Stopped workinf on ios 11. Can you please make it work on ios 11? Ive never seen any cheaper and worthless app or system

Not available for iPad. App is not available for iPad, it's only for iPhone. For remote view, iPhone is too small.

Cameras won't load. Can't even view my stores camera no matter where I am wi-fi or not. This is ridiculous. I just downloaded it but doesn't work.

Nite owl Lite stopped working with new IOS Updates. I have used Nite Owl Lite for years with my iPhone, various models. After a recent IOS upgrade the app won’t open at all. I get the opening screen and then it closes right away. I’ve done nothing but kept IOS ip to date.

iOS 11 problems. I can no longer view my home cameras because it's not iOS 11 supported. How much longer until an update comes out??

Dan4bee. Got this to work with my iPhone 5c. This old iPhone didn't work with this app was a 3GS.

Camera failure. Every time I try to see my cameras it says connection failure

Works great!. The new Night Owl Wireless IP system just came out this at Sam's Club. Works as stated great. App was so new it took a few days to get audio to 100% as listed but works great now. No fees. 24 hour tech support.

NOT working with LTE Data Plan Network. Please update for LTE Mobile Data plan! Asap!! It only works with wifi! No Mobile Data Plan

night owl lite update. these apps may slow down your iphone and will not work with future versions of ios,if they are not updated .if no update is available,contact the app developer for more information. good news is >>> no updates availble. now what? what should i do? anybody knowhow fix the problem or,best way get new fron diferent brent? thanks.

Delete does not work. The delete function does not work at all and needs to be fixed The only way to get rid of all of old set up is to delete the app and start over again this is why the delete function has to be fixed JP

Poor functioning app. Come on night owl! Please actually produce an app with more functionality like your net viewer! Users want to do more than just view their cameras! As a result this product is now useless if you cannot control email, motion settings, etc from iPads/tablets. Laptops are becoming obsolete so net viewer is no longer an option for users on the go. Suggestion, make your pro app work with LTE systems.

Crashes. Please update your app!! I FINALLY got it working but don't try to delete anything because it'll crash every time.

Frustrated Consumer. Easy set up right out of the box. Worked fine first week. Was able to do live view from iphone 5 and remote playback. Then all of a sudden it just stopped working . Unable to do live view anymore and unable to do remote playback. Waste of money, will try and return to the store.

Domain. Does anyone know if the Night Owl 1080p HD 2.0 will work with this app if I buy a domain? I have the Night Owl X app but the video is kinda choppy on my iPhone. I want clear quality video on an app. Thanks

Do not buy!!!. Might as well not even have a camera system. I’ve tried all of the apps and only the NightOwl Connect will show live feed and it lags so much it’s useless. I’m taking this thing back to get a refund.

Get what you pay for!!!. This is a cheap item and that is what you get in reliability. System worked for two days then the picture quality of two of 4 cameras became so bad on night vision that the system was useless. When you contact support they act like the Cameras and wires are accessible like a TV. I snaked wires tru the attic and soffits and the cameras are mounted 35' in the air there trouble shooting system may have come from the 1800's swap one with the other use cable 1 in cable 2 spot. Now this only happens at night so everything I try had to be done during the day and wait till night fall to see if it worked. They also will not replace a item till they received the defect back first. Great another trip up the ladder. Buy Swan!!!

App does not work with iOS 11. Night Owl has abandoned its customers. I spoke with their support dept, and they informed me there are no planned updates for this app. This $400 camera system is worthless to me without remote monitoring.

Night Owl Needs IT help. Night Owl needs some major IT upgrades there to just run basic system functions.. Love the product, to bad the app is useless will definitely be going with another system in the future!

Okay, but.....,. There is a definite issue with aspect ratio that was not evident in the earlier version. The camera images are skewed. Other that that, this is a great app.

H. The app works but every time you try to delete a recording it crashes. Support from nite owl is great but the app needs worked on. The lady upgrade eliminated the ability to skip through the recordings as well.

Horrible!!. The App is horrible! It works for a little while and then stops all of a sudden. There's no customer service, no phone numbers to call, nothing! Don't get it!!

Cameras are not compatible with iPhone anymore. The phone app does not work at all now with my iPhone. You need to update as this is useless and I wasted a lot of money!

Works great!. Does what the app pictures show. But it would be a 5 star if it had the functions that the netviewer has. Please fix the resolution issue too. Pictures look a bit compress. But the connection time is great. And it's always working. No complain there.

Don’t waste your money. The cameras are good quality but the application is garbage. A baby could have made a better app.

Basic and now useless.... This app was never going to set any records or win any awards. The saving grace was that it worked and allowed me to see my cameras at home and away. But with the release of iOS 11, it is now officially useless! This alone is now making me upgrade my security and this time, no Night Owl.

Find another brand. The app does not work with IOS 11. Had problems with previous IOS versions. No updates for a couple of years. The entire system is becoming worthless because the app doesn’t work. It appears that Night Owl has abandoned the customers.

Works half of the time. It works but you have to constantly delete and request the domain online because the IP address keeps changing to 1.0.0.0 after you look at the app once

Night owl app. Viewing wireless from my laptop no problem, using the iPhone app,, alway get a device disconnected warning. Wrote down all info nessessary for inputting in the app for connection. No luck. Does the app actually work?

App. I took someone's advice and called support and they helped me set up my network and now app works great even when not hooked up to wifi. That's all u gotta do. Great job guys

ISO 11. The app now works with iOS 11 however when I switch from one set of cameras to the next it disconnects and will not reconnect to the cameras. It changes a setting in the DVR and I have to go back to the dvr and set it back to static in the network settings. I hope this is easily resolved I am starting to not have faith in the night owl system anymore. I’ll ruff it out for a few more months hopefully they can get it corrected

Good app not great. And I hope in V2 a couple of things could be included . 1. Multi- touch functions would be great Ie: swipe to change Cameras, single tap to open single cam 2. Instructions, this is not a simple app and it took a more time to set up than I expected , to much of the app relies on the manual that came with the system. Other thoughts would be helpful to have some kind of check list set up, meaning that real time feed back with what is connected and what needs to be connected. After I got it all figured out ,it is a really good app. And recommend it to anyone using Night Owl systems.

Best program. This is the best app to use with any of the night owl products. It is must more stable and faster then Asee. If you can't get to work you have a setting wrong. This works on wifi 4G 3G and LTE.

Night Owl App. This is fantastic. Used tech support to set up system properly to work with my iphone4s. As soon as i entered the provided info on the app page all eight of my security cams popped up. I can even cruise and control my PTZ cam. Could'nt be happier.

Won't work without wifi. This app works great with my night owl system as long as I have wifi but doesn't work at all on 4G or 3G as advertised which pretty much defeats the purpose of buying and installing this system. Hopefully they get it fixed or I just wasted a lot of money.

Update the App or make the new one backward compatible!. This will not run on iOS11 and the newer app is not backward compatible with older NightOwl DVRs. How about changing the newer Night Owl HD app so it can view old DVR streams as well?

App in desperate need of updating. Updated iPhone software to 10.3.2. Now I cannot view my cameras. Everything worked fine before. If this does not get fixed soon I'll be forced to go buy a competitors dvr as I will not buy another from a company that does not support there equipment.

3G doesn't work... I have the Poseidon system from Night Owl and the app works well through my Internet connection on my phone. When I flip over to 3G, it just continually searches and never works. Concerning to me as most of the time when I want to utilize this app will be when I am away from home and don't have a WiFi connection.

Great App !!. This app is perfect !! I use to be able to view only one camera at a time now I can view four. This is amazing!! I also added my office cameras and can view cameras from both my home and office at the same time. I can also move my PTZ camera to view the employees as they are working. I have seen one of them texting while working and I could take a snapshot from my phone and have a conversation with her when I got to the office. It's amazing how technology can advance so quickly.

Update needed. I think this app needs to be updated, I cannot connect to the Night Owl system on my iPhone 5 :(
