UPDATE YOUR APP. What the guy above me said^^

Needs to support dark mode. Updates to this app need to be be done way more often. Support dark mode and be up to date with OS changes.

Needs Punch Status. Please add when my last punch was! It is so easy to forget if I punched in or not.

Can’t communicate with server. “Unable to communicate with server, please try again, OK” with no way to seek a resolution. Multiple attempts - app is latest, iOS is latest.

Worst time-clock ever. This app doesn’t tell you if you’re clocked in or out. A manual system with actual cards offers more functionality. This app doesn’t show your previous punches, week totals, or anything like that.

Does not work. Can't login in to clock in/out

Almost there. The idea, amazing. Engaging in iSolved's Employee Self Service is smart and helpful. Following up that process with a mobile app because it is 2015 is even smarter. The only problem is the apps limitation. The app needs to be less limited and more open to complete the tasks one can do when he logs in via the web. Great app, great idea, hopefully looking to see more progress in the future though. Also, would be amazing if it provided an administrator access along with an iPad. Administrators are using iSolved quite often away from work and accessing iSolved via app would make work more productive and easier.

Horrible app. This app is horrible. Every time I try to log in to view my paystubs it says “communication error” I have got into the app maybe 2” 3 times in 6 months. I would give it 0 stars if I could

Fix. Won't let me login. Keep saying invalid credentials.

Can’t login. Have repeatedly tried to login on the app with my credentials. Message displays every time saying invalid username or password. My credentials are correct(I’ve checked three times and have the browser up to confirm) just can’t login on this app.🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Really bad. Idk what’s changed over the past month or so but this app doesn’t work at all. And actually neither does the website. I can log in over and over and it won’t read my information. I can login and it send me an authorization number- which when entered I am told it has expired. Please FIX this app…. And make it good again. What a joke 🙄

Bad app. Way to complicated to get set up and sign in. It’s not user friendly at all……spend more time trying to figure out how to get my pay logged than working. There are problems every time I try to login……I’ve had to change my password 3 times because the system doesn’t recognize my previous password ?? Horrible app

Still no update??. I can’t login to the serves.

Suggestions for improvement. Dear Devs, The following upgrades would be very useful, and easy to implement! 1. Send an email confirmation each time a user clocks in or clocks out. 2. Display a users status, eg. “Currently clocked in”. I can never remember whether I’ve already clocked in or out and there is no way of seeing that on this app. Please fix. Thanks!

Old app worked - this one is a disappointment. This has been a step backward for our company. We had been using the Timeforce Mobile App. It worked on all of our phones and it "saved" the user ID and company code, so that only the password needed to be entered to log in. This new version (which we were forced to go to, as the old one no longer works) now requires entry of the username, password and company code EACH time. And it also, does not work on some of our employee's older, more basic, smartphones. Definitely a step backward. Besides that, we were given no notice of the upgrade. On Wednesday, the employees told me that they got an error message on their phone. When I called the company about it, they said they planned to notify the customers about the new product, but their server crashed when trying to send the email out. Not cool!

Cumbersome. The user name and company name should be stored by default and storing the password should be optional. This is the third company that I have worked for that uses apps for time management and considering that this app is merely for punching time, it should be as simple as possible. I'd like to be able to open the app, so might my drop-down box options, press punch, and receive a confirmation from the server.

Junk. My company is making us use this convoluted piece of crap, don’t purchase this or you’ll have some upset employees

Celltech17. Terrible! Our company used up allotment of job numbers and now techs can't use app for punches. Technical service can't figure how to add more numbers to the queue so we're back to manually entering data. Moving on to another payroll app

Great App / Creates Accountability. Though we have experienced some challenges in early spring through early summer we would still recommend the app The customer support whether you try to reach by phone or email is lacking. I would like to see the response time for support improved When we need support we never knew how long we would be holding or how long before we would receive a response by email ok or phone There is also something lacking in the communication between there support team and app developer As a customer of Infinsource for almost 2 years we have seen the good and bad The initial set up and learning curve takes some time as well as the rejection from the employee implementation side. Although the support is lacking and the initial set up takes some effort on our end, the App is still worth the investment and the time. I would hate to see the App removed, not sure if I could go back to the old way of tracking time, I just can't see using a hand written time card after knowing what is available. We are a service business and supply phones and iPads for each truck. The employees are required to punch in and out throughout the day to their assigned jobs. At the end of the day or during the day we can review time and GPS location to verify they were where they said they were. I could go on and on as far as the benefits to many to mention If you are thinking of a way to keep time and track jobs and keep your employees accountable for their time and where they were throughout the day, well then this is the APP for you This review is not to bash Infinisource but to let others know it is well worth your time and investment to use this tool to increase productivity and profits No company is to small or to large for this service. I would hope that Infinisource takes this review and uses it to improve in the areas listed above Thanks for reading Ronnie

Garbage. I cannot log into this app, but can log into the website all day long. Based in other reviews I guess I'm not missing much.

Needs Improvement. I have read the reviews and it's very true. This app is very limited. If you forget your password you have to have your job reset it. There are no other options to do on it except view your payroll. Honestly there are other apps that have better options that you can view. As for tech support there is no live tech to talk to in order to reset your password. I hope isolved can improve it's app. The website is great which is what the app should really be like for now i will be getting rid of it.

Can't sign in. I've tried signing in 50 times and it keeps on showing INVALID CREDENTIALS. It works online, just not in the app. No time for this crap, fix it!

Can’t Log In. I have been unable to log in to my account through the app. I always receive the error message “unable to communicate with the server.” There is no customer support for users, and my employer is unable to resolve this issue.

Not compatible with iOS 11. My company now has to get a whole new clock in and out system to use the new version of this app. When we upgraded our phones the old version is non compatible. Need to get app updated so we can use it
