Improvements. The platform overal is great. The app works fine too. There are some small details but we think we can work it out with the technical support. They have been very responsive.

Wow Nearly never works. So much potential, Zoho is like the 3rd place runner up in every race. Most of my complaints from guests are they cannot use the live chat. Just simply doesn’t work. Press “send message” and it does not send. Customer in chat waiting for operator? No notification (even though settings are all correct and turned on) Tracks bots on sites as visitors (stupid) Has you jumping at your phone every few seconds thinking someone is on it, and try to engage with them, only for them to be gone the second the app shows they showed up (bot traffic) Just fix the darn thing. Allow us to move the chat window thumbnail up instead of being stuck at the very bottom (IPhone menu borders the bottom and it’s so low it is a fine line to press the button versus activate iPhone slide-up menu) So annoyed

Still trying. I am still tryin* to get salesiq to work as a tracking tool providing names of email click throughs and visitors ..

ZOHO Email appeals to kids. ZOHO email is difficult to use and has a carnival childlike desktop on your computer. Not at all easy to use and definitely not suited for a serious business environment. If you like colored balloons and bubbles and next to no space to write your email text, then you’ll love ZOHO mail! Bring on the clowns!

Amazing and very innovative. For every website owner-it's a must to have!!!

No point to use if no notifications. I don't see the point to have this installed on your mobile device. The app closes right when you switch to another app or put the phone to sleep. You lose any chances of contacting potential clients relying on this poorly built app.

No new chat notification. Not receiving the pop up notifications when a new chat comes in. All notifications are enabled on the app and phone. Works on my android phone just fine though.

Awesome!. I previously rated the app a 2 star because the sound alerts were not working. Turns out I had inadvertently enabled 'Do not disturb' on my iPhone. Works great. I have been waiting for this for a long time. I won't miss another website visitor chat. What a relief.

Live notification has stopped. The app no longer alerts me when a new chat is established. My phone use to ring when a new chat is requested even when my phone was locked and app was not running in background. Please fix this asap!

Way worse than the Android Version. I have constant issues with SalesIQ on my iPhone 13. It is the only app that is consistently laggy on Wi-Fi (with Fiber internet) and on 5G Cellular. Not just laggy from a slow internet connection though. As I have constant issues just trying to type in the app where my key presses become delayed by up to 10 seconds in between letters or numbers. This happens if I have apps in the background or not. I have wiped my phone, removed and reinstalled the app all to no avail. This is with just one chat being open, and no others. It has been this way since iOS 16 into iOS 17.3 Beta, so it’s not an OS issue either. If you can, just use the Android version of the app.

The latest update fixed the bug I was having. I had left a one star review because the new interface update was causing SalesIQ to crash anytime I opened a chat, one of the updates that have come out since then has fixed this issue, so I wanted to adjust my view back.

iOS Crash. This just crashes on iOS (multiple) iOS devices so there’s a bug in the iOS version.. all of my items are of course up to date and this has really been happening since 13 was released

App won’t clear notification. This has been an issue for months, the app icon doesn’t clear notifications after chats are closed. The last update was supposed to fix, but am still having issues.

Always good to know..... what country the visitors are coming from however it would be even better know what city and state. Hey here is an idea since you know the domain how about who the company is.....2 stars for the tech, 0 for the business intel.

Great app but please add ability to sort history by most recent visits. Great app but since it is more than just a chat app and has some Analytics and site tracking features, would it be possible to add the ability to sort visitor history by most recent visits as a default as well? Currently we can only view by new visitors or return visitors but it is not in a chronological or reverse chronological order. That would be something nice to see in addition to return visitors etc.

Confusing. Not a fan, freezes consistently. Alerts are all over the place. Recommend a different service.

Top shelf mobile chat support!. This system and app simply do all of the things that we always wished our old mobile app and CRM chat program did. Highly recommend!

Does not keep active. No matter how you set it up.. after 3 or 4 days you have to shut it off and re open it to have the notifications again... very disappointed in this app. Been trying to fix for 1 year now... switching solution soon

Ios app crashes sometimes. We are experiencing some issues when we try to answer chats on our phone. Tbh re-installing app fixes issues most of the time. I think it’s about time for the developers to release some updates.

Just average. App is okay, have options to make a live chat, but visitor history needs improvement. It would have been better if the viditor history shows in a very organised manner. Right now it shows aug 12, sep5, aug 17.

Does not always notify you if phone is in lock screen. I MISS so many chats because this stupid program puts my status to ‘idle’ and then will NOT notify me of an incoming chat!!!! Also I need to receive notifications on my Apple Watch when there is a chat request. Sometimes I walk away from my phone for a moment to do Something and I do not hear the new chat notifications. Notifications on Apple Watch would tap my wrist to let me know there is a new chat. *** update *** Apple Watch gets intermittent notifications sometimes but rarely. I usually have my phone in lock screen waiting for a text 99% of the time. And a lot of chats so not even notify me and are pushed to the CRM
