Very Handy for my travel. Although it took me a while to work out settings I got there in the end. And the support was also great, although I worked out my issues ahead of the response. In hindsight it would have been useful to be able to make calls also, I thought WhatsApp would be fine for all calls needed in Sputh Africa and mostly it was apart from the car hire company who are not on WhatsApp. So that was my choice not an issue with this app. Thanks ESIM🙏

Doesn’t always work. User error?. When this works, it’s awesome. However, Sometimes it doesn’t. Not sure if there’s something I missed, but should be more intuitive.

Agent. The agents are absolutely terrible. They’re never there never responding to messages never there to help. They keep charging me and not wanting to give me a refund for the weeks that I did not use their service. I’m reaching out to get some help to no one is there to help no one is ever there to help the help is very mediocre and slow.

Terrible customer service. I never got my eSIM working when I went to Tanzania. Then when I noticed and tried to cancel, they charge me for another two weeks. In the meantime, I wasn’t in Tanzania anymore.

Seoul Trip Saver. When I landed in Seoul all the SIM card stations were closed. This saves me.

HORRIBLE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.. After cancelling the subscription because it wasn’t needed anymore, I was charged again. And I can’t get a hold of anyone at “Municorn Esim”. There is NO customer service. No phone number. Nothing on the chat. My emails sent to them have been ignored. No help whatsoever. Very bad on their end. Need them to stop charging me without my authorization!!

The best. This app has really helped me connect to my family fast and it was easily done.

Keeps trying to to charge me. Worked great while I was in Japan but after I came and cancelled the subscription it keeps trying to charge me causing fraud alerts with my bank.

Terrible. “eSIM not compatible with iPhone”. It took 9 days to get a response from customer care for a charge that could not get fulfilled. Service was terrible and would do more research on what to use next time and not something that is going to make your day uncomfortable.

Very Expensive. It works but is a lil difficult to get working but it’s pretty expensive. You also don’t get reliable support since it’s just AI. I tried to switch my country’s but it wouldn’t respond to be. Do not recommend, go with something else

Zero Stars!!!!. Purchase their 2gb plan for 15 days. This worked for 2 mins at my hotel in Mexico then the service stopped!!!! There is No Customer service. Their AI said I would have responce within 2 hours and it’s now been 6 with no response. I want a refund! Don’t bother to waste your money

Only internet, no sim. I bought it, it’s only giving me a date, without local number, that means I cannot make phone calls

Good. I used this as I just realized my provider did not have North America service. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS WHEN ACTIVATING THE SIM! It works perfectly fine. Also just very convenient

It works but it’s a trap. So I downloaded the app because I saw staying in Canada for only two days and I didn’t want to get a SIM card because I only needed data and I bought the 1GB package but it did not say subscribe so why was I getting charged for weeks after that? Where did I agree with subscription? It’s not nice to trick customers

Do Not Purchase| Would Not Recommend. After purchase, could not use phone unless connected to WiFi still. Did not get a local number to make phone calls and when I contacted customer support, it’s been 5 days and no one has replied or contacted me to resolve my concerns. It did for sure take my money however.

Don’t believe this listing. Couldn’t get the service to work after paying, contacted their 24/7 customer support 6 hours ago and no response still. Misleading / garbage app, try one of the others with more reviews.

Doesn’t work. Tried everything I found on the internet and the info page on the app to troubleshoot. Never worked and I contacted customer service multiple times with only ai responses.

So far so good. I’m a flight attendant and usually fly to Europe. I’ve been to 2 cities so far and eSIM is working great. However, it would be nice if it was more financially friendly since 3GB for $20 goes pretty fast .

Think before you buy. I just bought this while traveling in Asia. It was hard to install and support chat keeps on repeating same answer to my questions. I asked to speak with a representative, but again got same response to all of my previous questions.

Fraud. I have signed up for a 7 day use of eSIM. Now there is a subscription active charging my credit card every 7 days and there is no way to cancel or stop it. Support is not responsive. Apple please remove this app from App Store
