at 1 o’clock in the morning woke up seven hours later with 300 clicks on my ad and almost 4000 impressions and five sign ups for my website all four names and all get rejected on the applications because they are international applicants then I paused my campaign, because obviously I was getting spam clicks even though my optimization score was 100 and my audience was highly targeted so after I paused my campaign, I got a message at the top of my screen, saying my campaign ads are no longer showing low and behold it’s been almost 3 hours since I canceled my campaign and ironically, I’m still getting clicks even though no campaign is showing and then they charged $50 to my card for their spam clicks, and my cost is still going up even though my campaign is canceled Google is a scam no other way to explain why I’m still getting fake clicks. On a campaign that is no longer running for over three hours now and in those three hours I’ve gotten another 20+ clicks. That I’m having to pay for that or not legit just like the other 300 I got overnight that was supposed to be USA targeted traffic. Do not waste your time or money with them and I am putting this review on every platform. Then I wrote them an email hours ago about what’s going on and big surprise no response.

Worst app since they first began!!!!!. Google ads used to be fairly decent to use years ago. Every year they change it for the worse. This version is absolutely the worst. Such a shame these idiots can’t stick with a version that works for their customers… Advertisers should go with Microsoft. It’s easy and fast! Get the same exact results without the hassle.

Grayson’s Electronics. Worst company in the world been hung up on 10 times, after having my google ads account deactivated,for having positive funds in my account, impossible to get any issue resolved due to the support team members rushing you off the phone being rude and obnoxiously impatient, and always get the run around, your better off using social media because these people don’t care about you or your business. 1 star HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Bunch of Thieves that take advantage of Small Businesses. They claim to give a match of your first ad. But bill you for your part plus the part that supposed to be the match. They are the hardest people to get ahold of unless they are trying to sell ads. They keep you business phone tied up with people selling ads but can’t answer any other questions. Don’t waste you time and money with these Thieves.

Google ads for small business. I use both google ads and google guaranteed local services ads. They are super easy to manage and highly effective tools for a small contractor like me.

Where is the budget card now? Why can’t I edit anything in my campaign. I am getting so close to just dropping out of Google all together. Another convoluted experience, I have to go to my old mobile device, which is a first generation iPhone SE, in order to edit my budget. Where is that function in the new experience on the iPhone app? You search the word budget and there are zero results. Done.

Terrible service. I’ve been advertising with them for the whole year of 2022, spent thousands of dollars, since the start of 2023 I haven’t ran any ads, I paused all my active ads as of September 2022 till date because I’ve been busy with other stuffs only for me to get an email saying my account has been suspended, how can an account I haven’t used for almost 6 months be suspended for violating your policies, I don’t know but Google do not value their customers, they don’t care if you spend a million dollar they’ll suspend your account for no reason.

Terrible functionality. I hate this app. You can’t even see the bare minimum basics like cost. If it’s over $1000, they just show you an estimate (e.g. 1.4k). Can’t see trend lines either. If you’re going to force people into using the app on the go, at least make it functional. Google ads isn’t supported by any browsers on mobile, so there is virtually no way to get important data when no desktop is available.

More Support Needed. I’ve read everything on trying to resolve an issue and no answer is given. Why is my AdWords express google sssistant directing calls from our ad that are clearly being misdirected. We’re receiving calls that are very similar in nature, yet not having anything to do with our ad or business. This has been going on for several months even prior to our running an ad with AdWords Express. I’ve come here twice for support and still have had none! Can you please help!?

Desynced with desktop(or maybe just flat out broken). I wish I could include pictures, but more than half my ads display no stats or information on them(they have tons of info on my desktop). I can’t edit or work with them at all and there doesn’t seem to be a fix online. The query “stats not displayed on Google AdWords app” ironically just shows a bunch of AdWords relating to AdWords campaigns and it drowns the useful results. When it works, it’s great. But I kind of expect Google to be able to put out functional applications, especially when I’m investing hundreds of dollars into them.

Disconnected. I know my review is not gonna do anything since it’s Google and they can just overwhelm my review with fake, bought 5 stars reviews but whatever. The apps is laughable compare to the desktop webpage. Stats are impossible to view, basically nothing. And when my ads get disapproved, there is not a place where I can fix it. Cool design tho, add a star to this atrocity.

Wow amazing. This app used to be mediocre at best. It worked but wasn’t the best. The new update made everything so much more useable. I NEVER write reviews, but I had to for this update because wow, it really made the app so much better. I use Google Ads for business maybe once every hour of my day and this makes me so happy to see the app and Google as a company move in the right direction.

AdWords is Alright, at most. Was satisfied to pop up on front page here and there being a new business and all but watch out with the budget. I was told multiple times the campaign would NOT exceeded my daily budget and now $300 charge in less than an hr for a campaign set up as conversions not clicks- later. . I am told the ads won’t exceed my “monthly budget” feeling lied to and cheated but I learned and kept the ad simple moving forward.

The worst customer service in the planet. You guys suspended my account for no real reason affecting my business client acquisition, my sales and our employees income. Call multiple times and your customer support can help and I have to wait days for get an answer from you. This is the worst customer service in the world, your customer service department is full un unable people that can not solve anything and take weeks of answering to your clients.

App doesn’t work. I have downloaded this three times. Each time it opens up a screen saying “Oops something didn’t work. Check your network connection and try again.” There is nothing wrong with my network connection. There is nothing to click to go to another screen or try to sign in somehow. It has no option to do anything. Even if I delete the app and redownload it still does it.

Very intuitive. I am using google ads for years, at first was complicated but they gat much much better and app is now much easier to use

Works some times. Have tried this for a year. Works good at first . First week is great then you get calls from people looking for other businesses that don’t have anything to do with your business. Then you get spammer s clicking your ads and google won’t refund you for the scammers. Then you try to call them for help and recording says they are closed for COVID-19. Then they try to call but never rings your phone always goes to you answer machine. Try to return call and get messages that they are closed for Covid-19. So frustrating they always want to charge you more and more but the ad gets worse with wrong number or spam calls. No customer service at all the people they give you from India never call you back after 100 messages sent to them. Never call you when they say. Be careful with this. Now they are charging more for ads and you get less performance and no customer service be careful.

Terrible experience. The app does not provide all the information about search terms and clicks. If you set up geolocations to run ads in, it will run the ads in areas that you have not selected to run in, including those areas you have blocked. The billing is somewhat scammy, they will charge you for many clicks on 1 impression that no one has seemingly clicked on. Then Google will call you constantly trying to get you to increase your spending. More over, you get some crap ROI

These reviews have to be fake. No customer support. They steal your money and you get zero real leads in return. I had 20x the organic traffic before paying for ads, now my organic traffic seems to be turned off. They also promised $500 in ad spend if you spend $500, THATS ALSO A LIE, good luck getting anyone to help you. Google scam, companies like this are ridiculous, they can obviously afford some customer support people but all you get is bots. Scam.

Business owner. I’m just getting clicks on my ads whole 6/7 months. No a single call from anyone. End of the month I seen my bills only no business at all. Google suspended my business from google maps fee time. There is no one solve your issue with google ads or google maps. It’s horrible, unacceptable. Social media is better then google.

Google ads lied. Google ads false accused me of posting a fraudulent ad, I’m a affiliate marketer and was posting links to products that I’m hired to refer people to. Well google suspended my account claiming that i was “pretending to be the company” when all I did was share links and write about the product which are facts from the product. I wasted money on these ads, I thought google was the best ads platform but I was wrong.

How is there no login option for iOS?. I’ve downloaded the app several times. There is no option to login. There is only an option to create a new ad. At best I assume I have to go through the hassle of creating a brand new campaign before it gives me the option login to my account. At worst it won’t at all. Ridiculous to recommend the app for existing accounts with this setup.

App Broken. Whenever I open the app it says it could not login with my account, so I try signing in with a different account but this doesn’t matter because after entering. The same page with the other account not working shows up again. I have reinstalled the app multiple times and restarted my device, not sure what to do.

Drew’s Dazzling Detailing. Drew did a great job detailing my 2014 MBZ S550. His attention to detail, along with the brand name products he used, resulted in my old car looking brand new on the inside and outside! Drew was very professional, polite, and gave me a thorough explanation of everything he was doing. I highly recommend Drew’s Dazzling Detailing!

I got banned for nothing. I got banned without knowing why it happened I got an email and it did not explain the issue. I went through my videos and I did not see anything going against the guidelines. I tried to write an appeal and it kept saying the website link has an error. I feel like my success is being stopped.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. As stated before they don’t care about you as a customer and it’s funny how they flagged me after I was approved for a $500 credit I kept calling and getting my account review to see what the problem was but they told me that they had a right to cancel my account without reason just sad because I will never use them again and customer support is a joke

Extortionism. A mix between a Ponzi scheme and ransomware, all using your livelihood and branding. Google takes organic business profiles, suspends them, then resells them as ad profiles to your competitors. Cultivates new business profiles as a means of ‘ripening’ them. Google doesn’t do the phone thing anymore, so you can’t call them. Google has an antitrust suit against it from DOJ - which means it is doing this with impunity. Here’s your equality and social justice, in practice. The Filipino sales rep who hung up on me was surprised when I called back and got him again quite by chance. He recovered quickly enough though - he said he didn’t have time “for this” and hung up on me again. Wow.

SAVE UR MONEY AND TIME. Google Ads doesn’t care about the customer, they just care about that check! They give you numbers back that don’t match your own algorithms! For example, I supposedly received “20,000 engagements and views” but my actual video I advertised is waaaaay below that number. They also never contacted me about the Ad renewing itself!? I downloaded this to test their services out and now all they want is a $450 check! I contacted support about the additional charges and instead of trying to help me get my money back, they told me the reasoning for each dollar charged. Despite me explaining how we got there! God if the world could live without Google support it’d be a great time to be alive, but welp here we are.

Needs a back button. I accidentally clicked new account but I already have an account except there’s no back button so I can’t get back to my Google Ads account. I deleted the app off my phone and reinstalled it but I was still left on the new account page asking for my name and URL. please help! Thank you 🙏

Extremely buggy. Takes forever ( read never ) to reflect latest changes made on the desktop. Right now it’s showing me data that’s 3 years old because I haven’t used the app in a while until. It’s been a week and the app tells me that my account is “canceled”, which is just wrong. Whatever I did on the desktop isn’t reflecting on the mobile app all. Tried refreshing. Nothing works. Major bugs.

This app is useless. Google ads has is issues as can be seen through the multitude of negative reviews given . My main problem is the complete lack of care that comes to the mobile app. You’d think a company worth billions would put more money into an app that runs properly but nope. You can’t view any information of relevance on this app. Doesn’t show you all you campaigns says you have to go to desktop. Like what we in year 2024. Every platform should have a app where we can access this information just as easily on the phone as the computer. Yet Google seems to be years behind in this aspect of their business which is extremely disappointing to say the least. What’s the point of a Mobile app if you literally can’t use the app for any of the information or steps you’d want to take. Do better Google. This is one of many issues you guys have. Don’t know how this app got 4 stars . It literally is completely useless.

Taking it to the next level. Every business needs to encourage their best audience to purchase their products and Google can take you to the next level.

The worst. They suspend your account for no reason and when you try to appeal they ignore you. Waste of money and waste of time. Oh, also- those clicks you’re getting? Not real. They are bots. Google Ads will suspend your account claiming they are doing it because they think you are a scammer or something but allow actual scammers to access your ads. I spent a total of around 2500 on Google ads and modified my campaigns so many times. And I got nothing out of it but highway robbery.

Terrible experience and horrible to non existent customer service. The higher you set your budget, the higher they charge you per click. You don’t get more traffic/clicks when you increase the budget, just your cost per click increases. When I reached out to support, they say it’s legitimate. They charged me $700 in an 8 hour period in the middle of the night resulting in 451 clicks for over $700. That same night they had a technical issue with their payment processing overcharging a bunch of people. But, they keep trying to tell me the charge is legitimate. I can’t even get to a person I understand on the phone. At this point, google stole my money.

Not user friendly. I market my business with Google. Using and understand the Google Ads app is extremely overwhelming. I feel like I need to work at google to understand what I’m doing to market my business. Everything is super advanced and an every day small business owner like myself. Wish they would make it more user-friendly for people who are not techies.

Customer service. This is the mecca of bad service. You don’t know useless service until you need help with an ad campaign. They will transfer you three times before you get any help. You have to be extremely straight forward and rude to have them help you. Otherwise, they send you to an “optimization specialist” who is also no help. I believe this is all an a hoax to get you to pay for their help down the line. Extremely unimpressed.

Takes your money. Signed up did about 3 months of ads on a lower budget, and thought ok pay per click or pay per phone call. Well the calls and clicks that were coming in were wrong numbers and companies in different industries. Did not get one quality lead or any quality marketing at all.

Google Ads Support Team. The worst customer service I have seen in my life, I give them one star because it is the minimum, they cancel my account and there is no person who can give you an explanation of what happened or why it was done, even after sending more than 20 emails I still have no answers, too bad they have no competition...

Difficult to Navigate the Ad menus. While Google ads appears to be a very powerful marketing tool, the navigation is difficult to follow. I was forced to write down a map of the options so I could remember where I found something. There appears to be no clear direction on how to set up the ads. I had difficulty setting up the audiences as well as attempting to relocate the fields I felt or helpful. It seems I have found most of the features by stumbling across them.

Horrible!. Google ads customer service and app is horrible! Previously I had used google ads for years with no issues. After they updated it immediately went down hill. It keeps asking you to verify your account after they've sent you an email saying that you've been approved. The mean girls who answer the phone will hang up on you or forward your call to a dead end and you will never be able to communicate with anyone. They will tell you that only a few people work in the google ads expert team and they're not available to answer the phone. So you're telling me that google is a billion dollar company and billions of business use google ads but they only have 3 expert's available to answer your phone call? Next you try to set up chat and you will get the error message and again no one is able to answer your chat. Don't even think about emailing, that's not going to work. Finally someone on chat picks up to only tell you what you already know that your account isn't working and THEY have to email someone who can help you?!? I would like to know how many billions of dollars that google ads is receiving from businesses yearly and I'd like to know why the customer service for my TV is better than this company!!! The only reason why I use google is because believe it or not, yelp is worse! I'm so sick of these predatory companies knowing we desperately need their services and them laughing at as when they hang up on us! After MONTHS of frustration !!

Do not use google ads. I created a google ad for our small business. We have since been charged for people who google our business name by our exact name. When I called the help center to ask why we are getting charged for people who google us by name they said they cannot help. Again, we are getting charged for people googling our business name, meaning someone who already knows about our business. This 100% defeats the purpose of paying for an ad if the people who are seeing and clicking on it are already people who know the name of our business. When I ask for a refund, they tell me it is non-refundable. I have since cancelled our ad and will never be returning.

SCAM !! Support is scam!. Don’t waist time and money. They “help” you to setup the account so they earn money and you won’t get sells. Support it’s like a family. Everyone covering each other. Totally disrespect you. If you leave bad review , they calling you and asking to leave a good review and than they will “give you” a credit. Which they don’t. So cheap. Google hired unprofessional support people to save money, but they loosing their reputation and customers.

Impossible to work with. My account was suspended for being “fraudulent or a misrepresentation of a product or service.” I have combed their rules and I am not violating anything. The products I sell are handmade and literally each one of a kind, so I am not misrepresenting or copying anything else. Their customer service sent a generic response, I asked a direct question and they copy and pasted their first email. What a joke. If they weren’t the only option for advertising on non-social media sites they would be out of business.

Impossible to get problems resolved .. Have duplicate addresses and account for the same business. Unable to take care of it ourselves and impossible to contact computerized Google with no live support. But they are the 100# Gorilla in the room so they do not have to have customer support

Ads on pause. Been waiting for a week to see if my business is able to still advertise after 22 years in business and after advertising off and on for 20 of them with your company. I am a private company but I am one of the only 2 listed on every USA embassy in the world as a recommended pay fee service company. I just want to keep helping people.

unexpected charges and bad collection action. I tried this service for my new CPA business. It was too expensive and useless. I didn’t get any clients. Their offer of free credits was misleading and not true i ended paying it with unexpected additional charges. I was shocked that they want me to pay huge amounts for services I never used and they sent it for collections. Was very painful and hurts my credit score. I regret to try this service.

Useful. It would be awesome to do more things from app if Google takes ad app to next level. By the way app doesn’t work all of sudden out of nowhere.

In a loop. Updated to new version, then get message telling me I have to update app, takes me to AppStore. Says open (rather than update) , then go back to app to get same error message! So frustrating!

Can’t update or use. Currently I open the app, says I need to update, go to App Store, cannot update. Literally cannot open the app.

Confused and user unfriendly. We find it hard to organise, use and manage. No support.

Pointless really.... This isn’t a google AdWords app, this is an app which lets you view campaigns you created on a PC. Totally useless if you want to create new campaigns, or restart old ones etc..

Limited feature + UI is not intuitive. One biggest tech company in the world and still they cannot have all the features with in the app. On the other note, the UX//UI is not good enough.

Poor Customer Service. Whenever I contact them to get some help they ruin my campaigns. I don’t know how google works with such poor standard companies.

New Update. I completely dislike it, bring back the old version, it was easy to use, i can’t see my add, I can’t edit it, I can’t see anything anymore. Bring back the old App!

No iPhone X Support. Still no iPhone X support for millions of people paying thousands if dollars to Google every month for advertising. Typical Google arrogance...

Average. Basically a useless app alternative to the web based interface. Can't select search terms from past history to make as a negative keyword. Web based interface constantly crashes on iPad as well. Mind boggling how incompetent Google software developers are

All BS. So you set your click budget and your monthly budget and then check your credit card mine was hit $800 for a $200 budget. There is no service on the backend. When you check the app and it says your spend is xx and you think yeah thats fine its on track then it blows out without warning! In India and other countries there are people paid to click your add to ramp up the clicks and then they call u to see if you want assistance. Total scam. Buyer beware!!

New app is terrible.. I hate this new version. I cannot work out how to even create an all. Please bring the old app back.

Read Fine Print. If you setup a budget for your ad campaign it doesn’t mean anything. According to Google it’s just a threshold that increases within the month to a minimum of $500 based on the amount of clicks you get for the ad. My one star is because it isn’t explained properly on the campaign manager. It actually states you won’t be charged more than your budget. Which is a straight up lie. A sneaky way to make more money. I can only learn my lesson from this and warn others.

Horrible. This app is a scam it doesn’t work I got logged of my campaign account and can’t log back in I tried to delete the app and reinstalled it and have to create another campaign

Significantly worse after update. The new app is terrible after the recent layout change - previously stats, negative keywords, campaigns were easy to view and change. Now they almost seem to have been intentionally hidden. My front page is full of stupid recommendations - instead of just showing me how my Ads are doing. The ad pages themselves are the same with stats showing riiiight down at the bottom (they have also seemingly removed the ability to quickly add worlds to the negative keyword list - probably so they can take your money running ads on keywords you already own).

Fix it. Can you fix this April 2024 release? It’s going nothing but crash repeatedly. Thanks

Nah. It says couldn’t sign in with my school account so I press sign in and I sign in with my main account and it loads for a moment and goes back to saying couldn’t sign in with my school account After I enter my main account email and password.

Don't bother. Don't bother downloading this. You basically can only use your desktop to manage ads now. Google, can you guys put the bongs down and use the billions of dollars you've been paid to put together a decent app? Teenagers on their bedroom computers can do better

Well thought out tool. Punches above its weight for an app. Great to make small adjustments and monitor performance. A lot of information is available in a tiny space.

RIP OFF AND DOESNT EVEN WORK RIGHT. I TRIED TO PUT AN AD OUT FOR CHRISTMAS DAY, I SELECTED A BUDGET OF $50 AND FOR 1 DAY ONLY, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING IT WOULD LET ME KNOW WHEN IT GOES LIVE, AND THAT IT WOULD TAKE 24HRS TO SHOW, I NEEDED IT ON THE DAY, SO I CANCELLED IT AND THAT WAS THE END OF IT, UNTILL TODAY, WHEN$500 WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, I DISPUTED IT AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME BECAUSE APPARENTLY I HAD CLICKS, CLINKS THAT RESULTED IN NOTHING

When you put an add:. When you put an advertisement, someone will click; you have no idea who is clicking from what part of the world or from alien planet. Such a waste of money.

no stars!. Give us adwords express back! Not everyone is adwords expert! Spent hours creating campaigns and spend 100 over a week with no leads! Use to get at least 10 leads from adwords express!

Billing issues. I have hundreds of clients. I used to be able to switch accounts for billing or type in account number to change accounts. Recently Google removed this. Please change back & I’ll change my review to 5 stars. The new change means I have to to billing on my laptop so the app is useless

Terrible. Very basic app, unable to start a new campaign or ad. Can only view existing ads made on a pc. Very limited functions.

Very helpful. It is making it easier to get the help that I need.

Buggy App. App has some useful information for a quick glance but is buggy and gets stuck. E.g. while trying to change the locations for where the ad should be showing the apps continuously gets stuck. Had to do it from the browser on the laptop. As a paying customer, it should be better.

Absolute Rubbish!. Bring back the old version..this is completely none user friendly and has to be setup via desktop first..and even after that it’s just a joke! I’ve now deleted all and will take my money elsewhere..after using the old version for 2 years ..you’ve lost my money..not that you care! Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this app!! Don’t waste your time like the rest of us already did......

New update blocks you from managing billing settings. Have used the iphone app to pay adwords bills and update payment methods for years. Then the new update comes out and says "please set up billing on desktop to access using the app". But I already have billing set up, so there's nothing more I can do. Basically makes the app useless until they fix this. Have spoken to google about this and they were not helpful. Very disappointing and frustrating as now I have to be logged into a computer to make billing changes and it used to be so easy. Fix this please!!

No access to see individual ads.. Very limited use for me. I can’t see individual ads and can’t set up the KPIs to see what I want which is CTR and CPC. So I try to look on the browser version, as suggested, and it tells me it not compatible with my browser - Chrome!! So I have to use my computer to do anything useful.

Still stuck in loop. How can this even be, go to update, says i have the latest. Same as others. You would think they would just increase the version.

It's a good start.. Cool app. there really should be a way to sort keyword bids by price rather than have to open each keyword to see its price.

Terrible support. I can’t say enough bad about this platform. Not only did I receive terrible value for $, but dealing with service is an awful experience. I do not recommend Google Ads.

Won’t open. No matter what I do I can’t open the app. It keeps saying something went wrong, check your network connection. My network is working fine. Not sure what to do.

Terrible support and service. My admob account is banned for no reason after being randomly limited ads serving for several weeks. It’s impossible to reach a person, not even a email through their support. It’s like talking to a cold robot, where their staff keep sending canned response in forum and refuse to give detailed reason.

Not working. Not working on 14 pro

Doesn’t update. The metrics don’t update .... you have to login on your PC/laptop. What’s the point of the app?

End date issue. I created a campaign, set a 30 day end date, but the end date was removed somehow. I didn’t realize and now I am being charged for 2 months of fees. The team relies only on the data on their end, however there is an issue with setting an end date while creating the campaign. Now I am over my budget by double and I am in the zero sales part of my season. Customer service was not helpful

Bad support. I was told I would have an assigned account manager because my ad budget is higher than average, the account manager that was assigned to me did not answer my emails and was a terrible communicator, she could not do a re-marketing campaign and said it is the technical team's job and the technical team kept saying it is her job. Until today I don't know who to believe!!. and if you want total to anybody else they rise the "COVID" card and we are short on staff, limited, etc Really bad experince.

The product had so many problems. I was forced to use auto payment method because I am in Canada?! Now I have no way to pause my service. Worst experience with google product.

Useless App!. I expected more from google. I was forced to download the app to my iPhone when i tried to add a campagne. All you can do is see info on existing campagnes. Impossible to add a new one. I guess I will wait to get to the office and do it from a PC.

No close button or back button option in New campaign. There is no option to close or to come back when we accidentally press the new campaign button. Even after force closing the app, it comes to the same page when we open it again. Plz fix this

It doesn’t work.. If I go to analytics in the browser, it shows me a have impressions and clicks. The app shows 0 impressions and 0 clicks for 2 days now.

Lacking Basic Features, Clunky Interface, Borderline Useless. Usual Google obtuse design elements and influence. It’s a chore to use and you’re better off with their horrid web interface since you have a stripped-bare feature set with this app.

Too much verification. Google ads has a tendency to ask you to upload articles of incorporation, drivers license and passport. Where is this information stored. It’s nonsense to ask for sensitive information. I will advertise elsewhere

Since the update in late June 2025 can’t access all accounts. I updated this app, and now only 1 of the 2 ad accounts under my email can be found inside this app. On the web they’re all there but there’s no option to switch between them so i can only see my empty, unused ad account. I spent around 10k a month and want to watch that spend from my phone…guess i can’t since the web version simply doesn’t work from an iPhone.

No customer care even if you pay $1000 a month. Crooked ads specialists who only wants to take money from you, when you write them an email about the no sale increase even after running yous googke ads they Flee Btw they are not google employees, they are so called un educated partners

They scammed me. I got an email saying if I spend $600 they give me $600 voucher. After spending iver $1000 they denied it. What a rip off from one of the biggest companies.

Not was I was expecting.. Decent UI, but can’t really do much. Mostly useful to get a very high level overview. I wish I could edit my ads from the app.

Frustrating and poorly designed. I haven’t been this frustrated with an app in a while. I am being charged for things I don’t know about, my payments are getting declined, and I can’t add a new credit card because the app thinks it’s “prepaid”. The entire infrastructure and navigation layout of this app needs to be completely rebuilt from the ground up. It is clear the designers selected for this app were part of the B team at Google - sad to say. Now I’m worried that collections is going to come after me because I can’t clear up the $12 balance on my account due to the app’s terrible payments setup. It doesn’t even use Google payments for adding a new card! My card works on Google payments but doesn’t work with Google ads?! How does that even make sense. The manager of this division needs to be replaced they’re clearly living in the early 00s it seems.

trash. CRASHES EVERY TIME I TRY TO EDIT

Frozen during setup. They froze the page at the last step of my campaign setup, making sure that I’ve wasted as much time as possible setting up all the previous previous pages. That’s not all… they had me on hold and talking to their middleman for 20 minutes only to be transferred to a bot saying that they aren’t taking calls. It was 6:30 PM, their site says that they close at night. GIANT waste of time.

App Keeps Crashing. Every-time I open the app it crashes, have rebooted phone, still crashes...

Numbers are never updated. It’s kinda unusable because the stats are never updated. You gotta go on the computer to see the true stats

Missing smart shopping campaigns. I could’ve sworn they were added but now I don’t see them anymore/ can’t enable them.

Lost money without my consent. I have been on Google ads for well over 10 months. I first thought that the plan was 8.19$ every month to advertise with google. After reviewing my bank account, I discovered that an amount is being taken from my account without my consent for the past 10 months and each amount is more than 300$ every month. When I dispatched this to Google, they said that we cannot return the said values and that nothing they can do about it. Now, I am left with more than 3000$ in spending and not even one job came to me through this app. Very disappointing experience.

support sucks. a google rep calls me and makes changes to my campaigns assuring me that i will get more calls or requests that took my daily hits from 500 to 200 at TRIPLE the cost per click. i called twice to complain but i am being ignored.

It became too costly to advertise on google. Just received a $511 bill from one month of advertising here. It costed a significant percentage from the revenue. It’s not worth the money

Google account not linked. App stopped letting me login , kept saying google account not linked although I can login fine on computer

Suspended. So I have not done anything wrong on my YouTube channel for Google Ads and after a few days later I went on to go get ads and it said I got him suspended so I’m a bit confused because it said that I just have to make sure my card was linked to it so you know whenever it needs money for any of the ads or anything. I’ll take it so I had my card connected to it. It’s been taking money but my account is not been suspended. I it says I have to submit appeal. I have to do a bunch instructions and I’m like I’m not submitting appeal and doing all these instructions because I never did anything wrong.

Google is the worst. Used to be my go to for advertising. They have now made it far too complicated for the average business. Unless you are a huge company forget navigating all the hoops and obstacles inherent in advertising with Google today.

Super advertising for small amount. How else can you reach the hole internet except Google adds ! Before I was paying huge amounts for a paper advertisement.

Differentiation would be nice. Would be nice if removed or paused keywords, placements, etc would be marked differently or removed from an active list entirely. Also, if conflicting keywords would just be found right away. I’m sure it’s not that hard to find matching stuff in a campaign.

Good step but one request. Every thing is perfect in this app, but mobile app mean more short and to the point commands should be integrated. For complete customizations full computer browser will do the job, In this app I expect at least as soon I open the app I should see my list of campaigns and ON & OFF buttons in front of them instead of taping many tines and passing by many pages to get to the enable or disable adds page.

They’ve been overcharging my account can’t get them answer the phone they’ll just hang up their automated voice message would do the same thing and there’s no way to remove a payment option without putting in another payment option. Doesn’t work properly. Ok. So after a around 45 days of starting. We don’t display in searches anywhere outside our small town, even though we service all middle Tennessee. Ad $$ went nowhere. And good look getting anyone on the phone to fix it. If you start a business, don’t quit your day job if you’re depending on google to work. Was wondering why the phone hasn’t been ringing…

Useless App. When you first open this app it does not ask you to login so you can manage your ads. It just forces users to create a new ad. Since I wanted to have an easy access to the ad platform I am beyond disappointed and deleted the app after realizing it’s more of a lead generator for Google than a helpful tool for clients.

Bunch of Thieves that take advantage of Small Businesses. They claim to give a match of your first ad. But bill you for your part plus the part that supposed to be the match. They are the hardest people to get ahold of unless they are trying to sell ads. They keep you business phone tied up with people selling ads but can’t answer any other questions. Don’t waste you time and money with these Thieves.

Disconnected. I know my review is not gonna do anything since it’s Google and they can just overwhelm my review with fake, bought 5 stars reviews but whatever. The apps is laughable compare to the desktop webpage. Stats are impossible to view, basically nothing. And when my ads get disapproved, there is not a place where I can fix it. Cool design tho, add a star to this atrocity.

Adding Negative Search Terms. Awesome app except for one glaring bug! 80% of the time the app will not allow you to add neg search terms or words. Especially neg words to shopping campaigns. You are in the campaign to add it but it only gives a regular campaign choice to add it to. Not the campaign you are in. Broken…fix your app please!

I got banned for nothing. I got banned without knowing why it happened I got an email and it did not explain the issue. I went through my videos and I did not see anything going against the guidelines. I tried to write an appeal and it kept saying the website link has an error. I feel like my success is being stopped.

Worst experience. They suspended my account instantly after creating my first ad, it was a mobile case product nothing against their policy. The worst thing is they deducted money from my card and saying they will refund it on Oct 12, almost 1 month I am still waiting for the refund. No support and no way to contact.

I’ve yet to make money on Google Ads all a bunch of nonsense clicks and charges. I’ve yet to make money on Google Ads prices are too high and then I do get a click and it’s out of my service area. It cost me $70 and I can’t get a refund on or contact anybody and all Google wants to do is just add more to your budget and do broad matches so they get money Like this Google ripping people off

Garbage. Google ads wasn’t great to begin with, but ever since they moved to AI handling their customer service, it’s gotten really bad. My account got deactivated without giving me a reason and the documentation they requested me to review to fix my issue was previously removed and unavailable. Google doesn’t care about their users, and will do anything to save a few extra dollars at the expense of the customer.

Google quality & customer support has declined significantly. Horrible quality from customer support. A bunch of Indians not a single American, you can barely understand their English. Not only that but they’re rude & will not help or resolve your issue. You’ll get sent to another department that work ever even reach back out. If you’re a business paying Google ads it’s a waste

DO NOT USE!!!. This is the worst I’ve ever been scammed in my life. Stopped using this app a year ago and now they are tying to tell me I owe them 2 grand. Customer service is garbage. And they spam you with phone calls that have nothing to do with your ad and then bill you for it. Garbage. You’ll find more success advertising in a newspaper than you will through these crooks.

Google Ads Support Team. The worst customer service I have seen in my life, I give them one star because it is the minimum, they cancel my account and there is no person who can give you an explanation of what happened or why it was done, even after sending more than 20 emails I still have no answers, too bad they have no competition...

Displays name/ TEMU. Displays your full legal name on the Ad now. Turned off Ads. Unusable now. Not willing to be doxed or give out my personal info to the world. Unnecessary requirement. Update: gives priority to foreign sellers in US search results, Temu has a monopoly on their Ad placement pushing out the US sellers. Temu vendors steal designs and replicate items from US sellers and sell them for $1 which also hurts US sellers. Boycott Google Ads for supporting foreign counterfeiters.

Google ads. In my recent experience I can say it is slow and the performance sometimes doesn’t spend the money set in the agreement. I hope the service will be improved soon.

Had to try 4 times; two ads are running. I tried to go through the process of starting an ad. It got to the payment part (the final step), but it kept hanging and the Back and Cancel buttons wouldn’t work. I had to close and go through the half-hour ad creation process again. Four times. Ugh!!

Business owner. I’m just getting clicks on my ads whole 6/7 months. No a single call from anyone. End of the month I seen my bills only no business at all. Google suspended my business from google maps fee time. There is no one solve your issue with google ads or google maps. It’s horrible, unacceptable. Social media is better then google.

Great feed back. Google keeps me in the game with analytics and recommendations for my ads. I highly recommend if you want to be competitive in today's market.

How is there no login option for iOS?. I’ve downloaded the app several times. There is no option to login. There is only an option to create a new ad. At best I assume I have to go through the hassle of creating a brand new campaign before it gives me the option login to my account. At worst it won’t at all. Ridiculous to recommend the app for existing accounts with this setup.

Maximizes Money for Google. These guys design this app knowing full on that you would want to adjust your budget on mobile but make it so you have to go on the website and have the website designed so it can’t be done. Everything they do is to maximize their revenue even at the cost of giving you garbage clicks

Scam. They have people in foreign countries they pay to call and click on your site and charge you money. They need to be investigated for fraud and GOD only knows what other corruption, doesn’t matter where you place your location to advertise they still run your budget up with foreigners calling and clicking on your site

App does not work at all. Every time ive ever opened the app it only and always says “sorry, something went wrong. Check your internet connection”. There is no other button to press on the screen except “try again” and after pressing it, it loads for a single millisecond and says the same thing! I just want ad revenue :((

Takes your money. Signed up did about 3 months of ads on a lower budget, and thought ok pay per click or pay per phone call. Well the calls and clicks that were coming in were wrong numbers and companies in different industries. Did not get one quality lead or any quality marketing at all.

Need help!. I can’t seem to grasp what Google likes or doesn’t like. It’s my business, I know what field I work in, I know what images are relevant to my field yet Google ads teams will disapprove relevant items web trying to post. It’s very confusing. Also have been Trying to add a location to advertise from and they will not do it.

Very intuitive. I am using google ads for years, at first was complicated but they gat much much better and app is now much easier to use

Extortionism. A mix between a Ponzi scheme and ransomware, all using your livelihood and branding. Google takes organic business profiles, suspends them, then resells them as ad profiles to your competitors. Cultivates new business profiles as a means of ‘ripening’ them. Google doesn’t do the phone thing anymore, so you can’t call them. Google has an antitrust suit against it from DOJ - which means it is doing this with impunity. Here’s your equality and social justice, in practice. The Filipino sales rep who hung up on me was surprised when I called back and got him again quite by chance. He recovered quickly enough though - he said he didn’t have time “for this” and hung up on me again. Wow.

Business Turnaround. Google Ads has brought me many more clients and also a more diversified client base. I highly recommend it.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. As stated before they don’t care about you as a customer and it’s funny how they flagged me after I was approved for a $500 credit I kept calling and getting my account review to see what the problem was but they told me that they had a right to cancel my account without reason just sad because I will never use them again and customer support is a joke

App Broken. Whenever I open the app it says it could not login with my account, so I try signing in with a different account but this doesn’t matter because after entering. The same page with the other account not working shows up again. I have reinstalled the app multiple times and restarted my device, not sure what to do.

Worst app since they first began!!!!!. Google ads used to be fairly decent to use years ago. Every year they change it for the worse. This version is absolutely the worst. Such a shame these idiots can’t stick with a version that works for their customers… Advertisers should go with Microsoft. It’s easy and fast! Get the same exact results without the hassle.

Where is the budget card now? Why can’t I edit anything in my campaign. I am getting so close to just dropping out of Google all together. Another convoluted experience, I have to go to my old mobile device, which is a first generation iPhone SE, in order to edit my budget. Where is that function in the new experience on the iPhone app? You search the word budget and there are zero results. Done.

Forced ad creation on launch. I want to sign into my ads account and work with previously created ads, not create a new ad. On launch of app, all you can do is create (and pay for) a new ad. It’s the same as when you call support, they try to get you to run an additional ad instead of troubleshooting. $$$

Do NOT use this program!. I started my business about 2 months ago. I started doing Google ads about 3 weeks ago and all I’ve been getting is CHARGED! Every call I’ve gotten is either a scammer or contact that are completely IRRELEVANT to the business I do. Thieves. Google is a massive company and they don’t have a care in the world for your business. I sincerely hope a legal class action suit happens in the future!

Google ads lied. Google ads false accused me of posting a fraudulent ad, I’m a affiliate marketer and was posting links to products that I’m hired to refer people to. Well google suspended my account claiming that i was “pretending to be the company” when all I did was share links and write about the product which are facts from the product. I wasted money on these ads, I thought google was the best ads platform but I was wrong.

App is really bad. You really can’t even use this ad for more than getting notifications. Even then you het advised to visit web to find out what to do with the notification. I ant to see more than the ine expired ad I ran 2 months ago, have to login online. Why do I have the app? Almost every function prompts you to login online.

Stealing money. It’s about couple months that Google shows my advertise to wrong target and I received calls from hospitaland irreverent company and I Have been charged for that Also they remove my reviews from my Google page for no reason every couple months. And I have to complain to get them back.

SCAM !! Support is scam!. Don’t waist time and money. They “help” you to setup the account so they earn money and you won’t get sells. Support it’s like a family. Everyone covering each other. Totally disrespect you. If you leave bad review , they calling you and asking to leave a good review and than they will “give you” a credit. Which they don’t. So cheap. Google hired unprofessional support people to save money, but they loosing their reputation and customers.

Impossible to get problems resolved .. Have duplicate addresses and account for the same business. Unable to take care of it ourselves and impossible to contact computerized Google with no live support. But they are the 100# Gorilla in the room so they do not have to have customer support

Feed the machine. Many clicks no calls, google help is not proficient in helping solve the problem. You are left to read what they have printed to try and solve your advertising problems. Great money machine for Google. Smart Campaigns make $ for Google Partner Sites not the company paying into for it.

Horrible. Once I started using Google Ads, all my leads completely stopped. They overcharged me, couldn’t explain the charges, and now I’m getting spam calls all day. When I asked to be taken off the list, the rep argued with me instead of removing me like he’s legally supposed to. It’s honestly not worth it. I got more traction before I ever used Google Ads. SMH

Google Ads. Google ads has become overly complex. If or when you need any kind of help it’s absolutely nonexistent. It’s impossible to get help when you need it. Google has made it that way. Happy to take your money but when you need help good luck they are not there. Or the phone number tells you to basically figure it out yourself using the online help.

App doesn’t work. I want to tell you why the app doesn’t work. It doesn’t work because it says check you internet connection and try again but I have my email internet so can you make an update so it can let everyone in.

Ads on pause. Been waiting for a week to see if my business is able to still advertise after 22 years in business and after advertising off and on for 20 of them with your company. I am a private company but I am one of the only 2 listed on every USA embassy in the world as a recommended pay fee service company. I just want to keep helping people.

Not user friendly. First of all, if your smart ad is rejected, there is no way to know the reason. If you try to fix it, eventually your account will be blocked for violation of their policies without specific explanations and opportunity to fix. Don’t waste your time and money unless you are ready to spend millions. The worse customer support.

Kicked out And still being billed. I created an account for a client and started running an ad for 1 month. No one is seeing it, they have a $1000 Budget and NO ONE on my small 34 square mile isle is SEEING IT! This is crazy. Now they’re saying the account doesn’t meet googles standards? And I’m getting billed for it. Just insane. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

Terrible functionality. I hate this app. You can’t even see the bare minimum basics like cost. If it’s over $1000, they just show you an estimate (e.g. 1.4k). Can’t see trend lines either. If you’re going to force people into using the app on the go, at least make it functional. Google ads isn’t supported by any browsers on mobile, so there is virtually no way to get important data when no desktop is available.

Great menu selections. Great protein smoothie bar with an impressive selection. Everything tastes fresh and high-quality, and my favorite smoothie by far is the King Black Panther, it’s bold, smooth, and packed with flavor. Highly recommend!
