Buckaroo. This is the absolute biggest joke, ripoff! You cannot win ANYTHING on here. I have literally spent thousands and have never had anything worth cashing out. Nothing but extortion. I thought online casinos were bad, they don’t even compare to this clown show!

Awful. You almost have to try to make an app this useless. Something so simple yet historically botched. What an embarrassment. Changed my checking account in my profile and deposited $50. A week later I get a collections notice for $100. The app drew from my old account which was closed and then they have the nerve to put me in collections. You have my number and email, simply reaching out would have fixed your error. Instead, I won’t pay and you lost a customer 👎

Recent updates have caused problems. This app used to be great but recent updates have caused it to hang more often than not, especially when trying to scan tickets. It’s definitely due to some kind of recent update because before now I have never seen this problem.

Won’t scan. With my iPhone 14 Pro , iOS 17.3 and the app latest version it doesn’t seem able to scan Scratch Off tickets. I don’t see a “view port” and I must hold the phone about 8” away from the ticket to get the camera to focus. And there’s no way to change the camera lens to get a closer focus. Once upon a time it would focus clearly at a couple inches. The developer reply to the above review included, “ We'd be happy to take a look into this for you.” I have know idea what that vague response means. I’m cynical, and believe it means “we’ll throw it on the ‘to do’ pile, and it’ll die there.”

Not the same. Although the ticket checker option is quicker than the past versions, there are problems with entering second chance drawings. Had to check the same ticket 3x to get the option to enter second chance drawings. This makes me doubt the accuracy of the ticket checker and I end up going to retailer to check all tickets anyway.

Ilottery. Half the time it won’t accept your credit card to Play the games. The can someone please develop a way to play all numbers like Cash 5 on line for the handicap and people who Has no way to play their lottery.. Pa lottery is losing a lot of revue because there is no where within walking distance for a lot of people..

Frustrating Experience with Verification and Withdrawals. I wanted to enjoy PA iLottery, but the experience has been nothing but frustrating. Despite submitting every document they asked for including my ID, proof of address, and card details they keep delaying my withdrawals. Each time I provide what they ask, they find another issue or request a different document, even rejecting virtual card statements and making the process longer. Their customer service gives standard responses without clear instructions, and the verification process is incredibly tedious. I’ve spent far more time trying to access my own money than actually enjoying the app. If they could streamline their verification and be more transparent, this might be a decent app, but right now, it’s a huge hassle and not worth it.

Ridiculous. Every 7-10 minutes after I start winning something the app stops everything with an error message talking bout technical difficulties and I have to actually close the app and sign back in it is so frustrating!! I called several times about this issue and it’s like customer service just laughs at me. I have tried deleting the app and restoring it and the same thing, and even when I play online I have the same issue!!!! I’m fed up!!!

Normally I love this app. Normally I love this app but for the last 2 weeks is has not allowed me to check my tickets. When I scan my tickets in the ticket checker section it come up see retailer . I’m really upset I have so many tickets it’s easier for me to check on app instead of standing in a store for 15 minutes to check my tickets. Please look into this .

What is going on with this app?!?. Is anyone reading all these poor reviews? I click on my name to see MyBonuses and it opens an all white page where I can’t do anything more. I can’t deposit money to play draw games, nor see my bonus offers. Ok…so now I went to the Promotions page, clicked on more Info for a Daily Promotion and saw a link to MyBonuses and that link actually took me to the correct location. I Claimed todays bonus but now I have to do it all over again to add a deposit. I’ve had nothing but issues with this app for the past year and a half. I see others complain of the same issues I have. Please fix!

Needs a lot of work. No option for Face ID. Saved password won’t automatically populate. It’s a hassle to login every single time I want to scan a ticket and check it for rewards. I want to open the app, easily scan a ticket once and know if it’s a winner and then have it automatically enter me for the rewards. Why do I have to scan it twice? Also, the ticket scanner button should be prominent on the main page. I shouldn’t have to go into the menu and find it.

PA Lottery App. Although it was recently upgraded it still is one of the worst designed apps I’ve ever used! PA Lottery encourages you to use bonus codes on scratch-offs and fast-play games but the explanations they provide for use are very confusing! Also I don’t understand why there’s an expiration date on bonuses earned? I’ve made deposits and was credited bonuses. I didn’t return to the app until a week later and discovered they were gone without any warning!

I love it!. Besides the length of time it takes to withdraw your winnings, I love the convenience of this app and the variety of games that comes on it and how they cycle out for each season

Please update games running in landscape mode. I like this app for the convenience of being able to play draw games online. I use it frequently. But since the last couple of IOS updates e games that run in landscape mode will not load. Can this please be corrected? I previously reported this but it hasn’t been corrected and it’s been a couple months now.

Terrible App. I really only use the app to check scratch off tickets, and to enter the second chance drawings. But it’s awful for both of these purposes. It doesn’t save your log in, so if you close the app at all, you have to sign back in. It doesn’t like to actually scan the QR codes, anymore. And, if it does work, it usually only works for about 3 tickets, and then you have to close the app, sign back in, and try again. Absolutely awful. I’d give it zero stars, if that was an option.

Payments and lack of professionalism. It takes absolutely forever to be able to find out how to cash winnings out on the side. There are not very many options then when you do you have to wait a mandatory five days before they even let you know if you need any documentation and then another three days for them to review the documentation and then another five days after approval for it to be download it into your account. Tell me when you live in Pennsylvania and you can cash your scratch off tickets all your tickets at all the local retailers that sell PA Lottery it is, it could not be more proficient with their withdrawal process and when getting winnings yeah they can take your money with seconds

This won't win you the big ones so.... There's no way in a hundred years anyone will win any of the big lotteries with an app on their phone. Have you ever heard of anyone winning the power ball or mega millions buying the ticket on their phone?? Think about it, there must be hundreds of people subscribing to these drawings playing the same number over and over but when have you ever heard of someone winning big prizes like that from a phone? It won't happen, because as a lot of people have come to realize, a winner is always a person who bought the ticket in person, where cameras can see the moment you buy it for legal purposes. Even if your number was to win from this app, chances are your payment will be denied when they accuse you of somehow hacking your phone to be able to win. Go out and buy the ticket, sorry for seniors but the most I won playing with this app was $18 in one of the slots and that was taken away right away as I played 5 more rounds. My "Super" debit card blocked the transaction for this app stating "your purchase was declined because this merchant is restricted" there's a reason for that people, don't fall for online scams like this and other similar apps.

Use Caution. Playing is a lot of fun. It’s unfortunate that it’s virtually impossible to convert bonuses to cash because you roughly have to play 10 times the amount of any bonus. Also, the ROI is heavily weighted against the player so you have to be very careful when having fun. Another let down for me personally is that I’ve been playing for years consistently and never once hit a jackpot on any level on any game.

Terrible and now worse. At least it worked before. Now it barely scans tickets. They are completely out of focus before it scans IF it scans. How many times do I have to login??? As a developer this garbage app drives me insane. Pa at its finest. I have the latest and greatest iPhone. Have you ever heard of testing?? Do yourself a favor and just copy another states app that actually works. Waste of money and time and I’m sure they’re scamming everyone. No winners for sure.

Worst app ever. Literally the worst app I’ve ever used. It’s a shining reflection of the efficacy of the failure that is the PA government. It crashes constantly, logging out your account each time. The UI is awful and feels as if it’s from the 1990’s. I attempted to play the Powerball but the app is trying to convince me that I am not located within the state of PA (when I very clearly am). The features rarely function as intended and the app is constantly telling you to “contact customer support” anytime anything does not properly work. What a nightmare.

Lousy app. I tried to play the Powerball and it was spinning and spinning and then said, check your email to see if you got numbers. I checked my email and there have been no numbers. I tried to do a live chat and I was in queue number 33 and waited for 45 minutes. When I got down to Number four it disconnected. I reconnected and was put back at the top of the queue and again, when it got down to four it disconnected again. My account is down to $12 from trying to play the Powerball but I have no numbers

Games use algorithms to drain you and encourage irresponsible play. SCAM SCAM SCAM IF YOU WIN ANY MONEY THEY WONT ALLOW YOU TO WITHDRAW IT AND EVERY SPIN AFTER THAT WILL BE A LOSS UNTIL YOU HAVE NOTHING LEFT As soon as your network changes like say from mobile to wifi or vice veras or you start to speed up your betting the algorithm takes advantage and drains you all losses! You will see the game pause a second and the loadinfnspinning graphic will show for half a second and then it’s all losses after that. It’s obvious that there’s some shenanigans going on here. Report them

Could Be Much Better. First, the barcode scanning on an iPhone 14 Pro is awful. Barcode visually clear on screen but it doesn’t pick it up. Moving around using different angles and sometimes it will scan (even though it’s completely blurred on screen. Second, the location portion had been wonky for the last few weeks. On iPhone, it claims I’m not in PA or using a VPN randomly when in fact I’m in the middle of PA and do not have any sort of VPN. Doesn’t seem to matter if I turn off or on WiFi and Cell Data. In a browser it’s far worse. 95% of the time it claims I’m not in PA, even though it’s on a wired Comcast account, in the middle of PA. Or it fails to recognize the plugin. Uninstall and reinstall everything. Reboot the device. I’ve done all that more times than I can count. Everything is up to date. Tried support. Just got a placated response with no viable solutions. The days of me chasing around support responses just so I can use your service are over. If you want people to use it, be proactive and do some decent user testing.

Horrendously Long Withdrawal Process. I’ve been waiting over a week now for a small withdrawal. They can take money from my account immediately, but take forever and a day to process withdrawals. Completely unacceptable. I feel like they do it on purpose in hopes people will just cancel the withdrawal and continue to spend money on the site. Their site says it takes 3-5 business days for processing. It has now been 7 business days and about 10 days total since I requested my withdrawal. When I contact customer service, I’m told that their payments team just hasn’t gotten to it yet. Unbelievable!!

Waste of time. I have been playing for awhile and it was fun. I like to play for fun win some loose some, I have never cashed out because by the time I get my money up which is rare I’ll hit auto and somehow get put onto 5$-10$ bets trying to do .50$-1$ sometimes 2$. I will say there has been times I mistakenly did it as I usually play early morning when I wake up. But just the other day I had over 200$! Only the second time I’ve ever got that high. Accidentally hit 20 auto for 5$ and lost the majority. Then all down hill from there just loss after loss. It’s always like this too. The algorithm seems to just give you enough to get interested but as soon as you win it wants to take it all away. Same with the bonus money too and honestly I just want to play for fun but it’s frustrating loosing over and over again. Also there’s been times I activated bonus money codes and didn’t receive and after reaching out the first time and the pain to go through it I just had enough and stopped caring but it’s messed up. Better chances with scratch offs and even those are a rip off in PA.

Seeing is believing. I can’t lie I didn’t think it was so easy to win but it is and so convenient because it’s so hard for me to make it outside the house. Easy to access and doesn’t take too much time to load.

Second Chance Tickets. I buy online because (as a senior citizen) I cannot always get out to play. The PA Lottery is supposed to BENEFIT senior citizens but I noticed that we're left out (NOT ELIGIBLE) to include our online tickets into the SECOND CHANCE TICKET DRAWINGS. I feel discriminated against because (as a senior citizen & also disabled) I am doing the same as anyone walking into an establishment & physically purchasing the ticket. I am spending the same amount of money to buy tickets but not getting equal benefits or rewards. I don't understand the reasoning for this rule & regulation. Thank you.

Scammy. After playing a few games and testing about 5 different games I found one I really liked. Was playing for a good two hours on that particular game, and was up about $170. Was getting a good number of the bonus/jackpot features. Then suddenly the app said I was “blocked” and would have to exit the game. Immediately went back into the game and suddenly started to lose a lot. I still got out on the positive side but that was so frustrating. My point is - why have a lottery app if you are going to kick people off when they are winning too much for your liking…. Feels scammy to me.

Terrible. Used this app for years. Said I needed to up date did the update and cannot open anymore. Emailed for help no response. Called and got some one apparently not even in this country must have there help line out sourced overseas. Had me try a couple things said they couldn’t help me that it was a problem with my iPhone. Didn’t happen until I tried to do update on lottery app and lottery app is the only thing not working. Pa lottery is a joke

We all know that Pennsylvania lottery is rigged. We all know that Pennsylvania lottery is rigged, you can tell by the numbers drawn daily on pick 3, pick 4 and pick 5, when a number like 304 is drawn on midday and 403 is drawn on evening and it happens all the time its not a coincidence its rigged.. I checked alot of pick 5’s for u.s. zip codes and found none that came out, because i think they have it programmed for zip codes to never come out, this is cheating.

Scanner doesn’t always work correctly. You barely get the scanner near the barcode and it responds. The problem I have found sometimes it says it’s a winner but when you go to cash them in it’s not always the case. Previous versions were much more reliable.

Games Freeze Up a lot. Told customer service many times games say something illegal happened n I can’t get out of the game. Kicks me out of game. Have to reboot my iPhone or delete n reinstall App. Not worth the aggravation.

Recent update bug. I contacted in app support because several of the in app games stopped working suddenly a couple of weeks ago. The representative from PA lottery indicated she would not contact tech because my internet was the issue. I explained that the issue was right after an application update and had nothing to do with the internet because it works on other devices just not on an iPhone on any network. I confirmed with a friend more recently that said several of their games on the Pa lottery app stopped working on iPhone as well so they just use a different device. Please look at the application and fix the iPhone bug for games which include Press Your Luck. Thank you!

Could use some features. I wish the app remembered your login or let you use Face ID to log in. Also, even if you log in when you first open the app, you still have to log in again to enter your tickets in to the second chance drawing. The scanner beep is way too loud, and there is no way to adjust it. Unless you have headphones plugged in to you phone everyone around you can hear you scanning. It also doesn’t let you sort the remaining prizes by the prizes left. I’ll give it credit for being reliable.

Error messages. Constantly getting error messages….Mostly when trying to sign up for a bonus play. As of recently I cannot play any einstants. Screen pops up and then goes play to the screen to play for real money. Take into consideration I am using the mobile app but lets be honest who doesn’t use their phone more than anything. Frustrating because I have cash on there but can’t play.

Worst app. This app is terrible. It doesn’t remember your login and doesn’t have Face ID so you have to enter user name and password every time. It’s slow, and frequently freezes. Sometimes if you scan 2 tickets in a row, the second ticket doesn’t register and it gives you the results of the previous one. Like if you scan a loser and a $20 winner, sometimes the one that’s a winner shows as a loser as the second scan didn’t register. It’s the most frustrating app. It freezes all the time so I have to shut it down and open it then log in again. Also if you play the online games they often freeze up or won’t load. Literally the worst app I’ve ever used.

Bonus. Not happy they took my 90 $ bonus away. I put in 100 to have it matched so I could play several days without worrying. It took the bonus money I never spent plus some of my winnings. After only 7 days. I wish I would have known before . I would never have left it go to waste. Don’t offer if your going to take them away. Today and several other times didn’t get my bonus.

Pretty straight forward. It’s fairly intuitive and easy to use. It glitches from time to time when scanning tickets. My one big complaint is that even with the volume all the way down on my phone and the phone set to silent… the app still lets out an audible chime for certain functions with no option to mute. If I set my phone to silent then it’s because I want it on silent. I’m not a fan of apps that over ride this.

Scam. I swear I have one over 2500 bucks here and can NEVER ACADH OUT MY WINNINGS!!! I ended up just playing it and losing it since I could not cash out! It won’t verify my chime bank account which is frustrating so I then downloaded PayPal, and they need extra documentation to verify a DEBIT CARD I use?! WTH!!!! Like give me my money! I paid to play?! You can go to any local gash station and cash right there no issue!!!!!!!! I’m mad it won’t let me have my winnings!!!!

App unable to scan tickets. This app is never reliable… Always something not working right with it. Now it says to “take ticket to retailer”. There is no way all my tickets won, let alone that much. Please fix the app and give someone an option on the app to email someone with app issues. Embarrassing that the state can not put a good product out there.

A bad app. The idea is nice, the execution is pretty pathetic from the 5th largest state in the US. No faceID login or 2FA even though your payment method is linked. Difficult to navigate, poor interface that looks like it’s on dial up AOL, often stuck on loading screens, and worst of all there is no tab to easily see past purchased numbers or tickets. For an industry that makes such huge profits in a large state, this is quite embarassing. Please fix the VERY obvious issues.

Worst app ever. This is the worst app I have ever come across in the website isn’t much better. I thought maybe the connection was bad and I would try again when I had solid Wi-Fi but it’s not my connection. It’s just that the app is so terrible. You can’t do anything on this app and I’m pretty sure it’s not my phone because it’s an iPhone 13 Pro Max so it should be more than capable of running this app. This app looks like it came out of the 90s and lost all this functionality. I’d love the idea of being able to play the mega millions and, the Powerball each week without stopping in at a gas station, but you can’t do that with this app it’s terrible. I have managed to connect my bank account which is taken at least a dozen tries and more than an hour of my time which should not happen at all the navigation in the app is not intuitive at all, I’ve managed to figure out how to buy a mega millions ticket and I see that you can subscribe to it but I can’t do anything past putting in my numbers that I want to play. I can’t believe that this has 4.3 stars either I’m doing something incredibly wrong or this is just a terrible app.

It’s all rigged lol. I got a 100 bonus credit that had to be played 10x before I could collect any of my winnings. Without ever putting any extra money in I was able to play $1000 in 3 days. Once the $1000 was played I had $5 left that I was able to withdrawal lol I continued to place and never won more than .50 cents on a dollar bet lol I knew this would 99% happen but thought maybe I’d get lucky and be wrong. It let me win $1003 but could only withdrawal $3. These are all rigged.

Not pleased. I made a ten dollar purchase it charged me twice! Then I actually win for a change n its now day 5 and my money still isnt in! I sent my info in yrs ago n have spent a small fortune on the site w 2 withdrawals over 5 yrs! Both have taken alot to even get! Usually i never win- straight down! It takes literally secs to put money into a PayPal yet here it is 5 days after they take an extra ten from me and im still waiting

It’s fun to play in the comfort of your home!!!. It’s really a nice not to have to get dressed, drive 10minutes, & wait in line to play the PA Lottery! This is a new experience for me. I’m enjoying playing in the comfort of my own home, especially on those days when I don’t have the strength or energy to get up and go.

Much Better!. I’ve been playing this app since its inception. Starting out it was very generic, not mobile phone friendly. But as the updates kept coming it got better and better. The interface is much better. I love that you can buy your daily games. I love the different games you can play. I would like more of the kind like the wizard of Oz. Not the spin and connect ones. There are a lot of those. What I would love to see is being able to use the ticket checker and having the option of putting your winnings on your account balance. Having to take to the store to either cash it in or get more scratch offs is so last year. LOL. You’ll definitely have more people playing if they could transfer their winnings from the winning tickets to your online account. Since all the tickets have QR codes it should be easy to have them void once they have been claimed. Just a thought. Other than that the app is great!

How does app have 4 Stars?!!!. Awful! It’s giving Geocities in 1997. They schedule maintenance on the nights with the highest jackpots. “Gee, the Mega Millions is up to 650 million, why don’t we pull the app for the entire day?” If your credit card expires and you’re issued a new one or if your billing address ever changes, look out you’ll be completely screwed. If they demand you upload documents to prove your identity, prepare for the inevitable lobotomy you will need after contending with their worthless app, never-ending error messages, and special olympian customer support reps. This app is so ghetto it actually makes me homicidal.

Not good. This app is not good. Every time I try to buy a draw game ticket I have to re-login, I try to buy a ticket again… it asks me to login, tried by again,asked me to login. So I can never actually buy a draw game ticket because it never lets me stay logged in. It’s 2024 get with the program and get the glitches out. Apparently none of their lottery winning proceeds go to the developers of this app.

Payments and withdrawals. I play multiple online casino games for years; and it take’s literally 30 seconds to deposit any amount of money but more then a week to withdraw your winnings. I think this is ridiculous especially when we’re not talking about a large amount. Idk if it’s the lack of workers, the software, or a combination but it needs to be fixed. I just can’t put any more money into this app.. Update— it’s now been 7 business days and it’s still showing pending smh what a joke.

Quick to Scan!!. I’ve tried three or four other Pennsylvania lottery apps. I even have the New Jersey lottery app since I live in New Jersey, but right next to Pennsylvania. As such I play both states, because I’m a loser for believing I’m ever gonna win. Hope springs eternal I guess. I wish the New Jersey lottery worked as simply and easily as this one does. Quick and dirty to scan instant results. I don’t know what else I can say except kudos to the developer. And I hope that someday I win the lottery in Pennsylvania, so New Jersey can shove it up their ….

Horrible app, geo tracker keeps you from playing, can’t withdraw funds.. Horrible app, keeps saying I’m out of boundary and cannot set up withdraw to get money out. Good luck trying to contact someone. No matter what I do I cannot get the geo tracking to recognize I am in PA. Further, the app will not let me set up a withdraw account to take my money out. Researched problem online, but cannot find a solution. Even deleting app and data does not help. Cannot even contact anyone for help.

Bad Update.. Most recent update totally ruined the app…. Why even try and change it with the extra sounds and pointless bs……

Unstable. The app lets you make a deposit but when you go to play it can’t determine your location. You have to keep logging off then back on again. The games skip and freezes and says you off are not in the state in the middle game.!

Fix the camera. Please fix it so it can use the micro lense camera on iPhone. It’s almost impossible/takes forever to check tickets.

You’ll never win. You have better odds buying scratch offs in person. This app just takes your money. The ticket scanner works well, but I’d suggest you don’t play any games thru the app

Useful for 2nd Chance; a bit slow. This app is mainly useful for 2nd Chance entries and Ticket Checker… if it doesn’t time out. It would be MUCH more efficient if the app remembered login credentials.

Ticket checker does not work. The ticket checker feels like it is running on a 1982 Commodore computer stashed in a cabin in the woods in Outer Mongolia, powered by a hamster on a wheel, running on dialup Internet, managed by a preschool class learning HTML for the first time. It would be faster to just drive to the gas station to get your tickets checked.

Poor User Experience. Stop making me login so many times. Fix you location solution so that it works without failing on Safari on iPhone.

Ridiculous withdrawal times. Day 15 of waiting for a withdrawal of $50. There is no reason in this day and age with the ability to send and receive money instantly that it should take that long to get money I won.

Waste of time.. Everytime I try to use the app to scan the tickets, the blue dots just spin. If I’m lucky to get passed the blue dots spinning, scan the ticket and it’s a white screen. It’s faster to go to any store and scan the tickets there.

Ticket checker no longer works. Got the new phone and the camera will no longer focus when try to scan the QR codes to validate.

Needs a lot off of work. Three weeks states time out..check later…try to download but no good

App doesn't work. Developer doesn't answer.. Cannot deposit any money. Endlessly fails. No response to contact form. The contractor should be fired by the state, but maybe someone has been bought off to prevent that. Seems like Scientific Games International Inc is either incompetent or crooked?

Checking tickets. I need to delete and restart this app at least once a week! It will not check my tickets! Many others have complained to me about the same thing! It just keeps dialing ! I

Questionable!!!. I am certain that these games are accommodated in the best interest of the creators (that’s just good business). However, I personally spent over 30k+ and have never had an exciting win. I realize it’s “gambling” it’s supposed to be fun. I’m just super sad there isn’t much winning excitement.

Not that great.. This site is Not user friendly. The draw games make you pick day or evening every time you pick, after 1:30 pm it should change to evening than it should have the option of day or evening ????

Scammers. Was easy to deposit money. now that I’m out of state it won’t let me withdraw my money. They asked for nothing to deposit but now to withdraw they want all kinds of documents and it gives error every time I try to upload. Scam they’ll take your money but won’t give it back!!

Fixed. The einstant games are obviously fixed. You win .50 then .10, then .40 in one game to add up to $1. In the bonus game, you get 2 whammies and $10. I know that isn’t how it goes every time, but it’s enough to be predictable.

Doesn’t work right. Scanning the tickets doesn’t work properly. I had a powerball and one match and it told me I had no win. This app used to work nicely but since it’s been dolled up it’s useless if it misses any winnings.

Scam. Oh NO… NO…Stay away, and it’s a 100% scam run by a reputed government. They Steal Your money and never win any reasonable ransom. Don’t lose; you are hard to earn cash for those who never worked for the USA or never gave any contributions to PA. Please stay away keep your money with you or spend for your best.

Does not work. All I wanted this app for was to scan tickets. That didn’t work. It had an excuse for everything or sometimes it would just crash. Leave it to the state to make something that doesn’t work

Games Freeze Up a lot. Told customer service many times games say something illegal happened n I can’t get out of the game. Kicks me out of game. Have to reboot my iPhone or delete n reinstall App. Not worth the aggravation.

App doesn’t work. I keep trying to add funds and it doesn’t work. I keep getting - Deposit unsuccessful (E4501). I have done this one time before with no problem but now it doesn’t work and there isn’t any explanation on why it won’t go through. Googling it is useless.

Ticket checker is terrible!. Ever since the ticket checker has changed I’ve had nothing but issues. Won’t ever read the ticket on the first scan and error messages where I’ve actually had to restart my phone. Please fix these issues! 👎

Weak. App works slower and slower. Some pop menus won’t activate when tapped. Have reported some problems and nothing done to improve. If it’s built and operated by the same programmers as other official State of Pa sites, not surprised, as they are all barely functional in some aspects. (PennDot, dept of revenue, probably any Harrisburg govt sites)

Never works. This app is horrible. I have to sign in every time I open it. Then I scan my ticket and it tells me to sign in again. Then I scan my ticket and it says not a winner. I go to enter the second chance drawing and it makes me sign in again. I always sign in 3-4 times and don’t accomplish a thing.

Will not open. App will not open. I mainly use the app to check lottery tickets but since the latest update the app will not open, making it completely useless for anything. I also shouldn’t have to enter my social security number into a random app just to fully register.

Terrible. Constantly being kicked out of games every few seconds and terrible win amounts. Cashing out takes around 2 weeks. It’s just all around terrible.

Horrible app - never works. Nothing in the app works. You might be able to complete one action (buy a ticket, scan a ticket, etc) and then it locks up when you try to do the next action. EVERY TIME!!!

Never takes my payment.. I can try to deposit money from my card only takes it once then never again. Like take my money!! I’m trying to play!!

Scam. They take your money so easily, but to cash out any winnings, even money as little as 100 dollars the app will have you jumping through hoops.

Wont work. Doesn’t let me purchase anything. Every time after I click “over 18” to buy something there is only an option to log in. Not purchase…

Too many Technical Errors. Too many disruptions because of technical errors.

Mega Jackpots. Played for 19 minutes, won $30. Had a good time playing. Very enjoyable.

Password loop. This app is terrible, if you click on a game to play, to log in, it takes you right back out to the front page, so you literally can’t play anything

What happened ??. Why does the ticket checker always hang up in the app always hang up ? it used to work sooooo much quicker, now it just processes and processes… and you’re lucky if it actually shows you a result.

Cannot add money to account. I have tried so many ways to add money into my account and nothing works. I get an error message regardless of payment type. My money is rejected from all angles. So I have to delete as I cannot use the app at all or play any games.

They take back your winnings. I would not waste my time with PA lottery!! If you use one of their promotions and you are lucky enough to keep winning after 7 days they will take it all back. Not just the 10 dollar bonus, they take your winning too!!
