10/10 recommend!!. This app is such a great app! It is very user friendly and simple to use. I like being able to clock in/out, submit time off requests, view paystubs, etc. on my mobile device. This makes it super convenient for those that frequently travel or are always on the go.

Nonfunctional. When it works, it takes about 6-10 minutes to sign in and clock in/out. The process is a headache and one mistype leads to a whole “sit down and figure it out” process trying to fix it. When it doesn’t work, which is about 40% of the time, you may be led to an unfamiliar screen and you must restart the sign in process. Or, you find that your last punch never went through, or you’re met with a perpetual loading screen, or you find that you must close the app and sign in again once, twice, 3 times or more. isolved really dropped the ball on this one. Would recommend any other time clock service.

App fails often. When it works, it’s great. But often it spins and spins and spins and gives a white screen. It needs to be a little more user friendly too for navigating that you want to do. For example, clocking in on a phone…I can do it, but older less tech savvy people don’t understand you have to go your school drop down menu and the other drop down menus. It should default based on your sign in. I’m so tired of the white screen and it timing out. Fix this please.

Easy to use. Just issues signing in. The app has accessible functionality and allows you to utilize all the main features of the platform. From using the time clock, requesting time off, or even accessing your benefit enrollment information, you can do just about everything you'd need from the Employee Self-Service website. The only issue I have is the log-in screen. In order for the sign-in buttons to work the page needs to be perfectly fit onto the screen. The initial log-in pages have a tendency to zoom in which then impedes the functionality of the buttons needed to proceed in the process. The have also been times where after logging on I'm taken to the Environments page rather than the EES or that the app crashes. These issues have led to me logging in a minute or two late. Hopefully this can get addressed soon.

Zero Stars. This timecard app is not good. Almost every other time I clock out it will show me as clocked out at that time, then when I go to clock back in later or the next day it has me still clocked in. I read their FAQs and tried using their definitive clocking procedure with the exact same problems. Literally every other day our staff has to go into the computer and fix my time. I also don’t see a method to contact the software company within the app. I am very frustrated. There is no problem with the timeclock verification process for the payroll side and electronic deposits are processed well but I would give this app zero stars if I could.

User friendly!. I love this app. It has everything at your fingertips. I’ve had my fair share of company apps and a lot of them are confusing or you have to search deep to find what you are looking for. This one is very user friendly! Like most apps something always has a downside. It constantly logs you out and then you have to reconfirm via email. I appreciate the added security even if it is a tad annoying.

If you are an employer don’t do it. This app is nice and convenient to use if and when it works really nice and easy problem is that 60% of the time is slow as ef and 30% it won’t log in if you are lucky To catch the 10% of it working good it awesome the updates keep getting worse regardless of the phone or network you use is shifty and if your payroll department is ?$&@ they will blame it on you or your device but never on the app if you are an employer looking to get it to facilitate your payroll good luck wasting your money go get pet tiger

LOVE IT. This app is so incredibly well done and beyond helpful as an employee always on the go! I can access everything from my paystub, to company alerts/notifications & even submit a PTO request right from my phone...no matter where I am! It is so easy to use, yet still provides me with all the important details so many other employee self service applications don't. I literally use it daily to stay engaged, informed and productive. isolved did a phenomenal job on this app and I'm thankful to my employer for providing us with such a great platform and service! 👏👏👏🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Does What I Need. After the sunset of isolved Go, satisfied with this improved replacement offering more details than the former one. Though not completely comparable to the full desktop experience, this app does what I need; track time worked, time off, changes to taxes/direct deposit/personal information, and more. There doesn’t seem to be a huge lag time, but do wish the initial login was more streamlined as I have multiple employers that use isolved.

Awful app, awful service, awful website. There essentially is no app. I think depending on what options you click while trying to log in, or just pure chance, you’ll almost always get redirected to a website, forced restart the login process again. A majority of the information you’re looking for isn’t even legible, since basic support for a modern mobile device, other than this “app” somehow wasn’t in mind at all. (Again there is no app, you just get redirected to a site) When I was initially downloading the app, I was skeptical of other reviews, but with no exaggeration there’s like 8 steps you need to through every time, just to access your account. Im all for online security, but I feel like this company’s doing bare minimum just to provide a “service”. I miss using ADP! Haha anyways, I found that saving the url for the login page to their website (not the app) works best. Wether it be adding a shortcut to your home screen, saving the link or just bookmarking it, usually can skip thru at least a portion of this circus lol

Awful User Experience. The log in process changes on the daily. Do I need to get a text message to verify my log in, probably. Will this be needed tomorrow, who knows? Every time I log in is different and I have to verify myself at least three separate times. All this is fine but it doesn’t ever remember me, meaning that every log in is a brand new experience for this app. I just want it to recognize my Face ID, or my use name, or my password. But why must I confirm ALL THREE ever single time I try to clock in for work. I’m having to try logging in ten minutes before I need to just so I can make sure I get logged in on time! I would use something else but this has been forced on us by our company and everyone is absolutely hating this experience. They even sent out representatives to teach us how to use the system and even they couldn’t figure it out easily. It would help if there weren’t three different sites all claiming to be isolved. Isolved isn’t solving anything!

Fix and add face Id login. The app is incredibly buggy and frustrating to use. Each time I attempt to log in, I find myself having to close and reopen the app multiple times, which is both tedious and time-consuming. Navigating the login process on an iPhone is anything but straightforward. Users are forced to rely on an authentication app, which often fails to function properly, or resort to using a phone that supports fingerprint ID. Unfortunately, with the newer iPhones transitioning to Face ID, this creates an unnecessary hurdle. It would significantly enhance the user experience if they could introduce a feature allowing login via Face ID. Until such improvements are made, I feel compelled to maintain my negative review.

SSO Needs Work. Our company of over 1000 employees switched to iSolved with SSO and it has been a headache. Their login relies on sending users to an external browser to login through SSO and after authenticating, requires you to re-enter the browser before it will re-direct you back into the app. Knowing this info, it’s a simple fix - but for a company constantly hiring new employees, this is a constant training session on what should be a simple process. I’d strongly encourage the app developers to implement an in-app browser.

Access on the Go. I originally wasn’t super excited about an HR app, but this has pleasantly surprised me. This app makes it super easy to look at my paystubs and benefits from anywhere I go. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a great self-service option! I know my HR team is grateful I’m not bugging them all the time anymore!

Worst UI/UX ever. All we want to do is get to our timesheets. When i’m on browser, I have to clear my whole cache just to log in to isolved. I log in, and we can’t get to our time card. Just keeps failing “an error occurred trying to redirect you to the requested website”. This app is useless because it just launches a browser, and on mobile you get the worst interface ever. No feedback forms for bugs/ issues with your site. All your issues are simple fixes that never get resolved. You put so much heavy lift on the user to navigate your site. The UX is so terrible with this company that I feel like quitting my job because the service is that bad.

Worst app I have ever used. I’ve never reviewed an app before cause I usually don’t care to but this app is just terrible. Businesses use this app to have their employees clock in and out, problem is that the app is slow and glitchy so sometimes it takes 10+ minutes just to log into it. In business time is money and an app that messes up payroll is not an app any business should use. Aside from all the financial issues this app causes intense frustration. There is nothing worse than trying to log into this app to clock in and get back to work, only to find the app completely unresponsive when you try and submit the password (which happens 100% of the time I try and log in). If you are a business stay clear of this app, your employees will hate it and you’ll lose money.

So easy!. This app makes it so easy to get all the information I need right from my cell phone. I can put in a time off request or even look at my current benefits when I’m at the doctor’s office. I also like that I can check my pay stubs if I need to. Everything I need is right there for me! I can even look at company documents that have been shared with me or if I need to acknowledge anything, that is so easy to do especially when I’m on the go. I really feel that as an employee, I like to have access to what’s important at any time and this app does just that! I don’t miss anything since I can get push notifications also! Loving this app!!

Please don’t torture your employees. When I tell you, the only good thing about this app is the color scheme it takes five minutes to clock in and out for every single punch because you have to close the app and reopen it when it freezes and it doesn’t fix it no matter how many times you update it. Every time you clock in you have to double check to make sure that it recorded your time clock and if it doesn’t, you have to log out and re-log back in. Then there’s an authentication wall every single time which you can’t opt out of. Only get the system if you truly hate your employees because no one I know in our company actually likes this ADP is so much better.

Terrible. Update: this app hasn’t gotten any better. It constantly makes you do Face ID twice and now when it logs me in it’s a blank white screen and I can’t do anything. It’s so incredibly frustrating. The last review I wrote they told me to go to my work for troubleshooting but the issue is on them. This app is making it impossible to log in This app makes it so difficult to clock in and out. It logs me out frequently. Since yesterday it’s logged me out but won’t show a keyboard to allow me to log back in. It takes so long to connect when it does work because it takes me through extra steps each time. If it would leave us logged in it would be a much better experience. If it connected and didn’t take so long to think it would be better as well. I’ve waited months hoping the kinks from the last update requiring two factor authentication would be ironed out but it’s only gotten worse.

please, for the sake of your employees, do not use this app. more than half the time, the app won’t even let me sign in. it’s glitchy and borderline unusable and takes a minimum of ten minutes to clock in and out when it should take no more than one. moreover, after like 2 minutes of not using the app, it forgets that i’ve logged in at all, and then I have to go through the entire process again. the app also simply won’t let me view my pay history— it goes to a page that looks like it’s loading, but the information never does. truly a horrendous app.

Unreliable. Inaccurate. Frustrating.. Unfortunately, this app has been consistently unreliable for timekeeping. Slow loading times often require employees to log in several minutes early just to clock in on time, and there are occasions when the app fails to load altogether. More concerning, the punch status is not always accurate—it may indicate that you’re clocked out, but attempting to clock in can actually register as clocking out instead. These errors create repeated payroll issues and require frequent intervention from HR to correct time entries. For a business timekeeping app, reliability is essential, and this app has not met that standard.

One of the best Employee apps. I’ve used a few apps as an employee of various employers and I have to say this one has been the easiest to navigate and use on a daily basis. I’m so appreciative of the ability to get all the documents I need from payroll without having to contact my HR department every time. I would highly recommend all employers looks into getting the isolved system, for payroll, HR, and taxes… trust me, your employees will thank you!!

Log In Probs. As others have said, the login page of this app is glitchy. It is just a ported of the browser app into an app, and so it says “Download On The App Store” at the bottom. I already did, bro! As a result, it doesn’t allow me to use FaceID or PassKeys to log in, I have to manually type in my email every time, because the email box for some reason defaults to “new user” so the autocomplete options are just “Hide my Email.” When I finally do log in, it prompts me to set up a pass key and an Authenticator app. Again, I actually already did, the app is just not set up to work like an app.

Terrible Login Experience. Unlike others, isolved typically remembers my name, however after I input my password the screen freezes and the login bar just doesn’t work. It typically takes 15-20 tries just to login to clock in/out. I’m also a part time employee that works random hours so often times I need to clock in and out multiple times a day, I spend more time trying to login to the app than I do working (I’m exaggerating, but it’s incredibly frustrating). If the login feature could be fixed, the app itself is fine. It does what it’s suppose to, I would change my rating.

Absolutely Terrible app. Worst app I have ever used, trying to log in to see if my W-2s came in. Log on to the website, click forget password, get a link to said reset password. Have to wait for a text which takes up to 19 minutes. After putting it through I get sent back to the log in screen. So I have to do it 4 more times to get anywhere. Finally after I get through that you tell me I don’t have account with isolved. How do you have my phone number saved if I don’t have an account? Like fix your app. It’s quite possibly the worst app I have ever encountered.

Awful to use. Adding on to my “if I could give this app minus 10 stars, I would,” rating. Entering hours in the time card will change what ever you enter (screw the 6 hours to break time), I WANT to enter the actual time. Oh. Then it will add hours, that I, or my crew didn’t work but make needless extra work for all of us. And I want to see the ACTUAL hours entered on my crews time card. Oh boy. I could go on. I also want to know why at least two months later (probably more) we still don’t have early deposit. My guess is either you’re incapable or can’t be bothered. Perhaps both. BTW, other than HR, there isn’t a single person that dislikes your app. Honestly, so difficult. Not intuitive. Not user friendly. And can you not add a customer service link on the app so I don’t have to rant in a review. Oh, yeah. You obviously can’t be bothered otherwise it would be available.

Sean. Isolved is the bane of my existence, if I could rate this app 0 I would but sadly I can’t so I have to give it a 1. The login seems as though it purposely makes you re enter you password 15 times before you can finally login. The way it displays your punches is baffling. I cannot begin to express my disdain for this app. I am not the type of person who ever writes reviews, I don’t care enough about companies to waste my time on giving ratings but I felt it was civic duty to truly express the sheer misery this application dwells on its users. Be better.

Hate this app. If wasn’t mandatory for work I wouldn’t use it at all, it makes you down load an Authenticator app which doesn’t work and constantly have problems getting in, they move things around on the app but don’t tell you how to find it and half of the time when you punch in and out it tells you that you have a missed punch. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. You need to fix your app and you need to make so people can contact you with complaints. I work with someone who uses your app just got hacked.

Everything at your fingertips. I’ve really enjoyed using this app. It provides easy access to all of my employee information and allows me to check my PTO balances, request time off, view pay info, and make changes to my info if necessary. As an iPhone user, I’ve set up facial recognition for my login and don’t have to remember a password. I’m surprised to see other commenters say they can’t do this, because I found it to be very easy to setup.

Terrible user experience. I feel like this AP has a different user experience every time I use it. Some times it sends me to a website, sometimes it asks for my thumb print, sometimes it tells you you need to download someone else’s AP to authenticate that you are in fact you. Terrible consistency, no check mark that says “remember me” has ever remembered me. Some times it just doesn’t even log that I punched in making me have to double check all of my hours and my punches. This is a burden that should not fall on the employee. They need to do better. I have revised my review to three stars because this AP now works as intended.

This app is absolutely horrendous. If I could give this app 0 stars I would because this app is absolutely abysmal and horrible, and should be taken off the App Store immediately. I can’t even clock in or out half the time and it makes clocking in and out of work such a huge hassle. I constantly try to put in my password and nothing happens. I am never able to clock in/out on time and end up having to submit missing punches once I finally get into the app hours later. Extremely frustrating for me and other users, whoever developed this app should be fired immediately, and should stay far away from future app development. 0/10. This rating doesn’t even deserve one star. Not even half of one. Not even a quarter. Horrible. Horrendous. Atrocious.

Not that great. I have a few issues with this. For one, the continue button is really finicky. It takes me a few minutes to get it to work which means I don’t always clock in on time. Next is the rounding. I don’t know if this just the app or my workplace. But if I clock in five minutes early, say at 8:25 it rounds down to 8:30. So there is time that I’m straight up not getting paid. It would be great if I could stay logged in and not have to log in every single time.

LOVE THIS APP!!. I use this app several times a day to clock in and out, view my time card or log into Share & Perform. I am always pleased with the performance. It takes a few seconds to get logged in and punch in or review my time card. I am extremely thankful that the multi-factor authentication system was put into place. This process takes an extra step but one that I am more than happy to follow! The updated app looks more appealing and makes navigation within the app seamless. Thank you isolved! Such a great tool for employees on a daily basis!

Isolved App. The new mobile app has been working great! We can access many things such as clocking in and out and requesting time off. You can also use the biometric password-less authentication and it makes it a lot easier and quicker to sign in! We are also able to have access to the Share and Perform platform. The update gives it a better aesthetic and helps with the navigation. We love it!

Hate this app. The name is difficult to remember and search for on a smart device. Every few months I need to find it I have to think to myself “is it itime? Or ipay? Or isave?” because the name is impossible to remember and has nothing to do with what it is. Searching keywords on my iPhone doesn’t bring it up either. I always have to search Google for “dominion payroll app” then look through a bunch of results, because they have different apps, until I finally find the name, THEN I use my iPhone search to find it. On top of that I kicks me out all the time and ALWAYS tells me my dang password is wrong. Then it makes me wait 24 HOURS to reset the friggin password!!! When ever I need this stupid app it’s for a paystub, which is always for some type of a paperwork, which means I can’t wait 24 hours for a password reset. Then when I FINALLY get in and change the password, I save it in my keychain on the phone every time, and then next time the same dang thing happens AGAIN. EVERY TIME! If you are an HR person, or a company thinking of using dominion payroll and this app, PLEASE DO NOT DO IT.

Remember public school toilet paper?. Every aspect of this software (app and website) is brimming with bare minimum. You need to 2FA every day just to clock in. The app rarely works, almost always blanking out at the click of a button. The layout is clunky, the load times can be a bit unreasonable, and the paystub layout is just awful. I'm not sure how cheap this software is in comparison to alternatives, but it can't be worth the money you'll spend on admins making tons of corrections to punches people couldn't make, dealing with info issues that they make impossible to fix in a reasonable time, and the general misery filled complaints of those subjected to this software. If you like your employees choose something else.

Love the isolved app!. I am a huge fan of the isolved People Cloud app! The app makes it easy to access my Time Off, approve my Time Card, see if we have upcoming holidays off, look at my pay stub, and get any important documents or information without having to login to my computer to do so. I love the app layout and how easy and simple the app is to navigate. I would definitely recommend all isolved People Cloud users to download the app for easy mobile accessibility!

Ease of App Use. I use my app almost daily. It’s nice for me to easily access and navigate through anything from my PTO balance and requesting time off-my direct deposit info. I can also access any trainings or goals I’d like to add in Share and Perform for the current year. I can easily enroll in benefits from my phone during open enrollment. I absolutely love this app!

Very User-Friendly!. Everything I need to access is at the click of a button. I love the look and functionality of the app, it makes for a great overall experience. I like being able to have all my information accessible through the app, without having to run and log into my computer. Very convenient!

Log in issues. I’ve tried to find ways to report bugs that wasn’t a review but your website and chat bot wernt helpful. It’s not a bad log in portal compared to all the ones I’ve used it just has some hiccups that drive me crazy. First using Face ID to log in I, without fail, have to do it twice for it to work. And two sometimes quick punch just does not count. I’ll hit quick punch coming back from lunch an when the day is over it says I’ve been out for hours and need to have it corrected. There’s lots of neat features the app offers but the biggest parts, logging in and punching in are bugged.

The Most Unusable App For Work I’ve Ever Had To Use. of all the software i’ve had to use for various jobs, this is easily the worst. the UI is terrible. Logging in is a nightmare process. worst of all, heaven forbid two of your workplaces use this. if so, changing which employer youre viewing is a convoluted mess. Last of all, this mobile app refuses to work. i’ve had to use Jolt, 7shifts, Sling, Paycom and several other workplace apps and iSolved is by far the most frustrating to have to deal with. Genuinely makes working for companies that use it so much worse. i think isolved is more of a scam to business than it is a software.

Wonderful Addition!. This app is great! It’s user friendly and very similar to the desktop experience which is useful to new users. I appreciate the updates being made to the app as well. It’s convenient when you are on the go to have access to benefits and pay stubs.

Amazing app. This app makes managing work so much easier! I can quickly check my pay stubs, request time off, and stay updated with company notifications, all from my phone. The interface super smooth, and everything is right where I need it. I also love the push notifications, so I never miss anything important. Works flawlessly—highly recommend!

Great HCM app!. Easy access to pay history, benefits, PTO, time tracking, performance reviews and more. There's even an FSA store. It seems like there are some poor reviews on here based on security measures but I think they've made a convenient process without comprimising security. This isn't logging into a game it's confidential information and I'm all for security!

Employee perspective. This app is so unstable. Its lousey to be honest. It requires a double face id authentication, meaning you have to log in twice. There is no control over the notification settings. So expect MULTIPLE emails, notifications, and alerts PER each infraction. The geo location works occasioanlly. Lately you log in and just get a blank white screen. There is no instruction/tutorial on how to edit time punches, so be prepared to just click around and discover yourself. Not updated enough for the amount of bugs it has. I’d never select this app or software for my company.

Worst App Ever. This is the worst app I’ve ever had to use for payroll. Their website is created by a 3rd grader. And the app is just a terrible copy of the website. Most of the time, it will tell me wrong password when it literally auto inputs from my saved passwords. It’s impossible to navigate and find your saved time off. Everything is either a treasure map, doesn’t work, or just non existent. No company should ever use this payroll system. They don’t compare to anything except a garbage landfill. I don’t think I’ve expressed how awful an experience this has been. I’ve used this app for almost a year, and it’s only gotten worse. They promise updates, but all they do is get rid of the “add punch” option so you can no longer add entries without giving your supervisor 20x the amount of work to approve time cards. Again, never give this company a contract or your money.

Great app. The app is very easy to use and has everything I need in one place. It works smoothly and has great features that make my work faster and easier. I like how clear and simple the design is, and it’s easy to find what I’m looking for. Overall, it’s a complete and reliable app that does a really good job.

Not that great. The application is not that great like the title says every time I need to clock in or out for any thing It asks me to go through the entire login procedure. It will not let me set up Face ID to make it easier to login every time I need to do something on the app. In my opinion it has poor functionality. For example, there is no way to turn location services off once you’ve turned them on. I actually deleted the app and went back to the bookmarked version I was using before. The new color scheme is ugly so is the new layout.

Easy to use and Access to all my Information in one app. The new mobile app for isolved people cloud is excellent. It is an easy to use app that gives me access to all phases of my employment from clocking in and out to scheduling time off and I am easily able to access the app information on my phone at a time and place that’s convenient for me.

Great for on the go. I can do all the things I need to as an employee and a manager. It also uses the same look and feel that I’m used to with the web version. Great to have the app back!

Convenient. The app is a convenient way to check your paycheck for the week. It also allows for benefit enrollment from your phone so if you happen to be on vacation during enrollment time you can still easily get it taken care of.

It’s good when it works.. It seems like the app is just wrapper for the website. A lot of the times when logging in you get a darker shade of blue instead of a loading Indicator so you can’t tell if it’s loading or not. This happens most of the time. It’s been pretty unreliable so I just clock in at my desk UPDATE It’s been unusable for months. No feedback if it’s loading just stuck on the login screen. Really frustrating

10/10 Would Recommend. This app is super easy to use. Being able to do everything that I need, right from my phone is SO convenient.

Please Fix this App. I have to use this App for work, so I don’t have a choice, but it’s absolutely the worst. It takes anywhere between 2-3 minutes to log in. My coworkers and I experience the same issue, and we’re always punching in late or clocking out at the wrong times because it takes forever to load.

HR Access on the go!. Love this! I can easily access my personal information, create time off requests, check paystub/direct deposit info-all from the ease of my phone! A HUGE win!!!

New APP less than 4yrs Old. Works better than a website and is quicker too. Security and password protections are smooth. Keep improving!! Stay frosty.

1 is way too high of a score for this app.. I waste so much of my life and my companies time just waiting for this app to work. Im sitting here writing this review after trying and failing for the third time in a row to clock in. My coworker is on his 9th attempt. It’s 12:16, I’ve been trying to clock out since 12:03 to go to lunch. My time is just being wasted away by an app that I have to use.

Easy-to-Use!. I was so excited to hear about isolved launching an app! This app is easy-to-use and gives me access to all my important information at my fingertips. I love how organized everything is.

Great App - Consistent on ALL Devices. Easy to navigate app. Most importantly, it looks and feels the same regardless of the tech I’m using (I.e. mobile, tablet,desktop, etc). Great job isolved HCM putting some real user thought behind my experience!

Simple and easy!. This app makes accessing my Isolved employee portal simple and easy! Moreover, the layout mirrors that of the employee portal website, which makes for an easy transition between app and webpage usage.

Works but could be improved. I mainly use the app to clock in and out. For the most part it works fine but it sometimes glitches and takes too long or doesn’t load or register my punch. Since I can’t edit my own timecard any delays can be frustrating.

Glitchy and slow. I loved it at first but then after a while it starts to glitch and won’t load anything then I have to delete it and redownload it. So now every time I need to use this app (which is everyday) I have to delete it and download it which is so annoying. But I can’t use another app because this is the app my provider has me use.

Very User Friendly. The app is super simple to use. I am able able to view my paystubs, request time off, view benefits, all from my phone at any time.

Love the isolved app. As a manager, I use it weekly to review Paid Time Off requests, approving time punches and my personal pay statements. I also love the annual review with quarterly goal progress. Employees create their goal and we set the measurements and tracking

Intuitive to use. Now that the new login process has become more normal/commonplace I think the app is great for any tasks I don’t feel like logging into the desktop version for!

The worst time clock app I’ve ever used. Every time I turn around, it’s either freezing up on me or not working or the website is down. I am so over it. I wish that the company I worked for would not use this at all. I have nothing good to say about this. This company should definitely try and make a better product.

User Friendly. Super user friendly and is easy to find whatever you’re looking for once logged in!

Just Okay. This app is okay. It makes it easy to view PTO, checks, and change any information you need. The drawback with this app, is that the time clock is completely behind in the times. If you look at QuickBooks Time or ADP, both are miles ahead. With iSolved, it’s difficult to punch in and out. So cumbersome to pick clients or jobs to clock in to.

Too bad there isn’t negative stars…. Well here I am, about 4 years deep into this “app” built by a “software company”. I’d have to say that this platform is quite possibly the worst, most erratic, unstable pile of $h!t I’ve ever dealt with. I even lived through windows XP! Part of our daily morning conversation at work is “can you clock me in when you’re able to log in?” unsolved, I think it’s time you left this stuff to the pros.

Great App!!. I love this app. I have everything from clocking in and out, requesting time off, to seeing paystubs and much more. It is so nice to have all things work at my fingertips.

Great app!. Great app to view my portal and information on the go. There were some access issues in the beginning, but I have noticed improvements happening to the app constantly!

People Cloud Review. I’m very pleased with the People Cloud App. The app user experience is the same as the desktop experience, which makes it simple for employees to navigate.

FAKE REVIEWS. I don’t even know where to begin. This app has to have been designed by a child. Nothing about the UI is efficient. Both the mobile app and desktop program scream INCOMPLETE, to the point where even the people who tried to train us on this application didn’t even know how to navigate it. On top of that; the app feels like it wasn’t designed for mobile nor desktop devices. The whole experience is a dumpster fire to say the least… The fake 5 star reviews that were CLEARLY written by AI is just the cherry on top. This application is the perfect “cop out” for companies that cannot afford a proper payroll application.

Making work life easier.. I am really enjoying this app. It makes punching in and out every day a simple task. Plus, I can request time off and check my time off balances as well. I highly recommend it.

Isolved People Cloud. This is a really great idea. It can be a little confusing to navigate when you are searching for something specific. It can also be a little slow to load at times but I believe this product will just get better with time.

Improving all the time. Even since I started using the app a few months ago it has improved a lot, definitely still room to grow as has been noted by others but it’s great for what I need to use it for.
