Great game that I miss.. Since iSO 11, this game no longer works. I hope that there will be updates soon. The game is realistic and fun to play. The queue ball control works as it should, and lining up shots is very much like the real game. I’ve come across great players from all over the world! Features that I love, the practice area, the chat tool, and the in App-Store. Enhancements that would be great to see: In the practice area it would be nice to be able to adjust the shot guide line, to better match the game play levels. The text color in chat could be a brighter color so that it’s easier to see in the pick list. A way to add players into a friends list or favorites to make better use of the third game play area and play with the players in your friends list, rather than the apps random picker. I hope an update will be available soon!

Lost app. Loved this game for several months. I was near 20,000 pts. and the game suddenly would no longer recognize my server. No more pool stars. Too bad, it was a fun app.

Great pool game.. Love the app. As an elo rating fan I really like the use of elo in this game. More stats would make the game better in my opinion. E.g a 52-week roling +/- elo change. Or classification of players based on their elo rating. But all in all super app.

iOS 11 breaks. Need developer to update for Apple iOS 11. Does not work. And this is my favorite app. P l e a s e

Bug fix. Please fix bug at the loading screen of the start of the log in when the 8 ball just spins all day

Mr. I love it! It lets you play against real people. The English is realistic also. Good app.

Rigged. What more is there to say. Shots are lined perfectly up, right speed and somehow it misses....then your opponent completely runs the table making crazy combination shots with impossible angles.

Update?. It’s a good app...plays a lot like the real game and much better then anything else I’ve seen since Yahoo pool from years ago.(that was an amazing app; seriously good physics) Too bad this one and Yahoo are no longer available Recommend any others?

Boots up but will not login unplayable. I'm using the iPhone 5s and it boots up fine but when it goes to the screen to select loging in Game Center or play as guest - once you select a option it just loads and loads with the 8ball spinning saying loging in but never does ;( please make a fix the game looks top notch

It's alright.. Only real issue I have is when you do a random match it doesn't match you up with someone in your skill level.

Pool. How do you do English in the game

Do not use this app. It is rigged against the user. I can't make a shot and never win a game. Do not down load this piece of crap, it is pure junk and the developer should be ashamed!

Waste of Time - Do Not Download. What a waste of time, they start you of with about 20-30 Rubies and it cost 7 to play a table after you play just a few game you either have to wait 24 hours to get 3 Free Rubies or pay Real Money and as you all know only Stupid people would pay Real Money to play a phone pool game. No than you, ill just keep playing 8 Ball Pool for FREE. The developers of this app are greedy as they come, give them your money if you want but you've been worn.

Pool stars. The cue ball works but you have to hold the ball drag your finger to where the ball is and then move it to whatever angle you want it. I like the game a lot but I do wish that the cue ball didn't disappear once you touched it.

Addicting!. The most addictive game I've ever played. It's fantastic!

Don't Get This App!. Overall the app plays a lot like the original 8 Ball Pool, BUT this app crashes a lot, and it's only when your in a game so you will automatically forfeit the match and receive a loss and lose your coins!! It's bullcrap!!! I really hope they fix this bug because it's really annoying!!

Horrible. Nothing interesting about multiplayer. And the people who pay for the game just get luckier shots. Extremely choppy frame rate. The aiming system is a mess.

Not connecting. First off let me tell you how to get the cue ball spin to work. Hold your finger down on it and then slide up to the pop up ball and adjust what spin you want. You need to buy a better stick to get much spin. But I would not waste your time with this game. Definitely don't spend any real money on it. The app ran fine for a few days then refused to make a connection. Emails as to why have gone unanswered. Any real money spent would have been a waste as the game now does not run. It was a nice game while it worked but now it's just taking up memory.

Deliberate laggers. As we all know, some people can stand to lose so they cheat. I have experience several times were someone deliberately had the game lag were I was unable to play my turn. This obviously caused me to miss a turn or even forfeit the game and allow them to win the match. Very very aggravating and weak for one to do so!! Absolutely nothing one can do to stop it or even nothing to do to detect before the game starts. Moonpye

Can't Log In. I installed game and did tutorial but when I try to log in on Game Center or Guest it won't let me. PLEASE FIX!

Fake multiplayer. You're clearly playing AI in the "online multiplayer" they all take til the last second to shoot and behave the same. Bunk app

Nerve wrecking. It's difficult to tell which are high and low balls. How do you use chat?

Server always down. Great game though.

Problems loading. I loaded the game and started playing, two things hit me right away, the cue ball control would not work. If I tapped the icon it would flash on the screen for a second then disappear. I tried holding the icon down and adjusting with my other hand but that did not work either. I see other players using English so I know it works for some. Also the chat screen, when I press it the screen just gets grayed out and the few games, the game starts and then I get booted out of the game entirely and back to home screen. I like the game t not the frustration, can you help. John.

Amazing. Amazing cues, and so easy to make money!

Been playing for years. I've been playing this game for years but after reading some of these reviews for the first time, I realize just how bad it is. I've experienced a lot of the same issues that others complain about. Overall I think it's a pretty good game but could stand some upgrades. When I see some of the graphics that other pool games have, this one looks old. I know I've been playing this game for at least 8 years and have seen no changes.

Incredibly realistic!. Truly enjoy the game. It has everything I'm looking for in a pool game; accuracy, challenges and rewards. If there was anything to improve it might be a means to communicate my own messages with other players, but the stock messages are still fun to use.

Hate the point system. I got up to 1600 points. I beat someone with 1200 points 3 times and gained 7 points per each of those games. Then I lost 1 game and I ended up losing 25 points from just 1 game. So basically we played 4 games, I won 3-1 and I gained 21 points while they gained 25. That point system is terrible. You should gain the same amount of points no matter who you play. Other then that the game is great.

Most Unfair Game (unless you spend money). This is the most unfair game ever made lol literally! You get matched to play with people that are like 30 levels up with better cue sticks and never get a turn because they never miss a shot. Stick to iMessage 8 ball people!

Can't win. Played three games and lost all three without having a shot or having the 8 ball being potted. Then the opponent says haha and quits the games and wins it. It's flawed.

Do not spend money for coins. Love the gameplay but app constantly crashes costing you coins and ranking points. I'm not sure if it's iOS 8 update that's causing the issue. It will disconnect me even though i have full wifi signal. Please fix this and you will get many new players. Of the 4 other people I know who've downloaded the game, 3 have deleted it because of this issue.

Just Aweful. Just another game that profits off of in-app purchases and never gets updates/fixes for anything wrong with the app. Cheaters have taken over this already broken game and the devs have abandoned the app after filling the store with fake flattering reviews. It'd be nice if apple cared. But they are raking in the profits from gullible customers who believe purchasing outrageously priced items within the game will make them, or the game, better. Cheating😫. I started a game and a guest cheated me..... Again. The updates of security worked for a time but again people is cheating

Sensitivity. Add a sensitivity option for the stick,I move it a little to to adjust it and it goes crazy off, then I run out of time trying to adjust it and I miss the turn sometimes

Best Pool App on the market. My wife & I are hooked to the game. There are pool sticks you can upgrade and different levels of competition. Compete in a random match or challenge a friend privately. The stick action is great and you can even put a backspin on the shots. Amazing app I highly recommend.

BETTER THAN 8Ball pool. Well 8Ball Pool banned me for no reason -____- so I migrated to Pool Star and I got to say the app is pretty darn good I mean it is a little different than 8ball but in a good way, the mechanics of the game is more realistic. There is also a ranking system that I REALLY like. It allows you to show your dominance over the other players 😈 lol. It's dope. Also.... NO CUE CHARGE 🙌🙌🙌

Nice!. Finally, a sequel to one of my most played games, Arcade Pool Online! Im enjoying most of the small changes, especially the shorter shot clock. One negative would be that it seems full text chatting has been replaced by prewritten text thoughts. Also, the App icon is ugly! Here's hoping they replace it. All in all great game though!
