Brilliant. This is such a game changer for those like me that aren’t great at taking selfie’s and are a little lacking in self confidence. The AI helps generate a slightly better version of yourself and gives you multiple choices and versions of your photo to choose from. It’s intelligent but relies on you to help it learn. The more photos you upload that you like of yourself the better options it will give you. Take the time to thumbs up or thumbs down the results so it continues to learn what you like in terms of results. The only downside so far is it can be a little heavy on the glamour/make up but I am making sure I thumbs down this so hopefully that tour of result will lessen over time. Otherwise I can’t fault this app at all!

Good app. It is really good it actually transforms your photos into really good good photos. I like it. I also think other people should download it and use it. This app is very good. Millions and millions of people should have this app. I love it. It’s just really good it transforms my photos. I took a picture of LA that my eyes were closed and it transformed it so good, this is going places I really think more people should use it millions and millions people probably already use it but this app is really good

Photo emergency app. This app allows you to Photoshop your pictures without actually Photoshopping your pictures because what’s best about the app is it doesn’t change who you are. It just makes the photo that you pick the best that you can possibly be because it learns from the photos that you like, from the ones you have token of yourself already, then it applies those aspects to photos that are great but something was a little off, like the shot was at unique locations or the shot was with a particular friend that you can’t just reshoot. maybe it was a great photo but your face had a weird look or maybe one eye was closed, well now that can be fixed well also giving you a authentic photo look. check this app out and also they give you a seven day trial for free.

Unbelievably easy!. I had a picture that was taken with a film camera in 2005. My 5 year old daughter, Jamie, was posing with Jamie Lee Curtis at a book signing. My daughter blinked as the photo was taken- so it wasn’t a good picture at all. In a matter of minutes, Retake did an amazing job at replacing her half closed eyes! Thank you Retake!! I’m so happy with that picture now!!!

I love it but not many good options. I think the apps really good and changes lots of my bad photos, but I feel like it doesn’t give me lots of options. You should obviously download this app but just telling you it helped me a lot when I didn’t have great photos so I didn’t have to delete good memories, this is probably the best Retake app I’ve ever downloaded though I love it so so so much read my review because I’m not giving it for strives because it’s bad that is just my honest opinion but I love this app like forever so make sure I download the app because it’s the best free app I’ve ever gottenso download download download

Weird smile. I always manage to look like I have gas in the photos that matter most but take a great picture when it’s any other random moment. Retake has elevated my photos and helped reshape graduation pictures and family photos that I normally would not post or print. And it looks so natural ❤️

I respect the mission but this ain’t it.. Photography definitely distorts people's appearance, especially with HD digital and to actually fix this would be an incredible accomplishment. The depth perception isn’t there and so everything gets stretched as it flattens. A 2D map of the world will never be as accurate as a globe. People don’t realize this and they get expensive and permanent plastic surgery in an attempt to compensate. I like the idea to try and fix this but this app doesn’t do it. That’s not to say that it won’t improve your pictures it just doesn’t fix the photographic distortion effect. You can definitely get a better looking picture of yourself with this but it’s not a miracle app. 2.5 Stars

It’s pretty good if you pay for it. I usually get at least one or two options from it that i like, but sometimes it’s definitely quite obviously edited. I think it works best for lower quality pictures and not super high or close up ones because it just adds to the look of fakeness. I do enjoy it though for what it is and I like how it makes a lot of my pictures look

Cool app. Downloaded this app about a week or two ago and just got around to trying it. The set up process was a little tedious because unlike the majority of the population, I don’t take a ton of selfies. I just don’t think I am very photogenic. I thought maybe this app would make me feel better about taking and possibly posting more pictures of myself. It worked pretty good. I will have to take better selfies to use because the app is pretty specific about the photos it uses. Example: it has to be a somewhat close, full picture of your face, one asked for a picture of me smiling. I just don’t have a ton of those pictures. In time, with more pictures I should see improvement and better quality. But this has nothing to do with the app. Users that do have the content required should have no problem.

Buyers BEWARE!. UPDATE 7/8/24: this merchant failed to refund my money so I contacted Goldman Sachs since my Apple Card was used for the transaction and they were able to refund my money right away thankfully! Please stay away from this merchant! I’m disappointed in this company. I can’t really comment much on the actual app features since I haven’t had the chance to use it (nor do I have any interest to) but my child purchased it without my knowledge and now I’m stuck with the bill. It was purchased on a “free trial” and my card was automatically charged 3 or so days later. They have refused to honor my refund request. I’m still trying to get a refund, but looks like they’re not willing to work with me for some odd reason. Any company that works this way is a scam in my opinion. It seems like the other reviews are either fake or paid because I can’t imagine that a company that does this would be as great as the other reviews say. If they’re really this good they wouldn’t scam others like this. I’ll update my review if anything changes but so far they are refusing to give my money back. STAY AWAY!

Not worth $$. This app can barely make a photo that is not obviously AI. This app might be worth five dollars a year, but not anywhere close to what they’re asking for. You could maybe get a good photo every now and then but the amount of bad photos is hilarious. Not worth the $$ for the “risk”. Also, I wish they would give the option to just change the eyes or mouth - not just both. For example there was a picture I was wanting to fix where my eyes were closed on purpose, but I wanted to fix my smile & it wouldn’t work.

Literally amazing and 100% worth the money!!. This app literally made a photo of myself with my hair covering over 75% of my face & blended it to make a photo that shows my whole face while making it look 100% realistic, so it will literally fool anyone into assuming it was the original picture that was never edited by this app. LITERALLY AMAZING!!!! 5 STARS!!!! I’ve never felt so overwhelmed & so eager in rating 5 stars to app with such confidence as I did with this one!

You need at least 8-10 good pictures of your face to start …. Ok so I just signed up for free trial. I don’t take many selfies, just not that kind of guy but I guess I’m going to be searching archive of folders. AI function is on point but but you have start with some great up close pics ready to create a profile, wish I knew that could have taken pics then created account 🤣 4/5 because I don’t haven’t fully explored the content.

So far so good. Just downloaded today and just started “training my AI”. It seems easy to use so far. Be careful in the beginning because the “free trial” is only 7 days and 9.99 after per WEEK!! I just exited out of that and have no idea how long it will let me continue, so it’s an experiment. It’s pretty cool how you can pick which looks you like best and don’t and they produce so many options. I’ll update this review later as I have more experience with the app.

Do not download!. I downloaded it to try and use only for the free subscription. I made sure that I canceled it the same day so I wouldn’t forget to do it (have the proof that I did so because I took a photo) and they still charged me $85. Now I’m stuck trying to get someone to answer me is and good luck with that now have to deal with my bank, not worth it. Best part is I only downloaded it to fix a few of my brothers photos for his obituary, but unfortunately you need multiple photos at different angles in order for it to work - which of course I didn’t have so all this headache at the worst time for nothing..

Absolute trash. This AI app is quite possibly the worst APP I have ever downloaded. It will take a decent picture of you and turn it into an AI Frankenstein remake. Seriously, do NOT download it. It charged me $69/yr and then consistently bugged me to allow it to send notifications. Every “retake” AI picture was worse than the original pic I submitted (and that is saying a lot). Every single “retake” was trash. I could have taken a Pic with no makeup, making a weird face, in low light, and a bad camera angle and produced a better image than this APP! Not a lie, the worst example of AI technology I have ever seen. OMG, do NOT waste your time and money!

This app is worth it!. I normally never leave app reviews and I think most photo editing apps are junk but this one is actually pretty amazing! My first impression from ads I saw on TikTok led me to believe people were editing their photos to look not like themselves (like using those beauty filters) which I thought was dumb. But when I realized it’s actually using your own photos to edit the pictures, wow, how genius! I’m rarely photogenic and I took some photos at an event I really wanted to post but was embarrassed at how my face turned out in the photos. After using the app I was able to basically replace my weird facial experience with a decent one I had taken in the past! Wow! This app is worth it.

Don’t recommend. I haven’t noticed right away but I’m relaxing now 7 months later that for the past 7 months they have charged me twice for the $9.99! So they display the app costs $10 but they are charging $20 each month! I noticed only one time a few months ago and reported one do the charged to Apple and got a refund. This month I noticed it again, reported and Apple won’t refund me. So now I’m upset and looked deeply into my account just to find out that for the past 7 months I’ve paid double for this app that I never even use. I canceled it and sure I could have been more involved in my bills but it’s scammy on their part!

Jan 11, 2025 update broke the app. Update: changing my review to 5 stars after the prompt developer response! All is working as intended with additional features. 👍 I’m a user with the annual paid subscription. I use this app for Photoshop work and was enjoying it previously. Unfortunately the most recent update has made the app less reliable in terms of syncing your photo gallery and detecting faces. Most photos are no longer detectable to be swapped OR you have to force quit the app ace reopen to get the new photos from your gallery to show up. Not happy as a paid customer as this app is now essentially unusable.

Retake only. Already messaged you yesterday. Pics I downloaded (screenshots) should go straight to retake option instead of other two options. I download pics. Then go to retake, hit retake option, no images. They will appear if I turn phone off, wait a few, then turn back on. A great app. Just have to work harder.

I LOVE THIS APP!!. This app is totally amazing! I am absolutely obsessed with it!! I am 51 years old and I have been ruining photographs for as long as I can remember!! I am just not a photogenic person. This app allows me to effortlessly fix my weird faces and closed eyes in all of my photos! It NEVER looks edited or fake in any way whatsoever. It uses REAL photos of me to create flawless pics every time! It’s also so much fun to play around and create photos of yourself that are so realistic, nobody would ever know that they’re AI! If you pay annually, it works out to less than $6 a month. WELL worth it to fix SO MANY photos that I have ruined, but can now display proudly!!! 10 out of 10!!!

AwEsOmE aPP & fRee 2️⃣👢. I can’t believe it actually let me Save it at the end, as most advertise as Free until you waste a chunk of time preparing a photo and go to Save/Send and it only gives you a Subscription screen, that really pisses me off and make a mental note (sometimes an actual negative Rev ) to never even download an App by them for wasting my time. Time is a limited resource and how dare they steal some of mine!

one issue. This app, for starters, is amazing. It works exactly like it’s promoted, and is a very good concept for an app, but one issue I have, is that after I had saved a photo generated by the app, it said I used up my one DAILY limit. I tried again the next day, and it did not let me save or do anything. I tried again the NEXT day, still did not let me save or try anything.. so I’m assuming if you don’t do the free trial, you only get one chance to choose a photo you like and save it to camera roll.. is it just mine that isn’t working?

Disappointing Experience. I'm sadly writing to express my disappointment with this app. Unfortunately, it hasn't met my expectations. One of the main issues I've encountered is with the photo feature. The "add pictures" option sounds great, but the reality is far from it. The pictures I've added are not glamourous at all! In fact, they're blurry and low-quality. I was hoping for a more polished and refined output, but the app failed to deliver. Great Idea. App needs some improvement.. There have been multiple times throughout the years where I’ll love a picture however there’s something off about my face. I’ve tried in the past to use other apps to replace my face using a picture where I like my face. However I’m mediocre at best at my photoshop skills. This app does exactly what I want it to (with obviously some not so great results but that’s expected with AI). The biggest problem I have with this app is the inability to reselect different pictures of my face to use as a reference. Even if I redownload the app is uses the previously picked references. Overall this is an app I’d be willing to spend money on in the future if these updates occur.

False advertising not ok!. I researched several sites before downloading this off of the Apple App Store. All of the various reviews, as well as the original ad set that the software was free. When I downloaded it after vetting it the very first thing that came on was it's free for five days and then you have to purchase it, when you go to the App Store to download it, it says in app purchases which means they're available but not required. So you guys need to change the advertising on this or actually make a free version to let somebody do a certain number of images per month for freight. I don't need it for a ton of stuff just a fewphotos here and there not 18 times a day on Instagram. Very disappointed that this was advertised as free and it is not an $80 a year is not exactly cheap.

CREEPS ME OUT. some people might want to look at 50 photos of themselves to figure out which ones look good, but merging pictures has made my chin look fatter than ever, in one picture it made my cheek look fatter than ever. It just was creepy. And they were like 3 pics where my tooth was literally sticking out of my mouth like on the other side. If you want to see what you would look like if your parents were brother and sister, then definitely get this app.👎 I read a bunch of reviews for those who do not know how to cancel on an iPhone, youcan do two things you can delete the app and then it will ask you if you want to go into your settings for subscriptions and say yes, and then cancel, I canceled day one. If for whatever reason it doesn’t do that go into your settings. Go to the button that says Apple ID and click it. It’s the first button usually with your face. Then go to subscriptions and cancel any unwanted subscriptions, and I would definitely cancel this one.

Exceeded expectations. Seriously, by far the best photo editing app I’ve ever used!!! it fixed a highly cherished photo of mine that I have been trying to fix for years, of me with my boys, they look amazing in it and for some reason, I got the worst redeye and my face is not just blurry, but also distorted compared to the rest of the picture. this app corrected all of that and just made it so perfectly perfect!!

Waste of time. This app hardly works. I’ve uploaded so many different pictures and about 9 out 10 times it’ll suggest I find a different picture to edit because they can’t do it. Or if you have absolutely ANYTHING that remotely even looks like a boob or cleavage they will deny the edit and say it’s inappropriate. I would steer away from this app content creators. Save your time and money. Not worth it.

you can thank me later. so far, Retake has been nothing short of phenomenal. exceeded my expectations which (let’s be real) weren’t high to begin with. what makes it different from other filter fixing photo applications? it’s not editing your face with a false filter. it is editing your face based on past pictures of YOUR FACE. Retake doesn’t make you look like someone else (or someone that resembles you but is slightly to moderately better looking), Retake does exactly what’s in the title: it gives you a re-take. so strike a pose and smile! because even if the pressure is on to take the perfect photo at those family functions or graduation ceremonies, Retake has got you just in case you blink.

From Oh No! to Whew! So Much Better!. I have a very special picture with a friend I asked another friend to take with my phone. He quickly took ONE and said it looked okay. When I got where I could look at it, I can honestly say it was one of the worst pictures of myself I’ve ever seen! Too late for a retake. I tried to fix the awful look on my face and change my open mouth to no avail. I then sent it to a family member who works with making videos every day and can edit any mistakes. He said he tried but couldn’t make it look good and the coloring would be way off. I said there just has to be a way. Sticker another head! Then going through some emails, BINGO! There was an ad for “Retake” doing exactly what I was hoping could be done! I downloaded it and chose about 15 pictures from my saved pictures and within a few minutes a much improved picture of me and You absolutely cannot tell changes were made! It is amazing! Several pictures are there to slide back and forth and watch expressions change and also the way I am facing, each looking great and blended in the perfect position! I was going to take it to a studio and ask someone to please help! The Free Trial will convince anyone! Thank You, Retake, for such a great, useful tool. Now onto many more Retakes!

Feedback on Recent Photo Quality Update. This app is one of my favorites; I really love the photo quality. However, it seems like there was an update recently just this current month, and now the images look more artificial, with a “makeup-heavy” or cartoonish feel. I preferred the previous version, where the photos looked much more natural. Could you please consider returning to the old resolution?

Misleading & they will not refund you. This is a terrible app service. I signed up for the 7 day free trial on May 13th, 2025. I ended up being charged on May 24th for 2 weeks- over $21 for this app. If you didn’t know, this app charges $9.99 A WEEK. (Not even ChatGPT is that much and can do the same thing? , just FYI.) I was charged for both May 14- 21 which should have been my “free trial” period. This was one of those things where you want to try out the free trial to see if the app is a fit for you. It was not. I used it once on the ‘May 13th date. Then I was charged again for a second week on May 22. Both charges hit my card on May 24. I noticed immediately the charge that isn’t usually on my card and reached out immediately to get a refund. I understand not canceling in time but I am being overcharged for this app since the “trial period” should have been free that I am now being charged for. Just wanted to post my experience so that others may be aware. BUYER BEWARE- even if you’re signing up for a “free trial” They will charge you for the trial period- which is false advertising and charging fees under gale pretenses.. They declined my refund request so I will be contacting my credit card company to remove the charges and dispute.

Removes unwanted and wanted beauty marks.. This is a great app. I’d been seeing it on instagram for the past couple of months and finally decided to humor it. I put my pics in and was super impressed. You gotta swipe through some junk ones, but it eventually figures out what you like. I was redoing a ton of pics from special moments in my life when I realized that one didn’t have my beauty mark where my hair wouldn’t have covered it. I can’t post some of these pics these pics because I know family would comment asking if I got it removed. You guys should implement something that asks the user if there are any distinguishing features in the user’s pictures that they’d like to keep. That would be nice.

good app , some bugs. I have downloaded this app probably 3 weeks ago and it works really good!! Until I downloaded it back and I put all my pictures on it and it was saying to put a “ai bowl” which I already did and it didn’t show up… I didn’t wanna pay so I deleted it and downloaded it back again , and I went through the same process again but wouldn’t show my pictures at ALL.. can u tell me what it is?

Would love to enjoy this but... To require 10 photos just to be able to start using is a challenge trying to use the app… I don’t have 10 photos of myself. I also wanted to use the app to touch up pics of my clients as a courtesy to them prior to showing my work on social media channels, not to use for myself. If the functionality were changed to accommodate these two things it would be worth purchasing/using… but for now it’s just not a worthy enough expense as I’d rarely use for myself.

It works. I’m pretty impressed with this. It actually works and doesn’t make you look strange or animated. We tried to take pictures with pets and our faces were unfortunately unpleasant in most of them. This app solved that problem, without a doubt unnoticeably. 10/10 - will fix your photo. Now if only they made an AI photo solution for pets! 🙏🏼

It works. Saw the app on tiktok and was confused as to how it retakes. Basically you chose 10 of your favorite pics of yourself and upload them. Then you choose the pic you want to enhance or change and it shows you 10 retakes to choose from! I used it on pics of my granddaughter who is a wobbler and it worked! It’s a bit airbrushed but still looks amazing!

Surprisingly good.. Creating my AI profile was easy. Retaking a photo was easy, too. It really fixed the photo! I like how you can fix yourself in ugly photos with your face from a better photo instead. It still your face used to fix the photo. If you’re like me and you have a super difficult time taking photos you need this. I mess up my smile in 9 out of every 10 pictures 😄.

Overpriced. $10 a week is insane for this new application. The AI is not as advanced as the developers think. For example, I took a picture looking away on purpose and wanted my face to be improved. However, you can’t tell the AI what to do exactly; it just does what it does on its own. It adjusted my eyes to look straightforward, which is not necessarily what I wanted. The idea is there, but this application is far too new to be priced this high. It’s very basic AI photo editing. It does take a while to create an AI profile, roughly 8 minutes. Overall, the idea is there and I like it, but I’m only doing the free trial and not looking back unless I hear more about it later on.

Not what they claim. As a professional photographer of more than 40 years experience I was excited by the advertisements for this app And disappointed with the results. From their ads, I was under the impression that I could edit any photo of a person that I took not just selfies. It works in the same way as many other FREE AI photo manipulators by having you upload several photos of yourself which it then uses the AI to correct your photos but the basic edit doesn’t seem to do much of anything meaning you have to go back in and make other changes yourself just as you would editing a photo on your phone at which point the image just come out, looking very phony and over manipulated. Considering everything I had to do, I can fix most of the photos myself for free and it also doesn’t work on any photos you take of other people. Lastly, it claimed that you got one week for free to try it and they were supposed to notify me before charging me instead I got charged $9.99 and Apple would not credit the money back. The most I would ever pay for an app like this would be a one time charge of 999. It’s just not worth the money for what it does.

New ai. I can really say the ai before is way better than the new updated ai because now my photos look crazy way to much ai is being put on the face and lips nose ring dont look clear. I dont look the same in all my photos for some reason the photo is trying to match exact my face then it messes up the ai now I don’t like this app at all due to the new update will be rating this a 2 star till they change the ai back to the last one they had this one look way to enhanced and u can clearly tell is full ai change this

Highly recommend. I love this app because all the changes is my actual face using all my old pictures in my photo gallery to improve the new picture. It’s not a filter that changes your nose, your lips, your eyes, your face structure. It’s just uses photos in your gallery that have the same or similar position as the new pictureand you have up to 12 options. I think it’s a great app that keeps your natural look. Absolutely love it.

Ruthy. The pictures a much better pictures than the ones I took with my phone but still, dont know how to use the app, I choo20 pictures before, did it twice and it said I’ll be notified abd nothing happened, I got back and have to choose the pictures again for the 3 er time, no funny at all.

Train AI for one person per week?. Computational power. I get it. But, so, couples? Families. You can only improve photos of one person in your family per week? Does it handle group photos? No sign of that yet. Seems like it might be a perfect app for a solo content maker, but duos, families, seems like this APP won’t be very useful to you. I paid for the year subscription in hopes that the developers will realize this deficiency quickly and improve it. At least allow multiple profiles within the app so you could do single transformations of multiple people in your family. Last suggestion for now…user choice. It’s cool you do Christmas theme. Lots of people like Christmas. But what if I want just a snowy winter theme without Christmas and without red and green?

Great app! Very validating 💗. So I usually had issues with traditional face apps...I never felt good using tools to change the shape of my face, or using intense filters/blur just to hide a zit or two, or a slight blur. With retake, it uses past photos of your face, leaving the user with natural looking edits. Its also really great for guys!!! it cleans up your beard/stache, smooths your skin a bit, covers acne and color corrects your skin tone all in one action, and at the end I still feel like it's myself. It optimizes the photo without changing your face completely. I really recommend it!!! Now I actually want to post my own photos, and it shows how I feel inside :) great app 💗

I didn’t think it possible!. In my whole life, there have been fewer than two dozen pictures that were not a disappointment. That includes professional portraits. I just don’t photograph well. Retake took that handful of flattering pictures and turned bad takes into very good ones. This app is worth every penny.

This is an awesome app!. Really love the effects, love that you get to see each and every redo that each have slight differences, and you train this on what you like or not by giving each one a thumbs up if you like it and thumbs down if you don’t care for it, then you’re training AI on what your preferences are and it will improve and keep improving as you express your likes and dislikes. Overall, very impressed.

Actually impressive. I rarely leave reviews especially after seeing a few 1 stars from old reviews but I decided to give the trial a go and honestly I’m impressed. The app does exactly what it says it does, creates an AI profile and uses your best photos to make your least good ones look CUTE! Definitely worth a try

Give it a go. Saw a review on one photo and was sceptical.. untill I gave the app a try on the trial and gosh.. am I impressed. First off you make an “ai” thing with a bunch of your photos. These photos are what fills in the photos you want fixed. I’m incredibly surprised and maybe a little weird’ed out at how easily and smoothly it takes your face and makes it work.. on your face haha Give it a go if you have some photos you really like but hate your face in. It does kinda feel like I’m missing the memory of the original photo so maybe only use it on superficial photos and not ones that you should just be happy of the original photo. 5 stars

Weird!. I don’t know what the problem is with this app. It might be just another scam, but I tried using it and the very first time it didn’t work. After waiting for 20 minutes for my pictures, the screen froze, and I couldn’t do anything. It just kept asking me to send more pictures without showing me the result of the pictures I already sent.

A little perseverance resulted in a great photo. Hi, My early pictures didn’t show my eyes open enough. Even after I took new pix with my eyes open the retakes didn’t include that. So I deleted all the present results and started again with an eyes open picture. Then I got a perfect result. Fiddle around, figure it out. See, persevere. It’s not that hard. And it works.

Changes my hair. I’m very disappointed; I have very short blonde hair and it’s literally made all my images with long brown hair. I am curvy and all my images are slim women. Absolute waste of money and time (nearly AU$40). Doesn’t mention anywhere it completely changes you !!!

Actually not weird. OK, if like me you're very unphotogenic - every so often you get a photo of yourself that actually looks like you and is therefore the only photo you ever show anyone for years. This app allows you to fix rubbish photos with eyes half shut or bad hair by making them look more like the decent photo of yourself. Could this be abused by inserting photos of someone else? Yeah. But that's for weirdos. This is actually great and I don't feel bad for using it. It's still my head lol

Doesn’t work- app just freezes. This doesn’t work at all. It takes about 20 minutes to download 15 photos and then you can’t do anything with it because the app completely freezes up and does nothing do not be scammed by downloading this app.

No longer loads.. The app no longer loads. I almost paid for the yearly sub but glad I didn’t as the next day the app fails to start, i updated and it fails, i deleted and reinstalled and it fails.

Too expensive!. This is a great app don’t get me wrong but 12 dollars a month is not responsible at all! It should be at least 4 photos daily for free or 5 dollars a month (or week). That’s more reasonable

I was late to cancel for one day and was charged for the whole year. I saw a lot of ads for this app and downloaded it with a one-week trial. I have tried it and just had too busy week at work where I forgot to cancel it. I did it only with 24 hours delay - immediately when I realized the charge. My refund request was rejected, I re-submitted it today with clarifications but it was rejected once again. I do not need this app, it is just placing your face from other photos you upload on your selected picture which is NOT something special and I would pay for. It’s ridiculous that I have paid now for a year of service which I won’t be using!

Used to be good very disappointing.. It’s so upsetting when you had a whole AI profile set up with a whole bunch of photos and then they delete it all on you and now I can’t restore it. The app won’t allow me just keeps asking me to get a subscription why would I do that again when it won’t even save anything I’ve uploaded I don’t want to spend hours searching through photos again I want the profile I set up

But your app has no similar free version to use over a longer period; instead it starts right in wanting credit card info and ‘a free trial’. Make a 100% free option and you might get more users of the paid version in the long run. My grandfather used to call this being ‘penny wise and pound foolish’.

LOOOVE. I’m a new mom and hardly have any good pics with my baby. This fixed her crazy expression in one of our only photos! There were so many options to choose from too and they all look just like her!! Would never notice. 10/10!

Perfectly Done. This app is fantastic. It doesn’t overdo the changes and you can pick which version of the change you want. Definitely recommend!

Ok so I was looking at this app and I was like oh maybe it could work for some of my bad pics so I generated and stuff and it doesn’t really look like what the add described it to be and my photo was probably worse than my original one so if you’re looking for an app that you know that probably looks like the ad. Won’t give me refunds. I used the free trial and deleted the app which charged my every single day and then when I realized what was doing it I ended up losing around 70 dollars for the year subscription. Apple told me they declined to give my money back twice and that their decision is last. DO NOT give your money to this company because they will try to steal it. To make it worse they don’t have a support number and their email doesn’t even answer.

Love It!??. Great app, but not fun when you can’t actually save your pics unless you pay for the app… So love it/hate it ☹️ I’d give a 5 star review if you didn’t have to pay! This app though is super cool and definitely made a huge difference in the photos that I wanted to change, but now I can’t even use them unless I pay.

Surprisingly Good. I saw this on instagram and was a little skeptical at first, but once you go through the ai training process by selecting pictures you’ve previously looked good in, it just lets you re apply that good face pose in any photo. So it does what it’s supposed to which means it’s a 5 star from me.

No support whatsoever. Paid for the app cause I like most of the features. There was one that was missing in my settings so I emailed support twice (once a week ago and another a few days ago to follow up) and there’s been ZERO replies. Not even to acknowledge they’ve received my message. Don’t pay for unless you’re perfectly ok with its current version.

Oh my god. This app is awesome it’s not a filter it’s actually your best photos combine to make a bad picture look better! But it’s my face nothings changed but the bad photo it was a poor quality pic and they used a good quality pic to add to the old one! Wow just wow!

It’s changed, FOR THE WORST. This is the first review I’ve ever written, and truthfully up until a few days ago I would have given it five stars. What changed? THIS UPDATE! Before you could see the retakes on you and had the option to pay for it if you wanted it. But now you can’t even do that! The app is worthless and awful unless you want to spend $5 a week to see what it could do. But be warned it doesn’t work on all positions, didn’t see my face in half the pictures where I was looking directly at it. I went from happily using the app to writing my first review and deleting it. Cause if you can’t afford it it’s worthless. What about some free content? I hope other people see this and understand that you can’t do anything with this app anymore unless you pay. I hope they do.

Surprised me. I’m not gonna lie, I thought this app was one of those really fake smile AI stuff but it takes all your smile photos and replicate it to photoshop your non-smile photo. I like it and I hope they keep it like this. Try the free trial and see it for yourself.

Great app, but…. When I first got the app, I loved using it! It was so easy to use and I loved that I was able to use it for free. But now, when I go to use the app, it does not allow me to use it without paying. Broken. I think the app is broken. I have continuously tried to save my photos I create even after accepting the trial. I constantly get the notification “enable photo access”. I then go to my settings, choose add photos only and I still get the same notification. I’ve tried everything in my settings to make it work. I think the app is worth paying for but there’s no point in paying if I can’t save the photos it retakes

Just started, fun so far. I just downloaded this app and so far I’m having a lot of fun using it. I look really good but not every situation is realistic. I might like options to have more than one person in the photo or make it more ridiculous so I feel less weird using it.

Beautiful. This site is awesome. It does fabulous work on retaking these photos and changing them into something else. If you can afford to do it I can’t. I’m on a limited income and I just can’t afford to pay but if you can it it’s awesome.

Terrible. Is honestly terrible, because I tried to see the results of something I made n I instead of viewing the one I had already made, it said o had ti pay to make ANOTHER one when all I want to do is review the one I already have, not to mention it never gave me a notification when it was done so honestly this was a waste of space and time so if I were you if I knew and had the advice I’m giving you i would’ve never downloaded this.

Good but not worth buying. It’s good is all imma say. I only used the free version. Only issue is you can’t fix your AI pic profile and nothing then is free no more. Another issue is how crazy expensive it is. Not worth spending that much. Wish this was more cheaper such as a $5-10 subscription or a one time purchase.

Canceled subscription says it’s good through April 2025. I canceled my renewal on my subscription a couple of weeks ago. There’s no way to renew it even though I’ve paid through April 2025 it says it’s valid until then but when trying to use it now it won’t allow me unless I pay $5999 again! I would not consider signing up for this app until they fix this problem. I’m very unhappy about it. It seems I was charged without my knowledge possibly as well.

Uses other previous photos. I just downloaded this and found out that you have to have other photos of yourself in order for this to work. I don’t have any photos of myself except for the one, so this is useless to me. However, I can find no way to back out of the app. I’m afraid that if I take it off my phone I will be charged. I also worry if I don’t take it off my phone I’ll be charged. Catch 22.

Face Editor for Retake. This app has some amazing features that could help you out in a bind when there’s something off about your face that you need to adjust. I give it a 7/10 because it had difficulty reading my favorite self portraits, but had an okay time reading my Snapchat selfies. I love the application and will be using again in the near future.

You can CHOOSE how your face looks. I think that’s so cool and interesting about this app, is that you were able to enter one photo that you don’t like then choose from many retakes to see what sort of trends and looks you agree with.

No Option to delete all collections???. This is the weirdest thing I have ever seen in an app, it works super well, the ai is so intelligent to retake pictures but most of users would definitely want the option to delete all pictures after downloading their favorite one, what does your app offer instead? Glad you asked. It lets you delete the pictures ONE BY ONE.

My selfies. It’s fun waiting to see how the pictures that you sent and are going to look in 15 minutes or less. I like this time I don’t have make up on and I don’t like to show pictures of me without make up. You still look like yourself but better.

Don’t really mention the “can only create 5 profiles in a week” limit. Works well enough, but I dropped 60 dollars on an annual subscription only to find out that it’s limited to creating 5 profiles every 7 days. Not really happy about that. Apparently it “requires tremendous computing power” to create a new AI profile set. Yeah, that’s what I paid the 60 bucks for lol.

Took forever. I was excited to start this Retake app, but it took forever for me to download the pictures and then when I was trying to fix a couple of pictures, I never got a response back. Don’t think it’s for me.

Saved my horrible pics. I wouldn’t have any decent baby shower pictures I looked horrible as if pictures were taken bad on purpose. I wanted to cry. This app made all my pictures look natural and like me and saved my memories

I’m really impressed. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. I had a couple selfies I took, I liked them all except my face so I never posted them. I re-did them using the AI feature and I’m blown away… it’s my face 😭😭😭 just a full face of makeup but my face, so it’s not even cheating. It looks so natural, just insane

Very good but. I love the app, don’t want to make it about race it’s really good. But if your black it’s not a lot for you. It’s only two stencils and if you want to really be aggressive, you can use any stencil that has a hat and it might work but if there’s any hair sticking out your cover is blown outside of that anybody from any other ethnicities should not have an issue using this app.

Ehhh has potential. Not quite there but maybe in the future will be great. If you look somewhat decent, it just makes you look like a weird AI version of yourself. If you look really terrible in a photo it does make you look better but it’s too much. I would rather just use a mellow filter That uses light tweaks with lighting etc. definitely not worth the cost.

I gave 4 stars. I love this app! It’s so awesome! Me and my sister have been on it every day and fixing our photos ! But one thing I don’t like is, you can’t add any profiles without unlimited or pro. And if you use the same profile on a picture of someone else it changes their face to look like yours. Other than that, this app is great!

Very cool app for a minute. It’s paid for so I will use it once in a while until the sub expires I am not continuing the subscription I already canceled it I just wanted more content with the magic retakes it’s springtime and there’s nothing for the current season in the magic retakes its only for Christmas or some other limited things and zero valentines or spring or summer content it’s a fun app but only for a day once you do all the magic photos it’s pretty useless

Awesome and worth it!. Honestly, really cool. You choose photos of yourself that you like; it creates an AI profile; then you can choose a photo to “retake” and it gives you about 20 different choices- and you don’t look fake. Awesome app if you’re always the one in the photo looking off or with eyes closed or your hair a mess…like me. Ha.

Retake. The picture I gave them was going to be hard to fix but they made the picture look better than I thought possible! Retake is an awesome idea for remaking pictures!

Very good, worth at least the monthly price.. Does the job well. If you can afford the one month price of $10 USD, and fix yourself up and take 50 photos, you can get great remakes of otherwise almost perfect photos.

Horrible. Horrible app. Your only option is basically to upload a close up image of your face or else it won’t detect it. Any image i tried to upload that was far enough to show my entire body or even half of my body, the app was not able to detect my face. So I’m hindsight, you are very limited as to what your of pictures you can actually use on this app. The concept sounds cool but the execution is a 2/10 for me.

Buy This One aka 1 and dun.. If I could only buy one photo editing app all year, this will be the one. Quit reading reviews and go try it out for yourself. It is absolutely amazing. You look like yourself but on your best day. and it’s not a chore to use. It is absolutely a blast.!!!

Father daughter. I was sad to have my last picture taken with my dad or I wasn’t ready and I didn’t smile. My father has passed away and with deep regret I had no pictures so to have this picture retake to come out normal means the world to me.

Amazing!. I don’t have many pictures of my children and I. Several recent pictures showed me not feeling well and I was the only one that didn’t look good. This modified my picture to make a lovely family pic!

A real difference. I’m constantly caught not smiling and retake takes my smile and puts it in my happy picture appropriately!
