CSessions. Buyer beware, what a ripoff. I paid for subscription but cant read articles marked as for subscribers. Customer service non-existent.

App unstable. App is very unstable and freezes up while using. Format of the newspaper is poor and hard to use.

Would be higher but.... iPhone app works very well. Android not so much. Keeps losing my subscription. Content is okay. USToday is an arm of Dems so beware. Good for everything but politics. Just saying...

Useless. As far as usability, the app rarely works.

Shreveport Times online. I appreciate being able to access our local news online. The mobile app is pretty easy and stories are accessible.

Poor design. I don’t mind having to pay for a subscription but I hate that every article I click on I have to restore my purchase or activate my subscription. This is not enjoyable and makes me want to use the app.

Good paper. Nice app.. The Times is a great source for local news and reporting. The app is easy to use and very convenient.

Scam-port Times. For three straight days, I have attempted contact with customer service, to no avail. Evidently, they only want your money and then give nothing in return.

A true gem. I absolutely love our local newspaper. While I don't always agree with all of its content it provides me the best local recap of what is going on in our region. Where else can you get such a comprehensive review? We are lucky to have such a resource.

Shreveport Times. Not the newspaper I grew up with. Would like to see the Local & State news reported in a more timely manner, especially sports on the weekends.

Worst free app ever. Every time I open this app it tells me I need to upgrade to newest version, even if I just come back into it after allegedly upgrading it. Been that way for about a week, but I give up trying.

The Times. App has a serious problem. When icon is tapped it asks you to go to the App Store to update to get to the Times content, even though it has already been updated. It is not a one time occurrence, happens every time.

What happened to my newspaper?. I don’t even recognize this horrible thing as my newspaper. I want to read the newspaper as it is, not this hodgepodge. Just the digital version of The Times like it has always been. I will not continue paying for this mess.
