Gametime - Last Minute Tickets Comments & Reviews 2024

💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

What is the point of customer service?. Just tried buying tickets. Would go through and say it was “pending”. Then about 10 minutes later I’d get a text saying “unfortunately we are unable to complete your recent purchase. We recommend contacting your bank” So I spent 30 minutes with PNC to get everything cleared up to buy them. Still won’t go through. So I call Gametime customer service. Get some guy who’s clearly has his kids in the background (cool, work from home life. That’s fine). I ask him if anything happened on their end cause my bank has assured me that they can see the pending purchase and it’s approved. The guy fumbles over his words and then just says “we’ll since it won’t go through in our system we recommend you try buying on another platform like Ticketmaster or stubhub”. Yeah dude, obviously I can do that. But is there any reason why it won’t work? And he just repeats that same response verbatim. So I say “I get that. But I was hoping to get those seats and they don’t appear to be available on the other apps” and he just continues to say the exact Canned response. I get that he likely doesn’t have the answer, he’s just some customer service rep. But he didn’t even take a moment to look into my account or anything. Didn’t even ask for my account information. Gametime should just put up a automated message instead of employing people if they’re just gonna tell you to go shop elsewhere. It would be a lot cheaper.

Didn’t Honor Guarantee. I purchased tickets on the site. The price seemed low which is part of the joy of using the Gametime app, finding really good deals. I clicked on purchase and completed the transaction. As the guarantee notes: “You'll get the tickets you ordered in time for the event and they'll be valid for entry. If that doesn’t happen, we'll locate comparable replacement tickets...” The law with guarantees is pretty clear, Gametime does not have the option to later say “whoops we made a mistake” or to say that “the transaction was not really completed because we had to do more work to confirm the transaction was complete”. Once I accepted the deal that was advertised on the site they were legally obligated to fulfill the order or to “...locate comparable replacement tickets...” To make matters worse I received a text from Gametime insinuating that the problem was in my end at 938am: “Message from Gametime: Unfortunately, we were unable to complete your recent purchase attempt with the payment method provided. We recommend that you either try a different method or contact your card's issuing bank for further information. We apologize for any inconvenience.” I have confirmed this was not the case, so this message was nothing short of a lie to cover up their pricing error. Very disappointing.

Worst experience DON’T USE. I had the absolute worst experience with this app… I bought the tickets two days prior to my event. It said that the tickets have been transferred that same day and I downloaded the ADDITIONAL apps required to actually receive the tickets and I never was able to get them. The first time I called customer service they were helpful and said I would receive an email with the ticket information within 45 minutes… 45 minutes go by no email. So I call back to which I get a new customer service rep who was very rude, no help whatsoever, and told me to check my email which I did obviously! With nothing there. That was their only solution, they did not help whatsoever. We go to the box office at the event hoping they can help. They’re trying but see the same problem we see. I call back! (3rd time now!) Same “solution”. Finally the event Box office was able to see that the transfer had been initiated just the tickets were not physically there so they took what evidence we did have from this DUMB app and thankfully they were nice enough to let us in. Gametime: Your customer service was awful and your system with these partner apps AXS & FLASH SEATS was a joke. Will never be using your service again even if it was a good price for tickets.

Lying App and Horrible Customer Service!. So I was looking at some tickets and the price said “$88 credit”. It made me think it was just a great deal because it didn’t say “plus fees” or anything like that. And since I have their all-in pricing option on, I thought the $88 credit was the all in price. Well I press buy and it charges my account $260. There’s no request refund button, so I tried to reach out for help. They have a chat option that seems to always be unavailable because I have tried it multiple times and they just send me an email saying it’s unavailable. So I sent them an email each time and after each email i get an auto response saying “we’ll get back to you during regular business hours which is in just a couple hours.” Couple days later and multiple emails later and still nothing. “Couple hours,” their auto response says, more like couple weeks or more like NEVER!!! So in conclusion, their apps lies about their all in pricing so get ready for some surprise charges. And if you think they have customer service to help you with those surprises charges, we’ll here’s their next surprise, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! All in all lying app horrible customer service.

A pleasant surprise!. Reading reviews of this app I was skeptical, but they pulled through. I ordered my tickets and began to get paranoid that they weren't gonna be here come game day because a few days had past, so I used they're feedback email to see what I'd get back. (Honestly I thought it would be very unhelpful) But, I couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service I revived. I got quick emails back to me and they reassured me that my tickets would arrive the next day (which was the day of the game). And I received my perfectly legitimate tickets. Still, being my paranoid self my heart was racing as they scanned my tickets at the garden but they were Legit! Thank you game time for a simple easy to use app, fantastic customer service, and cheap seats!!! I will DEFINITELY be using this app again. I did not experience the problems I saw in the reviews so either gametime has fixed them or they just didn't happen for me. To conclude, I am very satisfied with this app, and you will be too if you do decide to use it.

I love it!. I was really scared to buy concert tickets to see Drake because I saw allll over tiktok how SEATGEEK was scamming people out of tickets back in 2022. Like the day of the event people weren’t receiving their tickets or being told that they’re unavailable they were sold to someone else. So I was really apprehensive when I bought tickets with this app, but I checked all the other ticket websites and Gametime for sure had the cheapest prices at the moment. Even though it is 4 months away, after buying my tickets they said my tickets would be electronically delivered. Me being afraid I messaged support which was very accessible and quick even though they had high demand (unlike how I’ve heard people sat on hold with seatgeek support for 3 hours). I told them I hadn’t received my tickets yet and wanted to know if it was possible to receive my electronic tickets the same day of the event. He replied and said that usually they send the tickets closer to the day of the event. I said okay. THE NEXT DAY. I got my tickets. I’ve never been more excited and happy. The tickets are in my hands no hassle or fuss. Choose Gametime over SEATGEEK PLEASE! Sorry for the long review, some things just need a background story.

Awesome app for tickets. I absolutely love Gametime! I have been using it for over a year and am finally coming around to writing a review. At first I was skeptical when I saw ticket prices so low but it has yet to fail me. I can always find cheap tickets whenever I am looking to see a game. I also use it to find great prices for seats closer to the court when my team is in town (Go Kings!) so I can get up close and personal. The pictures in the app have been super helpful when trying to decide where to sit, especially when I am traveling and going to a game at a stadium I have never been to. Super clutch. I even had to call the customer service team once when I was worried about my tickets not being delivered in time for the game and they were super friendly and were able to answer all of my questions. They assured me they were on top of it and even reached out to the seller for me to speed things up! I will continue to use Gametime as my go-to for buying tickets and you should too.

Not terrible. This app frustrated me so badly that I’m considering deleting it. For the sake of your sanity and your time I’m going to be brief. Bad: This app doesn’t do what is advertised for the average person. You can find “lower” prices, like tickets to a concert for 40$ instead of 60, which will leave you thinking you got a great deal. That is until you go to check out and realize that your total is 62$ because of “tax.” The tickets are originally 68$ (including tax) on other platforms. This was extremely frustrating because I was trying to purchase these tickets to go with a friend and they couldn’t end up getting me the extra 20$ it took to purchase their ticket. Good: I’ve gone through processes of trying to by concert tickets before, people cancelling and companies raising and lowering prices at a whim. It can be hard to find tickets for small shows or just little comedy nights, this app is incredibly helpful for that. My mother and her boyfriend use this app to buy 10-30$ tickets to great bar comedies as date nights. I can appreciate that the app can provide you with an array of shows and tickets, and that some of them are fairly cheap. That’s all, I don’t think I’ll be purchasing tickets through this app anymore, but I might keep it to find what comedy shows are playing in my area, and how much to expect the tickets cost.

READ BEFORE YOU BUY!. First experience with the app.. I order 4 tickets for the 76ers game. I order the tickets on sept22 for a game that would be played on oct8. They take the payment and send me confirmation, everything was great. Oct8 comes around, I get a text saying there was an issue with my tickets and to call them. I call, and they tell me the seller of my tickets fell through and they have offered me a swap. They offer me 3 sets of tickets and apologize because the only tickets they had were DOWNGRADES. I refused to pay the same for the downgraded tickets so they offered me a refund, but all I wanted were the tickets I paid for. Finally got the manager on the line (Josh) and he said he does have upgraded tickets but they are “too much of an upgrade from the tickets you purchased” then he offered me a set of downgraded tickets and $10 gametime credit. I was shocked!! How could they call me the day of the game, and say my tickets weren’t available, and we can only downgrade your tickets and offer you a measly $10 in CREDIT. This app was created because the owner almost missed a game because of the system, now I am missing my game because of his app. I’m very upset, the price of the tickets increased by a lot and now I can’t afford to take my brothers to the game. I wish someone from gametime would reach out to me. Be cautious people please.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This site makes sure you have no one to speak to and you will only receive emails. I purchased tickets for a tigers game. The game got canceled due to a rain out. I was informed that the game was rescheduled for the next day at a time I could not make. I emailed customer support because in the email it didn’t state anything about refund or selling or exchanging etc. I was emailed back that I have reached them after business hours though I had just received there email to my inbox. I had to wait until the next day for them to email me and state I they have 24hr returns for credit but since it has been 72hrs because keep in mind we went to a game that was canceled!!! We can’t return tickets. They told me I should have shared my tickets with family or friends if I couldn’t make a 1:40pm game on a Wednesday even if I knew how there was regard or care that I attend a game we couldn’t see, missed work and then now I’m out of money! Because even if the game is canceled you only have 24hrs to return tickets. So only buy tickets the day of your event if you plan on using this crap service!! But even there I’m sure they won’t email you anything until after that time this way they can rob you. BEWARE OF BEING PREPARED

Great experience. Great experience! I bought tickets to the Washington Football team and Dallas without reading the reviews. Once purchased I noticed I wasn’t getting my tickets and decided to read the reviews. So many of them were horror stories that after 3 hours without tickets I started to panic. I called them and the first person kept giving me excuses and I explained the game was the next day and needed to have the tickets so I could give as an early Christmas gift. That person wasn’t very helpful so he connected me to Kiley. Once I got Kiley my entire experience went from not to sure why I purchased without investigating first to being 100 percent happy. He kept me on the phone, explained to me the process. Once tickets were transferred to me he even sent a text letting me know they were sent over and he was sorry for the confusion. My husband and brother in law went today and no issues with our tickets! They had a blast and we bought Club level tickets and didn’t even know the food was included! Great experience! Thank you Gametime!!

You owe me a credit. I bought tickets for the Detroit at Cleveland series. Purchased tickets two days before the event. My tickets were STILL not available at time of gate opening. Your guarantee says not to worry because tickets will be available at least two hours before the game. Prior to gates opening, I purchase two additional tickets, thinking they would arrive instantly. They did not. Gates open, and none of my tickets were available. Thankfully, the security allowed me to enter, and, on my honor, come back to the gate if the barcode ever showed up in my phone. After about 15 minutes of gates being open, my barcode showed up, so I went back to the gate and had them scan the ticket I used. The additional tickets I purchased while standing in line, stressing out because of Gametime dropping the ball, I did not use. So, in my mind, Gametime owes me a credit for those tickets. Customer service said they would investigate the matter. I gave them adequate time to investigate the matter, and nothing has been done. While I do appreciate the U.S. based customer service department, the company has earned this review, and star rating based on the fact that they never got back with me about the matter in question. They’ve also earned me repeating my experience any time the conversation arises about 3rd party ticket sellers, as well as me not using this company anymore.

Awful Customer Service and Business Model. Now, I work in customer service, so I am not one to blame customer service for things beyond their control, which this was out of their control. However, they were not willing to try to elaborate what they are, how they work, or help me in any way. I booked the wrong tickets by mistake, which is entirely my fault and I am going to live with the consequences. However, when I reach out to their team and ask if there is anything I can do and they basically say, “we’re just a middle-man. sorry” (paraphrasing) you better believe I’m going to be upset. They explained that they have individual sellers, which, in my opinion, is an awful business strategy, so, I asked if I may contact the seller of my tickets to talk about a potential refund. They do not give out seller’s information, which is understandable. However, they need to make this kind of thing more noticeable before you make purchases, which they do not. And it would be fine with me if the seller refused to refund me. However, why couldn’t customer care simply give the seller MY information and have them reach out to me if they could/wanted to? That would have been an infinitely better solution than, “tough luck.”

Great until the last time I used it, will never use again.. I’ve used this app many times for tickets to sporting events, and never had a problem until the most recent time. I purchased 10 tickets to a Blackhawks/Red Wings game in Detroit as my family from Chicago was going to come visit. I bought the tickets in early February and about a week before the event I received a message that my tickets had been “upgraded” at no charge. When we arrived to the game, we discovered that the new “upgraded” tickets were in the very last row of the arena (much worse than those I’d selected), and they were in the dead center of a 30 person row, so no aisle seats (which I was also counting on as there were people in my group that have a hard time getting around.) They were also on the end of the arena, as opposed to the center which I had chosen. I spent $50 a ticket, plus fees, and the “upgraded” tickets were going for significantly less than that. We were so high you couldn’t even see the jumbo tron. I am incredibly disappointed, and it ruined my experience. I feel completely ripped off, and spent a quarter of my monthly pay on tickets I could’ve gotten for a fraction of the price. I tried to contact customer service but the app wouldn’t allow me too, saying my email wasn’t set up (it is.) Buyer beware, you may not at all be getting what you paid for.

FRAUD!. Regarding the purchasing of tickets on this app, I would give 4 stars. Easy to use, quick and good prices. However, if you need to sell tickets...be warned. I had tickets to sell for an event the next day so I attempted to use gametime. I went through the process up until receiving a “loading screen” that was froze as it never finished loading a confirmation. So I used another ticket app to list my tickets, which sold later at night. The next morning I received an email from gametime that my tickets were now listed ON THEIR APP, followed by another email that the tickets were then SOLD. I immediately contacted Gametime customer service to which they informed me they would look into the situation. I waited a few hours called back and restated the whole scenario to which the new customer service rep stated it was my responsibility for the failed transaction despite never receiving a confirmation after attempting to list the tickets, then finally receiving both a confirmation of the listing and sale of tickets THE FOLLOWING DAY. BOTTOM LINE...stay away from this website as accept no responsibility for their faulty app and its lack of communications.

Simple and easy, takes seconds!. I don't typically go to shows or events. Buying tickets is a PITA, and so when I wanted to go to a Mariners game and my lil bro told me about Gametime, I was skeptical. But holy $#*t, this app is awesome! I bought a block of ten tickets - using Apple Pay - in seconds. Then, I was able to TEXT MY FRIENDS THE TICKETS. Gametime told me when a friend had confirmed the ticket, and even gave me the option to "take a ticket back" if I needed to. I love this app and will be using it in the future. I have three suggestions to make it better: 1. Ability to "favorite" and event so I can come back to it easily if I'm undecided on whether to buy tickets at that moment. 2. A description of the event. With sports, it's fairly straightforward, but for concerts I'd like a little more info about location, time, and what the "official description" of the tour is. 3. A way for my friends to pay me back for tickets. Maybe Venmo integration? A strong app with a great UI, I'm all in on Gametime!

Great. I purchased tickets to a SF Giants game about 2 weeks in advance. Immediately after purchasing I was told I need to download the Gametime app and then told I need to download the mlb ballpark app in order to recieve my tickets. This is when I started seeing the tons of reviews saying basically buyer beware and all the horror stories about using Gametime to buy tickets. I was immediately nervous and that was compounded by the fact that once my tickets arrived a day before the game I received them via text message and not by the mlb ballpark app which I was told over and over would be the method which I received them. I contacted customer service and they reassured me that there was nothing to worry about and everything was legit(I had also heard in other reviews of these same reassurances made only to have the tickets be bad). Anyway got to the park, opened up the text link with my tickets and voila! Entry into the park no problem, simple and easy. Don’t know if I was the exception to the rule but based solely on my experience Gametime is top notch. The app is by far the best layout and most user friendly. The customer support went above and beyond to address any concerns. The tickets worked perfect and everything was overall awesome. Thank you for tickets and I look forward to doing business again soon.

Great App Terrible Customer Service. It's a great app that generally seems super convenient. That being said, I tried to purchase $9 tickets to a concert, and the app charged me for a $63 option. I didn't see a confirmation price anywhere after clicking on what I thought was the $9 option, so I didn't notice this until the day after when I looked at my bank statements. I tried looking for a customer service number, and they don't have any phone numbers posted anywhere online. You have to email them first in order to obtain a phone number. After finally getting a phone number and calling them, they basically just told me that the whole thing was my fault and wouldn't refund me the difference between the two ticket prices. I firmly believe the app glitched out on me and charged me $63 by accident, but even if we were to assume that the whole situation was my fault, they still had the information in front of them while I was talking to them on the phone showing that I tried to purchase the $9 ticket several times, and only showed as having tried to purchase the $63 option once. I've gotten full refunds from companies in situations that were much more clearly my fault, so this just seemed quite absurd to me. After some bickering I eventually gave up as they clearly were not going to give me a refund. I love the whole idea for the app but definitely won't be using it anymore.

Worst Tickets app. What a Bad experience I got from Gametime, I purchased 2 tickets for the World Baseball Classic Semifinal Game, so I found what I called a steal , great seats at an incredible price , so first of all this platform send your tickets just 2 hours before the game, not like others platform that send your tickets INSTANTLY, so once I’m on my way to the Stadium I received a msg from customer service that there was a problem with my tickets that for any reason the seller didn’t has his tickets anymore , so They gave me 2 options , a refund or swap my tickets for another ones, so I started chatting with customer service and literally They were just sending me craps seats when my original tickets were incredible, as They were just sending me bad options to swap my tickets I search another decent seats not as good as my original purchase but still decent I told customer service that I would take these seats They told me that those seats were out of the their range so I told them that I can pay the difference even though my originals seats were better , They told me They can’t do the payment difference so finally I asked for my refund , so people WATCH OUT WITH THIS APP , no matter if They charge you and the order is complete BECAUSE THEY DON’T send your tickets INSTANTLY and you can have a bad experience like mine

Horrible experience. In 7 hours my youngest son will wake up and the 1st question he will ask me, Dad did the tickets come through. After driving 5 hours, getting a hotel room, meals, etc, etc, I have a terrible feeling I will be telling him no. I have been in contact with Gametime multiple times in the last 2 days asking, where are my tickets. They keep telling me they are trying to get the ticket holder to email me and I need to open the link that he sends. No email, no tickets, just excuses and blaming Ticket Master for some ridiculous reason. Out of pocket expense so far, $388 for 2 tickets, hotel $185, travel $100, meals $60ish. It is a lot of money but it does not compare to not being able to take my son to our 1st football game together. You can’t put a price on that. It’s 1:48 am and I’m up writing this and bummed that my son will be enormously disappointed. He won’t blame me and it will be a very hard lesson for us both to learn. Next time Stub Hub, Vivid Seats or TicketMaster directly. I’m hoping that I will at least get my $388 refunded. Not a total loss, I get to spend quality time with my son even though we will not be able to see our 1st live football game together. Sad Dad.

No complaints. After purchasing concert tickets from Gametime I read a lot of reviews about the app (which I had wished I would have done before I made my purchase) and was EXTREMELY nervous about what was going to transpire. They did charge my card right after I requested the tickets but my order still said in process which definitely made me feel iffy. I got an email which told me I needed to get in touch with Gametime within a day to confirm I wanted my tickets or else they might have to cancel my order- which they had already charged my card and I had read horror stories about not being able t get a refund so I was pretty anxious. I was able to get in touch with the customer service representative to confirm my tickets, and after confirming my order they did come through in a timely manner. I had also read reviews where mobile tickets were scanned and did not work because they had already been used, so I was worried all the way up until my tickets were scanned at the venue BUT they worked just fine and I got to see one of my favorite bands! It seems like it may be just hit or miss with some questionable vendors on here. When I confirmed my purchase, Gametime assured me that if my tickets didn’t work I would receive a full refund or they would try to get me other seats to the concert. I did not have to put that to the test thankfully, but despite a lot of negative reviews about this app my experience ended up being fine.

Legit Review - You Decide. Something changed with this app. The customer service has been horrible. I’ve religiously used this app for a couple years for everything in the Boston area. But the customer service has gone way downhill. I can’t recommend this app to anyone. Look elsewhere. I bought tickets to a game. I was unable to attend so I requested a refund. This was 10 minutes after purchase if that. Customer service told me they can’t refund as its always been accepted.. under 10 minutes.. really.. alright so they told me they would help me with a resell. I reluctantly said ok. After I said ok and told them I was not satisfied with their service they told me oh these tickets cannot be sold on Gametime.. so how did I buy them then??? They said they actually couldn’t help me. After I complained and asked for a survey the agent Cherry said oh here’s some links to ticket master and stud hub you can probably resell there.. are you serious.. horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and uninstall the app or don’t install it all together. Blame Cherry and the Gametime service. It’s horrible and you will get screwed by this app.

Poor customer service. After checking my bank statement showing me there were two charges for game time for the same price the day after the event, I called to see what was going on. Two days prior I had been online attempting to purchase tickets for a baseball game it told me I needed to download the app after purchasing which I did. However it showed no tickets in my my ticket section so I went to the same section selecting the same tickets and purchased them. The tickets then showed up in my ticket app, if I had already purchased tickets with the exact same email address and log in why did they not show up and why are they still not there? After calling once it sounded like who I was talking to was going to be able to help out but unfortunately Working as a first responder as an EMT/Firefighter I suddenly had to go and that would call back later. When I called back I talked to someone who claimed he was a super visor, and he knew everything and all the policies and since the game had passed he could no longer refund me due to company policy and stating it was my fault for the second purchase and that they sent me an email. You would think if they wanted to keep customers happy and returning they could fix a simple mistake such as accidental double purchases.

Disappointed. As someone who frequently scours various apps for last-minute deals on tickets, I was quite excited by the potential of this app. But my first (and only) experience with Gametime was massively disappointing; despite purchasing my tickets multiple hours before the scheduled start of the event, I didn’t receive them by puck drop and spent nearly half an hour on the phone with support before my tickets eventually came through. To add insult to injury, after complaining about my experience (making it into the arena well past the halfway point of the second period) I was offered 1/3 of the value of my tickets back in credit as I was told I “only missed the entirety of the first period and was able to enter the event for a portion of the second period”. Awfully cheap strategy, especially over a pair of $60 tickets. And funnily enough, when you factor in the fees Gametime charges on top of the advertised ticket prices, you’re almost always going to be able to find cheaper tickets on other resale marketplaces that also provide a better customer service experience.

Trash. Don’t buy a single ticket to sit next to your friends because their “guarantee” means they can move you anywhere in the stadium they please. They call it an “upgrade” so they can sell seats together. Completely ruined my experience. I bought tickets for $42 when I could’ve bought a $15 a row back, I WANTED TO SIT WITH MY FRIENDS. That was the whole point. Instead they say me a whole separate section and called it an “upgrade” just so they could sell the seat I was sitting in. And there’s no way for you to turn off this “guarantee” “upgrade” horrible feature. They won’t ask if it’s ok either. Hopefully you aren’t driving to the stadium when it happens either like me. I didn’t find out until I parked BECAUSE I DONT TEXT AND DRIVE. Drove 35mins to meet my friends and left upset. Oh and emailing them won’t help. Literally the girl “Liz” just repeats “ We can only gurantee the seats together if purchased together. Please see the Gametime guarantee. Unfortunately we cannot provide further compensation. We hope you have a wonderful day!” She just keeps repeating that. She gets paid to repeat that. I asked to talk to a supervisor and that’s what she sent 3 times.

Scam- DO NOT use this app. First of all let me just say that I’ve never written a negative review about an app before. However this company screwed me over so bad that I feel obligated to write a review. I “bought” tickets to the ACC championship game last night. First of all the “tickets” didn’t load until the game had started, making me stay outside of the stadium listening. Once they did appear in my app they didn’t scan, because someone else had already used them. I tried contacting Gametime three times, but no response and no help. I had buy tickets from a scalper (which were cheaper and better seats btw) and received no refund from Gametime. They DO NOT prevent scammers, they DO NOT guarantee your money. Use any other ticket app besides this one, they are too far behind the ball, they steal your money, and worst of all, they don’t care. The point of this app is to buy tickets closer to the game so that they’re cheaper and a better deal. You would think that because of this, Gametime would have better safeguards and better customer service, and not leave their customers out to dry. Instead they take advantage and hope that you find other options because you’re desperate, and they expect you to move on and forget about it. Fortunately there were other options that let me enjoy the game and have a good time, if not then I would be even more furious. Just horrible all around. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Best Ticket Purchasing App. I would just like to start off with that I dont purchase tickets that often, and when I do its normally through first party websites like Ticketmaster or LiveNation. Recently, I bought tickets from Gametime to one of her favorite artists for my girlfriend and I for iur anniversary. She was so excited and I was happy that she was happy! I later got an email from ticketmaster that the tickets were obtained fraudlently (Whatever that means). Long story short, my tickets were suspended and I was out about $600. I called Gametime and without soipping a beat, they connected me with a ticketing specialist and told me that after they try contacting the original seller, I could either get a refund, credit, or replacement tickets! That was by far the smoothest and best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. Not only that, but the app is awesome! With views of where your tickets are, competitive prices, and fees that are not too pricey. Gametime will be the place i purchase my tickets from now on. I love GAMETIME!

Thieves. I wish I could give this app zero stars. Game time literally stole $990 from me and has taken weeks to get back to me. They still haven’t given me my money back, that they stole (reminder), and messed up my whole experience with the one concert that I was willing to spend that much money on. The concert was March 14, 2022 to put that in perspective. Not to mention, I’m a 22-year-old in college debt, planning on graduating this year and it I don’t have money like that to just drop on concert tickets, so when I do it for one time and this happens…?! Again, still waiting for the reversal charge, but this is not acceptable at all. Their team might answer the phone in a nice manner but they are so useless and couldn’t care less about any possible issues. The reason I continue to ask for my money back was because the concert was Billie Eilish in Chicago, I live in a suburb that’s over an hour away from the city itself. Multiple times throughout that day they continue to cancel my tickets and then about 30 minutes before the show offered me brand new ones or gametime credit. Obviously we weren’t going to go for half of the concert and I don’t want $100 back in game time credit… It’s like I literally spent almost $1000 for no reason until I get my money back. Not much else has made me this much stress in my life at all either.

Mistakes happen!!. I have been a customer for this app since it made its debut back in 2013! I love using this app as it is convenient for last minute plans. That is when i decided to take the trip on short notice to Los Angeles (from San José) to watch the Dodgers play the Giants. Come to find out that ticket scanner turned red & realized i bought tickets for the wrong day (Bone-head mistake). I had to buy brand new tickets because i didn’t drive 6+hours & pay $25 for parking to watch the game in the parking lot! I eventually called customer service & spoke to a gentleman named Frankie or Freddy (who was absolutely no help!). He kept repeating the same “it’s in our terms & conditions” “once you confirm, there’s nothing we can do!” & didn’t even let me explain myself! I was upset because I felt like I wasn’t being heard so I asked to speak to someone else & responds “All managers are currently busy” so i told him to have someone reach out to me when they became available (still haven’t gotten any effort). Is this what loyalty to this app for 6+ years gets you? All I was asking for was a one time courtesy because accidents happen & 3 tickets cost me over $100 for an event i didn’t attend :(

Don’t sell your tickets on Gametime!!. I have sold many tickets on gametime but I’ll have to second think the next time I do. They are not transparent on how much your tickets sell for. So you add your tickets to the app and they send you a text once the ticket has been uploaded and also when it sold. Not only do they send you a text they email you too. What the text and email don’t include is the amount your tickets sold for. Don’t you think that’s the MOST Important information?? Why don’t they tell you? Oh because if you don’t pay attention they change the price it sold for. I sold a ticket last week to a dodgers game. When the ticket sold I received a text. I went to the app and checked how much it had sold for and it said $18. Later that afternoon I check again and it said it sold for $12. I emailed gametime and went through the process of explaining the situation. First thing the “agent” asked was do you have proof it sold for that amount. Clearly there’s no proof Bc they don’t send you the proof. The responses also seem to be prewritten. Shown no empathy. Yes, it’s a minor difference but be transparent. Tell your seller what price their ticket sold for on those useless text messages and email you send. It’s not that hard!

Supreme. Gametime is the best, and that’s not hyperbole. Easy way to get great seats, obviously, but this review is about the customer service. I purchased some tickets not long ago and tickets were transferred via Ticketmaster a few days before the event. Everything seemed fine until we parked and were walking to the venue, I pull out my phone and go to my Ticketmaster app to find no tickets. I was admittedly panicked but I just couldn’t figure out how to get a hold of Ticketmaster to figure out what went wrong. As a last ditch effort before just buying tickets again hoping to get a refund or something the next day, I called Gametime’s support. A human answered and was very kind. She explained that the Pro sports team that the tickets were from used a separate proprietary Ticketmaster site than the universal Ticketmaster site. She text’d me a direct link while we were talking and I had the digital tickets in hand. Ultimately Ticketmaster left me hanging, but Gametime had my back and resolved an issue they didn’t even create.

Awesome Customer Service. Gametime App’s Customer Service saved the day on a NFL playoff day. After leaving my phone in the parking garage and riding the train into the game my wife and I were between a rock and a hard place when can to having tickets to get into the game. Three times we tried to access the stadium using the receipt i was able to pull up by logging Into my gmail on my wife’s phone. The stadiums supervisors sent us to willcall and then willcall sent us to another willcall and them back to another supervisor yet between them all they couldn’t allow access into the stadium without a scannable tickets. Although in a state of disgust, I emailed Gametime using their ‘feedback’ email with an explanation of my delema and a request they email me my tickets. I did this thinking it wouldn't be helpful in time for us to get into the game. Standing at the gate we could hear Kickoff... And then to my surprise, as I was lettting my wife down easy by telling her we’d go watch the game at a downtown gastropub low and behold I receive an almost immediate reply email. They asked me to provide some Acct information. In a matter of moment we had tickets got into the stadium and were in our seats fifteen minutes later. I’ve been to hundreds of games/events/concerts and I can tell you unequivocally the Gametime App folks truly provide valuable irreplaceable customer service

Frustrated. I found a good deal for the Sun’s basketball game and paid using my American Express PLATINUM card. I received a text message saying to contact them as they needed additional information. The lady I spoke to had an accent and had trouble sometimes understanding me but I provided all the requested information. Ten minutes later, I received another text saying they canceled my ticket purchase. Called again and the agent could not properly provide a reason for the cancellation of the ticket. I’m extremely hot at the moment because now I’ve lost the ticket. I requested to have a manager or supervisor call me. Turns out they canceled my ticket because I didn’t have a backup email, which was notated to the first agent, when I asked! If that agent would’ve properly explained that they needed a backup email in order to process my purchase, I would’ve simply created one right there. Instead, she still sent my order for processing and said nothing of the fact. Now I’ve lost the seat and they are basically saying they can’t do nothing about it

Poor user experience. I’ve used Gametime a number of times before last night, usually without any issue. However, when I got to the ballpark last night, my tickets would not scan. After some confusion in the park, I called Gametime and spent 20 min waiting on the phone for a representative to figure out the issue. During this time, our event started and prices to other seats rose. I offered to the customer service agent that we’d gladly downgrade our seats so long as we could get in. There seemed to be seats available so It made sense to me that we should be able to switch out our tickets that were not working. Instead, after 20 min on the phone, the representative could only offer to give me a refund for my tickets, which I still have not gotten any communication about. This is not the fault of the representative, but instead of Gametime for 1) somehow allowing the tickets I purchased to be invalid and 2) not having a timely solution to fixing this issue. If people are calling you from an event, it might be a good idea to have a rapid fix. My original order was $34 for 2 tickets, but after the fiasco, I had to buy last minutes through another app from close to $80. I will not be using Gametime in the future.

Avoid - seller of fraudulent tickets!. I purchased 7 tickets through the app and received an email with screenshots of the “tickets” and not formally transferred through the app. I reached out to customer service who assured me that the tickets were valid. I went to the venue and scanned the screenshots but all of the tickets were denied. I ended up standing in the ticket line for an hour+, missing nearly half of the event, and I’m not sure if the stadium took pity on us or just wanted to process the line faster and we were issued replacement tickets (the stadium weren’t sure if the tickets were actually real or fake). After I reached out to the Gametime customer service for a refund of the $25/ticket service charge ($175 in total for the 7 tickets), I was offered a $30 credit that could only be used on this app with the following form response: “We are a ticket marketplace with no inventory on hand. All of our ticket inventory is sold through our sellers and so that's why we are only relying on our sellers. And I understand that you are requesting a refund, apologize that the $30 Gametime credit is the only amount that we give to you.” I received the above exact message three times with zero acknowledgement that someone actually read my email. At this point, I am fairly certain there is no further recourse as their Gametime Guarantee is nonexistent and patently false. Do not use this app, customer service is abhorrent and the tickets they sell are potentially fraudulent.

Terrible Customer Service & Hidden Fees. Purchases tickets for a sporting even that ended up being cancelled because of wildfire smoke. When I bought the tickets I purchased three, then a friend decided to join so I clicked the 'add another ticket' feature that they have in the app to buy another seat nearby. When I reached out to get a refund they explained that they checked with the venue and the event was technically postponed but without a date and that a refund wasn't possible. I explained that i didn't live in the area and would be able to attend the rescheduled event. At first they tried to make it sound like they would do me a favor and let me resell the tickets (a standard feature of the app). After some pressing i got them to agree to a credit... but only for one transaction. They absolutely refused to credit more than one transaction even though I used and in-app feature to purchase 4 seats to one cancelled event. The whole time they pushed the narrative that I should be so lucky that they were being so generous. Do yourself a favor and use tickpick and avoid the deceptive pricing and delayed delivery.

To download or purchase from this app.. I purchased tickets for a Miami heat game against the Celtics. The day of the game I drove 45 minutes to get to the stadium and paid $20 parking fee. When I reached the gate the tickets on the app wouldn’t open, in attempts to still be able to go inside I called the company 5 times until I finally gave up. I learned that several people who purchased from them had the same misfortune. They refunded my tickets into a credit, to which I recently tried to use for a Sunday ticket of rolling loud. I purchased one ticket that said it cost me $244 dollars. When I finished a three step transaction it showed that I paid $342, I called them 3 days in a row until they finally answered today. I inquired of the price I paid and ask for a refund because it wasn’t the price I agreed to pay for. They declined this option and said the rules are clear. They also added a $75 hidden fee... HIDDEN FEE. Supposedly you have to read through the acknowledgment to know of these hidden fees. Point is this app is sketch and I just advice to not risk your earnings. This app is definitely not trustful and I regret trying to get my tickets the cheapest way. It ends up costing the costumer more.

Do not use this platform - avoid avoid avoid. Gametime used to be my fav place to go and look for tickets, especially great last minute deals. But now, for literally the SECOND time in a row, we have bought great tickets and been told the seats are no longer available because of an issue with the seller. This is just so disappointing. Imaging getting your kids hopes up that they get to see their favorite team live and in person and, not once but TWICE this happened?!?! This has never happened to me with another platform. Here’s the deal: The first set Gametime replaced for us - were the seats as good? No. Not really even close but I can live with that because they worked with us to make things a bit better. This second time, all they are offering is a refund or a credit with a 30% bonus. Why? Because tickets inadvertently got listed for 60 bucks when they are going for 800+. Gametime’s offer wont even get us in the door with different tickets. Of course the seller wants to make more money and get her/his tickets back but that shouldn’t impact the buyer. The policies on the website literally state once tickets are sold there is nothing they can do about it if the seller is unhappy, including with the price. Even after offering to take the worse seats they have, way way way worse seats then we purchased, still nothing they can do to help. Avoid this platform ticket buyers. Be better gametime.

WARNING. I searched all the usual apps for Redsox tickets. I was aware I wanted to avoid the pillars and not be on the first row. I’ve never been to Fenway so I had to rely on the map and description in the tickets to avoid these which. The Gametime map showed the ticket location on the second row in the section I wanted. I purchased tickets from Gametime and when I received the tickets there is a giant red lettered warning printed on the receipt. The warning is that the tickets are on a high pedestrian walkway. The map was inaccurate and Gametime had no such warning. I wouldn’t have bought the tickets if it did. I reach out to Gametime and after multiple emails in which I explain I didn’t want the tickets and the warning and map should have explained the location I was offered $125 credit. I told them I did want a credit, only want to be able to buy different ticket through Gametime, to credit me the amount I already paid so I can use it to buy new tickets. I figured no loss to them as they already have my money. Gametime told me they would have a supervisor review it. I never heard back from Gametime. Emailed 2 times asking about the issue and no response. I would highly recommend using one of the bigger more known names over this app.

Very bad seats and tickets way over price. If I could give this a zero I would so I got some good seats for 300 each and the image of where I were I would be seated and what my view would be like was so nice but when I got there the seats were nothing and nothing like it looked like in the pictures and it was so high it was about like the 50 dollar seat I was so angry that I spent all do my money on horrible seats and could barely see the game the tickets were way over price and for very bad seats I will never use game time ever again ticket master is the was to go also when I called them they hanged up in my face and said we don’t care and that’s too bad and did nothing for me very bad service and would never ever use it again Also the game was suns vs pacers My kid was so excited to Go just to get bad seats he had such a bad time so I had to buy him seats on ticket master because I felt bad for him so In total I spent around 1000 for seats im beyond disappointed and angry and would like something done but then refused and said once u buy it it out of are hands very bad customer service and very bad website all it is a a big scam nothing else in process of a lawsuit against game time for fraud and scamming customer stay far far away from game time use ticket master!!!!

Love the app itself but terrible experience. Let me start by saying this is a really cool app and I love the look and design and overall app experience. However when it came to resolving a problem and selling tickets I was very dissatisfied. I emailed customer service about a issue with my email address, to which they promptly responded with a solution to attempt, which I did. That unfortunately didn’t work, so I emailed them back requesting more help, to which I never got a response. Secondly, I found that the whole ticket selling process is somewhat shady, I bought two tickets by mistake for an event, to which I immediately tried to get a refund, which they don’t do. So I decided to take the loss on the $60 transaction fees on the purchase and sell them through the app. The tickets took forever to sell which isn’t necessarily Gametime’s fault, but nonetheless... I eventually sold the tickets, only to find out that I won’t get paid until 48 hours after the event... 5 months from now 😑 So I lost $60 for the transaction, sold my tickets under valued more than $100 what I bought them for, and now have to wait 5 months for my money. I realize that this information is stated under the FAQ, but the information is not presented up front when making these decisions. Buyer beware I suppose. Regardless I am very unhappy and would love to see Gametime improve on this for others.

Absolute worse. Sixers are playing a home game that could clinch the first round of playoffs. Joel embiid’s first home playoff game. Meek Mill was just released hours before the game and is rumored to be ringing the bell before the game!!!! Obviously had to get tickets. First time using this app and so far everything was amazing. Got cheapest tickets I could find from anywhere else. Tickets purchased. Credit card charged. An hour later, and 2 hours before the game I get a text saying the tickets I ordered are NO LONGER AVAILABLE! Call to get more info. Call and they say they are a third party vendor and don’t have control of the tickets and the seller must have sold them before Gametime sold them to me. Unacceptable, but no time to waste, and the person says they have other seats I can get. I say well this is ridiculous but I have to get the tickets before I complain further. She goes to get them and then says they sold and she can only give me a refund! This has never happened with any other 3rd party vendor and is totally unacceptable. I would never ever think to use this app again and would strongly recommend against it. Paid $100 more a ticket (only because the news on meek mill and how close it is before the game)on stubhub, but got my tickets immediately. #trusttheprocess #freemeek

Good to buy tickets but selling another story. Buying: I’ve used this app a few times to purchase sports and concert tickets and it’s easy to navigate and gives a great in-seat view when interested in a certain seat. I had no issues getting into the venues. Selling: I ended up having to sell 2 tickets I ironically originally purchased from the app for around $150. When you sell your tickets, the app sets the price for you and you cannot set your own price if you wanted. Fortunately the tickets sold, but note, that one sold at night, then the next day the other did. I’m highly disappointed with the lack of information on sale price of the tickets I’ve sold. Unfortunately: I ended up getting $52 back in “Gametime” credit, so a $100 loss over a couple days. Im happy they sold and I got something back, but it leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth as I get surcharged for the original purchase, and then who knows how much Gametime takes from the resale?? I don’t, because all emails (which is great communication but) didn’t provide any information on HOW MUCH the tickets sold for, and HOW MUCH Gametime took off of that. Gametime needs to be more transparent with its financial transactions.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THESE THEIVES!!!!!!!!!. I tried buying tickets for my friends and myself to go out for my birthday on night to a Nets game. I bought it, but never received my ticket until 3 quarters into the game (even thought their policy guarantees to give tickets before the game starts). I wasn’t able to go to the game with my friends, and therefore ended up stuck at home. When I called for a refund, they didn’t give it to me. After over an hour of going back and forth, they gave me only a $65 credit for my next game (which by the way was 50% of what I spent, $130 on tickets for my friends earlier that night). So, not only did these thieves steal money from me because I paid for a product, yet didn’t receive what I paid for, I also was refused a refund even though their policy is a refund policy! However, on top of all of that, the worst part of all, they ruined my birthday plans with me and my friends. If you want to buy tickets, use another app to do so, because these people like to hide things in their terms and conditions (which nobody actually reads) and then use it against you even though they put in big letters REFUNDABLE, but nope, ain’t nothing refundable with them! So please, do yourself a favor, and avoid making ANY purchases using Game Time Scam Time, it’s for your own benefit, and I’m saying that using both knowledge and experience.

Buyer Beware. This was the worst ticket buying experience I have ever had. THEY DO NOT OFFER BUYER PROTECTION!!!!!! After buying two tickets to a popular concert my friend made travel plans to travel for the event. Several hours later I got a text that the seller no longer had the tickets and to call right away. They then offered me better seats at the same price and asked me to hold. After a 10 minute wait I was told those seats were not available either and there was nothing they could do for me but give me a refund. I asked why they couldn’t get me the next set of tickets for sale that were a slightly higher price point and was told they can’t do it. I asked to speak to a Manager and was told he would call me back as soon as he was off the phone. Thirty minutes passed and I got no return call so I called him. He offered me a credit in a higher amount than what I had paid or a refund but by that time all sets of 2 tickets were $900 or more. The credit would have covered the tickets for sale if he had taken my call the first time or called me back right away. I got no apology and a refund a few days later. Do yourself a favor buy from StubHub. They offer the a FanProtect Guarantee that ensures you won’t get screwed over like I did.

Two Minutes Before the Game - Not cool. Ordered tickets on a Sunday for a game the following Saturday. Received a message that I’d receive the tickets by the 14th. Nothing. On the 15th I chatted with customer service for 20 minutes. They said they’d reach out to the seller to ask for expediting and to wait two days. Nothing. Thursday before the game chatted again with customer service for 20 minutes. Admitted that the seller had an issue with those tickets but had three similar to provide. Okay. Nothing. Chatted with customer service again for 25 Friday morning. They said he has until Friday night to deliver. Nothing. Chatted with customer service at 5:30 in the morning day of the game for 30 minutes. They said the tickets would come through at least two hours before the game, later received an auto text saying the same thing. Nothing. Chatted with customer service at 11:30 before the 1:00 game while waiting at the gates. They wouldn’t switch tickets or cancel the order because it was the day of the game. I ended up ordering from somewhere else so I could get in. Their tickets came through at 12:58 for a 1:10 game. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

Terrible. I purchased tickets to a baseball game. It was my 4 year old’s first game. I was waiting did the tickets despite getting an email that my tickers were coming shortly. I kept on checking but it never came. The team ticket booth couldn’t help me because this is a ticket reseller. I tried calling customer service and was standing outside with my kid frustrated and not knowing what to do. TJ he customer service rep tried to help me but to no avail. Finally, I bought tickets at the stadium itself at full retail price but only in my budget. Gametime did apologize for the mistake and inconvenience. I think they wound up “double-selling” the same seats! The did issue me a full refund however we didn’t go in early enough to get the giveaway for the first 12,000 fans telling me they were long gone! I am still very angry me and my daughter didn’t get those commemorative coins because they had a special ceremony before the game. I should have stuck to using Tickpick only but there were only a few good seats left at decent prices. I wanted to sit in the field level to give my youngest daughter that great first game experience. I am never, ever using Gametime to buy my tickets for any games or events ever again. I wish there was a zero star option but nevertheless, this was my first and last experience with them. Time to delete this app and free up some storage space…hehe

Usually good, high fees, won’t refund you for accidental purchases due to a glitch in their app. I usually don’t really have any issues with my experiences using Gametime, I don’t expect them to have the lower prices they advertise so I usually know what I’m getting into when I purchase. I do however tend to go through different apps and websites bc often times I’ll find tickets on sites that charge less of an added fee for using their services. Also, I recently made a purchase and Gametime notified me that it didn’t go through, so I then purchased tickets for the same event, different seats, turns out BOTH purchases went through and my only option is to either sell to someone else using Gametime myself or have Gametime resell my tickets at whatever price they go for at that time, but there’s no guarantee anyone will buy the tickets and no guarantee the tickets will be sold for what I paid for them and either way it goes Gametime will take a percentage of the what they sell for and if the tickets don’t sell it’s a complete loss. The tickets I bought ate for an event that very rarely, if ever, sells out. My other option is to try to sell the tickets to someone I personally know but who likes to go around asking their friends to buy tickets at a certain price knowing full well there are lower priced tickets available. I doubt I’ll use Gametime again after this experience.

Exchanges/trades. Although I completely understand the premise of the app - I wish there was a way to pay a restocking “fee” if you’re able to find better tickets within a reasonable amount of time after purchasing (say up to 48-72 hours)... I bought tickets less than 2 full days ago and upon searching the app again I have found much better seats for the same or less money. Yes - I could have waited but I wanted tickets in hand for my anniversary but it stinks that there are possibly better seats that will go untaken because Gametime won’t let me exchange my current tickets. I dont event care that I’d potentially pay the same as the first set of tickets but I want the better seats! Ha! Maybe they would consider offering a ONE-TIME exchange for equal or lesser value tickets with a possible restocking fee if tickets were purchased within say 72 hours... I don’t know. I’m just bummed to see a bunch of good seats with good views going empty! They should create a clause that would benefit both buyers and sellers that would make it possible for everyone to be happy...

Double sold my seats. I used the app for quite some time with no issues until earlier this week. Purchased 5 tickets for an MLB game and 2 of them would not scan at the gate. We’re told that the tickets had been sold twice and were forced to purchase more tickets at the gate. Confirmed with the people in the seats they indeed have the same tickets and also purchased theirs at Gametime. I understand things happen but figured a simple explanation would get me at least a credit back for those tickets. This is where my real issue comes. Instead of an apology and quick refund, I have received multiple emails with ridiculous questions like if I took a photo of the strangers in my seats pictures, or could provide receipts for the two extra tickets we had to buy (they were my guests and entered separately) I didn’t ask them for proof and this was already explained to Gametime customer service. They seemed very interested in figuring out what went wrong, but no interest at all in just taking care of me. I deleted the app and downloaded seat geek. Too many options to not take care of your customers. *They did finally issue a credit to make this right. Don’t love the way they insist all of their efforts in investigating it show nothing went wrong. Apparently there is a way for something to go wrong without their visibility. I don’t know. If something goes wrong, they claim reaching out immediately is the thing to do. So keep that in mind

There’s one setting. And it’s not to switch it to CAD from USD. So a flash deal for $15 on the app is actually a $30 ticket with the fees and then $50 with the conversion. Deceptive.

I Had Total Control. I was looking for tix in numerous places. Everywhere I looked I could not bet what I was looking for as I did here. I had TOTAL CONTROL of everything and recommend this app to any and all

Big Pappa Butch. Fast and convenient.

Music show. Interesting app to have!

Great app. Best ticket app for shows and sports1

Not all in pricing. Not sure what is up with this site - LockedOn pod cast network says this is all in pricing “what you see is what you get”. Not true. Went to get two tix @ $150 each and ended up costing $420!!!

Repeat user…. If you have been hesitant about using this site, just go for it. I’ve ordered-large ticket price concerts and had great luck. Smaller scale tickets and everything is smooth sale. Definitely recommend!

Easy to use. Great to use when having a hard time finding tickets other places. But People like to Rip you off on a sold out show making a$40 ticket (fees &taxes incl face value), thinking they deserve or can get away with reselling the ticket for 100% of the price at $300 …. I use the app but not all the time!!

Amazing price, Easy and smooth, it’s been 4 years i am using this app and so happy with it. Thanks for providing great prices

No use for the app. It’s all fake. No use of marketing that says cheap tickets. When you check out, they add equivalent amount of taxes and fees which makes it expensive.

Great App. Easy to use to buy or sell

Great service. Tickets always the best price compared to other apps , just remember it’s USD and to calculate the conversion! Used it for baseball basket ball and concert tickets all without issues Once a seller had a problem transferring tickets so Gametime upgraded seats to ensure we still got a spot!

Good price. Easy process!! Got myself two NBA game tickets for a great price. Tickets got transferred within 10 minutes

Easiest Website. Took me five mins to set up account, buy tickets to game and receive the tickets! Easily the best way to get great deals !!!

CONVIENENT. Simple to navigate, and the map feature with visual reference is handy. Minor complaint would be that prices are immediately shown in CDN value.

Great seats, outstanding price. Gametime sorted out the gift of a lifetime for the young sports fan.

No refund. If the event is rescheduled afte postponed, they don’t refund you

Easy, good prices!. Solid app, quick ticket delivery.

Prices in CAD please. The app is great but it’s horrible to have to deal with US currency for CAD events, please do something about this :(

Great. Love it! I’ve used Gametime a few times now and it’s great.

Happy. Nice and easy to deal with

Great app. Excellent place to get your tickets in seconds

Awesome app. It’s great

Support. Nice app, but be weary of support. They may disclose your info to someone else.

Easy to use!. App is so easy to use. I love it way more than Ticketmaster. Only thing I wish is they offered the Canadian dollar for us Canadians!

Awesome. Great app! Easy to use and best prices! Only app I will use for concert and sport events!

rent-seekers. Why you guys deserve 50% as much money as the performer is beyond me. I hope you go out of business very soon. Worthless

Good promotions. Nice app to find tickets on spectacular price

Good app. Would be nice if ticket prices were in CAD and not just USD. If there is an option to change please someone let me know.

Where’s the “last minute reduced price” stuff?. They put up ads about cheaper last minute tickets but that’s crap it’s just another expensive ticket resell business.

Worst customer service ever. NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM GAMETIME.. I bought tickets for an event that was 1) postponed but then I couldn’t attend. They couldn’t refund my money which is ok… I guess. There solution was “you can try and re sell them” lol And then worst… the event was canceled and I didn’t and never got any email, notification nothing about that!! Apparently they did a refund… a refund on a credit card and bank account I don’t even own anymore! And I had told them that before as I couldn’t attend the event, was leaving the country etc… Their cs was not helpful at all! The worst

Love it - but would be better in CAD. Make a Canadian dollar option!!!

Good app. Great prices. Great service. A few too many promotional emails, but it’s worth it.

Gametime. This is my #1 go to ticket hub for all events I’m interested in. Always had great transactions and access to great seats at reasonable costs.

Need CAD$ Option. Not having the option of CAD$ is deceptive as the cost of the ticket can be more then local providers after the currency exchange.

Great App. Use it for getting great deals for last minute tickets

My go to ticket app when travelling. Love it. Always great prices and easy to use.

10/10. Been using this app for over a year now and I love it. First time using it I was nervous but it got us mlb playoffs, nba playoffs, concerts, and random events to enjoy in different cities/countries! Love the simplicity and reliability

Amazing App. Best prices! Easiest transactions! Quick!!

Great. Really good

So fake. LOL this is so fake how do people think they are gonna scam us lol that’s not happening good luck

Currency. Should give an option to select the currency. The app clearly knows I’m in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada but shows only US dollars.

Good app. Want more promotional stuff

Good app. App is easy to use but fees like all other resale sites are way too high

Great deals. Easy to use

user friendly. not that i use this app a lot but it sure is very helpful

Great app. Very convenient process with loads of information

Useless. One game was cancelled, no full refund. Second game was postponed- No refund at all. Customer service is a joke IF you end up getting ahold of them.

Love Gametime. Gametime is the best third party ticketing company out there. As someone who goes to quite a few concerts and sporting events it’s the only one I use. With their “all in” pricing there is no surprise fees or taxes. Only thing I’d like to see is a Canadian version of the app so I know the exact price I’m paying but the math is easy enough!

Options. Our options were affordable for our college group of friends.

Just stick with seat geek. I received an automatic email immediately after purchasing my tickets (two weeks before my event might I add) that stated my tickets were ready and that I should have received an email to claim my tickets. After waiting a week no such email was sent. I spoke to several representatives throughout the week before my event, who all had different things to say. Some said I would be able to receive a full refund, others said they were just the middle man and that they couldn’t do anything for me. These representatives waited until 4 hours before my event to send my case to the “internal team”. I spent at least 6 hours on the phone with these “representatives” throughout the week before my event to get no where. My tickets were finally delivered less than hour before my event started, conveniently after I had already purchased different tickets on seat geek due to fear that my tickets were never coming from game time. Not worth the stress, waste of money, or struggle whatsoever.

Different pricing for the same exact seats at the same exact show. Different pricing for the same exact shows, from 3 different friends. We all we’re looking for the ZZTOP & Jimmy Buffett concerts and the prices ranged from $59 on a coworker iPhone, to another price of $62, then my price was $82. When I emailed Gametime, their excuse was that different operating systems phones & different versions of the app. None of which was different. I will no use Gametime again, until I see them change the in the variance pricing. I don’t know if the pricing change on my iPhone, was because I had purchased Houston Astro’s ticket a few days ago? Wonder if that had anything to do with my pricing being $20-23 higher. I surely hope that they do not do that. But it sure looks like they are doing that. If you use this app, I would check with other friends to see about their pricing, before I purchased them.

Does not describe what kind of venue and the age requirement. My first tickets I bought were to go to the Valley Bar in Phoenix. I called them and was inquiring and the service people had no idea whether or not you have to be 21 to get in. After a few calls I find out that you have to be 21 and I wouldn’t have been allowed in(take it I am 20 years old myself). Luckily, I was reimbursed and I went and bought myself some more tickets. These tickets were to attend the Crescent Ballroom. At the Crescent Ballroom you are separated by age. Noted I got my tickets for my boyfriends 21 birthday. So there was a metal barrier for people under the age of 21 and I got a giant ex on my hand. I understand the liabilities but it was completely unnecessary to shove underage people into a small barrier. My tickets described the place where we would be standing in the center but did not say anything about having to be 21 to actually be in the center. The area I was stood in was blocked off and was at the back left of the stage. There I stood with 13-16 year olds, it was utterly ridiculous. I would not have bought the tickets if GameTime actually describes the age requirements for their venues.

Don’t make the mistake I did. I was waiting at the security gate for my tickets to the Eagles vs Broncos game yesterday and got a text to call game time. They informed me that my tickets were sold to someone else. I asked for different seats then and was told prices went to $10,000 per ticket because it was last minute and the stadium was almost sold out. 3.5 hour drive to philly and $40 parking and got the complete shaft because they wanted more money and sold my tickets. They offered me $100 gametime credit. $100 doesn’t do anything for the BS this caused. Day wasted, gas and mileage on car wasted, parking cost wasted! You know where you can shove that $100. Go to another sight or App more reputable. Update: I used gametime again only because of the $100 credit from last years total disaster. I did order them a week in advance to make sure the same thing with not getting my tickets didn’t happen again. Tickets were recieved and enjoyed the game but will still not use this app again in the future. $100 doesn’t come close to loss in $ and time I wasted last year

Terrible. Certain events, they give you the tickets last minute. Or on some occasions, they didn’t give us the tickets even though they would keep sending emails and txts letting us know that the date is coming up and ‘ your tickets should arrive on this date’ Then the day of the game you call and they say the tickets ONLY SAY valid because from the point you purchased the tickets to the time of the game, the tickets were TECHNICALLY unavailable but they have been apparently searching for other tickets for you. All while not telling you the whole time that the tickets were unavailable from the start!!! On game day they told me ‘sorry we were looking for other tickets for you since upon your purchase, those tickets were unavailable…’ no one told me and I was standing outside the game with no tickets and my only option was to buy another pair of tickets from them! Don’t use Gametime, it’s too risky. You’ll end up waiting for the tickets last minute and may you’ll get them, but most likely you won’t.

Good prices terrible service and connectivity. I was really excited to use this app when my friend purchased a ticket and shared it with me. At first everything was great until I tried to purchase another ticket. Suddenly there was no connection even though I had service. The app instructed me to try the purchase again (this was for a $9 ticket) so I tried again for the same ticket in the same section. Again it didn’t work I saw another ticket in that same section advertised for the same price so I tried again it said it didn’t go through. I received a notification through Apple Pay that I had been charged $47 to my credit card. I checked my card and saw two purchases from gametime despite being under the impression that none had gone through. I tried customer service on the phone and couldn’t get through so I sent an email and received a very condescending response and was told that I would be refunded $8 as an exception. TLDR; this app is glitchy, customer service is rude and it’s just not worth the “convenience” stick to stubhub or craigslist. Don’t get scammed.

SCAM! Don’t waste your time or money!. We purchased tickets to a concert off Gametime. The tickets were sent to us through another app called axs. The tickets then disappeared and we were unable to pull them up through Gametime or email. The game time said we would receive the tickets prior to the concert. One hour before still no tickets. We called customer service and said they would reach out to the seller. No call back. Called 20 minutes before the concert and after being very persistent the customer service agent was very unhelpful. He claimed he couldn’t resend the tickets and that the tickets would be available at the box office. They would be able to look up our tickets with the receipt. we took the mans word. We went to the box office and explained our situation to the representative. they don’t have your tickets on file under your name. The representative claimed this app is for scalpers and this happens all the time and she wasn’t able to do anything. Mind you it was a sold out show so we weren’t able to get in! complete rip off!!!

No Credit for Changed Event. I’ve bought and sold tickets with GameTime a lot and not only like their service, but appreciate their customer service. However, keep in mind that even if the sporting event you bought tickets for has a change in opponent, you will not receive your money back in credit or otherwise. I bought tickets on 10/26 for Uconn Womens basketball @ South Carolina Womens basketball on 1/27. Three months later the game was canceled and Ole Miss replaced Uconn on the same night against South Carolina. This was four days before the game. I paid $138 (total) for two tickets on 10/26. I would not have paid this amount for Ole Miss v South Carolina. Truthfully, I wouldn’t have purchased tickets to that game. Even though Uconn was replaced and the matchup is not what I paid for, because the event was still South Carolina Womens basketball, on the same day, at the same time, in the same arena, I was not given a credit back. Keep this in mind when purchasing tickets. I believe I should have received my $138 back in credit, but GameTime does not.

Very Disappointed. I went with GameTime as people had said good things about it and they claimed to be the go to last minute ticket app. My wife and I went to US Bank stadium about an hour and a half before the game. I kept checking on ticket deals and finally decided to buy two at just under an hour before kickoff. Things looked to be moving along but still no tickets after 25 minutes. So I contacted support through their chat function (they were quick to respond). Something fell through and they offered to get me better seats at the same price. I agreed and waited. Kickoff came and went, still no tickets. Finally after half way through the first quarter I told them this was ridiculous, they apologized and said they would no longer be doing business with that vendor as the tickets fell through once again. They offered to refund me (which was fully expected) and give me a $25 credit (basically a slap in the face) considering I was laying out +$700 for a game that I didn’t end up getting to see. Very disappointed with this app. Will not be recommending them to others.

Terrible service. Not as advertised.. I downloaded and decided to give the app a try because I had seen it in a ton of ads everywhere. I bought tickets for a Miami Heat game on section 100 an hour before the game started. The purchased went through and I received several messagea confirming that I would get the tickets before the game started. When I was on my way to the venue, I got a message saying that there had been a problem with my tickets and that they were no longer available. Then I got another message saying that they had found replacement tickets for section 300 at no additional cost! That made no sense since I had bought tickets for section 100, almost by the court, and these new tickets were almost the worse ones in the stadium. I called them to complain and they told me that they could only refund me $60 out of the $216 I had paid! And that if I wanted to cancel the order they could only give me account credit…I gave up trying to get them to give me a refund and told them I was just going to dispute the charge. I got off the phone and was able to get section 100 tickets from ticketmaster directly for $100… Their whole service is terrible and their premise of getting tickets at game time for lower costs is a complete lie. They can’t guarantee you’ll get your tickets even though they tell you they will. And even worse, their whole service for when something goes wrong is terrible. Just use ticketmaster directly and save yourself the headaches.

Cheap tickets great seats. Great app to use to buy tickets to sport events. They’re a whole lot cheaper and it’s not a scam in any type of way. Recently went to a division 1 college football game and there were others who were buying their tickets up to double or triple the price for how much I got them. They were only $25 dollars a piece for great seats and view of the field. Also bought them the day before the game too. The only issue I have is when my friend sends me through text of the link for my digital ticket the link will open up but will not install the ticket to my app. It will constantly pop-up saying download the app when I already have the app. That’s the only problem I have ran into with this app. However, even if you can’t install the ticket to your app whoever bought the tickets can still open them up on their phone.

Great service for event tickets!!!. For years my family and I have gotten tickets in the grandstand and terrace of Yankee stadium for 60-80 dollars a ticket. I wanted to go to the game last minute and searched on stub hub and Ticketmaster and came up with the same high prices. I downloaded game time and found tickets in the main level for 20 dollars each which I couldn’t believe. I had never sat in the main level ever, and for 20 bucks that was amazing. I had read bad reviews about people not getting in with their tickets, and losing money. So I emailed Gametime fan happiness and Charmaine looked at my account and confirmed that everything was fine and if there was a problem I could call customer service. I got into the stadium no problem. This app gets bad reviews, but if you wanna go to the game last minute than this is a lifesaver. It gives you great seats for way less money that you’d pay at other sites.

Bought tickets and was turned away. Went to the Dodger game today with our dugout club seats, were very excited about it. Got to the gate at dugout club and was denied entry because someone bought the tickets and resold them through the app with a fraudulent credit card so the stadium kicked us out for it. I wouldn’t have gone to the game if it weren’t for the killer once and a lifetime deal, spent extra money on parking, etc. we had to repurchase tickets to get back in and all we got was a “we have to investigate this and well let you know what happens in 2 days” I fought to get my refund immediately and not that I expect anything for free, but because of the awful day I had trying to figure out everything, I wasn’t even offered credits to use in the future. So because someone else ripped people off, I suffered and got lousy customer service out of it. We bought tickets all the time from Gametime, I was a valuable customer. Not anymore. Don’t use this app! Save yourself the time and use trustworthy stub hub. Fees aren’t that much more a ticket.

The Worst Ticketing App I Have Ever Used. Two words: Stay Away. As a company that relies on engagement with fans on an incredibly frequent basis, the ineptitude of their customer service team is embarrassing. As a user of this platform who has gone to countless events I called to explain that my brother’s wedding just so happens to fall on the same day of an event I purchased. Given that the tickets “do not have to be provided until a few days before the event” Gametime’s supervisor on the customer support team advised me that the best thing she can do is suggest selling the tickets before they are in my possession on social media or to google other companies that will let me sell the tickets without having them yet. Needless to say, I was utterly stunned. There was no empathy for losing almost 1k in ticket costs, no offer of any kind of future promotion, nothing. Just the suggestion that I complain to the email support line with the disclaimer that I may never hear back. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. As such, Gametime has lost myself and everyone I ever attend a game with as a customer for life.

Best app to buy and sell tickets and be protected. I was looking for tickets and came across this app and saw it had quite a few 5 star ratings so I downloaded it and glad I did. Their platform is wonderfully designed and super easy to use (gives you a view from where your seats will be, and you can even turn your phone and the camera adjust like your moving your head in the seat.) I was able to find great seats for a great price and check out fast using Apple Pay. Best part is their guarantees; they guarantee the lowest prices for your seats, and offer price match if you find them cheaper. They also allow you to cancel your purchase within 24 hours of when you made them. It’s everything you want in a ticket service app, whether buying or selling.👌🏻 A+

Unreliable and untrustworthy. Bought tickets to a game and they never sent the tickets. The representative insisted they sent the tickets and was constantly asking for proof. After long response times and a few hours, they realized they were wrong and decided to send me tickets but the game was already over (Talk about useless). I definitely learnt my lesson and will be using stubhub from now on. I don’t know how they call themselves “game time” when they don’t pull through. Unfortunately this wasn’t even my first incident with them. A while back they did similar things and they sent me a 10 dollar credit. My naive self was easily bribed and forgave them and thought it was a one time incident. It was clearly not and just an unreliable company. I actually keep my guarantees, and I guarantee I won’t be using them again. Take my experience and download the many other apps for tickets, this is just not the one you want to use. Prices are the same as other competitors but the service, integrity, and the reliability are just lacking.

Worst experience ever. Our whole ticket buying experience was awful. We were told that our tickets would be mobile transfer and would be emailed to us 24 hours before. After we didn’t receive them by then we were told they would come by the end of the day before the event. When we still didn’t receive the email we got a text that we would get it 2 hours before. We still did not receive them by that time so we called them and that was when they told us we had to meet some person to pick up our tickets. The contact we were given did not answer the phone calls. Finally we got a text that said to go inside of a hotel where there was a line with at least 30 people in front of us from various ticket selling sights. From there the man had to take my phone and login to a sight to download the tickets to my apple wallet(very sketchy). We ended up missing 10 minutes of the hockey game our tickets were for, which included 2 goals. Very upsetting experience and we will not be using Gametime again.

Not really best price available. This is an update on my previous review, this app has a nice interface and it is actually user friendly. But it is useless because there is no better price guarantee!!! Why would you need this app if the venue has the better ticket prices? And if by any chance you request a refund they will only give you Gametime app credit. That’s a nice little scam so you have a credit in an app you are most likely never using again. It happens to me the very 1st day I got NFL tickets preseason fair price but not the lowest available directly with Ticketmaster and also Kevin Hart I found a wapping $50 difference so I won’t be using this app anytime soon. I buy the bullet kept the overpriced tickets because I can’t do anything with the Gametime credit. I even offered the customer agent to give me credit of the difference since I found a better price and she politely refused, nice polite customer service but useless because they lost a client and gained a bad honest review. Stay away !!!

Worst customer experience possible. I bought tickets to a rams game 3 hours before it started and my tickets were never delivered to me. I traveled 45 minutes to the coliseum, arrived at the venue an hour before the game started so I could watch the starters/warm ups and ended up waiting an hour and a half. During that hour and a half I was on the phone with different representatives who were telling me different things. One guy told me I’d have my tickets in literally 2 minutes. 15 minutes later another guy told me he can’t guarantee my tickets until the third or fourth quarter! From my perspective this is the worst possible customer experience in this business. All I was offered was a refund and $25 on my account. You would think this company would go above and beyond to take care of customers who have experiences like this, but apparently not. After all of this I do not believe I will be using this Gametime app again and will definitely not recommend it. Not sure how they can stay in business when they can’t deliver tickets on time or even accommodate fans appropriately when problems arise.

Terrible first impression. I saw an ad on Facebook for this app. I am not an avid sports fan but I do enjoy attending a game now and again, especially flyers. I figured I would give it a shot being the game tonight is a first responders night and it’s my sons first flyers game. So I download the app, purchase a decent seat and wait for the ticket to show up in the app. I then receive a text fifteen minutes later saying the ticket isn’t available and to call. So I do and the customer service lady is nice and upgrades my ticket no cost, or so I believed. Fifteen minutes later I get the same text saying the ticket isn’t available. Normally at this point I wouldn’t abandon the whole thing but I promised my son, so I call again. They now have much much lower price and worst section seats available. The only offer I hear is credit for the app which I don’t want or a full refund. So I end up taking a worse section at more then they were selling it on the app itself only because the customer service rep said that’s the only way you’re guaranteed a ticket. Seems like a bait and switch app and I will not be using it again.

Good customer service but seems kinda sketchy. I purchased tickets and expected to have them right away just like when you buy tickets from an official site. I didn’t find out until after I had bought the tickets that I have to wait for the seller to release them to me. I bought the tickets 2 weeks ago for an event next weekend and I still don’t have them. I emailed and customer service got right back to me and told me that I will receive them on the 19th which is 2 days before the event. This has me feeling weary that I will miss my event and possibly not receive my tickets on time or I will have to shell out more money for last minute seats from the official site. I have also booked a hotel as the event is not near where I live so there is a lot riding on these tickets. Long story short just by from the official site and spend the extra money

First use and I’m out $300+. Buyer beware: I bought two tickets to my favorite band’s out of town concert a month before the show for more than $300. I accepted that this was above list price because the show sold out quickly. Unfortunately, work got busy and I figured out a several days before the show that I couldn’t go. Bummed, I decided to put my tickets back up for sale through the app. The app automatically sets and adjusts the ticket price and warns you not to cross-sell or you’ll pay them fines. As the day of the show arrived, I watched as ticket after ticket around mine sold off. More expensive tickets, cheaper tickets, they all sold. And then it was show time and my tickets still hadn’t sold. Not even at a fraction of the price I paid. So... I paid a premium price for my tickets, I didn’t get to go see my favorite band, and I watched the app as essentially all the tickets except mine sold off without being able to sell them anywhere. Out more than $300. I’ve used Stubhub for years and other ticket resale options multiple times and I’ve never had this experience. Deleted the app and taking my money elsewhere.

Wait what?!?. I don’t write reviews but Gametime needed one from me. I downloaded it reluctantly after having other apps similar to it. I bought tickets to a game in other state where I was going to be going in a few weeks. In the meantime I had the app on my phone. I was talking with a coworker who wanted to go to a Pro basketball game. I looked to see what tickets costed and unfortunately there wasn’t a game that night but there was a college game for $2. Wait What?!? We were pumped! Such a deal! Keep in mind this a top 25 men’s team. And the tickets were in row 16! Gametime is set up in a way that makes it easy to use and is very secure. My only suggestion would be to have more events from smaller venues. This app has sports, concerts and all kinds of events!! Love Gametime and would recommend it over any other ticket purchasing app!!!

Love the app!. I love it, I always buy cheap tickets and I always have fun at the games that I attend with my family. I had an inconvenient incident where the sellers of the tickets couldn’t provide the tickets anymore so I was asked to call their customer care number and I did and the lady gave me two options. 1) get my money refunded to my bank account, which was $98 or 2) get $128 credited to my Gametime account. So obviously I choose the second option. I was told to close the app and then log back in when I went back in I forgot to change the date of the game and I purchased tickets to the wrong game and I immediately called their customer service and the girl said she couldn’t do anything about it and then she put me on hold and when she came back she said that they were going to refund me the money. So it’s safe to say that this app is great and that I will continue to use it

Complete Scam. This company is just shady. After spending $776 for concert tickets. I got a text to verify my information. I spoke with am man named Martcio (sp). I verified my information, address and everything they asked. And some how they knew my maiden name (which is NOT on any of my accounts). Then told me I would get an email confirming my order. I didn’t receive the order so I called back. Now my transaction was voided. Because according to them my bank did not approve the transaction which was a load of crap because I already saw the transaction in the account. So Martcio was no longer any help. He had nothing more to say. So I got a chance to talk to Rose. First she must work for a bank full time because she knows the ins and outs of how transactions at my bank take place. Then when I get a receipt for the voided transaction I asked why my name wasn’t on it. She said that was probably the reason why the transaction was voided....but isn’t that what I spoke to Martcio about? None of this makes sense. It’s a complete scam. DO NOT USE THEM! I will be filling a complaint and not with Gametime. I would give them 0 if I could. Worst decision ever!

Suspicious and inconvenient. I downloaded the Gametime app thinking that it would be quick, easy, and convenient to buy tickets to an NBA game. I set up my account, selected my 2 tickets, scanned my credit card, and entered all of my personal information, such as my mailing address and phone number, to purchase them. I then immediately received a text message directing me to call and validate my information. I was asked to repeat over the phone the information I had just entered into the app, to a stranger who was clearly in a room full of people on similar phone calls. I kept asking why I was being required to do this, why had my account been flagged, and why bother using an app if I had to complete the purchase over the phone? The person on the other end of the line was tremendously unhelpful and I cancelled the purchase rather than repeat my personal information over the phone. What is the point of this app?? I am deleting it and will never attempt to use this service again. I just wasted 45 minutes of my life on this.

Totally a scam ticket site. I bought Taylor swift tickets on this app after not being able to get through capital one and Ticketmaster, as most suffered the same issue. Once I purchased 2 seats in section 150, row CC via game time. I waited for ticket master to receive the tickets per directions from game time app. When I received the tickets, they were section 149 row N. I reached out to both game time and ticket master to see why I wasn’t receiving the tickets I paid for. Ticket master obviously told me I had to go through game time to answer that. GameTime seems to have an auto response that I received a complimentary upgrade (clearly not, as the section is further from the center and higher up in the rows) and offers me a refund or a credit to re use Gametime. The lack of clarity or valid response from the seller and this app proves that it will sell tickets with no responsibility to validity. I’ll never use this app again, the credit I received is a total waste. Anyone who doesn’t care about what seat they specifically pay for can have my credit.

It works 💜💜💜. Bought highly sought out expensive BTS tickets for their recent Las Vegas concert. I was able to buy tickets, still expensive but at the lowest resale rates compared to other resale ticketing apps I have checked. Also, the rates you see is the final rate for the tickets your buying (includes taxes and fees). Other apps will show you the base price then adds the taxes and fees when you checkout. Makes life easy. Since these are resale tickets, gametime will email you a link to get your tickets. If the tickets are exclusively sold thru another seller, you will be emailed that link so the tickets will be transferred under your account/name. After I bought the tickets the link was emailed to me in just minutes. Clicked the link and it brought me to the ticketmaster app to load the new tickets there. I was hesistant at first since I am spending a lot of money for these tickets. I read some bad reviews. I even kept my original tickets that I personally bought thru Ticketmaster (4th level tickets) just in case the gametime tickets don’t work. I must see BTS is my case, I will deal with claims later on if ever the new tickets I bought didn’t work. I am so OVERJOYED the tickets are legit and am able to see the artists up close! Thank you 🙏🏼 Gametime, you earned my trust!

Double sold tickets. DON’T EXPECT A QUICK REFUND FOR ANY TICKET PROBLEM! Purchased 6 tickets to the Detroit Lions/Seattle Seahawks game ( $1260) for my son’s 16th birthday. Purchased tickets on august 18th for the September 17th game didn’t receive mobile tickets until September 15th. Drove 3 hours, paid for parking, food, went into stadium got to the seats as the game started then on person said I was in 3 of their seats. Another showed up and said he purchased 2 of other remaining 3. Lions security removed my family and I from the seats and said the other tickets weee sold through the lions box office so they were the ones being honored. Called Gametime and reported the incident of double sold tickets they launched a so called investigation that has taken over a month and does not require them to keep you updated even though I supplied names, dates, and numbers to the involved parties. As of now all I receive is the blanket “we appreciate your patience” email. First the wait until last minute to send me the tickets to the resolution team taking their sweet time to refund my money for the seats I purchased but could not use. Jeff Etherington

Why Hide The Ridiculously High Fees?. I thought the app was great - easy to use, could see the prices upfront for the seats you were getting, & could choose your seat in a sports venue based on views of actual photos from the seats. However, AFTER we bought our seats to a MLB game, we looked at our bank account & saw the charges were almost double what we were expecting. Gametime's app CONVENIENTLY hides/makes it very hard to realize they're going to add on about half the cost of the tickets to your bill in fees for the "joy" of getting the guaranteed "lowest price or you get 110% back!" It's nothing but a scam! We don't have much money, but my husband just retired after 34 years of military service & I wanted to take him to an in-person game as a small retirement gift to him. Almost doubling the price of what we thought we were going to pay may not mean anything to the CEO at Gametime, but it hurts those of us who are just looking to enjoy a baseball game & save a few dollars doing it. Now they've ruined it.

I guess I got the tickets just in time. I called Gametime about 3 hours before the game was supposed to be started and after contacting them about 3-4 times they kept on telling me that the seller was supposed to be selling the tickets and that I should get them. After contacting these people, I finally received the tickets for the game. But what if I didn’t contact them, would they have delivered the tickets to me in time? I don’t know. It looks like there were people who never got their tickets and I wonder if I hadn’t been personally persistent with getting the tickets, if they would be able to deliver them at all. Yes I got the tickets; but not until I had contacted them several times before they were delivered. Great prices and the customer service was decent; but I stressed out because I wondered if I was going to be getting tickets for my game. Not sure if I can recommend them to other people. It’s kinda like a roulette wheel and wonder if you will win or lose.

SCAM-SELLS FAKE TICKETS. My boyfriend and I purchased tickets to the Celtics vs. warriors game on 1/26. Each ticket was $190, and when we got to the stadium, our tickets would not scan and said “invalid” when the usher tried to scan our ticket. He said he sees this happen very frequently with Gametime and said he has witnessed many fans get scammed by this company. We called customer service and they told us they were sold out and could not give us any other tickets to the game. Meanwhile, Gametime’s app still was showing that they were selling tons of tickets?? Ultimately, we ended up having to purchase tickets with Ticketmaster for a much more inflated price than when we originally were looking at tickets, as the game was nearly sold out. Had we known that Gametime was a scam, we would have purchased with Ticketmaster in the first place and saved ourselves a couple hundred of dollars. I am filing a police report today and working with my lawyer to ensure not only that I get a full refund (which I still have not received), but that this company is held accountable and can no longer scam others. This company should be shut down.

Can’t get my tickets/communication. Would be glad to change this rating cuz I understand things occur, but the lack of communication is troubling. I have bought and sold and traded tickets in all the apps dozens of times. I heard good things about Gametime so I wanted to give them a try. I purchased college football tickets for a massive game later in the year and everything was pretty smooth. Then I got two different contacts from Gametime about how my tickets need to be transferred and I have to click on the link. Well I never got the link they kept saying I did. Not in inbox, not in spam, not in trash…nowhere to be found. The help wasn’t bad…I didn’t really get answers despite jumping through a bunch of hoops and sending about 5 screen shots proving I don’t have my tickets. Kyle said he would take care of it on the seller’s end, monitor the situation, and keep me updated. I have yet to hear anything despite reaching out. This can’t be hard. They have my $400, I just want the tickets. Will update if the situation improves. But I’ve never had this issue with seat geek, stub hub, or Ticketmaster.

Great Service, Shady System. I was looking to buy a ticket for a baseball game and heard great things about GT so I decided to use them. I found the seat that I wanted and attempted to purchase the ticket for a game over a month out. After pending for 10 minutes, I received a decline for the attempt. Once I logged back in, the $5 credit was not available and the ticket was not available anymore. Mind you, this took a total of 3 minutes for a game over a month out - aka unlikely that one of the three tickets available were sold in that timeframe. Therefor the only options available were more expensive tickets. I brought this to the customer service team who were great and the only reason I have given this 2/5 stars. Evelyn and Marc were so nice and understanding but were not able to do anything beyond refund the $5 credit usage. Unfortunately I will have to buy a ticket through another outlet. Shady bait and switch practice it seems at the moment.

Resale market. The app is overall easy to use and seemed to be reliable when purchasing tickets. Selling tickets is another animal all together. I went to resell two tickets I bought on their app. Although I can not control the price they sell at and they are up front about that, there seems to be questionable ethics going on during the resale. Since I could not change the pricing of my tickets myself I diligently monitored the pricing of the tickets on their app that were for sale in the section I had tickets for sale in. Tickets were stated at one price on the app and I was paid out a significantly less amount at the same time. They told me the fees are high to use PayPal. They also stated they sold my tickets for $21 less per ticket than what was posted on their app at the time of selling. This seems like they are charging the buyer a higher price and then telling the seller they sold them for less. Also, there was a week left before the event and if the tickets were in demand then they shouldn’t have sold them for a rate much less than what the tickets normally are posted for on the site. Very questionable things going on here.

Customer Service needs training. This is my first experience using this app. I bought some tickets and they were for the wrong day. I called customer service immediately and they couldn’t stop the transaction but told me the tickets would probably sell. Fortunately they did sell, and the policy states I would have a credit in 48 hours. Today I called because its been 48 hours. I called 3 times today to get my credit. Call number 1, I was told a I would see my credit within the next few hours. Waited 3 hours no credit. Called again the guy put me on hold and I waited 7 minutes and then hug up. Call number 3, told the female I was put on hold forever and not helped, and need to know what is happening with my credit. She neither apologized for the poor service nor gave any information on where my credit was. She told me the guy (one guy!) who does the credits is not in yet. It’s 10:30 Pacific time! As of this writing I still have no received my credit. Doubt I will use this app to purchase tickets again! Buyer beware!

Disaster weekend due to Gametime. My husband coordinated a trip with his brothers for the first time to go to the Oklahoma vs Nebraska game. He has not been able to see family due to an illness. So he purchased tickets for all of them at the beginning of July. Five men from various places in the US coordinated their schedules to meet as brothers and go to the game. Tickets purchased, credit card charged, confirmation sent, flights booked, housing booked and vacation time scheduled to find out 3 days before the trip the tickets were sold to someone else and the amount refunded. The people at Gametime said sorry for the inconvenience, we will give you a discount and buy another set of tickets on the app. This was devastating to my husband! How can tickets be sold, charged , confirmed and sold to someone else? We use Gametime all of the time but this was inexcusable. The discount doesn’t make a difference if you never use the app again! Very uncaring individuals even management, I recommend Craig’s list instead of a heart break situation . Don’t plan ahead and expect tickets!

DO NOT USE THIS APP. I wanted to buy baseball tickets for me and my girlfriend, so i used gametime because they allow you to see where your seats would be via picture. After purchasing the tickets, it took gametime awhile to get my tickets to me so i emailed them. Although they’re customer service is fast responding and seems professional, they are scammers. I later got my tickets, and was skeptical of them because the barcode looked blurry and they didn’t look like other baseball tickets i’ve bought. So, i decided to look at the reviews for this app (should’ve done before purchasing) and saw the terrible reviews talking about scamming. I got a little suspicious that i had been scanned, so i call the box office of the stadium i would be attending for the baseball game to see if my name was on the seat for the certain game. Sure enough it was not my name on the seat, nor was the guy who “sold” me his tickets. I had to spend an hour talking to my bank, and discuss how gametime took my money due to fraud. All in all, check the reviews first and DO NOT use this app.

Never buy tickets from this App. I had bought 4 tickets in section 139 to the Houston Rodeo 2 months in advance and on the day of the show, I get a text from GameTime saying “unfortunately your tickets are unavailable due to issues with the seller.” They offered me tickets in the 600’s or a refund back. I expressed my frustrations with the lady on the phone who got with her boss which eventually said that is all they could offer back. They didn’t want to offer me tickets close to the section I was in not due to the price going up so much but that was the only option they had to make things right and they failed. They failed because they didn’t want to lose out in a few hundred dollars and instead they lost out on much more. I used GameTime for every event I go to and unfortunately I will not be supporting a company that fails to make things right. My advice to you is use the app AXS. They are much more user friendly and actually give you the tickets you ordered. AXS is the way to go.

Best Price Around. Can’t really beat the price of tickets I’ve seen on Gametime, especially as you get closer to “game time.” Only inconvenience I’ve had lately is having to use outside apps to claim/manage tickets. I think this is more of a COVID shift than anything the folks at Gametime pushed. I used to be able to manage 99% of tickets within the app, but now it seems many teams / venues have developed their own apps to manage tickets. Now it seems 99% of tickets need to be managed within a venue-specific app. Downgrade in experience from the user’s perspective, but I’m sure they all have their reasons. Nothing to hold against the Gametime app, besides the fact that the closer you buy your tickets to “game time” - scoring the best discount on tickets - the greater risk you have of waiting outside the venue on your tickets to be transferred.

Worst Ticket Experience. I used Gametime to take my 5 year old son to a baseball game and bought tickets about 4 hours before the game. About an hour and a half before the game, the tickets were still not in my inbox. We decided to head down anyways thinking they would be there by the time we got to the stadium and contacted support to confirm, to which I received the answer “they’re guaranteed to be there by gametime.” We got to the stadium, still no tickets so I called support. They let me know there was an issue with the seller sending the tickets and that they were looking into it. We stood outside of the stadium for almost an hour, going back and forth with support, waiting on our tickets. Multiple people said they would help and then we never heard back from them. On my last call to them, I asked that they refund the money so I can just buy tickets at the window. At that point they decided to let me know that they could just give us different seats, which were no different than our first tickets. By the time we got in the stadium, we had missed the start of the game. Worst ticket experience I’ve ever had.

Ticketmaster. I tried Gametime, bought a few events, I discovered that when looking at an event ( Hockey NHL ) that the tickets I were looking at were priced differently than the same tickets when viewed side by side with my son who has the app l, same game, same seats. This led me to not trust them. I had other issues as well and I will never use them again nor do I trust them. I went to Ticketmaster and compared pricing and found them to be priced better. I do not recommend Gametime at all period. 7/5/23 I’m response to your response the price was far different than the small service fee I have looked into your app that you gather information on the users as, data used as other purchases, identifiers( what ever that means ), usage data, purchases, and such all used in pricing your explanation is a deflection of what transpires, never again will we use your app, we have discovered going directly to the venue or other providers are a better choice never mind that fact your customer service is horrible and there’s more but Gametime is not worth any more of my time, period.

Customer Service Lied to Me. Tickets never came!!. Bought tickets to San Jose Sharks game 7, two days in advance. Order was confirmed. Money was taken out of my account. 20 minutes before the game my mobile tickets were still nowhere to be found. I contacted customer service and she said that I received an email and a text message right after I bought the tickets asking me if I wanted to exchange seats and that my tickets were no longer available. This was a lie. I never received any emails or text messages from them about this ticket. She then proceeded to tell me that there were no tickets available left to give me when there were countless tickets still available on their app! They said that the only option was to refund my money (which takes days) so I had no money to purchase any more tickets on the app. I was left stranded outside of the arena and was unable to attend the game. Traveled over an hour from Oakland to see the sharks play. Worst day of my life. Don’t waste your time or money on this company!!! Learn from what they did to me.
