REALLY awesome.. This wonderful app took the fear out of not knowing how to balance my diet by having complications with counting calories etc. Very well put together app, what a lifesaver. I hope this app always stay up-to-date and supported, it really makes a great difference for those of us that are looking to better our health due to health issues or not. I have already gotten two of my love ones on the app also, which they are loving the functionality of the app as well for their own health.

Shady Company. I purchased the full version of this app for $9.99 in 2013. And the full version of their regular version for $3.99 in 2012. This was before premium subscriptions became a thing that everyone is doing to bleed their customers dry. The problem is, they took away the ability to import recipes from the web, which was in the versions I purchased and made that a premium subscription only benefit, despite paying for the full version that included that. At the time, $10 for an app was a lot. I’ve emailed them several times and was ignored completely. As if that weren’t enough, to add a recipe, you can’t paste a list of the ingredients, you have to search and add each one individually. So a few simple recipes can eat up my valuable time. This kind of business practice is deplorable. As a small business owner that prides myself of excellent customer service, I find the company’s ethics distasteful. There are too many other similarly priced apps that can do this job just as well. I would look closer at one of those.

I love this app. I have diabetes an this is my go to support and weight loss tool. Sometimes I wonder away but always come back to it. Using My Net Diary D allows my to make choices (sometimes cheats) in my food selection and I always know where I stand with my daily calories. I can also check all the other valuable info from my choices. Then there's the info from MNDD on what I am doing right and suggestions on improvements I can make. It is well worth the effort and gets easier as you stick with it. 5stars. And it just keeps getting better.

Great app for Diabetes tracking. This app is similar to MyNetDiary with added features such as tracking blood sugar and other medications. It also syncs with other devices to track steps and exercise. I also like the note-taking function. I am using the Max version that I believe is worth the price. Besides diabetes, I have other medical conditions and I find this helpful for everything. Being able to log medications ensures that I don’t forget a dose or double-dose. My doctor appreciated that I could show her my blood sugar results over a period of time. This is also helping me to lose weight. Research shows that people who log their meals and weight are more successful. There is something about having to write something down that can really influence your choices! The app will also sync with some scales so you don’t have to manually input it (or cheat). For me, this has everything I could ask for as far as an app that both helps me monitor my diabetes AND help me lose weight as well as monitor other medical issues. As an RN, I am used to “charting” patient activity, meds, and progress. For me, this is an easier way to do my own “charting”.

Hands down the best app for keeping track of you diet. I have used this app for a very long time and it just continues to get better and better. I never leave comments or rate apps but if you are looking for something that will work with other apps and integrate with the health app then look no further. This now even has a full meal planning portion with a grocery list. It’s just a perfect app and once you find where everything is the app works exactly how I need it to.

Very Helpful. I have used this app for a few months now and I really like it. I don't have diabetes but I have many relatives who do, so I check my blood sugar regularly just to keep an eye on things. I was trying to keep track of everything in a spreadsheet but this app makes it so much simpler. It's very easy to use. Entering glucose numbers and food is super simple. I like being able to create recipes for things I eat regularly. I've never paid more than a couple of dollars for an app before, but I would say this app was definitely worth the money. I also like that it links to the Fitbit app.

Love this app for everything. I have had this app for a while but never committed to it. Read an article about amputations from Invokana and decided to get serious. In eight days I am down four pounds and my morning number today was 102, the lowest in two years. My favorite thing about it is the food checker. I can go to the store and scan different products to compare their grade. Brilliant. I still get to eat yummy things but I can choose the healthiest from the bunch. Love love love this.

It's a great app!. I've used this app for many years now and it has improved a lot. The truth is that the app is comprehensive and the sharing with Health App is nice. It also is able to import some data from the Health App like bp, and place that data on a chart. I like a lot the charts it shows where you can see your progress (or lack thereof). The widget allows for quick logging of blood glucose and a daily average. Highly recommended if you want to log and keep tabs on your progress. I wished it had the option to track ketones in the urine.

Think and thin. I have been using this app for about 2+ years and love it. I can track all my diabetic insulin and carbs meds and exercise. I can go back days and months to see what works and what failed. I used this app for my Keto diet and lost 25# and tracked everything I ate plus added new recipes or foods. I could track my HCG and my insulin and meds. At one point I would print out my daily calories and take them to my dietitian to prove what I was eating and how to manage my insulin. I only had to pay extra for the print out but I paid only for the month I used it. I can’t say enough good things about this app it has been with me for thick and thin. Lol you

It Is A Time Saver. After reviewing 15 other weight loss Apps, MyNetDiary was the most comprehensive design that fit my needs and is a well thought out plan. Even more so, the App is constantly being improved. I applaud the designers with a combined 84 years of experience. Every day I learn something new, while shedding undesirable body weight. I love the tips, because they increase meaningful and practical knowledge. As Dr. Maya Angelou said, “when you know better, you do better.” There are several cute little art work designs here and there that puts a smile on your face and the meals are tasty, too. Doing your part is part of the challenge, but it is time well spent. Almost one year later and I am convinced that this is the right APP for me. MyNetDiary can be used to track a variety of nutritionally related concerns. It is frequently evaluated and enhanced with new features. I call it the APP that keeps on giving.

Excellent for Diabetics!. I absolutely love this app!!! It is easy to log food and get full nutritional information. This app is easy to read and has more integration of information, so if you need any information for doctors; you can create detailed reports. By the way, I tried MyFitnessPal and that was difficult to read due to the fonts. I did not stay with it. MyNetDiary integrates with Apple Health, Fitbit, and multiple other apps. As a diabetic; I love that I can have my insulin, food, carbs, measurements, calories, sleep data, etc. all in one place. My doctor can see how the the insulin is responding to my carbs so I can adjust appropriately. I am losing weight, so my needs and body mechanics are also changing. I don’t remember what I did day to day, so it is great to have a log of it. Looking at other apps, both free and paid version; MyNetDiary wins hands down.

OMG! ❤️ it!. I literally just got out of hospital because I was feeling HORRIBLE for a long time. Unmanaged Diabetes. It can KILL you. It was killing me. I already have health problems, but my blood had become too acidic, etc. Dont be a fool, you have to manage your blood sugar levels track your foods etc. I was following a high protein, low carb diet, but wasn’t consistent and I literally was destroying my body. DIABETICS DONT EAT LOW FAT and HIGH PROTEIN! Check out how to eat...it’s not what you think and this app keeps you on track! They thought of everything!

App has glitches. I use My Net Diary to track my blood sugar and insulin. But since the latest updates, the program has several major glitches. The most critical problem is that important nutrition data is not being calculated in the meal totals. The data is shown in the full description of the food, but the numbers are not loading to the meal screen. The problem is erratic and doesn’t happen with all foods. But as a result, my insulin doses have been off. There are other issues that are minor and not health critical, but makes this app a pain to use. I have been using this app for a long time and have even recommended it to friends. Until the programmers fix the issues, I would say, for the sake of your health, avoid this app.

Excellent. My Net Diary has helped me in tracking everything I eat and exercise to loose 20 pounds so far & helped me get my blood sugars down from over 200 into the 120 range. It has also helped me increased my water intake to a gallon a day. It’s been a big help. It’s important that you enter everything throughout the day so you can see that you are on track for were you want to be. My apple watch works w/ My Net Diary to track my steps & exercise. I paid for the full version. For me its worth it to accomplish my goal to a more healthier me.

I love this app. This app is the best. I tried the others; however this one is easy to do. I've been doing it for six days and haven't missed logging what I eat and my glucose readings. It is helping me understand my personal relationship between certain foods and my glucose numbers. I say cool beans!!! The first paragraph was my first six days. I still like the app nd it does fulfill my needs; however, I am not using the custom meals as I should so I am not using it to its full potential. Overall it is helping me tremendously. I am still using this app and after starting Keto I am more enthused. I have met my diet goal and am enjoying the lifestyle it brings. Along with my glucose monitor I am living a good daily life as a diabetic.

My indispensable tool. MyNetDiary was my essential logging and guidance tool when I had to lose weight and get my diet into balance. Logging is a pain, even with a great tool, but for me it was the key to honest portions and steady progress. I could see my results in a wide variety of charts. In the long weight loss slog, an improving chart result was an encouraging boost. I love to cook and MyNetDiary let's me enter ingredients (scan them in with your camera) and create menu items that are an easy shortcut for entering favorite foods. You aren't stuck with only commercially available foods, although the program has a large and growing database of regular grocery items. I am still managing my weight and food intake with MyNetDiary. It takes a willingness to do the logging and be accurate with your quantities. (I highly recommend a scale.) Weight loss schemes come and go, but if you monitor and control your food, you can lose weight. I did.

Amazing App. I purchased the Diabetic version of this app because, although I was delighted to lose 75 lbs through WW, I was having trouble controlling my glucose numbers and knew I needed to get my carbs and calories under control. Since I’ve been using the app (3 weeks) I’ve got my glucose readings where I want them already, and am even starting to lose the 6-7 pounds I re-gained during the pandemic. I’m an avid tracker from my WW days so the transition to this app was easy.

Great Tracking App. Being diabetic, I keep track of my glucose readings daily. This app does that for me and makes it easy to see how I'm doing in the chart area. I enter all food and medicine, vitamins daily, and track all exercise. There is a chart for all so you can see your progress. It also shows a fat, carb, and protein sliding bar showing how much of each your body gets, and then the overage. It's great to watch my carb count. At the end of the week, you can print a complete report of all the food you eat and exercise. It's easy to enter everything you want to track. I really love this app.

I recommend it. I have type two diabetes and I know quite a few people that also have type two and if you were type one and also they’re having trouble with their diets so I recommend your program your application to them and tell them it’s a great way to track your carbohydrates and nutrients and everything else set your limits and then when you’ve reached them, you stop. Great application.

Keeps getting better. I’ve used this app since 2012 and it’s helped me to lose 50 lbs and keep it off plus go from diabetic to normal blood sugar range. The app keeps getting better with customization and information. Plus the integration with Apple Health and other apps (Withings) is excellent. If you are serious about weight and maintaining blood sugar levels, give the app a try and stick with logging and following metrics for 3 months. You’ll see the benefit.

Great tracking app!. I was just diagnosed with gestational diabetes and have been using this app for a couple of weeks now to track my blood sugar readings and log my food. My favorite parts are the scanning feature for food labels and that you can change the parameters for your bgl ranges. That way any high numbers will be highlighted so you can easily identify patterns. I think there are features that you can pay for like a coach but I LOVE that it’s not pushy or in your face about it. Overall, I highly recommend it!

My Diabetic Tracker w/ Blood Glucose Tracker is Awesome. I was diagnosed with Diabetes Feb 27, 2014. I was 66 years old & there is no way I could even begin to properly keep track of my disease without this program. It tracks my glucose, my food, my exercise, my measurements, everything important to a Diabetic person. I'm always inputting information into my phone but I can't imagine how more difficult & more dangerous Diabetes would be to my life if I didn't have it. The articles, tips & support help are awesome too. I totally recommend this program.

Good diabetic app. I really liked this app before, but the latest updates have made it even nicer to work with. I find I can't eat nearly as many carbs as it allows and still keep my blood sugar where it should be, but this can be adjusted in the settings. I wanted to combine this app data with fitbit and had to also purchase the max application; that didn't seem right to me, but maybe it was my misunderstanding. The app does allow you to track everything you need to and the reports can be tailored to most any of my needs.

A Real Assist in Setting & Keeping Goals. I have always known that keeping a food diary was paramount on staying on a diet. In the past I used a small notebook which could and did become tedious. This app is not only convenient in that it is in your phone it gives at a finger touch all of the parameters, exercise, restaurant nutritional content, frozen food Nutritional content, plus the ability to design custom recipes. If you get premium you can track measurements and graph other health parameters. Just can’t say enough about this app.

The best app for managing the keto lifestyle!. I tried 5 other top rated apps, this is by far the best one. With this app I can track my blood glucose, carbs, net carbs, protein, fat and a ton of vitamins and minerals; not to mention height, weight, body mass index, personal macro targets, water exercise, steps, meals, recipes, and custom and database listed foods. I especially like how you can use the bar scan feature to scan foods in the supermarket or at home to add to favorites and recipes. This app works great on my phone and my iPad. I rarely ever purchase annual fee based apps, but this one is Easy to use and well worth the annual fee.

Well worth it!. This app works well however after using this app for 1 year now, I noticed that the exercise calorie counter is a bit off. I have compared this app burn counts to several other apps, and it shows that I burn more calories for certain exercise event than I actually burn. In other words; it may show I burned 325 calories when other apps will show I only burned 250, for the same exercise event. (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5). All other aspects of this app are excellent! It has helped me to track my carbs when My carb intake was dangerously high. And keeping me on track has helped me stay off of insulin and other medications. I have monthly meetings with my Doctor and show him all my data from the app, and so far we are both impressed with this app regarding food data analysis. Meaning Carb intake, calorie count, vitamin and macro nutrient data. I have now set this app up with my blood pressure meter, glucose meter, and other alcohol apps. Keeping my data all in one place with one app. Not to mention all the compliments folks are giving me on weight loss and how physically fit I look compared to a year ago. This app has helped me to accomplished this without to much technical difficulty. Very easy to use. I will probably use this for several years to come.

Long time user - do not like new interface. New interface is clunky, too complex. Too easy to enter data and accidentally delete it. Reminders and buggy. Keeps adding 24 hours to target times causing reminders not to trigger. I am using my iPhone alarm to set reminders to test BGL after meals. Labels used to sort current to to the top and usual near it. Now there are a lot more labels but not sorted usefully so find what you want is a pain. Glucose Buddy did the same thing a few months back.... took a perfectly good useful app and trashed the interface. Am currently using the Classic option but data entry still clunky Hopefully these guys will fix this - the list of useful diabetes trackers like this one is short - This one and GB used to be among the best.

Great system. This does everything they say and more. I use the diabetes add in and it tracks the most important things I need to know. Support is 5 star if there's a problem or question they will get back to you in record time. Getting and printing reports takes a little getting use to but it's nothing anyone cannot learn. Keep to the and you will lose. Year later Through no fault of this app. I gained some of the weight back. So I am going in the schedule again and I can honestly tell you you need to track your food all the time it's something you cannot stop doing. Track it and you will lose stop and you don't know what your eating.

Amazing program. Still learning after 2 weeks but this gives u more info than any I have used. Plus it provides information on various topics to help u reach your goals, whatever they are. I scan most of my foods to initially add them but only found 1 that wouldn’t scan and u can still find foods by searching for them I.e. 93% fat free ground beef as well as more typical higher fat content versions AND it gives much more nutrients in foods. Log your glucose readings & times as well as meals & snacks & exercise. Extremely detailed program & u can share with doctors. Bargain @ $60/yr IMO.

OMG! SOMEONE KNOWS HOW TO WRITE SOFTWARE!!!. This is the best built, most well-thought-out piece of software I have had the pleasure of downloading in years. The guys who wrote this stuff, know exactly how to write software that is usable, intuitive, and helpful when you do something that can be done better another way. Most software these days has crappy interfaces, non-intuitive methods, and buggy action. But this just works great. Helpful tips come up in an extremely clear fashion when you do something inefficiently, but what you did still works. It covers far more than I will spend time entering, but for those of you who want to collect metrics up the wazzoo, it’s there for you. Great software. The only 5 star I’ve ever given, and I’d give more if I could. These developers should be training all upcoming software “engineers”. ❤️

Very helpful for tracking diabetic nutrition. As a newly diagnosed Diabetic, I needed to find an app that would help me track my glucose checks, my medication, and my carbs and sugar intake. This app was the answer. I’ve been using it for a week. I did pay for the premium version and I really like it. It’s got different diets that can be customized to your needs. I chose the low carb diet and used the app’s recommendation of total carbs needed for my height and weight and my personal goals. I am finding it very easy to use. I would recommend to anyone who needs or wants to be more mindful of their nutrition.

Great App. Love it! I love the store scanner app. It really helps you make healthier choices. I thought I was making healthy choices this whole time. Not! Also like that you can scan your food in. The only problem is syncing my fit pro to this app. Not wanting to pay extra fee for this. It should just sync. Thanks to whoever made this app it is the best one I found that is so easy to use and cost efficient. Thanks for making my life easier. All the apps I visited are really ridiculous on how much they want to charge and they don’t work properly. Thanks again!Miche

Best App for Health Tracking!. Every micro and macronutrient is trackable in this app and it’s highly customizable, and each food in their database is verified, so you know your tracking is 100% accurate. Tracking is easy and you can see which food(s) are the largest contributors to a particular micro or macro, which is really helpful. Sync with Apple Health is seamless. The Apple Watch works great with this app too, and there are a lot of complication options. I can’t say enough good things and I’ve tried just about every nutrition tracking app available–this is the best one out there! Just get this app, you won’t be disappointed!

Love this app! Worth every penny!!. This app tracks everything! You don’t need any other app! One stop health app!!!!! I am a type 2 diabetic and I follow ketogenic diet. The app tracks my medications, My supplements, my blood sugar, my blood pressure, my oxygen, my steps, my water intake,As well as giving me an amazing macros pie chart to look at. It lets me set my daily goals by carbs rather than calorie while letting me still watch my calories. I just love this thing! You have continued to make it better and better as I’ve used it and I am so excited to tell everybody to sign up here! I have told my whole family that they should have this app. So helpful for when you have medication and a forgetful mind to be able to track your medication & know exactly what time you took it! Wow, you guys just keep getting better and better!!!

The Best Food Tracker. When I decided to finally start tracking my daily food intake I didn’t have any idea which app to use. A Google search didn’t help much. There seemed to be four main ones. I downloaded all four and subscribed to their premium content and logged my food in all four daily for over six months (Ok, I’m retired so I had the time). I can now say that My Net Diary is the best by far. This app has everything the rest has and much more. There is so much information packed into this app it’s unbelievable. Everything I wanted and much more I didn’t even realize I needed is here. This app will also sync to my Fitbit Charge 5 and many other fitness trackers. I’ve now cancelled the upcoming auto renewal on the other apps and will keep my subscription to My Net Diary.

Love it, with big reservations. I bought the premium version especially for the meal planner - but the meal planner is SO impractical &?hard to use. For one thing, you can’t copy a recipe (or a food) from Monday’s plan into Friday’s plan, even in the same week. You have to go through the same steps as though entering the recipe (or food)for the 1st time, over & over again. This is a major waste of time. Strangely, once you LOG the plan to the dashboard, THEN you can copy any recipe (or food, or any whole or part day’s entries) to any other day,,, but then it isn’t in the planner - this makes the planner obsolete in terms of further planning, checking macros, etc. There are other features of the dashboard log that aren’t available in the planner: you can’t reorder foods in a particular meal, for example. The same holds true for the whole weekly plan. You can’t lift a meal or a day of meals and paste it to a different week. But you CAN do this on the dashboard. In the planner, you can copy a whole weekly meal plan, but not parts of it. Who copies a whole week of menus without varying them? I’m just planning my meals on the dashboard & editing them, like I did before I paid for the planner! Also the “How To” videos are nearly impossible to learn from. They move at a very quick pace and often the screen shots are at a distance, so you can’t see them well or pause the video to figure out a particular transaction. I hope the planner AND the planner-teaching-videos get improved.

Unbeatable app for diabetics . . .. . . . that allows each person to choose the individual parameters they want to track, sets them up for routine, regular charting and keeps track. Superb tools for dietary tracking, med management and exercise management. With this app I keep my A1c at 5.5-5.6 and overall BG in a tightly controlled range despite a high daily insulin requirement and while eating anything I want - because I can see the effect all foods and a mild exercise regimen have on my BGs. Once setup it takes only seconds to use with each meal.

Best Health app I have seen. This is the best Health app behave scene since having to track all of my food intake and other vital information including insulin tracking, blood pressure, and most of the common things the doctors want you to track if you’re a diabetic. I do a lot of cooking and have many recipes of my own, besides what is in the app. They are so easy to track put in and search for ingredients, that even I can do it and I am 76 years old. This app can help save your life if you just let it!

Went from 274 down to 152!. It took me about six years but slow and steady, and totally relying on MyNetDiary, I was able to track my diabetes, the food I ate, and so much more. At first I used the free edition and it handled all of my needs. A few months ago I invested in myself and purchased the full app and I’ve never been happier! My A-1 C is down to 6.0; my BMI is 20! I use the app religiously. Daily, several times a day, I enter what I’ve eaten-every scrap of food. I track my blood glucose, my insulin and my medication. The built-in pedometer, through the Apple health app, tracks my steps so I can log almost 2 miles walking every day. Thousands of recipes included so I can use the menu planner to figure out what I want to eat during the week and still keep my calorie count. And when I am at my goal weight, MyNetDiary can continue to help me by giving me my calorie range for my lifestyle. MyNetDiary has become a part of my life and I really can’t imagine living without it!

All my stats in one place. I had written a critical review previously (which I don't see). However, after a few emails back and forth with the developer and using the app, I have a more positive response. I'm using Max which requires a monthly subscription. If you want diabetes charts in PDF or mailed, you must go onto the website. Also, most listed foods are from restaurants and are not generic grocery purchases. I also wished it read my Bluetooth meter. Otherwise, this tracks my exercise, glucose readings, food intake (carbs and proteins), weight, medication, covering everything I need to report, in one place. So it works for me.

Good but reports need work. Tracking is excellent. The paid version is great with xtra details for Diabetics. However, the reports need the ability to customize. Printing is too small to read. I may be missing something, but you can’t change orientation, or get rid of the food grade column which is useless to my Doctor. The emailed report works, but the customized PDF daily can’t connect to the website and gives an error to Wait one minute and try again. They won’t process to print. This feature was working up to a few days ago. Emails to the support team have gone unanswered. Reports are the most important part of the app for me and my doctor. If this is not important to you, its a great app. If support is given in this paid version, I will revisit my review. Updated: I was contacted by support to help with the issues. Turns out it was my own misunderstanding of how this app works. All is fine and the app is working as it should. Thanks for the help. I will continue to use this app going forward.

What was free is now subscription. It is infuriating to see features that were free become subscription only. $9 a month???? Ill write my own tracker on a spreadsheet. Then I can track and graph “tracked” items like I’ve asked for for years. Very disappointing to see simple tracking of nutrients now costing money. This is a trend in many money hungry vendors today, charge a fee for obtaining the app and then demand absurd amounts of money for features that were free and cost the developer nothing. I can understand needing fees to pay for subscription services in order to provide certain features that cost the developer to supply but charging for previously free services that cost the developer nothing because they are services that once included for one item cost nothing for 100 of the same. If this reflects the true cost of the application, it is certainly not worth $90 every year. Cashing in on diabetes is reprehensible.

This is the best diet tracking app. I found this app after being told by my doctor that I had pre-diabetes. But I wish I had found this app sooner! In the past I have used My Fitness Pal and Eat This Much--and I liked both of these apps very much. This app goes beyond what those others can do. All of the features for tracking your nutrients, the premium recipes and food plans, the ability to easily add recipes, the auto-calorie adjust, the ability to verbally add in my food--these are just a few of the features I love. It tracks my diabetes carbs, the Dashboard can be personalized, and they send me a weekly report. It is an amazing app and the developers are very quick to respond to emails. This is an amazing app! I lt has been a life-changer for me.

Carb counting for diabetes control. Very easy to follow app for knowledge in how many carbs, protein and fat are in your meal choices before and/or after eating and logging! I like the weight loss advice and trending information that’s provided by the app. Good articles as well. I was diabetic and after 6 weeks of dropping carb intake between 50-80 per day, I am back down to a pre diabetic status. Best of all, I don’t feel like I’m starving. I also drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Sometimes more! I’ve also lost between 11-13 pounds. Give it a chance and be patient with yourself.

Thorough and well developed. This app amazed me. I’m semi-new to tracking my health and food and this app looked like it would do what I wanted and Holy Cow it is so much more. Way better at finding foods I want to log than other apps I’ve tried (briefly). Then my dietician called to see how I’m doing and I used the share function to send her a week’s worth of data and she was “…very impressed with My Net Dairy's analysis!” The only downside to apps this thorough is that they take a while to master. Well done though!

I've Been Waiting Years For This App!!!. Have been using 3 apps for years to track nutrition, diabetes & meds. Yippee! One app to do it all. App takes into account all aspects of DM management. Was very impressed with d-carb count which make a significant difference in managing diet & meds. Daily summery of blood sugars, insulin & other meds, nutrients, H2o, activity, ability to set parameters for nutrients & blood sugars specific to the needs of the individual is much appreciated. Food database still on the small side but will enlarge as people use it I'm sure. I stumbled on this app by accident & consider it a very happy accident. Can't wait to show it to my DM & dietary educators. As a retired RN & having worked with many diabetics as well as now being diabetic myself I can really appreciate this app. Good job guys!!! showed this app to my diabetic educators last week & they were very favorably impressed. They plan to recommend the app to their clients.

Efficient but needs work. I started using this app on the recommendation of my doctor. I like the way data is stored and displayed. However, the food input needs serious work. My wife and I are retired and enjoy eating out as opposed to always cooking at home. When I go to log in foods from a restaurant I find there is no consistency in the values of the items that are multiple entries. Example, McDonalds French fries. There are three sizes available but in the database there are 21. Other than the size, which are the correct ones? Plus there are items from California, the US, UK and India. Another example is from Chili’s. If I type in “Chili’s chicken tenders” I get those (3 different ones) plus many items that have chili in it. My recommendation would be to have a menu of restaurants listed with their foods and nutrition from their corp office. I’m going to continue using this because my doctor “really” likes it. Please straighten up the food lists.

MyNetDairy Review. This app is the best app for logging and analyzing food consumption. My endocrinologist was amazed at the details I provided her. This app should be provided to all diabetics when first told they have diabetes. Great APP. The reports portion should be allowed in all levels of the app. The app warrants a 5 star rating. After using this app for the past few year, I am still impressed. I noticed today that the app sync to all my devices, making a must for everyone who wants to track their heath.

Great app!. ***update from original post below. It’s been well over a year and this is still, by far, the best app for a Type 1 diabetic like myself. The only thing I could hope they’d add is a Bolus advisor for folks like myself for whom a pump just isn’t an option. *** I am so grateful I found an app that can help me track everything that's important to me. I'm a juvenile diabetic who wanted one place to keep her blood glucose readings, track her insulin doses each day and her food. Sounds simple yet no other app I tried had everything. I love the fact this app. "Grades" my food. This keeps me focused on ensuring I don't eat food that's really just junk. I love the fact I get a weekly summary of what I ate that also outlines what I've done well and areas I should focus on. I had no clue I wasn't getting enough calcium until I started noticing that trend in my weekly reports?! Negatives? Just a few. I wish the reporting was a bit simpler, more intuitive. I wish there was a feature that would help me determine the nutritional values of a recipe. And that's about the only two negatives I can think of after using this app for several months. Overall, I love this app.

Use it and lose it. Cataloging everything that passes your lips can be very tedious and all the times I tried writing it down I never seemed to be where my log was. With this app and our age of technology, I'm never far from my phone. I love that it interfaces with Fitbit and other apps. Yes the food library is a bit limited but the app provides ways to help them help us. It also allows you to put in your favorite recipe and account for things you'll never find in another place on the planet. It conveniently lets you scan the upc and in most cases, the dietary data is provided. When it doesn't, it's easy as pie to take a pic within the app of the front of pkg and of the nutritional data and they update the system as we collectively provide data. You can keep track of anything you want in this app and it's especially helpful to see trends. It's always a good thing to raise one's awareness and through the use of this app I've been able to significantly lower my A1C, lose 20 pounds over the last year and increase my awareness of what I'm doing to and for my body and health. The spreadsheet is miraculous to review with your doctor and see trends that support your health. My doctor commented, while I showed her the graph on her screen at the Ofc that she wished all her patients were willing to use technology to help themselves. It inspires me to see the guy descend the slope each time I'm able to show another pound gone. Yay for this app!

My life saver. Started using it to take control after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes at start of May 2013 - has made tracking food, BGL's and exercise so simple For first time I'm in control without missing out on an occasional treat. No guilt trips. My HBA 1c has gone from 7.6 to 5.6 & I've lost 13.5kg in last 15 weeks. It's my life saver.

Brilliant. I find it the most helpful Diabetes App that I have used.

LOVE it!. I absolutely love this app. As a type 1 diabetic it has condensed my diabetes management to one place and also taken ALOT of the time consuming calculations out of my day. I can now sit down with my family when they start eating ... Not 10 minutes later!!! It is also helping me loose weight, which can be quite difficult with T1 DM. I am recommending this app to anyone who has even the slightest interest in health or weight loss. Thank you MyNet Diary, I can honestly say you've revolutionised my life!

My Net Diary. I think it's brilliant. Only criticism is the need for Australian foods

Great App with tremendous help. I recently had to go on warfarin and needed to watch my vitamin K intake. This has been great and worth the yearly cost to follow this and other nutrients. Good to have this option on top of all the other good free options. Had a problem with logging in and was pleasantly surprised with the fast help I got which fixed the problem. Have recommended this app to many friends.

Very good & helpful App.. MyNetDiary with Diabetes Tracker is helping me learn which foods are most likely to "spike" my blood sugar. As a result I am able to keep my "Pre-diabetes" condition under control &, hopefully, improve over time. 22/01/2016 The App is very user-friendly and is continuing to help keep me on track with my eating and exercising.

Pretty Good But ..... I really like this app but caution if using it for gestational diabetes, do not follow the weight/nutrition advice. Those with GD can still use it for tracking carbs and blood sugar levels, insulin, exercise and water intake etc which it’s really great at it’s just not tailored to give correct calorie and nutrition advice for women in different stages of pregnancy.

Diabetic version. This app does all I need and more. Very helpful and links with Apple Watch well

Good app. Does a good job

Great app. Track everything I need for my diabetes.

Great. For type 1 diabetes calculating carbs before an insulin bolus is very important This app does it for me!

Great Ap!. I've been using MyNet Diary Pro for some time and have been waiting for the Diabetes tracker to be incorporated, well its been worth the wait. I'm thrilled with new Diabetes app and very happy that all my previous data has transferred across seamlessly. Great App!

More variety. Have been using the Pro version and it has a much better variety and brand base including more listed scan results. Hopefully this version will be like that soon

Where have you been all my diabetic life. Finally an all in one app that does it all. Can be challenging entering fresh food from the garden and not pre packaged. All up great app for monitoring and storing data!!

Seems excellent. Getting used to, seems excellent till now. Improvements are good, keep up the good work! Cheers

Good but room for improvement. I've been using this for over a year and it was the best app I could find at the time, but it's still not perfect. You can enter food, blood glucose, insulin and exercise in detail, which has helped me to manage my Type 1 diabetes. Many of the foods are from the UK and US but you can enter new foods and create recipes. However, this can be a bit time-consuming and frustrating. The PhotoFood function can be quite picky about what it will and won't accept, but there seem to be few checks on the manual entering of data, so you have to trust other users. It can be hard to find similar food on the app when eating out because ingredients aren't listed. The bar code scanner doesn't work very well, and the search function can be touchy too. I also wish it was easier to see overall trends - the interaction of BSL, food and insulin over time. I've emailed the support team a couple of times and they seem to take suggestions on board, so hopefully it will improve. I don't think it's worth a monthly fee at the moment because users seem to do most of the work, but I'll continue using the standard version.

Lesley C. An excellent application. As a newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic, I needed something to help me record my food intake, identify my carbohydrate and calorie intake, and accurately record my blood sugar levels to assist me in managing my condition. I cannot rate this app more highly for delivering at all levels. In particular it has been a significant support in helping me shed twenty kilos. The app is also helpful because it links with my exercise tracking device so that I can also track how my exercise is impacting my blood sugars. This is a must have app!

Yes well, it is good still. Yes well it is good to help log my bad health statistics.

Useful app for diabetics. It's the best app I have used in this space.

Fantastic. Great app. Excellent for tracking all diet information including the ability to add foods yourself. Must have companion for diabetes

Just got the diabetes tracker. From what I see it is looking good. I have been using the MyNetDiary Pro for weightless and it is fantastic. Keeps me motivated and in track

What happened?. I lived by this app. Now since the update it crashes every time. Needs fixing ASAP.

Very usefull. I use it every day. More Aussie foods would be good. More items registered to scan also. But all and all its the best app for its purpose.

Great app for anyone trying....... To lose weight, watch their calorie intake and diabetes levels and meds. Well worth the little expense it is. Great support too you send through a food item and it's added really quick

Helpful App. Easy to use and good tool to monitor health

Awesome app. Can’t speak highly enough about this app. For someone who has come to diabetes later in life it’s absolutely brilliant for checking foods using the barcode scanner. I love all the daily tracking stuff that integrates with Apple health and shows me my weight etc. it has made it much easier for me to keep myself accountable and to limit the amount of sugar and carbs that I eat in order to bring my blood glucose levels down to an acceptable level. highly recommended.

My Net Diary. An excellent app which assists on monitoring your own diet within a goal weight!

Syncs great with my Fit Bit. Although entering info can be tedious, I love this app as it syncs with my Fit Bit which all helps with my diabetes and weight loss monitoring.

Excellent. Great app. I use it all the time. Just wish the foods were more extensive and more specific to where I live.

Love this app. Yes I would recommend trying this app. Everything is so straight forward. Easy to use kj counting, the bar code scanner is a hit 99% of the time. Great charts and graphs to keep you up to date on how your going. It seamlessly adds data to the my health app. If your looking easy to use blood sugar level tracking, it’s definitely got a thumbs up from me.

Mr Baldwin. Great ap very useful in keeping track of food type and daily calorie consumption along with BG values. It would be even greater if the blood glucose component was available in the IPad version. Very impressed with it's ability to monitor ones food and exercise. Very useful.

Love it. Love this app. Thanks MyNetDiary. Sunny from Oz.

Great for Diabetics. The best app that I have come across. Sometimes s little tedious in the food consumed area . . . but when you think about it . . . . how else can you collect the data accurately.

Excellent app. Its helping me track my diabetes and help me see what different foods are doing to my bgl

D carbs not considering fibre. To be valuable for diabetics on insulin, D carbs need to consider the fibre and deduct from the total carbs. I paid for the diabetes version but D carbs not valuable until fixed. Till then save your money and use free version

An excellent program...would change only 1 thing. This is an excellent app. I appreciate how it tracks Glucose readings. The food database is by far one of the best that I've seen. Of 10 items that I entered 8 of them were in the system and 7 being correct. I do have a concern being that I submitted 2% milk and their system being 1% milk. I submitted the issue with no change after 4 days. Not the end of the world as I basically doubled the intake which equaled the total amounts for records. Also, it would be nice to put goals in for water as opposed to just adding for the sake of adding. For example 8-10 glasses per day.

Best I've tried and continually expanding.. I've used mynetdiary for a number of years and it has continually improved. Best development was Diabetese Tracker, medication tracking, and blood sugar in particular. Very robust and easy to use. Only wish - better estimate of caloric burn with exercise tracking. Not aware of any other comprehensive app that does it either. Best app of its kind that I've used.

Can’t Emil BG results anymore. You used to (back in January of 2018) be able to email yourself blood glucose reports. They took that option away. Now you have to pay the monthly or yearly fee. Very disappointed I loved this app.

review. Have had this app. For a long time still use every day for tracking mainly for diabetes. Have not lost to much weight using the app but if I was to follow it the way I should I can see where I could lose weight. Love the current update with the new dash board. The only thing I do not like is when you add your exercise it takes it off your calories. Would like to see the total calorie intake with out the exercise. Still an excellent app worth the 5 stars an the little it cost!!!!

Great... But issues since update. Great app to help me control my diabetes... However, since the last few updates, logging water intake has become painful. Tapping on the water icon does not immediately register. You must repeatedly tap the icon before it will allow you to log.

Love this app. I have been using this app for the last four weeks and I have lost 8 pounds already. It’s easy to use, most foods are already included for ones to add its very simple.

Where’s the dot. Can’t put the dot anymore. Example: you put 2,5 and can’t save. You have to put 2 or 3. Frustrating

D4Darlene. LOVE IT!! I live to eat; especially desserts. Using this app daily has been easy & very beneficial. I'm making better food choices by asking myself, "Is the amount of carbs, fat, or calories worth having to exercise to burn it off? Will I have to skip a whole meal for this food item?" Being aware of what and how much I eat keeps my from grazing mindlessly all day.

Mynetdiary D. I bought this app and it worked on both the iPad and iPhone Now it only works on the iPhone . I am truly disappointed as it is useless on the iPad even though it still loads. Save your time and money if you want the iPad functionality.in fairness they advertise that it only works on the iPhone now.

This App is a Life Saver. Literally.. I am, by nature, a VERY disorganized person. That is why, when I received my diagnosis (Type 2 Diabetes) one month ago, I thought "Uh oh...the key to a healthy future/quality of life is *riding on* my ability to research, assess, calculate, and document. EVERYTHING. I will, most certainly DIE!!" Then I found MyNetDiary, and NO MORE WORRIES. It is SO user-friendly and complete. I organizes and displays ALL important info, calculates Carbs, Cals, Vitamins, steps (-and so much more). With MyNetDiary, one can record insulin doses, med doses, food, drinks, walks, It advises me of the best way to reach my weight and fitness goals. I cannot say enough about this amazing app. -it would take me all night to do so! Suffice to say, It is the best thing since sliced bread! Honestly, I don't know what I would do without it.

My net diary D. I love having everything in one place... The charts are great! And I love the ability to scan a bar code for new foods.... Awesome app for diabetics

Very satisfied. It’s been a great help with getting me back on track. It works well for and how I like to track things. Has so many preloaded nutritional information from almost every store I shop at. The bare code reader makes calculating your food very fast. I recommend it. It also sinks very well with fit-bit

iPad user. The all round health app that I use to used. I particularly like the diabetes part of the app. but it only works properly on an iPhone. Increasing the iPhone screen size does not suite this app. I wish there was a full iPad version of this app. with the diabetes tracker.

Easy to use. Superior to others. Been using diet apps & programs for many years to help track certain health issues. This product is the first to have everything I need.... More than just weight & body fat. Works well with blood sugar tracking. If they'd figure out how to count added sugars, it would be perfect. Integrates very well with my Fitbit.

Great!. Fantastic diary I have used this for over a year. I’m in a keto diet and this is a fantastic tracker.

Fantastic app. I love this app!! I love how easy it is to log food, find foods, find recipes. Most of all it is great for logging carbs calories etc. there is so much in this app, I am still discovering things.

Don’t buy. I was shocked that the app just track what you enter manually not using the watch to measure with this price. Too priced for no added value, need to refund.

Some false advertising. They advertise that you can sync your diabetic data with an online website, but after you finish downloading their ridiculously priced $10 app, it's only then that you find out that it's another $9 PER month to use their website to sync your data. I ONLY bought this app so that I could sync it with a website and not have to always squint at my iphone screen. Scammers.

Communication could be better. **edit** I wrote a review below when I was having problems with an update. That has finally been fixed with a new update. I have given 4 stars instead of my original 1 star as the app seems to be working properly now. Just wish my emails could have been answered in a more timely way even just to say they would look into it. I only found out the problem was fixed after I saw there was a new update. The app is really good when it does work properly and it saves us so much time in quickly calculating carbs. ** I used to love this app and found it so useful with calculating net carbs so I could calculate insulin amounts for my diabetes. Sadly, an update stopped the calculator from adding up all the net carbs for each food item. Some of the food it did correctly and some it didn’t. Contacted support and they didn’t understand the problem I was trying to tell them. Sent two more emails trying to explain with screen shots and I eventually received a reply days later. Very sad that I can no longer trust this app and I have been forced to find another app for my needs. Don’t waste your money on this app.

Awesome. I love this app it’s help me keep track of everything and open my eyes to what I eat every day and how the affect my BG. Please make this into a iPad HD version asap. Please add some feedback on when correction have been done for the ones we submit.

Super. Plus fonctionnel que SOS Cuisine

Reached my goal!. Easy to set up and use right away. Great recipes. Helped with managing type 2 Diabetes. Great way to mindfully fuel your body.

Top notch. All the tools necessary to educate and encourage you to meet your weight goals all while making it interesting and fun. What more could you ask for from a free app? Best dietary app out there by far

Cumbersome and over-engineered. For those who are insulin dependent, this app may be more useful, but for a pre-diabetic or someone who does not take medication for diabetes, this app is difficult to use, non-intuitive, and overburdened with useless features. If simple blood sugar tracking is your objective, the Glucose Companion app is a much better use of your time. I do not recommend this app.

Love it!!. Very helpful especially for diabetes

Mr.. It's not always accurate (nutritional values or food names) and the reporting table could be better formatted or have more options, but the app does it's job.

Impressed. Awesome app for diabetics...get it, you won't regret it...lol. I use it everyday easy and effective.

Easy to use and completely free!. Love this app!

Bg tracking. I love this app and use it every day it really helps me and figuring out my carbs per meal and therefore the insulin I need to inject really good app!

Great app!. Though I am only using a small portion of what is offered in this app, I love how simple it was to figure out. EDITED TO ADD: I am using the app a bunch more and both my doctor and myself LOVE it. I love how simple it is to use, and my doctor loves how it makes charts of all the information he wants to look at. I simply give him access to my account when I am In the office (either he accesses it on his computer, or I take my iPad in and bring it up) and he can look up whatever he wants to see including my food diary, blood glucose readings, medication tracking, etc etc.

Fantastic App. Although a bit pricey because you need to be part of the website, this app is fantastic. It has reminders, allows me to track lots of stats including medication, meals, etc. Helpful graphs and printouts as well that I can take with me to my doctors appointments.

Nice app. Work to do, over all 65% Better integration with Apple Watch an reporting Needed

Life Saver. A little year ago I was diagnosed Type 2. I weighed 153 lbs. I bought a food scale and religiously weighed everything that went into my mouth - including the ingredients of recipes from my hubby "the cook" meals. I entered all the info into the app. I factored in cocktails. I road/ride a stationary bike almost every day increasing my time slowly (started at 20 mins now at 30). I was on meds in the beginning. I am no more. As of today I weigh 110.6 lbs and I've never felt (or looked better). I could not have done this without this app!!! And I will continue to use it for the rest of my life. Cause I believe with diligence and knowledge I can control this 'silent killer'.

Amazing App!. Set your goals, enter info and the App will do the rest by giving you the feedback you need to lose weight and eat healthier. Love it!!!!

Don’t waste your money. When you see items in the database that are out of date and wrong they simply tell you that it’s in the database and it never gets updated which makes the database worthless for anyone that tracks nutrition. Additionally food companies don’t put all nutrition on the label and the makers of this app seem to lack the required level of intelligence to populate the missing information which makes the features that you are paying for a complete waste of money, you could therefore use the free version and end up with the same benefits. I am cancelling payment to this application and I strongly suggest that everyone follow suit. This irritates me so much that I give it a zero star rating!!!

Excellent app. Gets much easier to track food as the app gets “trained” by the entry of the foods I tend to eat. It is really helping me to watch portions, amounts of calories, protein, fats, carbs etc. It also tracks my exercise from the Apple Health app automatically. I have tracked foods before but this is the longest I have stayed with the process. This app makes it easier to be disciplined. Only difficult part is that my meals are pretty much homemade from scratch so it takes more work to figure out some meals. Thanks for the great app.

Awesome. I love being able to do it all BP glucose and diet in one place. It helps me be accountable

Mo' money needed to speak to us. Ok. Would be a good app if reporting a bug didn't require you to upgrade to a monthly or yearly subscription, even if even after paying $10 (in this case, it crashes when trying to scan a food ups code). The charts are good and the UI is ok. But is it worth the $10? I'm not convinced (there are free apps that do a good job without the all the fluffy bells and whistles). What I was really hoping for was a stable, hassle-free and functional app. I guess 1 out of 3 ain't bad.

More devices. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this app. Wish I could pair it with my glucose monitor!

Excellent App. I am borderline Type 2 diabetic and this app makes it easy to track everything. It has everything you need, flexibility with how to present information, and it’s simple to use.

Loosing weight without suffering. I am happy that I loose my weight slowly but safely. I was with other very tight diet even under care of a specialist. But it made me tired and sick because I couldn’t eat anything And of course I lost weight fast but my body couldn’t tolerate that much pressure. Also as soon as I wanted to back to normal life I gained weight again . I try to keep my calorie counting continuously and enjoy my food even if I want to eat chocolate bar!

Great app that does what it says, and does it well!. This app is improved continuously. It does what it claims and puts it all in an easy to use interface. There's a bit of learning curve because it does so much, but it's worth it. I've been using this app several times a day for a couple of years now. It works!

Amazing. With the help of the MyNetDiary app. I lost 155 pounds in 18 months. Successfully cured my severe sleep apnea. Keeping a food diary is the best way to stay on track and achieve life changing results. Thank You MyNetDiary. (Cannot wait for the “iPhone X 🍏update”)

My Mentor. I have used My Net Diary for many years now, and find it very useful and informative to track my diet results eg Glucose,BP, Weight. Although I do not use it every day I am able to track and record trends as applied to me. Many Thanks.

Manages my diabetes. This app is crucial for my diabetes management. I just wish the exercise section would sync better with my Fitbit

Great help. The app is helping me manage my weight and type 2 diabetes.

Disappointed. Although I use this app every day, which I think is good in itself, I am disappointed with the fact that it does not work with my fit bit (only the iPhone watch) unless I upgrade again, - which was not explained BEFORE I upgraded to the diabetes module, and tried to connect the two.

So glad I did my research!. I looked up best apps to help manage diabetes and found this one. BHave only been using it for a little over a week and it has been so helpful in guiding my food choices and educating me to what my body is going through. I love how everything from calorie counting to keeping track of my blood pressure is all in one place. I’ve already told friends about the app. Well worth the 8.99!

Great for diet or diabetes tracking. App is very fast to use with mostly good regular improvements demonstrating the developers consistent commitment to perfecting the app. App has a lot going for it. Food database is constantly updating and can be added to by the user making the ability to populate your intake fields extremely quick.

MyNetfiary Plus. I love this application because it allows me as a Diabetic Type 2 to have all the pertinent information for my dietitian in one place. I can place my glucose numbers, medications, nutrition information, weight, blood pressure info, etc. and even email her reports and the insulin team so they can evaluate my progression. The application made my life easier!!

Can’t get right. After several attempts to keep a daily log of my insulin, food and daily exercise. I finally found something that is easy to use. I couldn’t stand writing down all the information in a journal book. This is by far the best app I’ve used. Yes I’ve tried many different apps as well.

APP. I have been using this for a few months now. I find it to be a very helpful tool in loosing weight and tracking my carbs and calories. I was recently diagnosed with diabeties, but with this apps help I am now off those drugs. With the help of exercise I am on track to live a normal life again

Useful for tracking almost everything.. MyNetDiary has been very useful for all food related issues, weight, exercise. Fairly easy to use. Only problem I ever have is for recipes which are healthier or made healthier with ingredient switches. Have to go to separate app to figure out nutritional values. But all in all, this app has worked well for me. Couple years later, it still works.

Great for Diabetes. T2D now on insulin. The Diabetes app is great because it tracks multiple BGs, as well as insulin, a1c, etc. It makes setting up recipes easy. Note that the home recipes in my fitness pal aren’t available in the database this uses, because you can’t depend on the carbs being correct. For a T1D and some T2Ds, that’s life threatening, so you have to set up each recipe yourself. For example, 1 cup steel cut oats, 4 cups water, then weigh so you can calculate the carbs based on weight...

Sugarman. I have used this app for about 6 years now. I recently upgraded my phone to an iPhone 8. I still like this app except for one thing, the blood glucose chart seems to be a little too big for the screen. It seems to be “cut off” on the right side making it hard to see the latest entry. My little old iPhone 3GS did not have that problem, I could see the whole chart.

Great aid for diabetics and anyone else. MyNetDiary is a thorough, intuitive app that could be helpful for anyone that is attempting to get a handle on what they are eating, and when. Or anyone who wants to track various things such as medications, or water intake, or certain exercises. But it's especially helpful for any diabetic that is determined to get BG under control, helping you to see patterns and weak spots. Good luck out there!

Great program. I greatly depend on this program for records of my diabetic progress. This program is well thought out, and is very versatile, without a lot of unnecessary hocus-pocus. The developers continue to refine and improve this program. They are responsive to suggestion is to enhance the effectiveness of daily use. I would unconditionally recommend this program to any one who is serious about documenting their diabetic information.

Like it. I switched from another blood glucose tracking app and I like this one much better. It's really easy to use and I like how intuitive the food logging is. I wish it worked with my YUNMAI scale. I don't want to have to buy another one to have it give body fat percentage, bone density, hydration etc that this scale already does for me. Am planning on getting an iPhone watch hope to upgrade to max membership and that the watch works with it.

Great app. As a recently diagnosed diabetic, this has helped me so very much. I have lost weight and gotten my blood sugar under control. I love that I can input my own recipes and it will keep track of all the dietary info. Also, able to scan the items for more accurate tracking.

So far so good. Just started using the app to keep track of my blood sugar (pre diabetic) it's really helped me pay more attention to what I'm eating. Sometimes I may think it's something that's good for me to eat but it turns out it's not as good as I thought. My blood sugar was all over the place but it's now staying fairly steady. My husband likes scanning the food labels 😁 I'm going to keep going - oh and I've lost 5-7 lbs since using of course this includes exercise - and I have more energy

Review after 8 days of use. Great app for tracking diabetic lifestyle change. Like how it’s shows the relationship between exercise and diet. Like the various educational links. Like the ability to plan daily menus around what I like to eat and still have control on sodium intake. It took me a couple of days to get use to the app. Above all, It makes me conscious of the food I eat.

Knudscj. This is a really good app. It is the best I have used. It has the ability to chart the medicines that I take, track my sleep, if I charge the watch before going to bed, counts the steps and exercise that I have done today. There is a recipe that you write down all the ingredients and then you tell the app how much of the serving you have eaten and it calculates the nutrition and calories eaten.

Life Saver. I love this app. My blood sugars were out of control . I began using this app by recording my MEDS, everything I put into my mouth including the times, and found I was way over my daily carb intake which caused my sugars to be high. The app is one of a kind. It will keep track of everything to keep you in control.

Amazingly Helpful!!. I have used this App one week now and I love it!! I have been wanting something that would track EVERYTHING in one place, and this does just that. And I do mean EVERYTHING! It will be so simple and easy to share my efforts with my doctor, with proof of my workouts, my meals, my vitals etc. looking forward to getting some weight off, getting more fit and OFF OF MEDICATIONS! Thanks for this fantastic App!!

it does the job. I particularly like the versatility of that it offers me when making out recipes for dishes that I already like none of the other apps that I've looked at gave me the flexibility that this one does. Just since the recent updates for iOS 12.3 the app isn’t working properly with GPS, it does measure distance and calories burned, however it does NOT transfer the data to the calorie counter

General Dissatisfaction. I am paying $9.68 a month for maximum subscription but it will not let me connect my Fitbit saying I need to subscribe to maximum program. I am not going to continue to pay for the maximum and not get the advertized benefits. I have sent several complaints but have received no response. If not resolved by the end of this week will unsubscribe and go with a different program.

Amazing app for my patients. I am a dietitian and a certified diabetes educator. This app has all the aspects that help them manage their diabetes. I not only am an educator, but I am living with diabetes also. I am able to use it with my Fitbit and since I have the premium version I can monitor other health issues that increases risk. I recommend it to all my patients.

I love this app. When I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes I panicked! There was so many things I had no clue what they meant. This app helped me not only keep track of food intake, portion control and blood glucose readings but to understand what was better for my body. I love it! I recommend it to everyone! Even people who don’t have diabetes. It’s really helpful to go grocery shopping and scan the barcodes to understand what’s really inside foods!

I love this app!. Okay, if you have to count carbs or calories and watch blood glucose levels (I have Type 2 diabetes) this is the app for you! So easy to record what I eat, my glucose levels, and my activities all in one place. I’ve tried other apps and this one is by far the best and so easy to use!

Love ❤️. I just love my net diary! It helps my mom calculate my insulin better, and put in foods so that she can give me insulin because I have type one diabetes. This is why I’m giving this a five stars because I just love MyNetDiary! It helps me have a better life because of MyNetDiary and a helps my mom really well to thank you so much for making this app and for your generosity and I mean what I say I love my net diary!!!!💜❤️🩷💙🩵😎😜😝🤪🥳🥰😍😘😇🤣😂😅🥹☺️😊😌😉😙😗😘🥰😍🥰😘🙃🙂🤣

Saving a life one bite at a time.. Finally an app that is so useful and easy to use and is literally saving my life. This app along with new technology like the freestyle libre sensor has helped get my A-1 C from a 17.5 down to 6.9. I may even be able to save my feet. I do not know of very many apps where the users can actually claim the app is improving their health and possibly extending their life. If you were diabetic, this app is a must have.

Goid except .... I like and use the app daily, but each time I try and sinc with the online website there is a makor issue! This time it says I don’t have premium but my Account says I do and it is on my phone app. Too difficult to contact customer service, I may shop around for a new app

Progress, Not Perfection!. I love this app. I have lost 5 lbs already, and still eat the junk that I love, just in smaller *healthier* portions. The barcode scanner is handy for food entry, and the tips are helpful. I just do the FREE version, and it has helped exponentially. Im already feeling better & more energetic, and LOOK better too. Absolutely recommend for weight loss… and my partner is using it for healthy weight gain as well.

Excellent App. I am a diabetic and I use the app to watch how I eat, track my blood sugar, and lose/maintain weight. The app has been very helpful. The charts are very helpful and valuable to my physicians. I’ve been using the app for almost two years now and with their improvements, I will likely be using it for the next two years or more.

Great for Tracking Carbs and Other Elements. I had no idea where to start tracking my food and the effect it had on blood glucose. This app makes it so easy. Generic foods, packaged foods, even load your own homemade recipes, it’s so capable. I have a goal go get A1C to normal range in 6 months and I’m confident this tool will help me reach that goal.

Top notch, best easiest food diary. It’s not a struggle to log your food! It’s extremely interactive. Easy to scan your food and make changes, watch the apple and bicycle, watch videos and get helpful tips. They also send to your email a weekly update and breakdown of nutrients exercise weight loss blood glucose ( BG) water intake. They have reminders to drink water or take BG if you would like and so much more. Worth the premium price 10 x over.

Great App continually improving. Love it.. Great and easy App for tracking all my diet and health needs. Especially managing my pre-diabetes diet selection, consumption, weight and meeting and maintaining goals. Also use the daily notes section to keep other info mood, BP, oxy, temp, sleep, progress, motivation and major changes.

Very complete app. I use the food log, as well as the exercise log and the medication log. The food log has a very large database. You will find most foods in there, especially if you eat a lot of processed and packaged foods. It is a bit more difficult if you cook for yourself. The medication log has been helpful to see if I've forgotten to take meds. I don't have diabetes, but the diabetes tracker looks useful.

Pre- diabetic. My son was diagnosed with pre diabetes a few weeks back. I found this app and started making him meals from here and he’s lost 10 pounds so far. I highly recommend this app to everyone, no matter if they’re diabetic or not!! So worth the yearly fee, just to know my son is eating good and staying healthy!! Total life saver this app was for him!!!🥹🤍

Great for foods not so for medications. To begin, this is an excellent app for managing food intake. I am using this app to lower A1C and loose weight. It’s important to record everything, but so far it’s worth the effort recording food, exercise, and water intake as I am reaching my goals. By the way the app sets a realistic goal to reach the weight loss you want to achieve.... very good. I only wish when recording meditations you could repeat previous entries. Thanks for a well thought out app. Won’t let you print a report?

Nice app limited food info. I love these features: iOS friendly, tracking my blood glucose, exercise, food, vitamins and medications. I do not like the food app as much. It is very limited. MyFitnessPal has much better nutrition info and food selection. I am disappointed as I not only paid for this app but I paid for the pro version so that I my iPhone and Apple Watch could be connected with the app. I still have to pay extra for the IPad app if I would like to use that. Example of food dictionary: I went to Wendy’s and got a 1/2 order if Apple Pecan Salad. There are 3 different options in MyNetDiary for that salad and have differing nutrition info. Would be nice if somehow restaurants and other food items that are bought would be linked with MyNetDiary (as they are with MyFitnessPal) so that I could accurately log my food intake as it is very important to do so with diabetes. I do love that the app helps me stay on track with my goals.

Overall, very awesome app. This app is surprisingly extremely helpful for tracking food and blood sugars for my type 1 diabetes. Also, I like how I can list my insulin doses and the charts it creates for weight, blood sugars, and insulin. So far I haven't had any issues with this app! Overall, I'm very impressed. The one downside, I wish this was a prenatal meal plan and weight management options.

A necessity for me. I've lost about 50 pounds with the help of this app and its linked exercise app (now incorporated into main app). I'm not sure how I would have done it without them. I wish there were a greater variety of Asian and Latin American foods on the list, but I love being able to customize foods, and overall it has been extremely helpful.

I am losing weight and the need for insulin. I’ve been using that my net diary for years now. Two months ago I decided to really apply myself and use the premium menus and recipes. I’ve lost 20 pounds and I stopped using injections for insulin at meal time. I’m on my way to true freedom from diabetes. Thank you my net net diary.

Can’t login with Apple after update. Have to delete the app and reinstall each time the app restarts after the latest update. Since my T1D diagnosis earlier this year, this was my go to app for tracking my carbs. After the last update, I was no longer able access my account using login with Apple (which is how I signed up), until I deleted and reinstalled the app. It took me a couple of days to figure this out and all of the logging I did in the interim was lost. I’m stuck with my premium charge til next spring but I won’t be renewing then.

Best tracking app I have ever used. I have tried a lot of tracking apps, but MyNetDiary is hands-down the very best I have found. It is intuitive, easy to use, and packed with features. Thanks to MyNetDiary, I have lost 25 pounds in the past four months. MyNetDiary has made it easy. I expect to use it indefinitely. Thank you, MyNetDiary team! I recommend it highly!

The Most Comprehensive!. The best app for type two diabetes and prediabetics. Hands-down! Covers all the bases I have yet to find a food item that is not already in the system. I shop at Trader Joe’s, and I was so happy to see that their foods are in this database. The app makes it so easy to track your food, blood sugar, and weight.

Amazing app. The most comprehensive app I’ve ever used. I’ve used it off and on with a subscription for at least five years. It works perfectly for me. Everything you want to know about creating healthy meals, recipes, learning about macro meal planning, healthy eating information and a super easy way to track it is in this app.

The Best. I have used so many other food tracker apps but MyNetDiary is the best, bar none! This app is user friendly, very comprehensive and clear. I will not use another food tracker again. This is it for me. I highly recommend it if your goal is to achieve optimum health benefits that include fitness and good nutrition.

Cool app. When my last app failed me, I went looking for a new one.. I’m very happy to have found you! You have the most comprehensive food database I have found. The only thing missing is a way to calculate the insulin I need for each meal so every meal requires 3 apps, but maybe you can add that in a future upgrade??

Good but doesn't have a great food list.. This is a good app especially for diabetics. Love the interface with Apple health and fitness apps. My only complaint is lack of library of fresh non processed or non branded food. Other apps are better in terms of having a larger selection of food items. However, I prefer this app for its interface with apps that bring food and exercise data in one place. Charts and dashboard are unreadable due things being printed over other reports.

Great application for weight loss and diabetes. As a person with diabetes, I have tried a lot of different applications to help me manage my diabetes. None come close to My Netdiary. My A1C is steadily going down. My husband uses this app to help him lose weight. He diligently enters everything he eats. He has learned many useful tools like portion size. He has lost 78 lbs. in 7 months.

Great Tracking App. I’ve been using the app for a few years now. I have recently been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Now, instead of tracking carbs as my primary goal I track total carbs, which really makes it easy to see how much insulin I need for each meal and not have to add each food item separately. I highly recommend this app for weight loss and carb counting for diabetes.

So many features!. It’s difficult to imagine how so much power can be packed into 1 app. I count carbs and this app makes it very easy. The notes feature is something I haven’t seen anywhere else and adding a food to the database is easy and results in reliable information since it isn’t strictly user-generated. I’m grateful for the “how-to” videos. I love the in-depth info that’s always at my fingertips.

FABULOUS app!!. This is a superb app for tracking food, exercise, water, meds…whatever you need to log. It’s visually appealing, easy to use, and very handy to see at a glance where you are at for the day. You have the option to create reports that you can print out or email based on a variety of factors. And all of this is FREE and doesn’t data-mine you. Download this app asap. You’ll be glad you did!!

Amazing tool for type 2 diabetes. I have had type 2 diabetes for 8 years now. I have looked for an app where I can log my BG and food to look for correlations. Finally, this app exists! And it gives helpful advice too! My endocrinologist and naturopath doctors were excited too and will share this app with their clients. This app is truly an instrument to control your blood glucose numbers and make small, healthy changes!

Super for diabetics. I am a Health and fitness teacher and am always looking for examples of apps to show my students. This was one of the best, working with the apple health app the students often take the apps I show them home to their parents. The student becomes the teacher, the family learns and the student achieves higher order thinking. It's a win, win!

My net diary. I love this app it has helped me a lot but the charts are not user friendly. I can’t see or print my blood pressure/heart rate chart. I use to be able to see it but now I can’t. It’s very frustrating! I wish the charts were better so I could take to my doctor instead of having to track my results on paper.
