Okay. Not sure why you can’t generate a barcode with an inventory app. For businesses that are just starting out that would be a great idea to have available and keep your service

Can’t Log In. I have an iPhone 6. The app returns to the login page after I try to log in so I can’t get in.

Almost impossible to sign in. A lot of the links don’t work. The QR code is invalid.

App crashes when trying to scan item. App Seems to crash when it captures the barcode. Seems to be promising but not quite there yet :-(

Amazing - super easy to use. I’ve used a ton of inventory systems on the market and this is by far the easiest I’ve used yet Price is super cheap for all that you get!

Website is better. App is very limited and feels primitive, also no option for iPad like other zoho apps

Items location ?????. Sorry I couldn’t subscribe as I couldn’t find a way to tell the system where is the item location. We also need pick lists that tell the picker where the items are. Doesn’t make sense to have an inventory management that makes people scouring 100s bins/shelf’s to find the correct items.

Very complicated to use. Very complex app, I can’t open on my computer. To add new vendors on the phone is really complicated.

Crashes. New update crashes every time i try and switch to a new page. Please update soon I use this every day multiple times a day. Thank you.

Does not load. Keeps saying “please wait fetching”

Need More Features. Need more information on items. 1: Warehouse inventory count 2: Custom Fields from items 3: Need Inventory Location 4: Barcode Scanner to search products

Not Complete. It doesn’t have all the features like the website such as creating an invoice and other features.

Not user friendly. Not user friendly at all, no way to delete sales or orders in case of mistake. Once it’s made, you’re stuck with it

Serial number tracking missing. Cannot add serial numbers to items as in web. Would be awesome to be able to scan SN using phone’s camera.

A few thing too different from the http system, but works great. Like that

Love Zoho but this needs some work. I would love to see what marketplace the sales orders are coming into. I would also like to have inventory notifications turned off via mobile app. It’s one thing to set inventory to automatically adjust every 30-60 minutes but getting notified via app is annoying.

Incomplete. Poor service response. No enough functionality. Poor support service.

Broken. I have deleted and re-downloaded this application three times now. All that I get when I open the application is a white screen. This application appears to work for my co-workers who have different phones. But something is wrong with the iPhone 6 build.

Need to modify to make a truly great app. This may do it.. I work in a fast paced environment and to have to stop to manually type in a upc ain’t gonna work! I have all the info I need printed n the labels, upc, noun, ws and retail price, ui, manf part num or vendor num, demand lvl. ALL BARCODE, ALL READABLE. Need to make all fields able to scan barcodes, and have the ability to narrow the field of focus for the camera so it doesn’t pick out erroneous data when not needed. Also, in price field include auto option for decimal point to be added if adding manually. (Time saver) need to auto tab from field to field.

Useless. As soon as i try to open up a feature within the app it crashes, every time. Unusable

Works well but online works better. The app works, but the online browser works much better. This app is designed for all touch screen devices but you can barley click on anything. The online browser you can click on so many parts of what your looking at and it takes you there. On this app it doesn’t give you nearly the same tools or options the online browser does. I have an iPad and its easier to just go on safari to the website. I can do way more there than on the app. That doesn’t make sense.

Love this software. I travel a lot and when I am in front of customers I can look at history or items and give them instant information.

Give you the data you need. But has a terrible utility ... great program and the desktop version works fine. But the app has lots of problems and lacks more then half the utility to use it in sales.

Stupid App. What good is an Inventory App that doesn't show your inventory?!? No option for 0 stars or that is what it would get!

Zoho Usually Works. Well bummer. Zoho has a good product usually. For some reason this app leaves me with a blank white screen after I login. I guess they neglect their mobile apps.

Old interface. The interface is old. No way to actually easily view inventory. No way to scan a barcode and search like that either.

No control over employee accounts. Because a former employee linked their account with another Zoho app, I can’t delete them. Unacceptable!

Features missing and horrible services. Product which says features are there but you can’t find it. Tried reaching out to multiple time but no response. The customer support number never works. Not sure all faces same problem.

Support Vietnamese. It will be more great if having Vietnamese language.

Zoho. Soho, I've use tons of app on the market, and I’ve tried many of them; by far, this was the best; the only issue I’m having is invoice can’t print another character than English, try to use mandarins but won’t print, please fix this, Is going to help a lot for Chinese clientele.

Don’t go near it. Rubbish. So unworkable. Missing many very basic feature. Tried for 1 year to make it work. No support.

Hmmmmm. Looking for a an app I can use to suit my needs. But with this app I have to create an account and sign in. Why would I download an app just so I could then create an account on your servers? Will not create an account, and will give one star since I can’t try out the app without doing so.

Tons of bugs. Can’t create an item group, apps close. Other crashes too

More improvement needed. Unable to know which sales order needs invoicing. Should be be able to assign items to users

Fantastic. Below is a review I wrote a year ago. Everything I criticized has been fixed and the user interface is even better than before. I am really impressed My only criticism is that this app has made me want a larger screen! “I tried to use the feedback option but when I went to hit Send. It was inactive! This now works There is no email option so while I can create a quotation, I can not email it. This now works I can create an invoice or PO from my SO. Everything works just as I wanted So while the app looks great, it is pretty well useless. I would rather have sent feedback but couldn’t”
