Cross-hair difficult to see. When checking and entering tickets, the "+" is not easy to see. How about making the lines a tad thicker, and in a color that stands out? White? Yellow? Lime green?

Too much aggravation. This app sounded like it would be great but it’s more aggravation than its worth and just takes up space in my phone. The scan feature almost never works, and the fact that I have to sign in every time I use it is maddening. The only apps I have that require sign in every time come from financial institutions and protect my personal info.

Not Good. This app does not work good on the IPhone 13. It constantly signs me out and I have to resign in. It constantly says web page not completely loaded. Most of the time when you click sign on it does not bring up the sign on page.

Maine lottery app. This version is no longer working on my iPhone!!!

Fix the bugs please. I like the scanner feature to scan lottery tickets. The big problem is the app keeps freaking out. It just keeps loading and reloading. The only way I can use the app is if I download it to scan my tickets, then delete it after and repeat the process.

Awesome!. This app works great for me with no issues whatsoever. I use it to check tickets and earn points for prizes. The scan feature has never been an issue for me like it apparently was for some other users. I use it almost daily with no issue.

Glitches. When I open the app, it opens for two seconds and then closes.

Terrible. Quite possibly the worst app interface I’ve ever seen. Constant crashes, tabs not opening/freezing, and no scrolling capability?! Redeemable items load 2 items on a page at a time, with no opportunity to skip ahead or backwards. The organization of this app is a joke. They should really hire someone who actually knows what they’re doing. I know 12 year olds that can create a better app than this!

Convenient but Flawed. This app is really convenient to scan lots of tickets quickly versus scratching off the code numbers and entering them in online. However, the app is flawed and keeps loading and reloading when initially opened. I cannot switch between accounts for myself and my fiancé without have to delete and re-download the app. Please fix the bugs.

Errors. Always have to delete then download again because of errors popping up. Disappointing…

Garbage. Won’t scan tickets. Need to hold the ticket about 14” away from the camera because there app only uses 1 camera. Will not switch cameras to get closer. Needs a big update to work with todays technology.

Doesn’t work. This app never works for me!! Won’t even load any of the pages. Better off going on internet and doing it through their web site. If you can get that to work.

Typically Broken?. I can usually scan tickets to see if they’re a winner. But as far as entering tickets on my account for rewards and extra contests, and very rarely lets me login through the app. When I went to the website to try to enter tickets, it actually redirected me to the app. It said the app was new so I went to look for it and it’s the same old app. So I’m writing a review.

This Maine Lottery app is the WORST. This Maine Lottery app is TERRIBLE and nobody at headquarters cares. They just give me an 800 #. The lady at the 800 # doesn’t care either. It makes you login EVERY TIME you try to use it. Then when you try to login, it won’t let you. Any time I want to enter my losing tickets for points, I literally need to DELETE the app, then re-download it. It won’t let me sign in unless I delete the app, then download it again. You would think with all the technology and all the money Maine Lottery brings in, they could update this app once in a while. This app $UCK$!

Meh. Scan doesn't work, says you can download app to fix it,but that's non existent. Great for manually entering non winning tickets to earn Points for Prizes. Everything else seems to work fine

Fantastic!!!. I use to enter each ticket manually until I could utilize the scan ticket option....what a time saver! I can submit a bunch of tickets in no time at all with no problems. I really appreciate the option and truly enjoy getting something for the losing tickets I accrue I have purchased a ton of things that have really been a life saver, for example being low on cash and having a healthy total of points saved can really get you out of a pickle for birthday gifts and holidays and even the occasional splurge. Lots of fun, I encourage anyone I know to join in and play you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Enjoy! Donna B.

Clunky, at best. The "scan ticket" feature basically doesn't work. The app is fine to manually check numbers, that's about all it's good for.

Logging in and out. I use an iPhone 8 Plus and when I log in it works great. The problem I have is logging out. When I log out it automatically logs me back in. If my wife needs to log in I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it just so she can log in. Yes I have the updated iOS 13.3

Launch and Sign on issues go unresolved. iPhone user here. When it works it’s good. Many issues launching the app often rendering the app useless. When I am able to log on, an error message appears, most times I can close the error message and continue using the app. More then half the time I can not get in at all. I’ve been patient thinking that the issue would be addressed but only seems to be getting worse.

Why isn’t this app working the last two weeks??. Is there a reason this app hasn’t worked in two weeks or longer???? Wth is going on with all this crap in this world???

Love it. Iv had app for about 6 months now and the scan tickets has never been wrong! And to get y points I only have to scan the card instead of manually doin everyone so much faster a, easier & more accurate then me messing up typing in codes ! Thank u do much for making something in my life easier

Blank. There is nothing displayed on my iPhone 8 when I open the app. You’d think the app would be more sophisticated. Use American developers and it will be.

Fix this app!!!!!. Cannot log in to scan tickets which is the PRIMARY REASON for this app. The Maine Lottery Commission needs to DROP this developer and go with one that can do the job correctly. Stop ignoring these reviews and FIX THE APP

Apps needs work. Apps works slow and not at all sometimes

Sad state of affairs.. I’m really really disappointed in the Maine State Lottery and whoever designed and tested the app. It’s super clunky and not very clean. When using camera to scan codes, the flash always guarantees a crash. Without fail. Get your crap together guys.

Extremely Poor Quality. App struggles to login, constantly reloading until it finally gets in. Downloaded app to my new iPhone, it won’t even let me sign in, can’t get past the login screen. Developers and the State of Maine should be embarrassed for releasing this. Aside from glitches, the point rewards are a joke.

FOR REAL?. This app is a joke! And it’s obvious the state o Maine doesn’t care to make sure the app works correctly, as it has been a crap app since the first time I downloaded, and deleted, and downloaded, and deleted, and downloaded etc… the developer apparently has no pride in what they do? OR? They don’t have a clue , and would fail to spell their name correctly? it’s like? The idiot that lives in the peoples house, pretending to be the president! I GIVE THE APP, AND THE IDIOT A BIG FAT F F F FJB!

Scanning not working. For over a week the app has been down… when will it be fixed??

Can’t even sign up. I have done the sign up through the app and through the website and after you type in all your information there is no where to click submit. If you refresh the page your information is deleted. I have tried to sign up about 6 times now and there is no way to actually create an account. Don’t even download unless the fix the issue. Waste of time☹️

Fix ur app. Please fix ur app!! Update it because it keeps shutting down and not working correctly. I deleted it and now trying to reinstall and it’s just buffering. PLEASE FIX IT!! thank you!

What happened?!. When scanning tickets it says unrecognizable.

Scanner doesn’t work for draw games. They say it works on their end. It simply does not. I did everything they said to do and I’m still having to enter by putting in the codes which is a pain.

Sooo.... As much as I like this app... It’s seriously annoying!!! I’ve updated, deleted and re-downloaded this app several different times and still every time I try to use the flash button when entering tix’s, the app fails, by immediately shutting down and returning to my Home Screen...! Then there’s the problem with opening the app where it takes forever to load, repeatedly trying to load the app and now I have to manually enter my log in every friggen time because the app won’t remember my login info, since it’s not working properly. Also the scan function isn’t working right either, it makes me rescan tix’s all the time because it isn’t reading them correctly! I believe it to be pretty ridiculous for people spending crazy amounts of $ to have fun with a company that is not willing to provide a better app with the amount of revenue it’s generating, especially when the economy has taken such a large hit recently. Maybe it’s time to start putting a little more effort into correcting the problems with the app that has been like this for the entire time it’s been out. Which so it’s clear and I’ve said it, I’ve been using this app since the year it came out and it’s only gotten worse.

PLEASE DISREGARD THE BAD REVIEWS, the app works great you just need to.... Hi I wanted to leave my two cents here as this is a pretty good app and the team behind it works very hard and is very diligent yet they still seem to get so many negative reviews here so I’d like to set the record straight. I too had troubles logging in and I had to had troubles with the app force closing or saying load frame not loading. All you need to do is to click forgot my password and then click forgot my account and then they will give you an email to contact for help. If you follow the instructions they will give you a phone number and the people on the phone will be very polite and very helpful they were for me! :) After the phone call you will reset your email and password through the email that you gave them. After verifying your identity of course. And if the app does not load afterwards it’s because the app is holding onto your old information, you just need to delete it and reinstall it and then reset your phone just shut it off and powered on. I hope this helps this is a great app and they’re giving you stuff for free and they’re also keeping your information very safe try to give them a break! 10/10 Great job!

Fix the bugs. App is great, when it opens! Every single time I try to open it and closes itself out before it loads up. It’s kind of hard to enter my tickets if I can’t even open the app. Please fix ☺️

terrible. scanning or typing in the bar codes doesn’t work and if you enter to many times you’ll get locked out for a day

Won’t let me log in.. Won’t let me log in on the app. I go online and it works fine. Pretty bummed that I’m trying to get something for my sisters birthday from the store but I can’t even add my tickets up to get more points.

I wish the app worked.. I’d honestly give it 0 stars if I could….. try to use flash and the app crashes. Trying to log on?? Guess again, error code comes up app freezes. Try to enter ticket, takes the ticket fails to award points.

Maintenance. My app has been under maintenance for a while now. I can’t scan or check my tickets.

New iPhone, scanner does not work - will not focus. Scan on new iPhone 15 Pro Max does not work. Camera (not the app) works perfectly with focused vivid images. The ME Lottery app will not focus either while checking tickets nor entering them. Reported to the support desk and was told there’s nothing wrong. I sent them a video and nothing heard back. App is defective and needs to be recompiled for newer phones/iOS.
