Wonder - AI Art Generator Comments & Reviews 2026
Absolutely destroyed.. This app use to be at the forefront of what apps were capable of doing with “ai art”. While it’s always been a step behind it’s desktop counterparts due to processing limitations, it was always pretty good and entertaining. As it’s progressed I’ve noticed it had gotten to a point of being VERY good for a little while and then something shifted. And suddenly it frequently couldn’t process your requests due to an unknown error, or worse it doesn’t respond to your prompts at all.. You can add all the details you want, but it’s gotten to the point where it’s completely irrelevant how much specific detail you put in your prompt Wonder is just going to pick and choose what it uses and what it wants to ignore. Both of these problems have made this app almost unusable for the purposes I use it. And on top of all that when you try to email and contact developers to raise your concerns you’re left with crickets. As a payed lifetime member, I still hold out for the future of this app but as of right now it’s absolutely destroyed.
App Works Ok - lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE earned this 1 star. I’m so frustrated and am giving up after weeks and multiple attempts of reaching support. YOU… WILL… NOT… RECEIVE…. SUPPORT if you get this app. This is not a rude comment. Rude is ignoring me for weeks/months. I’ve tried peacefully and respectfully for too long. A simple response or acknowledgement would mean “something”. In short, I purchased a lifetime subscription; they updated their app; now I have to pay for credits. And I’ve been “ghosted” ever since. I simply want help and I even made suggestions of possible issues happening. I get no response at all. I’ve been reaching out with multiple emails/tickets and I check daily for a response. Support simply does not exist for this app. The emails literally must lead to an unmanaged mailbox or a trash bin. Never buy any sort of large package or subscription. If they update you’ll lose it all. I’m just beyond frustrated at this point. This review is my only hope at receiving a response or support. In which case I’d update this review with honesty and transparency. If the Wonder team sees this, please see my emails and respond so we can resolve this glitch in your system. This was my only option left to reach you. You don’t have any other ways than pointless email account on your app. If you research online, you’ll see I’m one in an endless army of users that have been cheated out of their lifetime subscription and are being abandoned.
Good app. The main reasons why this app is so good is the fact that the AI can create such accurate depictions of certain phrases. Usually, its not all over the place, and rarely (for me) is the anatomy weird. However, there are a few issues relating to that. This app would be 10x better if the limit for the free version was removed, and we could just keep watching ads. If we think logically, anyone who cannot pay for the premium wouldn’t buy the premium version, and would just stop using the app for the day. However, ad revenue will keep flowing in if the developers were to make it so we just keep watching ads, right? Most people would find loopholes in the limit, so it’s not a wise decision. However, I love this app. It’s easy to use, and hard to believe that most of the output is actually made by an AI. Nonetheless, everything has its pros and cons.
Inflation in app form. I was happy with the high-quality and that it was easy to use when I first got it. The quality did not change, but everything else did. The day I started as a bonus they let me make about 25 art pieces. Then they said that you could only do a certain number every day because one didn’t have premium. That was fine. But soon the number that you could do per day dropped drastically from about 12 to 5. Then it dropped to three. Today when I open the app, it said that I could not use it at all unless I had a premium account. Somehow they captured the annoying of inflation in an app. I used to tell people that it was one of the best as it was free and allowed you to create quality images. It was one of those apps that were so good To their small base of users, but when they got big, we didn’t matter. I’m not complaining. I understand money is very important but that’s what happened.
Interesting, but needs more work. This app doesn’t search millions of images on the web It creates images from your photo library. And, it struggles with seed photos too. Like many artists it struggles with feet and hands. Extra limbs are creepy NOT Art. To be fair, most AI struggles with wildlife images—so does Wonder AI—and that’s even with photo seed prompts. I had fun trying to recreate some of the Ad photos even using supplied prompts. I doubt they are really AI paintings as this app struggles with simple instructions. And, my experience got worse AFTER I purchased the app. The user interface is extremely cluttered and doesn’t inspire creativity. Prompts seem to become cached—Edit Prompts do NOT refresh on the Home Screen—and I have to quit and restart from scratch often. The Feedback option isn’t real time to help improve your current results. Sometimes the app just does what it wants: sometimes it’s really fun to explore, but it can also be annoying or frustrating too. RESULTS MAY VARY!
Borderline unusable for free.. The app might as well cost the 2.99 needed for a subscription, because I couldn’t use this app for more than five minutes with the given features. The AI website I normally use has been down; so I’ve been searching for alternatives, and this one was the most disappointing. To make a single image you need to watch a 30+ second long ad, which might not sound that bad, but it’s incredibly boring if you’re trying to make multiple images. From the few images I did make, I was unhappy with the results. I put in an anime-styled character and chose the anime filter, and it somehow came out more realistic than when I put it in. Maybe that’s what some people want, but not me. I’m sure with some more testing and messing around I could find desirable results, but it’s not worth waiting. This was just my experience as a free user, if you’re willing to buy a subscription it may be better, but I wouldn’t recommend. Update: Two years later it’s even worse! I’ve gotten three notifications about a developer response on this suddenly and they won’t stop, either. 🙄
Aspect Ratio Parameters got a Terrible Update. You used to be able to use a picture of a certain aspect ratio as an input image and select a completely different aspect ratio to generate images in your desired aspect ratio. Now the app forces you to use the exact same input image ratio as the input image, or else you have to resize the input image. A big pop up appears on the screen stating “Ratios are different!” This is the screen where you are forced to conform to the same aspect ratio of the input image you’re only trying to use as a reference photo, or else the app forces you to shrink down and cut off parts of your input image. This screen has always popped up before but it never forced you to do anything, so why all of a sudden does it limit you now? Ruined it for me and many others. It wasn’t always like that either, so I don’t know why on Earth they would have a absolutely great and useful feature only to suddenly remove it for what seems like no reason. Definitely made the ai, the app, and the whole experience way more limiting and overall inferior to the other ai apps on the market. I’d rather pay $20 a week for a different app then continue to work with an app that has developers making novice decisions and changing professional features for obsolete features. Really disappointed in Wonder.
Stole money. So, provide money expecting services. Specifically creating the AI avatars because why not, maybe it’s fun. Expected time to completion - 30 minutes. Check back an hour later, it’s not done. But my card also hasn’t been charged, so maybe it was a mistake. Do it again. Nothing. Send a message to support asking what’s going on, when will I get those avatars? They immediately think I’m talking about a refund. Won’t say if or when I’ll be getting the services I paid for not once, but twice. I emailed them back explaining exactly that. No response. Then just a couple of days after that, two charges go through on my card from Wonder. I check the app, as maybe now it’s been charged the services were provided. They are not there. 14 days after my initial email, here we are. Still no services provided, still out a handful of dollars that could have gone to something I know works, no response from Wonder, and now knowing that I have to go through Apple to get refunded, if that’s even possible. TLDR; these people steal your money without providing the services they say they do, then ignore you after you complain. Can’t get refunded by the people you pay (Wonder), have to go through Apple.
It’s amazing. The complaints I could have regarding the app are small compared to how perfect this ai is. I will point out though that the anime style is lacking at times. In particular, any renderings of human beings get completely mangled in the anime category. This is far less problematic for some of the other styles, but you will have models with more than two arms or double jointed necks or other oddities. With a little touch up, they are exactly what I’m looking for. Getting two renders per ad is really not much of a bother as every ad is only 15 to 30 seconds long. I was sad that there is a daily limit, but honestly it’s only a minor inconvenience at best. Strangely enough though, I’ve noticed the “Novelistic” style will only draw people even when the prompt is something like “tree hit by lightning” or “boat in a lake.”
Very useful AI creative tool. I have utilized Wonder as my main go to for creating AI produced images from texts to go along with short stories that I right as well as other scenarios. It’s a true artistic asset to add visuals with written content, or utilizing visual art or written content separately. I have used the avatar creation feature which lets you upload images of yourself and you get a set of avatars based of that. If you’re a creator that uses visual imagery as well as written options this is a great way to do so. In bringing words to life you have many themes to choose from to tailor it to what you’re working with. I use a few other similar apps but this one has been my consistent go to and I’ve gotten the most out of it. Highly recommend to take the time to utilize this and see what you can create.
My New Favorite Wallpaper App!. I’m so addicted to this “game” (is it technically a game?) It’s laughable how the computer generates people since it often adds an extra pair of arms or indistinguishable fingers. ONE COMPLAINT though: I’m surprised that the minimum age requirement is 4 years when the women sometimes are drawn completely nude, top to bottom. I’m no prude, but perhaps rethink this age requirement to 18 for the impressionable children whose parents wouldn’t be happy to find such images on their devices or set a mature setting for those of us who are actual adults… REVIEW UPDATE: Ever since the recent app update, the “save” and “refresh” buttons are dangerously close together, whereas before the update, they were on opposite sides of the screen. I’ve missed out on a lot of good paintings because of the confusion. Another suggestion: Can we have a page where we can view our results like a “history” page? Actually, this may also resolve the previous issue I mentioned. It’d just be nice to be able to go back in case I change my mind about an image.
Went from almost perfect to perfect!. Alright so my only two complaints were minor but finally resolved! First, the animate feature was loud and unskippable, but they fixed that finally. Second, and more importantly to me, I wrote in with a suggestion for aspect ratios and heard nothing...until they finally added it, and it is AMAZING! This app already did a great job, but now you can basically make custom phone or PC wallpapers with the right aspect ratio and a bit of work to find that perfect image. I've already made one that hands-down made it to being my main wallpaper and several friends online all are considering using it too. 11/10, and love that you can just outright butethe premium rather than stuck with a subscription; that's a huge difference that makes this app simply better.
Great . . . But I Have Concerns. Alright, here’s the gist of it: I made what I thought would be a one-time purchase. Unfortunately, after the implementation of the photo-to-art feature, you have to separately purchase different packages to “art-ify” photos (as opposed to randomly generate them from scratch). I don’t doubt the dev needs funding to run this kind of app, but my concern is the “quality” of the photos. Say I buy a set amount of photo generations, what happens if they come out looking like an X-Men mutant? Do I get my money back? Do I get a re-try? The regular generation is great, but . . . it’s still AI. You get hands and limbs that look straight out of an SCP Foundation horror story. What is to stop the AI from doing the same thing to my reference photos—only this time I have to dole out money for a set amount of results rather than a single down-payment for countless tries? I would absolutely pay one more fee for the photo feature, but I can’t help in turn my nose up at the prospect of paying multiple times for the mutilation of photos all the while losing money for each attempt. I wish they would explain this feature a little more. Other than that, I really do like this app. The AI is finicky, but most of the results are wonderful for template/reference drawing. I really REALLY hope they don’t start charging for every individual feature here forward. That’s not what I initially paid for.
Very promising!. I usually use midjourney which makes great images but there are several drawbacks with MJ that I don’t see with Wonder: Discord heavy-handed censorship, web-based UI (vs app which is much better), crazy low price, ease of use, very fast renders. This app has so much potential but is not quite ready for paid status. A few drawbacks: faces are very very muddy, bodies are frequently backwards or entirely abstract, there is only 1 aspect ratio (as far as I can tell), details are not great yet, unnecessary censorship, it has a hard time following prompts (ie several attempts to create 1 space ship always makes full fleets of ships with planets and stars or will go to an extreme close up.) If you are new to AI art, this app is a great place to start. Hopefully it gets developed to the point where it produces results like dall-e or MJ with the simplicity of an app. But having used those, it’s hard to accept the quality of these images as of today. I very much hope to come across this app again in the future and will sub without hesitation once it gets some upgrades. Please keep it up, devs. You are on to something.
Wonder AI. I wish ther was no adds and I would be free for everyone and that this would be a lifetime offer and that the app would show be images of exactly what I typed and I answered everything exactly Like I wrote, and I wanted the graphics to be realer and better than real life and make it as fast as possible and that wonder pro would be free and I would like if I never had to put in my Apple ID password or i cloud password and that this applies to everything in the app and that for everything you would have unlimited attempts and that the app would have updates every 4 days and that there would be no limits and that this would be the app with the best speeds graphs and technology by far and I should be timeless so that this can be around for ever and it should have no pixels or be pixelated and It should not have any thing like this I would rate it a just under a 4.5.
Ideas. REALLY good app now, especially with a text generator involved, but I have a few more ideas that could enhance the game. 1: AI sound generator. There are tons of AI sound generating apps everywhere, and I hope you follow suit. As an artist and a music designer, this would be revolutionary. 2: Better results as to what you really want, if that object isn’t available for art generation. As AI advances, there needs to be a way for the user to fulfill their personal desires if that object or character can’t be drawn. Select images of that character/object from your library, then associate it with a certain prompt by typing in a word or phrase that goes with the images selected next to them. Make sure to be able to put the word or phrase in quotation marks, so if the name of what you want is already the name of an object, you can distinguish the thing you want from the actual thing. Doing this will create variations of the most occurring thing in the selected images if asked to generate them. More images selected means better results!
Amazing art but has an ad problem. Listen, the art is amazing and has lots of style, however it’s creating the art that I have a problem with, it’s because in order to creat an Al generated art, you need to watch an ad every time you’re going to create something. I feel like this is not necessary, but I understand that companies need to advertise other apps to make money, that’s fine. However, it doesn’t feel right when you need to force people into watching an ad in order to create AI art. So my point is that I think instead of forcing people into watching an ad every time, I think ads can be shown once every 5 AI arts are made. That way you don’t force people into watching an ad every time they are going to create an AI generated art, and you can advertise other apps to also get money at the same time. All and all, beautiful art work, but just tone down the ads a bit it can get annoying and can ruin the app.
So close to being perfect! (Free). Wonder is super close to being perfect for free users, the photos turn out amazing, and there is only one major thing I’d change. Pro: With my experience, the photos turn out amazing! Like when I think of a general idea, and enter the prompts, the photos turns out really good. Con(s): There is limits to how much you can do a day, you get 5 generations a day (with ads), each generation comes with 2 photos, so you’re getting 10 photos a day, you can change that if you pay some money, either a weekly subscription, or pay once. $30 for the one time payment. The payment does offer some nice stuff, No ads, no limit a day, Some premium content, but I’m just here to create pictures, I don’t want to spend money. What I think would be nice, maybe raise the limit of how much a person can generate a day, 10 photos seems like a lot, but that’s only 5 generations, with ads included. Im perfectly fine with watching an ad to generate stuff, I just I wish I could generate more daily, like either 10 generations (20 photos), or maybe just give unlimited generations, we are already watching ads. Now it makes sense on why you’d want to have a limit, becuase it makes us want more, maybe enough to spend money, but it just gets annoying. 10 generations a day seems like it would be nice.
Most user friendly AI Art creation program. I’ve used several different AI Art creating programs and this one is by far the most user friendly and provides really good end results even without a great working knowledge of these types of applications. The newly added paint styles make it even easier to target the look you’re going for and I’m especially appreciative that it doesn’t restrict the more adult themed subject matter as others do and gives you free range to create Art free of censors. As I mostly create art with figures, sometimes the program adds extra limbs or has the body contorted in an unnatural way, especially fingers, that ruins the end result. I’m hopeful that with more time and fine tuning the program will continue to improve in this area. Aside from that minor gripe I would suggest this program to anyone looking to venture into the world of AI create Art. For price, ease of use and end results you can’t do better than this.
Fun, some bugs, amazing results. Wonder is a great name for this application. Once you get the hang of it, you can create what you are looking for… almost. There is a necessary randomness to the results, and this means that you might have a 99% perfect image, and that other 1% ruins the piece… Wonder would benefit from being able to use an existing image, and re rendering it with a secondary input, or perhaps re-rendering a troublesome region. A beautiful woman with 11 fingers on one hand just doesn’t do it for me. Wonder has a pretty hard time with the human body for obvious reasons if you think about it… extra limbs are one example. Missing limbs are another. Wonder produces and manages images in pairs… why this is, I don’t know. I like that it does two at a time, but after they are rendered, I do NOT like having to publish both images. Images should be treated individually after rendering. Wonder also forgets what prompt you gave it last if you have to restart. It should always populate the prompt with the last used prompt on start (to aid in crash recovery if nothing else) Finally, Wonder used to lock up pretty regularly… though it seems better lately. But all of that aside, it’s a brilliant tool capable of astounding results.
Cash grab first, AI Art Generator second. This app would be great were it not be for the overwhelming amount of money grabbing schemes at every corner. Want to use the app at all? Then you are forced to sign up for the membership, while still only being limited to 50 times you may generate art a day. Of course if you run out of those you could always buy more credits, which is a little ridiculous seeing as people already have to pay a monthly minimum to use the app. You would think having membership would give you access to all the features, but you’re wrong again. If you want to use one of the features they try throwing in your face with pop ups all the time, (Avatar AI Art) You’ll need to buy additional separate credits to even use it, on top of the subscription you need to pay to even use the app! Business practice like this makes me really sad because the app actually does produce intricate and detailed AI art, just for it all to be gate kept by greedy developers. I’ll stick to the many free AI Art generators online that won’t charge me at every corner for just trying to breathe, thanks 👍
I'm sorry but, this kinda annoys me.. Hi, I just wanted to let you know about some problems that ive been facing and it just is annoying. Like how I create something and a ad pops up, and it kinda wastes your time? Like this is what I'm trying to say; the image wasn't worth the time of some ad. And the same ads keep showing up. This is a incredible app, it just needs some work. I'm not trying to be like those spoiled people who just want things to be perfect and think the world revolves around them, and something else; for people who don't have the premium thing there are limits of much you can create. Why? And when I recreated a picture, it still wasn't worth it. And about the limit, I recreated something and still wasn't worth the wait. And I wanted to create another one, but its the limit. These things for me are really annoying and make me want to delete the app. I hope there are updates in the future. Thank you for taking your time reading this. ❤
Solid Enough. From an AI Art Gen standpoint, I’d rate it at a perfect mid. It’s definitely far from anything you could get using a computers GPU, but it definitely works. If I had to ask a few things - Improvements on human limbs. Not really faces, as that could be dangerous for too many reasons to list, fingers and hands seem to get molded together, like someone took clay and smashed it with their palm. It’s fine, makes for some laughs here and there, but just a recommendation. It said you have to pay for more styles (20+), but just seems to come with all of them anyway? I bought their “Pro” version, to skip ads, and nothing really changed besides the ads being skipped. Not really faster, or more styles, mostly just skipping ads. Which, is nice, but for $30, could just be a little more. All in all, good, well rounded application for fun use, even if only a few times.
Horrible job making portraits of my black family. I have used friendly photos of my husband and it was a nice decent photo. He has no tattoos and his smile was perfect. Then I loaded up a prompt about smooth skin, big dreamy eyes etc., and in return i get this photo of a scary looking man with tattoos all over his face and neck, crooked teeth and evil eyes. I am utterly and completely offended. Then i decided to use my baby’s photo and your AI photo results turned him into a monster with sharp teeth and evil eyes. Then i took a look at all your other prompt suggestions and noticed that all of them were pictures of light skinned people. Not a single black person was advertised in your selection of offered prompt inspirations. I feel offended, this is racism, and not all black people are scary looking. What makes you think black babies are evil!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME
Major issues need to be addressed. 1. Signed up for Wonder Pro but it is billed as Wonder Premium. 2. Haven’t received 50 credits/day as stated, although I paid for seven days. Unsure when or if ever I received any credits. No way to verify credits in and credits out. Most wallets have some form of accounting that make them viable. How are users supposed to verify Credits earned versus Credits purchased versus Credits spent? No accounting for virtual currency is a big red flag. 3. No way to verify Credit pricing at 50%. Not sure if I really saved 50% or paid full price. Unclear marketing and merchandising here. Very confusing. Left with a feeling of being ripped off because it is that confusing. 4. Credit cost for app features not transparent enough; simple inputs can be expensive and difficult to account for cost. 5. No FAQ regarding Credits and no developer response to major issues brought up in the app reviews. 6. Falling behind other AI without viable subscription or Credit model. 7. Technical, financial issues outweigh the artistic benefit and social interaction. 8. Too many issues for being so highly rated brings into question App Store Ranking and promotion.
i love this app. thank you Wonder for responding to my wonder. you made the perfect single pancake with a square of butter. you fail completely at making at least 60% of my prompts, but google images fails much worse at providing me with specific pictures of things that aren’t often asked for. i am excited for the data this app learns from to increase. i am excited for these generators to improve. this app makes me feel that the creative potential for humans is expanding: now that we can externalize the less creative first steps of any great idea conceived visually. dear reader, if you are reading this, please don’t forget to be hopeful for the future, and to hope through engagement with what is coming into being (an era of ai-aided art) for your particular future. we cannot neglect to use the technology available to us; wonder AI is the best free AI image generator i have found. thank you deeply <3
Too many AI issues and horrendous value. First, let’s talk about the ludicrous price of $5 a WEEK. I gave this a try, but it’s just not worth the cost, not even if it was $5 a month. And for $5 a week, I expect an AI that knows what to do with hands. Yep, hands completely overwhelm this app. Whether it’s seven or eight fingers, hands merged with objects, hands and fingers growing out of objects or other body parts, this AI falls flat on its face. For many poses, I couldn’t get hands to display in static poses where a person is just standing, performing no action, holding nothing. I was lucky if a normal, fully formed hand appeared on both arms. This can also happen with legs, arms, and feet, but the hands seem to be the worst. The censorship is also worth mentioning. I get that the developer doesn’t want to turn this into an adult picture creation app, but when words like sexy are blocked (no sexy spaceship for you), it’s a bit ridiculous. Create a version for kids if that’s what you’re after. If this was a $5 or even $10 lifetime app, I’d give it 4 stars with the expectation that it would likely improve to 5 stars. But for $5 a week, it’s not even close to ready for prime time. I gave it one star, but I think that’s being overly generous at this price. I cancelled my subscription and uninstalled. I’d love to see the data on how many subs they manage to retain, because once you use it, and the novelty wears off, I can’t imagine anyone buying long term subscriptions.
Major issue. Devs please take the app back to the way it was before the percentage slider, used to (as in a month ago) you could generate photos and the results were great and the generator responded well to the prompt, now though they give you a percentage slider :( .. this is horrible because if you put the percentage slider on 100 (which indicates it should give you the best value, it literally spits out the exact same image you are trying to use… but if you leave it at 50 … it gives you some horrific images … the prompts that you write don’t even work any more.. this used to be before this update and this percentage slider THE SINGLE best AI art maker for mobile devices in the App Store … now? If they don’t change it back to how it used to be it’ll just be like every other app in the store … please please please fix it!!!
Just incredible, good detail, great style variations. Please add Native iPad support instead of simply up scaling for iPad *** update: now you can export HD images!!! Absolutely awesome!!! *** This is my favorite of the AI generated art apps I use. I have paid for my subscription to this (and a few other of the better AI art apps). It’s worth it. Great detail, good resolution (not great but fairly good). The art styles are mostly unique from each other, little duplication of styles. The facial portraits are amazing. At first I was convinced facial portraits were being pulled straight from other sources, but these are truly original. The output resolution of images is fairly good. I was able to export and print out an AI landscape at 20x30 and there was no graininess one might expect from an image blown up that size. Occasionally, there are awkward looking subjects, especially on body parts, with additional limbs or body parts or faces or not-quite-right heads. As a writer, it’s great to be able to visualize the scenes I write about. Also have used Dream AI (thumbs up), Proleap (thumbs up), DaVinci (thumbs down)
What happened?. Had the app for a few months, created some wonderful looking artwork. Then yesterday everything looks like bad Ecchi/anime art from DeviantArt. Hope y’all fix it. Was one of the best until the change. Edit: Had to delete. Prompts seemed to only confused the AI, bad and unusable art was generated and it looked terrible. For the first few months it generated some amazing and beautiful work and literally overnight it crapped out like something fierce. Deleted the app, cancelled my subscription. Sad to see Wonder AI implode. I really enjoyed it and hoped that it would fix itself. It was improving, but I don’t recommend anymore. Edit: Revisited and found it had greatly improved. Then two days ago, April 3, the Add Photo feature majorly crapped out. Five steps forward, three steps back. The two option images are often the same, blacked out, or a green static-TV mess of spacial data. It no longer picks up underlying color or form, and so using it to influence the new image is practically useless. However, considering what it was before, it’s a huge improvement. Just fix the Add Photo feature pre-April 3 and you’re golden.
Nope.. This is the first app I’ve ever typed a review on which should say this day in age it takes a lot for to make me go to the effort to write a review considering how many apps on average people go through in the lifetime of their smartphone. I downloaded this app because the add I saw actually looked pretty cool and thought it could generate some pretty top notch memes. But me being me and my curios self decided to push the limits on what you could generate. This app is rated for ages “4+”. I just preformed a list of explicit searches just for curiosity sake and got returns for everything. This app is definitely not for ages 4+ if this content is not moderated or filtered, which it certainly does not appear to be. I can only imagine the list illegal content this app would be able to generate by the hundreds. This app should be rated 18+ at least and have way more moderation or warnings for parents at the absolute very least. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen for this app developer and I hope they catch on before the have to open their checkbook.
Another hastily put together app cashing in on a trend. Everytime someone innovates somewhere as is the case with AI generated art or AI chatbots a bunch of low effort apps jump on the trend and try to bring whatever it is into the App Store and turn it into a subscription based service. It’s no different here. You open the app and are immediately plastered with pretty graphics and animations from the menu, while being blasted with requests to pay for a “premium” subscription in order to use a worse version of what is already free on your browser. But that’s fine, whatever, you can’t hate companies for trying to make money. But if you don’t sign up for premium, then good luck getting anything to load thanks to the ads, the ads that come up are sexualized, always 30 seconds long and you can never click away the little “X” without being taken to the App Store. I wasn’t able to generate a single image on the app despite using it for almost 10 minutes because if I would miss the little “X” above the ad (that’s always hidden behind a timer and always one hidden amongst 3 different “fake X’s”). What infuriates me the most is how many apps do this. Why can’t I just pay $5 one time and get to use the app? Why is everything monthly? Am I getting old? Get off my lawn.
Recent Update is awful. I love this app and have been using it a long time. I like that the artwork is improving often, but some in-app things have changed for the worse. First, I paid when I first got this for a lifetime subscription and it's been great. But now, they've added in these "credits". I just started seeing it today. It now costs one credit per create but most of the time I don't even like what I see, so it takes a while to find something worth downloading. But there's also the fact that I have a lifetime subscription and shouldn't even have to deal with credits. Even if I do have to deal with credits, it should be one credit per DOWNLOAD. It's not fair that I have to sit through all these not great pictures over and over paying credit after credit until I find something I like. And the worst part is, they don't even tell you that you're using credits. It doesn't say, "Create = 1 Credit;" it just takes from your credits. Otherwise the app is fun.
The Best AI App Out There. I have been using the Wonder App for over a year and I cannot express how amazing it truly is. I use it for many different things. For instance, it is very useful if you run a small business because you can create uniquely beautiful business cards. I’m a tarot and oracle card ready so the Wonder comes in handy when I want to create a specific picture. Every time, the picture comes out perfect. In case you couldn’t tell, I absolutely adore this app. Download it! You won’t be sorry. The yearly fee is a lot more affordable than most of the other AI apps. The Wonder App just gets it right every time. I’m blown away by it. Whoever created this app is a genius. I use it all the time and promote it as much as possible because it has assisted me with many creative projects. Thank you, Wonder App people! Y’all are amazing, just sayin’ ✌️❤️🫠 P.s. With the membership, you have access to all the features and the incredible effects. My favorites are Stark, Realistic, Original, and the Toon feature is hilarious 🙏✌️❤️❤️❤️. I love them all really.
Um. I have seen a lot of good reviews on this app but I don’t know. I don’t think it’s all that great maybe I was just not being detailed enough when I typed in what I wanted but the ads made it look so easy but it’s not… I typed in cute girl wearing pink rollerblades in the blue crop top and the picture that came out was so weird. It was awful the art that I always end up Getting is terrible. It doesn’t look anything like I typed in and it’s just not good. in the ads it makes it look like you don’t have to be detailed at all. You can just type in something simple and it’ll come up with that, but it doesn’t work. you have to be extremely detailed for it to actually work. And if I wanted something like that, I’ll just go search it up. I want to be able to just type in something simple and get exactly what I wanted but noooo, the art I got it was honestly creepy, and I’m not paying for that five dollars a week’s so yeah I’m good I honestly wouldn’t recommend this app to anybody.🤮😯🫤😑
Very hit or miss. This app is super easy to spend hours on creating AI images out of your head. Some of the images I created are absolutely beautiful, and others are so far off, I can’t believe it even came up with what it did. For instance, if I ask for a fairy with wings and unicorns, the wings will be on the front of the fairy with unicorn horns coming out of the fairy’s head, and no unicorn in sight. No matter how specific, that happens more often than not. In the section you can turn yourself into a cartoon, It keeps turning my white and very light skin Latino bald boyfriend into a dark skin African-American man with blonde hair and it continuously crosses my eyes. I understand with AI you’re taking a chance on everything, but most of the time it’s not even close. And when I have to pay for the package to get more credits, when they are way off and you put the sad face in the feedback, we should be able to have at least some of those credits back. Also, there are a few times where it took my credit and didn’t give me any kind of picture at all.
The Greatest Photo App Of Our Time. It's been a long time since I discovered a photo software that really blew me away, but this app is a gift from God. I've developed some mind-blowing artwork that I'm not convinced the human eye could have created. This has saved me time and money as a content creator. I adore it so much that I purchased a lifetime subscription and have received far more than my money's worth. I can't tell you how much I adore this app. This is, in my opinion, the greatest app of all time. Many artists will be out of work as a result of this. Please, developers, provide more designs and allow us to add photos as some other apps do. I'm curious to see how far this software will push the boundaries of creativity. I've always wanted to be able to draw, but now I don't have to because the software does it for me. The only little flaw I've noticed is that it occasionally struggles with hands, causing fingers to be crooked or adding an extra arm or twisted fingers. Overall, it's done some wonderful work, and I don't want to complain, but if it could just adjust it a little bit, I'd say this software is perfect. I often play on it for hours.
Love it but…. Edit- What happened? I paid for a lifetime subscription and I tried to generate a new avatar and it said I have to pay for it now? I get it it’s expensive to generate theses AIs..but if I already pay for a subscription I would appreciate a free avatar. It used to be free and now it’s no longer an option. Could you offer the $10 option to subscribers for free one time? I would really like an avatar like Lensi offers, but I paid for this app. Thanks! I do love this app, I ve been using it to help with getting out of my painting artist block. I do not print or call theses images my own, but it’s visually satisfying some of the images it can create. Helps me with lighting and shading. BUT - Please help with the new avatar function. Mine does not look anything like me. I have tried to retake my photos and no improvement. Also, I had to delete my app to retake the pictures. Any help would be great! **bought the year subscription because it’s cheaper than therapy ❤️
Downhill Updates. This app used to be the best and only app where I could create characters that would be different sizes, features, and something amazing or imaginative. But that was back when I first got it months ago. Now, its a fraction of what it used to be. Even with picture references, it’ll completely ignore any description you input and generate some generic art of what it thinks you man. For example, input any picture of a man and it’ll make them some basic muscular man despite asking for something else completely, same going for woman. I could insert a reference picture of a very large fat man and instead of using the picture as a reference and making the art relatively similar, boom, muscles everywhere. It’s sucked out everything that used to make this app the go to for imagination and creativity. It’s irritating too that this could take up to 30 seconds sometimes too only to get these disappointing results. I don’t know what happened between then and now but please, fix this.
AI Art made Easy. I can’t put down this app! I’m a visual artist and Wonder AI has made text-to-image prompting enjoyable. Of course I’ve downloaded Stable Diffusion and tried it at home, but Wonder is faster and easier (albeit lacking many functions of the full software). The tradeoff for speed and simplicity, is you’ll need to work on your prompts to achieve what you want, and need a large vocabulary and an understanding of English grammar rules. But if you’re the type who enjoys working out the ‘word puzzle’ of getting closer and closer to your desired image, the unlimited subscription is for you! Lot’s of people have silly (magical-thinking) ideas of how the AI works. All you’re doing is sending text-prompts to a cloud server and downloading jpegs. There’s no AI on your phone and you’re not ‘training’ it – all that work has already been done. It’s no different to using a search engine or scrolling tumbler to find images, but with the AI you are co-creating (with the AI supplying a random element of surprise), and saving the ones you like! Obviously AI is not perfect (or actually ‘intelligent’) so a percentage of the images will have extra limbs, extra heads sprouting from the scalp, and octo-fingers... Search online for tips and tricks to get better faces and photo-quality images. I purchased lifetime, and since then Wonder has added more features including uploading a reference image and 2x upscaling.
Was good but the NSFW filters almost everything - even non NSFW items. I was really liking this program until all the prompts were forbidden because of not suitable for work filters (NSFW) even when what was prompted was G rated and nothing to do with any lewd or inappropriate subjects. This is very frustrating and I was loving this program and was going to give it a five star review and purchase the premium, but now I have second thoughts unless the developers can help me out with this. It’s a shame because the editing features, especially the AI editing features of a race and modify where far superior to others I had seen on similar programs. Also, I reached out to customer support about clarification on the different price points for the program that show up in the App Store and I never got a personalized response. Just an automated FAQ email with information that I didn’t need so therefore what information I wanted I still don’t know about the different types of pricing plans. I want to continue using this program and not delete it please developers address these questions. Thank you.
Do not deserve any stars. Been ripping me off for weeks. This company has been charging me $4.99 a week since August. I did not agree to this and they never even gave me access to their service. I have no recourse for removing them from my account as they never allowed any password to work when trying to log in. So far it cost me over $140 from their weekly stealing from my account. Cash app is having me go through and dispute every transaction from them and refunding each transaction individually after I find the transactions on their dispute pages. None of the pages have any dates on them, so finding which transaction I am on is nearly impossible. I also cannot locate their name to remove them from any auto payment. It’s a trap. Don’t fall for it. Read more of the one star reviews to see that I’m not the only person being milked for cash. I approached them on twitter with a public message about the situation. No direct response, and an immediate withdraw of $4.99 on the same date. If you are looking for another company to go with, there’s plenty that deserve your money and will give you more than you can believe in ai art. This is just not the one and I will not stop until I get every dollar back from them and expose their company for what they truly are.
"Enhancement Request: Improving Picture Editing and Resolving Glitches". "Ever since I downloaded this app and became a Prime member, I've been using it regularly for my book projects. While I appreciate the app's features and functionality, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Firstly, I've noticed that the app deducts coins each time I want to redo or edit a picture, which can be a bit frustrating. It would be great if there was an option to make minor adjustments without having to use coins every time. Additionally, I've experienced some glitches and inconsistencies in the quality of the pictures generated after re-editing. As someone who uses this app for both fun and professional purposes, it would be fantastic to have consistent and high-quality results. With that being said, I still find the app valuable and I intend to continue using it. Considering the potential and the overall positive experience I've had, I'm leaning towards giving it four stars. However, I believe addressing these areas of improvement would make it worthy of a higher rating. I hope the developers take note of these suggestions and work towards enhancing the user experience. Thank you for your attention and for creating such a useful app."
Love this app. I really like creating images on the Wonder app. I use a couple other AI apps, but I feel like the images on Wonder are more true my prompts. Some of the prompt generated images are a lot better than I expect them to be. Sometimes the image comes out so cute, for some of my animal prompts, I redo it 2 or 3 more times, using the same prompt, because I know it’s going to turn out great. Thank you Wonder, for making such a great AI app! Just a tip for newbies…. If your images don’t turn out the way you want them to, read the tips Wonder gives you while your images are being generated. Learn about prompts and which style to choose for your prompt. The more you make them and learn about writing the prompts, and which style to choose? the better your images will turn out.
Disappointing. I have not purchased the full version, just experimented with the free version for about a week. Here’s everything of note. The ai handles complexity very poorly, and seems to only understand the most basic of descriptions. The ai also seems to not be able to understand any character that is not human, and attempts to either put a human face or a helmet on a character. It also fails to do any character that is not humanoid. The only exception ive found is that the ai sometimes manages to put animal faces over a human body. The ai struggles to put two things together, for example the ai cant seem to understand “x character resting at a campfire” it will simply do the character or it will do a fire. Sometimes in the same picture but not well. The only thing that it does do well is picturing characters in different art styles. It does well with characters such as master chief, a knight, or a human star wars character. It does poorly with acharacter who can appear in multiple genders. (Such as commander Shepard from mass effect) because it fails to understand what gender you want, if you specify it will just produce nightmare fuel. All in all, not completely awful, but pretty bad.
My rating for Wonder. Wonder is a great app most of the time. I really enjoy using it. However, it does have some serious bugs. As another user posted, it has a hard time with the human body, extra fingers, sometimes missing limbs, and so forth. As in avid fan of superheroes, I like to create different versions of them. One of the things that really irks me above all else with this app, is that it thinks every superhero is Superman! No matter how detailed I may put in my prompt, it gives the superhero Superman's logo. I can say, "create a black superhero, with an all black costume, trimmed in white and red, and put the LETTER T on his chest", and it will give me 100 different variations of the black guy, all with the Superman crest on his chest! The only other superhero it seems to recognize is Batman. It does do very well with famous people, however. I can say, "create an image of Michael Jackson with dreadlocks", and the image will be perfect. The more famous the subject, the better the artwork. Creating original artwork is another story. It also does well with landscapes and things like that. Overall, I like the app. But it needs broader algorithms.....
Started at 5 star, now disappoints…. When I discovered Wonder, images were generated in groups of 4, usually fairly quickly, with jaw-dropping results in beautiful high resolution portrait mode images. I waited to buy a subscription, hoping that when I did, I’d get a pro-level raise in results. So I bought into the app. More styles arrived, and I loved working with Wonder. Then this week…the app lost abstractions. Quality took a dive. Images are low resolution in a square format. In comparing previous saved images, the app has clearly become a poor relative of the previous version. Wonder app designers have taken subscribers money, but not their complaints or wishes for improvements. Please, Wonder app designers, return Abstractions, continue adding styles, give us vertical format rectangular images in high reservation, generate in quads, not doubles, and give those of us who support you with subscriptions a quality result again!
Wonderful app. This app is amazing as long as you prompt it correctly which isn’t to hard you will get some amazing results. There are many different selections that you can choose to help guide the AI image generator. And you can also add photos or get inspiration from it as well. I use this app a lot in some of the content creation that I do on instagram. It’s actually my go to for, in my opinion, best images I’ve made thus far. The subscription is kind of a little much but you will get good images every time and you can even remove the watermark as well. The only complaint o would have and it’s not really all that bad is when entering the prompt as I type it gets kind of laggy so you have to type a little slower and then when I mess up it lags when I’m deleting as well so sometime I delete to much and that can get a little annoying but I’m sure they will update in the future and take care of all the little corks that it had. So all around great app that keeps on improving
Nice but surprises.... I have been looking for an AI art app to do good faces. I really liked this app even though like a previous review mentioned, most of the image would be good but then 10% of it would ruin it. I'm sure I could've gotten better at programming it because it is pretty amazing. My problem is this: for some reason I thought it was $4.99 a month but no… It's $4.99 a week. I'm not and I'm careful so I tend to believe this fact was camouflaged. Another surprise: I could not cancel my subscription within the app. All I could do was cancel PayPal means to pay Apple subscriptions. I have several Apple subscriptions so canceling it that way is causing me some problems that I don't have time for. Please clean up the technical usability of this app and I will come back but I found it insulted me by being user unfriendly. Some web developers are just like that. It's either "get up here with me" or die. Now I see that their privacy policy is probably using my information to make money on the side. When will these guys learn how to treat people?
Wonderful and great game, just a few things. This game is really good and accurate. Though, sometimes it is unexpected. When I asked for a pretty girl with a pink ribbon, the image had a yellow ribbon instead. Additionally, after 5 or 6 images, you can freely create it after watching an ad, after that limit you have to pay. I do not mean any offense to the creator or creators, but I just wish their was another way to remove limits and not paying money. Otherwise, this is an amazing game. I like how there are options where you can make a cartoon image, a realistic, a mystica one, and there are much more options! I would recommend other people to try it out, and if you are willing to pay for unlimited limits, have fun creating! Thank you creator or creators for making this awesome application. Please do not take my feedback hardly, as it is just my opinion. Thank you! 😄

Underwhelming and bizarre. It’s kind of cool for about an hour but then the way the images are warped, distorted and inaccurate just becomes useless and annoying. If you just want stock images then it can do them, but if you want to drill down something really specific, it just can’t cope without turning something into a surrealist nightmare. Not worth paying for at all.
Perfect art. I love how easy it is to use and the different options of art
Signed out now can’t access gallery images. Please help, I signed out of the app and then signed back in and now all my gallery images I created in the app have disappeared 😱 can you please assist in getting them back ? Not sure why they would not be there when I sign back in. The gallery name is not the same as I created either so how do I get that back please?
Love it!. This is absolutely incredible! Definitely worth checking out!
Really cool but…. This is great but for free users there’s a limited amount of uses and you have to watch adds, adds aren’t too bad and AI is kinda cool with same prompts even generating new things
Works but.... Is great for use once or twice a week but not usable if you want to create lots of images because of daily limit (3 creations a day) which is really annoying. Developers, if you are reading this than please remove the daily limit. Thanks 🙏
Premium? Poor results and sudden limitation on credits.. Despite the fact that I paid for a premium subscription, I am still getting weirdly mutated results. More recently, I have discovered that I only get 50 credits a day. I generated way less than that and it’s telling me that I have no credit left and asking me to buy more. Impressed? Definitely not.
Absolutely appalling rip off. Can’t believe this. Paid almost $50 for this app in 2022; the most I have EVER spent on an app. Looked at today for the first time in ages, curious about the Avatar… and you want to charge more f——- money for the pleasure ? You HAVE to be joking ???? I will mention you so so soooooooo often from today onwards. What a rotten way to treat your users. Shame on you !
It’s something to try but not to keep. It’s stupid as soon as I got into the app before even tapping anything an ad pops up then I type something so it can make a picture but as I was typing and ad pop up oh and when I did the 3d print to rotate the pic u have to watch an ad this is silly you take ads abit far
Unique Artist’s Tool. I love being able to create elements and images that I can only articulate, or see in my dreams. It’s a good starting point for artists and designers who require unique or highly creative elements, and to develop on those concepts further if desired. I personally can sit for hours and cycle through insane prompts and watch the AI deliver - it is very cool indeed. Makes for great album artwork and playlist covers and such. Pro tips: - The AI on certain styles struggles with simulating human features, (you might get an extra arm or leg or something occasionally) so take that into account if you’re trying to simulate people, you may have to adjust your prompt to achieve what you want - The AI doesn’t recreate a text or language that exists, so typography isn’t necessarily the hero of this app - Certain styles are exclusive to people or landscapes so take that into account with your prompts - I believe the AI is based off a relative search engine feature, so you can look for things that do exist if you would like to create alternative versions of them - The AI will only generate artwork in 1:1/Square format - The AI does have it’s limits, so don’t be afraid to use synonyms, or adjectives to adjust your prompt until you achieve a relative version of what you’re looking for It truly is a great app and I’m having a lot of fun with it - please improve on human features!!!!!
False advertising- no Pixar car results. This app purports to create images of your car in the style of a Pixar Car. The ads are blatantly misleading because it does not matter the quality of photos you use, or how detailed the AI descriptors are, this app just doesn’t work as advertised. Don’t bother wasting your time.
It does exactly what it claims. Such a shame that “doing what it claims to do” is the gold standard these days, but when an app makes a claim that should be impossible it’s shocking to see it actually work.
Great start but more to go. Fascinating results for conceptualisation. It looks like certain word combinations keep rendering too similar ideas, even though there is more supporting content to create better dynamics. And the app keeps freezing during prompts. I’d like to see the results on the same screen at the same time. For all intents and purposes of having two results per turn it’d be more useful to also choose two separate art styles to get a comparison between the results that might support the goal. The profile should allow private portfolios for building mood boards and style guides not visible to the public. Folders or groups would be more useful for managing results and creating series for styles guides. I’m not treating this as an art collection but more as an ideas starter for scenery, so I simply want to build a spread of these ideas, not present generated art as final works.
Spam and track - and doesn’t even work. Pay close attention to all the data this app is collecting about you… I put in keywords, select a then, and then tap Create. It then forces me to watch 30 seconds of ads, and then still doesn’t create the picture. So I watch another ad… same story. Dodgy app and dodgy developers.
Shane’s review!. Wonder the app is a great thing, coming from a visual stand point if have a vision wonder does exactly that for me whether it be a flooding house on the mountain’s down to a basic cabin in the woods.
I found this app intrusive and think I was monitored. I got a message automatically on my app screen, when I downloaded an update, I got a smart tutor app automatically turned up on my phone, when I sent an email, got an immediate response which made me think my phone was being monitored by this app & perhaps personal details stolen. When I sent another message of my concerns there was silence
Pretty useless.. The concept of ‘free AI renders but you have to watch a 30 second ad first’ isn’t bad. Unfortunately the renders - unless super basic - are quite terrible, like you have asked someone someone who barely speaks your language a very complicated request. Also a lot of words are censored, not just swears but many others, and it doesn’t tell you that you’ve been censored until after you’ve watched the 30 second ad, for absolutely no reason now.
Fun Creative Amazing. Very cool AI app. Have owned it for a while as was definitely worth the purchase. The app is always updating and improving.
Not connecting. Having trouble with connection , is this a common issue? Have just installed this app and paid for lifetime subscription .
So easy to use. I love the options with this app, the simple interface and the usability. The image clarity is outstanding.
Still a bit early. It still new and learning but in a few years it will be one of the best apps out there.
SCAM! DOES NOT WORK UNLESS U PAY. This app is complete rubbish, explains that you can see the artwork if you watch a short advertisement without having to pay for the app. I’ve created an account, I’ve watched six ads and it just returns to the main screen without showing you the art. These people are cons trying to force you to pay for the ad hoping you’ll get frustrated because what they advertise as being free to use is just a scam. SCAMMERS
Lost quality. Not sure what has happened, but suddenly this app is no longer interpreting prompts as well as it used to. Even prompts I have used previous that gave good results, no longer do. It’s as if it only looks at half the prompt and ignores the rest. It was a big enough drop in quality that I cancelled my subscription.
Terrible. Don’t bother. Wanted to test out before I purchased and I’m no stranger to ads, however, the X to close ad after its finished playing is way to far over in the corner that it doesn’t work. There is no way to close it and see the image. I feel like this is on purpose to make people ‘set and forget’ a free trial so they can make money. Can’t give review on actual images because I couldn’t even get that far.
Inappropriate.. I was looking up the word “poo” as none of the topics were working for me and I wanted to see if it was real. Then, it showed me a picture of a some what naked woman, a REAL woman not a painting or anything. I looked up “poo” now. Just disgusting. Also the ads are very inappropriate with sexual images of animated people. I’m not sure if you can pick the ads to your own app but I still wanted to point it out.
Great app…..but. Off to a great start but there is a but…..I downloaded Wonder AI creator and wondering why it previews in portrait mode yet only downloads the images in square format. I paid for full price for this app and it’s not doing as displayed. I’d say to prospective purchasers to trial the three days first and suss out if all you want is square format pics then go for it. But if you want other format, then bypass it.
I’m not sure what to rate it yet. But it seems to have some beautiful looking art and I liked the idea where you could come up with something in your head and see it before you, I was just starting to look but after I watched the add and writing it says it’s in queue… So I waited a little bit but it hasn’t changed the screen so I’m a bit confused but I’m not sure if it’s a scam or just an issue that it froze. So I won’t rate until I know for sure Oh I have to rate it-
Love AI however. I would love to see ai generated avatars that can be made with all types of pictures not just ones with our faces they would make for cooler art
Ads never stop. I get it, I want to use it for free I need to watch an ad. However most times you try to use the app it’s just a continual loop of ads. Click the crest button after watching the ads and then it’s another ad. It’s actually only ever created one, terrible image for me. I give up.
Won’t even let me make anything. Tells me to watch an add, I let it finish and go back it then says create so I press it, another add…I let that finish and go back, now it says watch an add, I watch another I press create…guess what? Another add, it won’t let me create it at all it’s just an add button
Needs some work. Look I love the app I love art and it is great if your just starting art or you are new I just hate the fact that you limit me to only five a day and if you wanna do more you have to get premium because some of use are kids and have parents that can’t afford to wast money the app is practically forcing you to pay money and I don’t like it and I’m not saying get ride of premium I’m just saying get ride of that part because I love at but I don’t have any money too waste on it. I got the app for inspiration not to wait 24 hours just to get another 5 goes.
I bought forever access and then they want me to spend more. I like wonder but it can take a lot of goes to get what you want. I spent the $59 for permanent access thinking that will allow me to really refine my images. After 15 minutes I get a notice saying I need to pay to generate more images. I hadn’t gotten a single usable image and most of that was due to AI errors. Really angry and feeling pretty taken for a ride right now
Love but it needs different aspect options. Love this so much. But we need to be able to change the aspect, limiting when it’s just 1:1.
Good app. I love this app as it is really fun and cool but I wish there wasn’t a limit for how many photos you could do per day I know you can get premium but I feel like this shouldn’t have a limit other than that it is a very good app and I would recommend it🙂🙂🙂
Need more stock images (and dinosaurs). Very fun and cool, but feels lacking with a few different ques that it can’t identify. If this keeps developing it could be amazing, does a great job or scenery and landscapes though.
Bring back Older Version. I believe you guys have updated the way your AI generator works. BRING BACK THE OLD NOVELISTIC ENGINE. I don’t like it the new one. I prefer the old generator. The new generator isn’t the same, the images are rendered completely different now. Please revert it back to the old one or have an option to use the old engine
Really good imagination. Great for bringing visuals to new and creative ideas. The only improvement I’d really want to see is the anatomy of humans (faces, hands and feet) and animals (legs, faces, teeth) is sometimes way off and ruins the image
Doesn’t work. Paid for the full version on a week trial ($5 or so). Doesn’t generate anything. Tried several photos and it does loads without a result or the app aborts the process. Cancelled the subscription same day (Saturday) and it expires Monday now (since it’s not a week form the day- just see by week apparently- week ending Sunday) So if you’re gonna try it, start on a Monday. But wouldn’t recommend trying at all tbh
Very disappointed. Cool ideas And creates some nice images. However non of the photos of me or my family look anything like any of us. That quite disappointing. I also payed $50 for the full app but still have to keep paying to get more credits to use the app. That also quite disappointing. Overall the app was a let down
I Should Be Delighted That it Ever works. Computers are not supposed to be able to do creative things, yet this one can. About one result in twenty five surprises and delights. Mostly the art is warm garbage. From what I know about AI, results will improve with more human feedback. I think this product will be great in time.
Not 100% but good enough. It’s not human after all but it’s quick and it can always improved
🫶. Honestly pretty cool, I’ve seen people on TikTok using this app to make phobias (ikr so basic 🤪✌️🔥🔥) and it’s now 4am and I’m too lazy to sleep or eat so now I’m just creating every phobia to ever exist in alphabetical order.. this will take awhile since I have to watch an ad to create one every time for every phobia that deducts a star because it gets in the way of wasting my time by wasting even more of my time other than that great app and draws phobias in a way you understand! 💍🧎♀️
Amazing and fast. Loving the app. The better your vocabulary, the better results you’ll be able to get. I would love to see: * Night mode * Ratios other than square. A 2:3 would be nice * Being able to save a single image to your profile. Currently it saves both with no option to remove one so you can end up with a gallery of unwanted images. * Image to image Excited to see what updates come next.
Wonder. I just got it and searched up something random, hello kitty fishing in the rain, and pressed hyper realistic and got exactly what I asked for
Watch dozens of adverts and nothing. You can apparently get a sample of the artwork by watching adverts and I’ve watched over a dozen adverts and I just keep going back to the selection screen after the ads. This app is a waste of your time, because even if you pay for it, you’re spending a fortune on something that does not seem to work.
My opinion. Look it’s cool and creates cool stuff but the thing I really don’t like is you pay the money for the full app but still have to pay for coins to use the app, if I knew this I wouldn’t of paid for the app, it’s convinces you to pay then you still have to keep Paying after you run out of coins they give you which isn’t really many considering the app is $50 This is my reasoning for the 2 star review, if you didn’t have to pay for more coins all the time it would be 5 stars but that really lets it down
Meh. This app isn’t too bad, but I’m kind of disappointed with having to pay the price of $7.99 for an image or watch ads every time I want to create something new; I’m just completely dissatisfied with the amount of ads and how long they last just to create something.
Great App. I am very happy with the images generated by Wonder AI and have found it a lot of fun to use! Thank You for such an enjoyable experience… it’s a bit addictive!
Was great but now very disappointing. When I first found this app it was awesome, there were so many styles, both abstract and realistic, easily over 50. Now there are less than 10 while still expecting you to pay for the full 50. There are no abstract options now except steam punk. Bring back the rest cause we are paying for them
Too many ads to trial even basic features. Installed and attempted to give this app a go. Everything you try requires you to watch a lengthy advertisement first, which makes trialling this app painfully slow and frustrating. Uninstalled after 15 minutes - most of that time spent waiting for ads to finish. This is not the way to encourage me to buy an app - let me actually try the features for a limited time, without annoying me to the point where it’s not worth the hassle. Also, the AI picture output was mediocre at best.

Weekly automatic renewals?!?. Weekly automatic renewals. I approved my kid’s request thinking I could cancel when I wanted to. No cancel button anywhere gets expensive quickly. Do not recommend this app.
What a waste of time. I saw an add on Instagram of something I wanted to make using this app. Download the free trial and wasted a half to realize it not possible on this app. Complete trash
Last update ruined it for me. The last update ruined this app for me, the images I create just aren’t the same. I don’t know what you guys did, images as defined, and are now lacking. To bad, I was enjoying the app.
Pro. As soon as I enter the game the “wonder pro” screen shows up and I CANNOT get out of it!
Price. App is good. But only upset with price. 6.49/week. Developer pls reduce the price. I wud greatly appreciate and continue using this app. Thankyou
I regret doing the latest update. I previously purchased a lifetime membership. It’s now changed to a credit system so I guess I’m just out of luck. Greedy.
Poor data on ancient creators. Tried doing several mythical and spiritual beings and nothing close would generate. Got buildings in stead of beings, even when using detail app did very poor at creating images. I think this app is more for play then actual attempts of realism
Expensive as hell. The app costs $337 per year. Avoid like the plague.
They lied. False advertising.. I was able to buy this app out right and they took that permission away with an update and require weekly payments again
Free Trial. I clicked on Start Free Trial and it charged me $7 immediately!
Scam. Tried , took my money for 40 results, recieved a “something went wrong” did not recieve a refund. So I figured glitch, same thing happed This is a total scam, BEWARE PEOPME
Pretty good. It’s really fun to use when I’m bored but I would use it even more if I could create more things overall really good game. But I also don’t like having to watch an ad every time.
They lied. When I down loaded the app I paid what was advertised as a one-time lifetime fee for use of the app. They lied. I don’t like liars.
good app. made “Camelshrooms”
“Wonder”. The only reason this app is named how it is, is it leaves you in a constant state of wondering why you’d ever download this. 6 plus dollars a week is insane for any app let alone a average photo editor lol.
Only if I had vip. Plz free vip
terrible cash grab. the app is for people who don’t know how to use diffusion, for the rest of us, we can create far better AI images for free on a PC, no ads, no monthly fees
Very bad. Poor quality. Not worth it
What does this app even do?. I was hoping to check this app out, but it’s just an endless stream of Ads… One ad after the other. I never was able to see a generated image. I’m guessing something’s broken ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
Disappointing. Loved this app at first and would continue to use and promote it however, after changing phones they will not honour my lifetime subscription. I have tried many times to resolve this, even showing receipts. Be careful.
Scam alert 🚨Need to pay $ AND wants you to upload NUDES.. Claims to be free app in the App Store. After you download the app, it asks you to upload 20 photos of yourself, supposedly to help it, create an avatar of you. ⚠️ It specifically suggests that you select nude photos of yourself. It warns you that you are uploading these images to their server. Only after you’ve selected the images, and they have been uploaded to the app server, are you told that you have to pay to use the app.
Kind of terrible. I paid for the 100 couple Photos and they were 80% not good. They eyes were weird in mostly all photos. The solos self ones were just as bad..
Horrible app. Does not generate art anywhere close to what you input, this app is clickbait
Rip off. Paid 7.99 got pics of random brunettes , no resemblance other than the hair color . Complete rip off
Do not use.. I paid because I thought I had to to get the AI stuff. There’s no way to cancel your subscription on the app or through my subscriptions in my settings on phone and it keeps taking money out of my bank. Today I finally submitted a claim through apple and deleted my account and the app and yet it still shows as an active subscription. Not to mention you have to pay for AI “packs” on top of the subscription. It’s a complete money grab and waste of time.
Your app is dumb. Your app is dumb
It is amazing. A few things I’d like to see: -AI understanding text example: made a band logo, wanted it in blood for Halloween. It really mixed up the letters and didn’t quite get it. And I had hundreds of attempts and hundreds of describing words!!! -If I add my own picture to not just make it slightly altered . “Make me look like I’m working at a Burger King, on a beach, while parasailing.” AI just puts a random backdrop in and that’s it. -give the users hints as to how to make the most of the app… I mean if you write out a story and get descriptive - you’d think that it would work properly?! That said: Really though? This is such a great app. I’ve had a great time making my art and letting my storytelling really come to life.
Scam. Paid for a lifetime subscription, they changed it without any notification to a credit base system that is not unlimited. Refund this scam!
Paid 40$ for Lifetime use now I have to pay.... This company has really disappointed me.. I've had the app for years and I loved all its features. I loved it so much early on I bought the app 40$ for unlimited use (supposedly forever). I didn't think they could just go back on that agreement and make us pay in the future. It's really sad... Little by little they removed really cool features and now it's a hollow shell of what it once was.
Doesn’t work. Expects you to pay for it or watch minute long adds only to show you, clearly pre made art work that doesn’t relate to your inputs at all. Just google your art, will work better.
Bien.
The Best Image Generator. Wonder is an impressive AI image generator that leverages the advanced flux model to create breathtaking visuals. The app stands out for its ability to produce high-quality images with intricate details and vibrant colors, making it a top choice for artists and content creators. The user interface is intuitive, allowing users to easily navigate through various features and tools. The customization options are extensive, enabling you to adjust styles, moods, and elements to get the perfect image. Whether you're after realistic landscapes or imaginative character designs, Wonder delivers exceptional results every time.
Purchased this app as unlimited, and they removed it. I had purchased this app when it came out. I bought the premium version which allowed for unlimited use. Through several updates it now works on a credit program. Even if you had unlimited, you were only given a fixed amount of credits.
Trash. Garbage app, doesn’t generate what you type in then constantly tries to charge you money, do not waste your time.
September 13 Update has destroyed the application. Nothing seems to work and all illustrations are very basic - All other features have disappeared and the AI generation works once out of every 10 tries.
Do not download. So when you download this app, it asks you to pay for a subscription fee I think it was $9.99 a week and then once you’ve uploaded photos, in order to generate your avatars you must pay another “one time payment” up to $7. it’s an absolute scam. There are better generators on the market.
Lifetime subscription. It was great until last night I got a message saying I went through my limit? I bought a lifts time subscription back in 2023. What’s the deal?
Fails in every way. So I typed in my prompt, after a long ad it says I used a word that they don’t allow… okay, so I rephrase and hit enter. Another ad. It took 4 ads to get to what I asked for and the results where not even remotely close to what I asked for. On ads alone it’s a 1, but it clearly is a limited app.
Terrible. Terrible photo creation. The body parts of people are always really messed up
Horrible app. Horrible app trash
Wow. Impressive
Terrible. There bundle of pics were just ok. And the rest of the app is very bad at creating images that you inspire. I went through soooo many credits and did not find one I liked. Even a simple signature creation was so terrible. Don’t waste money on this app. There are so many that are better.
Set up to fail. Can't close adds. X is in a spot where it can be pressed. IPhone 14 pro max
Doesn’t work for free. They say you can use it by just watching ads, however when you use the button, no matter what an ad shows up, and every time an ad shows up it cancels the creation of an image, so because it ALWAYS shows an ad no matter what, it ALWAYS cancels creating the image.
Don’t download this. It’s basically a scam
Amazing creativity, and quality !. Wonder delivers stunning high-quality images with incredible detail, and creativity. I cannot recommend it more!
Amazing. The quality is very nice
Another free app that isn’t. Apple has become pretty pathetic allowing and probably promoting “free” apps that advertise “in app purchases” and in fact won’t work at all unless you start paying immediately. Have things gotten so bad in the world that free does not mean free anymore? I expect more from app.e and I think we all should.
Scam. Horrible, It does nothing, steal you by using the trendy word Ai.
Expensive an not worth it. If I could give half a star I would
Adsterra is the most preferred ad network for those looking for an alternative to AdSense. Adsterra is the ideal choice for new sites with low daily traffic. Sad to see the reality of AI bias. As a software engineer, I’m acutely aware of the inherent problems of racial and gender biases written into so much of tech, unintentional and otherwise, but it’s truly disheartening to see it in real-time.. from what I understand, AI generated artwork utilizes machine learning and the aggregation of imagery from across the digital world to create its images, so it’s understandably not the fault of the developers of this app that the AI artwork reflects the biases of our own world. But seeing the reality that every time I gave the AI prompt “a beautiful woman with long hair” I was returned an imagine of a white woman seems hard to miss, and if nothing else, I’d hope that the beta testing of this app would have revealed the same problem to those creating it. I’m not sure what the solution is, as the algorithm is just reflecting our society back to us, but at the very least, it seems worth calling out somewhere in the interface.
SCAM. + Fake reviews.. I paid for 9.99 of credits a couple times and it ALSO started charging me 5 dollars a WEEK. I paid for individual credits not a subscription. I did not agree to that. Not once did I agree to 5 dollars a week. Originally, I came to leave a review about it suddenly generating terrible images, but I saw people complaining about $5 a week. I checked my apple subscriptions and sure enough - I'm getting charged. This is ON TOP OF the multiple sets of credits I paid for. *** I had no idea it was happening. *** As for images, for about a week it has been generating images in the same style regardless of how you prompt OR what 'filter' you use (eg oil painting vs magic = same terrible result). It stopped taking color prompts the way it did 5 days ago too. It no longer renders 'in the style of x art/genre'. When I started, it was great, amazing, etc. so a few dollars here and there for credits was nbd. Now I have hundreds of credits left on both my phone and ipad (because you have to buy separately even if it's the same apple account?) and if I cancel my "subscription" do I just lose those?! I wouldn't have even known to check my subs until I saw the reviews of angry people. P.S. There are hundreds of reviews that are obvious text generation. SCAMMY APP - SCAMMY DEVS
Fun but what keeps happening?. I was loving this app at first and it’s still fun but it’s slowly starting to feel limited? Don’t get me wrong this is the ad version so that could be the reason aswell. I wanted to see what it was all about before I bight the full version. In the beginning it brought back like 4 or 5 results and no it only does 2 results . Also nudity was accepted before and ow it seems to filter it out which is no big deal just curious of why that is. Lots of nudity in art. There are some other things I can’t remember at the time but the main one is the number of results. I like picking from a few and getting the best one. Still a great app just curious if they updated the app to do that or is it glitched or something idk.
Great but this should be a 12+ app atleast. Hi i just got this app a few days ago and I’m loving so far but there are some problems. 1. The app is great and all but in many pictures I’ve seen, the are either extra or missing hands legs fingers etc. 2. I can’t make any pictures. When ever I try to make a picture it says, ‘I’m sorry I’m having trouble with my servers. I’ll be happy to help you later’ but when I come back later it says the same thing. Please fix this. 3. This is the most important problem. I was looking at pictures other people had made and I saw like 9 pictures that were extremely inappropriate. There were bits and pieces women showing and I even saw one of a man. That should not be in an app for 4 year olds. Thank you for your time I hope you make change the app rating to 12+ because 4+ is just not exceptable.
Awesome app…If u pay. This app is spectacular for generating AI images that are exactly what u we’re going for, but there are A LOT of ads. u can pay to have wonder plus or pro or whatever it’s called (which I didn’t) and I’m assuming it gets rid of ads but if ur like me and don’t want to pay for that stuff than u just have to suffer thru an ad EVERY SINGLE TIME u generate an image. Every time. If the creators of this app see this review and the stars they will probably realize that I like this AI but I hate ads so pls if u r a creator of this app reading this then I beg to lower the amount of ads. I know it’s how u make money but could it be that u get an ad every other image instead of all of them. Thx for taking the time to read this.
Used for several months. The app is wonderful. It is really good at overall Themes and suggestions. It produces artistic like suggestions and uncanny presentations of your childhood which I think is great. I would encourage you to try it! Keep in mind- like most AI and google endeavors they are trying to change culture and what is real. Try searching “black people having fun” you’ll only see black people. Try searching “white people having fun” and 99% of the time will always include another race in there. Biased? Mm? All in the name of DEI. Graphics are good however. It is responsive and provides great perspectives to the images. Everyone agrees with me and are supportive that this review is helpful.
Good app?. Wonder is an amazing app. Literally. But there are two really annoying things about this app. First and definitely most annoying, the need for premium. I know the developer wants to make money off of this app, but I wish that they would let the people who don’t have premium at least have unlimited pictures a day. We can only generate a few photos every day which is super annoying! Secondly, I know these kind of apps are hard to make, and I appreciate the developer’s hard work on this app. But the generator has a really hard time with eyes and limbs, hands especially. Once I asked for a girl riding a white deer, and the girl’s hand was literally a skin colored deer antler. Please try to fix this! By the way, I’m not a bot. Just in case anyone thought I was 😋🥰
Wonderous. Holy Bleeding Christ! I've been playing with this for an hour now and what it has produced is blowing my mind! They are so gorgeous and well composed that it’s hard to believe they are each uniquely generated images, but the content is so wildly novel that I guess they must be- the implications for this as an aid to esthetic creativity is staggering. Addendum- above still true but I just purchased the Couples’ avatar 200 picture package, and it got my wife’s likeness nicely- she is quite recognizable in all 200- but as for my half if it, though they are all very good looking guys, all but about five of them don’t look like me. Best you could say is it looks like my wife has a type. It’s just a bit off putting to have paid $14 bucks to see my wife with 195 different guys that aren’t me- sorry ain't my kink- I would lije a refund or a redo.
Amazing Avatars!. Some people ie. r/ART etc. Hate AI art! They’re nuts, because this stuff is so amazing and mind blowing you wont be able to put the phone down! The Avatars you can purchase (for a nominal fee) are Well worth the couple bucks. I was totally impressed with them and im using them everywhere. But just think, imagine anything you want and the style you want it in and BOOM next thing ya know ol’ jeds a millionaire ! Ya got ART! Cool art too. Ive saved nearly most of what it makes me. Sometimes the eyes are a bit strange but that adds to the lure. All in all a great app and worth your time and money. Give it a try! Do the three day trial and i bet you can’t quit. It’s totally worth it. Msg to Dev’s: Socialize it more. Otherwise keep it the same.
Ok, clunky, spams to turn on notifications.. Paid for pro-version. Would be really 2.5 stars. Every 1-2 uses it asks to turn on notifications which is super annoying. NO. I’ll turn on notifications if I want. Quit prompting me for an app I paid for. Only generates 2 options per prompt and you have to swip those. Would be better with 9-12 generations per prompt and then thumb nails. Also would be great to “mix” the prompt themes to create unique output. Lastly save process needs to be streamlined. Just make it a single tap if I give the app access to pics I should have to tap 3x to save something. Update: more thoughts as I use it. Really missing useful and efficient functionality. It should save your prompts if you have an account. Or at least the last 25 or something. Why does it drop my print after time away. Like refining a prompt. App open. Stop using app (not closing) for 2 hrs open app again, old prompt is gone. It should retain your last prompt unless you close the app. The repeated, incessant, pop up asking to turn on notifications has gone past annoying is enraging. I can’t even seeing this app being updated so often that notifications would even be useful. FIX THIS. If I publish one of the two images, and tap back arrow, it takes me back to prompt so I lose the other image?? What if I like, and want to publish, both???
Needs a lot of improvement. First, the couple option is a mess. Once you’ve spent too much money trying to get it to learn to do one partner right then it starts messing up the other, so you’re always left with one of you looking like a complete stranger for a whopping 90%-99% of the pictures…how that happens when you’ve supplied several photos it was previously doing well with, I don’t know. I got maybe one decent batch, but it still was a bit off. I’m not going to waste more on it. Also, film universe or whatever it’s called basically just uses game of throne characters regardless what you look like. There’s no part of you in that section and I’m embarrassed to say how many times I tried. Second, even the word prompt is lame. You type “cat eating a galaxy” and you get a cat sitting in front of a galaxy. You’re lucky to get more than two keywords fulfilled. So, the options are there but the ai is a dunce at the moment.
Trash. I paid the one time fee for lifetime pro and I can’t change out of abstract so everything no matter what I do comes out looking like Picasso and a 3 year old collaborated on a cartoon picture. Also paid for 50 avatars it said it will be 30 min and I’d get a notification when they’re done, got the notification but when I clicked it and went back to the app to see them nothing not even an indication that I even attempted to have that done except for the message from my bank that my payment went through. Email support? No zero no help at all and all the videos I’ve seen trying to explain how to use the app either have the same problems or their app dashboard looks completely different. I absolutely do not recommend this app especially the full version or any version you pay for, I can only imagine the free version is the same only with adds.
Wonder-fully terrible?. Are you ready to experience the wonders of Wonder AI? Well, prepare to be underwhelmed and mildly entertained by this app that couldn't prompt its way out of a paper bag! Using Wonder AI is like watching a slow kid in class struggle to put two and two together. It's both painful and oddly fascinating. From the simplest prompts to the most complex queries, Wonder AI manages to consistently miss the mark. It's like having a magic eight ball that only knows one answer: "I'm sorry, I don't understand." Seriously, even a broken clock is right twice a day, but not Wonder AI – it's more like a broken clock that's stuck at 12:00. If you enjoy the thrill of waiting for a response that is as useful as a chocolate teapot, then Wonder AI is the app for you! You'll marvel at its ability to turn a straightforward question into a journey through the land of confusion. It's like playing a game of charades with a mime who's forgotten how to mime. Wonder AI is a marvel of modern technology – a marvel at how something can be so spectacularly unhelpful. It's the app you never knew you needed until you realized you didn't need it at all. So, if you're looking for a good laugh or a frustrating challenge, give Wonder AI a try. Just don't expect any wonders – unless you count the wonder of how it manages to stay in business.
Does Nothing. You Give the app a prompt, you select a style, and you click the button to watch an ad and create. You then get 30 seconds of nonsense followed by being brought back to the same page you were just on with your prompt and style selection. The button now just says create. So you press it again. Guess what? Another 30 seconds of nonsense ads and you are back to your prompt screen. Now you have the first button again, watch an ad to create. You humor the app and go through another 30 seconds of mobile ad trash, and get returned to your prompt once again. Through sheer force of will you press the create button again for another 30 seconds of madness and shortly after you contemplate all the evil, sinful things you could possibly do to this publisher. You then delete the app and feel just a little more dead inside.
Pretty good!. It’s quite fun to mess around with, and surprisingly really good at putting things together. One thing I found, however, is that it won’t let you ask for a specific book cover. I did and the title had one correct word typed twice and the rest was gibberish. Trying it in English doesn’t help. The covers were interesting though, like it knew what I was asking but couldn’t put the actual title or original cover up. There are some other bugs, like how I asked for a Phoenix but it gave me two and a fire lady in one, but I like how they give a second picture to swipe to because when I swiped the correct image I wanted was there. It’s going to have imperfections. Even if you type in something and have a whole idea for it, the AI doesn’t know that. It has its own idea because it’s not you. Final word, it’s pretty good. I’m kind of confused with the art types but I think I’ll figure it out. Also, I have seen some inappropriate ads and I don’t think that’s appropriate considering you made this game 4+. I hate that the art loading requires viewing such horrendous ads, and I think parents finding their children playing on this would go white if I they saw. Das all! Bye!
A Feast for the Eyes. I’d say this is perfect for artists, nerds, and for those with an appreciation for the uncanny. What fascinates me personally is knowing that the A.I. is reflecting art back at us. Art is so emotional and subjective and human, so having A.I. tell us how it interprets our images is really something special, and some of the uncanny images it produces are so exciting. Ive probably saved 50 images to my phone because I love the images that the A.I. is producing. It’s a feast for the eyes. Last thing I’ll say is that, as an artist, I’ve received so much inspiration from the images and it’s made me excited to return to my watercolors. To the creators of the app, well done. This is such a fun marriage of technology and art and you’ve made it accessible. My one suggestion would just be to continue to add or refine styles and genres of art. I’m thinking particularly in expanding the oils and watercolors by giving the user options to clarify what style or century to choose between: surrealism, renaissance, expressionism, etc. But sincerely, bravo for a very cool piece of technology and thank you for sharing this with the world.
Beautiful images when it works. I bought the pro version because I love the images and created many images the first day. Now I am seeing a recurring pattern. Often when I am typing in details for a landscape, people are inserted into the image. It happens so often it is frustrating. When I want people in the image, they look like they don’t have bones and are just blobs with eyes and glorious hair. That’s another problem, the people are always women, even when I specifically ask for a male in the image. I find myself renewing the prompt in hopes it will generate something pleasant to look at that I actually asked for. Now on top of this, the queue gets stuck and I have to X out of the app and come back in. It’s been pretty unusable for that reason.
Lifetime Subscription but not really?. I would have given this app 5 stars, but then my subscription was downgraded without warning! I’ve had this app for a couple of years, mostly just for fun, I took the plunge and bought the lifetime subscription to gain unlimited generations as well as no ads But recently I noticed that now, despite my subscription, I now have to use the app with a new credits system, we only get 50 for free and when they run out that’s it! No more images and it’s back to having ads! Unless of course you buy more… subscribers get a 50% discount on credits, which is nice, however that does not explain or justify why lifetime users have gotten such a downgrade! This credit system needs to be changed for those who paid full price for the AI’s functions and ad-block
It used to be wonderful, September 2024 update ruined it. I used to absolutely love this app and use it all the time. I don’t normally pay for apps but I paid for this one because it was so worth it to me. with every update, it was improving in quality, ease, and speed. Updating today ruined the app for me. It is now slow and the images by default are low quality in creepy looking in the way that poor quality AI was for this app a year ago. Things look more like CGI and low quality. The app has timed out on me a few times already, and takes forever to generate images of any quality. There is a negative prompt field now, but it doesn’t seem to work. It also does not get saved as my most only the actual text body does. This app has seriously dropped in quality and performance just lately and as a frequent user who loved it and told everyone about it I’m pretty sad now.
Great! But still some work maybe. This is a very interesting app that actually gives a lot of different results. The art work is interesting in it’s own way which I can admire. But the one thing right now that is kind of bothering me is how it generates how weapons are being held/how many are being held. For example when generating a Star Wars character that uses a lightsaber it generally uses 5 to 6 in the picture in some random places. Or when you generate a person holding a gun from a game or something it’s either the gun typically not fitting or the hands holding the gun or something else. I know art is interpreting what is presented and that’s why I love observing it. I guess that’s my only bone to pick with and I gotta say very impressed. 9/10
They actually listen to feedback!. I changed my original review from 3 stars to 5 stars. I left a review (listed below) asking to add more options like aspect ratios, and they did! Wow thanks for listening, it means a lot. Not many developers listen to feedback. Switching this app to a 5 star for sure! Old review: This app is almost perfect, I think it generates the most beautiful images of all the other ones, however they’re lacking options and adjustments. I would like to have landscape wide angle images with options for different aspect ratios. I wish they could do that. I will change my review to five stars as soon as this option is added. Great app, beautiful images, just needs more options and the ability to change aspect ratios.
The September update is a huge step up. I have used this AI app for almost 2 years now and have loved my results, it a lot of fun to just shoot around ideas to see what you come up with. Recently with the September update, this app is so much better then it was before. The addition of extra aspect ratios is a big plus. The models tab is what really stands out in this update, I mostly use the Flux model and am very pleased with the results I am getting. Along with other features that just make the workflow easier and more efficient, this app is an A+ app now The Wonder AI app makes generating images fun and creative. The models tab, aspect ratio selector and various style options allow you to create whatever idea is floating around in your head. I highly recommend this app.
Must be the money. This was such an amazing app once upon a time. You had access to cool features for free and even with a paid subscription you had all the same access but unlimited ‘credits’ to make images. Not only have they changed the subscription so you don’t have unlimited credits, but they’ve also updated it so that your results are now just one photo. Before, you’d submit your prompt, your base image and you’d get two results. Not the case. I use AI art for a vast number of projects and it takes some trial and error before I get an image that I want, this has made it almost impossible to get the kind of results that I need. If you’re messing around with AI art for the first time, by all means, have fun. For the rest of us? There are better apps out there that offer more with out consistently trying to find new ways to take our money for less services. This just isn’t the app for you.
Dazzling Improvements. A few months ago I wrote a review that voiced my frustration that especially centered around the App crashing and locking up all the time. That big flaw has been improved and almost never happens anymore. The addition of working from an imported image/photo has been another tremendous boost to the Apps usefulness. I recently signed up for full membership and am a very happy and excited customer. I hope this App keeps improving and would especially wish for more sizes of output and the ability to frame what area of my photo to be used in the processing. Thanks to Wonder for creating a great App. G23
Great app could use a few improvements.. TLDR at end. This app has been my first experience with AI generated pictures and it has been really fun to use. To picture an image in your mind and have an AI program recreate that image is really cool. If there are just a few improvements I’d like to see that would make the app far more enjoyable and easy to use. -The first would be to add a DARK MODE to this app. The bright white light from the app can be very blinding at times, especially at night. -Allowing you to see more than two generated images at a time. This would give more options to find the best image and less time clicking and waiting 6 seconds or so. -Making your published/saved images easier to organize. The use of FOLDERS to organize the different types of images would be really helpful. Also being able to download several images to your device at a time would be really helpful. All in all I really enjoy this app and I hope the devs take my ideas into consideration. I feel like it would make the app much more enjoyable to use and smoother to navigate. TLDR: Great app! Add dark mode, more generated images at a time, and folders for organizing your pictures.
Not great. Maybe better in the future. I did a bunch of silly requests and the AI never quite did things right. Taylor Swift had a protrusion from her chin and the hint of a second mouth. “Pig in a cap” produced virtually anything but. “Man in a cap with a pig snout” produced all sorts of hideous men who had regular noses but scary teeth, apparently a pigs teeth. Who knew? It was fun for a minute, but ultimately disappointing. I suppose future releases could improve. Maybe it’s learning. Even the AI interpretations of me were really grotesque with extra eyes, one side of the face drooping, or multiple layers of eyes. A few looked like me. And it wasn’t because my photo choices were bad. I’m guessing the 3 day trial is to rope in those who might forget to cancel and this pay for the following period of time, which seemed steep TBH. Waaaay too much for something that’s ultimately like a fidget spinner. It’s just a toy, fun for a while.
Too much fun. I can’t get enough of this app, but I enjoy bizarre surrealist art. Easy to use but hard to put down, you never know what you’ll get when you type in something random like “robot circus by Rembrandt and Goya” lol. The only criticism I can currently think of is that sometimes the subject’s head is cut off at the top of frame. Maybe it’s something I could fix with text, but I don’t know what to type. Highly recommend if you like AI art. I’ll leave the argument over whether such apps are a good thing for artists or not, and just say some of these paintings have been inspirational to my own art. As far as cost, there is a 3 day free trial and then subscription options to go beyond that.
Great app but…. There’s only one problem it’s no longer allowing me to create artwork. It keeps claiming that what I make is against community guidelines and then when I type in a less detailed word it tells me Oops something went wrong. Credit funded try again. And it keeps doing that no matter what I type in :( other than that this app has been the turning point in the artwork I couldn’t do by hand especially in minimal time for certain creations I’ve come up with. Please fix this problem. Edit: have no idea what you guys did but whatever it was I’m now able to continue doing what I love with my ideas and the artwork you allow me to create 👍💪
Not that exciting.. Such a cool idea, but the art that it generates isn’t that great. I asked for Medusa and the pictures cut off the top of her head, so I couldn’t see her snake hair. The next set of Medusa pictures looked like intestines lol. Not to mention that in searching for a picture, you spend more time watching ads then you do looking at the art work. The X button never popped up on the ad video, so I had to close & reopen the app to try and look for a picture. It’s the kind of ads where you have to interact & click on things, so other things will pop up with it. The ads are too much and it’s a turn off that I can’t even get through the app to really figure out what it is & if I’d like to subscribe. Not everything needs to be free, but I just found being slammed with advertisements like that annoying.
Free trial?. This app offers a free trial, great let’s try it. Before I get started I have to give this app 10 portraits and select one photo to create my avatar, no problem, done. Oh wait a minute I know you want to try our cool app for free but it’s complicated to produce an avatar and we need you to pay for the resources. Ok I’ll just skip this step so I can get on my FREE trial. Oh wait, this step is required, in order to try this app free for 3 days (shortest free trial period I’ve ever seen) you must pay a minimum of 2.99. While I can easily cough up the 2.99 and would have likely continued to pay for this service if I enjoyed it; out of principle I do not pay for a free trial. I therefore will not continue with this “FREE trial” and will not be exposed to your services and will definitely not be subscribing to future services since I don’t even know if it’s any good. Advice: if you offer a free trial, make sure it is free to use and any payed features are not required to continue the use during a free trial.
Please add option to remove facial hair. I love this app, I really do, but I cannot make a man without facial hair and I’m losing my mind over it. “No facial hair”, “shaved face”, “smooth face”, “young man”, “clean shave” — none of it works. Even if I put, “androgynous male with soft features” I end up with a full on beef cake with a full head of thick, black facial hair that will not go away regardless of how many times I refresh. I sat for a three hour video conference pressing refresh every time a new set loaded and every single set had a massive, black beard and mustache. We need a solid option to remove facial hair if ANY slightly masculine pronoun or adjective is going to create dwarves. The “remove” feature doesn’t remove facial hair, it just blurs it out horrifically or adds more. Changing it to “shaved” with the replace feature does the same thing; it just further distorts.
Oh the Wondrous possibilities!. I can get zoned out forever coming up with endless small ideas that turn out WAY cooler than expected. Then the concept of using a personal picture that the app molds it into something else entirely, but the background is aspects and colors of my picture is the coolest thing since sliced bread. The only new dislike for me the new AI avatars come out looking pretty messed up actually 🫣🤣 The few selfies taken before you set up your name for the avatar before the change, got me faaaar better looking versions of myself. Sometimes the selfies I choose make my edits look almost nightmareish. Other than that. Still gunna use it for art ideas, slap my wrist if I try to buy more edits thinking they’ll improve! Chances are they will not.
Terrible -- Don't Bother -- do starryAI instead. I try to use this app, but it was unusable. I put in a prompt, a very simple prompt, and then hit create, and it played an ad, and the ad, of course, did not have a way to ask out of it after the ad was finished, which took two minutes. when the home screen came back, WONDER said, "oops! looks like there’s an error"--but didn't tell me what the error was? So I just guessed itt was something in the prompt, so Ii reworded it adds hit CREATE again: oooh, look at that! Another bad ad with no means to ESCAPE out if it even AFTER the ad was finished. So basically after 20 minutes and 5 ads, I don't any ai art and I STILL don't know what the error was! Ahh well, back to Midjourney, Leonardo and Starry AI. if I could give this, zero stars, or even -5 stars, I totally would. Absolutely do not bother with this. StarryAI is a free app that does not use any as whatsoever, especially intrusive as.
No Apple Pencil keyboard access. I have an iPad Pro and use an Apple Pencil, and I have to WRITE the prompt, which is really frustrating because the cursor will move to the center of a word or somewhere else it is not meant to be, and then it will mess up the prompt. Having access to the keyboard, like in all the other AI image generators I’ve tried, would make inputting a prompt so much easier. I bought a lifetime subscription back when Wonder first came out, and I’m disappointed with the UI. Overall, I like the images. It still has trouble with hands and bodies sometimes, creating something out of a horror film, but so do other generators. I would love this app and give it a higher rating if I could TYPE the prompt instead of having to write it.
Very exceptional creative outlet. I've enjoyed Wonder for over 2 years and have watched how its quality and performance have superseded my original expectations. I use it every day for videos I post on social media. When I first got it I was able to make a one-time purchase and freely create endless photos for high-quality art projects. After I purchased my new phone I noticed that now Wonder is a yearly subscription and I have to constantly buy credits for my artwork. I am going broke as my Follower's demand for my art increases. Can I please just go back to the one time purchase without the need to continuously pay credits? Please? HANNIBIS on TikTok
Unimpressed. I had to watch fourteen ads before I could even get my prompt into the queue, and now, half an hour later, I still have no picture. I can understand hobbling the app a bit for the free version, but I thought the point of the free version was to show people a bit of what the app can do, so that they would want to buy it. So far, what I am seeing is that the app does nothing but waste my time, and I’ll be deleting it. —— I just re-downloaded the app because reasons, and you seem to have fixed the problems. One ad each, and I have two very nice pictures now. I haven’t tried to draw humans or animals yet, so I’m waiting on that before adding another star.
Lovecraftian beauty awaits you. The pictures you will be able to produce with the right selection of phrases and styles will make you wonder how it pulled that from the ether… not always in a good way. From creating realistic looking pictures of animals and landscapes, to horrifying abominations of extra limbs and fingers that bend and stretch in unnerving and unnatural ways, it’s the best of both worlds! It will create 2 versions of every prompt you give, and rarely are they identical, definitely not twins, but possibly cousins? The premium cost isn’t too bad, and it eliminates the daily limit of your prompts. The pictures come out very quickly regardless, but the issue is more that there’s often an “uncanny valley” aspect of them, and that’s the only thing keeping it from 5 stars.
Refuses to save HD pics now… what happened???. This was such a fun app for me for a couple of years. I tried it again recently (May 2024) and i have noticed a huge change that is just unacceptable. Before it’d save a low res pic in just a few seconds. HD save would take 10-15 or so seconds. Now after about 65 seconds of waiting to save my art in HD it refuses to do so. So instead of a 4 megapixel image it’s only 1 megapixel. Please fix this. It’s so frustrating. I was a lifetime subscriber and see you guys are now going for money from your supporters via credits. What happened? Why the downgrade in performance and now charging more money?? Please go back to how it was. Highly disappointed now. Fix all of this and I’ll change review to 5 stars.
Artist tool. As an Artist, I was very concerned at how quickly and easily the Ai was able to generate multiple artistic images. So much so, I feel like In the near future, the human created art in itself, will be eclipsed. Whereas, I do think this will happen, if not already... I find this tool to be just that... a tool to help take my personal art further. It’s broadened my horizons. It’s taken my thought and showed me a clear pathway on how to turn them into actual art. I love it! I fear it but I love it! Anyone and everyone can create beautiful masterpieces. Yes it’s not perfect, thank God... but it is getting closer and closer. I wish I could work full time creating art through and with Ai. As a team, I feel we could be unstoppable. With practice, you will find amazing results.
Fantastic app, but…. I love this app and have been using it for a long time now. Don’t listen to anyone talking about ads and payment problems. I spent $30 for a lifetime subscription and I do not regret it one bit. Which brings me to my next point, I used the new feature that allows you to implement yourself into the app to make AI generated pictures of yourself. They call it your “Wonder Avatar.” I made one not too long ago and would like to change the pictures I took. But, the app does not make it clear on how or if you can even change your Wonder Avatar once you make it. I would love a response from the developers so they can fix this problem for me and many others whom I assume are sharing the same problem.
It USED to be great, but now it’s just a has-been.. When generative AI was new, this app used to be great. It was probably the best iOS app out there. But now it seems the developers have locked down so many innocuous keywords so tightly that even G-rated prompts appear to violate their TOS and it refuses to generate images. Worst part is, they won’t even tell you WHICH keyword is a problem, you just have to guess. I’ve been debating if I should finally just delete this app, and I’m pretty close to leaving it for good. Besides, Apple is about to rollout iOS 18 which will have its own GenAI, so Wonder is about to become even less relevant. Don’t spend any money on this, there are so many other better options out there that give you so much more power than this has-been app. It’s just not worth it anymore. I used to love it, but those days are long gone. Give it a hard pass.
It’s okay…. The photos it generates are fairly good. Much better than some random websites. It still has some weird things sometimes. Once i got someone with both of their legs connected and someone with a-for lack of a better word-wormy hand. The detail isn’t great either. If you zoom in on most of the photos you make, it is blurry and not very detailed. Looks good from a distance though. I also find it annoying that you can only request five prompts a day. However, each prompt gives you two different photos so that’s nice. This isn’t supposed to sound like a bad review. Im just trying to point out all the cons so you readers don’t waste time. Overall, its photos are pretty good. It’s not so fun to have to pay for everything these days though
Fun AI - but needs some improvements. First of all, I have to say I’m very impressed by Wonder and it’s art AI is the best in the App Store as of 2022 hands down. That said, there’s definitely need for improvement in the accuracy of the ai and ability to train it to adapt to inputs. Notably it would be amazing to have the ability to add 2 or more images together to have the AI merge the two based on the parameters specified - for example “illustration of a mouse riding on the back of a turtle in novelistic style” - using a user provided image of a mouse and a turtle. This would create so many possibilities for us as users and honestly as a paid premium subscriber almost seems like it should already be a feature. But as stated I really like this app and it’s helped me with storyboarding my creative writing so it’s well worth it imo.
Amazing! But there’s one major problem.. This app is by far the best on the market! I couldn’t afford to pay the subscription every month so I bought the one time $30 purchase. I fully recommend buying the subscription because it’s definitely worth it! There’s only one problem I really have with the app: the downloading process. It gets stuck while loading. This happens mainly while pressing the first download icon. You’ll have to leave the app completely and loose not only the presets but the photo too. I’ve lot one too many pictures to that one. If it doesn’t happen on the first icon then it will happen when you press the second icon. It doesn’t happen every time but when it does it’s a major set back. I hope this finds you well, developers and I hope this gets fixed soon. Billmont
So far, it’s pretty neat app!!. The only thing that’s bothersome is I typed in just the word “success” and the image created was something out of this world that was machine based and unlike anything that any human would even consider being along the lines of any kind of human success. Unless your an all out cyborg-ed alternate that has a whole completely different 🫣perspective, and (understanding) of the way this world functions and just the over-all morality of living human life as we know it. Kinda freaky, what AI considers success.. Unless there from the base of creation, generation, the true understandings of very important key words are not completely (understood). But overall the app is very interesting and creative, but again better understandings of basis gives better understanding of Trace’s😉and which side of the spectrum it’s provided takes too..😇Very cool, but very scary..
Amazing. I was skeptical when I downloaded the app from an Ad on one of my games. Figured it’d be dumb but looked interesting enough to explore. So I downloaded the app and then my creativity with different artsy ideas began to flourish (I am a very linear thinker and not creative). I have a hard time imagining things (like pictures) in my head but now I challenge myself to think of something and then see what the app comes up with in comparison. 10/10 would recommend, super fun. I wish it would come up with even more drawings/pictures or even someday have gifs! That reminds me, the app cannot write. Want a message? It won’t be in English lol. It’s Like an alien language or something. Back to the point. DOWNLOAD. It’s fun!
Rip off. This is the problem with the NEW modernized business strategy… customer wants unlimited access, customer buys unlimited access… business says “hmm, they’re using that unlimited access they bought, I bet we could restrict that unlimited access & CHARGE them for more LIMITED access! Because the service they bought, we can just pretend that never happened!! It’s fricken brilliant!” This is the flaw in subscription based services, they charge the rules to the game mid game. 50 images a day to a paid PRO user is a lot less than unlimited. I guess if the business plan is to get people to use the app less, you’ll have no problem achieving that… especially when there’s a slew of other apps that do just as good & honor their customers. Geez, maybe after 50 renders have the occasional add?
Good but has some issues. It’s a good app, I love how you can make words come to life! I’m a writer and I love creating my characters on Wonder. But…it has problems. Here are some things that would be great to fix in the next version, 1. Fix the faces, many times I have generated a pic, and the face looked really weird, like the nose would be out of place or smushed, and one of the eyes will sometimes be faded. 2. It is extremely limited how many artworks you can make without Wonder Pro. Please let there be more for those of us who don’t or can’t get Wonder Pro. That’s pretty much it, the adds get a little annoying but compared to some other apps they are a good amount. 👍 Overall this is a great app! Thank you Wonder.
One of the Best Free A.I Art Generates Available. For a Free Art generator, Wonder has Performed very well in most cases, with a deformation every now in then, which happens with all A.I Art generators. This would mostly only happen if some of the things you were asking it to create had “overlapping” words or was very complex. It’s interface is simple and easy to use with first typing a prompt, then pick a filter, with nice art creation times around 9-14 seconds, which is great considering it creates 2 at the same time. Overall Its been a joy in my experience with it and if that wasn’t enough, so far I seen no Ads. Hopefully it remains that way or that might ruin the joy of being able to just watch Art be created in quick succession. Hopefully you give it try
