Celsius to Fahrenheit fox only lasts a day. Weather update needs work. Here in America we go by Fahrenheit, and once checked to use it, only lasts one day. A person has to manually update weather inside this app for it to work. Otherwise it only shows the days from your last manual update. I have to go into this app daily to switch the /Fahrenheit-Celsius daily to keep the temperature in degrees Fahrenheit. For $300 of Constellation, and a boring game, not much effort is put into the code of a simple smartwatch. DO BETTER for your customers!!!! I am only an amateur coder and could do better than this!

I can’t get it to pair. So I can’t my chronomark watch to pair with this app since the game came out is there anyway to pair it ?

STARFIELD. First of all, I want to start off by saying I love playing the game. Amazing. One of the best games I will ever play and remember. Something like playing skyrim for the first time. Some feeling. Then comes the watch. I use it everyday. It is on my wrist for about 16-18 hours a day mostly because of work and while im at home. The watch is beautiful with amazing detail. There are some bugs to it though. I dont get any texts through the watch but i do get some phone calls and other notification. Just not texts. Also the weather app i heard just got added, but some of the dates on the lunar app would be off at times. When i would tap on my watch it would be unresponsive at times. And it glitches rarely when i tap it it shows the the time it was 10 minutes before then it would switch to the current actual time. Also where is the factory reset button? I cant find it when i needed it to try to fix these issues. Watch is built well and is so pleasing to look at that ive been catching myself gazing at it for no reason because of how much i love how it looks on my wrist but i do get bummed at times that it has these bugs. I dont own or want another watch. I just need this one to work how it is supposed to.

Very flakey stuff. I have reset this watch to factory settings more times than I’ve ever reset a device in my life. The software is VERY buggy. This is just ridiculous at this point. I would be happy if all this watch did was tell time, but it doesn’t even do that consistently. It’s change timezones or switch to 24 hour time, or just be wrong in general. Resetting and resetting to factory now does not help at all. It ignores all settings from the app. Please fix this software! I am about to start bugging Bethesda for a refund. I love the game but this watch is a joke—at least on iOS. UPDATE 10/10/23: I have everything working after re-pairing it a couple more times EXCEPT for weather and haptics. My watch is not vibrating and I’ve turned the feature off and back on again in the app and still no luck. I have yet to do the manual firmware update that I mention below. Still would rather see an official update. UPDATE: Just saw some folks on Reddit talking about a firmware update that is fixing some folks issues but you need to download a separate app to upload the firmware manually and follow specific instructions. Any chance the devs can just give us another official app update with this new firmware included? Once this watch is doing all the things that have been promised it will do I will happily up this review to 5 stars! MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: I made the mistake of updating the firmware and a bunch of the coolest settings on the Chronomark are gone. Really wanted to tweak the settings to create my own gesture to turn on the watch face. Regardless, on iOS, this app has been buggy as heck. Sometimes it doesn’t want to pair the watch, sometimes it does but doesn’t stay connected. When it does stay connected it might stay connected for 10 or 12 hours but then drops again. On the rare occasion, when all the features work, it’s really great. Right now my watch is paired but the app can’t turn on notifications or music control. I’ll flip the toggles in this app but as soon as I look away they flip back. Also the Weather app on the watch keeps saying that there is no weather data. None of these problems exist when I pair it to my 1st gen Surface Duo, ironically enough. But my Duo isn’t my primary phone. I hope you can update this app and the firmware asap! I love this thing but it just isn’t worth anything close to what we paid for it currently.

Still can’t use watch. When I first received my watch I did a firmware upgrade successfully then a short time later it disconnect and I’m unable to reconnect with not help from support

Doesn’t work. Doesn’t connect even when fully powered, plugged in, settings reset, soft reset, just very unresponsive.

Why no Apple Watch compatibility?. Downloaded thinking I was finally going to live my dream of using a Pip Boy now that I have an Apple Watch, just to realize it’s only for a Collectors Edition smartwatch. Pretty disappointed. Would love to see these features enabled for iOS watches so more players can enjoy!!!

Really Cool Video Game Related. I love the Starfield App. It pairs with the game and instead of checking in game 24/7 on the time in game per world it shows you on the Watch.

For all into the Starfield. Got the watch and am finally ready to play. If only it linked to the game too like the pip boy

Waited months all for it to not work day 1.. I have an iPhone13 running on iOS 17 and I have tried everything from resetting the watch to trying to connect it on an iPhone using iOS 16 and all it does is get stuck in a loop that keeps asking me to click the green checkmark on the Watch for it to connect. How pathetic that you release a productwith most of its features not available on day one and I can’t use it with the game at all. What was the point of this watch pathetic

Literally doesnt function. @bethesda, please fix the issues with this watch. i cant connect it to the app or my phone. even worse my wife feels horrible since she purchased this insanely expensive paperweight as a gift for me.

App does not pair watch to phone. The app does not work when pairing the watch to your phone. Bethesda has been unresponsive to the issue despite several tickets and follow up. There are numerous Reddit threads chronicling the issue.

The watch is cool, but what about Apple Watch support?. I wish this had a separate app that had a more interactive and/or more graphically feature rich menus.

Was hoping they would make this work with Apple Watch.. I don’t have the Starfield Watch. I was just hoping it would pair with the Apple Watch. This would be a big seller and reach way more homes. Update when and if it’s ever supported.

Cool Novelty. The watch is nice and the game itself is fantastic. Personally just see it as a novelty but appreciate the effort BGS put into this.

Perpetual Pairing. If this app worked alongside the watch properly, this wouldn’t be a half bad app. The problem is that the watch/app never gets beyond the “pair with phone” phase. I’ve been sitting here hitting that green check mark every 10 or so seconds for the past 15 minutes just to see if it connects. Somehow it finally connected while I was writing this. Update it connected and gets some notifications, but the app doesn’t actually show it connected and dumps it into pairing mode when I launch the app. What a piece of junk.

Watch is poor quality and the app is incomplete. Besides the issues already noted here (watch saying to use the app for features that don’t exist in the app), the watch is very poor quality and a large number of people are finding the screen freaking out with vertical lines (like interlacing) appearing all over the display with ghost images and shaking text. Customer support says to do a factory reset and then download the firmware and install it again. However, the factory reset feature of the app is broken as all it does is erase your settings and reboot the watch. It does NOT restore it to the factory settings as the latest firmware is still downloaded to and installed on the watch.

Perfection in a Watch. Probably the most interesting and capable watches with abilities with G-reader, Pressure, and Temp. This is a watch with loaded abilities to tell more than just time. The game itself is jaw dropping with its uniqueness and beauty. Already one of my top 3 games! Thank you Bethesda!

New Update, no issues resolved. Who would’ve guessed? Bethesda released an update for improved IOS compatibility, but the watch still doesn’t communicate with the app even though it’s connected. Same issues it’s had before. A broken watch is right twice a day, but this one just displays any random time it wants, whenever it wants. Such a cool product just to be a $300 flop.

Great design, but…. Great design, but i can’t get the watch to pair through the app. i get stuck in a loop of pressing the green check mark to start pairing. i enjoy the watch and the features it has, however i can’t use 90% of those features without being paired

Frustrating. I took my watch out of its amazing case, plugged it into its little dock, got it synced with my phone. After 20 or so minutes of messing around with it, plugged it back onto the dock. Looked into the app, saw a firmware update! Figured, maybe there are some extra features. No, I’ve been given a firmware update to my essentially 225 dollar smartwatch that removes it’s smart capabilities by shutting off Bluetooth forever and removes the option from the settings. Woo. To the devs. Way to go. -Project Dickens- 2v18.2174 model 70d2 Love to say I want a refund but I just want it to work. -a friendly development analyst.

Very cool watch, but the app needs work. I’ve been using my watch since it was released. It looks great and functions nicely. Although it’s rather basic for a supposed “smartwatch” it still impresses me. My issue is mostly with the app and its connection to the watch. Even though I have it paired to my iPhone, it seems I have to periodically “reconnect” or “update” the connection throughout the day. There are times if I check the weather feature that it has changed from Fahrenheit to Celsius, (I prefer Fahrenheit). I then have to update the located and connection again to make it switch back. And yes, I’ve check the settings in the app and it shows that I’ve selected Fahrenheit. Additionally I’ve noticed my watch gaining or losing time throughout the day. Some days it stay right on time. Other days it may be as fast as 10 seconds to 1 hour or slow just as much. When I notice something isn’t right, I have to open the app, (and mind you, I don’t fully close it, it’s always running in the background), I have to go to the second page in the app and select “set time on watch” to get it to correct the time. Developers, you seriously need to get an update out that fixes these crazy issues. As it is now, I cannot rely on my “Chronomark” to give me the correct time.

Won’t connect. Watch won’t connect to the phone, tried reinstalling all, resetting Bluetooth, resetting watch. Nothing works. ios17

Watch won’t connect. It’s be nice if the app would connect to the watch easier or if they added a pairing mode on the watch rather than the plug-in and wait method, which isn’t working for me. Also, it’s be nice if they allowed you to change the watches unit of measurement using the app. As of now, much like Bethesda’s games, it could use some work on launch day.

Latest update. Thank you for the update the watch works perfectly and it was worth the wait . I appreciate your time in trying to get the fixed for iOS 17 !! I’m stoked !

Watch bricked after firmware update. After downloading this app, I thought everything was gonna be cool but the moment I connected the watch and set it to download the update that was already ready for it to download, the update bricked the watch, disconnected it, and took all Bluetooth settings and discoverability off the watch, and made it completely unable to connect by Bluetooth!!!😡 I seriously hope that Bethesda is planning on fixing this somehow because at this point the watch is just a gigantic paperweight with no Bluetooth connect ability whatsoever being possible. you guys really screwed the pooch on this one Bethesda time to make things, right…

Watch or app does not work properly. I got it connected the first time good, and nothing was wrong and stalled the first firmware update about five hours. After that, Bluetooth stopped working entirely and now I can no longer reconnect, and the worst part is I followed all the steps that they provided in the app to troubleshoot it anything it made it worse because now it will not reconnect, no matter what Another problem with it is the weather is not released at launch, so we still do not have weather yet, or an option to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit

Does not work consistently. Love the watch but it constantly messes up. Doesn’t show the right time, steps or save my preferences. Have to do a reboot almost every day.

Add Apple Watch support!. No one has that dumb watch just let us use the app on a smart watch or just give us a similar app to fall out 4’s pip boy app

Watch is very nice, the software is awful. I have been wearing this watch pretty regularly since release and I haven’t gone a single day of putting it on where I haven’t had some issue. The most common problem is it just seems to freeze while charging. I have to reset it pretty much every time I put it on. It’s sounds like a small gripe but honestly you’d expect your watch to just work, especially for something you want to wear daily. My other biggest gripe is that the weather functionality is buggy. Most times I have to go into the app to force the weather data onto the watch (which defeats the point, if I already have my phone out I can just check it there). Worse though, it’s buggy when it comes to Fahrenheit / Celsius. I use F but i can’t seem to get it to display the temp in F properly. Either it just displays C, or it displays the “F” text but is clearly using the data for C (so it’s just wrong). I really hope the don’t just stop updates for this thing because I paid good money for it and as of now it’s failing to deliver both on expectations of basic functionality and extended features.

Repair!. My watch cannot link to my mobile after upgrade! There don’t even show Me the Bluetooth and other after upgrades

Weather doesn't work. Great watch and app is good too but it doesn't get the weather as advertised which is disappointing.

Firmware Update Removed Connectivity. Downloaded app day 1. Did the initial firmware update and seemed to be working fine. After a while the watch disconnected from my phone. When trying to reconnect, the watch had its Bluetooth settings removed and the app fails to connect to the watch. Like the Bluetooth function has been deleted. Bethesda support won’t respond to any tickets. Bunch of people are experiencing the same issue on Reddit. Bethesda won’t even acknowledge the issue!

bricked my watch. plugged the chronowatch in to charge, screen turned on, and connected to my phone via bluetooth, all good. upon opening the app i was prompted to update the watch software so i did. after that the watch turned off and hasn’t turned back on since. black screen, i followed the FAQs & did the soft reset & hardware reset, still nothing. now i’m left with a $300 paperweight :(

Needs more features on the watch and app. The wearhwr doesnt work - says i need to enable on the app but can’t see anywhere that can be done The step cont would be great if it synced back to the app to keep a record of the steps Would be good if the Starfield logo could display for a couple of seconds before the watxh face shows instead of having either the logo or the watch face - if the app could control that in settings it would be an enhancement

THIS APP BREAKS THE WATCH. Terrible product. When you first connect the watch to the app it installs an update that removes Bluetooth functionality, making the watch useless. No point in contacting support either, they just tell you to delete the app and reinstall.
