Horrible since update. Not capturing audio or uploading transcripts.

Too expensive for me. I enjoy using the app but if I found other app that can do same thing for free or shipper then I’ll switch for sure.

Recording did not save. I did a 2 hour recording and after recording closed app and my recording was not there! Reached out to customer service and have heard nothing!

Not working. This is not working app. Don’t purchase it

Do Not Use. I downloaded this app a few months ago and also upgraded to Pro. Unfortunately this APP has lost three valuable meeting recordings that Customer Service has failed to respond to my inquires about the problem and helping me retrieve the meeting recordings. Not worth the risk or money I have invested in this APP. Try purchasing an APP with responsive IT support and accountability.

You cannot export the audio recorgings. I cannot export my audio recordings to compare with my own future improvements. Cancelling it die this reason, if you improve the app to compare two file it will be great. Cheers..

Hard to work from the Voice Memo App. I’m having difficulty using the voice memo app on my IPhone uploading to this app on my phone. Looks like I’ll have to upload the recording to I Cloud and then down load to this app. Was hoping it would be direct.

App use. I have been trying to use the app for a couple of days. I got the free trial and I am getting charged for it weekly. The app is holding information and recording it, not properly updated it, and not assisting me in any matter for my day-to-day meetings for creating documents an summary.

Product. This app is superior to any other app out Company as used since the creation of these app program

So far, so good. Still exploring the app to see all of it capabilities. So far, I like it. Excellent for notes.

8 Failed Zoom Meetings. I have set it all up. It shows my zoom meetings in the calendar and but it doesn’t record them. I saw it in one meeting and then it disappeared.

Best Note Taker. This app saves me time and paper because now I don’t have the hassle or the stress of keeping up with my notes or conferences, training, and my classes. However, it does take forever to upload the audio into notes.

Arabic Language. Hi, Initially seems to be a very good supporting app, however I am disappointed that no arabic language set up there!! I gave you 5 stars but please add Arabic Language 🥹

No good. Refuses to upload audio recording worthless app

Problem with smart noter. App is great when it works but if you are recording and you get a text you lose the recording It’s happened to me several times I just can’t count on it to memorialize my meetings just going back to recording the meeting and typing notes Very frustrating

Great App. Very concise! This makes my life so much easier at work. This app literally transcribes my minutes for me including recaps and action items. So advanced!

Not Reliable. Paid for a yearly subscription however it rarely works. Great idea but not reliable.

Scam I Paid for Premium, Can’t Use It Sync and Account Issues. I bought the premium plan for Smart Noter AI through my Apple account. On my phone, it works — but when I try to log in on my computer, The app wants me to buy a new license, even though I already paid through Apple. I’m stuck paying for something I can’t fully use. Very frustrating experience.

Lack of Support. I was logged out of the app somehow and I’ve lost access to my account. I’ve tried multiple times and multiple ways to restore my account with no luck. I’ve reached out to their help desk with no response. I love the app but I’m not getting to use it and have lost access to all recordings at no fault of myself. I will change my rating once I receive support to restore my account.

Impressive. Love the features, how easy is to use it, how fast and best quality.

Rip off. I was charged 3 different times in the same month. This app will rip you off, pay attention to your monthly charges.

Lost Access - No Support. I lost access somehow. I can log in but can’t restore my pro plan. I reached out to their support for a week with no response. Asked for a refund from Apple. Very disappointed because I really liked the app.

Need Help. Not intuitive..no instructions after you record the meeting? No where to go to get help & I paid for an app I can’t use.

Great when it works!. This has been a complete life changer. I thoroughly love having it, except for when an upload times out. There appears to be no way to restart it. Presently there are two options: To continue uploading, or Cancel Upload and Delete the file. If the audio file is stored locally until transfer to the cloud server is complete, why can I not simply reset the app, return to the file and restart the upload again? I have lost many files due to this.

Web browser access is great!. I can access the web browser version now! The trick is to create an account using an email address – Not your Apple ID.

Got help with problem immediately. It looked like it was stuck but the support was excellent and I retrieved everything.

Glitchy. This app works well when it functions properly. However, often times, it fails to stop the recording, forcing me to close the app and lose all the data. This is extremely frustrating and defeats the entire purpose of this app.

Very good note taker and summarizer. For everything from job, interviews, to church sermons, to business meetings, this is a great app to help you keep track of things. Prioritize what needs to be done next and call all that stuff out in a usable, well written format.

NOT GOOD for me, IF YOU NEED DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS, DON’T USE THIS. I wanted to use it to do a crochet file and I carefully transcribe speech text during my row instructions And when I was done, I hit done and it summarized it and all of my row instructions disappeared and it couldn’t find it. It’s AI couldn’t find the row instructions. What good was a crochet file without the ROW instructions on how to do the ROWs? None if you want to have any detailed instructions, don’t use this.

First Use Success. This is an outstanding tool. A total asset if you have to facilitate meetings and take notes or provide an overview. Definitely making a few of my duties easier.

Good product - bad support. I like the product but have been trying to reset my login information. Unfortunately, the reset email was never received and support responded once and never to be heard from again. Send me a reset or provide a refund.

Overall it’s good and accurate. It’s a good app but doesn’t take a not and recording at the same time. It records first and then shows you the notes

Still many bugs. Often stops recording if you have to use the phone for something else or does not allow saving the note, making you lose all the work. Unstable, please fix. When it works the notes and summaries are very good.

Scam. They let you record one note and then they won’t let you record anymore unless you must pay $10 a week. Total scam. Don’t bother download it.

Do NOT use this App!. The first couple of weeks were great but then I started noticing missing summaries or transcripts and then 3 days ago all of my files were just gone. I emailed multiple times and no one responded. The app kept saying I needed to upgrade to pro but I am already paying for Pro. I am cancelling my subscription because I still can’t access any of my files or the features for pro. I also have gotten in trouble at work because I needed those summaries and they were gone. This is a terrible app and with terrible customer service. I don’t usually give negative reviews, but I cannot believe how terrible this experience was.

Newest update broke exporting text. The newest update added code when exporting full text of a recording. The action points are now preceded by:“NoteActionPointsModel (id: ), task:” instead of the normal bullet points. This makes me have to add an extra step to export this to my OneNote. Please fix this ASAP
