Was working well till I upgraded. The app was working well and then I upgraded so I could upload more videos and the whole thing went south. It keeps giving me error messages each time I try to use it now.

Like it but CRASHES. Keeps crashing every time I try to add a video. I can add a picture, but it crashes whenever I import a video. I have the paid version. I’ve tried offloading, deleting, reinstalling, and resetting my phone, to no avail. Using iPhone X on iOS 12 It use to work flawlessly, but I have to give it 1 star until they fix the issue. It’s unusable unless I’m only using still photos, and I have a different app for still photos. Please fix it ASAP!!!

Stopped working. After an Apple iOS update it does not open. I’ve used this app for a long time and now it just freezes and won’t open and shuts down. This just started happening a week or so ago. I love this app and hope they work out the bug. I use it a few times a week but I had to switch to another app

Love it but..... I love the app but lately when I choose a color for my text it changes back to Black when I save it. I wish they’d fix it or inform me of what I’m doing wrong....

Crashes anytime you try to use it. It worked great until about a year ago. Maybe they don’t support it anymore? I can open the app, select a layout, but the second I select a video or a photo the app crashes and closes. I’ve restarted the phone, ensured my app is updated and deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. It’s useless so I’m deleting it from my phone.

KINDA DUMB LOL. So it works, doesn’t turn black like a lot of these reviews claim, WHY BECAUSE I READ THE PART WHERE THEY SAY: that this works on iPhones and iPads other devices might CRASH! Anyway...it worked but let’s say you upload two videos, the app makes it so it plays them AT THE SAME TIME😂😂😭 so the videos overlap one another; sounds pretty funny but pointless ... maybe for funny videos or something...but what I really wanted was a video collage that allowed you to upload multiple videos and be able to play them separately or one at a time... so this app is EH 🤷🏽‍♀️. YOU CAN ONLY UPLOAD 2 VIDEOS PER COLLAGE, MORE VIDEOS MORE MONEY... and again I would pay IF it was what I was looking for....so no thanks. 🙄

Paid for Pro, didn't work. I paid the cost of upgrading to Pro so I could do a collage with four videos. Every time I did this, three videos would work, but the fourth would always be a black square. I decided to compromise and do three videos and one photo in a collage, but one of the squares was always empty. Half the time, the video collage would not render a preview at all and I could not save my work. I spent the better part of an hour trying to create a short video collage and have nothing to show for it. I'd expect this from a free app, but the fact that I paid for this and it's not working properly is disappointing.

Paid for Pro, app stopped working. I paid to upgrade to Pro so I could have all the collage and text options. Since I paid for the upgrade I have not been able to access the app on my iPhone or iPad at all. It says it is opening the application and then it closes and goes back to my home screen. I have not been able to use the limited or pro version of Vidstitch since I paid for the upgrade and when I attempted to get help from App support that page would not load either.

Great App. I absolutely love this app for posting creative posts. I love how you can add music from your library to a video while silencing the video's original audio

Crashes. When I first downloaded this app if you years ago it was working perfectly and it sort of degraded overtime. Now they had to delete the app and re-download it and reinstall on my iPhone xr, and as soon as I select a frame to fill and add a 3 min video,It crashes and takes me back to my phones home screen. Over and over no matter what I do. I went to the support page and it takes me to a PDF which is useless to me. I would prefer to email someone for help rather than read a PDF file. If this probably is taken care of I will give five stars

This app has serious bug issues.. Don’t waste your time downloading the app or paying for the pro version. This app has worked for me in the past and now it crashes on the “application loading” screen when I tried to use it several times just now.

Love it!. I use this app for all my before and after pictures of my Microblading work. I love the different options

Bought text option. Bought the text upgrade by paying $1.99 and was able to add text while editing (in white). But when I tried to save the image the text was only showing in black (not what I wanted). How do I fix that?

Love it. It's easy to use, I use to show my fitness stuff. But just wished the frame where a bit wider cause sometime my pics get cut off or video cuts my head lol. Even when the border are slimmed down. Other than that I simply love it.

The App Isn’t Working. I’ve tried several times to open this app today, I’ve had it around a few months now but now it just stop working. Help please!

How many time one have to pay?. I paid for the app, because I needed to add text. Now I have to pay again if I want more frames. Thing is when I paid before I thought I was paying for and upgrade that includes everything. Do I have to pay extra everytime. That’s so bad!!! I’m seriously gonna erase this app and get another one that doesn’t do this.

Crashed a lot. Paid for the Pro Version. This app crashes a lot. I had to re-install few times to get it to work but this time, nothing is working. Reinstalling nor rebooting my iPhone.

Keeps shutting down. I purchased the app in order to use all the features. After my purchase a few things have stopped working: the selected videos won’t show up no matter the size and when I select finish to see if the videos will apear the app shuts down and nothing is saved. I stitch any videos or see what I’m doing. Before I paid I could at least see everything and save my work. Not sure what to do

Favorite video app. Great app with many easy to use features. However I would like to be able to adjust the borders to fit custom pic and vid sizes, also should be able to add multiple videos (slide show) in a single frame versus only multiple videos in different frames. Then this app will dominate all of the others. All in all I still enjoy this app and use it all the time

Ripped me off. got older free version was good so I bought the upgraded version worked great. then they forced you to upgrade because it took all the features away. so i bought and upgraded again that’s two times!! then it never worked right. still Has problems and took away features again!! now they expect you to buy the pro version where as the old one already had great features and paid twice which got worse everytime total scam! now it doesn’t even load!

Cropping. When cropping a video length I can not adjust it from the left side slider. Please fix this.

Easy to use. Love the App. Easy to use. The only problem is when you click finish. I then click on Instagram an add pops up and takes forever. So instead I just take a screen shot and use it for other apps that way.

Maybe just having issues?. I’ve used this app before. It has some slight glitches but nothing I couldn’t work around for the low price. However, today I can’t even get the app to start, and when I tried to go to their website to get support, it wouldn’t load? Hopefully just a short lived outage of some sort?

Great!. Love that you can change the border size and color. Sometimes have issues with adding screen shots but overall works great!

Great app for its price. This app is so easy to use and upload to social media. I can’t believe how easy it is to use this app and the cost to upgrade is really affordable.

App won’t open. I been using this app for almost two years. I rely on it for my business. The past week it has not allowed me to open it and when I downloaded pro same thing. Deleted both apps. Downloaded free one and still isn’t allowing me to open and the pro wanted me to pay again. I’m very annoyed by this.

Vid and Pics. I have always liked this app. Never had issues with it. Always worked well. I love posting a vid with pics. Works well with social media.

I like it!. I use it for Instagram and it works great for that. I haven’t tried anything other than that as of yet.

It's a great app but. It's great app. Giving different frames for free but not being able use them the way you want to kinda disappointing. Such as four frame Vidstitch only allows you to put two videos in it. Then why you provide four?

Works for what I need and then some!. Works great for what I need, posting media. Gives me more options to vary posts and content, love it!

Fun app!. Great way to create collages for both video and boomerang. Other video collage apps only allow standard video formats and do not support boomerang. Can def be better if they allowed us to add our own music.

Apparently, I should pay twice. I paid for the Pro before they changed the price to $1.99. It worked pretty well most of the time. Occasionally, it would crash for no reason and a couple of the features always made it crash 🤷🏻‍♂️ but I liked it. However, when the price increased, it stopped loading. All I can figure is the new pro version is just different enough that my old won’t load, but the system still thinks I’m “pro”. I can even download and use the free version anymore. Maybe they’ll get this straightened out and I can change my rating.

Works great and easy to use. I use this app almost everyday. It straight forward and easy to use. You will be happy you got it.

Won’t play videos separately as advertised.. Could be a useful app... if I didn’t want any of the audio from my videos. Used a 4 slot frame and uploaded two pictures and two videos. Upon finalizing, there is no way to play the videos one at a time. They only play simultaneously with both audios playing at the same time. This is not what the app advertises. In their promo pictures, they have two videos in a three slot frame with two play buttons. If you’re going to advertise that, then please make sure your app is able to follow through.

Used to be good before it crashed all the time. I loved this app when it worked like it should, even paid extra to do more. Now every time I try to open it, it says its loading then just boots me out and does the same thing every time. I tried closing the app and restarting it turning my phone off and back on again to see if that would work — nothing worked! I gave it 2 stars cause I know it has potential, but right now the way it’s acting I’d give it -10 stars.

It's Cool. I think the frames are a little hard to use because of the uneven sizes when doing multiple videos, but I'll still use the app. Maybe allow users to create their own frame size.

Doesn’t even do the one job it advertised. I downloaded this app to make a split screen video and i payed to have 3 videos on it and now after I finished everything it won’t let me watch the preview of the video or even save the video I made. It’s pointless to pay it basically scammed me to upgrade and continued to not work. Wouldn’t recommend until they actually let you save what you worked on!!!

Garbage app. What kind of crap is this? I load my pics and videos then go to Finish and half of them disappear and the app tells me some of the cells are empty and it cannot continue. I spent the money for the upgraded frames and to add text and it doesn’t even work! 00 stars if I could choose that!

Please fix the photo quality. Does exactly what I need it to do. However, when I stitch pictures with videos, the pictures quality goes down, ending up in a good quality video, but fuzzy stills of my product. As someone who uses this for my very visual career, it’s definitely a problem.

App Isn't Working Anymore. Please fix. I use this for business as well and suddenly it isn't working. Will not load. I've deleted and reinstalled. Still nothing. Prior to this I was having problems with blackouts on certain collage screens if I had to go back and edit. Now I know better to just start all over again to avoid the blackout. This would be a 5 star app if it didn't have these glitches.

Like it. I’ve used both the free and the pro versions for several years now and like them. The app is mostly responsive but has the occasional technical failure/crash but not bad. Useful to me either way.

VidStitch is AWESOME!....when it used to actually work. I’ve used Vidstitch several times, but in the last week or so, the app doesn’t load anymore whatsoever. Keep in mind that I’ve restarted it many times over and all of my other apps work perfectly fine as always. It’s so strange to see this app that used to run smoothly not being able to even load anymore. What happened???

Crashes no matter what I do. I used to love this app, but now it crashes whenever I try to load a video, which are created on my iphone, even the super short ones. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling (which locked a bunch of templates I previously had access to), then I shut down all my other apps running and tried to load a video. It still crashes. Super sad.

Used 2 be a great app!. That app hasn’t been updated in years and every time I try to make a video it just crashes. I have the paid version and it’s worthless because I can’t even use it! When I first got the app a few years ago it was a wonderful great working app, but it hasn’t been updated in many years and they haven’t bothered to fix any bugs and issues.

Good. So far I like it except for the pro but it’s the only app with video and pictures can meet together it’s amazing and sure comes in handy

So many options. I love all the options of frames in this app. I use a lot of white bordering in my social media feed and appreciate the options to do so here.

Works as intended, but watermark removal fee. This app works generally well and is intuitive to use. In app purchase to remove the watermark, which is its biggest downside. There are many other apps on the App Store that have the same features for free without adding a watermark to your own content.

What a waste of time. To try a product before purchase you would think you could have access to some of it features. But when a product advertised for it's "video stitching" abilities won't let you use more than one video is completely ridiculous to say the least. Good luck selling this without allowing it's main function on the trial version numbskulls.

Very buggy when trying to add multiple photos & vid. The Pro version won't upload video & photos simultaneously in a 3-item frame. I bought the Pro version thinking this will fix the issue from the free version but it hasn’t. I had tried shortening the video drastically and it doesn’t work either. Very disappointed by this app. Also, I couldn’t submit a Bug Report without the app crashing every time!

Features remain locked unless you rate 5-stars. Even after paying for the upgrade fee to unlock and remove ads, certain frames remain unavailable unless you give the app 5 stars in the iTunes Store. Not cool, guys.

Great app, less than useful support. As a free app, this is a gem and very easy to use 👍 Once I purchased it it kept breaking down and not function at all disabling saving closing down every time I used frames, so on so forth👎 Needs a lot of work and a recommended upgrade to a timeline where you can edit more than one video and ring true to your name which is stitching videos!

Will not save after purchasing upgrade. I was really enjoying the free version of this program. I purchased the pro upgrade and since then have been unable to save a video. Program gives an error message even for super light tasks. Wrote to their team for support and have received no answer after 3 days so... - 1 star!

Not working since last two weeks, I asked for assistance but no response and they worst thing, I had a pro version so I though let's uninstall and then install but this app is asking me to pay for pro version. Not a Fan. My videos don’t fit in the frames very well and the free version is too limited. My friend bought the full version and it was glitchy.

No longer works. Can't even open the app at this point without it crashing. I've deleted, reinstalled, updated, reset my phone and nothing works. I paid for the premium version and feel like a fool. Their developer website also seems to be unreachable at this point for support, please do not buy this app. You will be disappointed if they don't address this. Inputting texts on images is also a pain, and every time I change the colour, it comes out black in the end. Why did I pay for premium if I can't change the colour of the text?

A free version that is useless. Tried to put 3 videos together and I can’t, if your going to block off certain designs for collages in the free version, you should probably do that to the ones that have more then 3 slots... how can you have adds and still ask for more from a free version, it’s these apps that make finding apps difficult in the App Store

App won’t load anymore. I liked the app very much until it stopped loading. Since I updated my operating system to iOS 11.4.1 the app won’t load anymore. I have both the free version and the paid one on different devices and neither one will load. Can’t seem to get in touch with app support either. Very annoying.

Adds. There's many adds when I wanna play the videos . And it's hard for me to fit videos in cuz there's no cropping . But it's a really great app!!

Video features don’t work.. If you’re considering getting this app, don’t!! None of the video features work anymore, not even the pro version. It use to work perfect, but the developers haven’t updated it in over 2 years, and are non-responsive to messages and bug-reports. Save your money and apply it to an app that works. If they fix the issues then consider it, but do you really want an app that doesn’t get updated as technology progresses forward?

Waste of time. Constant crashes. Crashes instantly after trying to add any video. “Bug Report” causes an error message which has nothing to do with a bug report. Ironic that the bug report has a bug.

App bug caused accidental purchase. You can't edit the video after you have added it... What if its not in sync? Plus initially there was a bug which caused me to accidentally purchase an upgrade for extra frames which is useless.

No Volume Control. Both Videos are at the same volume yelling at one another. The controls are too limited and there are not many different video size availabilities. A waste of a Download.

Doesn’t work. It stays on the application loading screen and then just automatically times out/closes out. Uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times, same result. Can’t even use it.

DO NOT USE!!. 1. Have to continually install/uninstall the app as images appear to load in the frame and then black boxes just show up. 2. Ads are ridiculous… I fully appreciate these companies need to be profitable, with that, 30 second advertisements every couple minutes is ridiculous.

Pretty good!. Wish there were more options for squared format but it still did what I was hoping for.

App is not loading. This app worked when I first bought it and now it doesn’t load and crashes. Is this being fixed

Doesn’t work. I downloaded the recent version. I wanted to make a two frame collage with video on top and photo on bottom, but it crashed every time I tried uploading the video into the frame.

Completely broken. Since the iOS 14 updated the app now crashes when attempting to upload video into frames. Vidstitch is now completely broken and useless.
