Missing basic functions, hard to navigate. The app has most of the formatting functions you’d expect, but what good are they if you cannot do basic editing? - To cut or copy text, you have to use a search function and type in “cut” or “copy.” But once you have text in the buffer, there’s no Paste function, not even using the search! Unlike most apps, press-and-hold only brings up a magnifying glass. - The auto zoom function has two degrees: whole page, where you cannot edit text, and zoomed in, where you can edit text but can only can see the left half or right half of the page. If the cursor is at one end of a line and you want to move the cursor to the other end of a line, you have to Zoom out and then zoom back in. - You’ll get tired of the above flaws very quickly. So I added a text editor app to create the text and then copy it into PowerPoint. Then I tore my hair out for hours, looking for a way to paste the text into PowerPoint for final formatting. If the vital cut, copy, and paste functions exist, they’re hidden better than Jimmy Hoffa’s body. - My advice: find another app unless the text in your slides is extremely simple.

Another Numbingly Lame App by MS. I have to use office 365 at work and was told oneDrive was great to use since I could edit my files on personal devices while out of the office. Well I’m on vacation and need to send out a report. Got onto onedrive - clugey file structure but worked. I opened the file in ppt to make a few small changes and ... impossible. The app won’t let me make a simple edit to an html text on a page. When I exit it saves my mistakes without asking, so now I’ve screwed up my file. I can’t make a SIMPLE change to my ppt to get my report out. I’ll stick with vpn and a full sized computer or convert the entire thing to IOS files and edit with apple’s stuff next time. Another waste of time trying to get MS software to work.

Save a copy. Someone is currently editing this review. To edit this review please save a copy. Yeah, I’m playing with you. But seriously, every time I close a document and then open it later I see the description above, yet with the word ”document“ instead of ”review.“ And often it doesn’t even have to be later, it could be a few minutes after closing it. I’m not going to create five or ten copies of my work all around my files because you guys have a glitch in your save/autosave mechanism. Tell me how I am going to get done my presentations for my college courses!? This is actually important! I know it’s not all about me, but fixing this glitch could help everybody with the same issues and more. Thanks for reading, but I can’t fully thank Microsoft, Apple, whoever is in control of this app, etc. until this is fixed.

What’s the Reason???. Had a PowerPoint presentation project due today. All I had to do was record my audio speaking over the slides, but guess what? This app doesn’t let you record audio in it on the iPad, you have to attach it…. But guess what again? The PowerPoint app only lets you select recorded audio from your APPLE MUSIC LIBRARY, which is impossible because apple library, since it doesn’t allow external audio (recorded audio)….. so how can one included audio on their PowerPoint presentation on an IPad? You can’t… After hours of trying to figure it out … but guess what again? the app contains a “rehearse with coach” option, which listen to you speak/present your project, but it doesn’t save any audio….. if it can have the “rehearse” option then why isn’t there any option to record and save audio in the PowerPoint app? What’s the reason? 🤔🙄😒

ANAZING. I teach history and use this PowerPoint app constantly! It allows me to work on my presentations even away from my computer. There are a couple of little quirks I haven’t figured out yet and seem to be easier on the computer, but I tend to just go on my computer after the presentation is mostly complete and fix those couple of things then. But for the most part I absolutely love this app and it’s made my life soooo much easier!!!

Update ruined it. For whatever reason, when I updated the app on my iPad, it took away the ability to print multiple slides per page in the format that I have been for the last 4 years of my schooling. I have been exporting the PDF of it once I have it 6 slides per page in portrait mode into good notes to take notes for years. Now the only option is to cram all the slides together on one page with no space in between as if they’re one big photo. It’s horrible for note taking and I hate it. Also, the app is suddenly ridiculously slow to create print previews and open slide shows. This is isn’t an update. It’s a downgrade horrible enough to make me want to delete the app.

Issues with saving to iPad in most recent update. There’s a bug with the new update. When trying to save items to my iPad, I have to save the item, close out the app as the app freezes, re-open the app, save the item again in which the option to replace the item comes up since it’s already been saved as a zero kb empty item, and when I replace it this seems to bypass the glitch. It’s been like this for weeks. Figured it would have been fixed by now. I didn’t have this issue prior to this update. Not the end of the world, but very annoying for a grad student who has new PowerPoint lectures to save each day.

A bit quirky with Dropbox, buggy PDF export. I use PowerPoint primarily to convert my professors’ PowerPoint lectures into PDF and it used to work adequately for that. It often took multiple tries because for some reason the app would just not be able to upload the exported file to Dropbox and would not give any warnings that it failed, instead leaving a zero-byte PDF in Dropbox. When it did work, the PDFs were the same as what the Windows desktop version produced. In the most recent update, however, exported PDFs have a box drawn in the upper-left corner of every single slide that is not in the original file. The desktop version doesn’t do this and neither does Apple’s Keynote iOS app. This breaks my only real use for this app.

What more can be said. PowerPoint provides a fun and interesting way to convey information. Not all the information one needs is interesting, but PowerPoint can make conveying it fun. I use these for professional lectures and Sunday School classes. If you take advantage of the ease of adding multimedia you can incorporate cartoons, funny pictures or internet videos to perk up your listeners. With a little work you can use the animation feature to capture attention. The auto design can add ideas and produce eye catching slides.

Crashing. My issues started about a week ago with what I bet is the newest iOS update. But from a forum post I found fromJune 2021, many other have been having this issue for much longer with little to no response from Microsoft. I’ve submitted three tickets (one of which, the employee had me on hold for over 2 hours, with no check-ins to tell me how anything is going) and done the suggested basic troubleshooting on the forum post, with no improvement. I cannot get PPT to stay open for more than 10 seconds on my school iPad to be able to do literally anything on it. My school also isn’t able to do anything with it because it’s a Microsoft app. So I’m stuck here and not even able to view or take notes for any of my classes because no one is responding.

Updates needed. Please improve the UI of saving documents to places other than Microsoft OneDrive. I understand you want to encourage usage, but there needs to be better options for other cloud saving and local saving options that are more immediately accessible. MORE IMPORTANTLY, there is a serious issue when using PowerPoint with a Bluetooth keyboard and my iPad Pro 10.5 inch where the text input lags almost a full two seconds!! This is a PowerPoint only issue, as the text input delay is not present anywhere else in the system, and even not a factor of a demanding program because non-PowerPoint commands, such as multitasking or volume control respond immediately when using PowerPoint. It makes PowerPoint almost unbearable.

BEST PRESENTATION APP EVER. Literally, I don’t know how I would get through high-school without PowerPoint. It’s not the best app if you don’t get the office subscription, but if you do, this app, and all of the other Microsoft powered apps, go a REALLY long way. The suggestion system for it is absolutely spot-on in getting what you really want your presentation to look like. The transitions are limited, but you can usually get by by using the same one twice. I’ve wanted to express my absolute LOVE for PowerPoint for so long, and now seemed like the right time to do it. I just wanna say thanks to Microsoft, their team, and everyone involved in making this almost flawless app!

Best presentation app ever!. I just have to say that this makes doing presentations so much more easier especially when you’re in 6th grade! And it is definitely helpful when making party invitations! So I just wanted to give a 5 star review to this amazing app! And whoever reads my review please come visit my church in North Richland Hills. The church’s name is Adamant Believers Council. Please visit! And if you re in torment our pastor, G. Craig Lewis, will deliver you! I hope you are saved and redeemed by the love and power of Christ! Thank you for reading! Your friend, anonymous.😉

Great, But Could Be Better. I have been using PowerPoint for almost a year now, and I have to download it get onto my iOS iPad, I started to face some issues. For one, the iOS version of PowerPoint, in my experience, seems to be a bit slow. Now, I’ve used the Mac PowerPoint before and I faced none of these problems. On iOS, it just seems to be a bit slow in my experience. And I have one more good recommendation for this app.: When I’m searching fonts on PowerPoint, it usually takes me a long time to find just the right one. I would love it if there was a search bar above, so I can search my font rather than wasting all that time to look for it myself. Those are my only recommendations :)

Download too BIG!. I will no longer use Wifi - the artificial limits on download are about to make me delete your LARGE App. I have a case at Apple and of course they blame you and the carrier - the support agent agrees it is “Stupid”. I wonder why it’s okay to stream Gigs of a baseball game or a movie but downloading an app that is Broken is a NO NO. MS NOT that differentiating these days. Same for other MS apps. I like Outlook but LookOUT to be gone too. And since I own the company that buys 365 and Azure gone is a BIG gone. Tick. Tick, tick. I’m you are now aware and I can let other users know all is well in a few days or so, therefore rating will go to a deserved location. As I always say, “ when it doesn’t make sense it is about the Cents. Let’s use some common sense, and worry less about the small cents. Ready set GO! - drdave

Good but wish I didn’t run in to so many dead ends. 60% of the time, it does what I need, but there are some basic functionalities that are just missing and it doesn’t make sense why. You can’t search or replace copy in a presentation. Forget about copying multiple slides from one presentation to another (you have to close your presentation, open the one you need slides from, copy a single slide, close that presentation, open the first again, copy it in, and then repeat that process for every slide you need to copy in! Come on!). Honestly, at some times it feels like Microsoft is just messing with Apple users. “Fine we’ll give you our software for iPads but good luck getting anything done! Should have bought a surface!”

Arabic Language is Broken. I’m writing this based on my experience using PowerPoint on a Mac, not a mobile device. There is a serious issue with PowerPoint when you try to type in both English and Arabic in the same sentence. It is extremely common in the Middle East for someone to need to add an English word in parenthesis in the middle of an Arabic sentence. However, PowerPoint will jumble up the words and punctuation when you do this. This is a serious issue that affects more than 420 million Arabic speakers in the world. Microsoft needs to address this because PowerPoint is nearly unusable for those who need to create presentations in both English and Arabic. * What’s strange is that Microsoft Word can handle the two languages together better than PowerPoint. Although Word is not perfect either in the area.

What happened with the latest version??. My slide show keeps blurring slides and crashing after showing few slides. Up until your recent update, the app has been working perfectly on my iPad Pro (12.7 inch model). With the last update, I cannot use this app because of not only what I described above, but also the app freezes. Typically happens after swiping (with or without slide show) after 10-15 slides into the presentation. I’m running latest iOS 11 on my iPad. However, the app works fine from my iPhone X (running beta iOS 12, beta 8). Can you please fix this issue so I can rate this app 5 stars again? This is with version 2.16.1 (your latest version available). I have full Microsoft yearly membership for editing PPT, XLS, DOC files via the apps. Dear developer: feel free to email me if you need screenshots. I’ve tried this on several different slide decks from iPad. Same results unfortunately.

It’s OK but difficult to use on the phone. I really like Microsoft products however when you’re trying to type on the small keyboards that you have with your phone. You really lose out on accuracy and sometimes because of the size of your fingers you may press the wrong button’s and so forth. However if you got the time you could probably do some productive work on an app like this but it’s not something that’s going to happen very quickly. And also sometimes some of the functions that are easier to get to on the full program seem like they’re either not on this program or hard to get to because of the number of menus that you have to go through. Nevertheless it is worth it to have this program the more programs a person has the more options they have so I do like the program overall however there is a certain curve that you have to get over.

Mostly good, room for improvement. This app is mostly good, but I have encountered an error when taking notes in presentation mode. Sometimes I the ability to swipe between slides goes away and every stroke I make to attempt to do so just puts ink on the slide. It often takes many attempts to get the functionality bar to drop down from the top so that I can exit and re-enter presentation mode, which then usually fixes the problem for a time. In general, I think Microsoft could improve the functionality of the PowerPoint app to include the features of OneNote within a ppt presentation format and do away with one note altogether, thus eliminating the need to export ppts into one note.

Excellent app for iPad Pro, slightly buggy. This is an excellent and essential app for all students. It allows me to write on slides as I am following along to the lecture in class. The only downside for me is that with heavy usage of this app (I am probably on it 8+ hours a day), the app shuts itself down when trying to open a new presentation. This forces me to have to delete and redownload the app, almost every other day. Until that issue is fixed, I am leaving my review at 4 stars.

Corrupted File. I had a very important presentation to make and at the last minute there was an issue saving it and it got severely corrupted apparently. It hasn't opened since. This is such a shame and now I understand why Microsoft and Apple are so reluctant to fuse together for projects such as this. It's a complete disaster; an utter failure of the highest regard. One would expect more of not one, but two multi-billion dollar companies, allegedly attempting to (re)design a program which has already been on the market for over a decade. Seriously, it is as if a novice, trainee student from a back-alley detention center in Detroit was hired to design this app for a net sum of thirty cents. A disgrace. Additionally, some of the formats for inserted pictures actually reduce the quality of the photos themselves. This is also a problem with the PC version. I'm glad to be able to witness the headway Microsoft has made towards addressing these deficiencies. Or, perhaps lack thereof.

Great concept but unreliable. Was very excited initially about the potential of using PowerPoint on my iPad. I do lots of presentations and it’s not always convenient to use a laptop. So I was hoping this would be the ideal solution. Unfortunately, it’s not very stable. I have attempted to use it about 20 times on my iPad and almost every presentation I’ve done it randomly closes on its own. In addition there are many times I work on the presentation on my desktop and those changes do not always populate on my iPad through the use of Dropbox. I thought initially maybe it was dropbox but none of the other the information that I’ve access that way has been an issue. Hopefully they will work these bugs out.

If I could give it a negative 1000 I would. In the past 3 months there has been a forum on the MS website about educators and students having difficulty writing on ppt slides because the app will crash and delete the progress. It has effected me drastically in taking away my study time and trying to find a new way to learn. I write and notate on my ppts and rely strongly for them to study so I can finish nursing school. No one from MS has responded in 2 months. They stopped responding when they couldn’t find out what was wrong and left us with the problem. FIX IT MS. This is a huge let down because it obviously isn’t compatible with the new IOS updates. Do something !!! Help us. Update 9/28: they still haven’t fixed it. They keep recycling old information to follow when the forum already said it doesn’t work. Meaning… they aren’t actually working on a solution. Use OfficeSuite instead. Thank me later.

Useful Teaching Aid. I’m using Powerpoint mobile to record teaching screencasts and find it very useful. ONE SUGGESTION: Could you add different colored pens and highlighters directly to the quick access bar at the top in presentation mode? When I tap to change color, that appears on my screen. If it were simply in the bar at the top and didn’t drop down, then I could simply crop that part of the video before I post it. I’m guessing there are others who would be interested in a similar feature. Thanks!

Average but better than most MS mediocrity. I never expect much from Microsoft, after 30 years of suffering with buggy, poor performing products but this is a bit better than most. I still prefer Keynote for major presentations (especially video and media intensive presentations), but some people are still stuck with Windows OS and I usually save to PPT for them. PPT on iPhone is ok and if not for MS being so obsessed with login minutiae (a less than 50% chance of getting past logging in challenges that plagues MS apps), I would rate higher. Not as bug-free as Apple software, but a little better than typical MS software that is unsupported and buggy.

New update is subpar. I used to love this app when I’m taking notes on my IPad. However, its slowing me down and annoying me. Here’s why: 1. Whenever I try to type something in the notes section, the slide doesnt resize anymore to fit the screen with the section open. Even if I try to minimize the slide, you can’t move it to the side to keep the whole thing in view. 2. The names of my presentations are disappearing! For example, I’ll have a presentation that I named “Ch. 14 Cardiac Assessment.” Now it’ll only show me “Ch. 14.” I’m getting confused in trying to open the correct presentation! 3. When I try to save my presentation from one drive to another, it’ll save the presentations in both drives instead of just transferring it to another. I don’t know if that bothers anyone else, but it bothers me. PLEASE FIX THIS WITH A NEW UPDATE. OR JUST BRING BACK THE PREVIOUS UPDATE!

Ridiculous gatekeeping. Displaying my PPT on PowerPoint on my phone would save me from downloading a third-party app, so I naively thought I would open my PPT in PowerPoint instead of saving it to my device. Oh, foolish me. When I went to save the PPT from PowerPoint, after confirming it displayed okay, I was greeted with a prompt informing me that in this app, without a subscription, I cannot save a PPT to my device. So I had to close PowerPoint and open a third-party app that didn’t gatekeep basic functionality like saving a PPT you imported. What is the point of using a Microsoft service when it is going to hassle me for trying to use such basic functionality? What service cost are they incurring by me saving my own PPT onto my own device on my own network that requires me to pay them almost ten dollars a month? Why would I ever choose to pay for this software when it is so petty upfront and when there are so many other options? And what possessed me once again to use any Microsoft software knowing that I have regretted it every single time? I suppose I will never know if the premium subscription features are worth the price tag, since it looks to me like Microsoft is charging the subscription cost of an actual service with actual overhead to unlock basic features that are already in the software I’ve downloaded.

PowerPoint now constantly crashes on iPad Pro. For almost 3 years, I have been a heavy user of PowerPoint on my iPad Pro - most particularly, using the Apple Pencil to annotate my slides. This has been a pivotal part of my workflow - and major driver of productivity and efficiency. Now, every time I write on more than 3-4 slides, PowerPoint crashes. A thread about this was launched on Microsoft’s Community page on June 19th, and initially a Microsoft representative was actively engaging with the many people who shared this same issue. However, it has been more than 2 months since any attempt at response/solution has been offered. This is clearly a major issue for a lot of people - and it needs to be fixed!

Difficult to use on iPad. This app is very frustrating to use on an iPad with a full keyboard. Text editing doesn’t respond like you would expect—navigating through text using arrow keys and the Cmd/Option keys, formatting and resizing text and objects, working in the slide interface, adding animations, etc. are all very frustrating to use. There seems to be a full second delay when you click anywhere and I always seem to click multiple times on the same thing just to make it feel responsive. Very different experience from the desktop app and I really hate using this version.

Glaring flaw. I use PowerPoint on my PC and iPad, with the files I edit sitting in my iCloud Drive. I rehearsed an early draft of my presentation on my iPad then spent several days working on my presentation on my PC. I then opened up PowerPoint on my iPad and it overwrote the version of my presentation saved by my PC to iCloud, without warning, with the old version I’d opened days before on my iPad. I lost several days of work due to the bizarre auto save feature. If I’d waited to put the presentation on my iPad until the morning of my presentation I would have nothing to show after it overwrote the most recent version. Why PowerPoint would auto save when there’s a more recent time stamp on the system file is beyond me. This is a fatal flaw that makes this program one star to me. Otherwise it’s a great app, but I could have lost my job due to the overwrite so its hard to recommend this app to anyone working on presentations that matter.

works pretty well. It works similar to editing PowerPoint in a Teams site. Much functionality is missing, but you can get the basic job done. One thing that doesn't work on the iPad, for me, is that when I select text, I no longer get the pop up menu (e.g. select, select all, copy, paste, etc) this is VERY inconvenient. I have a couple work arounds for some of those elements, but it forces me to have to jump through several steps to do a simple action. This used to work, and then on a recent app upgrade, the menu disappeared. Hope I'm not the only one and they can fix this pretty major bug.

Feels like a downgrade. I grew up with MS Office products, and I have always been a solid advocate of it. But I have to say that Power Point has been a let down so far, when it comes to using it on iPad. I have been dealing with the same problem, for several years now, reported it three times, and no has responded et alone fixed the problems/bugs: (1) On iPad Pro, converting PPT files to PDF is near impossible, when it comes to moderately sized PPT files (ie with a moderate load of images). It simply doesn’t convert. (2) Loading files that are already stored on the iPad takes forever, or is play do not reopen sometimes, and the system keeps trying and trying to open the file in what seems like forever. This problem seems to be less persistent when WiFi is turned off, but then that defies the whole point of being able to use many of the functionalities that are otherwise only available when you’re connected online. I am still a big fan/supporter, and only use Power Point for my presentation work, but I have to say that something’s got to give, eventually, f they don’t address such issues.

Too much flash and too little standard features. I really do like having PowerPoint (and the rest of the office suite) on my phone and my iPad. And there’s a lot I can do on them to edit a presentation. But while Microsoft keeps adding pretty things, there are very basic functions that are missing, making it sometimes impossible to use this in a work environment. My currently biggest beefs: 1. No ability to select and copy/move/delete multiple slides. A slide sorter would be nice for doing that but I’d just go with the ability to do it in the existing interface. But moving slides from one presentation to another is just too painful if you have to do it one slide at a time. 2. Missing highlighting option. Not because I can’t highlight text (would be nice but I can do without that) but because I can’t get rid of highlighting someone else put in a slide (using a different version of PowerPoint). This is absolutely annoying because there is NO workaround. There are other, smaller user interface issues, but they are annoying, not insurmountable. In general, for most purposes, this is a good app. Just beware that it is missing features that you are used to from the desktop version.

The app constantly crashes. I’m not really someone who writes reviews, especially when the issue I’m writing about has been written before but honestly the fact that the same issue still hasn’t been resolved is frustrating. Any time I try and use the app on my iPad, it crashes. I have forced closed, deleted and re-downloaded the app, restarted my iPad, factory reset and still nothing, the app still crashes. I understand that things happen and apps wont always work the way you need them to but this is super ridiculous. I downloaded PowerPoint so that it would be easier for me to take notes during class but it may be better for me to hand write my notes given the fact that I can’t even get the app open when I need it. I don’t care for a glitter pencil especially when the app is constantly freezing and crashing when I need it. Please resolve the problems the users actually care about so that we can properly use the app. Thank you in advance.

Not nearly the functionality as it should have on iPad!!. I’m really disappointed by this app. First of all I have trouble working with large ppts that I’ve saved to Dropbox. I often get a notice that I “no longer have access to the file” and have to save a copy...which then doesn’t open. So sometimes I’m just screwed. This is frustrating. Further, there is no timing or recording option in the “view slide show” tab. You can’t select multiple objects at once, the lasso select tool doesn’t work for me, and it’s very hard to move around on the slide. Maybe I’m just not used to it, but it doesn’t have nearly the level of functionality as the full version on a Mac. So frustrating because I would love to edit, save, and practice my presentations on the go. This is a major reason why I bought an iPad.

No Capability To Insert/Import of PDF. I have noticed that PowerPoint seems to restrict the user from inserting or importing a PDF into a slide. It appears that Microsoft doesn't have a way to convert a PDF to a PNG file, which can be inserted into PowerPoint. This would be very helpful for users who have to work with data sets that have been exported to PDF and need to be used in a PowerPoint. It would save time from manually adding/recreating the text and graphics from these documents. Also, if there is a better file conversion (other than PDF to PNG) that would maintain (or increase) the document’s native resolution and clarity yet still allow the user to insert the document and auto-adjust it to the PowerPoint slide’s dimensions. Please share the location of this function as I have not been able to locate it.

New update is not an improvement. The new update is a huge down grade. You now get glittery pens - but functionality has been lost. I used to be able to shrink the size of the powerpoint slides and type in the note section along side - which was carried throughout the powerpoint file. Now every time I switch a slide, it is MAXIMIZED to the largest size possible - and I have to re-shrink it down again and again. Even worse, the slide can no longer be moved to the side to accommodate the note space so that you can view the slide and notes fully and simultaneously side-by-side. Not only that, but every time I minimize the application to jump on safari powerpoint restarts completely, and I lose my place in the slides. These complaints may not seem like a huge deal, but for someone who is in PA school and sits through 6 hour lectures, these are huge disappointments and annoyances. I’ve used powerpoint since I began college 6 years ago, but I will be using another app if these problems aren’t fixed soon.

Not enough in app purchases. It’s a decent app. I tried using PowerPoint once for my ex wife’s wedding. It was a slide about the stages of early age male balding and focused on how my hairline wasn't bad enough for Lisa to divorce me. She decided to file a restraining order. I really like all the transition options between slides. My favorite is the airplane one because it reminds me of my ex wife’s face. My only critique on the app is that there isn’t a feature to help me deep fake my ex wife into some hentai. Yesterday I used PowerPoint to make a presentation on fruits that look like vaginas and my gay son walked in. I’m thinking about giving him to an orphanage so that Lisa wouldn’t have to worry about him if she started dating me again. Lisa’s neighbor just texted me that my wife’s favorite color is green so I think PowerPoint should make their logo have some green in it.

Several issues, please fix. Two very annoying issues, please look into this. All of the Microsoft apps have the same problem. 1- They add random lines across the document when you’re using “draw” mode (Apple Pencil) to take notes just from the heat of the pencil, this happens when my pencil is not even touching the document but placed above it right before I draw the next letter or word. (This occurs when I have “draw with touch” turned off) 2- then size of the “pen” changes randomly for no reason. Making some words or full sentences bold and then goes back to the normal pencil size. Specific to PowerPoint: when I am writing notes using Apple Pencil on top of the notes/slides that I downloaded for school, it constantly selects the text boxes and moves them around at the slightest touch. I want to be able to just take notes on top of slides. I don’t like doing so in presenter mode because you can’t change the size of the font and everything comes out as extremely bold handwriting. There’s also not undo button in presenter mode. Please fix these issues

.Power Point. I have worked on ppt for many years now, and the reality is when you create a presentation from years past and now are able to update various features due to upgrades from Microsoft Office and especially Power Point, it becomes a powerful visual media for training, communication, orientation, marketing, advertising, etc. I know there are some who say they don’t color ppt presentations but I for one try and use the full color capabilities of Power Point and all the bells and whistles it has been designed with.

Please Update ASAP. I have been using the same two 50-75 slide presentations daily for 2 years with minimal issues. Since update 2.16.2 crashes occur half way into every presentation. The crash occurs on different slides every time. When crash occurs I can only describe it as the slide turns into the equivalent of old school UHF TV fuz ...only instead of black and white the pixelation is colored. All slides remain this way until app is closed out. I updated to the latest version of iOS and deleted and reinstalled App and all presentations to no avail. I deeply regret having updates to app download automatically, as past versions worked adequately for my limited needs. If Microsoft cannot play nice with Apple please just pull Apps form the marketplace.

Lack of substance. I find the iPad version of PowerPoint a nuisance more than a helpful app for professionals and students alike. There’s no way to make sub-bullet points, no way to indent any of the text, the option to add a text box is literally at the end of the “insert” bar so it’s annoying whenever I have to add any text box (which is what you have to do the most when you’re creating a PowerPoint), there’s no way to exit from the presentation mode without having to touch the screen and the screen kind of twitches whenever I try to choose a text box to edit the text so I always end up tapping outside the box which means that I’ll have to do it all over again. Also, if your goal was to give the app a “clean and simple” look, you don’t have to literally cripple it to do that.

OneDrive Rocks!. I actively use five devices, and four are portable. Four from Apple, the fifth is a Windows device. Being able to grab any device at any time and add a new thought to a presentation is quite the luxury, and previously many of those transient thoughts were lost. Navigating the iPad versions was a bit of a puzzle but I finally found all the functionality that I had learned how to use on my big computers. Having it is easy to edit and share presentations saves a lot of pre-presentation stress. Philip Paden WFPB eye doc

SAVE YOUR $$ IF FOR YOUR IPAD 2021+. Firstly, I love Microsoft Window products. I purchased this brand new iPad for my class, and I needed MS Word and MS PowerPoint. I jumped on to make my first PP presentation and I figured it out. With the IPad OS even if you hover over a feature it still doesn’t tell you what it is. So, I have to tap n learn. Thankfully, I have muscle memory using windows based platforms and PP, but that is another discussion. Secondly, I made my presentation, saved it, and went to pull it up later. I saved it in OneDrive and on the IPad. No can do! Neither file would open up for me. I started hunting around the internet and this seems to be a common issue with the iPad and MS PP. Once again, both are the latest versions. So, I will use my old HP and bang out another PP and hope my six year old laptop holds out for another couple of months. Meanwhile, this latest and greatest ipad cannot support this MS platform. I know. Different software, not meant to run on iPad. Well, maybe Apple shouldn’t allow it to run, or maybe MS should fix it to RUN on Apple. I know both of these companies have employees going to work for each other. Save your money if you are thinking about MS PP for your ipad.

Can’t even use it. Recently bought a brand new iPad Air and Apple Pencil for the sole purpose of using it for school (I am a nursing student). I cannot even use this app, because whenever I open it so I can write notes onto the slides during class, it crashes. Sometimes I can’t even get as far as the app completely launching before it crashes. I have the same issue when I try to save any notes I have taken that way they aren’t totally gone, crashes before it will even save/send. I’ve done all the troubleshooting I can that I have found suggested by Microsoft and none of it solved the problem. Based off of what I’m reading, this has been an issue for several months and has gone unanswered and unresolved by Microsoft. I am just very disappointed and frustrated that I spent so much money not even two weeks ago on this iPad and Apple Pencil and cannot use it for the main reason it was purchased due to the bugs in this app. Please fix this!!

Crash-City. After taking a full class’-worth of notes in my O-Chem class on my iPad Pro, it crashed and deleted all of it. I restarted taking them, frantically trying to catch back up while still listening; it did it an additional 2x and it would still not save my work. It did this last semester sometimes, but it has somehow gotten worse because it’s now happening every time I use it. I updated both my iPad as well as the PPTX app. I am going to stop using this app if it’s not fixed, just have to find some other alternative I guess because this is absolutely maddening. Happy to improve my review if it is addressed because it has the potential to be perfect for my needs, but until then, the 1 star is just because 0 was not an option…

Paid version needs feature parity with PowerPoint Online. Right now the iOS version (even paid) is pretty weak at best. While I can review the file and look at it, only the most basic of functionality is carried over. Things like SmartArt are a constant thing I need to edit which is completely unavailable in the iOS version. What’s more, is while it is available in PPT Online, if you have the iOS version installed, trying to launch a PPT from any other program (Teams, OneDrive, even the browser) simply loads the iOS version. In order to do basic editing of even slightly more robust things like SmartArt requires me to constantly uninstall the iOS version, do my edits in the browser, then reinstall the iOS version once complete. Please get at least feature parity with the Online version.

Definitely a downgrade. I love Microsoft Office, I truly do. When I purchased this app I thought it would have the same features I get when I am using a PC. I was mistaken. I am limited to how I can edit, and even when I download templates from the actual site since I have a subscription, there are so many hurdles, you can’t directly paste into what has been formatted, you have a limited amount of edits that can be done to a picture, just very basic features that are not in this app. This app is disappointing. SOLUTIONS MICROSOFT PPT! 1. Ensure editing features that are widely used on PPT on a PC or MAC can be accessible in this app. This includes but is not limited to: Copying and Pasting buttons, Format buttons, allowing pictures to be pasted into shapes, if you have a template available for those who have a subscription TEST THE BLOODY THING OUT ON AN IPAD AND SEE IF ITS EASY TO USE AND FORMAT FOR GOODNESS SAKE, don’t just provide a design idea for when a picture is inserted this should be a feature for the entire slide, DELETE MEANS DELETE (I can’t tell you how many glitches I have had with this app).

not 100% like the computer. So on my iPad Pro, this is still not 100% like using a computer for my powerpoints. I'm a teacher, and I prefer to have my slides set to 8.5" x 11" so that way, when I print them out for student handouts, they are perfectly formatted. However, the only 2 options here are "Standard" 4:3 and "Widescreen" 16:9. Although I can change the slide size on my computer, and it retains its format when opening on the iOS app, it still is obnoxious to have to go through that step rather than just completely edit on my iPad without using a different device prior.

Bad. I heard good things about PowerPoint, but let me tell you the truth. It’s terrible. I got one complaint, but the complaint stops me from being able to use the app. My touch keyboard decides to wonder off whenever I need to type something in a presentation! And as I’m sure you can tell, my keyboard is working now because I’m typing this review! If you have any suggestions that are better than the ones on your website, I’d love to hear them. Ps: the ones on the website don’t work in case you couldn’t tell!

My opinion why PowerPoint is a wonderful app for me?. I find PowerPoint very helpful in my life, as I can make power points of anything I like. PowerPoint is also free to use and there are lots of different designs to help your PowerPoint look even better. I strongly recommend to get this app, so you can use it for all different kinds of things e.g school, work and lots more!!

Worst. This is the worst app in whole world. It won’t let me open my files. It takes for ever to load. It automatically gets deleted and my files are deleted. There’s no point of having this app unless you want waste you time. This is the worst app. I don’t suggest having this app. Once I made a file and it was for school I worked so hard on it and on the I opened it it was automatically deleted luck I had saved it in a USB otherwise I would have got a big juicy 0 in my result.

OpenDocument Formats are supported!. Much to my surprise, Microsoft PowerPoint not only natively supports the OpenDocument Formats - such as OpenDocument Presentation (“.odp”) - but it does so flawlessly... Which is the exact opposite of what I can say with regards to Apple’s “Keynote” application, which does not support such formats at all... It is a little disappointing that one must enable “analyze content” in Microsoft PowerPoint’s privacy settings in order for the OpenDocument Formats to work, but given how few applications support the popular OpenDocument Formats, I guess it is a small price to pay. I have removed a single star for my privacy concerns noted above, but aside from this minor complaint, I highly recommend Microsoft PowerPoint to all Apple iOS users; more so if you frequently use the OpenDocument Formats.

Do not download for ipad. I downloaded PowerPoint on my iPad to use for studying and annotating slides in lectures, worked perfectly for about 2 weeks and now PowerPoint crashes every time I open it. It began glitching and crashes within minutes. There is a community thread on Microsoft of several people complaining of the exact same issue for months and Microsoft are yet to remedy or acknowledge the issue. Do not download for use on an iPad.

Functionality is severely reduced on iPad. In essence, PowerPoint is useful. However, on the iPad it has a considerably limited amount of functionality. For instance, selecting multiple items is impossible, unless you wish to select ALL items, making grouping and synchronisation of animations tedious or impossible. Another thing I find really irritating with the app is that it continuously has to do a complete refresh/restart once I leave the app to go into another app. This makes creating a PowerPoint especially tedious, since you have to wait for it to reload every single time, as well as for Word to reload, if you need to check your script.

Not really compatible with the Mac version. When using the PPt files produced on the Mac the Ipad PowerPoint shows different size of the fonts which often cause mismatch in the position of items. This is really annoying and should be fixed, as it is practically impossible to use a Mac presentation on Ipad without being forced to revise it completely and readjust the font size, the position of the objects etc.

Best app ever! Thanks Microsoft Corporation!. Who said this app is not worth it? This is absolutely the best thing I have ever come across on iPad, and I have been using it for a few years now on the iPad. To the developer Microsoft, I’d like to say thanks for making an iPad version, just perfect for those who don’t have a computer, or for those who want to use PowerPoint, but don’t want to have to get on the computer to do it, or even for those who simply don’t have the time to jump onto a computer to use PowerPoint. Presentation making, made easy! It’s amazing what an iPad app can do!

Power point. I really enjoy using power point for my school work. I have got my friends on it and they love it. The only down side is how you need Microsoft 365 to access different features which i dont really need anyway. Overall I love it. Thx microsoft

Great app but some glitches. This app is great! But there are some glitches, like trying to delete something but having to do it twice or trying to click on the text bar to write something and it just won’t work e.g. tapping on the text bar but then something weird will happen like the whole slide will glitch and you will have to re-place all the items. Thank you, great app (Please fix!)

AWSOME APP!!!!! But........... Power point is a really good app, except it takes 10 years to load (i’m being sarcastic, don’t worry) :/. This app is useful for me at school because my internet doesn’t work properly at school but it does take a really long time to load!! When they say the update regularly, mine hasn’t updated for a year (no jokes this time)!!!! When i first got my ipad power point was an awsome app, it worked perfectly, until now..... i have to say, i’m really disappointed in how many changes this app has!!! For this i’m putting the rates down to, 3!!! I’m really disappointed because power point has worked for me for years and now it’s just.....!!! Shame on you people who created the app!!! I’m really disappointed, i’m sorry to say but yea! 😔

Great App, But Needs Bug Fixing!. This app is great for my school work and it has so many options and functions! 😀 However, I have been working on a slide these past few days, and there is a serious lag in the app; buttons don’t respond until about 10 seconds later, and some buttons don’t respond at all! I have tried refreshing the app and then updating it, but there is still a bug. Great app but this must be fixed - I have homework to do! 📚🤓

Does not let me tipe. Microsoft is good and all but it doesn’t let me type I know mostly everything in Microsoft lets you type but I’m an iPad and it doesn’t let me type…… but it is a really good for using as schoolwork doing for anything well notes might be better nights five but but this one does not let me type doesn’t let me use the pencil pen anything And it’s so annoying I go in a new one I go in the title anyone really doesn’t let me type

Needs an update for a few things. This is a great app and all but a few features need to be changed and added. I think that a feature could be that there is a shared working opportunity so that two or more people can be working on one PowerPoint. This will allow u to see what the other person is doing but live, instead of having to go back and forth and singing in and out of the app. I think this app would rlly benefit from this idea because it will allow high school students such as myself to work with someone on their PowerPoint live and allow us to benefit from another persons ideas. I also believe that the design ideas should be made easier to reach/use because I’m constantly having to get rid of text boxes that I myself have added in in order to get help from the design ideas function. I hope this comment is read and thought about. Thank you!

This app is great. I really enjoy PowerPoint for creating presentations and slides because you have so many options for what you want to do and create. I also love how it shows you design ideas for your background You need this app!

Still doesn’t render properly. What year is it? When was this released? This is mostly a great app and it does what you would expect it to, but: 1) it still does not render the slides the same as on another platform. If you made the slides on a PC then shapes won’t line up with text in boxes properly when you display using iOS. This has been a day 1 problem. 2) I wish there was a stand alone slide shower app. There is no universe where I would want to edit/create a slideshow on my iPad. It is a miserable process that doesn’t work with touch (maybe a mouse though?). Worse I’m worried about accidentally changing elements on a perfect slideshow with an accidental touch.

Power point. Power Point is a successfull and well made app which I recommend it to everyone because if you don’t have a device such as a laptop or a Computer well u have your iPad IPhone and also iPods to use power point so this is why I rated this app 5 Star so plz show some love and a lot of RATES❤️🔥✌🏻

Fun thing by Lara. Most people like me love PowerPoint because of all the different ways I can wright and that you can get photos on it too! I believe that it is one of my favourite apps (followed by Microsoft word)😃 I recommend this app to you and your family, friends and children (If you have any children) Better than Shopkins world and believe me over 1,000 people love Shopkin world! Also PowerPoint is quite cheap.🤑🤑but also if you don't have a keyboard it is very hard to wright but soon you will get use to it unless you already have. Practically all I can say is that it is very fun and creative.

Amazing a+. Power point is amazing and i love it and us we it all the time. Only problem is the signing in i have had to sign in a few to many times but other than that it is an amazing app for school work and just for fun

Good idea but.... This app is a very good way to present your ideas on a presentation but, it has controls that can get a little bit irritating. An example of this is when you are trying to put in a background behind your table, when you try to move your table into place, you just end up moving the background colour. So to anyone who would like to make these presentations, use the computer version, which is much better, rather than using the improper iOS version.

Great app, But doesn’t save.. I sometimes delete this app when it’s not needed to make room for other things, but each time I do that it never saves my work. Please fix this.

Great. This app is amazing for when you want to do school projects or just want to have fun making slide shows or presentations. I really like it how it’s compatible with OneDrive and that you can email it to teachers or friends. You can also add comments and share it using OneDrive to people so that it can be live updated. (You can work on it at the same time as your friend or teacher) In conclusion, I would highly recommend this app because it is multi useful and can be used for many purposes. Thankyou Microsoft for making great platforms for everyone!!! P.S. it’s really easy to use I highly recommend it for anyone 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Confusing. I couldn’t find the audio record button on my iPad that was available on my classmates laptops. The closest things to it were purchased music or rehearsing it, as if I was going to say it aloud to an audience as I presented my PPt, instead of recording my voice so that I could present it in front of the class and not have to say much (if at all). I would love for PowerPoint to make the audio recording button easier to find on iPad, if it is there at all already.

I can’t type!. I’ve tried to type many times but its not letting me. It works very well on my PC but not on my IPad. I also try pasting and it still doesn’t work. Same thing happens with inserting photos. I’m very sorry but I have to give this app a 4 out of 5

Convenient. It’s convenient to make changes when you’re not around the home computer, though there do seem to be a few features missing. e.g. On the desktop version i am able to add audio files to the slides, but on mobile, there’s no such option. Fix these little things, and it’d even could be great.

Pretty good, almost perfect.. I’ve ditched my MacBook for an iPad Pro to use as my daily driver at uni and I can do almost everything I did on my MacBook with this app which is amazing. One thing that would make this app perfect for me is the ability to utilise iPadOS 13’s ability to open multiple Spaces or “windows” of PowerPoint. I tend to go between multiple presentations at once for different uni subjects so this would help my productivity by not having to close one presentation to open another over and over.

Not the best. Power point may be awesome to others but for me it did nit work I don’t recommend it but do what you want when I downloaded it I could write and I deleted it and then downloaded it again but it still did not work and this time it kicked me out every single time I went in so I don’t recommend it but you can download it if you want

Will fix when issue is resolved. So I’ve been working on a presentation due tomorrow and I have done about 4 full slides, it was working well other than the fact that everything is cap locked and I can’t change font size either, until suddenly the app became all laggy and now I can’t type or do anything to the PowerPoint, and I still have another 3-4 pages left to do. For now this gets a one star due to the poor reliability of the app, despite its potential. When the lagging stops or is fixed I will increase my rating.

Hey I did the pick and go home I do not know. I just don’t want you guys going on a day like you have to do it a bit but maybe after I pick ya I’ll go get it a few days later I’m gonna just got to go see the new one I have to get to my house to pick it you want to go see the house I don’t want...

Power point. I love this app for work and would recommend it to other people. But it is a bit tricky to type and put spaces in a and edit your work. It would be a 5 star app if it was a bit easier to do everything you would do on a laptop/computer.

The game first chat is was created in a well be top of off your. The two first time two things are going on to through a game lot little game is chat and started playing to get it never started playing and I don’t know if I it they had a to me challenge and it was is still a sore one game I wanna had to come be with a lot of stuff I wanna like a little boy bit like a that boy and a boy is so cute he has a lot tiki bar and so he was like

videos keep shuffling towards the right when played. when i play my videos in presentation/editing mode, the clip ALWAYS shuffles towards the right, leaving an ugly black strip. this is very annoying when i am practising, since the video always moves. this glitch is not only a problem for me, but also some of my friends and classmates. even if you shuffle the video to the left, the same thing happens. so bothersome, please fix, other than that, ppt on ipad is ok, to improve try to implement some of the computer functions, to make the app more powerful. would appreciate it if this was taken into consideration. thanks in advance.

Super glitchy and slow - limited features. Really frustrates me that my Microsoft subscription price has not reduced but now because I’m using it on iPad instead of MacBook about 50% of the features are gone. Good luck trying to do anything advanced with formatting or animations. Also annoying that the pencil always reverts to draw, so you’re drawing all over the presentation rather than selecting things like a mouse. Then, once your presentation gets long enough it becomes super glitchy; the draw function gets locked on, you can’t select things or move them, now my iPad keyboard has stopped responding in PowerPoint (although works fine in other applications) and I have to use the on-screen keyboard. So ridiculous.

Garbage. You can’t insert gifs, name a shared file, use the remove background feature, change the length and directions of most animations/transitions, flip images around vertically and stop random crashes which lose your progress, just to name a few. I would think a very wealthy company would at least be able to make a good app, but I stand corrected.

Amazing. The app is amazing but you been to pay $9:99 a month and I am going to delete it because of that it is good of you have a school Microsoft account then it is free for my daughter 👧 it is free because she has a Microsoft account from school but if you don't you need to pay $9:99 a month not a year not every two months but. Every month I am loving this app it has so many things to do so many fonts and colors to use as the typing or the Background but with the background you can put in photos videos and words and much more. LOVE this app

It’s awesome!. I love this app and all of the office works apps to. PowerPoint is simple, so it is easy to learn how to do it. And by saying it’s simple, I don’t mean it in a bad way. Some apps are so complicated that I don’t know how to work them out, but office works apps... are a total different thing.

Not good. I use this app for school and it’s been terrible it crashes constantly and I have lost lots of work. Right now I have a very important assignment that I’ve lost because I can’t enter the app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it and it still crashes😡😡😡

Excellent compatibility with desktop PowerPoint. I appreciate the effort been made to make practically all features of the desktop application work here. So it’s easy to create on desktop and move to iPad for presenting and final touches to editing. A couple of suggestions: - please make audio not muted when the iPad ringer is off. Quite apart from it taking me hours to figure this out, it’s an unwelcome break to a presentation when pressing play on a video and having to stop to turn on the ringer so there is sound. - is it possible to add a chrome cast button when playing a presentation? When visiting offices most large displays seem to offer chrome cast whilst not all firms have an Apple TV.

STUPIDEST game ever. I love this game but I’m on iPad and there’s NO KEYBOARD ⌨️ that’s the only thing that bothers me so ADD A KEYBOARD now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(this is the third time trying and now I’ve burst out in tears 😭 because my dad won’t let me do one because he’s doing a stupid thing on his computer and I’m a pro at PowerPoint so what do I do now????)😱😨😰😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬💩💩💩💩

Morons working in customer service. I have problems using PowerPoint. I’m unable to copy paste. I tried to contact services and they’re hopeless. First they keep transferring me In different departments. Finally someone told me that he’ll help me but phone disconnected and no one calls me back. I gave them My number in case line drops. Can you believe same thing happened again. After doing all that call drops and no one called me back. It’s really hard to understand their accent. Then i tried chat option. They’re more hopeless. They send me case id and left the chat. Finally I canceled my subscription and trying new options now.

It good but…. It’s good app for COMPUTERS and since I only have an iPad this PowerPoint won’t allow me to type ANYTHING . So for example, I’m trying to do my homework task on PowerPoint and I open a brand new slide and it won’t allow me to type. So every time this happens I swipe the app to the sky or turn my iPad fully off. But when I do it, it changes NOTHING so I wouldn’t recommend if your doing this on iPad😤😩🙄

Review. Annoying how you can’t learn words like you’re able to in word. Idk what it is, the red squiggly lines just get to me sometimes, even though they don’t show up in the finished slide show. Otherwise all features are good

Minecraft is great. Roblox is so fun when you win all the levels, I like your game angry birds is so good where you can make stop-motions with it! Please Download this iMovie this is so good. It’s really cool how you can make your own quizzes and play other people’s. One problem is that you should be able to share your projects with other ScratchJr users. Otherwise GarageBand is great!

Internal Hyper Links?. This is fine and all, but one thing I just hate about this version of PowerPoint is the lack of being able to make a picture or line of text a link to another slide within the PowerPoint. Please add this feature, as many people need it.

DO THIS NOW PLZ IT IS SO ANNOYING. Hi I enjoy PowerPoint but there is a really weird and annoying glitch/bug. You need to tap twice for text and once for other stuff, but when I tap once it doesn’t come up with the delete and everything. PLZ FIX THIS NOW I NEED IT FOR SCHOOL. It is also a bit glitchy with the moving and position and width stuff. I don’t want to keep having to use the website!

Good, but dodgy about signing in 🤔. PowerPoint is an AWESOME app! I use it a lot on my laptop for fun because it IS fun. But there's one thing. Signing in. There is only ONE point of signing in. If you DELETE the app and reinstall it in the future, your presentations are there. But what If you don't want to login to your account? The app keeps forcing me to sign in like "Sign in to edit and save." You don't need to sign in. Signing in isn't everything. Well I have less than 1 GB on my iPad, and if I sign in, would every one of my presentations from my laptop come to my iPad? I don't want to sign in because my storage could come down a big bunch and could run out of storage fast. When I'm not signed in and I really don't want to, PowerPoint is very useless and I have nothing to do about it, so I have to delete the app on my iPad until this problem is fixed. Sorry. 😥 So you can make a huge difference to PowerPoint and the other apps by not needing to sign in.

PowerPoint is great! But.................... Powerpoint is awesome and I highly recommend it. However it did not get 5 star rating from me because there are a few things that irritate me. E.g, on computer if you want a different font it is automatically there and you can try one out before you select it! On a iPad which I am currently on you have to download every single font which would be ok if I knew what each font looked like and I know the fonts by name, but I just wanted to browse. There are also a few other things I would like you to fix but that is top on my list. Also I would love it if you could add some more project themes to make it more fun. Maybe a theme with animals or a landscape (e.g ocean, desert, rainforest). Thankyou!

Great!. Powerpoint is perfect for making presentations for anything such as school or work. It has great features to use and a range of designs for your every need. My only concern is the fact that it is incredibly slow and malfunctions quite often. I would really like to see this get better in the future. Thanks Jaya

One of the singular MOST mediocre apps ever made. Microsoft needs to pull their fingers in on the next apps made. This app has bugs and glitches galore, not to mention that not all functions are carried over from the PC version. Specifically, their Multi-Screen functionality needs a massive overhaul. When I attempt to move between slides, PowerPoint pulls me out of the viewer mode because it received the input as me attempting to move one of the items on the slide. Get this fixed, because it’s embarrassing, sloppy workmanship.

Does not respect trimmed audio settings from desktop version. PowerPoint mobile on iPad doesn’t work with trimmed audio at all. It would be great if it could be updated so audio timings are respected. There should also be an option to change the timings for each slide in the interface.

No editing while reading would be great!. Would love to review files without editing the file by accident. But great app!

Options. You should go look at the canva app get some references from there add more options and stuff like that

Crashing. The app keeps crashing. Need to fix ASAP.

Crashes constantly. Perfect. Started crashing constantly on the first day of moving to online instruction. Thanks Microsoft for turning my tablet into a paperweight.

Truly horrible and unusable. Every time I open the app it begins to download a previous presentation. There is no progress bar but after several minutes it’s still downloading. Hit cancel and it still stays downloading. After many more minutes I give up and admit this app is a piece of unusable trash.

So I need to pay to use the app?. I’m just gonna use google slides.

I cannot work. I cannot work on my presentations and nothing is working I am would like it if you would fix it right now all right Do it now!!! 😡👎🏻

It’s okay. I have a phone and it makes it a lot harder to do the PowerPoints on and on my iPad it’s way too hard to move slides around and edit also way to glitchy

Visualisation rapide et correction facile.. L’application mobile permet d’afficher correctement les documents Word sans aucun problème, ainsi que d’effectuer des modifications qui sont synchronisées immédiatement.

Amazing. Amazing for school projects!

Power point. 😫😩😫😩😩😩😩😩😩😩

Doesn’t Save Work. All notes and changes to PowerPoints are erased instantly after saving. Would give zero if I could

Good. This is so good for our lifestyle. Because we can do our important projects by this . I just love this .

I’m 9 years old when I am typing this. It’s good and I like to create stuff on it but it stops letting me put pictures in after my first PowerPoint. It take like 2 hours to load so I keep having to delete and reinstall

Create / edit / save requires paid subscription. App is view only without subscription to Microsoft’s Office 365.

Error. I can not write on it.

Not bad. I’ve used this app multiple times and once you figure out all the neat features it has it’s amazing for assignments. Although you can’t add videos which does frustrate me, you can add links into your presentations which does help :D 🌸

Power point. It is amazing only thing I did presentations on

No. Stop asking me to write reviews, please

Keeps crashing. Everything works fine for 3 minutes after redownloading then it just keep crashing.

Nous n’avons pas pu ouvrir…. Car nous avons rencontré un problème!!!!!!!

Good. Good!

My Erotic Experience. Power point has really “Excel”ed my sex life. No “Word” of a lie. Its really given me a new “Outlook” on life. I’ve finally been able to “Access” my full potential! Working in “Teams” has been a fulfilling experience.

Très bonne appli. J’adore cette appli pour faire des présentations orales

Please fix. This app crashes whenever I write into the ppts.

Power point is very useful. 10/10 very good

PowerPoint is Better than Google Slides. Great mobile app design

Games. my son made a game:)

Finally!. I’ve had every iPad since they came out and office has been on all of them. The apps were pretty useless until now. Finally PowerPoint works smoothly, syncs seamlessly and actually is useful.

Merci. J.ai vraiment aimer cette application merci merci et merci !!!

No conversion into PDF. With this new version I cannot convert my document to pdf

Hello I’m Hayden. Why can’t you put on vidios? I’m doing a school project and I can’t so 1 hour wasted of precious work time 🙁

On peut même pas écrire sans abonnement. Sérieusement c'est quoi l'idée de faire un app pour ne pas pouvoir l'utiliser sans payer. J'ai rien d'autre à ajouter.

Good for tranfering photos. The mobile app is good if you want to transfer photos from your phone to your computer without downloading them onto your computer and if you are really in a rush you can type and adjust presentations but just not as good as on pc

Keeps crashing. It keeps crashing every time I try to open a document, I even tried rebooting my iPad and deleting then reinstalling the app but it does nothing

Nahh. Could not use I tapped every button and it wouldn’t let me type

🤬 I hate this program. I was tasked with writing a newsletter for work. Something where I would have text and nice images in the background. After about an hour and half of trying just to send images to the background, so that you can read the text. I gave up and my wife suggested to use canva. We had the newsletter completed in about 10 minutes. What a waste of time!! 😡🤬 Remember the kiss formula? Keep it short and simple?

DOESNT WORK. I have a presentation due tomorrow i went through the hassle of making a profile and everything! And i still cant even TYPE! So annoying!! I see other reviews having the same problem 2 years ago so obviously the problem has yet to be solved😡

Seriously. This app has not been saving my projects even if I make it,this is really aggravating.😠

Boooo. It looks like a monkey bread smells like dog water and very very, very very very boring

Whyyyyyy. Why do schools make you use this app? It sucks, nothing will ever load, and whenever I try to insert a photo, the whole app glitches. I would rate 0 stars if I could

How dare u PowerPoint. I couldn’t upload my beautiful photos so I’m gonna cry now bye bye

I cant do anything. i just downloaded this app and i cant tho a single thing not even write

This sucks. Bro it keeps crashing

PiP?. Can we get picture in picture for powerpoint? So we can have enough space when writing notes while reviewing a presentation

Not inserting pics. Not inserting pictures

Recover deleted files. Or make it more difficult to delete! Otherwise great.

Crashes all the time on iPad. PowerPoint for iPad is quite useful when it works. But deleting slides and drawing makes the app crash and the only way to recover is delete the app and reinstall.

tubular. this is by far the best app i’ve ever seen, it’s so skibity!

Better than nothing. Unless you save your files on the web the program can’t save things in your iPad except to a hidden directory you can’t find or access. The functionality has less than ¼ of the features you would find on regular PowerPoint or Office programs. The interface is clunky and has none of the functionality of standard office programs. Furthermore, the Microsoft support system personnel have not been trained in the iPad compatible system and as such can provide no technical help. All in all I am disappointed in the program, but I will admit it is better than nothing.

Crashing constantly. This app has been my go to for workflow the last two years. I had my team go out and get iPads and then taught them the workflow. It literally is crashing every time I use it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Signed in and out of Microsoft multiple times. I have reset the app multiple times. Nothing works. It is beyond frustrating because I love Microsoft. Can someone please take a look at what is going on. People are raging on the Microsoft community as well. I am using a 2017 iPad Pro and a 2019 iPad 6 as well. Same issue on both.

Limitations to PowerPoint app on the iPad. There are so many limitations with the PowerPoint app on iPad Pro, including not being able to use the keyboard arrow to move between slides or select multiple slides at the same time. There are also limited options for adding animations. I hope someone could fix these limitations soon. It would be great if these limitations could be fixed soon

Drawing on slides. I have palm rejection with my Apple Pencil on my iPad, but I noticed when I draw on slides for notes, the palm rejection doesn’t work. PowerPoint will think I’m trying to select and move things on the side while I write with my hand resting on the screen, and it’s incredibly annoying to have things randomly shifting or getting the image moving option bar appearing as I write. I wish this can be fixed in future updates to make annotating slides better.

Very Sufficient and Helpful. Still Learning things.. This app is really helping me lately. I like to create and type a lot of stuff so, here it has the whole ordeal. I purchased the whole Microsoft network because I need all the tools I can get. But nevertheless, this app will be for you, only if you make it for you. If you don’t need to do anything with it, then lol don’t get it haha 😂. No need for any negative comments there.

Unreliable crashing. Reading other reviews, they obviously have the same problem ongoing for years now. App constantly crashes on iPad Air 2022, regardless of the device it probably crashes on other devices as well. Everything is well updated, I even tried going to Microsoft 365 and it still has the same problem as with this individual app, constantly crashing when trying to open files or even edit them. It really impedes my work, constantly have to redo editing and whatnot after it crashes and doesn’t even save… could y’all fix this asap? I mean other people literally have the same problem for years now… TY

Give me full blown PowerPoint, not the watered down version.. As a graphic designer I edit and design presentations for many of my clients, and while I get a lot of control on Desktop powerpoint, I can’t get half of what I want done on the iPad version. It’s awful when I’m traveling with my iPad and I can’t get in and simply edit basic things like master slides. Until this is a full version of Powerpoint, I’ll continue to edit everything in Keynote (Which is just as full featured as the desktop version) and export PDFs for my clients. I can’t even describe how frustrated Microsoft Office on the iPad makes me as a professional.

Better to have a computer. On my iPad it straights up crashes, sometimes as soon as I open it, sometimes after awhile. I JUST downloaded it. Even tried the beta version, still crashes. On my phone, it’s just terrible, idek how else to explain it. And it doesn’t have all the same features that PowerPoint on the computer does, I don’t own a computer or laptop, I thought this would be so convenient for me on the tablet but it’s not. It just gives me ton of problems. Can’t even use the features I need because it’s not available on the mobile version.

App crashes when trying to use Apple Pencil!!. This app keeps crashing whenever I write using the Apple Pencil!!!! I can’t even write one word before it logs out of the app and closes everything. Then when I restart the ppt, it doesn’t save any of the notes I had just written even though auto save is on. THIS IS a WASTE OF TIME. PLEASE FIX, your updates are horrible and do not help. I’m also signed into my school’s Microsoft 365 account that I paid for, so I don’t know if it has anything to do with it, but PLEASE FIX it, ugh. This is becoming utterly frustrating especially for a grad student that has exams every Monday.

Small issue. On iPad Pro while using presenter view on Apple TV and drawing with apple pencil the markings appear on the left of where the actual drawing is then ghosts to where it actually is. This is very distracting and a downside to utilizing what can be an amazing feature if fixed. This does not seem to be a problem when drawing on slides outside of presenter view but the whole purpose of presenter view is to have other information hidden from learners.

Warning, caution when upgrading to iOS 11 and PowerPoint app. Warning, I just updated to iOS 11 and latest Powerpoint version on my iPad Pro 10.5. This version is super slow and seems to be using a lot of the A10X processor. If you are still using iOS 10 and need iPad pro and Powerpoint as your main presentation package, wait to upgrade. Microsoft, if you are reading this review, please update the MS Powerpoint app to operate efficiently with iOS 11 and the latest iPad pro.

Limited interface, saving issues. The interface is extremely watered down. It’s almost to the point where it feels like they hate their iPad users and just want them to use the desktop apps instead. I have to save a lot of my files locally. There’s been instances where the work I’ve done doesn’t save and has resulted in hours of lost work on my iPad. That’s not something I’d expect to experience coming from a multi billion dollar company but a reality I’ve had to come to terms with regardless. I’m surprised this app has raving reviews as the experience on iPad is underwhelming to say the least.

Great For Cross-Device Editting. I use PowerPoint to make presentations for work. I’ve found that the cloud synchronization is fast enough for me to jump back and forth between my iPad and PC as I edit a presentation. This is *fantastic*. It allows me to do serious textual editting/animations/non-trivial PowerPoint features from my PC, and insert hand-drawn figures and illustrations using my iPad. An easy workflow for making great presentations.

Cumbersome!. I am totally frustrated with this application. It has so many glitches I can only do a couple of things, close the application, open it back. I order to be able to do what I want, I need to get out of it again, and again, and again because it continually gets unworkable unless I close it and reopen numerous times. Also, to change the font size or do any changes to the narrative, I have to delete the entire quote or paragraph, make selections then rewrite. To move any pictures, rearrange it’s very cumbersome, since I have to close the application and reopen again and again until I get it right. FIX THE GLITCHES. I’m done! I’ll get something that works right.

Needs to Grow Up. Very limited utility. Cursor hard to track/locate on slides being composed. But worst of all - cannot handle file locations other than an arcane set apparently blessed by Microsoft. For example, Google Drive not treated as a legitimate ‘place’ from which files can be loaded. When attempting to open/download files from Google Drive under the ‘More’ submenu, the files start to download, then consistently get the message ‘Sorry something went wrong, this file cannot be opened.’ Well these files open just fine from the desktop version of PowerPoint. Until the iOS app can handle all desktop files, it will be of very limited use.

Cannot Edit Presentation. I run the latest version of the PowerPoint on the latest version of iPadOS on an iPad Pro, but find the App almost unusable. In a typical example, I create a new presentation using a template on my iMac, then try to use my iPad to edit and refine the presentation. But I can’t. The presentation has a beautiful appearance totally faithful to what was created on the iMac. However, attempts at editing are like stumbling in the dark. The cursor is invisible in text boxes. Text cannot be highlighted. Bulleted lists cannot be indented. These and other issues make the App unusable.

Great until you write too much. I use PowerPoint for direct note taking in class and I love it. My biggest complaint is that if I’m writing extensive notes on the PowerPoints the app begins to slow down and freeze. This has been a frequent issue of mine on more than just PowerPoint. I have experienced freezing and slow down on Word (far more than any other) and OneNote (after I’ve written the equivalent of 3-5 lectures worth of notes). Also the hand resting note taking works, but I feel could be drastically improved.

Corrupted Files Every Time. Each time I use PowerPoint for iPad, my presentation is corrupted. This is not an every once in a while issue. It is literally every time I am in a presentation for more than about 20-30 minutes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and restarting my iPad, but neither are helpful. I have scoured the help forums for solutions but I have found none. It is extremely frustrating, as I use PowerPoint almost exclusively for school. I download premade lecture presentations, and take notes directly in the presenter notes area. The first few times I assumed I did something wrong, or that maybe it was an issue with saving my file locally on my iPad. After the third or fourth set of lost notes and trying to save to OneDrive, I am convinced it is not anything I am doing. The only workaround I have found is to save the presentation as a copy each time I need to even switch to another app. Beware if you are trying to use this for any critical presentations.

The app should just cost money itself. I wanted to make a PowerPoint but it didn't let me edit anything because at first I thought that you needed an account so I made one in 2 minutes but turns out you need a subscription to do EVERYTHING! What is the point of making this app free if you can't even use it without paying?! I would not even rate this one star but I think I have to. You know that some people can't afford to do a whole subscription for a little power point so make the editing free at least. I hate the creator. Complete fail and very disappointed and I hope others read this so they can know because I am NOT lying. 👎👎👎

Google slides does the same thing. Listen, the iPad app has an enormous amount of glitches. I can’t make a presentation without wanting to scream. Some of that is the fault of me hating doing presentations for class, but when every time I want to insert a photo, a design idea tab pops up and make me click on it, it gets a little frustrating. Not to mention the photos disappearing, difficulty moving photos, flipping between slides on accident with a useless gesture, or the horrendous text boxes. Google slides may be bad at times, but powerpoint isn’t any better

Glitchy, so using Notability instead. The PowerPoint app for iPad has been more glitchy than usual. I need it for everyday work as I’m a teacher, and I use my iPad to present and write on the slides, and, lately, this app has not been consistently or reliably opening files stored on my iPad (or even on OneDrive, for that matter). It’ll load and load and then just give up, crashing back to my iPad’s Home Screen. I have had to the convert so many of my PPT files (of which I have 100s) into PDFs and then import them to Notability, which is a great app, but my PPTs with transitions suffer for it.

The App always crashes. I’m not sure if it’s my iPad or this app. But it only happens with the PowerPoint app. I use it for medical school so I can write notes with my Apple Pencil on the PowerPoints. Some days it works fine. Other days it crashes and every time I reopen it and it continuously crashing. I have tried everything- deleting the app, redownloading, clearing the content, clearing my sign in, restarting my iPad. Nothing works once it begins crashing. It gets very frustrating because the notes I write disappear if it crashes. I don’t know what’s wrong.

PPT for iPad is underpowered. I’m a PowerPoint power user. I love the app. It is by far my most frequently used app. I am not just disappointed, but frustrated with PPT for iPad. Very basic functions are missing. For example, there is no word wrap! I think MSFT should now release this until - at a minimum - the basic formatting functions are available. I’m still a fan. I hope it improves and soon!

I’m a hairstylist and Educator love this. I have enjoyed this app. I chose it because it’s the same one that is used at the college that I teach. I am a hairstylist at heart have been for over 30 years and if you know us, we are too busy keeping up with fashion trends so we lack in the technology area, but this app has been great to help me prepare for my continuing education that I am teaching.

PowerPoint. Love this app! Helps me bc I don’t have a laptop to work on, so I can use my phone. Sometimes it’s a little glitchy, and I can’t insert any symbols, but other than those two things, it’s been going well. I’m currently working on a PowerPoint about all my knowledge on bunnies so my parent will let me get one! It’s been going great! I think I’m convincing them.😊😊 Anyways, I definitely recommend this app to people who don’t have laptops and just phones. 5 stars ⭐️!!!

Unhappy student. Trying to pause & then resume a video lecture on this format is essentially impossible. I do not want any kind of blank screen when I pause, makes it difficult to take notes! P for pause works, but to resume exactly where the audio was I have yet to figure out. The audio on the slide restarts from the beginning when clicking on the screen. Trying to look up any tips/shortcuts/hacks for PP is useless from a students perspective trying to just WATCH, not create a PP. You can do better Microsoft!

Please fix bug. There is a bug that makes me uses fists instead of fingers, makes it hard to use mobile even though I WAS, used to it. Please fix the bug for mobile that sometimes you can’t press it, when you do the next update, tell me how to use it, or I just might have a broken hand the next time I do PowerPoint on mobile. Thank you for reading, I hope you fix the bug and do, but I do like it otherwise.

The Notes area is horrible and not helpful for accessibility. Why would someone use PowerPoint on their recreational device or portable business device? Not everybody uses a keyboard and sometimes you want to use voice to text so that you can avoid time at a typewriter. The notes area is extremely small so you cannot see the text and second it’s very difficult to edit and finally I would like to see this have as many views, so that one could see where their notes end as one can tell Via notes for you on the desktop version.

Useful for on-the-go, terrible stability. Using this on the iPad Pro I expected smoother performance, but loading simple PPT’s with light pictures and graphics has led to lots of freezing / saving errors, even when working offline or saving to a local iPad storage instead of relying on the cloud. It’s also missing a crucial feature - being able to compress or specify image quality to a shareable size for email / print. This often leads to 100mb+ presentations or 20+mb PDFs. As is it’s a good solution for on the go deck tweaks but still not ready for prime time use without a laptop.

Very convenient. It works perfectly, very convenient for school as you can read lecture presentations on the go. It is also pretty simple to create your own slideshow, since it has similar tools to the desktop version. I have not experienced any issues yet after using the app for 4+ years. I cannot think of any improvements that could be made to the app as it is user-friendly. 5 stars

Easy button. I like this powerpoint creator. It is super simple to use and it allows me to easily insert things from my camera roll. The creator is always updating the app. Some things are less useful than others and done recent upgrades created an extra step for me because the program tries to help with formatting that I don’t use. All-in-all this is a great app and it serves my needs very well.

PowerPoint on my iPad. I have recently retired and begun using an iPad, wanting to untether from a home computer. I purchased a PowerPoint and 360 subscription for my iPad. I was able to easily create a nice slide presentation including diagrams and photos, so I rate that aspect 5 stars. I haven’t found a way to convert my slides to a handout with 4 or 6 slides to a page, and haven’t gotten an answer from Help, so no stars for that. Overall, I like the program, and hope I can find all the functions I want on it.

Not for serious presentations. I was really excited to test this app out since I have a pen to do drawings with, and I had high expectations... for the first hour of using the app I tried to save my document and it froze trying to save. It took more than an hour and I was really hoping my work was saved, luckily it did. I check the document and I noticed that it had auto save on. I thought that was great! After doing work for three hours I accidentally press the back button and nothing was saved. This app seriously has autosave on and it wasn’t able to save any of my work?? So disappointed and irritated.

Claim of “full function with 365 subscription” is bunk!. I have a prof who releases slides minutes before class, and I take notes on them, but with out note taking options in PowerPoint I have to export and when that happens half the text is oversized and doesn’t convert properly. PowerPoint app doesn’t even work well with other Microsoft apps!i have to use my computer to convert to pdf properly, and then put the document on my tablet- not gonna happen moments before class! Allow us to “print” slides and note sheets set up, like on computers, from this app to others in pdf form! AND keep the text the size in the file- STOP CHANGING THE TEXT SIZE!!!

App freezes when I try to print one single slide. Title says it all. I seldom use this app, but I have used it and this has never happened before. I suppose the update that came out a few days ago might be the culprit, but I’ll let you determine that. I’ll return my rating to 5, but only if this is resolved, else it will remain at 1 star.

5 star reviews are not truthful. This app is clearly generating good reviews themselves or paying for them. It is no where near worthy of 4.7 stars. I don’t understand the point of having a sign in and personalized profile if the information is not going to translate between multiple devices. If I work on a presentation from my computer then try to sign in via my iPhone it is not there. I consistently have to email myself my presentations then open them and save them on the new device. I have had this problem for many years and it seems like they have no intention of correcting the bugs in their software. I expect better from a notable company.

Good but it needs.... A controller. So let me explain I have this on both my phone and my computer and I have to give presentations a lot but I don’t want to buy a separate clicker thing cause I had one but it didn’t work and it was like 30$ could you add a feature where you connect your phone to the computer version and use the phone as a controller if this is already in the app please let me know I’m sure many people agree

Good app, when it’s working…. The app is well designed and easy to use (in my opinion). However, when using this app on the iPad Air I have consistently had the app crash on me for the past 2-3 weeks. I have looked into forums and what Microsoft recommends, but to no avail. It worked fine, until it didn’t. Now this app is completely useless to me as there is no way for me to open it without crashing within 10-15 seconds.

Great except for some small things. Really my only issues are that 1) on the iPad, I can’t have two PowerPoint files open split screen and 2) I can’t adjust the size of the side bar that shows all of the slides or the size of the notes window. Some other basic features of PowerPoint are missing from the iPad version, but those are the ones affecting me the most right now. If those things are possible and I just don’t know how to do them, then I apologize.

Not bad so far. I use PowerPoint a lot (the desktop version) and was still using Office 2010, so I thought I'd give 365 a try. So far I am reasonably impressed by what I can accomplish on a mobile device--at least on one with a large screen. I miss all the desktop shortcuts, but I imagine there are many for the mobile version that I just haven't learned about yet, or perhaps I need to use it with a mobile keyboard. I like the automatic online storage and easy access from all my devices. So...so far, so good.

Sketchy. Why am I forced to create an account to be able to use PowerPoint? It’s a little bit sketchy to me and not at all worth it.... like outlook is out of date since 2010 and I do not want an email from them. It’s an app on a phone to create a presentation, it would be nice to at least test it before signing in. And what does “you must sign in to edit and create” mean? Does it mean sign in and buy the app or what? It’s misleading on so many levels! I recommend keynote because of the whole sign in thing! Microsoft should learn a thing or two from Apple, maybe then they’ll be able to dominate the market once again!

Needs to be available on iPad without 365. It’s cool that you can view ppts on the iPad app, but it would be better if I could edit on that instead of my phone. I don’t like that you have to have a 365 subscription to edit ppt on tablets or screens bigger than 10”. Also, if you don’t save your file to OneDrive, it doesn’t sync with your phone. I tried saving it to iCloud Drive and it didn’t sync to the most recent version with changes.

Some features don’t exist and it’s difficult to transfer photos. There isnt a spell check feature if you’re using an IPad, that’s a bit irritating because THATin the least should be standard regardless what kind of device you use with this program. Also every time I wanted to add a photo by dragging and dropping (the easy way) I’d have to exit out of the program and reenter to do so. Instead I have take up space by saving photos to my camera roll, it’s a more time consuming and tedious task especially if you’re creating a presentation that has a lot of photos.

Microsoft gets it right partnering with Apple. I typically don’t write reviews - but in this case one is much needed. Microsoft does it right in partnering with Apple. Unifying workflows on teams is where this product really shines. This app makes it fluid and easy to link up projects and presentation workflows. You can star on an iPad, continue on a Mac, and finish up via office 365. For those who haven’t leveraged the cloud, I highly suggest you consider this product. You u won’t be disappointed!

.iPad version is not as good as PC version. The entire Microsoft Office platform is lacking in full functionality on the iPad. Office is a terrific product in its full set of features. Having less than full feature set is supremely frustrating when trying to get work done. Please work to upgrade the iPad version of Office to comport with PC functionality. Many thanks for inviting my suggestion.

Please become smarter not dumber. This is driving me crazy. I have worked so hard to make a PowerPoint presentation and it won’t let me upload it to OneDrive it only keeps making folders instead of actually sending anything into it. Then I go to recent to open the file and sorry, something we wrong and it can’t open the file. I remember back when I used to do everything of my phone. I was able to add videos into the slides and make hyperlinks and all. Now it’s so limited that you can do. We’re at 2019 and we should advance and move forward not go backwards. Steve Jobs is rolling in his grave how dumb apple has become under Tim Cooks and it’s with everything too!

Review power point program. I used power point program for presentation. This is an easy to use program. I make the slides and compile a presentation for teaching and other purposes. I can rearrange and modify each slide according to the background of audience and length of the presentation. I give this program a five star rating, and this program has been helpful to my career and my teaching program. Coziest

Really wish I could love this.... Have used PowerPoint for years, but this iOS version of the Office suite is completely unusable on iOS. It is massively underpowered compared to its desktop version, and completely unintuitive in terms of the layout of the options. Add to that it’s a massive memory and space hog (typical of Microsoft bloatware) and there is unacceptable lag using my Bluetooth keyboard. No problems in other iOS apps, mind you, but it takes a full 2 seconds for keystrokes to be recorded on screen when I’m using any MS product. Can’t justify the obscene price they’re asking for a subscription when they can’t even get typing text to work properly, can I?

One issue. When used in conjunction with MS Teams SharePoint (not sure about other situations) it seems that PowerPoint (and I think other MS apps as well) open the previously used file, not the actual intended file, the first time - it takes a second “opening” of the file, to make it open the correct file. (You could do some testing to find out if it is simply always one file behind or if it only works if you open the same file twice.... anyway). Aside from that it works very well.

Great App But..,. I have really enjoyed using the app but recently I bought a new iPad and opted for the 64GB version since everything is in the cloud now right...nope. Within a few weeks this app is bloated to three to four GB. There is no way, I’m aware of to clear the cache like you can in the OneDrive app other than deleting and reinstalling. I live in an area that only has Verizon 4G with data caps obviously. Make this fix and it will go back to five stars.
