App is crashing after the latest update. Please fix it

Reinstall. This app works much better after I deleted and reinstalled it. I'm able to approve transfers, view message centers, and access ABS information now. Much improved from previous versions.

Solid browser once configured correctly. Does the job for internal browsing

Email no longer working. Works latest version uses this. I have used BB works uem for past 6 years with no issues. My email stopped working 2 days ago after latest works version was pushed. In works version history it says it relied on this product. Please fix.

Slow in refresh, and best in losing connections. Its probably the worst written app and its is kind of forcing the user to never use it again

Something is NOT better than nothing. I thought hey, it's better than nothing. Nope it's about as effective as having nothing. Hate that my only option is GOOD (whether it be for email or web), because overall the products stink.

Worthless. Worthless addition. All other blackberry apps work great for internal usage. This one is a steaming pile of crap.

Mostly garbage. I'm not a huge fan of the blackberry work app, but at least it WORKS. This? Not so much. Constant need to get a new access key, restart, etc. If my work's IT department didn't require it I'd never install this.

Keeps on crashing. Can never launch the app by clicking on the app itself. When launch from Blackberry work, it crashes 8 out of 10 times. I have to keep retrying every time I use it.

Terrible usability. Incredibly overcomplicated setup and terrible usability. Multiple difficult to type keys just to install an app, bizarre and unintuitive app store in an app. Haven't met anyone yet at my company who has successfully even got the whole process to fully work at all.

There’s a reason the government uses this app.... Quite possibly the worst app for productivity and the ability to get things done. Extremely slow and always unreliable. Avoid at all costs.

iOS update has made this app useless. Since the latest iOS update you can not use this app. You can not scroll to see all the content, which does not allow you to get to the buttons we need to get to. Please update so we can do our job.

Very limited capabilities!!! :-(. The only option our Company has provided for us. No pilot, no chance to evaluate alternatives, etc. Security is good but can't attach a file from any other app, can't attach a photo unless you take it within the app, an other limitations. Good for simple text email. That is all!

ugh. Rarely works. Lots of compatibility issues and when things do work, it’s slow as molasses. There’s got to be a better way...

A real browser within the Good security container!. Much better than the built in browser in the Good app.

Better than they'd have you believe. I've got a few small personal preference type gripes with this app's interface. But honestly, I only need it for the softtoken functionality so whatever.

The worse app ever. This got to be the worst app ever and I can’t believe that Apple is actually approved such horrible app to be in the App Store. I wish I can show a demo on how l bad this app trying to Open a link from BlackBerry work and keeps flashing and flashing and flashing forever and after 10 minutes, maybe, if I’m lucky it’ll time out, comes back and ask me to open in Safari and then tells me can’t open in Safari!!! how bad is this? please!! My 6-year-old probably can build a better app!

Wow... setting up is very lame. I figured out even though it times out for sign in ... you have to close then open an email and check a portal to see if it works... very crude software

This is a mainframe for Major corporation. All the blackberry apps are for secure outside connections to a network. This app secures outlook email outside of the network. It’s very capable in that arena. I would not recommend this app for one off users.

Go make coffee if waiting for new email to load. Only option (ugh!) w/my employer ... "C-o-n-n-e-c-t-i-n-g ..." Get useless notification on Apple Watch (99% no sender/subect). Go to phone to see WHO emailed, about WHAT. But after login, 1-2 mins for new email to load. If using LAPTOP to read/file/delete email, PHONE app doesn't keep up .. OLD email still shows on phone + badge count shows gazillion UNREAD. When u open app, old email slowlyyyy floats in/out for 2-3 minutes until app becomes CURRENT. * No cut/paste or formatting, even WITHIN app. * Can't see color coded categories like on laptop * NO create/change flag status to customize when to follow up

Broken pages. Some of the web pages are distorted or links are broken/missing. It’s impossible to work with the upgrade, previous version worked fine.

Less than 1% market share. It does not take a great deal of brain power to understand why Blackberry went from the dominant player to zero in a blazing trail of “failure to keep up with the market.” This App is horrible and no one would use it if it weren’t for corporate policy. From installation to daily use, I beg my IT dept to let us simply use the App that’s made by the same developer of our desktop email. Why must we be the less than 1% subjected to something so user-unfriendly?

Activation. Cannot use the app because my phone was jailbroken previously. GFE never had this problem. You could still use the program. You just couldn't use it if your device was currently jailbroken which makes sense. Please enable the same for both good access and good work!!!!

Worst app ever-esp last “upgrade”. Starts by saying remote notifications aren’t turned on - tho they are - then Keeps crashing

An improvement on the old Enterprise browser. It's better than the old Enterprise browser, but it need a "find in page" feature.

Fails to remember credentials. Not sure why, but the app keeps forcing me to entire my credentials even if I try to enable it to remember them.

Not working!. This app isn't working at all for me right now. Not sure what's going on. I'm logged in to BB Work and when I try to open BB Access it's asking for log on info again. Then once I enter it again, it flips back to my phone's Home screen. I've restarted and tried numerous times. Fix it please!

Unable to download app. Although I have the cloud icon, when I click it, I cannot download it. I’ve been through every possible scenario with Apple Support to get this fixed and nothing works.

Horrible. This browser opens about half the hyperlinks I click on and doesn’t work with popular video conferencing apps like Zoom or Teams. Simply useless and hate that my org uses it.

Awful. I hate my IT department for choosing this Blackberry trash. My goal in life is to get them to dump this worthless service for one of the many better options.

Update for iPhone X. Thank you for the awesome update for the iPhone X UI. This makes us have an increased workspace, as well easier navigation. I may be jumping to ideas however I almost am willing to bet that the speed has improved as well, more to come on this one. Cannot wait to see the email Work marching this format for iPhone X. Great work!

Terrible experience. I am constantly having to delete and reinstall this browser. Hyperlinks in emails are effectively worthless and have to wait until I’m on my PC. The app will work for less than a week, then I get a proxy error that can only be solved with a delete/re-install. Will this be fixed? Stay tuned.

Almost non existent SharePoint support. Lists in SharePoint 2013 come up as non searchable/ non sortable plain text. Custom web part pages and apps aren’t supported at all. Worthless. Unusable.

App has become useless. The app USED to work just fine. It would allow me to click on links via my work email and visit sites. I surmise some wacky update occurred and now when I attempt to access sites remotely needed for work, it prompts me to open up in Safari instead. Obviously, these are work websites and I can’t do as such. Hopefully this is fixed ASAP. Until then, I’m removing it

Don’t do it. This is a piece of garbage, being polite. It simply will not install properly on my iPad. Phooey.

Useless. Used to work and now never does. Hurting my productivity with the iPad. Need my laptop to open files from email. Is nobody home at Blackberry?

Terrible. Needs Microsoft Authenticator now which tries to direct me to Edge. No bueno.

Need improvements. Since upgrading to iPhone 8 and iOS 11, I have not been able to have this app work consistently

Best app for secure browsing. This is the best app for browsing my favorites web sites. I am sure that all my data are in safe.

Have to delete and re-install often :(. This application causes major delays when using in the field. Sometimes multiple times per day it will lock you out completely and you can't access anything. I have to delete the app and re-install it to use it. It is very frustrating and slows down business. It has no reliability or consistent functionality.

Talk about Speed. Lightning fast browser.. Security we get it, going to lose some usability people. But come on, access to intranet without having to log into some App Tunel or VPN makes this thing amazing. Could be a little faster but I give it 2 thumbs up. **** love the launcher integration like Good Work. Plus the App Store feature is cool. Our It just put out 2 new apps and they showed up there for me to download.

Blackberry Access. Agree with previous review. While the ability to access intranet files and share point sites is powerful, the process to launch the browser application is PAINFUL!

0/5. Couldn’t be much worse. Hard to get operational. Rarely works when you finally get it installed and correctly implemented. Slow. Nothing positive to say about this application other than it does in theory exist.

When it works, it’s great. Access can be fast; but it can be slow too. The “switch to PC view” option used to work really well. I guess somewhere along the way, the feature got messed up with a bug that does not allow you to view certain web pages (that I personally need access to for work when I am on the go). Integration with Blackberry work, being able to copy/paste certain items and send via e-mail is inconsistent. I have had to delete and re-install the app multiple times so that it will work consistently (simple as loading a web site).

HTML5 Content behavior issue. After this week release, things are misbehaving for webapp built with HTML5

Kills my iPad. Whenever this app is running, even in the background, my iPad Pro slows to a crawl. Gestures don't work, swiping between screens is noticeably jumpy, and similar problems. Kill the app and the issues disappear. Not worth the headaches.

The slowest browser. This browser is slower than Safari because of the extra round trip times it has to jump via the corporate proxy. Even Microsoft Access is faster. May as well not have any Access at all.

Easiest email setup. Working perfectly on an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Scanned the QR from IT, added my corporate password and I was in business!

Junk. Doesn't work well with iPhone. Text is all bunched and unreadable, the latest update did nothing to fix.

Terrible on iPhone X. It freezes 80% of the time. It’s a pain to “use” (i can’t really use it due to crashing all the time). Can’t believe this has not been fixed yet. Blackberry...product support???

iPhone X. This app does not support the iPhone X screen display size and the app does not remember login credentials. I gave it 2 stars.

Constant crash when opening files. This app crashes 100% of the time when I open a PDF file from my intranet. The file does open and as I scroll down it freezes up then after a minute or so it crashes. 100% of the time. Useless.

Password managers not useable. This app promotes the use of insecure passwords by not supporting password managers or even copy/pasting of passwords. It forces you to use a password you can remember, which is bad security practise.

Test before release?!. Just a quick tip for the developer - test the app before releasing it, e.g. the passcode app doesn't show codes at all because the codes are in the background color (white) in dark mode!!!

Does not work with Good For Enterprise. This app no longer allows the User to authenticate thru the Food For Enterprise app. This is useless for Enterprise users! Keeps asking for an email and access key when it should be delegating the auth thru the Good For Enterprise app!

Another bomb of a product...... If I had the hours back that I've spent loading and reloading and reloading this app because it crashes with such intensity I could retire a couple years early. What a headache of an app....Jesus Christ!

Terrible on iOS. Works perfectly fine on Android, not sure why every task involving this app results in failure, but I recommend avoiding it entirely and encouraging your organization to pursue an alternative.

Doesn't work. There's nothing else to say. This app (the entire "Hood" suite, actually) is nearly worthless. It gets one full star only because I'm rounding up.

Worst service and very unstable. I am not sure how this product even gets tested before putting moving it to realtime. Every time the app updates it self all the setup breaks and I have no idea how to fix it nor my company's IT department.

Recent update caused app to become unusable. I have not been able to use this app with Good for Enterprise which defaults to use this app as the preferred browser.

Rename "Bad Access". Won't work. Crashes systems.

Annoying. I find it very annoying that I can't copy-paste my activation code in the application. I got an email with an activation code of 25 characters: I can't paste it in Good Access, I can't type it little by little as every application switch (with my email app) will reset what I typed. Ultimately need to write it on a paper to then type it in good access, welcome to 21st century technology...

Worst app ever. Slow and crashes. Plus why block control center access on the lock screen? That's not even relevant

Unable To Access Access. I have only been able to access the app since I downloaded it a week ago. Since the it gets stuck in authenticating.

AVOID THIS APP IF YOU CAN!. This is a "secure" browser, with many useless restrictions and limited features. Avoid it if you can.

Different name same sh.... If you are looking for tools that make you completely unproductive, go ahead and download any of the Good apps. If the company you work for requires you to download Good apps, consider changing jobs! Yes, it's that bad!
