Not a good experience. I paid the 0.99 after scanning my documents I tried to export to a off and it said it didn’t recognize my subscription. It did this 3 times but it is active in my apple apps and has already confirmed the 0.99 for 7 days trial charge. I cancelled it after it did this but I still can’t export the off that I paid for with the 0.99 for 7 day trial deal. Help?

Wow!. This is my first time trying out this app and although it really didn’t give me time to see if it is a success it seems to be a great idea! Now let’s just hope and pray it works! ;)

This app is not free. This app forces you to pick a payment plan if you want to save or send your scanned documents. It is also extremely predatory in that it says “only 99 cents” up front but after one week starts to charge you $8 a week and it only mentioned in tiny font at the bottom of the screen. DO NOT GET THIS APP.

It’s ok. It works like most PDF converter apps. It’s a hassle and a convenience to be able to custom crop your pages. It’s convenient if you have OCD and want it to be a specific way. But, it’s inconvenient if you’re short on time and that’s the only way to do it. Other than that the app is good. If they had faster ways to crop and edit, I would rate it better. The app would be perfect if it scanned it from the page/ book/ etc., to a document, instead of converting a picture.

Can’t export. I scanned over 370 pages, and the app won’t let me export since it loads for seconds then gives me a black screen. I contacted customer service, and the instructions they gave did not work. You also don’t have the option to skip between several pages at once within the app to get to the final page of your document. Not worth your money.

Can’t use without buying subscription. App site seems like you’ll be able to export documents that you scan. I was expecting the subscription to mean none of the fancy features like writing to text, but I can’t even save a PDF to my phone without paying or doing the free trial. No option is available to export/get document out of the app, essentially makes the app useless. Do not download.

Lied??. This app gave me the price of 0.99 per week. I was fine with this price. I do a lot of scanning and this app looked hopeful to help. But then when I went to see when another subscription billed, it showed the real price of $7.99 PER WEEK. nah, I don’t like sketchy stuff like that. Lost my business. Would have been different if they just gave that price outright I would have paid it.

Issue. Unable to scan while a ceiling fan is running. Had to turn off fan.

Not useful to me. I was trying to convert my documents into digital form so I could edit something. I scanned my documents and exported them. It was literally the pictures I took of it. I’m so upset. I could’ve took my own pictures of them on my phone if I wanted pictures of it. I tried both options and it still didn’t turn digital.

Easy Peasy. Finally an app that you don’t have t jump through flaming hoops to get what you need. Just for that I’ll definitely use it again for future projects.

Who do I contact?. Hi, I needed to use this once what I didn’t know was that after a scan the document that I need to turn into a pdf was that there would be a $0.99 charge to save it. I ended the subscription right after I scanned the document and saved it and I deleted the app how can I get a refund because I don’t need the full 7day trial I just needed one document done so I can get records from my father’s military service he passed away in 2018. If I can’t get a refund I just know for in the future not to use this app. Or recommended this app to anyone. There should never be a charge for a 7 day trial that’s a rip off especially for a one time use

This app is predatory. This app is a money grab. It makes it look like you’ll get some features for free, but then when you need to export a file, they make you pay. That’s not even the worst part. They let you join for $0.99 for the first week. Then, your subscription auto-renews at $7/week. That’s more than most apps charge per month, and there’s really not much functionality here to begin with. I feel like this is acting in bad faith and is just predatory behavior by the developer. If they want to charge for this app, fine, but it should at least be reasonably priced.

Can’t cancel subscription. After attempting to cancel subscription in app it tells me it can’t be done in app and I need to go to the App Store to cancel where there is also no way to cancel. I needed it for a couple of things and no longer need it but I can’t get rid of it now.

Beware! Ocr monthly limit. This app has ocr monthly limit for paying customers after ocr ing 200 hundred pages. They don’t mention anywhere in their app about the ocr limit. Why is there a limit for paying customers??? Response to Developers response ; you guys are not even reading the reviews, non of your plans mentions ocr limits. I’m asking simple question. What is the ocr limit and why there is no mention anywhere on the app about this limit? Also, stop telling people to email you. You NEVER answer your emails.

Actual Scam. You put in all the work to scan something and you just have to pay to export it. False advertisement in being able to actually scan stuff. There’s literally no point in scanning something if you can’t upload it anywhere. Awful app waste of time.

APP IS NOT FREE. Misleading and predatory pricing structure. The App Store page is very misleading and does not provide costs to user up front. Nor does the app immediately provide the pricing structure once opened. The pricing structure, which requires a forced auto-renewing subscription is predatory. This app’s strategy is to swindle users who have scanned a 50 page document into forced subscription payment. This app is not free, and conceals this from the user. I have nothing against an app charging users for its services, but this app perpetrates a bait and switch tactic. This is unacceptable and designed in bad faith.

Unbelievably bad!. I tried to export text from a perfectly formatted and punctuated document and got text that has spaces in weird spots, extra lines and weird format. So I have to manually go through and fix it all myself anyway. What an absolute joke of a product. I might as well just type the whole thing myself.

Doc scan. It was easier then I thought it would be. Document looks great…what a value for business.

The worst!!!! Stolen funds. Would give 0 stars if possible. Been charging my account $6.99 a WEEK for the past year. Cancelled my subscription back in sep 2022 and just noticed I’m still being charged. 45+ times (over $300+ dollars) - no phone # to call and no response to email. Reported as fraud to Apple and will do the same w/ my bank. Do not download!

Way too many taps to get the work done.. Once again, Apple has created a process with way too many steps. Google has the option to scan, extract text and categorize right off the camera app and within 3 screen taps. Apple could learn some things on actual efficiency rather than focus on bouncy apps and fonts.

One of the worst apps ever. I downloaded this because I quickly needed to scan a single page. Everything in this app is subscription based. You can barely access th basic features. Stuff you would think would be mandatory for use is blocked behind paywalls. I have used PDF scanning apps before that were free and did not require subscriptions to do any of this basic stuff. If you click anything on this crumby app you just get directed to a page saying you have to pay for access… You can’t even download a scanned file in to your phone’s file app! I have never written a review before but this app was so awful here I am. Edit - without a doubt 99% of their reviews are fake

Shell game billing. Needed to scan a few items fast. Five minutes of convenience turned to weeks of repeat billing. Misleading. Im writing my first review. This company is greedy and holds your documents hostage if you just want to pay for a one time usage. I used it to scan some important documents. Canceled subscription after im done. Nope, i have to pay 7.99 in order to just have access to to manage the what i want to do with those documents monthly. For an example, This is like Buying an iPhone for 800 dollars. Deciding you just want to use it to take pictures not pay for phone services. Then apple decides they want a monthly fee to allow you to manage your pictures to send. It’s greedy companies like this banking on you forgetting to cancel your subscription after use in order to take advantage of billing you another charge too. Why do they need to be paid monthly for me to take pictures and save them to my own hard drive?

Terrible App DO NOT download!. The only thing free about this app is downloading the app. Everything else you’re charged for. You can’t even do the bare minimum. As soon as you upload a picture it immediately asks you to pay. DO NOT download, you’ll just be wasting your time. Go to google and find a free website to scan your documents.

Trying to cancel this subscription is ridiculous. I want to cancel this subscription and go to App Store. But of course I can’t find where to cancel it. I’m just not that tech savvy sometimes when I have other things like husband in renal failure on my mind.

Don't waste your time. This vile app is truly a waste of the precious time it takes to download, setup and use. Once you've done something with a document, the only way you can export or use it in any way is to pay them a fee. The ongoing weekly rate after a very limited trial period is obscenely high. And just what happens if you forget to cancel before the trial period? I don't mind paying a reasonable price for a legitimate app, but this is not the one.

Easy app. I’m a complete Luddite yet I used this app by myself with no help from my child/techy husband. This is beautifully designed for everyone including tech dinosaurs. Great job!

Grateful. I needed to get a signed document from my daughter to enroll my grandson in school in another city fast because school started earlier and had a deadline and he would have to lose his spot and reshuffled to another school. It was easy, fast and good quality. I am so thankful and will be spreading the word for others to use. THANK YOU!

Over charged and it’s disgusting. Do yourself a favor and go to a place and get your documents scanned. This app doesn’t do half decent job of scanning and if you need documents scanned for any legal purposes this is definitely not gonna work, I had to go to staples and get everything redone and rescanned cause this scanner never cropped the documents right as a picture, and you download thinking it’s gonna be .99 a week when I noticed they were charging me 7.99 a week what a scam and on top of that I canceled the subscriptions 2 weeks ago and what happens? It still charging my card

Read Info About Subscription Before Downloading. I downloaded this for a picture to text converter. However, this app requires you to pay to access that feature. Just an FYI for people on IOS devices: If you go to you files app, click the the three dots to open a menu , click snap documents, and then take a pic of what you want converted into a PDF, it does is for you and has worked well every single time for me! There is no need for an app, so even though O should have read the details of this one more clearly, I was very very surprised that the only accessible feature was something I can already do without the app.

Awful DONT DOWNLOAD. This is NOT a free app. You will download under the guise of being free just to find that after you scan your document, you MUST pay them to export as a pdf or even as a normal jpg. Awful app, just ask for money up front if you’re not going to let people use the app unless they pay. Works terribly, feels cheap, there are thousands of actually free alternatives SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, EFFORT and MONEY!!

Great potential. Very nice except when merging several pdf pages into one document, it only gives me the option to choose a file (not a photo) on the first page. When trying to add a second page, it automatically takes me to my photo album and there is no option to choose a file from elsewhere.

Excellent!. As much as I like to complain when you buy something that doesn’t work, I want to say today that this app is awesome! Works very well and is very easy to use and no expensive if you use it often. Recommend!

Scam!! Do not download!!. The good reviews on this app are fake. They will get your info to start charging you and then won’t allow you to cancel. They have been stealing from me for months!! They have disabled the ability to cancel subscriptions in their app and it tells you that you have to visit the App Store. There is no way to cancel a sub in the App Store. Super scummy business practice! Beware!!

Misleading. Even after contacting customer service to cancel my subscription my subscription STILL wasn’t cancelled! Instead of cancelling they did absolutely nothing to my subscription, but pretended like they had and asked me for feedback on “why I was leaving”. Well here is your feedback: let me leave! This product is deception.

It’s free to download but asks for payment to save document… use your notes app. This is sponsored when you google how to scan a document. I used the app thinking wow it’s easy but then they ask for money to save the pdf. Apple already gave us the ability to do this in our notes. You make a new note, click on the camera, then choose scan document. Scan it then you can share it as a note or hold your finger on the document and different ways to share will pop up. :)

This App Stole From Me! Continued my subscription after canceling!. Do not get this app. I got it to save some time typing on a computer for a school assignment. I signed up for the monthly plan to be able to scan from my camera to pdf, and when I canceled my subscription they continued to charge me for months. It also did it not work well (changed the format and ruined the punctuation and spelling of the writing I scanned). This app has been charging me $7.99 EVERY SINGLE WEEK when I canceled my subscription the same day I signed up, because I only purchased the subscription for the one assignment and was not satisfied when the pdf scanner barely worked. If I am given a refund my review will be taken down, but as of now this app had been steeling my money. Do not trust them**

Great App. It’s a great app, but you need to add a better way for users to cancel their subscriptions other than going to their App Store profiles. If you can add an option to buy subscriptions within the script, you can have a link where people can cancel directly within the script. There’s going to be a nice chunk of people who won’t figure out how to do it otherwise, thus your being able to make a profit off their ignorance. I think this is why you had it set up that way. If that’s the case, what you’re doing is wrong. Integrity is everything. I’ve installed many apps; their reviews usually don’t have people complaining about not knowing how to cancel. (Edit: I had already canceled the subscription prior to making this post, but I had to scroll through the comments on this page for the tutorial. Thanks.)

Do not download!!. I have been unable to delete this app, I have to call my cc co to have them block further charges. It says within the app you are unable to delete and to do so within the App Store. Going inside the app within the App Store there’s only an option to downgrade it to 3.99. NO option to delete.

Recognition is terrible. So to say the text recognition on this program could be better is a bit of an understatement. I have difficult to read handwriting but even with great effort to write legibly this program at best recognizes seventy percent of what I write. I know I’m a tough case with legibility but I thought this program would fair a little better. With an expensive mandatory subscription service. And I say expensive because the services you are getting aren’t worth any monetary value in my opinion. Canceling the service is proving difficult as well. The whole thing feels like a cash grab for a service that quite frankly doesn’t work well enough to be worth even its meager subscription fee.

Why so popular?. I have to assume the positive reviews are from bots. once you scan your document as a PDF, you can’t do anything with it. You’re required to have some sort of paid subscription to Transfer you’re a scanned document out of the app. I would give it negative stars, if possible!

Amazing app but expensive. Does an amazing job but you could probably do the exact same thing with google docs at no charge $6.99 a week is highway robbery but I do like the format and layout of the app along with the color scheme is great if you only need to do a few documents and crop them the way you need or change handwriting into text! Would recommend for the cheap $0.49 trail week or $2.99 month long trail I will be getting the most out of it while I can.

Didn’t send. I scanned some documents and sent them email, been quite some time and still nothing. I’m not sure where my documents went to, but it wasn’t to where I sent them. Real nice app, who has my documents because they never got to the person I sent them to with verification that the email was correct all 3 times

Very awkward to frame. This app does not automatically frame the document accurately but relies on more difficult corner manipulations to get an 8 1/2 x 11 size document fully in the picture. Scannable used to be able to do this but there’s no longer seem to be available.

Can’t do anything with it. Just take photos of your stuff.. This looked like it was going to do something. Took photos of my documents then charged me to do anything with them, include saving the image to your files. Be blessed.

Misleading on Payment. So I payed $0.99 with Apple Cash, not my credit card, to use Doc Scanner because I only needed it temporarily. It did not show up as an active subscription on my phone. 3 months later I check my credit card and I have 11 purchases from this app ranging from $7.99 to $9.99. The app is very misleading on payment. You also can’t cancel subscriptions on the app either, you have to go to Apple settings. This is how they make their money. They also must buy some of their reviews to be able to have more than 4 stars. Most of the coherent reviews talk about how misleading the app is on payment.

Takes your money. This app makes you do a weekly subscription of $.99, but doesn’t let you cancel the subscription. If you click “cancel subscription” in the app, it will tell you the only way to cancel is to go to the App Store. However, there is nothing in the App Store that gives you the option to cancel. There are no instructions to follow from there. Very disappointing.

News print clean up. Limited ability to clean up background news print, not quite suitable for clean printing. No function to enable 2nd or multiple passes to refine the scan quality

Annoying. It’s not a free app, nothing can be exported without a paid subscription. Great way to annoy potential customers.

What’s the Point?. What’s the point in scanning if I can’t export the documents I need before being hit with a paywall just make the app paid in the first place. Absolutely stupid. I love getting the garbage copy and pasted dev response. Your app is still ridiculous that you need a subscription plan to use a basic feature so shame on you for trying to charge it.

Disgraceful scam. This app is a disgrace and rubbish. I signed up with a view to using it for a few select documents as I couldn’t get to the office to scan and then to cancel within a few days (with payment of the first months fee). The app will not allow cancellation and redirects to apple. This is a scam

Took My Money. Signed up for the free trial, cancelled on the day of sign up. Just had an invoice from Apple and you have taken money out of my canceled subscription.

Avoid much better alternatives. I never wrote a review on the app, but for this one I felt like I had too. Purchased the app for its ability to scan multiple photos and extract text from the photos. This function is really poorly designed in the app, every photo you need to select the areas of photo where the text is, and this task is nearly impossible to handle. The tool doesn’t respond properly and what should take 5 minutes took almost an hour to complete. You might as well use iPhone’s text extractor. I would not recommend this app to anyone. Waste of time and money.

Disappointed in the description. Be aware yes it’s free to scan something but then comes the catch, don’t try to save it outside the scanner, that’s Whalen you find you have to pay. Hate it when something claims free then does this.

It’s not free. Scanned a whole bunch of pages and then when I went to convert to pdf it requires me sign up to a subscription of $1.49 per week. Ended up downloading Scanner app and doing it for free.

All of that effort just for it to tell me this. Do not get this app. I wanted to covert an image in my camera roll to a PDF. I went to all the effort of downloading the app with high hopes and then cropping the photo, just for it to tell me if I want to save it I have to do a trial. Shut up

Tricked into paying for export. Not impressed. Was advertised as free but isn’t. To be able to export the scan you have to pay

Awful and can’t unsubscribe in the app. Text is all out of order, it takes longer to tidy up the document than to just type it all out. Plus I can’t unsubscribe in the app and have had to lodge an inquiry with Apple.

Dodgy setup. I downloaded the app for single use, paid for the one week trial, it has continued deducting the money and wont allow me to cancel the subscription.

There is no unsubscribe function in the app. There is no unsubscribe function in the app. I eventually found the form you have to fill out to ASK to be unsubscribed. If filled out the form and I’m still paying the subscription because they have not unsubscribed me. Buyer beware.

Waste of time…. After you go through the download, install, scanning and editing your documents- you only find out that you have to pay to save the document… Information that it’s a paid app should be available upfront - otherwise it’s deceptive and waste of time!

Difficult. I’m elderly and can’t find out how to save the scanned shots to my photos or how to send them by email.

Useless app. This “Free App” won’t let you export the image without charging you money. What other app forces you to pay money to download a photo. This app just crops photos that’s about it. I think I can find another app that crops a photo and doesn’t make me pay for it. If you want to make money on this try putting in ads because the function is the same as the camera app and I don’t need to pay for that.

Real Free. I was looking for something free for a one time doc scan of 2 pages.

It feels like a scam. Took me so long to take photos and scan the images but then I tried to export is as pdf so I could email it, it asked me to pay for it. So what’s free is only the camera 🤷‍♀️ I’m disappointed in wasting my time.

Con. Yes the use of this app was handy, however I have just realised a few hundred dollars have been taken from my account from this app in the last year. Totally furious.

No free trial. It’s deceptive, if you have to pay make that clear. Don’t make me go through the entire process of downloading the app and uploading a photo to change to PDF to be told you have to pay when you go to save it.

False advertising. This application is advertised as Free image to text (OCR). This is not correct. They get you to upload images and scans. Agree to let them access your device and images, locations, etc… and then when you submit request you upgrade to premium to use the feature. Don’t advertise free services that aren’t free.

Rubbish app. Waste of time. Any export to phone/email , it charges you anyway!!! Trash!!!!

NO Free option. Downloaded this app to try out for free but then as soon as I tried to export the file I scanned to an email or save to a file or anything it makes you pay for a subscription. There is no way to fully trial this app without paying for it first.

Not a free app. It looks like a good app but it’s not free so I felt a bit misled. You cannot export a document with the free version. Why would you want to scan something that can’t be exported?

Sneaky Money Maker app. It’s very sneaky how they try to have you pay for basically all the features of the app once you’ve downloaded, taken the pictures of all your documents and then whamo! You must now pay in order to complete the last step… So close to having it all done yet so far away… Sneaky and dishonest IMO…

Scam. Subscribed $1.29 for 1 week trial. Got offers for long term which I did not subscribed to. Then found out I was being billed $10.49 a week without any kind of pre-warning at trial subscription.

DO NOT USE -my free trial turned into a weekly $8.99 subscription I never agreed to that is listed as “free trial” every time - sometimes they would randomly charge me twice a week… was going on for 8 weeks… I’m gonna make sure apple refunds me and hopefully spread the word to get these app developers caught. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

ScanShot is very good!. But it is too costly for us pensioners. I just have enough for rent & 1 meal a day.

How do I cancel subscription?. It’s not intuitive how to cancel a subscription. It will not allow me to do it through the app.

Best scanner app. This is the best scanner app.

Not free at all, no free features. It wouldn’t let me use any feature until I agreed to a subscription. While it was ‘free’ to download the app, I don’t believe this is in the spirit of what we call free apps. Of course the description really makes it feel like it’s free to use, not just free to download. I would like the App Store to include fewer apps that employed this kind of marketing.

Can’t change text. Can’t change text on any document at all it comes up after I can the text and then I edit the words and then type done and nothing changes on the screen I try to delete it and nothing deletes off the screen total waste of money

Scam. They don’t allow you to cancel your subscription and it says go to app store to do so but it doesn’t make sense how. Please cancel my subscription or Im going to take legal action. This is horrendous. I have sent emails and complaints but no response from the company yet. Do not download it!

They made it so complicated to cancel subscription. I only needed for one use, so I purchased for a week plan. After that, i would not be able to cancel it. Not happy about that. They even made so complicated to post a negative review. Drop from 3 star to 1

Scam. They trick you to use the app, but you can not even download the file from it without paying.

NOT ACTUALLY FREE. looks like a free application but will suddenly force you to make a $1.30 purchase at the last step of the process. if you’re just intending to use this once and you don’t want to pay, pick a different app!

First time a Charm.. Downloaded it and used it within 5 minutes and super accurate .

Free Not. The app works well and has so many awesome applications within but I was searching for a free converter and was led to believe this was the one. So far it’s the best priced and I could afford the $1.29 1 week trial so I’m using it because I’m beyond frustrated with searching for 2 days to be able to send pdf documents to my lawyer whom I can’t afford to travel to. So all in all it’s pretty sweet but Not Free.

Hard to Cancel Subscription. If only you could just pay for this app once and let it be. But it insists on a weekly subscription. I thought I’d just buy a week so I could scan what I needed but now I can’t figure out how to cancel it so it won’t renew the subscription on my card. It didn’t really do what I wanted it to either, it messed up the formatting

PDF Format. Does not forward two files together without merging like AC-1 and AC-2. One can forward AC-1 and then AC-2 or merge and forward as a single file. I see developer responses to comments saying “you’re free to use features” but if you can’t do the one thing you want to use it for, i.e. exporting the PDF you make then you can’t, considering that’s literally half of the useful “features”

Either Glitch with Pricing or False Advertising. I purchased a 1 week subscription for premium features on the app. It was advertised to me as costing less than 2 dollars (1.xx I can’t remember exactly) so I clicked on it, but I was charged $10.49 and was told I signed up for a $10.49 per week subscription. Either there is a glitch or an error in advertising here.

Unusable without subscription. You’re unable to export anything, in any format, without a premium subscription, effectively rendering the free version of the app entirely useless.

Absolute trash. Cant export documents until you pay for the subscription. The app wont tell you about it until you have already scanned your documents and are trying to export.

Trash. I imagine anybody needing to convert files to a pdf document is doing that for a purpose. Not to just keep it in the app. Before you download this app be aware that you will have to pay to do anything with your files. Find a different app this one is useless.

Good scans!. This app makes it convenient to submit medical treatment notes to substantiate disability issues. It’s been a blessing.

Not free. If you’re expecting something useable that’s free, don’t waste your time. What this does for free, the iPhone “notes” app already on your phone does. If you want to convert to text, you’re going to pay either monthly or per time. Misleading and not worth it.

Not Free. Can’t do anything in the “free trial” option. Can’t even test out features without it asking for payment. Also seems like it is trying to steal too much data. Wish I could test it out to see if it might be worthwhile.

Deceptive subscriptions, be careful!!!. I only needed one document converted to pdf, so I purchased the $0.99 7 day subscription. I noticed immediately that Inwas charged $8.55 for the subscription. I contacted customer service and they said “sorry, you chose our subscription.” I did NOT chose a $9 subscription!!! BEWARE!!!

A Disgrace. This is the first review I have ever typed and that is simply because I am ashamed to have downloaded this app. All I wanted to do was change my resume into a pdf. I go to export it into one to my files and it asks for me to pay for a subscription. I couldn’t believe that somebody would stoop so low as to monetize image conversions.

I just need a pdf.. to do anything on the app, you have to spend money. to frame the scanner to make sure everything is there is super finicky, couldn’t even get my full page in, it wouldn’t work. mad stupid.

Love!!. This is perfect for people who do not have access to a scanner but can use their phone to take the image to convert!

App isn’t free. It said a monthly fee of $2.99 per month which I am okay with and then it charges me for the full 12 months! I just wanted to see if it was good for me put a yearly plan price not monthly amount. I currently can’t find a refund option and I didn’t see where it said full substitution for a year .

Free to Scan only. If you want to use copy or print documents you’ll be charged. Frustrated because it was under the free search, but I didn’t find out until I’d already scanned a lengthy doc to send only to be charged the $0.99 weekly fee to get to do so.

Can’t cancel. I’m trying to cancel this app but I am unusable to delete/cancel it. It says I can only cancel from the App Store but I don’t see that option. I’ve been in a never ending loop from the store to the app on my phone & back again.

Takes forever. The scan part was easy but it took 7 hours for the email with the file to make it to my email

horrible. Barely detected any text, couldn’t decipher which words belonged on which lines, so sentences were completely jumbled, and finally there’s no free trial whatsoever, you’re paying money just to discover the apps lackluster results. I want my money back

Don’t recommend. The app scans well and cleans up the documents. However, they advertise it as a free app. You can not do anything with the scanned documents without paying. You can not save them, print, email or anything else without paying! A useless free app!

Misleading. Literally waits until you try to use it after uploading important docs to then tell you that you must pay for a trial. After your short period they then charge you 6.99 weekly! You should add to your description that your app is useless without paying up front first.

Impossible to cancel. I’ve tried everything that they’ve suggested to the other people that reviewed and have emailed several times. There is no way to cancel in the app or in Apple store or in my settings!

Total Scam. charged $10 dollars for one scan. SCAM!!!!! $10 dollars for one scan. No advertisement on pricing until you scan the document, then requires a subscription for downloading, printing, mailing, etc. they offer a $.99 cent for one week offer, but as soon as you hit it, they charge you 9.99. Can only use if you pay $. You can only really use this (exporting or saving documents that have been scanned) if you pay $. There is no free version or option around it. While the app itself works fine, I cannot recommend it at all.

Not worth downloading. This app is awful. I needed to sign some digital documents, and I thought by downloading this app I could do that. Turns out, in order to even export or “send” the signed documents ANYWHERE you have to pay for a subscription. This is so stupid. I hope the company sees this review and gets their crap together.

Charges. You have to state upfront, if there is a charge for this app. After I logged in the first time and tried to log in the second time, I was asked to pay for the premium without any option to not pay for the premium.

Didn’t do what I needed. All I wanted to do was scan and edit a document as a PDF. It scanned, but wouldn’t allow me to add typed text on top of it. Turned out the Notes app does the same thing for free. I ended up canceling it hours after downloading and wasting $4.99.

Nothing is free. Waste of time.. Downloaded to create one scan. Gives all of the formats to save. I click save to files - subscription required. NOPE. next. Edit - What a silly response. You can set everything up that you need, but to actually save and use it, you have to pay. It’s still useless as a free app. You have to pay to play which is fine - lack of integrity in owning that is what is so annoying. Don’t waste your time here, folks.

Good luck trying to cancel. Worked well for PDF, hanging moms medical documents, but then I didn’t need it anymore, it was impossible to cancel. It said you could do it from the app, but then you get all the way through, and it says you have to do it from their phone store. Kind a left a bad taste in my mouth.

Small sample but good. Worked out of the box. I haven’t used it much but it has served it’s stated purpose.

Contact google or apple. If you are an apple product user like me. Just contact apple and have them transfer you to their senior analyst or what have you and they will forgive the charge but only one time. Do not download this app again.
