Great!. When it comes to calculators, it is difficult to find that fine line between overly complex and overly simple. I don't need to know the sine or cosine in my everyday life but I do need to do more than add, subtract and multiply. Calc Pro has found the sweet spot. This app offers more than the basic calculator such as tape, gestures, decimal placement, labeling and more. Easily a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ app.

Must have calculator for iOS9!. After the last update 2.1 the app becomes absolutely awesome: 1. Availability to turn on/off Auto equal which is very rare option in calcs. Turn off to avoid inappropriate multiple equals. 2. New color customization regard on functions very helpful (red to del and so on) 3. Full swipe support for many functions. This is my FAVORITE CALC app! iOS9 design calculator with Memory buttons and dual lines. All what I missed and needed from original calculator! 1. All full call functions 2. All available customize options 3. Memory buttons in comfort way 4. No double operations when pressed button = twice. Awesome! 5. All possible usage of swipes 6. Very fast feedback and support by devs. The BEST calc among all others around App Store for me!

Great app. 5 stars for a reason

Bugs and missing functions. Calculator becomes messed up if you use more than one dot (.) and try to delete it. Also missing some important basic calculator functions. Seems like a lot of the current functions are pretty redundant and could be used for other things. Still a good calculator replacement.

Hate the ‘Rate App’ pop up box. If you want my positive review then remove the rate ‘Rate App’ pop up box. The ’Rate App’ pop up is extremely annoying and bad UX. I will always rate any app that does this with one star.

Intrusive pop ups.. When I PURCHASE an app, I expect NOT to see intrusive pop ups asking me to make in-app purchases of added features.

Incorrect direction for sharing history. When use Arabic label, on sharing result change calculation direction from left to right to the right to left direction It's so good of i can add more description for each party of a calculation

Great app. I've been using the app for about 2 weeks now and haven't had a problem so far. I don't use it for complex calculation so I can only speak to the convenient features such as the ability to see previous calculations. Love the layout and look. Great app!

Best Calculator for seeing your previous work!. This one suits my job figuring needs perfectly. I love the history tape because it stores your calculations forever and you can even track down calcs by date. They also listened to my feed back and put insert Calc back in. Great Dev!

Dual-line arrangement VERY useful. Compared to a financial, algebraic, RPN calculator I use every day, this is simpler. So far, I have not performed algebraic functions, only simple math. It displays concurrently the entries which have produced the answer shown. Great for a visual check of the entries as you recall inputting them! Most helpful ;-)

Perfect for Multistep Problems. I love this app. I was looking for something that showed my previous input like my graphing calc does since I do a lot of multi step calculations. I also like that I can see the answer update as I add additional input. Totally worth the $4. So much better than the apple version!

Calculator ---- very nice. Excellent app and kudos to the developer who keeps making very nice ant thoughtful improvements. I like the app a lot. Responsive and easy to use. The tape recording and recall features are excellent. It's also nice to see that the developer is quite active in fixing minor issues an making improvements based on user feedback.

Well done, just a few things. This app lacks the functionality to copy answers into the iOS clipboard with a simple tap on the result. It's also missing some useful constants like φ. Otherwise, this calculator does a fine job of constructing equations and updates results realtime while editing.

Wow! Great Calculator. Wow! This is a great calculator! I don't know how people use the default Apple Calculator. The big difference? This has a tape so you know you didn't mistype any number. It's like using a business calculator but works like a regular calculator. I love the default color scheme and the tape on top of the calculator in portrait mode and the tape on the left in landscape mode and the rounding to 2 decimal places and the 00. The rotation from portrait to landscape mode is kind of neat. I wish Apple would allow you to change the calculator that opens from Control Center.

Perfect for my needs. There are soooo many calculator apps on the AppStore. After a lot of trial-and-error, I finally found this one which is exactly what I was looking for: a ‘better’ version of the iPhone’s built-in calculator. Specifically, what I was looking for was: 1) show the calculation as you type (to avoid typos) 2) history tape (so much easier than Memory keys - although they’re available too) 3) ad-free, even if it costs a few dollars 4) no subscription purchases 5) not bloated with currency converters, unit converters (the same developer makes a great converter app, by the way), graphing, or other advanced features I don’t need 6) attractive interface 7) active development with frequent updates This app has it all! And the interface is even highly customizable! My search for a replacement calculator is complete.

Good looking app. Great looking app but the plus sign should be bigger and the equals sign should be smaller. Add the erase function like the stock calculator app on iPhone, erasing a single digit with a single swipe.

Calculator Widget for iPad. Update: 11/10/2020 - The issue has been fixed. Now when I open the the notification and swipe right! Now iPadOS has a better calculator than iOS. 5 stars now! —————————- Original review: ————————- Finally, an easy way to open up a calculator on iPadOS. On iOS, you can pull down the Control Center and you can have the calculator there and get to it easily. On iPadOS, however, there is no default calculator app, so there is no way to get to a calculator from the Control Center. Come along this app that adds a widget (albeit an extra purchase). Now you can get to a calculator from the widget handy by swiping right on the home screen. The best thing is that you don’t have to open the app and you can simply do your calculation from within the widget itself. The only reason that I’m giving this three stars, is because the calculator widget doesn’t work if you pull down the notification and swipe right to get to your widgets. It shows up, but you can do anything with it. But that’s when I need it the most, it’s when I’m doing something and need to get to a calculator to do some quick calculations. I can always get to the calculator by going to the home screen first, but that defeats the purpose of purchasing the widget add-on. If this gets fixed, I will definitely upgrade the rating to 5 stars.

Great calculator.. Keeps track of numbers during input. Has option of choosing how many decimals. Very useful. Slow to respond after being turned to landscape orientation.

Good but missing an obvious feature. This is a good calculator app. It needs an ability to copy result only to the calculation editor though - i am surprised it doesnt have that feature. Other then that, it is a good app worth 5 stars.

Great. Use it to add invoices at work because it keeps track of every consecutive number. Very useful.

New division sign is ugly and non-intuitive. Why anyone would erase the canonical division sign and replace it with a slash mark is beyond me. Big mistake! Update 5/24/2018: Developer wrote me with an easy fix: Just go to Settings > Customize and turn off the option for: Replace ÷ button with / Works, and looks much better.

Almost great, some bugs. This is a very nice calculator, I wish it had an "Ans" function. Also, when using a result from the tape, it should be added to the calculation line instead of replacing it. Vertical sliding to access the memory is pretty neat, but the lateral slide to switch to the scientific keyboard is a little awkward. Finally, I discovered using this calculator that it returns erroneous results when doing simple calculations involving large numbers with decimals (example: 123,455,789.23-123,456,788 will return 1.2299999893 !)

Bad upgrade but good support. The memory total is so small you need a magnifying glass to read it. Well they fixed the problem ASAP. Their support is terrific. Great app.
