Disoriented. The app is great but just wanted one thing. In the map view their should be something that shows which direction the remote is facing instead of just the blue dot, and if its facing the drone. When I get far out I tend to loose signal cause I’m not 100% pointing towards the the drone. Also it would be awesome if there was a toggle switch added on the FPV screen to turn the LED lights on and off instead of having to cycle through the settings to do so. For what I paid for the app I don’t think that’s to much to ask.

Unbelievably powerful. What more can I say? Whatever you want to do with your Phantom, this is the app for it. Far and away the most I've ever paid for an app, and totally satisfied!

Great for awesome panoramic photos. I love this for taking panoramic photos but two things. It doesn’t save to photos as a panoramic photo just a regular photo. 2. Why is there a watermark on panoramic photos. I didn’t pay $20 for this app to have a watermark.

Needs enhancements based on Customer Feedback. Like so many software developers it appears Litchi does little to base release functional enhancements on Customer Feedback! When have they sent surveys to ALL registered customers to ask for “Real Users wish lists”, and then Post them and regularly update the list in order of importance? NONE, Autonomous? Yes. Take the DJI QuickShot’s for instance? Why weren’t ALL of these expanded upon by Litchi? Wouldn’t it be nice if the video capture would NOT stop after completing a single “circle”? Why not rather keep the video recording until the User presses the video button again? Or why not reverse the “Spiral” path and again keep the video recording? Wouldn’t an inward spiral be a very cool path and wouldn’t this seem to be a fairly simple programming change? Where is the Agile methodology in this development cycle? Well, sadly it appears to be the old SDLC software development cycle. And lastly, it’s been a year between software releases. Do we have another year to wait for something substantial?

App wont connect. This is the most expensive app I have ever purchased and I can’t use it. I have a DJI Mini2. It works great with DJI Fly but O can’t get the Litchi app to connect. I have tried force closing the DJI app (it auto starts Every time I connect the drone to the controller) and the opening Litchi but that doesn’t work. There doesn’t seem to be any way to stop the DJI app from opening by default. What am I doing wrong?

Not For The Mavic Air 2 Owner. I have tried everything that has been suggested on the ‘General’ Connect DJI Drone help page and other forum post and this app will simply not connect with my DJI Mavic Air 2 drone. To add to that frustration there is simply no way to find any help or support from the Litchi web site (Hub). In the end I have spent $20 on an app that is just going to be deleted. Use my experience as education... If you own a Mavic Air 2 this app isn’t for you.

Love the app. I heard about litchi about 3 years ago when I only had a DJI phantom 3 standard I recently just started using the app with my spark and I found a bug revolving the sd card. If you format the sd card with the litchi app it will corrupt the sd card and the only way to fix it is to pop it into the computer and reformat it that way. I found that after that if you take a pic using the app it will format the sd card the way it’s suppose to be. Just a interesting and annoying but but that still doesn’t change the fact that this app is incredible it has allows me to do things with my drones that djis own app couldn’t do.

A good start . . .. I hope that most of the bugs were fixed from the beta version. I still haven't figured out why the maximum speed is limited to 33.6 mph when the Phantom 4 is capable of 45 mph. I also think we should have an option to change the speed once we arrive at the recording location. More review to come soon . . . UPDATE: I don’t use the app often, but the previous update wouldn’t “start recording” when programmed to. I wasted 2 batteries before realizing that it’s was flying the route without recording it 😡

Horrible customer support. I tried reporting a problem that I was having after a dji firmware update, instead of offering a solution, they suggested that I was doing something wrong. It is an SDK issue and my other 3rd party apps I use with my DJI have already corrected the same issue and now I am able to use them.

VR Mode is horrible. I got this app for the VR mode. I have tried the free ones and they were really bad. So I decided to buy this app. The drone doesn’t stop flying. MY DRONE CRASHED(but it’s ok) I don’t know why but sometimes my drone starts to fly somewhere. I had it hovering and all of the sudden it started to fly forward and I couldn’t make it stop. I CRASHED IT AGAIN!!! Maybe it doesn’t work well with the Spark. And add a manual or a help page. There are some settings that I have no idea what they do. I’m ok with the bugs if the app was less than $5 but it’s $22!!! Thats crazy for an app that’s so buggy and doesn’t work well. P

Needs a few upgrades. While generally a really good app, there a few of things I’d like to see to make it better. One is that the waypoint editing window covers the waypoint I’m editing. I suggest offsetting the editing window to one side of the interface while showing the waypoint/POI on the opposite side of the interface. Next is a tripod mode that allows a single point in space to be recorded so I can return the drone to that point. With waypoints, I have to record at least two points, which isn’t always an option. This mode would be useful for still shots that need to be repeatedly recorded from the same perspective. Would also like to see a partial orbit function with back and forth motion. The purpose is to fly low and center on an object that is partially surrounded by high objects. Flying full orbits is not always an option because of trees or cliffs behind the subject. Next is an improvement of the panoramic function. The lower rows do not need the massive overlap that results from selecting a decent overlap on the row that covers the horizontal plane.

Darn near perfect. Thanks for creating an intuitive, user-friendly application to control my Mavic pro. I have used it more since downloading your app then I have the entire time I’ve on the drone.

Litchi app is amazing. I’ve been using Litchi for a few weeks now and I’m very happy with it. So today I decided to try flying with waypoints. I was a bit nervous when I pressed the launch button. I knew what was suppose to happen but I wasn’t convinced. I have to say I’m convinced now. Litchi flew the waypoints perfectly. My equipment is DJI Mavic Pro and an iPhone 6s Plus.

Stitching A pano kicks me out of the app. Love the way it does waypoints, love orbit, yet every time I try to stitch pano photos, I get kicked out of the app. I’ve tried high and low res and I’m using an iPhone 7plus. I’ve even tried deleting and re-downloading it and it does the same thing. Any help in regards to this will be greatly appreciated.

App shuts down during pano stitching from pano database. iPhone 7 Plus with no other apps running shuts down during stitching of both low quality or high quality pano missions.

Great Added Features. This app makes doing waypoint missions so much easier! You can set up a mission offline then run it. Then it is easy to tweak. I run the same mission many times over a period of months and this app makes that process so much easier. This app is so much more powerful than the DJI native app. Love it.

The BEST flight software you will find. I have a Spark and Phantom 4 Adv. I’m literally waiting to buy a mini 3 pro, but will not until DJI releases the sdk to Litchi. I trust this software as I have yet to experience any issues whatsoever. It just has always worked. I highly recommend.

Litchi problems. Posted in error I previously posted the Litchi app did not work in course lock or take photos. I was trying to use the app on an ipad2, which is not powerful enough to run the app. I have not found a way to delete the post, so ignore the post. Course and home lock do not work and will not take pictures with my ipad version with a phantom 3S. I am afraid to use the app outside my back yard and it is not worth the price.

The Quintessential Mavic App. I exclusively use Litchi whenever I fly one of my drones. There is no better way to create smooth flowing HD videos. The missions are extremely easy to create in Litchi Mission Hub and even easier to fly. The display and options are simpler and easier to use than DJI GO 4. Also I have flown several missions where RC signal was lost and my Mavic continued the mission and returned to home safely. I recently bought a Mavic 2 Pro and it’s great that Litchi support is already available.

Must have for DJI Phantom 3 standard and below. I bought this app just to add features to my Phantom 3 standard. It works really well and with waypoints really increases the range. It’s a little pricey but the developers seem to put that to good use as updates come out frequently and always seem to improve the performance.

Misleading app info. So we all buy this for the waypoints. In my case, for the Air. In EU, the distance of the remote is 500 meters, in 5ghz mode. That’s the theoretical limit. In reality it is obviously much less. Enter waypoints and litchi. First of all, the iOS version is lacking elevation height data in waypoint planning mode. The major issue here is that, if I lose the RC signal to the Mavic Air while it’s flying a mission, all the speed settings you’ve might’ve added on various waypoints will stop functioning. The Mavic Air will use the speed you programmed for the waypoint(s) where the connection between the Air and the RC is lost, this means that the Mavic Air will continue on the same speed it had when the signal was lost. This is plain dangerous. What if planned a very slow POI fly-by, I lose the connection for whatever reasons, that bird won’t make it back. Automatic gimbal movement will also stop working, which means it won’t center a point of interest, nor will it execute any planned gimbal movements. Fairly major issues. These things need to be made clear in the app info here on the AppStore. And perhaps take a bit of time to comment on said issues, please?

No video transmission. With several attempts to use the App with the Mavic Mini, everything is connected from the remote to the Mini and Phone but there is zero video transmission to the screen. Making it 100% useless!! Not happy at this moment. Update: DJI apps can’t being running in background. All is good now.

Not good. Had three flights with Litchi now, one fpv and two flight mode flights. Fpv worked just like DJI, orbit caused the craft to fly well below the set altitude causing a crash into a tree instead of an orbit over it. Today I tried track, the main reason I purchased Litchi. Well after the app crashed a few times on my iPad mini I should have went back to using DJI Go but I wanted to test that awesome feature. In short the gimbal kept pointing straight down and saying subject lost then the phantom flew away and rammed into the side of a building nearby before flying off the other direction while descending into the ground. I hear so many great things about this app but hate that it seems to crash me every time I use flight modes with it. Never have come close to a crash with the DJI app?

5 years, 3 Phantoms, 1 Osmo and a Mavic 2 Pro...still Litchin’. Started using after DJI Go flew my P3P into a tree branch, then into a creek. $1400 bucks gone instantly. With Litchi I’ve not had so much as a glitch happen. Super easy to use. Perfect score of five stars for me. Me love Litchi long time.

Can’t cancel?. I had the app for a few hours and wanted to cancel. There is nothing explaining how to cancel or how long you have to cancel. I can’t find anything on the web either. There is an option on the app but when I click it, nothing happens. Hopefully I can dispute this with my credit card company. App doesn’t work for me.

Current version now works better with Spark. Update: after Aug 23 FW upgrades for Spark, Focus works better. Still occasionally was horizontally off target but mostly now well focused on remote. App still crashed twice over 4 batteries on iPad mini 3. Previous review: Serious issues. In Focus mode, camera wanders and does poor job of staying focused on mobile device. App crashes too often.

Incomprehensible pile of steaming pile of. I have owned this app for a few years now. Every so often when I’m in a very patient mood I open it back up to see if it’s possible to make sense of it. No. It is the most incomprehensible pile of garbage. It will do completely and utterly radically different maneuvers every single time you go to fly on a completely fixed route.

Great app. This app is perfect. Can you guys use the same pricing model, but develop a mapping app that allows you to control shutter speed, ISO, etc like Map Pilot Pro does? All of the other apps that do this keep trying to get us on a subscription that bundles post processing with data capture, but I like my post processing methods already, just not the apps I’m currently using. I think an acceptable price would be within $40 to $75 USD. Pretty please? I think there would be A LOT of mapping professionals that would come on over if you developed something like this.

Flight Executions in Litchi. Have put together and flown many complex flight plans in Litchi. It is impressive the number of options you have putting in waypoints and constructing flight paths. Excellent tool. My next project is to develop waypoints and photograph about 250 properties in batches of about 50 each. Litchi is the perfect tool.

Just a suggestion...or wishlist. I love using Litchi and after learning more through some courses, I am using it more and more each day. There is one thing that I wish you guys could add. This is one of the main reasons why I go back and forth between apps while flying my drone. I’d love it if you guys could create some kind of a mimic to Tap-Fly. It is so easy to use to create some great cinematic shots. The biggest problem I have is holding the stick at a constant speed. I love setting the speed and not having to think about it. DJI has kind of left the Mavic Pro behind my n this area, as the Mavic Air has enhancements to Tap-fly that I wish we had. They can Tap-fly and fly backwards, and they have a cool feature called “free” which works sort of like course lock and allows you to rotate the drone as it flies in a selected path. All with speed control!!! Please add something like this to your Litchi app!!! And it would be even more awesome!!!

Fantastic!. Fantastic and easy to use! It greatly expands the ability of the Phantom 4 Advanced stock DJI GO app, which is pretty good also. It also comes with a FREE Phantom Filmschool course, which is very informative and provides great info on Litchi, DJI GO and taking photos and videos.

Connection issues / Wonky interface. Drone: DJI Mini 2 (ios) App just shut down mid-flight. Reconnected, thankfully, when opened. Tracking is not very good. Drone must be at certain heights and frequently loses subject even if bright white shirt on dark background, and especially if you’re doing anything more than a walk. Jogging is too challenging for the app. Interface is not clear sometimes. No coding list to reference when initially connecting. You must initialize the drone first in DJI app before using litchi. Some latency. Just so many little things. Overall, I wish I didn’t pay for this. Most features work fine, but for $25 bucks? Cmon. Please improve this.

Track mode. The litchi app falls wayyyyy short of preforming as well as Dji go4 when it comes to tracking. While using litchi my mavic constantly losses the subject even under the simplest of conditions. I cannot track myself walking my dogs from 30-20 feet high and only 20 to 30 feet away. Other than that the waypoint feature is light years ahead of Dji go 4.

Falling behind. Bought on the promise of waypoints for Mini “soon”. Last update was 3 months ago and since then others have released WP for Mini. So what choice do I have? Hopefully if/when Mini 2 SDK is released we will see quicker action, or just stop supporting Mini entirely if they aren’t worth your time.

Great app (sometimes). Setting way points are great first 8 missions great out of contact for 45 seconds or so dji spark continues mission thought was best thing ever. Next time lose connection drone never returns (crash?) look for drone nothing doesn’t really give you accurate location just where your drone drops connection from remote. Drone # 2 dji spark figure maybe a fluke 3rd time flying drone similar mission with waypoints clearly defined, loss of contact drone # 2 lost. Very disappointing since I was under impression that if drone lost contact it would continue mission worst case setup to rth. Very disappointing to lose two drones and worst part is how cool app operates and had made run at least 8 times prior no problems. I would appreciate any insight as to why the sudden failure/loss of drone from what seems like such a promising app. Any insight would be appreciated I still Have waypoint miSsions saved And would be happy to share just to see if it’s user error or application problem. I want to continue to use app but I can’t do it at expense of buying new drone every couple of weeks.

Try something else. I initially loved this app because you could do a lot with it and it's great to be able to set up missions online. After using the app for a few months and becoming proficient I started to find issues and documented the steps to recreate the issues abs and sent to Litchi. So far the five issues I've sent in have been ignored and not even acknowledged so if you have $23 burning a hole in your pocket, I'd recommend taking a look at Hangar Autopilot. That's what I plan to do.

Keeps getting better. Litchi allows me to get the most out of my Inspire Pro .. adding functionality that DJI Go just cant do. Most of the functions that would otherwise require a new drone from DJI, Litchi addresses it with software it’s not for beginners but a powerful tool with some understanding of the parameters

Need Work. Bought mainly for the “follow” and “track” feature for my Mavic Mini but was quite disappointed. Both fly modes need tremendous work to be used reliably and consistently. Constantly loses track of the subject and fails to regain positioning. Hope they can issue an update to address these issue sooner than later, until then I will continue to use the DJI app.

Works as advertised. I’ve been using it for about a year now and have never had any issues what so ever.

Latest update. Having problems with aircraft in waypoint mode. Flying along and all of the sudden leaves the flight course. The only command aircraft responds to is the Rth button. This was a much used mission and never had problems before the update. Tried a different mission and had similar results. Then I landed the aircraft and tried to fly manually and no responses what so ever. I’ve been using litchi for a ear know and really enjoy using it. I’m sure this problem is a bug in the update. Hopefully you will be looking into this issue soon

No Support - Just exits with no notification. While many flight functions are quite nice, the app simply closes out with no user notification whatsoever when stitching a pano... just poof and gone. No message or explanation, and there is no link on the website to notify the developer with an email. I’m hoping a low rating will get some notice. :-(

Awesome app!. This app is wayyy better than DJI 4 in respect to waypoints. I like that I can synchronize all of my waypoint files to all of my devices. The product works flawlessly. Just be sure to use the red LOCK button immediately after editing your waypoints, or you may accidentally touch the screen, which will add waypoints, and you could have a surprise in your route😳

Is there any customer support?. I love the program, but I bought it with an alternative email address might have even been through Facebook and I am unable to reset my password. The app works, but I can’t save any of my missions or anything. I sure would love to be able to save, any help available? Hard to get a hold of any contact from the company.

It grows on you. On my very first mission, the app made me lose my phantom 4 pro! After getting another one, I am figuring out that the app is great, but I lost my drone because it was getting too dark for the sensors to see

fix screeb rotation upside down, tracking usesless. if you are charging 25 bucks the least you can do fix tge screen rotation according to remote. every time I cannect the remote to my iphone and open this app its upside down and I have to exit turn on rotation so it tyrns right way and exit again lock rotation. teacking is useless anyways keeps lossing object and the three stars is for follow cause it does follow you, the only thing that I use on this app is the follow.

Works great on my Spark. Can’t speak for the any other models, but I’ve used this app strictly for Waypoints on my P3 (originally) and later on now Spark. Never once have I had a problem with it, and believe me; I’ve sent both drones on suicide missions. Pushed them to the absolute edge of their battery limits, in light rain, snow, and 25mph winds. Guess what? It always came back. My Spark has been pretty buggy too. A common issue with them is it loses GPS signal out of nowhere and goes into ATTI mode. But with Litchi Waypoint mode I’ve never had it fly off into the sunset never to return. So after YEARS of using this app, I give it 5 stars.

Answers To Others Comments. Let no one tell you that this app doesn't work because it does. Had it for all of 5 months now and it has never failed. I just sent my Phantom 3 4K on a 7 mile mission. It works!!! It’s just the best App out there for DJI DRONES. Simply The Best Autonomous Third Party App

Money back?. I’m pretty close to asking for my money back... paid $23 and the app won’t connect to the camera, won’t follow, and no waypoints. I’m seeing now waypoints will “come in a later update”??? That’s not how it’s worded. At this point This is basically nothing more than a waste of my hard earned money

Good app but tracking needs a lot of work. Litchi is a great app in the sense of it does what it’s supposed to do, but, the tracking is one of the things that almost all litchi users got the app for; and it needs lots of working on. When I try to track our rzr utv while out in the canyons the tracking square gets bigger and bigger and freaks out when it cant find what it’s supposed to be tracking. Fox the square getting bigger. It’s annoying and there’s literally no reason for it to do that.

Glitching?. Overall this is a good app, But I have a problem with the tracking every time I’m go to track myself every not and then camera will cut out for .5 sec and come back and tracking stops I have the iPhone 11 so I do not think this is device error plz have a fix or tell me how to fix it

Tried on DJI mini se. The app didn’t work as expected. Crashed my drone a couple of times. It went out of control on one occasion. Highly disappointed and requested refund.

Get this app! It’s invaluable!. Worked 1st go!!!! I was sceptical because all the other apps that did panoramas error’d out on my Phantom 3. But this app was well worth the price because the developer has obviously put a lot of time and care into this. The online videos are a great help and it just worked first time out, and in fact, there is a whole eco-system of online content available for you to make the most of it. Especially if all you can afford is the Phantom 3 standard… This is the App to get! Thank you!

100%. Worth every penny. I have used Litchi for over a year now with no mishaps or glitches. I have never used DJI Go since downloading this great app.

Buggy, glitchy, follow mode and track is terrible. Very disappointed in this app and I want my money back, used the app 4 times to give myself time to give it a chance and it’s simply atrocious. I bought this app for the mini 2 to allow it to track and follow, not only was this app hard to use at first once I thought I had a understanding I watched the screen only to discover the drone was flying blind the issue was the app glitched out and froze meaning the image on the screen wasn’t up to date lucky I heard the drone and had enough time to duck down to avoid it! Also lucky the drone didn’t run in to a tree or something! Other thing the track mode is terrible, you have to be moving as slow so it might keep up, then other times it will track you for a moment then go off in its own little world, for nearly $40(aud) the app is terrible. Just use the standard DJI app and track yourself.

May I suggest an improvement?. I'm enjoying flying with the app but if you combine my using the iPhone and not the larger tablet, sausage fingers and bright sunshine, the options, "return home" and "land now" on the return to home are perilously close together. I often fly over the ocean, enough said. Perhaps there's a way to separate them more please?

Issues with flight. I’m not able to fly mine I get error code 1008. I can fly fine on the DJI app. I’ve followed all start up procedures. How can organise to get a refund for the app. ?

Disappointed. Waste of money.. Disappointed to not have the app working with my DJI MINI 2. Tried everything. Read dozens of reviews, discussion pages. The lot. The screen constantly stays black and says ‘disconnected’ even with the DJI app closed and logged out. If anyone knows how to get it working please share.

Doesn’t work. Im using the mini se with a iPhone 12 Pro Max and haven’t been able to fix my black screen with disconnected banner over top issue, I’ve tried numerous advice from groups and such and still no luck. I would like a full refund if the issue can not be resolved.

Caution. Bought the app. Connected to the drone. Pressed follow me. The drone took off at full speed into the closest brick wall. I don’t need the app anymore

Use at your own peril. Don't use this if you expect warrant support from DJI. It is their "policy" not to examine log files from 3rd party apps.

Does not work with Mav Mini. Disappointed that this does not work with the mini. Total waste of money for me

Poor FPV video transmission on iOS. Does all the things I would like it to do. However the video transmission keeps breaking up no matter what channel is used or what trans bit rate set. The DJI App works fine on the same device and drone (phantom 3 Pro). Have re-installed, you name it... The fault is in this software. I would not spend your money at this stage until the issues is fixed... Real shame as it did work in the past...

Don’t get it if you have a DJI Spark. The app looks well done, but useless if you want it for a DJI Spark. I hope support comes for it or I will have wasted my cash. I should have done more homework!

Lost my drone in 1day!. This app is not worth it. The drone dji mini se never returned after loss of connection on waypoint. Better stick to the original fly app. And YES, I had RTH set in Signal Loss Behaviour!

Panorama. So easy to do panorama. Purchased this app for this purpose only.

Dissatisfied. The user manual says after completing a mission the aircraft will proceed in accordance with the finish action. This is NOT true! When I set mission action to land it RTH, when I set it to reverse it stopped and hovered. I emailed the developer's about this issue and they said the failing to reverse issue is the expected behavior. I emailed them about the RTH they said- "Hi, Unfortunately this is the way the DJI firmware will react in such a situation. That is not something we can change on our end." This issue contributed to losing my drone. Do not purchase unless you can tolerate deceitful user manual.

DISCONNECTING. it keeps disconnecting IOS, Mini2. I'm sure its the app not the cord. Please make an update.

Unstable. Since downloading this program thinking I was on the right track, became disappointed with its instability I.e pano does not return as stated, tacking flew past and lost subject, way points did not return on completion and that's just the beginning ..... can't recommend at this stage, buyer beware

P4. Very useful app for missions

Worth it for waypoints. Waypoints mode is great and worth the purchase just for that mode, track mode is rubbish, does not work well at all

No fpv (virtual reality) for IOS. I bought this app for FPV but there is no FPV (virtual reality) for IOS. Please include fpv for IOS

Stoked. I'm absolutely stoked with this app. After purchasing a ver headset and trying to find software for use with my phantom 3 I paid the price quite literally. It was a gamble as not sure if refunds are available on apps but after the first use of the app I new my money was well spent. I highly recommend this software and couldn't be happier flying FPV.

This is a great App. This app enable you to focus on camera work and really nail your shots. The intelligent flight path and variable yaw, and speed for each waypoint is just fantastic. On top of that you can individually set elevation for each waypoint. Highly recommended

Magic Air Waypoints are finally here. I have trialled the Mavic Air with Litchi and it works perfectly. It syncs with the Litchi web app perfectly and my next project is to try it with MapsMadeEasy. Thank you Litchi you have made the Mavic Air so much better.

Follow me mode. I have been using litchi for a number of years, first with my Phantom 3S, mini 1 and now mini 2. Recently I’ve used the follow me mode, worked great just as I expected, however there is one major improvement that could be made. That is the home point. Instead of having a fixed home point make the home point dynamic where the home point is located at the same location as the controller/phone location

Features limited for spark. Not particularly a fault of the developer, as DJI limit the api use for the DJI spark drone. The app interface is a little clunky and mostly made up of similar interface designs of the DJI go app. For use with my DJI spark I wanted to access course lock and home lock, although seems don’t work either ? The notes says that waypoints are not supported on the spark and that’s ok but for the price you’re not getting much value added unless you own a p4p or something. The only feature that I have found worthy is the poi lock and its ability to yaw the drone as it flys on a consistent heading. Hopefully DJI relaxes the api and the developer can add more features. Oorrr they write their own flight engine like autopilot does ?

Rubbish. What a absolute rip off.. there are reviews saying it's a good app but the user face and functionality are rubbish. The only reason I got the app was so I could split the screen but everything else is rubbish. Pick up your game. The DJI app is 1000 times better.

DJI phantom 3 standard video resolution. Hi I’m very disappointed after spending 35$ Canadian for this app! I’ve watched YouTube reviews on how it unlocks features such as video resolution such as 1080 60FPS. The best I can get right now is 1080 25FPS which is unacceptable. Could you guys please add back 60FPS support for my drone please?!

Mavic Mini?. Does this app work with the Mavic Mini? Everyone on YouTube shows that it works with the mini but the app says it doesn’t? So does it or not? I downloaded it and cannot connect. Please let me know. I’m confused.

Day 1. Very impressive. Connection was simple- just plug and go. I could fly my drone like I always have. Planned mission the night before. Tapped mission in app - go, it executed flawlessly. Ran a set of 12 way points around the perimeter of my property focussed on a single point of interest changing elevations of shots. Flawless execution. It’s so intuitive so simple to use very impressed.

My go-to app for my Phantom. So much better than the DJI GO app. So many more options to fly and enjoy with. If I'm flying, the only thing I'm using is Litchi.

Doesn’t work with phantom 2 vision plus. I want my money back!!!! I cannot see what my camera is seeing. It is connected to the wifi on the drone. But won’t display the picture. Yes I’ve checked the connections. DJI won’t support this drone anymore.

Lagging on iPhone. It's lagging quite a bit. It's at least 2 seconds behind and that's not good.

Good for some things. (Skip to the last paragraph if you don’t want such a long-winded explanation) I bought this app for my Phantom 3 standard because I wanted to be able to use the active track, virtual reality and waypoints. The waypoints were perfect and worked exactly how I wanted. However, the other two features that were the reasons I purchased the app each had a problem. The follow mode in which the drone tracks and follows an object does not work very well with the P3S and is constantly losing its subject. The tracking without following works better but is still not up to the level of DJI GO with a newer drone. I imagine Litchi’s follow mode wouldn’t be any better with a newer drone, since it is the app which tracks the subject, not the drone. With the virtual reality mode, it was more useful to me than the tracking, though it wasn’t quite what I thought it would be. I really liked the idea of being able to control the drone’s movement with my head movements. When I got the app I wanted to try it out right away. However, when I tried, I found that the head tracking simply didn’t work. It’s possible that the reason is because my drone is an older version, but on the Litchi website it didn’t say anything about the head tracking not working with the P3S. I wanted to call Litchi about it, but I couldn’t find a phone number anywhere on their website. Then I realized how fun it was to fly with VR, even if the head tracking didn’t work. In addition, though I originally wanted the VR for fun, I quickly realized how useful it is. I always found it difficult to take good videos while using a tablet or phone, because it’s hard to tell where the camera is facing. With the VR, it made it much easier. So, if your question is “should I buy the app?”, then I’d say: if your main reason is the waypoints, it’s worth it, you should get it. If your main reason is the Active tracking, don’t download it, it’s a waste of money. And if the main reason is the Virtual Reality, then you have to decide how important head tracking is to you.

Can’t track the device in waypoint mode.. The app is pretty good but I can only give it 3 stars. Being able to track (look towards) the device while executing a waypoint mission seems like a no brainer feature. How did the developers not include this ability??! They already have waypoints in the app and they already have the ability to follow the device (in the follow mode). All they need to do is marry the two. Please add a setting in waypoints to “always point at the device”. Please! This app would go from pretty good to absolutely bonkers amazing!

Waste of money. I have a phantom 2 vision plus, this app doesn’t even recognize the drone. I want a full refund.

Buggy. Won't retain focus with mavic

dji Mavic Air 2 connection issue. Compatibility of the litchi app indicates Mavic Air and Mavic 2 however litchi does NOT seem compatible with the dji Mavic Air 2. I’ve attempted to find some technical support for either get it to work with my dji drone or get a refund (no harm done) but unfortunately, neither of these options are available thus a loss of money on my end. I’ve followed the instructions “Connecting Litchi to your drone” as indicated on the Litchi website but to no avail.

Makes the Phantom 3 Standard an awesome drone. It is simoly amazing what you can do with this app. The most important thing it does for me is in the waypoints mode you tell the drone where to look as it flies between points and the app then interpolates camera movements. The result is buttery smooth camera work that looks professional. You can set your waypoints out using only the map on the app - you don't need to fly to each one first (which the DKI app requires). Now they have added the VR mode to the app which is a great addition. The track mode (with orbit and follow) brings features from the Phantom 4 to this inexpensive drone. Although the DJI app has the orbit mode it is much simpler with Litchi. You can plan the whole thing out on the map and then have the drone fly off on its own and do it. All in all it makes the DJI Go app seem very restrictive. This truly unlocks the potential of the drone. I wish it would autosave your work. For instance, you may set up a few waypoints and then have to shut the app down. Your waypoints will be gone when you relaunch.

DJI Spark amazing!. Works with DJI Spark really well. Not intuitive when downloading recorded video. Had to use DJI GO app but besides that waypoints and orbit just work!

So far so good. So far so good. Waypoints feature worked flawless each time. One suggestion, allow gimbal adjust +30 to be used in Panoramic shots. This would eliminate the need to fill in the sky later.

NOT worth the money in my opinion. I own a DJI mini 2 drone and bought litchi as the claim it gives you added features like follow me (which was the only reason I wanted it tbh). We’ll, like a lot of others I was sorely disappointed as their idea of a feature is one that fails to do what it’s supposed to way more than it succeeds. I paid $40.00 Canadian dollars for this and it does nothing more or better than the FREE DJI app. Save your money for something useful like an extra battery. I’d give this ZERO stars if it was an option!

Excellent app! I have a few suggestions make it better. This app works incredibly well, I 100% recommend this! This adds features to my Phantom 3 standard that the old DJI GO doesn’t have. However, there is one thing I would like you to fix. One time I put the app into VR mode and turned it into “immersive”, but I almost had a flyaway because the drone started drifting away from me for no reason. That scared me, so I’m not gonna use head tracking any time soon. There are some things you could add to make this app even better (if they’re possible). I suggest adding tripod mode, or even better, you could add a slider to adjust the maximum speed/yaw of the drone (what I mean by this is being able to set the maximum horizontal speed of the drone, for example, to 10km/h, even if the stick is at its farthest position from the center). I would also suggest adding the new fixed wing mode for Phantom 3 series, cause in my opinion that would be awesome for flying in VR mode (without head tracking, of course). Also, the new quick shot mode would be a cool thing to have on the Phantom 3, and it would make recording a lot easier for me. Overall this is a great app and I love using it, but I strongly suggest adding those features if possible.

Dji mini se. Hours of being frustrated and out 30$ can’t get it working at all

Maps. Just purchased this and have not used. The maps are OLD. Need to be updated to more current, please. My Google map is much more recent for my area..I would assume Litchi is using current Google maps, but not the case, at least in my area.

Video Decoder Encryption Error.. When I try to use this with my Mavic Pro if puts a warning across the middle of the screen (that wont go away) saying Video Decoder Encryption Error. When I fly with the DJI Go app I have no such errors and the drone flies perfectly fine. I will be asking for a refund if I to not get a sarisfactory fix soon.

Awesome app. A+++++. I recommend this app to everyone. It is awesome and easy to use. It controls the drone the way I want. To be honest, it is a hundred times better than other apps out there. It automatically calculates the angle of the camera and everything. There is a review said the map is out of date. This is incorrect information. Litchi has nothing to do with the map. It uses Google map system. This means that if the map is not updated, it is Google's story.

Bug. Pointing to point of interest no longer working for me. Only the last waypoint will point to POI no matter what others are set to look at. Has been perfect up to now. If it is s bug I'm sure it will be addressed. Other than that, it's worth every penny. Will contact developer.

It works, kinda. It worked for the most part but I clicked follow mode and it flew backwards into a house, fell 30 feet and snapped the front arm and the gimbal fell out

App crashed my drone on first use. Title is self explanatory. Used waypoint mode with a fixed altitude. App worked correctly until it got to the last waypoint which caused the drone to fall from the sky. Be careful if you do decide to purchase this app.

Mini Mavic 2. The litchi app doesn’t support mini mavic 2. It would of safe me a lot of time and money trying to make it work. Next time you need to specify what the app support, that way people do go crazy thinking that there is something wrong with the drone.

No. The IOS 11 is showing “disconnected “ on the DJI go app for my IPad mini 4. I thought it would work with Litchi however after tech support swore it should work, they finally stated, “if the DJI app won’t work, then ours won’t either “. I thought they were different apps but I guess it’s the same app copied, with a couple of extra features.

I got it to work.. You have to sync up the controller and the drone before plugging you phone into the controller.

Frustration at all levels. I bought this a year ago and I just had the opportunity to use it this week. What a piece of junk. Actions do NOT work (yes without curves). Interface is not intuitive. Promising app but I spent two days trying to make 3 waypoints take a few pictures and a video. What a waste of time and money.

Feeling better. Litchi and DJI have yet to enable waypoints on the Mavic Air 2. This is devastating. My first big job is Monday 😭 Update: DJI is expected to release what’s needed to make this possible mid December 2020. I have my fingers crossed!

Version 2.1.2 has hosed all waypoint gimbal angles on every mission. The latest version has hosed every waypoint preset gimbal pitch angle I've programmed on every one of my missions. I've tried to alter some of them without success. The setting retains the hosed value. Using iPad Air 2 and iPhone 6s.

Poor integration with Air 2s. They advertised this as compatible with the Air 2s and shouldn’t. It may be able to connect with the drone but it certainly won’t fly it smoothly. Far better results with DJI’s own app. Very disappointed

Poor video. Having a rough time with smooth video of my air 2s. It is very choppy. The other features are pretty awesome and useful.

Video sync. The video sync is more delayed then using the native app, but I love the extra features.

When can use it to MINI 2?. Can't use it on Mini 2, when can use it on mini 2?

Use literally any other software. Horrible customer service, removed feature to perform flights to capture aerial imagery for mosaic purposes, then denied doing so. Also had an issue with my pre-programmed flights changing parameters without my input. You get what you pay for

There was before litchi, and there is after litchi.... ...and it is good. You may be seated. This app will change the game for you, instantly. Worth it x100. Be smart and remember to review all waypoints before passing go (it's fairly easy to accidentally move the altitude slider enough to send you down a dead-end road). Think about the airspace between you and home at any point along the mission and be sure to adjust your max altitude accordingly. You know, just in case! And watch-out for the many nefarious, punk, thug-drones that will swindle your precious baby bird into the rarely-mentioned and ultra-shadowy underbelly of today's drone drug culture. Bad scene. Waste of money. I wish I could give it no stars. Spent $30 on it, have all new equipment and get absolutely no video stream to my magic. What’s more is they have zero support and apparently won’t give me my money back!! Don’t use this scam app

It won’t connect. I wish I could use this app with my DJI Mini 2 SE but no matter what the app won’t connect. In instructions it says to make sure no DJI apps are open. However once ai connect phone, the dji app starts automatically. Even if I close it, the Litchi won’t connect.

App crashing during flight. During the flight in FPV the app got stuck and then froze the image.

Mini2. Who do I need to orally gratifi for dji mini 2 support?

Not for the 5S. I paid the $22 and downloaded the app. I Spent a lot of time reading the manual and watching tutorials and finally found out that it wasn’t recommended for the iPhone 5S. If I’d known this I would’ve never bought it . they should be made clear to potential buyers so they don’t make the same mistake I did

Mavic Still a brick. I downloaded this app because I live in a no-fly zone and can't use the bird at home. I still can't use the bird in a no-fly zone. Buyer beware!! You can't turn off the geo-system option in the app!!

App broke my drone. I tried using litchi for the vr feature. After using the app my DJI mavic air 2 will no longer zoom in on the app or the DJI app. And when I tried to land the drone just dropped at 20mph straight into the ground.

Upgraded to Mini 2 with no support yet. 9 months and no updates is a quite pathetic.

Altitude above ground level. This app is great. I am hoping this new updates that is fixing the altitude above ground level corrects some Errors I have been experiencing. I recently had a crash due to the altitude above ground level being inaccurate.

Very unsafe and inaccurate!. It does perform the things it says it can, but it doesn’t do it very well. Also, when you start a task, it locks your drone into a auto mode. You can’t stop the drone with your sticks, YOU HAVE to hit the tiny little stop button on your screen. Nope nope NOPE!

Panorama mode doesn’t work. Every time I try to create a panorama the app crashes, it was the only reason I bought the app. If I can’t find out a solution I am going to ask for a refund.

Panorama settings. Should be an option for manual exposure in the pano settings. Whatever expo settings dialed in Litchi over rides it while doing the pano. Some of us prefer manual settings for better results.
