Excellent Secure Notes App With One Drawback. I bought this app a couple of weeks ago for security purposes. The password protection is great but the interface needs work. I have sent the dev a request to add titles to the notes which would save the user a lot of time especially since I have tons of notes and have to go back through each of them to find the one I am looking for at a given time.

My review for the notepad app. It’s really useful and it’s not on of those cheesy apps where it asks you every ten seconds would you like to rate this app. I like to wright some of my personal stuff and reminders. AND IT HAS A PASSWORD and only u know it. If ur scrolling through reviews swing if u should get the app, GET IT

Amazing App. The app is such a helpful to keep notes on your phone without really worrying about others seeing what you wrote; like a plan for a surprise birthday party. The only thing I would change is that there aren’t any specific folders or like a categorizer that you can put certain notes in. Other than that a really easy and smart way to keep notes.

Good but.... It’s a pretty good app. I’ve used it and the free version for nearly 3 years now. However, it seems that after so many things are stored on it, it will crash. I used this app as a journal of sorts, so it has a LOT of things written in it. I hope the issue is fixed!

Simple and easy to use. I just wanted a plain notepad. Not without all the already set pages. I use it mainly to store my so many usernames and passwords that I have a hard time remembering. I like that I can also enlarge the font. The password option makes my info secure. Now I only have one password to remember!

App support. This is a very nice program, I would like to upgrade to the pro but unfortunately I have emailed support three or four times to find out how to import my information into the program and I have never heard anything back from them.I don’t think they exist or care.

Simple but fairly good. This Notepad is satisfactory for the small stuff. I like having the password. I do miss extra features like bold and italics and being able to draw. There is also a problem I’ve run into during Search. It sometimes and for no apparent reason locks up. This requires going out of the app, as nothing frees it.

Where are my notes??!!. My critical notes have vanished into thin air.I saw your response to others who said this. I held the “recover deleted notes” (nothing says “restore”) as you suggest. And the result is that I now have duplicate notes of the ones that were still there, but my missing notes are just gone. These were really needed and I have no way to reconstruct them. This is just awful. What did you do?Users, do not trust your notes to this app. This is a nightmare.

Works as needed. More tools within app needed.. Giving a 4 instead of a 5 star due to lack of tools within app. The app works as needed no issues at this point. I would like to see more import or export tools available. More flexible options. As in finger scan etc.....

Easy to use. I really like this app, it’s very simple. I only wish you could sort what’s inside the note, you can sort your list of notes but if you make a lost inside that note I would love to be able the option to sort that also.

EXCELLENT. For several years now, this app is impeccable in its consistency and accurate application of my input. This app does exactly what I expect of it, as well as give ease of entry for me while I work with it to accomplish my goals. Absolutely satisfied here.

Like it but would add one thing. I like the organization of the app. I also like that the note don’t show up until I click on it. I just wish I could upload pictures to a note.

Notes keep disappearing!!. I’ve used this app for years, and it’s been great. After the recent update there is a horrible bug that makes your notes disappear after you write them! UGH!!! Very disappointed - please fix this!!

Very good but…. I want to log out by configuring the logout in never and Touch ID but I put my finger and it doesn’t log out

Review. I like this app overall but it could be improved greatly. It still lacks features such as face recognition and a new fresh user interface.

Simple & Effective. I use this on a daily basis for shopping lists, ideas or reminders and find it very easy to store passwords and codes in alphabetical order for easy retrieval.

Fantastic app before the 14.2 iOS update. After updating my iPhone XR to the latest iOS version 14.2, the app will not open. I suspect this will be patched, so I’m not giving a bad review of this app. This app is good and performs as it should.

Nice app to store your passwords and important notes. Works great, never an issue after using for almost 2 years! Wish it could sync on iCloud, or at least have an import all notes to go with the export all notes..

Love. But be greater with finger scan login. iPhone Fingerprint Scan passcode login would make this app phenomenal!!!! Please add!!!Great app n very useful... If only this app has touchpad option to get by password lock screen. Make it happen. 🙂 This app would be perfect.

Great! Security feature removed though.. This is a great app. I wish they didn’t take away the security feature that required you sign in each time you left the app, even to just go to another app on your phone. That was a good security feature that’s missing now.

Works well, as best I can tell. This app has been very useful for keeping secure notes. However, you have to place complete trust in the developer's competence and integrity.

Syncing ipad notepad with iphone notepad. I like the app very much. I can find my passwords easily and my notes are easily found as well. The only thing that I have found I do not like is that there is no way to sync the iphone and ipad apps. If I write something on my ipad, I have to then go to my iphone and type it all in again. Do you think you might be able to fix this problem, because it is a time consuming problem? Thanks

Great basic note app. This app is great at what it was designed for: being a user-friendly, basic note app with a passcode. There’s no extra bells and whistles, no fancy formatting, but it’s great for keeping basic notes private.

Doesn’t sync to iCloud. I just updated to iOS 17.2 and this is the first new app I’ve purchased since. Maybe the iOS update is the issue but my notes do not sync to iCloud and do not appear on my other devices. It’s rather useless for me without this feature. Beyond that it’s a basic notepad app with password protection. It’s exactly what I wanted except iCloud sync doesn’t with iOS 17.2.

Absolutely the beat. Safe, simple, secure and extremely easy to use. You can even export it to your secure email to save or print. Best app ever! I also have other apps from this company. Perfect A+

Keeps scrolling as I type. On a 6 plus, it keeps scrolling to the top as I type in notes that require scrolling. It's very frustrating to not be able to see the word you're typing. I paid three bucks for this, I would think that all the problems would have been worked out in the one feature that I got the app for. Very irritating, hopefully there will be an update soon. Otherwise, the password system is perfect, and though it could benefit from bold/italic/underlined text, that's not as big a deal as the scrolling issue.

It's working as promised. I have had no problems. I purchased the full version after using it free for several days. I like that I can keep some notes confidential with this app.

My Spanish Notes. I love this app. What would I do without writing notes to myself about Spanish verbs, noun, adjectives etc. I write a Spanish sentence or Conjugate a new verb each day and 🔐 it afterwards with my Spanish passcode.

I've been using this app everyday for years!. Great app, I love it! I've been journaling everyday for years & since I found this app I've been using it for everything, thoughts, feelings, ideas, book lists, notes on books as I read them, movie lists, dreams, recipes, literally everything everyday for years. Thanks for fixing the cursor glitch so fast! And I love the dark mode! I noticed that when opening the app, the contents of the app are visible before it reverts to the login screen; is anyone else seeing that? I'm using iOS 14.2. If it's a thing, can that be fixed so that none of my data content is visible prior to login? Thank you, love this app! (I'm using this app on iOS 14.2)

App is what I use. I stared using this app when I felt notepad was insecure for personal information as copies where being send to my e-mail. Two things that could make this app better is the ability to turn off spell check and to select not to review this product as the app will persistently throw pop ups and only allows you to select 'remind me later'.

Amazing. So helpful for everything and is just like the notepad that come with my phone only it has a lock so I already knew how to use it! So worth the buy

Real good!. I use this instead of the cumbersome financial app to store credit card and password info. So much easier to edit. But honestly, it needs an 'undo' button cuz I keep accidentally erasing text that I've 'selected' when my finger slides off or something.

Basically good, missing key important features. This app works well as a very basic app, but you should know what you are getting and what you aren’t getting before you buy. It does a great job protecting your notes. However, it does not sync across devices, you cannot save to the cloud, and there is no backup feature. I made the assumption it would include these options.

This is my go to notepad app. I've tried a bunch that just couldn't get everything right. Love being able to decide timing before lock goes into effect. Plays well with alternative keyboards and email programs.

Almost Great. The app is easy to use and will automatically keep your files in alphabetical order. I have lots of passwords to keep track of, so, my big concern is what happens when I switch devices. Apparently all this information is not stored in the cloud and doesn't transfer to my other device. It would be great if the developers would make this work in the cloud.

Cannot Create File Folders. I really enjoy the ability to password protect my important ideas and notes, but their is no ability to create File Folders to sort them by Subject or Person. I also wanted to use this App for personal messages / love notes for each Family member to have when I die. The only way to do that, is to create 1 note per person and amend that 1 note and date each amendment.

Great App. It's really easy to use and keeps the info in alpha order. But it needs to work with the cloud if I want to change phones later and for the info to carry over. Please have it up load to the cloud. Thx

Lost all my data. This app lost all my data!!! I upgraded to the paid version, and all my hard work was GONE. I want my money back!!

Very easy!!. I like how it alphabetizes. I use it for my passwords It’s very easy to use or type things in. it automatically saves things but The only thing that I don’t like is that there is no back or undo. If you accidentally erase something it’s gone. There does need to be an UNDO. That’s why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. I just make sure when I’m done typing something or I go back into change something, I leave the curser at the bottom far away so I can’t accidentally erase something.

Best app of its type. Just exactly what I was looking for only one small fault I would like to see a preview for each note on the opening note

I loved this app. Not now !!!. I felt so good and safe. One day I went into my account to find a password I forgot. But only one page was there. All the other private passwords vanished gone! OMG! I have asked for help! How to locate them. No answers 😭 Never again, I’m devastated!

Perfect!. This app does exactly what I want it to do, make lists, and, as an added bonus, it password protected! The one small thing I wish it would have is the ability to set reminders on an individual note.

Meets my basic needs - room to improve. It does what I need - keeps private notes secure. Improvements that would earn it 5-Stars: 1) sync securely (via Dropbox) to other devices (iPad) 2) option for touch/fingerprint entry for times needing secure in and out of app quickly 3) a "deleted notes" temporary folder to allow retrieval if accidental deletion occurs

Transfer Info from phone to phone. Apple 6 doesn’t allow transfer of info through iCloud to another Apple phone. Apple Store could not. All my other apps transferred.

It’s password protected. I like the security. It’s convenient having my secure info with me and always available on my cell phone. The app is intuitive, even for a non-tech person.

Good app, room for improvements. Great app and I like the idea. A few suggestions: 1. TouchID login 2. Option for auto logout for less than five minutes- 1 minute would be great 3. Have the date/time on note entries that are visible from the list view. 4. Change font color or style, note background color, etc. More personalized "stuff" Overall, I'll keep using. But if I were to find an app with those features I'd switch if it didn't cost more than a couple of dollars. Thanks!

Download with confidence 👍 ••• I seldom leave reviews unless the app is overwhelmingly positive or negative, as reviews help me decide whether to even bother trialling an app. ••• Functions exactly as described, and cannot be faulted in that way ... I like that each note can be as long as necessary. I personally use double-layer of protection by storing notes with PGP encryption. Some reviewers don’t like the price. Don’t be concerned (substitute ‘cheap’) if you want strong password protection. None of those silly 4-character passwords. You can make it as long as you like, including special characters. 99.9% happy (that’s about 98% better than other apps) A few of enhancements would lift it to 100% (imho): ▶️ shake to logout/lock, as a ‘panic button’ function. ▶️ export to passworded text, not plain-text ▶️ *import* notes previously exported ▶️ sync across devices ▶️ a decoy setting, using a dummy password, which opens a secondary screen with day-to-day stuff, that is not sensitive. Tweak the app. a bit, and it will be a clear 100% Great job. Thank you 👍

Pretty good but overpriced. Would love to be able to do more such as change font and theme and constant reminders to review are intrusive but otherwise a good app which is overpriced for what you get.

Document loss by App. Removal should be safe guarded against.. There is NO security in loosing all the potentially important files on the App., because the App. can be removed by anyone with access to the phone. This App removal and risk of document loss or sabotage should also be KEY PROTECTED.

NOTE SECURE. Was working well until a few months later after filling up more than one page of screen notes the screen scrolling stopped working. So you could not scroll down to the next page of notes. That’s a serious issue. Those buying please be aware of this issue. Messaged the developer for a fix. Still waiting. Not worth the payment with this glitch. Especially if you can’t see the rest of the necessary info.

What did I just pay for?. -Be me -Buy app instead of free version -Unlock "premium" features -Like app -Tries creating 4th note - I'm then expected to pay 6x the price I paid for the app to write more notes -TFW I paid admission at the first paywall for the privilege of meeting the second paywall rather than a notepad - Realise this is extortion - No longer like app - Find SecureNotes which does what this app claimed to do but for free.

Notes list. So I purchased this a few days ago...I open it .lit says new passwords etc...so I did....now all notes gone...it’s rubbish..,I’m paying for what ? Pisssed right off....😡😡😡😡

Opens super fast and works well. This is just like the built-in note taking app however this has security, you must login every time. It does not stay open if you switch to another app well using this you will have to login again when you switch back to this app. This is a positive future If you have used the built in note taking app there is nothing to learn here. You will be up and running instantly do not forget your password though are you are locked out for good there is no hint, which is fine. Fast and light is exactly what I wanted it to be hence the five star rating. It is very basic and super easy to use.

Was Excellent. I’ve been using this APP for several years now. Was an Excellent APP and very easy to use. However I paid for full use of the APP in 2018. Recently they created a totally new version and now my old version suddenly doesn’t work properly and I d have to buy the new version. Not impressed

Secure and simple. I purchased this app for it's security feature but find it a little too basic. Some really basic rich-text functionalities (like bold and bullets) that are available in many free notepads would make this a 5 star app.

Issue. Have new iPad and iPod but it comes up as a new app and I cannot see where to log in?

Much better. Now I can view my notes to myself instead of other people seeing it. AWESOME APP (5 thumbs up) :)

Pretended to be a free app, forced me to pay, lost all my data. Just an absolute trash experience from an app that demands money at the moment you’re trying to record your private thoughts and then forgets all your information when it forces you to upgrade. All while being advertised as a free app.

Notepad. Easy to use app. The notes can be sorted by dates or alphabetically. The font size is easily change. I would be nice if I could dial a phone number directly from my notes.

Good notepad app. Despite having a few minor bugs, this app is still something I use several times a day. Glad I found it.

Secure Notepad. Works well, but wish it could work on the cloud, so it can transfer to tablet & laptop.

Wish I Had My Money Back. The auto-lock feature doesn’t work. The app won’t stay locked. It’s utterly useless. Just force quit the app when it’s in the locked state, and when you open it again, it’s unlocked. The app is a complete failure.

If it only had fingerprint recognition. All my apps allow for fingerprint recognition except this one. It is so inconvenient and outdated.

Everything’s Good. This app easy to navigate. Just what I expected.

Need more options. I really like the LOCK feature, but I’d rather have the option of picking and choosing which flies to password protect. I share my files and it’s very inconvenient to have all or nothing. This app just doesn’t fit my needs.

Manual title entry no microphone. Works well titles don’t automatically transfer in when transferring oh you can’t use the microphone to dictate notes. Otherwise it has a password it works

Constant Use. I use this for all my private data. Simple and straightforward design is exactly what I want.

Stopped working. Sometime in the last few weeks this has suddenly stopped being password protected on my iPad. Opens right up, no password needed. I changed the password, nothing. So, it's useless and lays bare all that I had hoped to protect in notes. That is worrisome.
