Waste of space. This app is useless. I’m supposed to use it for work to submit PTO requests and obtain tax documents, but I’m never able to login. Each time it tells me this account doesn’t exist, yet I get an email when I’m paid. Unfortunately, the website is the same. Incredibly frustrating and useless.

Can not put in claim amount. Please fix the claim amount textfield. I am not able to put in any mount. iPhone 7 iOS 10

Useless. I completely agree with NolaLova’s review. This app serves no purpose other than to tell you what your current balance is and QR scan items. Most necessary functions must be done on a desktop.

Lacks functionally. Essentially useless for anything but a balance. No account changes or ACH setup, etc.

No good my friends . Delete. Just got this app to check my FSa balance. Did not see one good review. Go ahead and read them , and if you’re smart you’ll quit wasting your phone space on a useless app that doesn’t work. I put this review in just to spite the unfunctionable society of robots and apps people count on every like a freedom that’s not free. DELETE

Claim Filing Automatically Denied. Claim process looks clear and straight forward on the app, but I’ve received automatic denials repeatedly stating I don’t have sufficient balance in account. My balance is over $900 and my claim is $40. Reached out to customer service and the actions they told me to take (start date and end date) also didn’t work. Impossible to reach anyone over the phone. Looks like I have to go through a (potential) 180-day appeals process because the first card I grabbed when paying my copay was my debit card and realized my mistake too late for clerk to cancel.

Not working with new update. This app was great until the latest update. I can’t login. The app won’t allow you to login. It freezes on saving credentials.

Doesn't work. After entering my pin, just goes to a blank screen

New version is great. I too was frustrate at the fact I could not file a new claim, but now you can!! Great update. Filed a claim and got my money in 2 days, nice.

Crashing constantly. App used to work fine, but now every time I try to log in it crashes. Useless.

Health insurance app that is detrimental to your health?. Reviews listed were 1-3 years old. After 30 minutes on hold with the customer service line, I thought I had nothing to lose. And I did, indeed gain. I gained mounting frustration, points on my blood pressure readings, and a sense of incredulity that any business could operate with this degree of inefficiency - if not contempt - for their customer.

Poor program. Tried submitting claims and app was slow and mostly didn’t work. Would log out for inactivity while sending claim.

Will not allow expense on mobile. App is giving error that amount must be entered as "$0.00" which is all that it allows anyway and will not allow me to add expense. Guess I have to go find a computer and scanner.

Why can't dependent care claims be submitted?. The app only lets you submit medical claims.

Trash. This app is trash . I’ve tried on a few occasions to file claims with no success it appears to just time out in kicks me off.

Login Error. Why can’t I login? So frustrating!

No LastPass support. Be prepared to use your reusable password. These apps have to stop thinking that there’s more security by making you type a password instead of using a password manager.

Very slow and efficient. Come on devs. Don’t know what you guys are doing in the backend to process these requests but you’ve got to refactor whatever it is so it doesn’t take 30 seconds to get something back from an endpoint. or swap out the db or API to something better.

Terrible for filing claims. Great for checking balances and that’s where it’s usefulness ends. Every time I try to submit a claim it gives me an error and tells me that my date of service needs to be between 1/1/2020 and 12/31/2020. It’s currently March 2021. My date of service is not in 2020. Super frustrating to have to call and sit on hold every time I need to file a claim.

This app is retarded. If you’re gonna be having a company make sure that you get your crap together. You’re a dang company that other people rely on! Y’all are pathetic developers with no sense of common sense at all! Might as well just delete your whole entire company!

This app is completely F ridiculous.. It never works. it’s not accessible, always asking you to resubmit your password then it won’t take it then you got to go through a whole rigmarole to get a new link from your employer. It’s in nightmare. The only people this company must serve is your boss because it sure doesn’t work for the employees.

Receipt organizer. It takes forever for receipt organizer to load

Barcode scanner doesn’t work. Also takes a long time to load account information.

Best app for FSA. This app is great for FSA account. Super easy to use. Quick approval and reimbursement.

Doesn't work. After getting the iPhone 5 update it doesn't let you accept the terms of service and you can't use the app!

Crap. Not what I expected. Can't claim transportation and parking as easy as I thought. Better off using the website on a PC/MAC. Just gives you the balance, other than that NOT useful.

Cannot log in to the mobile app but can log in to web site.... Some major issues with authentication on mobile app. Can log in to Web site just fine, but mobile app WILL NOT take the same credentials. Annoying.

Blank screen. Can’t open app. At times says “retry”, other times, screen is blank.

Garbage app; garbage company. Want access to YOUR money snd/or your account? Tell your HR department to use another flexible spending provider. Terrible app, terrible company. Look elsewhere.

This app is awful!. I have an Iphone 14 pro max & I cannot scan any barcode to see what is eligible. ANYWHERE. A co worker can scan on her iphone 11 & it’ll pop right up and say if the bar code is eligible (ex: used a claritin box that I know is covered & it wouldn’t scan for me, nor accept the UPC code I put in but would automatically scan for her) I have reinstalled the app 2 different times and it still doesn’t work. I have reached out to the email provided on the website & have gotten zero feedback

Broken!. Won't open with touch ID, or with user name/password. "Contact Us" tab on app doesn't work either!

Terrible login. I literally took pictures and wrote down my login info so I can put them down and I swear they worked before but two weeks later it’s not working anymore I’m most likely gonna lose my job over this

Horrible. What a horrible app for the IPhone . You can’t even log in ! I logged in on my laptop so easily. I NEED to log on with my cell phone because i don’t carry my laptop everywhere.

Pretty useless - but DOES make it easy to file claims. This app fails in providing the most basic, critical information such as claim status. If it is indeed available on this app and in spite of my fruitlessly frustrated searching I’ve missed it, then my review is: This app is counterintuitive, very difficult to find the most basic functions such as claim status. Do better.

Great for FSA. Not sure what all the terrible reviews are about. I use this app to manage my FSA funds and have had 0 issues. I can always see my current balance, the receipt organizer makes it so easy to keep all my receipts in one place, and the process to submit claims is quick and efficient. I haven’t used the desktop version of this site because I haven’t needed to, the app does it all!

App crashing problem fixed. The crashing problem seems to have been fixed.

Fails login. This never recognizes my login. I go through resetting my password and then go back into the app for the same failed error. It works on the website. But now my account has many reset passwords. I use a password manager and have never been more frustrated with an app. I have never been able to login.

Scanner doesn't work. The old app worked great, but this year's app I cannot upload receipts. Have tried for several weeks.

Broken. When I try to use this app, it opens as a blank white screen, and nothing ever happens. I’ve used the app in the past with no problems. I deleted it and re-downloaded it, and it’s still the same. Useless.

Doesn't Work!!. It asks for a 4-digit passcode, but freezes after I enter the code. The screen goes black & freezes every single time!

Will not load. The home page on the app will not load. I also have to enter my pin code every time even though I’ve enabled Touch ID. Since I can’t do anything with this app, it gets one star
