Requires you register for account. Very much dislike the fact that you have to register for an account before you can even use this.

Crashes all the time!!. Crashes very frequently!!!

App does not open. I registered this weeks ago. I cannot get into it using my name and pw. It will not let me get a new password because it tells me that I am putting in an invalid email address. App is useless to me.

Top notch icd10 app. I'm a nurse and this app helps me everyday.

Harassed. I don't appreciate being called on my home phone over an app I was trying out to see if I liked. The menu system is convoluted and worse a sales rep is calling my phone when I am on a do not call list and did not agree to this level of contact. I value my privacy in all my years of downloading apps I never had one so intrusive and disrespectful to users rights.

Decimals. Missing decimals make codes unreliable and thus worthless

Great reference. Really simple to use and very useful medical codes reference app.

Have to sign in, poor search engine. This app is frustrating in that every time it is used after few minutes of it being idle you have to sign in again. By the way it does require you to sign in to the Dr. Chrono EMR and agree to their terms. Very frustrating if you are busy and trying to get a code on the go. Also the search engine is poor. You have to put in exactly the right words to get any code that is close to your search. Very frustrating as well. Takes longer than what it should to find a code

Don't bother. Also bombarded with emails and calls. And no decimal points which makes this worthless. Wish I had read the reviews first.

No download. Can not really review as it would never complete the downloading process. tried three times unsuccessfully. The farthest it ever got was approximately 33%. Then it just stopped downloading I would pause and then try to reactivate it and it still did not download. Good Internet connection so that was not the problem! Plenty of memory!

Great!!!!. This ICD-10 app allows you to convert your ICD-9 codes at a click of a button. Very easy to set up your codes for certain patients. Don't know what I would do without it.

Comprehensive, but simple. Intuitive user interface, easy to "drill down" to the most specific code.
