Unusable on my iPad. Can’t create subjects with more than one word. Can’t edit subject. Can’t create new campaigns. Very buggy.
Mediocre. Unable to resize images in templates. Good otherwise.
Bring an iPad version!. Zoho Campaigns works great and has improved a lot recently with new features and reports. Only complaint, it doesn’t have a full featured App for the iPad... this would make it a 5 star!
Pointless except to get notifications. The app offers a button to Edit the email, click on it and it said “cannot edit on mobile” App offers a “Clone Campaign” button, click on it and add the list and click done. Click “send for review” it said “cannot send because no lists selected” Utterly useless
Won’t accept email?. Can’t get past 1st page. It won’t take my email address.
Love the app. I use Zoho for my Online Marketing Agency. My clients love it, and so so my employees.
What is the point of the app?. Can’t even email my campaign templates on mobile? What’s the point of the app? If I need to schedule my campaigns to send I can do that from my computer before I leave. This is a dumb oversight.
Great app but some important functionality is limited/glitchy.. Pretty good app but I keep having to “creatively rig” my process to get what I want done. Here are the two main limitations I’m struggling with: - Can’t add or change the subject to anything with a % sign (it says server error if you do). Pretty important if you’re advertising a sale. Can’t even successfully clone a previous campaign that has a % in the subject line without the aforementioned error. - Can’t add or change any sender name/address on a new campaign or a clone campaign edit. If you do it also results in server error.
Completely useless. This app is completely useless. All it is good for us to see who has opened your campaign. Compete waste of space on a phone
Good. Great app, features look great, easy to use. Definitely good for use of checking statuses & statistics of campaigns. Unfortunately no way to use the app to “create” campaigns yet... which I hope will come soon as that would be very handy to create on the go! Good app. It does what it says it does.

Would not recommend. Clunky and glitchy when editing. Not intuitive. Needs automatic data sync with contact lists from Zoho CRM. Unable to create dynamic geographic links to personalise campaigns.
Creating content. Everything works well until you get to the point of creating content Poor mobile experience - you can’t access your saved templates - there is no easy delete to a section in the current template making it very difficult to even simply type text and send a basic email Would appreciate it if the content creating part could be fixed asap
Worst app for CRM. never works on the phone. Not able to sign out or in, constantly messes up my accounts, showing zero campaign when there are 2 active .... had to use safari. This app is useless
