Scam. I win money and extra tickets and the app doesn’t account for it and faq sections says I can’t collect and blame it on computer…… what a scam. Def buying real physical tickets next time.

Will NOT let you use your players club points. I’ve tried numerous times, deleted the app and reinstalled it. The app always says “You need more points for this transaction” or something very close to that.

Worthless. crap

Used to work fine, now it won’t open.. I have submitted weeks upon weeks of tickets, I was going to show my mother how cool the app was, because we could purchase our tickets through the app. And all of a sudden the app doesn’t want to open, what gives?! I don’t want to delete the app and risk losing all of my scanned points. Please help us get back into or at least do some maintenance to the app.

App is awful. Easily the worst app on my phone. Slow and I have to hit buttons three times before it does anything. Used to be so easy buying tickets online, now I’m stuck using this garbage. Please fix!!

Doesn’t Work. The app doesn’t do anything at all anymore. It’s just a white screen when you open it. Then, when you go on their website it says you have to use their app. Doesn’t make much sense to me!

Won’t work. I’ve tried several times to purchase tickets. It keeps saying it’s getting an unrecognizable response from my credit card company! I’ve had the card for 15 years and never had a problem. I called my card company and they said they don’t see where a purchase was tried on my card??

Works for me. When you sign on, the screen stays blank. Just push the home button in the app and it will start fine... I’m just glad not to have to enter all the letter/number combos and I’m glad to have a way to double check my tickets before I toss them. Super easy to use, just needs a little patience... 🤷🏻‍♀️

App down??. I can’t get the app to open, I’ve had it on my phone forever and never had this problem until now 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Worst App. This is one of the worst Apps I’ve ever encountered. Please fix it !!!!

Definitely a “local” App. This could be great with some updates! Someone said it was more like a website from 2005 and I would have to agree. Games like subway surfer and angry birds are better than this actual Money win/lost app. There’s no option to stay logged in so you have to log back in every time you want to do anything and you have to rely on an email to tell you if you won or not and there’s not really a way to see which numbers won unless you go to your email and check your numbers and then go into the app and check the winning numbers which is pretty ridiculous. The App itself appears to focus more on “rewards points” than the actual lotto tickets. Because of what this app is and how much money the ND Lottery brings in, you’d think they could pay someone with the capabilities of making this what it needs to be.

Garbage!. I know a 4 year old that could make a better app! Seriously do not get this app unless you want to be irritated every single time you open it…

App works great!!. I have done the update and can still login and all the functions work great. Not sure what they updated. I do wish the app would save your email address so I don’t have to type it in every time. I also wish they would have the descriptions of the prizes/drawings on the app. I go to the website for that. Besides that the app is great!!

Terrible but potential. The only thing this has going for it is you don’t have to go to the store for a ticket. All anyone wants to do is check their numbers to see if they won. If you buy a ticket in the app it’s like jumping through hoops to check. Everything else is fluff that’s also disorganized.

Unbelievably horrible app.. How is this possible in 2022? Wow, complete garbage. No way to check if you’ve won and no instructions on how to redeem winnings.

Can’t open to check tickets. Bought ticket though the app and could never get it to open again. What fun is the lottery if you can’t even check your tickets?

Waste of time. Same problem as the website. Jump through hoops to verify everything, go all the way to the end of check out. And what does it say? “Cannot verify geo location”. I just verified my goddamn cell phone. My account is registered to a North Dakota street address. My bank account is a North Dakota bank. Plus I have my location tracking on. This is just as stupid as the website.

Latest update. Updated on the last update now I can’t use it at all

Bad app just got worse!. This app was confusing and poorly put together to begin with now I can’t even get to my account because it needs an update. Did the update and it still won’t let me in. Unbelievable.

Can’t see my tickets I bought. I bought some tickets and I can’t see them anywhere on this app, will it just let me know if I win something?

Complete garbage. This is the most worthless app, I thought it would notify you if you won-keep track of your numbers and tickets-IT DOES NOTHING FOR YOU-if I win I’m not even sure what I do to claim my tickets/ email. ND should be embarrassed this they chose this company to run their lottery.

Wishful winning!. Would be nice if you could move the terms of service when clicking on buying something. They are too close together and you lose what you are shopping for if you accidentally click on terms of service. Instead of the tiny little box you are supposed to click on. Also if there was a way to save your pick numbers. If your subscription runs out you have to repick all your numbers. Very annoying.

Good in Theory - Poor Execution. The app is very glitchy and not user-friendly. It works more like a mobile site from 2005 vs an integrated app. I liked the idea of the app, because I don’t want to be one of “those customers” holding up the line for lottery ticket purchases at gas stations or grocery stores (especially post-pandemic, when many places are understaffed). There isn’t a way to easily check/compare your numbers in the app, which would be a simple integration.

Terrrible. This is one of the most frustrating apps I’ve even encountered. Freezes, kicks me out of account, all around slow. They need to update it with some online games and free spin to wins. They should take a look at Michigan’s app where you get free spins to win a chance at $5,000 every month. Among other prizes. Stop being greedy ND & update your app.

The Worst App ever. This app took a million years to load up, wasting so much of my time trying to buy some tickets because I still got my money in the app otherwise I would delete this garbage, piece of trash.

Frustrating!. Frustrating app. No support. It’s mainly the geo location. I have learned to navigate the app (not easy) but continually have problems with it determining my location. WiFi or cellular. Probably end up going back to purchasing my tickets at the store.
