Interesting game but needs adjustments. I don’t like that you have to wait for chapters to release…. If you’re going to release a game, people should be able to play it a very long time. I got through 8 chapters in about 40 mins. Also I think the game would take longer to complete if we had more dialogue options. A few times the response I wanted to say wasn’t even listed. I also feel like it took a while to even have a dialog choice pop up in the script. I was actually looking forward to this being a bit more like the show, where my choices would really steer the direction of these imaginary relationships. It seems a bit too simple. Lots of reading, not many choices. I like that all of the characters are beautiful, I like the artistry of the game as far as scenery as well. Would be cool too if there were moments in the game with little clips as if it’s a show. Like when a drink gets tossed on my character, it could be from first-person view, and watching a drink hit my dress, looking down at my clothing and commenting or something. I hope the game gets more complex and more interactive.

So much fun… but. I love this game a lot. It’s got all the elements of the other story games without the expense. The story’s have a lot of drama (sometimes too much like in the Love is Blind story) and they also have sweet romantic storylines. I think the “Outer Banks” game could use a lot more work. I know it’s one of the newest but the romance and fashion seems a lot limited compared to the other stories. You pick a romantic partner at the beginning and you can’t change it. Also the choices of your partner are limited to JJ, Pope, or Kiara. I think you should include Rafe as a potential love interest and maybe even write in a few more. This will help expand the stories possibilities and make the game a lot more detailed and entertaining. I also recommend you add more outfit choices instead of having us rotate between 4 tasteless outfits. If I had to rank the games in order from best to worst I’d say best is Love is Blind, then Selling Sunset, Emily in Paris, Virgin River, Outer Banks, and finally Perfect Match. There isn’t much to say about Perfect Match, it just wasn’t very entertaining. Overall this game is a really fun, free, entertaining experience. There are some additions that should be made to certain stories but it is still a great game.

LOVE!!!!!. I love interactive stories and this was one of my favs so far! Overall it stays true to the actual show but what things I loved most was that u could change her outfits whenever u wanted and she was always getting cute new ones added, and it allows you to really choose what direction you want the character to go in…and the best part is IT’s FREE!!!!!!! All the other stories I’ve gotten you have to have gems etc. to even change an outfit or make certain decisions for the character which takes the fun out of it! Also it’s 15 chapters which is really long unlike most( again that u pay for) that are usually 5 chapters. Good Job on this one Netflix.. wish others would follow ur lead more.

Bad clothing options and Nikki is trash. Let me start by saying I appreciate that you don’t charge for the choices and I love every game I play but perfect match has a few small issues for me personally. Firstly every other series has a ton of clothing options but this game has the same few outfits and it’s boring please add more. Secondly please give us the opportunity to clap back at Nikki I’m so tired of her just running all over my character and I haven’t finished the series but Nikki needs to get read for the filth she is please give me the opportunity. I can’t wait till like chapter 15 or something to finally clap back at this btch. But those are my only complaints bc overall I love all the romance games you’ve done and I can’t wait to play the other games that are coming soon.

This game could have be so much better than what this mess is!. I am the type to be obsession with choice games matter but this is not it at all. I got so freaking excited when I saw this was coming out and was waited forever for it to be release. The first few episodes before Mexico episode was decent and wishing the episode was long and more time in the pod so that we could get to know the male love interest’s more. The male character got distinct personality and I wish they do not all reaction the same way to the choices that we make. The dialogue I wish would be different from each choice we make and the dialogue with our love interests be different too instead of them all sound and reaction the same way. I wish we could start off in the pod as a female or a male and that if you going to have non-binary then we should be able to have hairstyle and clothes to match the non-binary options. Definitely wishing the clothes and hair style and jewelry options is better and more characters customization and better facial expressions and more body shape options and for us to be able to have tattoos and piercing options also. Better dialogue for and longer episode because the episode are getting shorter and shorter and I love the cliffhanger only if the chapters are longer. The glitch and stuff and the writing could be so much better!

Everything feels rushed?. If you compare this app to either of the THTH apps I think you’ll understand what I’m saying. Both of those games had lots of options, clothing & match wise, and the apps worked smoothly for the most part. The other big thing those apps have is a sort of control center, somewhere you can go on the app to look at your current standing with the other NPC’s and a list of your past decisions. Something of the sort would be a major help with this app. Compared to the other “choice” games Netflix has released, this app honestly feels unfinished and rushed, right down to the release of new episodes. The release times are always glitching or shifting back a day or so, and recently the clothing & makeup options have been very lack luster (or honestly non existent) in Perfect Match. The stories themselves are pretty good, but I believe the functionality of the app itself is the biggest problem at the moment. With all the being said, I’d like to thank the writers & game designers for working on this app! I doubt Netflix gave you all the budget you truly needed for an app the would run multiple stories, but even as is now, this has been one of my favorite games Netflix has released yet! I’m sure with a few changes to the app, this could be the BEST simulation/choice games on the app store! I look forward to seeing the work that’s released in the future:)

Virgin River. So far I’ve only played Virgin River and let me tell you I love the story and I love these types of stories as well. The worst part about them is all the gem spending you have to do to get nice clothing or certain parts of the story. Here from what I’ve experienced so far no spending whatsoever and I love it. It gives me a fun story and nice outfits and able to engage in the story how I want without the extra spending. I think definitely this is the app for players who enjoy the interactive story games. Ps I just finished all of the chapters of Virgin River that are available so far and when I realized that there was no more to play yet I was upset, but I found out it updates weekly and that the next episode comes out tomorrow. I’m quite excited to see what’s coming next

Lot of hopes, met with disappointment. This game had a lot of potential to capture the interest of the choice based games fans and Love is Blind fans. The direction in which this story was going missed so many marks. The character development was either little to none or rushed. There should be more time spent in the pods where we get to know ALL this dates and know more about our cast mates and ourselves. There was no personality discrepancy between love interests. It was very robotic The storyline is very clunky. Scarlett being the lgbt option for the game was not done well. 1. if you chose the straight option, you would still have scenarios in which it seems like you were pursuing a relationship with her, which is not the case. 2. If you did go for Scarlett, you get 1 scene with her on the beach, she gets mad at you for whatever, and then she sends you a note to crash the wedding... It makes no sense. We never got the chance to develop a relationship and now we're expected to marry her??? This games pacing was very off. I was even caught off guard with the wedding being sooner. Y'all should have the same kind of scenes in the show translated in the game. More branching with different love interests, more character development, especially with the family. And an option to say no at the altar. Look at Too Hot to Handle and get their developers to help you please

SPOILER ALERT. The story just keeps getting worse. Why is this game constantly trying to throw you in some sort of autumn drama? Not to mention, some of the plot points really don’t make sense. Like why exactly is the cheater blackmailing the Mc? The video he uses makes 0% sense. Also, why would anyone vote for a cheater who showed up with another woman? We also didn’t get a choice on if we even wanted to be next seasons host, we just got forced to be in the running. Also, where did Scarlett go? After the wedding she evaporated and the game didn’t even bother telling us what happened to her. When did my character get so close to Eve? Also, I’m like 90% sure Eve didn’t even get married and by the next episode after the weddings they were apparently married? (she was at my wedding in black, even said that she wasn’t marrying her man) and why is it that whoever is with Eve cheats? In my game it was Zayid who cheated and that makes absolutely no sense, the man is supposed to be a prince, this game doesn’t take any of the guys personalities into account at all. There’s literally an entire subreddit for this game, and most of it just talks how bad this game is. Honestly, this game is laughable at best.

Almost perfect game!. I absolutely love the game, the only problem is I can’t change my characters hair, it would be so much better if I could change the hair instead of being stuck with the same style for every occasion. Also, after Mexico, almost all of the dialogue is the same for every single person you get engaged to, and it would be more interesting if it was different! I’m currently married to Zayid, who’s the Prince. Our life together shouldn’t be the exact same as my life was with Blaze. Make it personal to each person. It’s the same house, the same lines, the same drama. I expected with zayid to have more royal stuff because I’m now the princess but it’s literally the exact same as it was with Blaze and it’s not fun. Other than that, it’s my favorite game.

Enjoying how fun these stories are. Love Love LOVE the fact that I can navigate through the stories w/o having to deal with in-game currencies. I do wish the characters in a couple of the stories had softer features and clothes options. For example, Emily in Paris. All the facial options are overly masculine and the clothes are all either unflatteringly, I’ll-fitting or unattractive, or both. Just wish the art style was better, and the clothes weren’t so … unfortunate looking. All in all, I’m enjoying the stories and the ability to control their narratives. Looking forward to the other two yet-to-be-released stories that are coming soon. I hope “soon” is in the near, foreseeable future *hint, hint*

Disappointed. In perfect match, I don’t know why they thought everyone would want to pine after a LI who made promises to you, talked about meeting family, slept with you, and then stabbed you in the back the very next day by wanting to work it out with their ex after explicitly saying there were no feelings there. I also don’t know why they thought that a good alternative for us if we didn’t want to stay with that first love interest is to force someone on us that we never showed attention to, someone we don’t want, instead of having one of our friends ask us who were interested in so that person could approach us. The clothing options are terrible, too. I had high hopes after Too Hot to Handle, but I’m not even finishing Prefect Match because I’m stuck with someone I don’t want. Virgin a river could have been okay, but there’s no branching. If you want to play a second time with a different Love Interest, it’s boring because the conversations and moments are exactly the same. I’m in a group for Perfect Match and another for Netflix Stories (both on Reddit) and EVERYONE feels this way. What a let down.

Mediocre and rushed. Love is blind was mediocre and felt rushed, same with Virgin river & perfect match. None of the character style has changed it’s the same clothes, face, & hairstyles for all 3 games. & the worst part which I don’t understand..you guys take ages to finally release a game & you release it for WHAT reason exactly? Because we can’t play the entire game. We have to wait weeks for less than 5 minutes of gameplay? What’s the point of releasing the game if it’s not complete? Makes no sense. This isn’t a tv show it’s a GAME. Do NOT release a game if it’s not finished and ready to be played in it’s entirety. & put more effort into the character’s, & the actual plot instead of rushing it. All I’m saying is..too hot to handle 3 better be released in its ENTIRETY & the characters better be even better than the last two games. Otherwise I’m canceling Netflix altogether because these games were legit the only reason I kept my subscription.

If your gonna let me be nonbinary dont make me look like kris jenner. More short hair options and more androgynous clothing options. Also facial customization cld b better. Also you could just give people actual gencer options because im sure some dude out there wants to play this game and doesnt want to play as the girl... and tbh it would be fun for anyone to play both sides of the pods. The way it's engineered right now makes the character kindof void of personality and you dont really get to share about your characters personal stuff at all, they just have to listen to the guy or the pod squad, basically id like to have more personality building dialogue options and better character customization options please.

Writing is good but some stuff…. The best part about is that you don’t have to pay for any choices. Games like this usually have a gem system that makes it way less fun but this one does not and that already gives it a lot of stars. However, I have some issues. I played the perfect match story, it was mostly good but at some point they split the contestants up by gender and it put me at a table with the women even though I told it I was a man. I feel like it did that because I was dating a man and honestly I’m kind of offended. They also force you into a lot of weird jealousy stuff over and over again even though all of my choices showed that I was not getting jealous. One more thing, at one point my match in the game came out to me as bi? He had previously talked about dating women so it wasn’t really a reveal because, like I said earlier, I’m a man. All this stuff made me feel like this game is super heteronormative. It just sort of assumes I’m a woman because I’m dating a man? I wouldn’t have a problem with it if the first thing the game asks you wasn’t your pronouns. It makes me wonder what the point of letting you pick a gender is anyway if the game was just going to decide for you. That being said I would definitely be into a similar game if this issue was fixed!

Writing needs impro. I am a really big fan of the game, but some stories feel weird when playing as a man since it is in the female perspective. I think that if you decide to play as a man the story should be the same but tweaked a little bit so you’re playing in the perspective of a man instead of a woman. For example I am playing perfect match as a man and my partner is a woman and she is picking me up and carrying me which is a little weird and feels like I should be the one carrying her. I also agree with what other people have said about everyone in perfect match being bisexual, it seems unrealistic and some people you shouldn’t be able to date based on the gender you picked because of their sexuality. It is a good game but I feel like we need the writing to be more in a mans perspective when playing as a man.

Improvements need to be made. The Good: Virginia River was a long fun. Great characters and a fun story. They really should focus on a sequel following your character as there were a few loose ends they could tie up. The chapters could be longer but that is also because the story was a lot of fun to play through. #TeamMadison The Bad: The other two games need improvement. They suffer from the same issues Too Hot To Handle suffer from and that is a focus on being too inclusive without tailoring the expertise for the specific player. Virginia River gives the option from the get go as to what you want your characters sexual preference to be: men, women, or men and women. And the game will actually gender swap love interest depending on that preference. In Love is Blind you can only play a female. In Perfect Match you can play as male or female but they still set you up for same sex encounters even when there is a prompt in game as to what sex you’re into. Having every character as bisexual can take you out of the experience because it feels inauthentic and like a blanketed story that doesn’t tailor each play through as unique. Here’s hoping the next games they release are better at this.

Some Glitches and Story Limitations. The story is fun and draws you in. It’s a lot of drama, but I guess that’s the point otherwise it’s just fake nice love etc. i thought the option to pick a woman really was amazing but the rest of the dialogue still has dialogue where the plot is clearly meant for the pick of a man because it refers to a character as “he” and still says things like “picks you up” etc. which is a very heteronormative style but anyway still very cool and somewhat believable. The “love” dialogues move so fast. There were also some scenes where I didn’t understand why suddenly we were locked into only certain options that didn’t match how i had been playing. Other dialogue was total fluff and I found myself clicking through as quickly as possible because it was boring and predictable. Some glitches include showing the wrong character on screen when the dialogue box says someone else is talking. Also why are there so many outfit changes? The last thing is that unfortunately now I’m stuck in the game and the app isn’t responding since the last update. It’s just showing the initial company info and then a black screen.

I am waiting for more. I agree with the other woman about love is blind. It was good, but it was just too much drama and I agree that it just wasn’t enough time to get to really know your mate. It didn’t really show us living together for a while. It didn’t show us having children or our family or what we did. What did the outcome that as a person to date someone was kind of the same but a little different but it didn’t the way I wanted it to and the new story. I just read Virgin River. I liked it but it was a little too much drama trip and about time they got together. I just hope that they would have some hope like he got what he wanted. She got what she wanted and they both got their family, it was nice but when I saw yeah had more. I thought y’all had wrote more on the story so I ended up reading it again and same outcome. I wish it was just a little bit more and when are y’all going to open up the rest of the stories still visible but they’re not open yet, I’m waiting to read those. I’m tired of rereading the only two that’s visible actually I’m ready for the other two that’s visible to open up. I’m ready for the dating game to go ahead and finish so I can finish reading that as well. I’m ready for more I hope there is more to come

This game has so much potential!. I absolutely love choice matter games and when I saw this was coming out, I had waited forever for it to release. The first few episodes were amazing, aside from us not having enough time in the pods, I felt that each of the men had distinct personalities and it made me want to replay the game so I could get to know all of them. I decided to replay the game and at a certain point all of our love interest’s dialogue starts merging together and they have absolutely no personality. I was super bummed to see this because I really enjoyed how meaningful the branching felt in the first few episodes but the blending of personalities between all of our love interests completely diminishes that. It was so upsetting because I would’ve loved to see how different each outcome could have been.

Best game ever! however... I like this game but I hate that the story keeps forcing drama on your character with Autumn it’s extremely annoying and gets old the point of love is blind is to focus on the stranger you married not other people’s relationship and it seems half the story have been revolved around autumn and your character fighting which is rediculous. in the actual love is blind show people are jealous etc but after the honeymoon you focus on relationship building with a stranger I’m hoping y’all make these a little more realistic and stop forcing drama with autumn onto our character, our character is always being thr villian of everything which is boring let other characters have issues to not just ours, even when you pick options that don’t stir the pot somehow your character is “ still “ forced into scandals you don’t want which is stupid and It feels more like the games plot is nothing but drama instead of actual romance building with your partner which ruins the purpose of love is blind. Half the playthrough after the pods was drama after drama and barely getting to know your partner for the game which is quite irritating

PLEASE LET US CHANGE EYEBROW COLOR!!!. Honestly it’s a fun game, and while I wish they would let us pick face shape, eye shape, mouth shape, etc. and build what we want our character to look like instead of choosing out of premade faces, overall it’s ok and doesn’t take away too much from my enjoyment of the game. That being said, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AT LEAST LET US CHANGE THE EYEBROW COLOR! I’m blond so I tend to make blond characters, and the blond hair with brown to black eyebrows (depending on the premade face that you choose) is just not doing it for me guys. It’s actually so distracting from the game because I feel like it looks weird on the character. Anyway, that’s my only major request for how to make the game better. I like how the creators took Netflix shows and made them into playable games. And we don’t have to pay for anything in game like we do for the Love Island game or Episode since this game comes with our Netflix subscription so that’s awesome! Anyway, creators PLEASE consider my request if at all possible. Thank you!

Too Short and Not Enough Material. Overall, I enjoyed it, but was way too short! I fell in love with Danny in the pods, but I rarely get to get any alone time with him. The others were constantly around. The show is about building a relationship between you and your significant other. I know in the show they all hang out together, but it’s not constant. I wanted so badly visit Danny’s Dive and learn how to salsa dance with him. I didn’t get anything like that! I had one scene in Danny’s apartment, and of course, there has to be a crazy stalker ex. They based the whole plot on unrealistic drama. After we left the pods, it was nothing like the actual show at all. Why would the writers have rush the wedding to happen this next day? I’m honestly baffled by their choices. Next season, please make it more like more the show. That’s the whole reason we played it, after all!

Love this game, BUT. I actually love these games! No gems needed, great character development, great personalization choices, great story lines, HOWEVER it seems your choices don’t really impact the stories. The dialogue doesn’t change depending on who you choose or how you handle a situation (Perfect Match; Darcy and Andrew are interchangeable and makes no difference on interactions with main character). It’s just a fill in the name blank for the story. Too Hot Too Handle has already figured this out and has managed to make great strides in allowing choices to drive the dialogue and gives each character their own personality which changes the relationships in unique ways. Really, this is the only change I would make for this app, otherwise it’s perfect!

I’m a serial simulation game player and this is good, but not the best. I feel like “Love is Blind” is a really good release for the first story on their own app. However, they could use much more inclusivity and variety in many places, including but certainly not limited to: gender presentation and identification, body shape, facial features, personality/personalization, differing storylines/quotes per love interest. Some of the episodes felt a little short and a few others felt like they were just getting reader from plot point A to plot point B without much character development and tension building. The graphics are a cool style and the back drops are very pretty. Overall it’s a fun play through and the love interests are all very generally attractive. I would definitely recommend someone to try it for themselves, with or without improvements!

*edit* Unplayable. I tried playing selling sunset and it just keeps saying get story over and over. I started a chat 24 hours ago and haven’t gotten a reply yet. *edit* they fixed the issue but I did not hear back from customer support for over 72 hours. It would have been nice to at least get a response thanking me for bringing up the issue and to let me know it was being worked on rather than just ignored for 3 days. Now that I got to play selling sunset I will say. It is really dumb. Honestly I feel like it was such a good concept but terrible execution. Instead of using actually good writing do bring up realistically stressful scenarios they just went the easy unoriginal uninspired route and added a mean girl character whose only mission in life is to be mean to you. Literally so unrealistic and one dimensional. Feels like a middle schooler could have come up with the bully character. Honestly really bummed. I also played love is blind and perfect match and they are a little better but still feels like the same quality or worse that you can get from Episode Choose Your Story. So far my favorite was love is blind.

Good app but glitches SO BAD. I love the show so I was excited for the game . However between all of the glitches (making me overwrite and restart my game over 6 times in one week or basically in 2 days ) ; having no chapter reset button , you can only go back to the beginning whether you want to or not . Also as much as we are paying Netflix now more customizable MC , you can’t even change your hair but you are stopping ever five seconds to change your clothes , more branching - EVERY single LI says almost exactly the same thing and also your “drama “ should be different if you are following a loyal or not route . I am going to finish playing what I started (Unless it makes me start over AGAIN ). However there is very little re-playability to this game and will NOT be recommending to other and do NOT get a membership just to play this and THTH2 ; not worth it !!!!

Playable. Overall I do like the different games and the storylines. I love the customization options for your character and how the options for the style of clothing fits each scenario or the scenery of each of the games. I wish there were more options for you to choose from in dialogue and that there were more dialogue that you can choose for your character instead of just reading a lot of it. I also wish that everything wasn’t so drama focused. I get that some of these types of shows the games are based off on include drama but some of the drama is out of place and doesn’t fit and seems to just be thrown in to keep your attention when I feel like the game captures that without so much of it. I also think that waiting for the chapters makes me less interested in the game because I’ll be so into it breezing through the chapters and wanting to finish out my characters’ story, and then next thing I know I have to wait for the next chapter to come out to find out what happens next. I feel like they shouldn’t be released until all of the chapters are complete so the player can play it out fully.

Awesome game!. This has to be by far the best mobile app game I have ever played. The details, the music, the graphics are incredible. The storyline is the incredible! The only thing needs to be considered ASAP and hopefully fixed within updates is for them to work on giving us more clothing choices when it comes to dressing our character, along with having a choice to actually do their make up. Give us the option to pick their lipsticks and eyeshadow. As of now we don’t have the option to put make up on the character. We only have complexion changes and body size options, and hairstyles, with limited clothing options. Hopefully that will be fixed soon and considered. Definitely my favorite game! 🥰

Highly disappointing. After playing Netflix’s Too Hot to Handle games, I was so excited about Netflix Games. But the three games that have been released so far by Netflix Games—Love is Blind, Virgin River, and Perfect Match—have all been hugely disappointing. These games offer very little freedom in terms of how they are played, with no branching story lines and very few options when it comes to making choices. They’re all also single-romance games, which is fine but not necessarily everyone’s cup of tea. Their real shortcoming, in my view, is that once you choose your love interest you’re basically locked into playing these games according to a fixed story line, one that doesn’t vary depending on which love interest you choose. I think Netflix made a mistake by hiring a different developer for these games than the THTH games, and the difference in game-play quality is pronounced.

Could’ve been so much better. Dude, this game could have been so much better. It’s like they did the crummiest job ever with these initial stories and for what? To come back later with improvements that could’ve just been added in the first freakin place. I hate lazy game makers. The stories are super limited. It’s like you’re just playing the same story with a different character over and over again. The stories are legit the same. They are dry, honestly boring and not very inventive at all. It doesn’t matter who you end up with the story is the same. The ending is the same. The options are the same. At least on TH2H, they did decently on the first go round and the second one was immensely better. It’s just no point to playing this game because it’s just like they did the bare minimum. And then toward the end whoever you end up with is stuck in the same clothes from after the wedding on. All the options when you talk to the other characters are the same. I’m really just not a fan. This could’ve been so much better.

Entertaining when it actually works. I was enjoying this game and made it all the way to the chapter where my character gets married, but then the app just stopped working. I get a loading screen and then it just goes black. I tried reporting the issue to the app support they have linked, but it’s just general Netflix support and they know absolutely nothing about the game. Like they didn’t even seem to know what it was or that it existed. And their only advice was to “close the app and restart it.” 🙄 So now I’m forced to delete the app and reinstall to see if that fixes the issue and lose all my progress with it, or just leave the app alone hoping the issue resolves itself eventually with an update. But in the meantime, I have no way of finishing the story I started, so this was basically just a tremendous waste of time. Thanks Netflix.

Emily in Paris is broken!. Was playing the games and loving them until one day I went to play Emily in Paris and it said something about overwriting a save file? Never saw it before and I believe I pressed yes because I wanted to move onto the next chapter. Next thing I know my character has gone back to default start appearance and all the choices have look like the codes that developers would put in. UPDATE: the development team responded and looked into the issue which as far as I can tell still hasn’t been fixed as there has been 0 ‘updates’ for the game in the APP store. As much as I am aware that Netflix games are free. NETFLIX the company is not. After suggesting I may (and did) have to completely restart my 10 chapter game because of their inadequacy I believe I should get a free month at Netflix offered at MINIMUM not just a ‘sorry we messed up’ message.

OBSESSED!!!. I absolutely love it. I love the show and now I get to feel like I’m apart of the world of emily in Paris. The love interests are everything, and I can’t get over all the gorgeous clothes!!! and the fact they are FREE??? Episode could never. I absolutely love the fact that I don’t have to pay a stupid amount of money or any money at all to have nice outfits or to make good decisions. I keep getting constant anxiety that suddenly I’ll have to pay money to wear something beautiful or pick a good choice and it still hasn’t happened, I’m so happy about that! I love love love love love it this app I can’t get enough!!! I can’t express how much I love it. The story line is awesome!! Such A Great Game!!!. So far I’m really loving the game and the story. Such a cliffhanger we’re on now and I can’t wait for the next episode to know what happens next. I wish it was fully released and you could just play through it just because I start to lose interest in games or forget about them when I have to wait a week for the next part to be available. I tend to just stop playing and then come back when it’s fully released if I come back at all. But that’s just me being impatient. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 starts is because I wish that you could restart the last episode you played instead of having yo start all the way over with the story. That’s a tad inconvenient, but other than that, the story, the characters, not having to buy outfits or hairstyles, the choices and overall vibe of the game is phenomenal. I can’t wait to see how it continues to improve over time.

Everything feels rushed. Endings need work. Etc.. Netflix games require enhancements, including increased character customization, more satisfying story endings and wardrobe changes for non-playable characters. Releasing multiple chapters simultaneously would improve the experience. I appreciate the absence of premium choices and subscription fees, unlike other games. (Since it’s included in our Netflix subscription) The THTH series games was exceptional, but subsequent releases have been rushed and disappointing, leaving us wanting more. There could have been more content added to complete stories. We want to see happy endings without being told story is complete once it starts getting better. Why do these stories receive less attention than the THTH series? If new stories like Virgin River Christmas are created, the character should carry over from the previous Virgin River story. Most recent read: Virgin River Christmas concluded in four episodes. Why? Why couldn't we witness the progression of our character's story and love life? Very frustrating! Just like all the other story endings.

Good Friggin Start!!!. I’m loving the game and the details on the pod dating. The stories and backgrounds of the people are beautifully interesting. I’m literally on edge and anxious to play this next chapter. I tried not to but I think I plucked a prince 😂😭 A few things I can add though, I would say the options could be more spectral Like the wedding dress decision is either I loved it or I hate it and I was neither I kinda liked it! Wanted alterations. That could be something to add and it’d also add a layer to the next chapter or even give room to a new one ! Also, why can’t I change my hair once I make it ? I mean I loved my hairstyle but dang lol lemme switch up every few choices or so especially between different event types. Same thing for the jewelry. However, I’m aware that most of these things will improve with game since it’s new! I still absolutely enjoy playing it. I’m a stories person and I love the show so BOOM 👏🏾🫶🏾 Oh Ive never had to overwrite or restart my game Not sure what’s happening there. It’s probably your memory or phone because it literally never does that At least not in my experience. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Enjoyable! But…. I really do enjoy the stories in this app and recommend it to anyone. I enjoy that it’s not “pg-13” like many other apps out there. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to some simple, small issues in the stories. For example, in Perfect Match, sometimes the story and text doesn’t line up. Natasha is matched with Meredith, yet when Natasha talks about her date with the “first dance lessons” and how she got the “ick”…she specifically says “he” each time. “HE” did this. “HE” said that. Even when your character responds to her, your own character says “HE”. This was also an issue in an episode towards the beginning. It’s not game breaking, but I got really confused because I’m wondering if I somehow missed that she matched up with someone else (but she didn’t…the recap of the episode even says Natasha and Meredith are together)

Would have gave 5 stars just a two problems. This game is almost perfect! I love the fact that it is kind of a new experience when u choose different fiancé each time u play! The only problem I have is with dressing! I feel like when u change outfits there should also be an option that lets u change the hair as well! For the wedding I was wanted an bun type of look but I had no other option but to wear it down. Another issue, I was really hoping to actually get into the royalty lifestyle with the prince but it was as if I was picking any other person. Overall it is a great game it’s just not picking the hairstyles with outfits kind of takes the fun away from changing outfits throughout the game in my opinion.

Lacking. It’s fun but it is lacking. I have played a couple of different ways while waiting for new episodes to come out and while it is interesting for the most part it is pretty generic so there isn’t a lot of difference in the storyline depending on how you play. To me I feel like each character should have their own actions, dialogue, personality, etc. for example the same ex shows up no matter who you pick, someone cheats on their spouse but it’s not always the same person depending on how you play, etc. Which I’m sure is because they want you to always walk away with a happy ending but that’s not how life works and it would be more fun to have the story actually change based on who you pick and how you play.

Loved it. I loves these types of games, I’ve been playing them for years and was excited to see Netflix get in on it. On top of that it’s stories of shows I really like, it’s like I get to be in the show almost. What’s even better is that it doesn’t cost anything if you have an account. Most games like this make you buy gems to spend on certain choices or outfits but this doesn’t at all and I love that. I can’t wait to see what other stories you come out with that I can join in on! I’m already on the weekly updates of Emily in Paris and Selling Sunset(which I never even watched before trying out the game, now I’m on like season 4)

Frozen at 20%…. Like many other reviews, I have also played Netflix Stories for quite some time and made considerable progress. Not only have I read Love is Blind, Perfect Match, and Virgin River, but I was a few chapters in with Emily in Paris as well, and looking forward to Selling Sunset. However, as with the other reviewers, I suddenly stopped being able to load the app. It got stuck at 20% (like everyone else) and even after getting a new iPhone 16 Pro last week, it still wouldn’t load. I don’t want to contact the developers because it’s not a problem with my phone (as the people at Apple verified and the other reviews have confirmed). I want Netflix to fix this loading error that suddenly appeared and won’t go away. If that’s done, I’ll happily change my rating to five stars. But what’s the point in rating anything higher than the lowest rating when you can’t even access it???

Customization & more storylines.. I would like to customize the characters by facial features (eyebrows, eyes, nose, mouth, face shape) instead of pre-made faces. It looks weird and a little uncanny. We should have more clothing options, the options in hair and clothing should be the same ones we get in the Too Hot to Handle game (it’s a Netflix game too). We need better body customization as well. We should also get the chance to customize our love interests. The graphics on Love is Blind are better in terms of the hair, and they should look the same for the other games, the facial expressions on Emily in Paris look strange compared to the Love is Blind expressions. There should also be another Love is Blind season/storyline, instead of just the 1. Overall I like it, but please improve. Thank you.

Some confusion/writing errors. So, my character was straight, never into girls. After the incident with Blaze, Scarlett came to essentially “break off” things with my character. There were no other options than saying “you’re overreacting,” “are we over?” and “I’ll miss you”. None of those options made sense when my character is straight! Also, when they are trying on wedding dresses, it’s kind of the same situation. My character seemed interested in Scarlett again, but again, my character is straight so, it didn’t go along with the storyline I chose. And in the same scene, Scarlett is in her wedding dress, but Scarlett also comes in and almost catches me gazing at Scarlett. So there is definitely a writing error…. I was SO confused!!!

Fun, but needs some fixing. Overall the game is fun to play. I’ve restarted multiple times changing my choices to see how the story changes. There are a few things however that I’ve noticed that are annoying and slightly ruins the game for me. 1) I play the game as straight yet the game keeps making it seem like Scarlett and I had something going on between us. After the incident with Autumn and her love interest, Scarlett comes to my room to tell me she needs space. For why? We are just friends, nothing more. 2) When I’m at the bridal shop, I have Scarlett helping me pick out my dress but then I run into Scarlett trying on her dress and then Scarlett comes to tell me that our driver is outside. Scarlett is playing 2 roles 3) And why is my running into Scarlett so tense if we never had a thing? The prompt is “Seeing Scarlett makes me a) miss her b) want to be with her c) that was awkward”. If I chose the straight choice earlier on, this shouldn’t be a thing in my story. 4) When on the honeymoon, before the others show up, we’re at the pool and while I have on a bathing suit, the make love interest is in a suit. He should be in swimming trunks. 5) Towards the end, it said I have a surprise for Danny even though I picked a different love interest.

Love love love this game. I am a big fan of story games and this one is just one of the best experiences for me. I love how there aren’t microtransactions and that alone puts the game above all the others. You can focus on the story without thinking about some stupid in game currency. I do wish that some of the stories had more of a resolution or a sort of epilogue but otherwise good story telling. There is tons of drama, which is mostly welcome but also kinda exhausting at times. One critique I do have is on the faces, I feel like there could slightly be a bit more diversity with face/head shapes, faces with softer features . But otherwise I really love the game and can’t wait for more shows!

Don’t let the rating fool you. Cool, another app that deletes honest reviews to manipulate the algorithm in their favor. Don’t download this. I left an honest yet constructive review weeks ago about this game’s (very extensive) glitches and bugs and not only was the customer service abysmal, they’re clearly just trying to cover up reviews that mention them so people will still download this thinking that it works. It doesn’t. It used to randomly delete all your save data unprompted, and now after the latest update you’ll be lucky if it ever loads at all. Five tries and all of them lead to a black screen. If I were paying only for this app instead of having it included in my pre-existing Netflix subscription I would genuinely think it was a scam, because this app literally does not work at all and you’ll receive no customer service whatsoever for reporting that.

Love it (so far). This has been amazing so far! Let’s start with the few things I dislike: Your character automatically rejects the workout junkie. What if that is your thing? I also don’t like how Autumn is an absolute villain. Would be more realistic if she was more subtle and not frowning all the time. Here are the things I like: It feels close to watching love is blind. It feels like your character is really trying to make sense of who people are and what they want in the pods. It feels like the options boil down to the same logic in THTH with being innocent, sweet or flirty. Sofia and Lamar give me Nick and Vanessa energy. This is a positive for me. Say what you want about them but I love seeing them on Netflix shows. The character customization wasn’t my favorite in terms of options, but it was still pretty good. There was a good selection of skin colors, hair colors and face shapes. Not enough hair styles in my opinion. There are TONS of outfits to pick from that are amazing and fun! Anyway I wanna keep playing so I’m gonna stop writing this review. Hopefully the game doesn’t get too crazy outside of the pods!

im disappointed. The Too Hot to Handle games were SO GOOD. So i had high hopes but i’m honestly really disappointed. There wasn’t much characterization. I wish I was able to change my hair throughout and there were various clothing options rather then the same clothes just different colors. The wedding dresses were AWFUL there really wasn’t a difference between them. The storyline got boring once you were out of the pods. Everything was so rushed, I was you spent more times in the pods and had more time to create drama. I wanted more and there was a lack of it. If you guys make a new one it needs to be revamped because this was frustrating. I wish I got more then what I did. You can tell that y’all didn’t put as much effort in it as the Too Hot To Handle games. I played this until the end so when I got to the reunion thought I was gonna get drama but ultimately that didn’t happen so I was disappointed.

Little disappointed. SO let me just start with I LOVE Netflix games. When too hot to handle came out I was beyond stoked because they don’t make you pay for ANYTHING. Unlike love island game and so many others, you don’t need to spent 10-30 bucks to buy gems to make decisions and outfit choices. So for that reason only, Netflix games are the goat. However, I am super disappointed with perfect match. It’s nothing like the show. I’m half way through the game, if not further, and there’s hardly any choices. There’s two guys in the villa interested in you, and then your ex comes in wanting a second chance, you choose male or female. And there’s also two female options as well. But um? In perfect match you have new guys and girls coming in every night! So I’m disappointed in that. I’m also disappointed in the outfit choices. There’s like 3 categories; sleep, cocktail, and beach. And it’s the same 5 choices over and over and over. In too hot to handle 1&2, love is blind and virgin river you have so many outfit choices. So like why not on perfect match? I feel like they rushed it. The writing and the outfit choices. I still ride on Netflix games because I can play a whole story and not pay for anything which is MINT. But yall make it as interesting as too hot to handle. Give us those choices!!!! Don’t fall off!!!! Also yall should make an ultimatum game ❤️

Great but needs improvement. It’s a great game but there’s holes in the story. Kind of makes up things that haven’t been discussed or even just skips some vital info especially at the end. Like I have no idea what the news is but I can only assume.

Terrible writing, lazy code, no inclusivity. The writing in these stories is terrible with ZERO actual choice. All the stories are linear with no branching so any choices you make have no real impact. The amount of bugs in the code that take you out of the story is embarrassing. This is amplified by lazy writing if you’re in a wlw or mlm relationship, apparently they just don’t plan for that or write code for that situation? If you’re looking for a choices game, play the Too Hot to Handle ones by Netflix and Nanobit. The difference in quality is INSANE.

So much unfulfilled potential. i was so excited for m this style of game without the restrictions of microtransactions. however it just doesnt live up to other Netflix offerings like THTH 2. the writing is really inconsistent, there are no real “choices” to be made as there’s only one real path. eg in Virgin River i didnt even get an option to ask my love interest to come with me to the city even once? similarly in Perfect Match i rejected my first love interest after he rejected me and there was no discussion about it after, he just randomly left with no fanfare which felt unsatisfying. my characters all feel the same as you cant choose a personality and the options seem inconsequential. there are MAJOR bugs, eg in Perfect Match i had two different natashas talking to me (one was my friend and the other was my love interest and they were speaking about each other as if they were different people). the writers/creators of THTH 2 seem to understand episode games so much better, the characters seem livelier, the choices seem to matter, less bugs and there are real dramatic moments. it’s a shame as i was so excited but i dont plan on continuing to play.

Great stories!. I love this app and have played all the available stories multiple times. I took a star off because the app has recently started only loading to 20% and won’t load anymore. The only way to fix it is to delete the app and re download it, which is extremely annoying. It happens every single time I go into the app. Please, please, please fix this issue.

THTH. THTH 2 is the best out of all of these games… real life drama. Great story options. Top of the lot, hats off to the creators and such.

Super glitchy!. I have been reading/playing perfect match. I have had to delete and re-download the app 5 times now because it will not let me continue to read. When I first downloaded Netflix Stories I could not play any of the games it would not allow me to press on anything. I deleted it and reinstalled over and over again for it to work.It did work for a little while super glitchy and now it will not load, super glitchy and black screens. As much as I could read of the story, it was good the app itself is not great.

Have the THTH game devs build the game. This game is not great, compared to Too Hot To Handle (another Netflix game). It’s majorly buggy and has so many glitches. Eps are never released on time and when they are, it’s 1 episode that lasts maybe 2 minutes? After the pods none of the LI’s have an individual personality. The “drama” with Autumn is so over the top and badly written. The outfit options are okay, but a) it asks you to change your outfit constantly and b) it doesn’t give you a chance to change your hair and makeup. I’d really encourage Netflix to have the THTH game devs build the next version of this game. The game play is SO much better.

Needs some improvements. So far been loving the game and have completed almost all the stories. I’ve given it 4 stars because I think there are some improvements that it could make. 1) Better storylines!! So far with Selling Sunset and Emily in Paris the same situation keeps on repeating. Why does MC receive so much unnecessary hate and bullying? I swear every chapter Bridget and Chloe are just sabotage everything the MC does and the MC doesn’t even get to defend herself?? If yall wanna keep doing this, can you at least make MC stand up for themself or fight them???! 2) Please release more stories! Been loving most of them, except for the perfect match. 3) More options for character designs! Some of the hair options are lowkey a mess so hopefully there will be more options or fixed! And with the character faces, please do more diversity, coz I swear there are only like 2 asian faces

The Outer Banks is great. It’s only up to chapter 9, but I love it, though I have two problems. Number one is that it is very focused on relationships and not as much on the characters other than John B, Sarah and the person you choose to date You don’t really get to see them all bond as a group much. Number two is that is not its own game. I think that it should be its own standalone and not a part of Netflix Stories they definitely should do a reenactment of all seasons, maybe even becoming a game like AS DUSK FALLS which I think would be a dream for fans and bring new people to the show

And yall should be sued for how good this game is because I stayed up the whole night right up until the morning playing lol anyways I waited so long for “Selling Sunset” only to be waiting days in between chapters and it’s really putting me off because I’m also doing the same with “Emily in Paris” maybe yous are trying to make it like an actual series but it would be nice to just be able to play the whole game. So please again just release it all so we can play already I beg you!! Room for improvement. I really like the game, however the slow release of chapters can be frustrating. The app should add options for multiple save files, I don’t want to lose my original couple, but I want to replay. Add options for multiple ongoing stories to keep people on the app more, rather than waiting for updates and forgetting about it.

ok game i guess. it’s an ok game i like how we kinda get an inside scoop to the behind the scenes that we don’t see on the show however having to wait like 3-4 days for each chapter after chapter 9 is annoying. i get it’s based off the show but at lease play more than 1 chapter then we wait for another 1 not 1 every 3 days

ITS SO FUN LOLLL. I am not one to usually play games on my phone (aside from Pokémon go 😎) but my friend & I binge watch LOB together for fun. When I found out there was a game we decided to download it together & play it through without telling each other who were interested in or how we go about playing the game. When we’re both done we’re going to fill each other in on the 🍵 and it’s been SO fun so far. Such a light hearted fun way to pass time. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quirky easy play ◡̈

Forced Romance. I don’t really like how the outer banks story is basically forcing me to be in a relationship with one of the characters. I didn’t choose to be with them or just agree so it makes me feel uncomfortable and making me feel like i have no choice on my own game.

Emily in Paris. I’ll write this here and hopefully your designer team does something.. Just wanted to tell you that Emily in Paris is pretty horrible. The heads don’t exactly line in with the body, and the stance for the character is beyond atrocious. It’s like an awkward teen standing, completely goes against the show. Like isn’t the main character suppose to slay? Otherwise, it’s pretty good. Also, the smile is fugly. Change it. The teeth are pink, and why are they so long? Ew.

Could be better. Good game it’s fun. But it’s annoying that chapters are release weekly. It’s a game not a show.

Best story telling app ever. The best story telling app! I wish they had more clothing options but other then that it’s great!

Better in the beginning. I really liked the game at first but it’s clear that they rushed the updates at the end. There are so many coding mistakes that ruins the game experience for me. The last straw was the lack of care that went into Scarlett’s route. No outfit change which results in weird occurrences and the text does not represent the personality of the chosen character. I awaited each new updates with anticipation, however, what was left was disappointment.

frustrated.. the app made me update yesterday and every since it hasn’t worked. first time i opened it, the game wouldn’t load. The second time I opened it, the story wouldn’t load the third time I opened it, the story loaded, but I was given a black screen. Fourth time I opened it the story wouldn’t load again. it keeps getting stuck at 83%, it would sit there for an hour if I let it. which sucks because I really like the game, I’ve completed most of the stories. So please fix the bug so I can get back on and finish Emily in Paris. ❤️🙌

Good story!. Really good story, and I appreciate how long it is. I like how you can choose girls, guys, or both as an option to “date” - makes it more fun. The only thing is I hate how long you have to wait for episodes to be released! It makes me loose interest very fast, and not enjoy it as much.

Mostly gems, a few flops. Most of the stories are fun and exciting and you have so many options!! But the conflict in Selling Sunsets is SOO frustrating and poorly written I’m abandoning it. Please do better Netflix! (Love the rest of the stories though!)

Love the games hate the slow release. They release like one chapter every few days. It’s annoying to be left on a cliffhanger and then have to wait. I get the point but I just want to keep going and then maybe change the story.

Randomness. Great game but there are glitches around the storyline with Scarlet. Seems like she’s meant to be a love interest but she randomly ends up at your door in Mexico? Then more glitching when trying on the wedding dresses.

Money Heist. It says Money Heist is “ongoing • releases weekly” but hasn’t actually released in two or more weeks? If you’re not going to stick to what you write at least don’t lie about it.

It’s been fun playing the shows. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the popular hit shows playing the game and seeing different endings. I’m now stuck on loading screen for Emily in Paris for Chapter 14, not sure what’s going on here. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Releases take too long to come out and are too short. Game is ok so far but the chapters are too small with each release. Not very satisfying.

FUN AND FREEEE. Unlike all the other story game apps that you have to pay gems for every outfit or for good responses in the story - Netflix stories are COMPLETELY free and have tons of clothing options for your character They have so many stories out now and I can’t wait to see more come! A story for “The Circle” would be AMAZING

Fun but needs work. I love that this is a free game, no ads, and no cost for fun choices like clothes. But the story feels rushed. Plus I didn’t pursue anything with Scarlett yet the story has scenes with her that assume I did. The story can use some work. However it’s so fun to play the guilty pleasure show that I love to watch. Great concept.

Good but could have a little more. Really good I just wish there was more to the heist story I know it’s in “preview” but I really wanna play more

Its okay. When you first download the game you get to play all the chapters that have been posted, but after that you have to wait days until the next chapter comes out and the chapters are so short and have so many cliff hangers; you just want to know whats going to happen next (I personally hate waiting) definitely needs some improvements

lazy horrible uncreative writing staff.. My God, the misogyny in creating female characters is ridiculous to me. Because why does every game that is launched feature a female character that is out to ruin the MC's life for no apparent reason? Are you telling me that there isn't a better way to put conflict into a story than to return to rejected horrible anti-female tropes that we can't all agree on and that we must continually try to destroy each other's lives? We cannot have a healthy work competition which would make for better and more realistic conflict in a story,. DO BETTER and employ writers that are actually creative and don’t keep rewriting the same tired narrative into every single story. Till then ill stick to Romance club which is incredible and far superior to Netflix Stories in every single way.

Netflix Games. So I like the other role-playing games Netflix has, such as both of the too hot to handle games, but I feel like this one could use some improvement. I would like there to be more options when customizing your character, like in the too hot to handle games, you can pick so many more hair, makeup, and even in the beginning there’s just more options to customize your body. If there were more of these options added, I would change to 5 stars.

Characters. I love the game so far but honestly i would like to see more make up and change faces in the game

Really like it so far. I like how all the choices and customizations are free and theres no ads. Plus the plot is actually good and romantic

No Male Characters?. Too Hot to Handle has a male character option. How does this game not? For an app that is dependent on downloads to indicate success, you quite literally cut your consumer demographic in half.

Love is Rushed. This game is a bit of a mockery of visual novel games. Not only is the storyline rushed through the Love is Blind process, but the app is super buggy, the storyline is comically unrealistic, and the characters are hardly developed. Sure, each man’s background and visual look are different, but outside the pods, expect the same dialogue no matter who you make your fiancé. This game feels produced by a studio that doesn’t usually write or create games like this. What does the game do well? Well, it’s free. The character expressions animate naturally. Out of the love interest choices, I managed to find a few that I considered attractive. And I like that they explore paths where you might have second thoughts on who you said yes to. Play it if you’re bored, but don’t expect it to be something extraordinary.

interface feels old and the fact that it’s immediately gender locked. i’ve never left a review on anything so this should show you how corny this app is (for now). first off, when you first enter the game, it takes forever to load the single story it has. it has barely any decent customization options and the ui just feels buggy and slow. it’s great that you can choose pronouns, but you’re locked to a “female” body type and you’re stuck only picking from an all male pool, which is really annoying ESPECIALLY considering how great and inclusive their Too Hot To Handle games are. it was honestly just super disappointing to open the app and see it immediately gender locked. i get that it would probably be a bit more coding/effort to create a love is blind game where you aren’t locked to a certain gender, but you would think Netflix could afford to shell out some extra money that would make this game enjoyable to more than one audience at a time. it would take some effort and general plot tweaking, but it’s definitely doable. all in all, just gonna stick with Too Hot To Handle — it’s way more inclusive, has better customization options, and feels more engaging to play.

App does not load no tech support. I was playing a story and the app crashed mid-play when I went back into the app after it crashed the app remained at 80% loading. The app has been stuck at 80% loading for the past week. Anytime I go to the app it remains at 80% loading. I have offloaded the app, restarted the app, restarted my phone, swipe out of any open apps several times and it is still at 80% loading. I received a notification today however, still at 80% loading. There is no clear technical support for Netflix Stories this is very frustrating as I enjoy the stories but the random crashes and inability to access the app is annoying to say the least.

The perfect match review. I love that you have options to pick from without having to earn money or pay for the game that made it a lot of fun .. however i didn’t like that you didn’t get to pick your best friend that it wasn’t a choice that’s picked for you and when you ended things it was like OK everybody move on your happy i am happy or if they weren’t happy it wrote them out the story there was no how can we fix things how can I get ya back like there sometimes is in real life so I wish there was more to it in that aspect

Experiencing loading issues. The game is great! But I’ve been binging it and at chapter 14, the game just won’t load. I have internet, I restarted my phone, force stopped the app. I just can’t play it! It gets stuck at the loading screen! I timed it and I was stuck there for 8 MINUTES before I finally force stopped the app and took to Google to figure it out, but nothing came up. Please help me fix this! I wanna know what happens!!!!!

Need new story lines!!. I love these games! I do however wish when you went back and chose other partners the story line would change instead of repeating the same one with different partners. Other than that, I really love it and it’s so entertaining!! I did however think it was odd that your Avatar has only been warm weather clothes in Virgin River, while the story characters are all dressed for cold weather… so they have on coats, and you’re in a crop top lol.

Just deleted the app!. If you enjoy getting bullied and humiliated, Netflix stories is just for you. Instead of being fun and pleasant, the stories are all about the MC getting bullied by a mean girl IN EVERY STORY! And here’s the best part: there isn’t a thing you can do other than sucking it up. Episode after episode ends with MC humiliated, sabotaged, rejected, disbelieved and disrespected. Go on Reddit and check out the sub for these stories. You will get a very different view of them than if you look at the ratings here. It is clear that these ratings are NOT genuine. Developers take note: I gave you four chances (LIB, PM, EIP & SS) and you disappointed me each time. I’m not a masochist and as a sane adult, I can’t swallow ludicrous, dumb plot lines repeated across every story! Goodbye!

Love it!!. I’ve been a huge ‘Love is Blind’ fan since the show came out, and I had to try it out for myself! I love how many outfit options there are and that you can actually choose who you want to pick without seeing faces! There is an error I’m confused about with Scarlet though, before the wedding dress shopping, she came to my suite calling things off as if we were in a relationship but that never happened, and when we were wedding dress shopping my character seemed to be flirting with her which was very confusing. But other than that I love the drama, and the excitement! Love to see what happens next as we’re at a cliffhanger right now :)

I had fun playing. I love these types of games that allow you to choose your interactions with each character. The best part is the clothes and decision making choices are free as opposed to other games of similar play. In this economic inflation period, it was nice to have a free-to-play game that was actually free, or included in the price of what we pay for any way. More companies should pay attention and follow you lead. Stop teasing us and bring on more stories. I'm loving it! Success!! You got my attention. Need help getting more stories out? Hire me. 😆

Absolutely Amazing. I absolutely love the story lines so far, for the love is blind story I love the different options within body face and color they have for you and actually cute outfits without having to pay, on top of that people are actually moving smiling and showing their expressions in a more realistic way. Gorgeous!!!! On top of that the HEIST STORY TUH absolutely amazing allowing you to feel apart of the heist actually solving problems and don’t get me started on the love interest this is 100% worth five stars. Please keep up the great work on here and don’t lose your spark

Love this game!. I don’t really leave reviews but I just had to for this app. As someone who used to play episode and stories religiously this puts both apps to shame! The graphics are better, the storyline is better, and decisions you get to make are more interesting and more involved! And the best part is they don’t make you pay for decisions or clothes, that is the besssttttt part! I love the money heist game it’s actually made me want to watch the show, I loved watching all seasons of Love is Blind and playing the game really makes me feel involved. I can’t wait to play the new story they’re creating!

App glitches make it impossible to play. I really enjoy the games and stories a lot, it’s just a shame that I continue to have issues with the app that make it impossible to play. Any time I close and reopen the app, it will only load to 20%, no matter if I’m on WiFi or cellular, it doesn’t change if I’m in different locations or different WiFi networks or anything. I’ve submitted two help tickets and the problem persists. I would definitely rate the app and stories higher if I could actually use them without having to delete and redownload the app every time I want to play.

TERRIBLE lesbian storylines. Very obvious that lesbian relationships are an afterthought in Love Is Blind and even moreso in Perfect Match. When I left Dahlia for Natalia, the game basically cloned Natalia and gave me 2 versions of her throughout the rest of the game: Natalia the girlfriend & Natalia the best friend. Totally not confusing at all when Natalia starts talking about her soulmate and then Natalia, who is sitting next to Natalia, starts talking about how her relationship is in shambles—and that’s on top of getting dialogue like “Natalia holds you in HIS arms…” (also an issue in Love Is Blind). This was so lazily written I couldn’t even bring myself to finish Perfect Match before I uninstalled the app altogether. Fellow lesbians, literally don’t even bother.

Great stories, great persuasion!. I like this app/game a lot! I had a played a few chapters of the Money Heist “fanfic” story and it surprisingly gave me the idea to actually sit down and watch it. I’m 5 episodes in and I already love Tokyo 😜 but anyways, great stories, great everything, I love that the translations in other languages are very accurate. I was also playing the stories in French considering I’m trying to up my game in speaking and pronunciation. But… there’s only one slight problem with it. Lately when I tried to finish up the rest of Money Heist, I clicked onto the app/game, it showed the Netflix intro, and the devs intro, then the loading screen for a few seconds, and then the whole screen went black. I tried closing out of it and getting rid of the window, but it kept doing the same thing over and over. I’d really like to get back to playing it soon. But nonetheless, it hasn’t changed my opinion of this :) (Ps, so sorry for the long review lol)

Not good. The storylines are GREAT. But the character customization? Horrible. Every other character looks stunning, except for mine. The hairstyle options are bad, the facial options are bad. We should be able to customize everything such as eye shape, eyelashes, eyebrows, lips, nose, etc. ALSO, we should be able to add makeup to our characters however we please. Today I started Selling Sunset, where every female character is stunning and beautiful. Except for mine who looks like she was running late, with absolutely zero makeup and horrible hair options to choose from. The ONLY story where I feel like the character options are great is Virgin River. Otherwise, every other story has terrible customization. It’s a shame, because I absolutely love the storylines.

Love it. I love choice games like this, and I love that it’s free (with netflix of course) and you don’t have to wait or pay to play the next chapter. only thing I would like changed is an option to restart chapter, or replay from last choice instead of just restarting the game. There’s been a few times I’ve had to close the app in the middle of a chapter and forgot what had just happened when I came back.

I am IN LOVE.!. The game is Amazing just like the show.! The graphics are so Beautiful but the music choice is depressing so I tried to play my pandora while reading the game and it wouldn’t allow it to keep playing, I love country music so can we pick genres to listen to while reading.? A paying customer who’s satisfied with everything but the silence while reading 🥰 PS more hairstyles that resonates with black women as well please, like sister locs and two puff ponytails 🖤

I really wanted to like it…. I was so excited for this game after playing the netflix THTH games, and to say i was disappointed is an understatement. The game feels extremely rushed and unfinished from the graphics, to the dialogue, storyline and the entire app UI. Not to mention the countless amounts of glitches and bugs. The character customization is extremely limited and such a letdown from THTH. But my biggest gripe has to be the storyline itself. The chapters are extremely short and there’s little to no substance in each chapter and the writing feels juvenile at best. Also if I want to replay a chapter I have to restart the whole game??? Major improvements need to be made before they release another season, such a shame cause the game had so much potential

Best Interactive Stories App!. I like to play on a bunch of different stories apps, but so far this one is the best. I appreciate the variety of hairstyles, skin color and face options when creating a character. I’m super impressed by how often I get to make choices and actually get to be interactive within the story. And I’m very happy that none of the choices or outfits require me to spend money. I feel like the creators put a lot of time and effort into making the plots interesting and allowing the player to really be their character. 10/10 would recommend.

Problem with app. I love the stories and I’m always waiting for the next episode to come out. The app has been working fine but ever since the outer banks game was released the app won’t load and just says 0%. I have to uninstall the app and install again just to play. As as soon I exit the game and come come back to it later it just says 0% every time. I don’t know if this is just my iPhone or if others experience this too. Hopefully this problem could be fixed soon because I love playing the stories.

Love it but hate waiting for my new chapter. I absolutely love this game. Could be more hair options and body types (for my plus size girlies). The only reason it’s getting 4 stars is because of the chapter drops and how long the chapter lasts. I get to play for maybe 15 minutes and then I have to wait for the new chapter. hate waiting 3/4 days to continue playing. I would love if it was done differently not sure how but when I love a game I just want to keep playing. Pleaseeeee drop the chapters sooner !

Love this game. I think Netflix has done a great job with this app. There is no pay to play (well unless you count the need for a Netflix account) and the stories are mostly really good. Special shout out to out to selling sunset and Emily in Paris. Those are both really good stories. I took one star away because the newest story Outer Banks is really bad. The writing is awful and feels like it was written by a high schooler, I couldn’t even play past the first episode. Otherwise, very good tho.

Selling Sunset. Okay, I have never written a review for a game but I'm so frustrated I feel this is necessary. I enjoyed Selling Sunset so much at first. Selling houses is such a cute addition to a game of this type. There are two huge problems: 1. Why are the main character appearance options so hideous?! Seriously, the other girls in the game are absolutely stunning and the character I'm playing looks like a toe. Can you add a makeup option or something? The player appearance options in THTH are soo cute. Why was it changed? 2. Bridget. Okay, I get some drama is necessary but she is on another level. The lengths Bridget goes to to sabatoge the main character borders on abuse. It's over the top and honestly making me uncomfortable. I don't want to play this game anymore because of her abuse. This game is supposed to be fun but it's become triggering with the bullying.

It would be five stars if…. … if weren’t for the glitches! The game has been forcing me to overwrite my game, therefore restarting me from chapter 1 and making me lose all of my progress! Sooo frustrating. There is no way to go back to previous completed chapters either so you legit have to start from Ch 1 again any time this happens. It makes you not even want to play anymore. Other than that, amazing game! I love all of the outfit and story line choices (everything is free). I love the script/wording. I love the art style, it’s 10/10! I do wish we could change hairstyles throughout the game but that’s minor. Just fix the glitches and you’ve got the best “story” game on the market.

Perfect Match Game is way to glitchy. I love these types of games and i loved playing the first 2 chapters of the Perfect Match verison of these choice games but the fact that i have to wait to play new chapters is ridiculous and also the fact that when i try to start a new chapter it says i already completed once i click play so it skips the whole chapter completely. And if i try to replay it, it does the whole glitch again. You need to fix this because without playing thru chapters the whole game gets glitchy and its not fun anymore. You need to fix your play chapter buttons because it doesnt work and makes you miss out of whole chapters.

Love it!!!. Idk why people are leaving negative reviews. Obviously if Netflix comes out with games, it makes sense you have to have a subscription to them to play? Hence why all the options of hair, clothes, etc are available. The game is exactly like the show!! You go into pods and you talk and connect with the guys. The hair styles are cute, all kinds of outfit options. l’ve got 3 profiles on my account, and I’ve done played w each one with a different guy each time. Love the game.

Wait for the full story. I wish they would have finished the story before releasing. There’s only one story to play so far and it takes a week before the next release. I lose interest when waiting & sometimes even forget what happened last. There are som glitches when releasing new episodes & within the game still too. I get being inclusive but they had a breakup scene between my character and a female character that I never had a relationship with in the first place so it was confusing. I think this game will get better with time so if you want to wait for a complete game it may make it better.

Unexpected. Honestly, I downloaded this app because I was bored and the Love Island app was irritating me with all of its diamond choices. So I went into this with low expectations, but these stories have honestly been SO GOOD. The character creations alone are better than most interactive apps and the stories have me HOOKED. Didn’t expect Netflix to be the ones to make such an addictive narrative app. I don’t even watch most of the shows on it, but I’m more interested to do so now. I’ve already downloaded the Too Hot to Handle apps (another show I don’t really watch but might) and those have been fun as well.

Really great, but there’s still room for better. I love that there is no micro transactions like other chapter games! The art style is great! The stories are pretty good, some are better than others… Perfect Match was really good, but I didn’t like that no matter who you chose the story was essentially the same. Like is it possible to lose in any of these scenarios? I would like to see some kind of alternate endings. I’m loving Emily in Paradise as well! Excited and I’m hoping that more stories are added.. Great work Netflix!!

Diversity. This review is strictly on the diversity in the choices of skin tone and hair type … not with the content of the game or other characters. I’m a big fan of the THTH2 game. Obsessed really. To me the game is perfect from the characters, storylines and most importantly as a person of color… the diversity in your choices while customizing your character. In this new Netflix story app I noticed the quality of the options in character customization are lacking quite a lot compared to THTH… The options for the darker skin tones have a odd tint to it which i can only describe as making your character appear ashy or almost “alien” like…. Plus the number of lighter skin tone options vs the maybe 5 darker skin tone options are very telling… That along with the characters who are depicted on the cover of some of these games can make you feel like the game is not intended for you…. Too Hot To Handle is the bar…. Yall can’t start going below the bar you’ve set…. Hope this helps .

What A Shame. This game had so much potential. Being able to play inside a Netflix show you love sounds so fun! What isn’t fun, is getting bullied and harassed every episode by a mean girl in every single story. It may not sound so bad, but playing every single episode and having the mean girl call you names and ruin your life is really freaking depressing. And you don’t even get the choice to stand up for yourself. You just have to take it. It takes away all the fun for the game because the devs have this insane bullying fetish. I get that games need some drama, but these chapters leave me feeling depressed and triggered to some of the worse points in my life. Y’all need to do better because this ain’t it.

potential to be the best story app!. compared to other apps of this style this one is special! the choices, animations, and stories so far are all very well written and interesting. only critique i have would be to add separate dresses/bottoms/tops/shoes in Love is Blind. Also let us choose our hair for each outfit+ add more hair and makeup. Character customization is a big important factor to most people and would make the games even more immersive. cant wait to see what other stories are added! black mirror? stranger things? the circle? oitnb?

Too many flaws. The game definitely has potential, but there are way too many issues. It doesn’t feel ready for release. The chapters are too short. The storyline has some technical glitches (i.e. sometimes suggesting you did things you didn’t or referencing someone who is supposed to be present but isn’t). And the physical attributes to create the MC is subpar. I wish the features in this game were similar to Too Hot To Handle. Overall, it’s just becoming more and more frustrating to play. I’m hoping the game creators fix these issues because there is so much potential.

It’s just okay. The same group that does the Too Hot to handle graphics should’ve done this. There’s an error in chapter 8 that causes you to see the Scarlett character twice, and there also seems to be a love interest with her but it’s being forced. When picking out a wedding dress you’re with Scarlett but even see another Scarlett in the dressing room, which is weird. Scarlett also comes to your hotel to call off whatever it is you have going on but it’s weird because it’s never mentioned beforehand. So that should be fixed. Overall it’s a good storyline, graphics could be better, hair options could be better, body types could be better to account for plus size individuals.

I enjoy it so far but I have problems.. This is going to be pretty short review. So the game itself isn’t horrible it just feels very rushed. I wish the chapters were wayyyyyy longer. When there’s not going to be that many chapters and this correlates with my second problem the release of the chapters. I just wish it all came out at the same time I get it it’s supposed to be like love is blind and how the episodes come out on different days but no one’s trying to wait this long for chapters that aren’t even that long to come out. At least release it all at once.

Good stories but... I love the stories your team have put out so far but for some reason the app seems to pick and choose when to load. At first I thought going in and out of the out without closing it triggered the issue but even without that it still doesn’t load all the time. It’s not a connection issue because i can load other apps just fine, Netflix includes but this app continuously gets stuck on the load screen and the only way to fix it that I’ve seen thus far is to uninstall and reinstall it every time it happens. That gets old, real quick - hopefully theres a fix soon? Thanks

Glitches. This game has way too many glitches. I feel like I was not given a choice on who I accepted a proposal from but never even got that. I was in Mexico before I figured out who of the 3 people I was engaged to. The rest of the chapters he was simply called fiancé. Then some other guy I dated in the pods kept being called temptation through out the rest of the game. No idea who he was supposed to be. Also at the end it didn’t give me a choice I had to crash the wedding of one of the other ladies and marry her. I was sitting there all but I did want to have my character marry fiancé. Some of the conversations when reading had words that didn’t make sense. All in all now a good game at all.

Love the game but some things are forced. I’m don’t like being forced to have a specific opinion on Same Sex relationships. Not everyone agrees with it and I feel like we should be able to make whatever choice we want in that situation. But what I really like is the character development of some of the guys. You can see why you would want to date them or fall in love. And how hard the decision would be to choose if the guys are all great. I love the hair styles and clothing and you don’t have to pay for them which makes it really fantastic.

Ok so we all agree. Perfect Match is just the perfect worst. If this is how it is on the show. I will miss the sign up sheet. All the time worrying about catty pathetic girls who have nothing better to do but to ruin other women’s love lives. Because they are so used to getting what they want. Just for the person we wanted from the get. To go back the ex, then to realize she not what he wanted. To get back together. He gets sick. And we get stuck with someone who’s flippy floppy on answers?! And that determines if that brings our OFFICIAL match back? Just for us not to get them back?! I don’t know who’s writing this but they must feed off drama real heavy. Its more drama forced than anything else. Thought the the point was to find a true match and deep connection.

Not enough diversity. I like the game I really do- the plot is good but… when creating a character you can only create a female presenting one. I’d like to see more androgynous or masculine presenting options- they have pronouns other than she/her but I feel like that’s not enough, and also, it makes it really clear it’s only for straight leading romance… there’s an option to date a girl I think but I wish it were more obvious! You don’t get a hint at the possibility until chapter three, one of the options in the first chapter is “I want to find a man” and another response is “I’m looking for a husband” leading you to think you can only date a male character- I like the game but I wish there were more options…

Amazing (UPDATE). I love the games, no diamonds and spending money all you need is Netflix, the stories are pretty good too! Rn I'm reading Selling Sunset but the only thing that confused me is they called Kentucky the Midwest 😭 everyone knows it's in the South. Sometimes the story lines can get a bit cringe but overall the outfits are cute and it's fun, the only thing I would suggest is adding way more curly hairstyles. I was honestly disappointed downloading this game again and no curly styles have been added but there are so many straight hair options. Updated: The game won’t load past 20 and its been like this for days, pls fix!!

Love!. I really like this game so far, it’s new so of course it’ll get better over time and with more seasons (hopefully there will be more games like this and Too Hot To Handle, etc). I took off one star because I don’t like having to wait for new episodes haha, I don’t mind playing the entire season in a short amount of time in all the games I enjoy. Also, today Chapter 5 was suppose to be added to the game 9/28, but I keep checking the game and it still says “coming soon…” which bums me out because now I don’t know when I get to continue playing. Hopefully today it does come out!

Less drama more romance. I like Virgin River until it gets to the point where the main character and love interest aren’t on the same page and the romance stops. Better when they are working together on issues with a you and me against the world attitude. With Love is Blind even if you replay with a different love interest not much changes in story. Also you feel guilty if you don’t wear the mother in law’s wedding dress which is nothing like the ones you are teased into thinking you will pick. With Perfect Match would just like a couple more male interest early and updated clothes. Talk about dated .

Interesting in the beginning but got old quick. I have to preface this by saying that the beginning of Perfect Match was fun. However, my character ended up being forced to choose between two men of who I’d never end up choosing in real life. I had hoped there’d be an option to leave the game show or not choose either men that you end up plot-wise. One man honestly could go take a hike after all that drama, and the other man wasn’t really my first pick. The game didn’t take into consideration other values such as cultural values and thus I ended up with two lackluster choices in a make-believe game show that I just wanted to quit.

So many errors and glitches. These games would be awesome, if they employed testers to point out the bugs and errors before publishing episodes. The newest episode of PERFECT MATCH is nearly unplayable because the error codes like {date_friendly_name} keep popping up in game, with no images so you have no clue who is talking to you in 75% of the scenes. VIRGIN RIVER episodes are short and clunky, but not as bad error-wise (except that the women - including the main character that you play - have huge, long, thick, giraffe necks and tiny heads). I gave it 2 starts because if these kinks were worked out it’d be GREAT, even better than other romance games…but pushing out updates before the episodes have been beta tested is lazy.

issues.. don’t get me wrong i absolutely love the app. but right now it’s frustratinge, for the past week or so anytime i try to use the app it gets frozen on the loading screen & stays on the 20%loaded & it never works anymore! i’ve tried offloading the app many times , thought it could’ve been my storage but i just deleted so much stuff & still nothing. powered my phone off & on & NOTHING. has anybody else had this issue? any help?

I have never played a game like this that made me out to be this much of a loser.. I have never played a story game that made me out to be embarrassed and hit with so much strife. So much drama and in the latest chapter even my “perfect match” that I spent a night with wants to try things again with his ex that dumped him and his heart raced the most for her? Not to mention how my partner is the only one that had an ex come back with no explanation from the show host? Before all that I was disqualified from a game and lost many times to the blonde girl that was made to be the most intolerable character ever. Im not sure if this was made to be rage bait but I for one definitely dont play games like this to be the pitiful loser. Also what is going on with the outfits, why are there no new outfits yet? 1 star for now.

Could Be Better. Pro: I love having not pay for gems or outfits. Keep that feature cause thats whats making it worthy to play. It may just be but I don’t like the whole ordeal of releasing like a tv episode. I don’t know I think its because I play LI but I stop because I have to pay for gems. I also agree about being forced into bisexual relationships, but I think you guys keep the option open even after selecting your preference just incase folks change their mind. There is too much drama in some of these games that is not really necessary. I believe Selling Sunset is on point with drama, but sabotaging listings is a bit much to me. I agree that LIB should not have that much drama post marriage.

Good but wait time WAY too long.. The stories are really entertaining. Every game has a ton of different outfit and look options to choose from which is fun. However, the time period of waiting for more chapters is ridiculously long and makes me forget what’s even happening in the stories. I don’t know if I’ll continue to play anymore because you have to wait a week or longer everytime you play one episode. Not worth it. No other story game is like that, it’s normally at MOST 24 hours, so I’ll just go back to those other apps that have stories actually available to play unlike this app.
