Trash. Everything about this app is terrible. From the absurd user interface, that seems to have been designed for anything but a touch screen mobile app, to the frequent lack of push updates that can leave you uninformed for hours at a time.

Certificate issue. Every time Apple updates the iOS the phone resets due to faulty Blackberry certificates. This has happened to me on multiple iPhones, someone please tell the Coast Guard to fix the issue or use different software!

So many false non-compliant devices. So many bugs. Installing profiles for each device is cumbersome in this process. Doesn’t have a great feature set when it comes to Volume apps and required apps. There needs to be an option to push profile policies to devices and push apps to devices on demand.

App won’t function unless notifications are on. Just upgraded to the new app. Won’t function unless all notifications are turned on

Garbage!. Absolute garbage app! You’ll get notified you have an email, be able to see that you received an email, but then the body of the email won’t load! This leaves you with being able to see who sent you an email and the subject line...but no idea what the email actually says. This app is just as terrible as their phones were.

Worst app ever. The blackberry apps do not load properly. I finally got this to work but then the next time i accessed the app, it went through the authentication process like i hadn’t put my credentials in. And it did it every time i accessed the apps. I would close the app and access blackberry access or blackberry connect and it would open. Makes no sense. Now it won’t open at all. Screen is white when i try and open any bb app. You guys need to work this out. Totally frustrating and time consuming just to get a look at an email.

Awful...wish I could burn this software to hell.. It works, but every function it has is much more complicated to do than another email client. If it takes Outlook one click to do something this takes 7. Burn in hell UEM client!!

Problem after problem. Still cannot get the app to complete the installation process. Extremely non-intuitive and buggy.

Obtuse sign-on and password expiration issues. A frustrating application that will expire your password and require you to obtain a new license. Then for no reason at all your password will no longer work and you’ll have to go through the relicensing again. There are many more issues when actually using the product but that’s for another review.

Terrible.. The only reason you would use this is because your corporate IT team gives you no choice. It’s like using Lynx or Mozilla for web browsing. Might have been pretty cool once upon a time, but today is arguable that it is better than nothing.

Thanks. Cumbersome would be a compliment. Absolutely a product of government financing. I hope the jobs program was worth it because I certainly can’t reliably use it for email.

Battery Drain. Drains battery like no other app. I use a lot, but is is using 60% of my phones battery...when you try to disable the background refresh then alerts go away. Worthless and they don't seem to be able to get this right no matter the version or update cycle.

Fails to deliver on promise. This app and its companion apps promise access to work email, calendars, etc. What it actually delivers is having to remove and reinstall the app through corporate IT every time there is any iOS update or even the smallest update on the corporate IT side. I have had to re-install the whole family of apps weekly for the last two months.

Ideal solution for enterprise access. My agency just switched from mobileIron to this system, and so far I’ve got 15 users set up and loving it. First things first: my agency runs its own UEM server and tested this and developed SOPs for a year. Then they pushed the SOPs to us in the field and advised us to test it out for a couple of months with non-VIP users and develop our own plan of implementation. Then we rolled it out. Getting the first device online took two days, but now I can provision a device and get a user’s PKI certs loaded in a matter of minutes. We can reset the device remotely, wipe work data remotely, and even control device policy and push apps to the devices. Far better than mobileIron in every aspect once you learn its quirks- absolutely no bugs once it’s set up properly. A lifesaver!

Activation incredibly unreliable, terrible experience. Seems like UEM Client deletes most of its policy objects, then hasn’t the sense to fetch them again when it detects them as missing, resulting in an install that breaks all apps that depend on the missing objects. I’m on my fourth activation, always breaks after a few days. BlackBerry are supposedly “on it”, but people have been reporting problems that seem to match this description for a very long time. A significant number of colleagues have the exact same problems I have.

App decent boat crashes frequently. Hopefully somebody from BlackBerry team will read this as it challenging to get through to their online or phone support. This is the 2nd or 3rd Time in a month my blackberry UEM Clyatt has suddenly crashed and then I spent over an hour with my company is technical support to try to get it reinstalled after much effort to do so! Blackberry Ream: PLEASE fix this app to be far more stable for enterprise client usage!!

So glitchy. I’ve never had an app that has crashed as much as this. Have reinstalled this about 6 times, and can still never get past the third screen on my fully updated iPhone.

Terrible. This app is awful. I would give it zero stars if I could. It’s slow. There is no way to retrieve your password if you forget it. The technology of the app is as outdated as the phone. The only reason I have it is because my company uses it.

Every update breaks the application. Updated it to latest version and now the app keeps asking for enabling remote notifications but there is no such setting in 11.1.2 ios

Offline. Since latest update cannot connect/receive email. Will get banners and notifications of emails but when I try to see the email the work app consistently says ‘offline’ and won’t update. This occurs on all devices

I would turn on notifications if I wanted them!!. I currently can’t log in because I refuse to turn on notifications. I get hundreds of work emails a day (literally). I don’t want my phone alerting me every time someone emails me. Every update the program gets worse....

Touch ID. After installed the app update, I lost the ability to use Touch ID to sign in. Touch ID was a great feature. Now I have to use my password to login each time I check my email.

Much Improved. I use this app for configuring mobile device management and it works very well. I have been with BlackBerry for years and they have made a lot of improvements with activation and management. It just works - I am grateful for the lack of drama getting devices activated and for knowing said devices are secure. Thank you for continuing to strive to deliver more in ways regular people can understand and use! 🕯💫

Awesome app. Answer to my prayers. I’ve been struggling because I couldn’t get to my work email and calendar on my phone. Now with this app the setup was smooth and seamless, I had everything installed on my phone in under 15min. I’m accessing mail, calendar, and address book in a sandbox app on my phone that looks and works just like the native apple mail app. I’m also getting Alerts on my phone when calendar appointments and emails arrive. I can feel my productivity increase already. ************ 3 weeks into using the app and still loving it. My current issue is that in the calendar app. No matter which day I select it always shows the current time marker.

Slow, terrible, and just painful. Just a terrible solution. Don’t get me wrong - I’m sure half of the problem is the IT department screwed up the implementation, but overall it’s a terrible solution with poor experience

Slow, Slower, Slowest. I have to use this tool as it is the only approved mobile email client we have, but if you are just looking - KEEP looking! The tool will give a notification that you got an email - shows sender and part of the title. When you open the app to see the email, the fastest I have ever gotten to see the note is 3 minutes. Typically closer to 5 min... the note I am waiting on now is now 7 minutes and it is still not loaded... Just says “Connecting”

Lacks basic functionality. You can’t paste a password or open up Apple passwords for login. Company policy is setup to re-enter password every week…So I have to write out my complex password to be able to login…This is against cyber security due to now having it written out every week. Let’s update to the current decade!

Crashes and has to be reinstalled repeatedly. I’ve downloaded the app and has re-activate this too many times. Slow performance and unreliable

Frustrating. App upgrade locked the app. Had to remove and reinstall. Then notifications (for work email) were constant. So I turned off notifications and the app locked again.

Alerts/Email settings. Much better than my previous government email app we used. However; I am still not receiving alerts for new emails. Also, no way to set outbound emails to be automatically encrypted. Address these two things, and I’ll change from three to five stars.

Extremely poor app. A very poorly built app. Get stuck at Configuring Blackberry Dynamics no matter what you do. Very bad supporting docs how to resolve it. Please do not use this app, it’s just waste of time.

Terrible no reason companies should choose this.. For some reason companies IT departments like mine chose to use this. It’s terrible and unfortunate because there are better, and safer alternatives. Perfect example of legacy being out of touch with reality. Incompetence is the only reason this software exist.

Buggy. Crashes. Notifications don’t work.. Notifications tend to break with most every update. You just stop receiving them until they finally fix it again. I installed today’s update hoping it would fix notification issues from last week’s update. Instead the app just crashes once opened. Really poor product and I hope my organization chooses a new vendor soon.

Broken and counterproductive. Just downloading the app and setting up an iPad with this for the first time has maybe a 20% success rate to complete without major issues. We have experienced a variety of simple issues from not recognizing devices, and arbitrarily removing permission to access some apps, to more major issues like deleting accounts causing the iPad to completely wipe. If you have any say in what app your company decides to use, and you willingly choose this, you have only your self to blame when no one comes to the break room to have birthday cake with you... because they all hate you for making them use this broken app.

Kills your Watch and Phone. As a very tech savvy iOS user, I was shocked at the OVERREACHING and locking down of my phone and Apple Watch required for this to work. The Device Policy management used by my IT department made my Apple Watch inoperable without unlocking my phone first, LAME. In addition the app itself on my phone required ridiculous password requirements which also ruin the user experience. No thanks

Worst app for IOS I’ve used and I can’t delete it. I’ve been using email security apps for a decade and would rate the UEM poor due to: -Painfully cumbersome, complicated install -Award functionality on an IPhone X - some daily needed functions are either hit or mess and work in part or don’t work at all and useless. -If I thought it was worth getting and waiting for a fix I’d be more specific. But unfortunately it’s a better use of my and your time to recommend moving on or urging your employer to change the service if it’s not your call. And when I was finally able to move on, IT CANT BE DELETED USING STANDARD IOS METHOD. I’m still looking for resolution on that.

Terrible to set up. The app is awful to set up and is barely functional. Resetting a password is near to impossible and any help desk you use struggles to help because the Blackberry servers are down so often.

Terrible. The Blackberry EUM app breaks important usability features that make smartphones powerful tools. The app is supposed to empower business, but it is a MASSIVE usability setback. For instance, all email and calendar badge icon notifications are funneled through the same app, and the notifications clear immediately after viewing the app. After exiting the app I have no idea which how many work emails are unread and/or if any meeting invites are pending. There are so many more problems beyond this! I highly recommend avoiding this app. Tell your IT administrators and business leaders to do the same! Avoid this app!

Notifications MIA. Every release it impacts Notifications on the Work/Email app. Once again now there are no email notifications, so user has to constantly open app to check for new emails/calendar alerts. This app is NOT RELIABLE!!!

Worst app ever. This is perhaps the worst app I have ever worked with. Constant bugs. Always crashing. And if I don’t want to turn notifications from this on, don’t try to force me to.

Works well in spite of arduous configuration. The configuration was time-consuming and required multiple attempts. It finally was successful with some hand-holding from the local IT support at work. We believed Touch ID from the App Store had to be disabled for a successful install. In general, the application and services are an improvement over the Good application. The user interface colors are muted relative to Good (couldn’t stand the red). No issues after a few days. No issues with battery usage, either. I turned off unnecessary notifications and there is a battery-saving mode within the app itself. I don’t understand the low ratings, which prompted me to write this review.

Works perfectly!. Email, calendar, contacts, secure documents, intranet, 2FA,... all in the same app.

Terrible terrible terrible. App stopped working on my wife’s iPhone 11, presumably since credentials at her work expired. While she put in a request to reactivate her UEM based credentials, I completely uninstalled all BlackBerry apps and data from her iPhone and updated her from iOS 13.3 to latest 14.5. Reinstalled UEM from AppStore and it almost bricks her iPhone. Repeating error message box: ‘Directory’ is no Longer Available. You cannot kill UEM and it’s difficult to reboot phone since error box keeps popping up. You can tell there is some amateur programmer behind this. I suspect they are storing something in iCloud in a non-compliant way with no way for the user to manage iCloud usage.

Awful. The entirety of Blackberry UEM is just awful. So many separate apps. And logging in passes you back and forth through several of them. And that’s when it works. Often login fails. Often initial setup fails. Often activation keys are rejected. If it works, accessing email is slow - it takes up to 45 seconds just “connecting” before any emails begin to download. The login is cumbersome, and the suite of apps don’t support Face ID-only login: every time the app restarts, you need to enter your password. And not your work domain password, oh no - it’s a separate password just for Blackberry UEM. And you can be sure you’ll have to change that password out-of-sync with when you change your domain password. If your workplace uses Blackberry UEM then I guess you’re stuck with this, but man. It’s awful. There’s a reason why this app has 1.5 stars on the App Store. I’ve recently upgraded to iOS 13 and the app has stopped working entirely.

Very poor app for IT management. If your business is using Blackberry, you’re so far behind you should just write letters and have a pigeon deliver them, you’ll have better results.

The worst of both worlds. If you want decreased productivity amongst your workforce and increased frustration and work for you IT Support Department, then this is the App for you. This app is barely useful and frankly more frustration than its worth. You can have a full four course meal in the time it takes from header notification to actually delivering the email into the client. RIM you need to go back to the drawing board on this app or you face total irrelevance in the business marketplace.

IT Professsiona. This is the worst app in the history of apps and email on a device. I support this device for attorneys as it seems to be the only thing out there currently since the original Good app was bought by Blackberry. BUT YOU GOTTA HAVE A PLAN. They don’t. I consistently get calls for reinstalls. Most time if you delete the Work app and reinstall you can get back online fairly quickly. But there are all kinds of problems that vary from user to user and that could be anything from passwords not syncing to just slow to connect to the server. Request for access keys are displayed and when you provide the key it shows as “failed”. Early on the app use to provide keys but now I haven’t had a key work FOR ME in years and we have had the app since the purchase from Good! Why not buy Good and leave Good as it was. It was more stable than this app. I can almost never get the app to work for my users by simply providing a key or confirming that the AD account is not locked! Oh, Bring back Being back The Good apps. BLACKBERRY BEWARE SHOULD SOMEONE COME OUT WITH A BETTER MODEL OR VERSION OF THIS APP EVERY ONE AND I MEAN EVERYONE IS GOJNG TO BE GHOST!!!👏🏼✌🏾

Doesn’t work. When I launch the app, I get a message that says remote notifications must be enabled. Notifications are enabled for the app. There is no setting on the iPhone for ‘remote notifications’. Google search is no help and there is no support for the app.

I miss how the Good App was so good!. Blackberry for iPhone app is terrible. It’s slow, doesn’t sync up my passwords, and I request badge notifications and out of nowhere that stopped working. Was thinking of uninstalling and reinstalling but after reading the negative comments of those that did I’ll live without the badges. BlackBerry had. Terrible product before and took the Good App after acquiring it to the dumps. Bad bad bad BlackBerry.

Created more issues than fixing them. After the update, more issues such as set policy doesn’t work. It is now asking password ever so often. It seems it’s applying its own policy. Also the Face ID doesn’t work or doesn’t appear as it logs on. Need update version ASAP.

Update is great!. FaceID has been added and allows for simple activation and integration with great security!

What a joke. This thing is ridiculous. I have had nothing but issues. The calendar is not great. You need to open it to see what is coming up. Also, the notifications are not coming in anymore. Ugh!!!!

One of the worst apps. One of the worst apps in the App Store. Server issue prevents users from installing the app and being authenticated. Interface is incredibly dated. Seems no maintenance or work has been done on this app.

Sign out for the weekend. Wish there was a way to sign out for after hours so I dont get emails

Battery killer. UEM work is killing my battery. It started as soon I started to use the app, but it took me few days to figure out the culprit. I have to use UEM for work otherwise I would just delete it from my phone. For now, I don’t leave the app running in the background, I have disabled all notifications and can only hope that BB will fix the issue soon.

It’s like I was given a broken 1998 BB. It’s just like you were given a broken 1998 BlackBerry that somebody dropped in a toilet. Doesn’t work, does what it wants and you can’t look up things - a great step backwards. If you want to cripple a brand new iPhone and make it run like a POS get this app.

Buggy and rarely works. Our company mandates we use this application for work. Its UI is awful and emails constantly fail to load the body. Search doesn’t seem to actually search.

Not user friendly. This app asks you for your password frequently, has different passwords for different sections and is not intuitive. Not sure why they even bother having finger print ID. The support center you call when you need help is awful, and you have to validate at least 7 different personal details before starting the call. It is like they PLANNED to make the most annoying apps possible with the most tedious support line they could imagine. What a disaster.

Password managers incompatible. This app promotes the use of insecure passwords by not supporting password managers or even copy/pasting of passwords. It forces you to use a password you can remember, which is bad security practise.

Face ID. An update to include Face ID would be great

Most time consuming and convoluted Install EVER!. My sympathies if you have to install this - plan for several hours and ton of reading to troubleshoot. It’s from BB, so it’s not unexpected.

Access to iPhone passcode. I used a 4 digit passcode, after install the app, I am forced to update my passcode to at least 8digit and plus. This app has too much access to my personal information and admin has too much controls over my personal phone. This is indeed not a personal phone friendly app. Defeated the purpose of BYOD.

Worst app. Used this app in iPhone , as my company mandated it . The email doesn’t load and crashes very often!!

iPhone X. This app does not support the iPhone X screen display size. I gave it 3 stars.

Doesn’t load emails all the time. Cool app but is often offline and emails don’t come through. I have to close app completely and restart it to get the emails.

Needs features. Please add faceid to unlock and the ability to search my inbox

Fails to notify. UEM Client connected our corporate... work fine for a while, but odd things occur. Like not being notified of new messages. Also, sometimes Sent messages end up in Drafts, when in fact the message was sent, not saved. The message didn’t get sent out... and the support thinks this issue is related to loosing network connection during the send operation. The “send” process, needs to be reliable. Improvement required. (!!)

BlackBerry UEM in subpar. My first review of an app ever - I’m writing this because I feel this product is terrible. 1. Why does it jump between screens so much? 2. Why do I get a notification of an email but the email doesn’t actually appear in my inbox? 3. Why does the connect application not sync between devices? 4. Why can’t I change my email signature? 5. Why can’t I set an out of office? 6. Why can’t I accept calendar invite proposals? Some very basic stuff needs to be fixed here. GOOD was way better for email than this app.

Absolutely atrocious. Worst app I’ve ever encountered. Makes me think that the one or two good reviews on here are fake. I would be embarrassed if I worked at such a well known company and brought this app to the App Store.

Worst app since the dawn of time. It’s not possible to have a worse app than this app. It’s a complete and utter disaster and should be banished from existence and history

Worst App Ever. Forced by my agency to use this application. If it worked it wouldn’t be an issue. It doesn’t though. Previously called “Good For Enterprise” which is the MOST ironic name ever for a horrible app.

Difficult. Download experience was difficult and failed several times. Requires modifying other applications and set ups. I’d rate a zero if possible.

Consistently bad performance. From failure to connect issues to now showing no notifications, this app is a mess.

Terrible & Worst. This is the worst app I’ve ever used, I need to input passwords dozens of times per day. It does not support Face ID, less productive.

Totally trash. Lock itself with no reason. Want me to contact IT to get unlock key. It happened twice I really frustrated with this app. I don’t know why such company can still survive.

Can’t Even Download. Wish I could write a review, but it’s going on three weeks now I can’t even get the app downloaded properly.

Crap!!. 24 hrs offline. 36 hrs offline. Can’t get emails. Drains battery. App crashes after opening. Companies only option for emails. Trapped. HELP!!

It professional. Can’t deactivate device, 3007 error. Disabling passcode in iOS did not fix and app remains after reboot (UEM showing as white icon)

What a piece of crap. Worst app I’ve ever seen to install and configure. BB was better as a dead company which it will be again with horrible apps like this.

Why bother with Touch ID at all. What’s the point of having Touch ID if you’re gonna make me type in my ridiculous password at least every day anyway?

Last update broke it on iPhone 7. THIS APP IS A WORTHLESS PIECE OF HOT GARBAGE.

If I could give it a lower rating I would.. Nothing but error after error. It takes me 3-5 days to get one iPhone configured. Worst software ever.

The application does not work. The application does not work with the new IOS 13.6.1.

This is the best option for professionals?!. So, so, sooo bad. Destroys battery life, rarely updates correctly, makes my phone extremely hot to the touch.

Lead your company into the future with BUEM!. Take it from me, my office is responsible for approximately 300 BUEM Client managed devices and growing as we transition from boring, locally managed (boring) supervised devices to the new millennium (you know, Y2K!). And let me tell you: every negative review you read is correct. I am a frontline customer service rep who gets to babysit each of our devices through a setup process which is frequently over 30min and occasionally requires 1.5 hrs to complete (after multiple failed attempts). Now, if you are at a top tier of your organization and need a big project to propel you to the next promotion (on the backs of your support techs and end users) then by golly THIS is the app for you! Promises of mobile content management, mobile email and CAC credentialing will sell your leadership (and all but the most cynical of your peers). By the time minor network and infrastructure problems break your email connectivity you’ll be sitting pretty in a corner office, laughing all the way to the bank! The eager anticipation of MCM will keep folks compliant well past the initial confusion and (well placed) resistance to change. And, by the time your organization realizes the mistake they’ll be fully committed (and fully dependent on your consolidated admin rights and private access to BUEM account creation)! Worried they’ll be upset with you? Don’t be! too much money (and labor, and lost work time) has been spent to turn back now, and no one will have the guts to step up and take responsibility! So, sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor, you old rogue. You got em again! Disclaimer- Now, this isn’t to say there aren’t cases in which this system would work. But you better have a well equipped, savvy, motivated, and well paid tech department with a well developed support infrastructure for addressing problems. It is NOT a good fit for a slow moving, non- tech savvy organization which requires a lot of internal coordination and consolidated control for IT and communications system regulation. It might be ok if your mobile devices weren’t mission critical, or your organization wasn’t scared to death of IT (like tinfoil hat level scared).

Aweful. Zero stars. Updates are slow. Can’t connect-this app is so buggy-can’t believe this is considered production.

Horrible. Consistently fails to connect to email sever for hours at a time whether on WiFi or cell service.

Dark mode: Can’t see font in menu items. Forced by employer for remote email. Trash as USUAL, BB UEM Client. Dark mode on iPhone 11 Pro means MENU items in SETTINGS so DARK GREY against BLACK BACKGROUND .. CANT SEE .. nor use settings menu ** FIX THIS**!!

Give Touch ID Option. Please enable biometric login option. I’m so sick of entering a password a dozen times every day.

A new coat of paint - same issues with Touch ID. Nice new colors and name. Trying to hold on to the BlackBerry name. I get it. Good job on that. But could you, PLEASE, actually fix Touch ID? This is the only app I have that "supports" Touch ID but never actually works. Come on, now. Can it really be that hard? Apps I have from three employee companies have it working just fine. BlackBerry can't get it to be a reliable feature? And if you're struggling with it so much, just remove it until you fix it.

Pure crap. This app has not worked for 3 months. I have an open case with Blackberry that has yet to get resolved.

Cant use it on iOS 13. Im unable to use this app in iOS13. Getting a message Application blocked. The application MDM policy is installed on this device. Start MDM enrollment.

Horrible. By far the worst user experience I have ever endured. Forcing people at work to use this app is pure torture and should be sanctioned by the United Nations.

Needs A LOT of work. I got this app so that I could get my work email while on vacation. This is the app my company uses for byod and it is horrible. It restarts every 30 minutes and the touch of NEVER worked for me. This is extremely inconvenient especially when you have a password vault that generates "secure" passwords and I can't even paste the copied password into the app. This app has far to go to be useful to anyone. I cringe to think that C suite executives have to use this app. As an IT person if I find it cumbersome, I know they would find it cumbersome.

ZERO stars and why BB is out of business. Why is this even being made available to anyone? The app is total garbage. Don’t waste your time.

Eats Battery 18x Faster Than Good Mobile!. Garbage app due to insanely horrendous battery usage. Normally have 90% battery left after 16 hours. With BB UEM, have 10% after 8 hours. FIX THIS NOW!!!
