Current Version. I loved this app and used it frequently. Now all it does is crash. Running iPhoneX on iOS 11.4.1. Please fix!!!

Using for like 2 years now. Usually I just delete certain photo apps after a while, but this one I have kept ever since I bought the full version.

App no longer works. I enjoyed this app for about 2 weeks and then it stopped working across all my devices. Looks like the same has happened to many people

Does not work!. Bought app yesterday. Stuck in “loading” mode for 30 seconds then crashes. My iPhone is fully updated to latest os and I’ve checked App Store for latest updates which everything is. Last update for this app appears to be 9months old. I restarted phone and issue remains. Please refund me.

What happened!? Vidstitch doomed? Update asap. The app used to perform fairly well...The beta features weren't seamless or user friendly enough however, and worst of all, the current version of the app seems to not even work at all! App starts loading on "boot up" screen then times out and goes to the home screen of the iPhone every time. From a swiss army knife of an app to digital trash just like that. I really hope they can get it functional like now...

The app won’t open. I had the lite version, it wouldn’t open so in desperation I bought the pro series and it still won’t load. It goes to the first screen, says its loading the app then it just crashes/ closes and goes back to your home screen. ☹️

So easy!. Vidstitch is super easy to use and has lots of options for cool combinations...the only trouble I had was syncing my music to start in the middle of the song. Otherwise, awesome!

Wasted Money. Just bought the pro version, still doesn’t work. Acts like it’s loading and then the app closes. Have tried everything and have not been able to get any help from the company. Shame on you.

App won’t work. I bought this app and it won’t open - it stays stuck with a message saying application loading. I’ve restarted my phone, deleted the app and re-downloaded - same error message. So basically I wasted my money and can’t use the app!

Not Working/Loading. I bought this app about a year ago and rarely use it. I tried loading it today and the screen just says its loading and then ends up crashing. The last update was 8 months ago so it seems there isn’t going to be any more support/work/updates for this app. It’s a bummer that I didn’t get more use out of it. Wasted money.

What happen?. I loved this app so much and I use it a lot on Instagram and Facebook. I was able to create montages and watermark my photos with custom borders I’ve designed... now I can’t use the app because it crashes every time it starts up... this is very depressing...

Doesn’t work :(. This app used to work pretty good. I would use it all the time to make gif edits and all that.. but now every time I try to open it it always crashes and brings me back to the home screen. All the other apps have a watermark on it or they require a payment every month 🙃 please fix this app !!!

Crashing. Unable to use.. I have tried shutting my phone off, uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. I have tried opening this app multiple times tonight without success. The app keeps crashing over and over. So insanely frustrating.

Fall from grace. I've been using this app for years, even upgrading to the "pro" version within the standard app, before this one came out. It's an excellent app and super easy to use, even if it is a little bare bones. As of late, the app won't even load. The "loading application" splash screen shows up, times out, and never opens. Neither the "pro" version nor the standard version work anymore. Shame.

I love it!. It's simple to use. The frames come in various but USEFUL shapes. No lagging or problems at all. Worth the price

Workout stuff. Love it for posting my workout videos combined with pics ... Easy and effective!

Stopped working after a month!. Bought this app in July and it was totally worth it. There was one glitch (text wouldn’t stay the color you selected) but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Then one day in late July, it stopped working all together. I try to open it and it hangs at the “loading” page, then closes out. I have an iPhone 7 Plus...not sure if there’s an incompatibility with this.

Frozen and will not even open. I paid for and have had Vidstitch Pro now for years! It is frozen and won’t even open. It’s been like this for a while now. I have an iPhone 8 Plus, I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, and rebooted phone multiple times. It will not work at all

What Happened?. App worked fine during the summer, then suddenly it kept crashing. I paid for the pro version. This should be off the market if it doesn’t work or is no longer supported.

Fav app for vid and pic collage. Worth it to pay for the pro. You won’t find another app that does why this one does.

App keeps crashing. This app keeps on crashing when I try to open it. I have even uninstalled it and re-installed it and that did not fix it. I really enjoy using this app, and I really hope that it can be fixed soon!

WOW. Disappointed. I have the original app, with the $2 full price upgrade. It kept crashing no matter how I tried to fix it, so now I just bought the $2 standalone “pro” version. IT ALSO CRASHES every time i import a video. Not good!!!!! I want a refund and/or a fix to this issue please. Not happy.

App not working!. I had been using the free version for a long time and decided to upgrade to the pro version. Paid for it, and now it just says “application uploading” and kicks me off. It’s a shame because I really like this app. Please correct the problem or credit my money back.

App does not work. Freezes, won’t load, and crashes A LOT... and when it does work it doesn’t save your selected photos from “select” to boarder. Your selected photos are now just black boxes. 😠 Even reset the iPhone and uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times... no fix. 🙁

Freezing and crashing. I had this app for years and all of a sudden it simply freezes and crashes all the time. Rebooted iPhone X multiple times, reinstalled the app and it is still not working. Vidstitch pro crashes. I’ve had this for years. It’s a great app! All of a sudden the app won’t when open. It’s useless! I’ve deleted the app, reloaded it, and even updated my iOS and it just won’t open. I would not recommend this app to anyone!

Vidstitch Frustration!. Have had Vidstitch for probably three years but it froze and nothing would make it unfreeze. I rebooted IPhone 10 multiple times and nothing happened. I tried deleting app and reinstalling. It still wouldn’t unfreeze. Same with Vidstitch Pro. I have bought the app but it won’t load. Vidstitch has been one of my favorite apps but am now totally discouraged since nothing will get it to load. Very disappointing!

Again I paid and NOTHING.. App freezes upon the first “application loading” page, then crashes. Don’t make the mistake I did thinking the creator was just getting greedy and wanted $1.99 to make it work...I paid again and it still doesn’t work. Now I have to go fight for my money back.

App has stopped working. Was one of my go to apps, stopped working couple of weeks ago, just says application loading and then crashes. Tried contacting them and no replies - assuming they have closed down or similar - shame

Works like a dream. Haven't had any problems and prefer it to twin collage, by far. Love all of the options it gives you.

Crashing non-stop. I like this app a lot! But today it froze up and is now crashing every time I open it. I’ve deleted it and reloaded it, but nothing works. I’d also like to suggest making it easier to add text and various backgrounds for text in one of the frames. This could add a lot to the app. Also stickers.

No happy. Paid for the pro and it stalls, crashes, doesn’t carry edits through to the final stage. I don’t mind paying for an app that makes things convenient but in this case it hasn’t happened

Use A Lot. Like the title says, I use this app a lot for Instagram. It crashes once In a while & has some minor flaws but it's not a big deal. I recommend it.

Video operations stopped/Crashed/Errors. After buying the PRO-version to access more frames, the app crashed. This app needs some huge improvements such as: 1. Crashed correction when pressing the video for playback. 2. Video operations stopped since the video button is pressed, error messages are received and the app saving process stopped. 3. Once trying to reopen the video again from the Apple store to correct crashed, video errors operations messages continue to appear and saving the video is not possible. 4. Regarding texting from the app. If a message is written, it is difficult to remove the bin and the keyboard from screen. 5. It should be also easy to adjust images into the frames, but not. Frames should be more flexible, more movable to adjust images if necessary.

Constantly Crashing 🤦🏼‍♂️ (iOS14). This app was amazing for a long time, and I used to use it often. Now with iOS 14, the app just crashes every single time I try to add a video from my camera roll to any frames. I really hope the developer fixes this problem, however I haven’t seen any updates for many years. So disappointing if they don’t fix it.

Great.... when it works. Don’t purchase this app as if aug 2. 2018. It hasn’t worked in three days, maybe longer who knows. And there had been no update to mention if or when the problem will be resolved. The app frequently just shuts down in mid use to and doesn’t restore your last project.

Best Picture & Video Cropping Tool. Purchased the pro version. Now App has stopped working. Won't load video, just freezes without returning to "add borders" or "finish" steps. "Bug Report" doesn't lead to any assistance from developer, "Help" just launches a tutorial.

STEALS YOUR MONEY! Worst Video app!!. Do NOT get this App!! When I first got it - it worked great! I purchased the pro, it worked even better! 1yr later, it only CRASHES, every time I upload a video, no matter how many ways I try to do it, it just crashes!
