Horrible Unreliable App. The app forces you to logout and sign back in but when I try to sign back in it says the password is wrong. After multiple tries I just decided to reset my password. After resetting it I tried to login again and it STILL says the password is wrong! To get help, you have to be able to LOGIN! Unbelievable! Save yourself a lot of grief and DO NOT USE this app!

I lose my note. Worst ever happen to me This stupid gnote lose some of my new notes their not sync and i feel miserable with out them

How. How can I get my notes that where sync with google I had important notes on there and I don’t know how to access them please help

Doesn't save what I type.. It used to work good. Now I'll write a new note and it'll only save part of what I wrote. A couple times it didn't save anything.

So stupid. This is so nuts, I wrote so descriptively what was going on with this application, And as I tried to send, the app did exactly what I was frustrated with. Everything got erased in my review and I had to start all over again. My experience with G notes was a five-star experience with my Samsung note 2. However, since I changed to the iPhone 6, things do not work properly and not nearly as nice as they did on my Samsung. Entire notes will disappear if I do not close them out properly. For instance, If I go to answer my telephone and do not close out the note, it will often not be there when I go back. Last night I was writing out a note and when I went to add to it this morning I saw it for a glimpse and then it disappeared, how frustrating. I do not know if this is an iPhone/Apple issue or a gnotes issue. Please fix please fix please fix.

Keyboard blocks screen after latest update (May31). This new update causes the keyboard to block the area of the nite that we are typing into. On the iPhone 6Plus at least.

Lost all my notes. Lost all my important notes when transferring from Samsung Note to IPhone . No response from support team .

No support -- It doesn't sort alpha. The "support" link takes you to the web browser version of your actual notes...so, NO SUPPORT. It doesn't sort alphabetically, which would be the only sorting that makes sense...if you have a couple hundred notes, good luck finding something... It'd be a killer app if those issues were solved.

Best I’ve found. I’ve tried multiple notes apps and this one has been the most simple, practical, and reliable. The only con I have for it is I haven’t found a way to use it on my laptop/desktop yet. I’ve read a lot of comments about the tech support being MIA but I’ve never tried contacting support so…?

Please read this. I love this app but it is not syncing anymore. I cannot logout and login back because my notes will be lost. Please show me a way to export notes from iphone or to fix the syncing. I have really important and too many notes please help me

Contacted gnotes NO REPLY. CONTACTED GNOTES DEVELOPER A FEW TIMES NO RESPONSE. APPARENTLY THERE IS NO SUPPORT FOR THIS APP. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING !!!!

App is dead. No ability to sync notes, can't log in to the site. It's dead. Find a new notes app.

No support?. Unable to log in. Won’t send email to reset password! What about my notes and important information that I relied on in this app? Someone needs to contact me ASAP!

iPad?. This is not for the iPad.

0 support. I used this app for years and after moving to new phone tried resetting password. Nothing happening, no mail with link to new password sent. In addition sent mail to support and no response. Be careful cause if something happens you are stuck

Not from Google. This is not a Google app. The name might mislead you to think you can log in with your Google account. You need to create an account using any email address first then you can log in and use this app.

G Notes Unreliable. This app is unreliable and unstable. All my yrs of notes disappeared when switching phones, the developer takes months to respond generally with technical issues and are unable to resolve the issue. Lastly when I was just trying to delete the app, I was prompted to log out of the app/acct and before logging out, the app says the acct is no longer active.

HELP. Just Sent Two Emails: Been A Faithful User For a Few Years and Now have lost 1500 notes and an update to my files has not been transferred over and all I have is from August 29& it is almost November 29: INVALUABLE TRAVESTY: PLEASE HELP ASAP.

Doesn't sync. I love this app on my nexus 7, but on my iPhone I log in with gmail account and none of my existing notes sync!

Sync issue please fix. The notes on my iPhone is not synced with my Galaxy S3, I am using both phones and I need to see the notes in both phones.

GNotes. I was excited until suddenly I lost every thing !! Not worth the chance! And the titles do not alphabetize. Very hard!!

Sync is not working - bad design. This is my first AppStore review. I lost all the important data due to sync option😌 and there is no place to reach out to you guys🤷🏼‍♂️. So writing this due to frustration 👹👺... Got alert 💀that says, sign out and login to sync all your data. When I sign out and try to login - it says wrong password🙅🏻‍♂️, when I reset - it says no such email🤦🏼‍♀️ ok then, when I try to sign with same email - it says login already existed🙇🏻‍♂️. Not sure what to do 🙆🏼‍♂️!!! So guys please take all the backup to other Notes app before you sync.

Unhappy with new app. What you have to pay for reminders now!?! That was a horrible upgrade to make customers have to pay for something that was once free. Synch feature rarely works. I like to write notes and then set a reminder about the note all in one feature. Now they make you PAY for the reminder feature which is horrible. Now I will find a diff app.

Syncing problem!. I Can not sync my Gnotes to my Gmail account!

Everything Gone. All my passwords and things I have saved are gone after properly syncing and logging into a new phone. I don’t know what I’m going to do.

Great cross platform app. I really like this app. I was looking for a good note app that would sync across both my iPhone & my Nexus 7 Tablet, this was perfect and Free! No issues syncing between the 2 different OS versions, and that includes notes with photos, hand drawn notes, and checklist lists. All can be edited on both systems and then synced and edited on the other with no issues! Not an easy feat! Well done!

Need iPad app. If you guys can’t develop an iPad app I’ll probably delete and remove all together otherwise I like the app

Sync not working properly on iPhone. I have my notes sorted by Date Modified. When syncing with my Samsung Note notes appear in the proper order. However, when syncing with my iPhone the notes for some reason are sorted by Date Created. Please fix this highly annoying bug, and I'll happily revise my review. Thanks!

Can’t Sign In. Can’t sign in and no way to get support. It even says user I’d doesn’t exist yet I have had this app for a long time. This issue just started last week.

No search engine in apple version. The first time I used GNOTES was when I'm still using Htc one m8. I loved it because it has the search engine on the upper right hand corner, it where you can search a specific note instead of scrolling until you reach the note that you want. But when I switched to iPhone 6+, I noticed that there's no option anymore for search. Can you please put it also in iPhones. I really love your app, so I hope it will be consistent in all kinds of phones. Thank you.

Perfect so far on iPhone 7+. Whatever issues a few other reviewers mentioned seem to have been handled. I have tried everything the app is supposed to do and it all worked perfectly. A couple of actions were not completely intuitive. Saving a photo to a note was so simple I thought I was overlooking something. (You just select a photo to add to your note and hit the back arrow to get back to your notes list). I upgraded to Pro. Really pleased!

Does not recognize my subscription. My app does not recognize my subscription despite me paying for it each December 25th. Does not sync across devices and support emails bounce. I have a lot of data stored here and this is very frustrating. Please fix!!! 01/2024 Booted me out of my paid subscription again!! No response from support!!

Not able to access account and my notes. Gnotes password reset is not working. It is not recognising my email all of a sudden. I have many notes and concerned i will loose access to all of it. There is no support contact. Can you please fix the issue and allow access to my account. App was working fine but all of a sudden it tild me i needed to relogin for sync to work and when i tried to relogin it didnt work. Now i am not able to access account or reset password.

Lost years of notes. The web login has not worked for some time and the mobile app doesn’t have any of of my notes.... I have lost years of notes. The support team doesn’t even reply emails.

Garbage, stay away !. Lost my Pro account access and so many very important notes, I also can’t synchronize my notes, support team doesn’t reply my emails. Stay away, don’t waste your money.

Garbage. Saying that this app is garbage is giving it a good name. This app was great a few months ago when I was using a note 2. Then it just started syncing half of what I wrote in the notes. Now that I'm using it on an iPhone 5, same #%^*, different pile! Don't bother with this app. You'll lose important data.

Not syncing. I have been looking to contact somebody at the company because I need help to sync my notes with my iPhone 6. I just paid for premium thinking the app would work better, but it doesn't. I cannot find a contact phone number or email. My "online" notes on gnotes are not the most up to date with the notes I have in my phone. Please help

What happened?. This was my favourite note taking app for ?years I think. I keep EVERYTHING in gnotes. A few minutes ago I check my notes and all but one are gone. The whole app looks different. Was there an upgrade? Fortunately my daughter was able to find a section with my notes but they are scrunched up on one side. I can't use the app in its current state :(

Not worth it. Looked like a cool clean idea but it 'fails' to register me. If I can't even get an account started, it's really not worth it.

Can't login iOS app. I use this app on Android many years. It is working find till I got a iPhone. I can't login iOS app using my account, say "username or password is incorrect". Even so, I can login adroid app and website.

No pin Security?. I switched from android app to iPhone and was excited to see this app on the App Store. The android version had a security pass key that you have to enter and it would also sync to my Gmail. It was perfect for keeping personal notes and passwords, but now with out those safeguards, this app is worthless.

Can't sign in. Tried to sign in many times... Won't allow me... Tried 2 steps sign in with a code... Still didn't sign me in....:/

Worst notes app ever. I have had this app for a long time. I use to be able to access my notes online that doesn’t work anymore yet some how they are advertising that you can access your notes from anywhere.and if that isn’t bad enough the sync feature DOES NOT WORK!!! I have lost so many important notes trusting this useless app. BEWARE!

iPad use is quirky. Works great on my android and desktop but IPad not so. It’s display on the iPad is small and it doesn’t support screen rotation.
