PERFECTION ! S U P E R F A S T !. Does Exactly what it promised ! Browse the internet, Text only! Gives you the option to just read the text of web pages, great for news. All junk graphics & ads turned off, for high speed reading & saves your data plan for what you need ! If you decide you want to see some pictures on one page, just two clicks will load up the full page for you. My only wish: An "Email Text Web Page" option to rapidly jump to email & send all the text to a friend. (Of course, select all, copy & paste works fine with this version.) PERFECT for traveling when your iPhone would generate additional data charges. I am very happy to find this app that saves me time, money, & data plan bandwidth ! :-) To the programmers: Great Job !

Good. It is good and doesn't have any pictures on the sites I've seen and been to. It's pretty basic though and I wish there was some extra features like dark background at the very least.

Keeps Sites at bay. Great for browsing sites that abuse or misuse JavaScript and other resources on the phone. For example, let's me continue listening to Spotify in the background by not taking over the sound system.

Nice app. The only thing I would like to see is support for bluetooth keyboard pgup, pgdn, and backspace as the back button.

Needs an iPad version. I like it, and the price is definitely right, but I really wish it was a universal app. I was trying to find a native version of Lynx for iOS, but this is fairly close.

You even provide the option to load images, just by pressing the second button from the right on the bottom. Mostly great. Wanted this to check my Facebook from a cruise ship. Can't sign in to Facebook, though, even when I enable "everything." Maybe a cookie issue? Good text browser but won't do what I need.

Slow and still loads a few images.. I was expecting faster speed and no images in my iPhone 4S (iOS v9.3.6). 😒

Fantastic! Goodbye to Chrome! (And semi-goodbye to Firefox.). I have a 2014 mini-iPad that I bought with the minimal RAM (16?), and browsing I get crashes most of the time. I was using Chrome for the past 3 years, but just switched to Firefox and got some improvement. But getting a "text browser" was the best move I ever made in browsing! And this one works very well. (And for some odd reason, it's also showing me photographs sometimes.) Fantastic! So much happier browsing articles that I just want to read w/o pop ups and crashes and surprise moves of the text on the screen.m. It was like instead of reading I was playing a video game of "Guess where the text you're trying to read is going next!"

Great browser. This is a great browser that serves as a good fill in for iOS's lack of text reflow (aka text wrap). It's just missing two features: 1) the ability to view web pages with just text and images (minus scripts). Kind of like reader mode, except this browser also works in forums and comment sections. 2) tabbed browsing.

Lynx it isn't. But a good start.. I really want to love this browser. But it has many deficiencies. Primo, it isn't a true text only browser. Pics do show up; try searching for anything in Google and watch them appear. It also has very little in the way of customization: no way to change colours or fonts, no restriction of style elements, no bookmark folders, no way to represent as another browser... This is all jake except that sites with explicit html only pages don't always display correctly. That said, this browser is a sorely needed app which helps the user gain a bit of control back in their web browsing. I hope it continues to progress toward delivering the kind of power fans of Lynx and its descendants admire.

Nope.. It sometimes shows pictures, even when you put it in text mode. If you’re hoping to do research on something disgusting without having to look at it, this will *not* work. Really too bad because a text-only web browser could be great when doing research about phobias, sexual health, or recent atrocities in the news. Too bad it shows you the pictures anyway.

Just what I was looking for. I don’t have unlimited data, and using safari or news apps to read the news was using up my data. So I wondered if there was a text-free browser, and found this nice app. Thanks for offering this, it’s great! A+++

Keep it simple. I like this apt. Some VB & Java gets through, but the speed increase is substantial. As an added bonus no waiting for adds to load when all you care about is the article. Great for doing fast research. A back button in the tool bar but the simplicity of this browser is exceptional.

Cannot log into secure sites.. Maybe it has a use, but not if you want to check email or log into your paypal account.

Save data, save money! I love it!. Mobile-phone service in my country is INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE. (Canada). I love to browse newspapers and keep up with current events. I do NOT need all of the photos, often of politicians I’ve seen countless times, or generic, stock images that have little bearing. This browser lets me obtain all of the news. And If I want to load a news image, I am able to do so within the app. That SAVES DATA and saving data SAVES MONEY! Thank you to the developer! I would have gladly paid. Just get it.

Great. The best browser to avoid annoying ads. Please add the option to change to font, and add a dark mode. Those options will make this browser absolutely perfect.
