Decent app that needs some easy fixes. Generally like the app, but it needs to fixes. First fix is that the Sign In and Sign Out options on the menu should be the first and most prominent menu option. Second, the app will automatically (and often way to quickly) sign you out. The user should be able to disable the auto sign out feature.

Amazing App!. BEST BETTING APP AROUND!! In recent races the odds have been better than ever. As a result of this I have won a lot of money and I could not be happier. I am now planning to go to the Kentucky Derby in May cause I have won a lot! The expert picks feature really helps me out when I am trying to decide between two horses. The customer service for the app is great and very helpful. I feel as if my deposited money is very safe with them and I have not experienced any major problems with TwinSpires as of yet. I would recommend this horse race betting app to anyone that is looking for one or is interested in starting up. It is a great app for people of all levels of horse racing knowledge

Big Winnings. I have recently taken an interest in horse racing. My interest really took off from Pegasus in January, I was watching the race with my friends at his house and one of my friends put $250 on a horse to win. Watching the race was incredibly exciting and luckily for him his horse managed to pull it out of the bag and he won big, as it was a 15-1 outsider!! I was in disbelief after asking him what app he used he recommended Twinspires Horse racing app. I have only had it for a few weeks, but it has been really great and has definitely made my experience of horse racing a lot more exciting! Great app!

$5 charge every time you deposit funds. Unless you want to pay more to get yourself winnings it takes them a week to mail a check. Read offer rules carefully. The bet back offers are limited and not as great as they would like you to believe. Typical race/casino tactics, it’s all about the house.

Serious Flaws. TwinSpires designed their app in way that puts the user at risk for making unintentional deposits. There is no question to confirm or cancel before they withdraw funds from your Bank Account. Also, there is no way of changing the prior amount that remains listed from previous deposit without having to actually make a new deposit. In other words, if you deposited $200 last time and your finger inadvertently hit the Green deposit word..that is what will be withdrawn. Only way to undo it is to quickly call and waste time going through security questions and explanation. They seem to not want to make this a better, safer and consumer friendly site.

Takes too long for my deposit to clear.. I am sure your company has people trying to get by, by betting with money they don’t have. But when I deposit funds into my account it takes 3 or 4 days to clear.I would be playing more often it my deposit would clear quicker. Just an observation.

TwinSpires. Been using for yrs and I Love how I can sit and relax in chair in my living room, turn on the TV and enjoy. Or I can be on vacation, work or anywhere and place bets on horse racing. Still like to go to the track on big race days, but It’s better than dealing with crowds at the track when I don’t have too. Thank you TwinSpires! ❤️

Scam. Signed up for an account and made a deposit. Opened the app the next day to place a bet and my password (which I saved in the iPhone) didn’t work and I wasn’t able to reset it. Spoke to customer service and was told I needed to send in a copy of my license, social security card, and proof of address to get access to my account and the money I deposited. So to summarize, I was allowed to sign up and deposit money and THEN was immediately locked out until I sent in my most important identification documents. What a scam.

The Go To Horse Racing and Betting App. There is no better feeling than seeing your winning bet hit the board. This app is great because it lets that happen anywhere any time there is a live race. It allows you to watch almost any race in the country and multiple International races. Deposits and withdrawals are very simple. I have never had an issue with either the whole time I have been using the app (2+ years). Research for any part of any race is effortless. With just a few taps you can see and compare anything you could see on a daily racing form, but it’s in an easier to read format here. You also have the ability to watch replays of a horse’s previous races. And so many other great features. Very convenient and simple to use. Even when at the track or OTB facility I still use this app. Using this app I have been able to cut time in half while handicapping races. Highly recommend. 5/5 stars!

Fun but do care about players. This app is great sometimes. It lets you watch live and bet right up until the last minute that’s cool. But there is a cancel limit! That they never tell you about till you hit it. Why would they do this when the app regularly crashes during the betting process and often doubles places my bets and they won’t allow you to cancel the second one. They really don’t care about customers. Just the profit. Also listen to the live odds not the apps they lie and the star in the angels normally means the horse will lose not win like they say.

Terrible customer service, expect to pay fees. I had to change the address on a check that was sent to me, contacted customer service literally right after. I was reassured they’d take care of it. Two weeks pass, apparently they didn’t send the check to the correct address. They reassure me again and send out a check to the correct address but screw up again, send a third check and stop payment on the second one even though I received and cashed it because they overnighted it. Now I’m stuck paying fees on my account because of the screw up, they refuse to do anything to remedy the situation of their screw up of sending me multiple checks I didn’t ask for.

Love the app update except one thing..... Have been betting with TwinSpires for years and the app has continued to get better over time but I'm finding it annoying that with the new update the app opens and you can see races etc but doesn't prompt you to log in until your trying to submit a bet. I don't know about anyone else but when I'm in the middle of a last minute bet having to take time out to login is stressful, please go back to logging in as soon as you open the app.

My review. I have been using Twinspires for the past five maybe seven years. I was one of the first users that I knew of and referred multiple people to the app. I’ve also exposed countless people at bars restaurants coworkers etc. to this website and have enjoyed many nights and days using the site. I think it is a very user-friendly betting app.

Don’t use this app. I used this app to bet on the Ky Derby, super easy to upload money to your account and place bets. However, after winning money on the Derby I tried to withdraw my winnings. This is where they get you! It wouldn’t let me withdraw my money or request a check which I figured they were waiting for my funds to clear from my deposit that morning. A week later, still won’t allow me to withdraw my funds. Therefore, I messaged the assistant through the app and he proceeded to tell me I have to call the office to speak with them?! What a hassle just to get my money back even though it was super easy for them to take my money!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this app unless you plan on never winning or getting your money back after winning!!!

Added fees to avoid. Did NOT use this app! You will find fees that you are not told about. When I signed up and charged my credit card for my account I was told of a five dollar fee to use a credit card. What was the not Mentioned at all was this app bills the credit card as a cash advance. You are then charged a cash advance fee in addition to the fee to charge your credit card. Granted the cash advance fee is from the bank. But I would never have used this app to bet on the Kentucky Derby knowing that I was paying two fees to sign up. After I get back the money still on the posit with a app I won’t be using it ever again.

Bettors deserve more respect than owners. For decades live cameras have paid more attention to the horse that wins rather than those of us who support the races through our wagers: Simply watch any race and you will witness the camera follow the winner for almost up to 3 furlongs after the finish line and then another 4 furlongs back to the winners circle. The point I’m making is how about focusing on who came in 2nd, 3rd , and 4th so we bettors who support horse racing know immediately if we won the exacta, trifecta, superfecta, or pick 5 and even place and show wagers. In case you race track owners haven’t figuered it out yet not everyone bets win only . Why make us wait at least 2 minutes after each race to see if we are winners or losers. App works great. I want to correct an earlier review where I was mad because I never received my winnings from the Kentucky derby. I was just informed it went in through our other bank account. I had no idea! I wish someone had told me that when I called to ask. It all works great.

I LOVE the update!!. Thank you for finally updating this app! The last version wasn’t too bad, but it really stunk that you didn’t have face recognition for the longest time. (I don’t have the home button in my iPhone anymore) it was always frustrating when I wanted to make a quick bet, but couldn’t because I had to put my password in manually and I would miss the opportunity to bet because the race was closed. I also love how much easier it is to make a bet now.

Very sensitive. Do not use your phone this app is set up to make mistakes it’s bad enough u can’t get your money when winning also it makes deposit u can’t cancel once your in it u can’t get out of it TwinSpires will not give you the phone number of the check cashing company on there quick deposits with no fees plus when scroll down it automatically has u betting that horse and your not even close to check circle the app is in their favor I can see law suits against this TS the races are not rigged but this app is rigged they know it cause they have not updated it I will be watching for major group law suit on TwinSpires so I can get involved already tons of money back in a app law suit the big fish

Twinspires problems on mobile devices. I had many problems since changes were made a couple of years ago. I had called and expressed my concerns but got no where. Gave up. Playing much less now then before on Twinspires. I really liked when you could get a lot of information on account history, that has changed also, and is not even close to how good it used to be.

Opinion. I like most of the stats that TwinSpires has to offer. I am not oblivious to the fact that this is a gambling platform, with that being said, I’m aware that the more information immediately available the greater the chances the player has of winning. How ever it would be nice to be able to see a symbol referencing horses that have matched each other in prior races. Maybe an asterisk symbol next to the name, informing the program viewer that horses within that field have faced each other before. Let’s be honest, it is up to the player to review prior races to said race to see race times and watch the race to the how the horse and jockey performed, which is what I do. Thanks

Terrible app for heavy action. This app is fine if you are only going to make a couple bets at a time, but if you are looking for more BEWARE!!!! I had to learn the hard way that they cap the number of bets you have visibility to. On a heavy action day I found all of the bets I had made earlier disappeared. At a certain point new bets I was entering were bumping the earlier bets off. I couldn’t tell what bets I had placed and what bets I hadn’t. Their customer service was a joke. I tried to delete all and start over but they even cap the number of times you can cancel bets.

Consistently Crashes as of Late. iPhone 6/iOS 12 - The app has been crashing when exiting the live feed and returning to the betting interface. I am prompted to login again each time. This occurred before he recent iOS update and I’m seeing similar complaints from other users who possess newer iPhones. Please investigate and fix. Otherwise, this app has been satisfactorily improved over time.

Downward spiral. The last couple weeks - maybe since ios update- performance has been awful. Crashes frequently, usually after watching a race go back to races screen and it crashes. Also if you click watch but havent signed in yet, once you sign in and watch the results never appear once the race is over. Also during this case you cannot see the “will pays” in the next race unless you close out the app completely and re-log in. It is time for an upgrade Twin Spires!!!! these frequent crashes are not found on other ADW apps which have been receiving more of my action lately

If you can’t get to the tracks this app brings the tracks to you. I have used this app for a few years (especially for the Kentucky Derby & Belmont Stakes) it has a few features that set it apart. For example, the form guide gives really insightful info & stats, as well as videos of horses in the recent races that they have run. The quality of the live stream on offer is superb and I have found it extremely useful in the current climate. The app has undergone both navigation & display improvements in the last few months which I really appreciated since now there is a faster response time. I would recommend to any horse racing enthusiasts as it covers a breadth of different races & tracks, there is little to no faff when it comes to deposits or withdrawals and the information on offer is really useful. On top of this there are perks like weekly bonuses / promotions etc. Superb app - highly recommend!

Speed. Yikes. The new speed/class/pace tabs are terrible compared to the old speed tab. I always thought that's what set you guys apart from the other racing apps but now it's just like them. It actually keeps getting worse. What happened to the horse info? Past races, jockey, trainer, sire, etc? I still can't get over how much I hate this update. I've never seen something so great go to complete crap so fast. Its taken the joy away of betting and watching races when not at the track. Please put it back the way it was. Why try to fix something that wasn't broken!??

Great app.. This really does the trick. Trustworthy company with decent functioning app. Make sure you sign up and fund before you want to start betting. 5 minutes to post is not the time to start messing about with registration and bank details. The app keeps improving with time so looking forward to some good weekends in the stands, not having to go down and queuing at the betting window!

Easy to use. Simple, intuitive, fast way to place your turf wagers with a few extremely aggravating little problems. Maybe it’s me or my IPhone 6s but the app seems to freeze up about once every couple of weeks requiring the de-install/re-install dance. And I wish it was easier to navigate around particularly from one track to another. All in all, I far prefer it to competitors and I’ve tried most.

No lines. After going to Kentucky derby this year on the infield we found lines to long to bet even 2 races ahead. Dumb on the official’s to cut the windows in half from previous years so we decided to use the TwinSpires app or just not bet , we were happy with the ease and and speed to bet. Although we may not go back because the derby has turned on the infield bettors At least we can use the TwinSpires app

Beware. Joined 6wks ago & nothing but issues. If your address doesn’t match their database when you join, instead of telling you that, it gives you an error and tells you to try again. Of course you do that, until you get locked out & have to call them. On two big racing weekends, the app didn’t display correct odds. Sometimes favorite showing 99-1. You could not view bets made or balance. You could place bets, but of course, you could not cancel them. Both times it took 24hrs to fix. Think you hit that promotion? Think again. Myself & an employee read rules and came to same conclusion. But no, we were both wrong because “promotion is poorly worded, but nothing can be done since you didn’t satisfy terms”. If your own employees can’t decipher promotion terms, how do you expect us to? I know, it’s not your money being wasted. They also own BetAmerica, so beware unless you like major headaches. I closed my account & will wager elsewhere.

If you have to be stuck at home, bring the track to you. This amazing app has saved my sanity, and made me a few bucks! The video on the iPad is superb for watching the races and my iPhone is my personal wagering terminal. The angles and handicapping info are clear and easy to use. The wagering interface is easie than he kiosks at my home track. Wish I could give a sixth star

Best than the REST..!!!. I’ve been playing on this platform for 2 1/2 years now. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it I can play anytime I want basically because they also include international race tracks from all over the world and I think that’s such a wonderful thing. And the fact that I have one and many places whether it was hey small one or big one it’s always lots of fun.

crashes and other issues. on iphone 10 ios 12 this app crashes which is frustrating. video doesn’t function with ipad also with ios 12. I simply do not understand why someone can’t enhance video replay to only use the normal replay mode and not head on replays. You don’t even know which horse you are trying to watch because it doesn’t give #’s on the mini running line. Another frustrating thing is face ID is a waste because app still asks for password and gives you the message that PW is required. Please fix this!

Waste of time. When trying to place bets on concurrent races need to login in again after watching the previous race. The extra time needed does not allow me to place on the new race in time. Need to fix this bug to allow one touch login or stay logged in until I sign out. Find much lag time with the website.

Won’t protect your money. Used this at the Kentucky Derby. Service there wasn’t great. 3 of the 5 of us couldn’t use the app. I was one of the “lucky” ones. When you want to close out the account and get money back they will only mail a check. I opted for that. It looked like it would come quick and I got a notice from USPS saying it’d be in my mailbox. It was not. So I reported it missing and called to see if I could put a stop payment. I could for a fee, and I’d have to wait 14weeks to get a new check. Or I can wait and see if someone cashes it, then dispute it. Does not seem like either are great options for me… I do NOT recommend this app.

Terrible experience. I downloaded their app and made a $50 deposit to get on the Kentucky Derby using their link. Turns out it was a link to their sports book which doesn’t include horse racing. They have a separate app for that (not mentioned in the ad I used the link on). The horse racing app requires a whole new account t and log in but here’s the kicker. The original link I used promised a “Risk free bet and deposit bonus”. Guess what - you don’t get that on the racing app. As a matter of fact, they actually charge you $5 to make a deposit on their race betting app. Yeah, they charge you $5 to gamble with them. ALL THE OTHER GAMBLING SITES PAY YOU TO MAKE A DEPOSIT. THIS ONE CHARGES YOU TO DO SO. YES THEY MAKE YOU PAY THEM TO DEPOSIT MONEY ON THEIR SITE. Long story short, now I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back from the original deposit I made at the link TwinSpires provided to bet on horses, because they are frauds and the link didn’t allow horse betting. I needed a separate account not eligible for any of the promised bonuses to bet on horses. Wild that they are getting away with obvious consumer deception.

Seriously?. The night before the NFL season kicks off, and he app is down for maintenance! I opened an account, deposited money, and was all ready to place a wager to take advantage of the very generous NFL Kickoff sign up offer for the TB-DAL Thursday night opener when, all of a sudden, the app no longer works. 🙄 Unfortunately for me, I had to leave a state that offers sports betting to go to one that does not have sports betting for the day, and I can't use that offer. What a joke! I guess I'll be withdrawing my money and sticking with Draftkings, BetMGM, Fanduel, Pointsbet, theScore Bet, Caesar's and Unibet. Then I'll give it a bad review and delete the app. Also, where's the back button in the app so a user can go back to the previous page.

Easy to use. I am not one who knows what they are doing when betting on the ponies. Reading the programs don’t always help. This app made it so easy for me to understand the favorites and checking there stats in an organized way that picking horses was easy! Setting up the bets were smooth in this app. Even if I make it to the track I will probably still use the app then going to the tellers.

TwinSpires app.. I have used TwinSpires app in the past and haven’t had any problems. I want to make a deposit using the app and when I had to put my new credit card number in it, change my deposit amount and charge me a fee. I had to then make another transaction to get the amount of money that I wanted deposited with another fee. I called customer service to stay on the line over an hour and get hung up on before the answer. I then emailed him with no response. After I finally got a hold of them by calling again in the waiting, they could not do anything for me. They could not refund me five dollars or even put five dollars in my account to make it right. I have since then close my account as I am very dissatisfied at this point based on principles. i’m very disappointing customer service.

Twin Spires Quality. But ……. Twin Spires tries to do everything first class, and for the most part they succeed. I was very disappointed to see their best wagering feature omitted from this app. The LEGACY CLASSIC WAGERING INTERFACE has no peer on planet Earth. It was designed for large screens as in pc or MAc. So to get it to really rock on an ipad you need to flip your screen to landscape mode. Still, this app is likely the best thing for iphone users. Those of us too old or too physically challenged to be part of the on the go crowd anymore will always prefer the clarity and ease of the legacy classic. But for the 95% of the betting public this is an outstanding piece of work! It still gets 5 stars because what I believe is their second best interface is still better than anything else I have seen. Couple that with their outstanding customer support staff and that is a winning quinella every time!

Don't bother...sketchy activity & poor customer service. I placed a single $4 wager and my account was debited for a total of $18. (2 separate $9 charges). When I contact customer service, I was initially told that they only saw a transaction of $4 on my account. They then tried to tell me that my bank must have charged me fees to deposit $ in the first place. When I challenged this infuriation as incorrect, all of a sudden I was told that TwinSpires had a $5 fee per deposit. I explained that I never approved the hidden fee once let alone twice. She proceeded to say that she could now see a $1 debit on her end to which there was no explanation. She said she asked her supervisor what to do but I was never allowed to speak with a supervisor despite specifically asking to speak to one. Ultimately, she offered to send me a check for $4 that I would receive in 10 days. I was told there was nothing she could do to refund me the $10 in hidden fees. This is a SCAM. Beware of similar fault. I will be notifying NBC to re-evaluate their relationship with this company since NBC advertised for them. I also advised customer service that the app developers needed to improve their app. They took $14 of my money for a single $4 wager placed.

Updated Review. This app is really good and is very simple to use. However, it recently has started crashing every single time it is opened up. Stays open for about 20-30 seconds and then crashes and shuts down. If/when they fix this issue, this app will be back to the top as the best one for track betting Update to the above: as it turns out the issues I was having had nothing to do with the app itself and it was an Apple issue. Once I updated my phone that app began working great again without any crashing! Back to being the king of betting apps

Great app but. Everything is great about his app as far as videos and all the races and courses. The only reason 4/5 is because the app still doesn’t show you as much handicapping as a computer or tablet would. For example you can’t view the horses previous races to see their past performances. Otherwise no bugs.

Best Horse Racing App Around!. This app has all of the core features people look for in a horse racing app. Fantastic promotions and welcomes offers, watch the races live on the app without any buffering and safe and secure withdrawals. I first got into horse racing when I was young and deliberated for a while going with an app rather than going into a shop or betting on the internet. I have to say it was one of the best decisions I have made recently, the welcome offer give you more than enough money to play with and I have been rather fortunate this racing season. I won the UK grand national, the US Preakness stakes and more recently the Traves Stakes. I have had no issues withdrawing my money and I recommend TwinSpires to all of my family and friends.

Better than competitors. This is an amazing app, it certainly helps to make horse racing a lot more exciting! I recently watched the Pegasus world cup where me and all of my friends betted on some horses. I felt very lucky using Twinspires because as my friends started to place bets with apps such as TVG and Fanduel, all of their apps were crashing as they were trying to place bets frantically. Luckily for me I have not had this issue with TwinSpires, it is a great app all round I would just improve the fluidity of the app it has been known to lag a bit. I would recommend this app to any keen betters on horse racing.

App exists to steal your info. No way do delete your account info.. Do not give them any of your information. This is not legit. They exist not for betting but solely to steal your information. They say there is no way to delete your account info. They only disable your account. The Twin Spires app was advertised during the Kentucky Derby about 5 years ago, 2017 or 2018? I thought this was legit place. I was unable to use it to bet in the Kentucky Derby, luckily. My credit card declined the transaction because it would have been sending cash. There is no way to delete your account and your info like your phone number and birthdate. Yes now I know never to give that info and should have given a fake. The whole reason of this “company” is to steal our info probably to sell the info, to where the dark web?

Terrible Update. The new redesign is absolutely horrendous. I’ve been a user for over four years and have logged in at least three times a week even if just to watch horse racing with no money invested. However, I’ve also spent and won thousands over that time period as well. The old experience was user friendly, intuitive, fun and NEVER had any issues. This new design is obviously the brainchild of some over zealous “experience designer” who prioritizes flash over function. As someone who works in digital development, I can wholeheartedly say this one of the crappiest updates I’ve ever seen to a previously seamless experience. My usage has dropped off the map and I find it visually revolting enough that I can’t even bring myself to work through the neon barf that is this new experience. Shame on you TwinSpires for innovating yourself out of a working and highly enjoyable solution. Change it back and fire whatever idiot convinced you this would improve your engagement and revenue generation. So frustrating.

YMMV. This app does very well at taking bets. My primary complaint about the app is that it only works in portrait mode, with the Lightning port at the bottom of the screen. It does use location services, primarily to verify that you are in an area from which you are able to wager, and to show only the options available where you are located. The app is best suited for an iPhone as an adjunct to a desktop or laptop (to view PP’s, video, or the exacta matrix), but not very well suited for an iPad.

Hands down the best online horse wagering site.. I’ve tried all the online horse betting apps, and twinspires is by far the best. The new iPhone app is soeasy to use. TVG is a safe and sensible way to bet when you can’t be there in person. Deposits are easy and your money is always safe. Want to cash out? It’s no problem at TVG. Direct deposits, bank wires: Your winnings are easy to withdraw at TVG. This is not possible at other sites-apparently. They are always figuring out ways to take more of your money. TVG has money back promotions and wager rewards that get money back to the player. Always loved the website -till this app came along-I’m hooked! The app is great!

6 stars for new version. The completely revised version is awesome. I’ve been using the app for a few years and this new version is incredible. It’s so different it did take a little getting used to after using the old version, but it’s so much better once you get used to it. The navigation improvements are huge as well as the display changes. It’s also much faster in response time. I’m a long time developer of business apps and appreciate a vastly improved user experience (UX). Well done, architects and developers. Give that team a huge bonus.

App always getting better, video stays consistent, that’s an improvement from years ago.. Video availability is a lot better then last year, but I guess entering my passcode instead of the facial recognition is the likely trade off.

Real easy and self explanatory app. I have no idea what that guy is talking bout the three sites I use TVG bovada TwinSpires I have received checks from all them id would rather use TVG app then TwinSpires tvg actually treats like a human unlike other wagering sites

Would not recommend. I used this app for the first time 7 days ago. Still waiting on my winnings. The funds I used to bet with cleared my bank immediately. But they won’t allow you to transfer it back to your money app. PayPal or easy money called customer service they answered but left me on hold used the chat feature got aGeneric answer. They will allow you to bet with your winnings but not cash it out. Seems like a scam.

Brutal App. I don’t recommend loading the app on the day of the race, it locks up and has trouble confirming your bets. Also, the promos are impossible to figure out how to apply. I submitted for the $50 new account and they gave me $10. Then, they published that a win bet would be returned if your horse came in second and they never paid. Also, I could not reset my password from the mobile app, I just get sent into an unending loop. For a company that is handling money, this app is not reliable.

Fun!. Not a racetrack for hundreds of miles, this app lets me bet the horses. Simple to use. The deposit and withdraw process is slick. I hit a $2,000+ Trifecta, the transfer to my bank account cleared the following day. I'd highly recommend the app.

Way better than waiting in line to place a bet. I downloaded this app two years ago before going to Churchill Downs for Oaks and I have enjoyed using it ever since. It makes bedding easy, always works flawlessly, and is way better than waiting in long lines on big race days.

Great horse app. Needs a little help.. Useful and the interface functions well. Though there should be pedigree info for each entry like on a real program. Sire, Dam and Dam Sire. Also the Distance and Surface and silks for each race should be more prominent

App issues. I have tried to get you all to fix the app on the bet history . Betters like to look back at their previous bets and see how much they bet on the race. Your poor app does not show how much you bet if you happen to collect. All you see is the green amount you collected but you are unable to see how much your bet cost. Seems like an easy fix that you all will not do. Maybe because you don’t want us to be able to keep track on how much we bet when we win

Works well except.... I found the operation smoother than if I simply added TS off the browser as a home screen save, however I use an ipad and the app presentation is frozen and will not swivel into “landscape” presentation. My ipad sits in a horizontal position in its holder. I will wait until the app can swivel to switch over from the browser -home screen operation.

App for the most part is great. A few adds or changes would be great. First off the interface is actually really well done. The changes are minor but can be a bit frustrating. 1. Bets are in order As entered and there is no way to change the order such as by track or better yet by race time. 2. Cancellation limits are annoying. No reason to cap cancellations. It makes it annoying to have to call in to cancel after limits. 3. Biggest issue is withdrawal issue. It gives an error when you try and withdraw to same bank account you deposit from.

Idea. You guys have a great betting app, you should add a notes section for horses you like or bets u want to remember or things you may like so you can use it later. Literally like just a notes section!

Good app. Good app. Contains lots of info for betting. However after recent updates the post position is no longer visible on the horse history when tapping on the horse. This makes it virtually impossible to identify the horse when watching replays of prior races for the horse. Also the issue of workouts not being visible for first time starters remains. Arguably one of the most important pieces of info needed for handicapping FTS.

Bet horses and watch tv. For several years the app has been good on days when there is no big race , used to go slow on busy days but no more, quickest horse betting app there is now

Great way to play Horses. So easy and access much info rapidly. More info than when you are at the track. More fun too! Easy to place a bet and payoffs are quick and it gives you option where to put the money.

It was a five star in the past. I’ve always loved using this app in the past but recently the experience is disappointing. It has been especially suspect on Saturday afternoons when I’m trying to get bets in for the races leading up to the Kentucky Derby. I’m sure the Dev team will get the issues resolved but get your bets in early if you use this app. Update... another Saturday afternoon and I can’t place a bet because of technical issues. I’m moving to a competitor.

Best horse racing company. The best thing about this company and their app is how easy it is to transfer money in and out of your account. Offers are always available as opposed to one time sign up that others do. Highly recommended.

Deceitful Trash. These idiots run an ad on TV 30 minutes before the Kentucky Derby starts saying you can bet on the Derby with them and it’s not until after they take your money that they tell you you have to be verified before you bet (would not happen in time to wager on the Derby). Totally dishonest and then they refused to refund my money. I had to go to my bank, file a report, surrender my card and order a new one in order to get my money back. What type of company “can’t” refund your money??? Deposit at your own risk...

Shady!!!. The most shady betting app I have ever used and was forced to use, as it was the only one available to bet on the Kentucky derby!! I was recently charged a transaction fee from my bank because you guys processed the transaction as a cash advance on top of a five dollar fee from you all to even make a deposit!!! WRONG!!! Everyone keep this in mind before you download and use, it cost me $15 in fees to make a $50 deposit! ($5 from the app and $10 from my bank)

Betting experience improvement. Overall I like the app but it would be an improvement if I could lock in a betting amount, which of course I could change at anytime, just so I wouldn’t have to enter it with each bet.

Hidden Fees. I was aware of the $5 fee to use a credit card to deposit money but I was also charged a $10 cash advance fee by (I guess) my credit card. I was not informed in advance that this would happen. So my $20 bet cost me $35. Fortunately I won $24 on the Derby which I will use on the Preakness.. The app itself is easy to use.

Great Product!. The best all around, racing site available, especially for new horse racing enthusiasts. You won’t be disappointed. Just follow the greatest handicapping staff and they actually give you winners. Also PP’s for all tracks, thank you Twinspires.

Giant sign up form didn't bother. I have Touch ID and my app connected to my bank account. Why do I have to slog through a long sign up form? And why do you prompt me to do this 5 minutes before the derby starts? I would have given you my business but this form doesn't respect my time. Why do you need my email? Why can't you just use my phone? Why don't you have smart defaults so I can just plug in my address with one click? This is a face palm UX mistake. If you want someone to do something you have one of two choices : either motivate them so strongly that they will jump through your hoops or make it super easy to did what you want. In this case you have done neither so I deleted your app. You might have made a long time user. But you didn't.

Missing options. I would like to go back to look at the horses, jockeys & trainers .. to review the race that went off already.. I can’t figure out how to look at that after race is over .. it would be nice to review..

Very easy to use. I’ve been using TwinSpires for many many years. Betting site is very user friendly. Also you gain points from betting which converts to cash. They also offer many incentives for many meets. Also I love the fact they cover international racing.

Great App. I have been using this app for years and I can tell you first hand that I or anyone else I know that uses it, has NEVER had a problem! It's safe, quick and easy, and it beats having to go to fight the crowded lines at the ticket windows especially at Derby. So use this app with no worries!

Suggestions. MTP on different screens doesn’t sync. Can’t easily get to programs like before. Column 5 on pick 5s is too close to the phone border and hard to get at. Always get shut out before horses load. IE- assume there is a tape delay vs real time video. Can’t get audio through the APP on some tracks.

Couple of Issues but overall good. I get bounced off when it seems to be alot of bets coming in. App doesnt allow for screen to show sideways except when looking at pps. Mentioned it to customer service and person didn’t understand why a tablet user would want that ability.

Deceptive practices. BEWARE: if you choose to deposit money with a credit card they will charge it as a cash advance rather than a normal credit card transaction. They deceptively make it seem just like a normal transaction but what this means is that your bank will likely charge you a fee on top of the fee they charge you on the app. This is buried deep in their terms and conditions. When I called to ask that it be changed to alert the consumer more clearly they essentially laughed at me and ignored me.

The latest fix works. Way to go guys the latest update fixed the crashing problems with your app. It was getting very frustrating but now everything is super!!!!

Great App... but lately .... Love the app, but honestly is it just me or does it suddenly close out and you have to log in all the time. Like after every bet. Getting exhausting. I tried deleting app and reinstalling but to no avail, still crashing and kicking me out. 😤

Works for me!. This app offers me everything I need to watch and bet on the horses so far. I see others comments about not being able to watch the video what's the race has started and I do agree it would be nice if that feature was still working. Otherwise, I'm good! Run on ponies!

Great product. One persistent glitch. On the iPad version, you cannot select the last leg of a Pick 3, 4, or 5. Been waiting for a fix the last few updates to no avail. We need to switch to iPhone whenever I do a Pick 3 etc.

Best Horse Site. Easier to navigate daily, and never an issue with payouts or offer bonuses. Twin Spires is a much better and easier site to bet with, even with just basic form sheets. It's not even close and glad I found it years ago.

Disliking the app for races. I don’t like the fact that once the race is gone, you can’t retrieve the angles. Also you can’t see past performances unless you down load them. Before you can just click on the horse and it showed the past performances

Great For The Road!. I love this app, and I have used it every day since I got it! It’s great if you want to stream a race on the TV and watch another race, and it’s even better when you’re in the car, because you can watch. instead of just being bored.

App - will not rotate in landscape mode. Can the app get updated so the odds / horse info / etc can rotate to landscape mode at some point - the videos go to landscape mode - it would be helpful for the horse info / payouts / etc. be landscaped as well verses having to rotate the iPad everytime the race is over Thanks

Long time customer. I’ve been a long-time customer with TwinSpires, need to upgrade your online site, refer to NYbets for more streamlined functionality, sorry but you need to get better

Very Convenient and Exacting. I’ve been with Twin Spires twelve years and find the site quite easy to use. No more rides to the local track or casino. It’s all right there a click away.

Great Technical Support. This is a great app. I had a bit of trouble making my initial deposit (my fault not the app’s) and the technical support was superb. My technical support person was Dion and he was extremely patient and helpful and through his assistance the problem was resolved.

Show me the money!!!. Revised my review, it was a bit of a buzzkill to wait a long time for our winnings to be updated. Would be nice to have a countdown clock or something so we know when we will get results. We’re new to betting and didn’t expect this wait. Also, the $5 fee for adding money is REALLY high.

Unresponsive app.. I created an account and funded it exactly as directed, even got a confirmation email and a deposit confirmation. However when I want to place a bet, the app keeps saying it does not recognize my login, it keeps kicking me back to the home login page. Even when I click on the link to reset my password, it doesn’t work. Extremely frustrating and ruining my Derby day. I wonder where my $50 went?

Felt shady…. Downloaded app, was very excited to try the app I was told was a great betting app…I played 2 races with their free money. Then locked out of app after win. When I called customer service, was told they need 3 forms of ID. I’ve been betting on other apps for months and have never been told they needed 3 forms of ID. Felt uncomfortable sending 3 forms of ID to a company/app I know very little about. Not a good first experience. Back to the other apps it looks.

Technical Difficulties?. I made a bet on the 2021 Kentucky Derby and won some money. I’ve been trying to collect but the website doesn’t open and there is no mention of why not or any difficulties. If there was clarification then my rating would be better. Is anyone else having this problem of collecting their winnings?

Watch. Half of the time the app does not allow me to watch the race it just “shows its loading” and then freezes. I loved the app until it started doing that. It’s not the phone because I have a brand new phone now and I still have the same issue

This bait and switch scheme should be illegal. Roped in by advertisements promising a $10 no purchase necessary promotion which was a total and complete lie then conned into giving every bit of personal financial information to just create an account, followed by non fulfillment of promotional credit, and then required to pay $5 to even make a deposit... that's the part they should be locked up for. Seriously a crime unlike anything I've seen on apps. Apple should delete it!

Beware!. I used this app to bet on the Kentucky Derby. I was easily able to “Deposit” money into the app, however after winning my bets it has been horrible trying to withdraw my winnings! I linked my checking account, and made another deposit (as required) for verification. The deposit cleared my bank the following day, but 3 days later and I am still not allowed to withdraw my money!!! I have used several different betting apps, but TwinSpires is BY FAR the WORST!!!

New features wreck this site. twinSpires really screwed the pooch on this one. You’ll wear out your finger scrolling to get information you had on the same page last time. And the link to brisnet past Four performances is either broken or only shows you one race which makes playing horizontals almost impossible. maybe moving to DRF, unless you have a better idea.

Never A Problem. Been a member for several years and I have not encountered a single problem. I had to contact customer service a few years back and they were 100% professional and resolved my issue.

Now have to pay for pps. Up until now, bettors did not have to pay for past performances the day of the race or at tracks. Now, the only way to view pps via the Twinspire app is by placing a bet at the track where you want to view the past performances. I will be closing my Twinspire account after using it for about a decade, and going to a betting platform that doesn’t charge gamblers extra for past performances. As if getting a percentage from each race/bet placed on the app isn’t enough…
