Not fun at all,. I just purchased the jack box party pack hoping to stream it on my smart TV so my family could play. It was a complete disaster. Can I get a refund? This was too much money for something that does not work as planned.

frustrated. I thought I was buying the package that included all these games but I can only play "you don't know jack". I have deleted and readded app and still cannot change to any of the other games that are displayed.

Help please. So I just purchased this game for the iPad and for the life of me I cannot find the settings so I can make it kid friendly. I paid $25 just for the game drawful. I will change my stars if this can be solved. I would hate to think that the settings or menu option doesn’t exist on the iPad version. I would appreciate a reply or a ticket number. Thank you so much. Otherwise I love these games.

No sound. I am writing this review because I purchased this app yesterday. I purchased it on my iPad and there is no sound. I tried downloading it to my iPhone to see if I would have sound there but it’s not showing up in my family share. The bigger issue is the lack of sound. I don’t know how to get in touch with the developer so I hope they see this review, or, someone else that knows how to get in touch with the developer will share with me.

Terrible.. I want a refund. There is no sound, the games lag heavily and there are 5 games for 20+ dollars. I do not recommend.

Great Fun!. Have used this to play in person and via Zoom and has worked perfectly. Other reviews mentioned lagging and no sound but we’ve had no such issues. Just be aware when you buy the iPad version, that and Apple TV are the only platforms you can play it on. Great way to get together with friends while social distancing!

Do not purchase this app. What the makers of this game don’t tell you is that you can’t use this version to share remotely. You can only use a service like zoom if you are on a computer- not the iPad. I’m hopeful that Apple will refund my money. I did have a friend who bought the desktop version and we shared it via zoom, but the sound quality was very poor. Great idea, but poor execution. Don’t be dumb like me- $40 in for a crummy experience.

Perfect. I was leery about buying this game based on the reviews. However, I took a shot, purchasing it for an iPad 2nd Gen. No issues whatsoever. Worked perfectly right out of the gate.

Games good but sound doesn’t work properly. Sound doesn’t play through iPad speaker, only headphones or Bluetooth speaker with is really annoying. Hoping the can fix this. Otherwise the games work well.

Avoid. The others have had the family friendly option, this one didn’t, so is useless to us, very disappointing

No audio in app. No audio issues with any app I use on the same device but zero audio on this app

DO NOT BUY. Boring and WAY too expensive. Biggest waste of $40, bought it two days ago my request for refund was declined, will not be playing again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Awful. No sound and shows up very small on the screen when used with iPad.

No sound and not iPad friendly. Downloaded this app over the weekend, the sound is not there (I’ve played it in the past so I know when there should be sound). Additionally it’s not iPad friendly (apple friendly) I am unable to cast it from my iPad to my tv. If there is a way to fix it it’s hard to find. There’s no support or help button on the app and it took a lot of research (still researching) how I can fix both these issues.
