A great calendar. Very easy to use and clean design. It has the best weekly view available, which was a strong feature for my selection. Easy to change appointments, whether individual or recurring. And I can’t recommend highly enough the responsiveness of their support. I have only had two issues over the years, and both were my fault caused by how I had implemented iOS updates. The problems were identified quickly and solutions presented in language I understood. An excellent app which I have used exclusively for years now.

Great calendar!. I’ve been using this calendar program for several years I love it it has never let me down. I see a week at a time which is all I need and I’ve never missed an appointment or a day of work. I could move forward or backward in the program and it’s just very easy to use.

No editing of dates. The very FIRST thing I tried to do was edit the start date of a conference, which it would not let me do. The end date displayed, which I COULD edit, but not the start. I sincerely hope this is just a bug, because isn’t the editing of dates one of the top 3 basic functions of a calendar? Must I go to my iPhone calendar every time for such a task? I’m discouraged out the gate, so when this is addressed, I will change my rating.

Exceptional simple organization tool!. Love it, been used by it for several years now. Syncs my iPhone with my PC Outlook. A tremendous help every day. Easy to use!! Well done, been trouble free. One of my most used apps.

Would be a 5, if this gets added (PLEASE!). I've been looking for an Apple Calendar replacement for a while and was so excited about this one. It's almost perfect. The only issue I have for me that feels like a deal breaker is when your view the week/month area I would love an indicator that shows which days have events on them. I don't want to go through the weeks to know when I have or don't have something. I tried looking in settings but couldn't find it.

Latest version has been repaired. A bug in the app made it unusable, but after contacting the developer, he quickly repaired it and it is once again my favorite calendar app. I’ve been using it for years, and it is far and away better than anything else. The display is easy to view, and it is easy to add, edit, and delete entries.

IT’S THE BEST!!!!. I’ve been using this wonderful app for so many years now that I’ve lost track. My life events and scheduled daily times and tasks all come together there. I love the theme and color options, but being extremely visually impaired, the flexibility of the font sizing is THE GREATEST feature of all!! I also appreciate the ability to add notes, which allows me to enter names, phone numbers, addresses, directions, and other relevant info that I need to remember. I use this app multiple times per day and could MOT live without it, so PLEASE continue to support it with updates. Thank you, Tom and team!!!! All the best! - Tammy

3rd year on Easy Calendar. I like the clean interface and large boxes of the week-by-week view. When I had a question about how to do something, the support was prompt and directly helpful.

Easy Calendar. I’m very upset with Easy Calendar app “What is going on???” I will be on my app checking something or writing down an appointment- either it will FREEZE ON ME or I’M KNOCKED OFF YOUR APP!!! Since I will be paying your yearly charge for using your calendar soon- if these issues are not resolved quickly I’ll be closing my account with you and finding a new calendar.... I am still waiting for an answer from you Thank You for your immediate attention to this problem!

Great organizer. I love being able to create color-coded calendars and edit/change them as needed. Viewing the week at a glance with color coded events makes things so much easier & is why I purchased your app over others. However I truly hate that you removed the ability to invite others to an event/meeting in your app, requiring that I create the event in your app - that I use all the time - then exit your app to search for the event in iCal, invite my people, and then return to your app. PLEASE bring this function back!!!!! Great response time from developer with “fix” for adding the menu back in. Still not as smooth as before - but much better not having to exit the app to get to invitees.

Could not use an iPhone without this app!. No other calendar app comes close for those who prefer a week view layout. Without Easy Calendar on iOS, I’d go back to paper.

One suggestion. I love this app. The only feature I wish would change is that I could double tap instead and of tapping once to create an event. It is annoying that every time I touch a date I have to delete an event because it automatically creates one.

Wonderful App. I’m 84 and I use this calendar to keep track of my appointments and special events. It’s easy to use, easy to adjust, and gives me comfort knowing I won’t miss anything important. John S.

Wonderful and truly easy to use. I really like this app! Thank you for creating a truly EASY calendar. I have used it for years. It is one of my most used apps and has replaced my need for a paper calendar. If there was one improvement I could wish for, it would be to have the date AND day of the week added to the app icon (but not looking like it does currently, as if it is some kind of an alert) AND also have the date update automatically, rather than having to open the app to get it to update.

Please FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!!. I Used to love this calendar but for some reason now when I set an Alert to something like "Remind me one day before", then I set the second alert to "remind me one hour before" it then changes the First alert to One hour before." In other words, now it always sets the two DIFFERENT alerts so they are EXACTLY the same. Please, please fix this or I will be looking for a new calendar! Update: The problem has been fixed and I LOVE this calendar again. Thank you so much! It’s a WONDERFUL calendar. I have now been using this calendar for several years. I love the way it can be customized. If I want a reminder about something that happens on a certain day every other week, this calendar will do that. It looks just like the Google Calendar but, I believe that it does much more than the Google calendar. It’s perfect!

Didn't think this app could get any better!!. Update: It only took a few days and the colors of the subscribed calendars not sticking is fixed. Great developers! Great app!! Update: While this is still the absolute best calendar app available, I subscribed to the additional calendars, which is a great feature, but every time I try to change the colors for the calendars I subscribed to, it changes them all back to the default colors every time I open the app back up. Hopefully this will get fixed soon... This calendar app is, hands down, the best calendar app in the App Store and the new update just made even better!!! I have used this app for years and every update makes it better and better!!! LOVE the new design and features!! And it still works flawlessly, as always!!

Like the app.. Very easy to use and read. Much better than standard iPhone calendar. Especially like the reverse out black background which makes the color coding pop and visually appealing. My one annoyance: Christian calendar holiday add-in is misnamed and should be called Catholic calendar because it's all about a zillion saint holidays. Would pay extra to have just a Christian calendar holiday and be able to remove current add-in.

Thank You for Listening to your Users. I loved the app but it was hard for me to get along without a monthly overview. The horizontal orientation showed multiple weeks at once but it just wasn’t the same. I simply wrote in with my thought on the monthly view and now....a monthly view has been created!!!!!!!! Thank you thank you! I know it’s something so small and simple but definitely makes you feel good to know you’re being listened to anyways.

Easy Calendar. I mainly use this for the “week” view, but I should probably try other features. This thing is just so convenient. I can scan through my schedule almost instantly. I don’t get swamped by ads. It’s just “easy “

Love it - only one problem. By far the best calendar app I’ve ever used. Some bug is preventing pop up notifications from appearing on the iPhone lock screen. The app lists 4 alerts within the red circle with no way to clear that out. Besides that one fix love this app and will recommend to others!

GREAT APP.......but...... PLEASE allow the ability to put a screen shot in the notes. I don’t want to enter all this info manually, I’d rather screen grab from an email, invite or whatever and simply paste it into the notes section! Five stars otherwise! So efficient.

Necessary App. I have been using this calendar for about 3 years. I prefer this one over the apple one because I like the way the days are shown in little squares. I wish I knew how to utilize the different color codes for different types of things to do

Black background is the pits. You can’t see the calendar colors with the new black background. Please go back the light background, or allow to change in settings.

Fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about this app. I love how it syncs with Apple calendar. I love that you can change the colors of it. I love how easy it is to use. I love that you can see a week easily, or a month. Rather than a little dot like I calendar. I’ve been using this app for a year or more and have had no issues. It simply works! Thank you!

Just give it a try. If you just give Easy Calendar a try, you will be hooked. The presentation of the week view is so clear and useful that using this app is a pleasure. Turning to the horizontal gives a month view that makes looking ahead and back a snap. Too, I have found the developers to be responsive to my questions. Easy Calendar lives up to its name. Give it a try. Highly recommended.

I LOVE this app!. So convenient to have week at a glance that shows multiple entries for each day. SO much better than oem iphone calendar. One thing I would love if possible for the next update, is if you turn to landscape- the option to view the entire month in standard US format. Thanks!

Very well named...Easy Calendar is Easy!. This calendar is much better that the one that comes on the iPhone but I wish there was a version for the MacBook Air. Otherwise, I’m happy to use it!

Changes. I have loved this app until recently. I’m getting 4-5 advertisements added to my calendar daily. Any way to remove them and keep them from continuing to be added?

Keeps my life in order!. I rely on Easy Calendar to do all my planning, reminding and juggling all my important dates. I utilize many of the features, like setting up repeating events, color coding order of importance or category. Only complaint is when a reminder comes up on my iPad or iPhone, I wish it told me what the “event” actually is, so I could decide if it was important to act on immediately, or just a reminder of an Anniversary, for example.

Still using this app. I love this app. A variety of colors for different jobs and to help organize how urgent each tasks are. Wish I could see the notes of each task when I had my apple watch though. However, the alert times keep getting mixed up. I normally have 5 minutes and 2 hour alerts or no alerts, but have noticed they keep changing to ‘At time of event.’ I keep having to open the details of each task and redo it and hope it stays the way I want it to. Please fix the changing alert problems. I tend to lose track of time when I’m working and need the alerts to remind me to move onto other tasks.

I have tried so many calendars and this one is by far the easiest to use - I’m a working single mom of 2 elementary age children so keeping up with school functions, PTA, sports, assignments, birthdays...... was quite difficult to remember but not with the Easy Calendar app. Never in a million years did I ever picture myself being so organized, lol, I’m actually on time with my work assignments, kiddos school assignments, lunch with friends........ SOOO AWESOME!. I previously purchased the Planner app with the impression that it would sync automatically with my iPhone calendar. But I was sadly mistaken. So when I came across this app I was unsure if it was what I needed. MUCH to my surprise, not only does the app sync to my iPhone calendar, but it does so instantly when you download the app, and you do not have to do anything to it. Simplified special dates or appointments you add to this app can be done through the app directly, but what I love is that if there is more detail that needs to be added to the event it takes you directly to your iPhone calendar to be completed, and then syncs to the Easy Calendar. I LOVE IT! PLUS the little graphics of birthday cakes and such along with the color coded events makes this app fun, and visually appealing! I agree with other users that the app logo could use some work, but all in all it was well worth the $1.99 purchase! Well done!!! And thanks!

Doesn’t get any easier!. I have had a very hard time, for years, finding a simple easy calendar for my phone. This app is the best! It’s so easy & simple. My life is more organized & it didn’t take 3 weeks to learn how to use the app. Everyone should get this! Worth every penny.

Good BUT…. Only uses Apple Maps which is frustrating since most people use google maps. STILL after SO many years there is no way to add an email alert on google cal entries. Every other calandar app has this. What ever could be the problem here I wonder.

BEST CALENDAR EVERRRRR. I’ve been using this calendar app for years- could not survive without it! Love color coding my work, family, and fun to keep myself organized. It’s very nice to have a good calendar on my phone so I always have it with me!!! It’s really a great app! Highly recommend!

Finally an easy calendar. This app is do easy to use. I can finally enter an appointment in seconds with ease and not have to transfer it to my phone from paper! Does it have a reminder feature, that would be all I need to make it perfect!

Love the quickness and viewing of the week. Clean looking and easy to drag and drop events to move or copy and paste. Love the clean week view. Thank You for adding the option to allow users to select if they want to use system theme or not within application. No matter if U use dark theme or not, this application never shows the correct colors of your calendars. Please find a way for application to NOT alter calendar event colors.

My favorite format. Call me old fashioned but this is the calendar format that I prefer. It was much more difficult to find the right app than I thought. On top of that they have a very responsive and competent customer support. Thanks.

Calendar. I love it. It is so easy to use and I have even put dates on for next year. If something is canceled just delete . I couldn’t ask for more.

Missing a lot & No trial—$ wasted if bad fit. No google tasks included and no agenda option so if you have LOTS of appts you can’t see them all— and that’s fine but I needed that and would have learned that through a trial. Also, I can’t click on an event and get the driving directions or link to a Zoom meeting. I like the layout but honestly, that’s ALL I like.

So easy! Love the fact you can repeat yearly for birthdays etc. With the repeat format it makes input easier for years to come. Awesome calendar! Keeps me on track and love the 24 and hour chime reminder prior to event! As well as the hour prior. I LOVE this calendar as it’s far better than provided within the phone!

All together great!!. I have several paper planners and this is my only e-calendar.... love it, just wish we could have the option of where days of the week go and notes...(ie notes top left then week starts with Monday on the right side) I get confused when I see my dashboard layout on paper then trying to verify the days on my phone... other than this I am very satisfied. Love the mini cake for birthdays.

Excellent experience with support.. Have been happy with this calendar for several years. When iOS updated recently - I missed a request about linkage to the calendar. The Easy Calendar app was not showing me anything. Manuela in app support told me what I needed to do. Her response was very quick. If you see me raise this in a review before this one… well, just ignore that older review.

Great for copying events. I often use the Apple calendar but find it very difficult to add repeating events that are not at regular intervals. With this calendar, it's a cinch. Easy is a good name for it. I like that it syncs with my Apple calendar so I can use it whenever I want without having to commit to using it exclusively. I think it's a really well-done and useful app. I'm so glad I found it.

Easy to navigate. Love this calendar and been using it for several years now. Love the “week view” and the fact each person in the family has their own color. Customer service is very fast- I had an issue with my new phone, emailed customer service, and got a response within an hour and they solved my problem! Very impressed.

Excellent app! Suggestions for display.. I really like being able to browse for a new date with the “move” function and have the event automatically reschedule to the new date. My only suggestions are related to the display. It’s nice to be able to choose a theme, but it would be great if the color was brighter for the day/date bars for each day, so that each day was more defined from the rest of the calendar entries in the week view. I think having the option to add a subtle color to the main area of the calendar, instead of the glaring white background, would be nice too. I like dark mode, but with that almost all definition of the above-mentioned day/date bars goes away, so would like to have them stand out more in dark mode too, with the current date also highlighted better. Overall, I think this is an excellent app with great features.

What a Huge Change!. I use the OmniFocus system which basically slaps everything I put in their reminder/ project lists and adds that info to the other two calendars I refer to the most. I used easy calendar a few years ago and appreciated the ease of use regarding this calendar and I did use it mostly for quick entry, not as my main calendar. Just checked it out after the new update last night and now instead of that annoying blue (I hate basic blue) I find I can customize the colours, have a dark theme and colour tags, increase font size and resize the calendar's windows. And now, you can actually change the app icon colour, which is very cool. I only have one other app that has implemented that feature, so far. Anyway, what was once just simple, is still that, plus customisable, useful and stylish.

Great calendar app. This app presents my Calendar in a very user friendly way. The problem with the Apple Calendar is that I don’t get to see enough information about what is on my calendar when I am making appointments or reviewing what’s ahead for my week. Easy Calendar app gives me a very clear look at my week, in a clean easy to read font, with color codes and with the time displayed. Easy Calendar automatically syncs with the Apple Calendar App. I rely on my Apple Calendar to accept appointments from my office staff who are using Outlook, so I can still accept those Outlook appointments and they immediately sync with Easy Calendar. Let me sum it up like this, the Easy Calendar app is so good, Apple is probably going to buy the company, then tweak the app, and ruin the app. Until that happens, I’m going continue using and enjoying this app.

Weekly app linked to original iPod calender. Great app :) use it all the time, quick overview. Worth every cent

Name says it all. Simple, fast, effective! Before "Easy Calendar" I would not use My iPod, iPad or iPhone for calendar functions. I now use it for all my calendars.

Best calendar app. I had searched for ages for a Calendar app I could use but had given up and stuck with paper. Now that I've found this, I can finally throw out the paper diary. Only criticism: Ditto to everyone else's comment that adding colour would be good.

Happy with this calendar.. Good service by support help as I’m not very proficient with tech, she helped me sync my calendar to my wife’s iphone and makes our planning much easier.

No gimmicks, use it all the time.. After trying a few other calendars they all seemed to have a unique selling point that all just turned out to be gimmicks at the end of the day. Easy calendar just does the job and makes your calendar so easy to use and, importantly, view. The update is great as well, no major changes just a bit of modernisation, perfect.

Best calendar for week view. If you want to view one week at a time then this app is all you need. If you're not a week-view person look elsewhere. Very straightforward to use, clean interface without distractions or gimmicks, and recently added dark mode. Been using it for years. Big recent update with nice icons and improved 3rd party keyboard support and dark mode. Did i mention dark mode?

Excellent despite some glitching of late. Love this calendar and have used it for years - much better than the iPhone calendar in terms of layout etc. and syncs well with google calendar, however, in the last couple of months the phone app won’t save calendar invites anymore / when adding an invitee it just shuts the entry down without saving or sending invites. So I have to open google calendar on my laptop to add invitees which is annoying. It occasionally won’t save deletions of recurring events / they just reappear. This may be a problem with how it works with google calendar. Not sure.

Easy calendar. The “ repeat” system doesn’t work and also having trouble with “saving” anything. This is a shame as other aspects seem ok.

Great. Recent update nice also. Wish they had a desktop program also! Agree with vesbog though about making alarm option on first entry screen instead of going to more. Tried other iPhone calendar apps and this is the clearest display and quickest to add.

Geekboy. Love it. Could the week view rotate so 'Today' is always the first one instead of always 'Monday' as by the time u get to Sunday u don't want to see the past week but the week to come.

Easy calendar. So easy to use!! You can set reminders and general events... Can't live without it now, so much easier then the normal calendar!

I agree, it needs colour. Like other reviews I think it needs more colour options to allow us to differentiate between appointments, meetings, birthdays, anniversaries, etc but other than that very pleased and happy to recommend it!

Mrs. I prefer Sunday to be properly placed as the first day of the week. American festivals are not relevant here. Easter days are not properly named. It would be good to name at least Ash Wednesday,Palm Sunday and Easter Day (NB Not Easter Sunday). The term Easter weekend is acceptable. Easter Saturday is not the day before Easter Day but the Saturday after Easter Day. The two most important weeks of the Western Christian year are as follows: HOLY WEEK - Palm Sunday, Holy Monday - Tuesday-Wednesday, Holy Thursday or Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday or Easter Eve. EASTER WEEK- Easter Day, Easter Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday-Saturday. Ascension Day is on Thursday - 40 days after Easter Day. Pentecost Sunday or Whitsunday is the following Sunday and completes the sacred Easter cycle that began on Ash Wednesday, the beginning of the Lenten fast. Trinity Sunday begins the cycle of ordinary or numbered Sundays that stretches through to Advent , which falls usually four Sundays before Christmas.

Great. This app is fantastic and so handy. I love the customisation and use of separate calendars. Only suggestion/request is to stop the events added to a day on one calendar automatically listing in alphabetical order and rather be listed in the order they are created as not all events I make are at a specific time and are not arranged in order of time.

Fantastic!. Have been using this app for years and love it, and have switched many of my friends over. It would be great if there was a way of adding birthdays as a separate event to repeat yearly, eg with a unique birthday icon, and be able to have reminders a week before.

Colour coding options as improvement. Overall pretty happy, but would like more colour coding options and to be able to put a finishing time for an event.

Okay. A bit disappointed after all the reviews. I was looking for a calendar to replace the one that came with the phone. This only does half the job then sends me back into the native app for 'more' options. It is clean looking which is nice and easy to read events once scheduled but probably not the right app for me.

Does what it's supposed to well. I like how it's set up and that it integrates all of my Facebook events. I just wish that I was able to switch to a monthly view and that it was quicker to add an alarm on the main appointment set up page. Other than that it's a great app.

Observation. I only dont like the fact that it does not save older data from previous months! How can it be reliable this way?

Nice little app. This is a nice little calendar app for a few reasons. Entries are easy to make. The iPad calendar get automatically update as well as your connected Goole calendar. Calendars are coloured with relative events displayed in the relative to the user's calendar colour. At a glance you easily se what is on for a given week. I think it is a gm of a little app...dont know what I would change if I could...maybe more use of colours like bing able to change an event to show its importance by colour. Maybe lo allow for use of simples to identify what an event pertains to..hose, health, job list, office, etc. Howver, as is, this is a very useful little app, easy to use. Easy to understand and effective results.

Excellent - syncs with iCal. I have been using this app for years and it was well worth the minimal investment. Easy to add, move and copy events. Syncs easily with iCal. No complaints whatsoever.

Great! - needs a simple tweak for 5 stars. Great little app. Super easy move + copy events, easy fast search event feature highlites found event in yellow for easy view. Swipe weeks left + right, ez jump to another month or year. This is one slick, fast little app. One of my main go-to calendar apps BUT it needs the ability/option to have the month name show boldly at the top of the page in Portrait mode (rather than the week number). Yes, the month name is included In abbreviated small print in each day square, but you have to particularly look there for it. Give users the option to put the month name boldly at the top of the screen where it can be instantly seen, in place of "Week 52" or whatever. Tho others might, I don't care what number the week is, it is of absolutely no use to me whatsoever, the clearly legible name of the month on the other hand, is. Yes, landscape shows the month name nice and bold at the top (tho "Week 52" is still there too) so at least give the option to have the month name nice and bold at the top of the portrait mode page as well. (Yes, could just rotate to landscape and see Month name boldly displayed, but then can't view the event text as it's too small on the iphone, plus the search function doesn't work in landscape so have to constantly flip back and forth. Not handy.) Just give a simple user settings option to toggle the portrait mode 'week number' display to instead show 'month name' rather than "Week 52". Those that like the Week Number to show can have that, those that prefer the Month Name can have that. (simple fix! - everybody happy!) Definite 5 Stars with that ez tweak. (...and shall absolutely return to give it 5 Stars should Dev ever implement the option... but after several updates and no action on it, am certainly not holding my breath! :-) ).

Freezing driving me crazy. I love this app! One of the few I was willing to pay for. BUT in the last month it continues to freeze on me and driving me crazy! Might have to go back to the built in calendar on my iPhone if the bugs aren’t fixed soon.

Been using it for years. I'm sure everyone has a favorite calendar app and this has been mine for quite a while. I like the way that it can display my week of meetings on one screen in a legible and logical way. It's not easy to display a lot of information on a page in a simple and easy to read way but these guys have done that. Great job!

Dark mode widget please!. Love this app and have been using it for a long time. But it is now my only app that does not have a dark mode today widget! It sticks out too much among the others. Please add this support thanks!

Good Basic Calendar App. This is a good calendar app if you want a basic reliable easy to use calendar but if you want tons of features and stuff like that I would not pick this calendar. But overall this is a great easy to use calendar app!

At a glance. Forever, the one thing I hated about my iPhone was iCal, then I found this app. I love that at a glance I can see whether I have an engagement or if it's someone's birthday... Unlike the "dots" in iCal! I also love that I can colour code the calendars and so even more quickly I can see whether I have personal plans, a work function or plans to workout.

Does not save. The app is easy to use but history is erased after 2 weeks. I cannot go back and review old calendar dates. It’s only useful for current and future dates. If Easy Calendar could add the function of saving historical data it would get 5 stars from me.

one issue that bothers me. i absolutely love this app more than the apple calendar but my only complaint is i wish that it would also highlight single day events like it does for multiple days :-( that is the only thing i wish could be fixed or someone tell me how to do it lol

Easy. This app is better for me than the calendar that comes with my phone but I can not sync the phone and iPad. I have the Bluetooth on both turned on but my appointments only show on my phone. I need it to sync because at home I don’t have my phone near by.

Tried to copy calcube but failed. It constantly sincs to other calendars and turns notifications on. I don’t want a bunch of emails telling me what’s on my calendar. I just want a simple calendar to check at my convenience. I’ve emailed the developer twice with no response. I want a refund.

Search Feature Worthless. The search feature only returns the current month’s appointment. Entering the address also is clumsy. No separate fields for street, state, zip.

I Can’t Input My Own Events Into Calender. This app only works if you sync it with your iPad calendar. I do not want to sync it, I want to manually add events as I was hoping to use it to create client weekly schedules. There is no contact info when you got to contact developer and a warning pops up when I click on the website link saying it is an impersonating side and not trusted. How do I cancel?!
