Too many updates and still the same issues.. This makes the third time in a row I’ve been directed by St David’s to go to MyHealthone app to preregister for a scheduled procedure only to be to told by popup my app is out of date. Last update lost my fingerprint log in to an account that I had never established a password for; ended up getting locked out and jumping through a lot of hoops just to get in and preregister with info that hasn’t changed. Why bother having an app if it’s going to require a download each time which by use it potentially cost me access?
This app is amazing! Very happy with it!. I love to be able to see lab results and the doctor’s notes/findings/surgery reports. It’s great to find all results and information in my app and not be wondering about results etc.
Reports. I have had a whole bunch of test done since I’ve been in this hospital. I had triple bypass surgery done last Thursday I believe and I’m trying to find my latest check x-ray and the latest one that is available is from April 1 and they actually took an ultrasound in another chest x-ray at 10 o’clock this morning so I actually think your website stinks to be quite frank Kirk Markee
Great App - Easy to use!. I love this app. It makes accessing my health records so much easier. I really appreciate having the ability to compare results of my lab tests from one visit to the next in an easy to follow format—it makes tracking my health progress simple. 👍🏼
“Share” function on app doesn’t work. When you press “share” on the app and it tells you you can share with Dr. or download your data and you think “that’s helpful” don’t be fooled, it never works! Tells you “unable to process your request, please try again” no matter how many times you “try again”. And don’t bother replicating the issue through the app, they just tell you “due to nature of info please call a representative”. Hello! I know it’s sensitive medical info! That’s why I’m not calling someone and giving that info on phone! This is a medical app! Ever considered maybe a patient can’t speak! Fix the app
Pre-registration. I went through and completed the entire and lengthy pre-registration form . at the end it would not ket me submit and asked that i try again. My wife went back through It and the same thing happened. If Parkridge wants me to take my time to pre-register to save their staff time then they had better get a better program. No way will I go back through this crappy app again. I rate it a big fat 00.
Should be Better by Now. Slow, kludgy, unintuitive. Did I mention s l o w. It logged me out in the middle of making keystroke data entry. Twice. Fortunately it saved the data but I still had to log back in and navigate back to the page. Because everything is so slow to render, it took a while. It doesn’t link data entered in one place (as for example registering for a visit) with another place (for example, your profile). It’s annoying and unnecessary to have to upload photos of my insurance cards and photo ID, the name of my primary physician, and similar things when it’s already available in a different part of the app. I don’t know about anybody else, but my directive to physicians, DNR, and the like are not available on some URL online. They are available as PDFs in my computer. This app won’t allow me to upload those PDFs. It accepts only URLs. And best I can tell, it doesn’t link up with other similar apps. It’s just another data to silo. Looks like the profession has advanced from clipboard silos to electron silos. WooHoo.
Interesting program. I find this HealthOne app very easy and interesting to operate. I’m happy to know that I can find the results of my appointments or test in detail. I’m just learning how to use the program, however I find it to be very helpful viewing my results, still learning how to use it since I just signed up with the App. Thank you
Seeing my Results. Nice to be able to have close records of test! Love the website! Helps to keep a accurate track of your test and progress!
Can’t view all bills or records for a patient. I like the patient portal overall, but the records are not always complete, and there is no easily accessible way to view billing activity. They issue a separate account number for each date of service so you have to hunt for each date. Additionally you can not search by account number.
Account creation issues, payment issues. I’m not impressed. Account creation was difficult. Fields don’t auto populate. It would be nice to have a log in with Apple or similar option. My real complaint is with the payment. It was difficult to use the credit card form, again didn’t auto populate correctly. And when I clicked submit, it crashed and reported a system error. So did I pay or not? I’ll have to wait and see. You should add in Apple Pay to make it dead simple.
Absolutely wonderful experience!. 1st visit to Medical City McKinney and would 100% recommend! I have a chronically I’ll child and the staff was phenomenal, from housekeeping, clerical, nursing and physicians we could not have had a better experience. Everyone listened and also explained the plan so very well. Hospital was also environmentally very well maintained. Great qualified staff and we will definitely come again if we ever need a hospital!
Fixed! Great App!. Updating my previous review since they fixed the issues! Thanks for a quick fix! After the latest update I can’t get past the loading screen after choosing state and hospital. Up until recently it was working fine.
Urgent care. I’m visiting Texas. Needed to visit urgent care but Ihave to complete this app to get my lab results I don’t understand why they make it so hard to get my records. I’ll never use this app again. It’s not in my state. Then they put 10 pages, on my iPhone, of disclosures which I can’t read that I have to agree to to see my records. Then they tell me that my results aren’t ready after they said it was. Grrrr.
Not always “on”. When the app works it is great. When it doesn’t, It really doesn’t. Lately it’s been Doesn’t. It takes forever to load, then after it is loaded it will tell me that I have no health records or can’t find my appointments. I have deleted and re-installed 3 times. I hate this app but this is where I can sometimes, if the goods are with me, get results from bone marrow biopsies and Dr reports. I’m using 5G wireless with “all the bars”.
Provider Reports Missing for Months. Something broke in early September 2021 making daily provider reports unavailable. While the app says this is temporary, after more than three months without a fix, it sure feels permanent! What is the hold up!? How about better managing customer expectations by telling us why this happened and when it will be fixed. It is nearly impossible these days to get doctors on the phone when you need them, so having these in-app updates for loved ones staying long in the hospital had been a godsend.
Treatment. Front desk personnel were very polite and friendly. No waiting time. Dr listened to me re: health issues. She didn’t rush but took the time to address them and ordered an rx after examining me. To my surprise I was called today as a professional courtesy follow up. That has never happened. It was very nice to do that. Thank you all.
Amazing Health Records App!. This app is super easy to use and navigate through your records and being able to select and share/send records with additional doctors or clinics is such a great option to have right at your hand.
Worst Ever. The communication leading to this app was all about pre registering for my surgery. Once you get it set up and logged in, there is nothing that allows you to register for anything and all the links take you from one to the other until you are back where you started, which is nowhere. Now it is making me choose a nickname o submit this and so far all are taken.
Easy to navigate. Able to check my results and get it in a timely manner, do not have to wait on phone if you want this press 1 or if you want that press 3 and the leave a message, much faster and secure.
Not user friendly or helpful. I go regularly for lab work. Every time I go generates a new account number so I have to enter each one to discover whether I owe anything. Why can’t it simply show me everything with dates of service, even if my balance is $0. At least then I could rest assured I did not owe. As it now stands, I’ll only discover I owe $5 when some collection company sends me a bill for $5 plus $100 in penalties and fees. This is one of the less user friendly systems I’ve had to use.
Patient Test Results. I need to get Covid results for my son but it’s only showing me results for myself. The location in Dickinson told me to download the app and I should find my sons test results there. However she did not explain how to obtain those results. I tried creating an account in his name but I was unable to so I have no idea how to get his results. The app does not explain if you can add dependents or not. Now I have to drive to the Care Now location to pick up my sons Covid results in order for him to return to school. I was originally told to download the LabCorp app and the results would be downloaded there. I did and his results are still not there. I was Covid positive over a month ago and my results are still not in LapCorp. So I have now downloaded two apps and neither can give me the documentation I need.
Great app. I have so many health issues that it is ridiculous. This app helps me keep track of lab results surgeries (32) and medications. I wish it was not limited to the few hospitals it supports and I could link with TX medical center hospitals. Maybe I can?
Annual Mamo. Chesterfield Imaging is a superior place to have your annual mano. The techs are very sensitive to your individual needs. I had high anxiety going to hospitals to have this test. I can actually say my visit to CI produced no anxiety. The results are immediately posted to MyHealthOne. This was the easiest test i have had this year. It was a very positive experience!
So easy!!!. I have given this Application 5 stars because of how user friendly, easy to navigate and a plethora of information. If I need to contact my physician or hospital this is the easy and quickest way possible. I can see test results, medical records, past and upcoming appointments, radiology reports. I can register only for pre-op and get discharge instructions if I lose the papers I receive being discharged from my facility.
Not Elderly Friendly. My husband and I use the same email address. Have done so for 30 years as do many of our elderly friends. We can’t set up a my health one account for both of us because we share an email address. This email address has been connected to both of our medical records for all these years. Now, only one of us can set up an account. This is ludicrous!! We don’t want two email addresses and should not be forced to do so just so we both can get our medical records. This is taking HEPA privacy to the extreme and is counter productive. For those who choose to share their email account with a spouse it should be their choice. Because I set up my health one first, my husband is unable to view his records and can not register for his upcoming appointments. Shame on My Health One!!
So helpful for my dr appointment. I recently misplaced my insurance card and didn’t realize that until a doctors appointment earlier this week . Thankfully I remembered I uploaded my insurance card into the app and was able to share that information with the front office. So helpful!
One True Thing. i I have several doctors and each seems to have their own portal and very few use the portals to best advantage like sharing information if the share an zan app like Healow. So it remains a hard place to navigate information. But… My Health One is the two year summary of all my hospital, or urgent care visits. One place. Thank you very much for quieting the issues and making it easy to find dates and doctors. Also my appreciation toweekendCustomer Service Jody for walking me through the information and navigation.
What a piece of crap!. Let’s do this by the numbers: 1. Updates to appointments infrequently 2. No ability to send or receive correspondence with care providers 3. App gets stuck trying to update profile and won’t proceed beyond that. 4. When I think of an app that is meant to be helpful-it should eliminate the need to call in for basic information. It should show up coming appointments and the have ability to send a message to providers all concerns before coming in for an appointment. By all mean download this app, if all you need to see are some of your records( yes, some). Don’t expect it to be useful though.
Total Joke of an app. I went three times to urgent care the records of which were supposed to populate to this app. They never did. I called twice for assistance. The first time I was told they weren’t populating due to the urgent care entering my address incorrectly. I had them correct the address, but the visits still weren’t appearing. I called again and after the worker tried and failed to figure out the problem, I was told that it would be sent to tier two to see if they could figure out the problem. Next, I tried the mess engine function in the app. The first response revealed that they hadn’t bothered to read and comprehend my message. I sent another message. That time, they said I would have to call yet again before they would forward it to tier two. I had already talked to these people nearly two hours, so I’ve had enough.
Dr Sizar. Dr. Sizar is a wonderful upcoming doctor. He is a great listener and tries very hard to make you feel comfortable. He also shows respect towards your opinions. He is also handsome and clean cut. I am happy that he is my doctor. No stress when I see him. May God continues to bless him in his practice and he doesn’t let the love of money change him.
Poorly Designed. Setup Account which was not to complicated. Went to the pay option and it took over and hour after numerous attempts to get the bill to load. When it finally did I tried to setup payment options and after several attempts again I got an error message saying something went wrong and I need to contact the administrator. What a complete waste of time. This is by far one of the worst apps.
Really???. I just need to print or send a CT report to a provider at a different hospital system, but … no. You can’t do that! How hard is it to let me do one or the other without sending pages of information that they already have, what a waste! Plus once you do find the single report can I do either? Nope! MyHealthONE has been a royal pain since my first use, as an employee talked me through the system, saying things like “That shouldn’t happen!” or “I don’t know why you can’t get that done?” until today. I have wasted my breath offering suggestions here and was even told if I wanted any of my suggestions to come to fruition I needed to get a job asCEO.
Excellent Referral. I appreciate my referral to Dr Nudell recommending ‘He is the Best Gastrointerologist in the Tampa Bay Area.’ I was able to acquire an appointment with Loren Anderson, whom is Excellent! She reviewed my symptoms with detailed knowledge of my medical history reflecting her research and review before my appointment. Loren stepped out to discuss my case with Dr Nudell, then in a short time he entered with introduction and review of his diagnosis and tests to be scheduled in his office before recommended surgery that I knew I needed. Dr. Nudell is a top specialist who took time with me to discuss my options, explain what he prescribes to help me and give me total confidence in him as The Best.
No longer works. The app was working just great and provided a lot of information up until today. I downloaded the newest version and it still isn’t working correctly. It kicks me out or says it doesn’t recognize me. Sometimes it finally logs in and the results don’t load. Just give an error message. Please fix it as it used to work just fine. Never had any issues until today. Not able to look at anything whatsoever.
Horrible interface. Probably the worst of the worst health care interfaces. I get a message to register for an appointment. Follow the prompts. It took repeated times for the interface to text me verification. Even longer waits for email verification and it timed out. Once I got in, there are no prompts to register. None. No record if appointment in future. Yet hospital called about it. This is a.worthless waste of time. And completely useless.
Neurosurgeon. Dr Ritter is an amazing caring doctor. I’m front of us he called the pain specialist to make sure he saw me right away. I was so impressed. Usually now you usually have to wait months to see a doctor. Recommend him five stars.
Log on issues. Every time I try to log in, it takes at least 3 times. I type everything correctly and it doesn’t work until the 3rd or 4th try. Very frustrating.
Awesome!!!!!. I love this app so simple and easy to use. It makes keeping all my health records so organized and easy to find right here on my app! And they even have a biometric log in option which im sorta a tech geek and i myslef thought that feature was awesome sauce! As well as i can see everything i need right with a click of a button!! Thank you for having such a easy user interface and i have not had one single issue with the app i run off of ios16 and love it
Cost for MRI. I still don’t know how much it is going to cost me for a MRI and the cost of the person you will review theMRI and write up the summary. All that I got was a warning that the doctor may or may not be under my insurance policy even though the MRI outpatient facility is. I don’t understand why?..
Kindness that I received at Sunrise Hospital. I just really wanted to say that’s from the time that I walked in to the main lobby was greeted by the Admit section At 5 30 Am with smiles and warm ness then was sent to the back post surgery waiting room and was greeted we a smile and a very warm welcome it there with so many smiles and so much kindness I also want to send a special thanks to both the nurses that attended me while I was there especially to Emily in recovery she was very kind very sweet I will always be very Grateful for the care I received 😇from everyone
Very cool. app is pretty well made. You can message you doctors, see clinical results and a number of other helpful things. The app is used by a whole network of healthcare service providers so it’s a one stop shop to see results from family doctor visits or ER visits, etc. which is soooo helpful.
Somewhat confusing and un-optimized. You’ll get an email saying to register for an appointment ( that you’ve already made previously ) but it doesn’t automatically connect to your account when clicking on prompts. You have to instead open the app, and it still doesn’t show correct info much of the time.
Update loop fail. The app is requiring me to update to the latest version to use. I updated it via App Store and went back into the app just for it to say I need to update to the latest version again. It once again rerouted to the App Store but it just says “open” as it’s already downloaded. I’m stuck on an endless loop without access to my recent medical information.
Currently incomplete app. I always appreciate info provided by medical record apps and have especially been grateful for this one while dealing with various aspects of our visits to JMS and Doctors Hospital. MYHEALTHONE can be confusing to navigate but functioned well enough until recently when doctors reports disappeared from the site. That may be a problem on the hospital side but it impacts our usage for updates to various insurance/disability agencies/ other doctors that we deal with. If the problem is on the app side, I do hope it is fixed soon.
No information posted. I’ve had 7 surgery numerous test performed at the Overland Park Regional Hospital. I’ve received an email each and every time I have a test or procedure done to check my health one app. Nothing. I mean nothing is posted in this app or either the app doesn’t show me. So either the hospital isn’t posting the information correctly or the app isn’t showing me this information. What a waste of space o my phone I’m deleting it and hope that you find your hospital of choice delivers the information you expect to find in this app.
No results. I find the app very easy to use, but extremely slow in uploading results from testing & labs!! It should not take 2 weeks to upload the final results of a xray/CT scan etc…Especially when your doctor office has already received the final results within 48 hours of the test. Myself, as the patient, have the right to access my own health information. That is the purpose of the patient portal! Faster access!
Update. Good morning, this update on the latest version of MyHealthONE, doesn’t seem to be working properly, after I did update, I still get the update pop screen over & over, deleted the app, upload it again & still update screen appears not letting me do nothing & of course not letting me in my chart! Can some 1 in IT fix this please, thank you!
Awesome. With the advancement of modern technology, ease of access to personal health information has been lacking in healthcare. This type of platform in particular should be a staple to all future and present patients.
UI better than MyChart, info very lacking. Have to give credit to designers for just sticking normal UI conventions and components and not making up weird new stuff like MyChart does. That said, the actual experience of using this app is way worse than MyChart. This is not particularly integrated with HCA’s actual charting system. Many sections in the records never seem to get updated at all. The ones that do, take 5-10 minutes to populate with data AFTER a you go to a screen to view it. I have no idea what kind of wacky integration they had to do with the real charting system but having a hard time imagining what takes 5 minutes to update some text between 2 systems. This happens any time you have any new record in your chart of any type. You have to open the app, click on the section of the record that you want, put down your phone and go do something else for 5 minutes, and then come back abd check it again.

Not Usable ATM. Went to open the app and was told it needed to be updated before I can use it. The app updated and when I opened it it said I needed to update the app to use it again, except there aren't any other updates. So its stuck in an unusable loop right now.
Portal. I think portal should take a lesson from Vanderbilt‘s website, which is so much more efficient than this Hca product. I find it difficult to logon difficult to find your results. I think it’s a very poor site go to Vanderbilt and check out this it’s excellent.
Pre registration. Went through whole process. Some pages had go back to previous page and refill the information. Got to the end and App would not accept information. Said try again.
ER Staff. This ER is fabulous. They are fast and efficient and work together well. Staff were very knowledgeable. They are well trained. Thank you for great care.
Hospital. I been trying to get past what state and what hospital/ It won’t let me past that/ what’s going on with that? Please explain it to me / thank you n Stay Well Everyone/

Terrible app. Buggy software will not accept payment and will make your payments “late”. Any Apple Card transaction I attempt fails in the app regardless of what card I use. Extremely unfair to offer a payment app that does not work and then penalize your users for late payments.
Joke of an App. While feeling the worst I’ve get all year I tried to download the app to schedule an appointment. When trying to schedule one the UI is so terrible that you can’t even see the location of the clinic…. Literally just go to any other doctor in your area than deal with the hassle of this app
Ease of use. It is not easy at all to use. MyChart. App is much better app for my use. I cannot find doctors notes from my last visit on this app.
Question. This was very helpful however it would be nice if we just just send a message to the Dr rather then booking an appointment.
Nice to know. It’s really nice to know when you have a test and really want to know the results. It’s great!!
Review. Having the ability to connect my 1 by one machine to Bluetooth saves me time by putting my readings into my phone. I like that a lot.
No longer works. App does not work after update. It says I have to use the latest version to use it, but I’ve already updated it. I removed it and reinstalled and restarted my phone and it still tells me I have to update.
This app is a joke. Too many features do not work. The address field does allow numbers or spaces. Cut and paste does not work. It looks like it was prematurely released with no testing. The only capability that works is to check results. Forget any feedback or interaction, is a waste of time.
Outstanding & Professionalism. From the greeter @ front entrance to the nursing staff in same day surgery, the attention and care I was given was first class & comforting 👍🏼👏🏽❤️
Faulty App. The Provider Reports have been unavailable since I’ve started using this app 3 weeks ago. They provide no updates on when it will be fixed. It’s an enormous inconvenience to find a fax machine, which is the only way you can get access to provider reports.
Tricare. Tried preregistration but was not able to move forward. Put in information on Tricare but do not have phone number nor addresses… app would not allow me to save and move forward… frustrating!
Stopped working. This app was working perfectly until two days ago. Now it asks for your preferred hospital and gets stuck on that screen. Now why would they add a feature that makes this app non-functional? Why not test the feature before adding it? Very poor implementation and failure of what used to be a great app.
Freezes up. This app works most of the time. But when I’m looking for specific information from a visit, it spins like it’s loading. But, instead it freezes the page trying to open. There is no update to this app. Please fix.
First time user. I found the APP very useful, easy, after it kicked me out, and they had to reset my password! Thanks
Easy. This is an easy app to access and use. I like this better than the other ones I have.
Some Bugs.... It won’t let you slide the “remember me” switch so you have to type everything in every time. The bill pay system does not work in the app but the exact same bill pay system works on the website. Very weird. Each time I tried in app it said “error has been logged”. Almost forgot but if you use the message system and select medical question you get a canned response saying you cannot ask medical questions. Why have the option? Other than that, the results and records are good.
Appointment. I was notified of my appointment and said to log in. I thought I was updating my records but when logged in it only went to the appointment date. Not sure why it ask to register since I did not see a way to get to any registration updates.
Great App user friendly. I great way to communicate with my provider.
Can’t set account password. The continue box blocks the view of password requirements on this app. I tried many many times to set a complex password but it would not accept and the continue box blocked my view of whatever it was that I was missing. Adaptive response coding needs to be improved.
Does not secure our data. Tried signing up for an account. My password was too long and generated an error message. It is 2020 and we need long password support to secure our data! Not comfortable trusting this app with my data if I cannot use a secure password. Let us know when this is fixed.
Access to Medical records. There two accounts linked and I cannot access my records even though my demographic data is correct. The accounts should be allowed to merge
Not working anymore. It was working great until yesterday now it asks for my preferred hospital and stays stuck on that screen. We were really enjoying this app. Hopefully it’s fixed soon so we can keep up with my husbands lab work.
Love this ALL in one medical app. It really instantly connects with all my medical records in one place.I can see my results from tests sometimes even before before my I use it all the time!
Miserable, slow, incomplete. I hate this app. I am forced to use it to keep up with a couple of DRs and health institutions. I constantly have issues with it being slow, freezing, and it does not have the intuitive features MyChart/Epic has. I really cannot fathom how it has a 4.6 star review. It seems so outdated and it appears more revered institutions do not use it.
Liver transplant patient. I think it’s great ! cause you can read and educate your self about your condition. And ask questions about it to your doctor .
Fast Teat Results!. I’m still waiting for my Drs Office to call me back about my Report. Going on Day 2! ☹️

Worse hospital ever. Only one star for nurse Jason, we supposed to be discharge at 3 am and now it’s 10:10pm and we are still in a hospital. Hard to find the nurse, my dad call the nurse and she came 2 hours after with attitude. We supposed to get trained with nurse nobody was available. You can not compare this hospital to utsw or other. Worse hospital ever
Too complicated; can’t register both husband and wife; too many passwords and codes sent. Too complicated. For each medical facility I have to register both myself and my husband on a different access tool or app. It’s far too confused a process.
App doesn’t work. I’ve been trying to pre register for surgery and the pre-registration screen won’t let me click next. The next icon is on top of a phone number so when I click next it tries to dial the number. App needs to be fixed!
Emergency Room. I felt good as could be with the staff. Friendly staff and they took good care of me. I would recommend Stonecrest to anyone needing healthcare.
Needs Apple Health Integration. The app is fine, but the nature of our healthcare system means only part of your data is in here. Plus, the UI of apple health is so much better. We have no shot of a personal health record if places like HCA continue to silo their data.
Filling out forms. I find the app difficult to use and I worked in healthcare for 35 years It does explain things well There are so few choices sometimes nothing work. If I want o make an appointment for a new Dr it doesn’t have any place to send me no answers to my questions. I love GVH BUT THIS IS THE WORST APP
Decent app. My only complaint is that this does not show date and time of appointments.
Doesn't allow to pay bill. Still haven't been able to pay bill frozen screen.
Updates that don’t fix a thing.. The app worked great for a week back in August, but it’s been at “provider reports are temporarily unavailable” for at least a month and a half. And yes, I know I can call and get the provider reports but that’s literally the whole point of the app because the hospital will end up being aggressively unhelpful in obtaining actual records.
Love the app!!!. What a great experience. I love being able to see my urgent care data too! I wish I had my physician information in here too.
Web Check In. Three separate dates and attempts to be efficient and check in online. No text or callback at all. Patients go elsewhere with this kind of frustration. Either turn off this capability or fix it to appropriately prompt online patients.
Great hospital. Everyone works very professional with me. I’m comfortable and will recommend this hospital.
Registration. To register for an upcoming visit I am required to fill in all the information for insurance card. Where that can just be taken care of by a simple photo of the front and off the back of the card then I don’t have to do all the filling in. easy fix
Review. This app is worse than terrible. If I could give it minus stars I would.
Best Nurse. My nurse Mary Ann and Liza her assistant were so hospitable during my visit. she's working so hard while pregnant! I appreciate how attentive, caring and patient of a nurse she is . Ann Marie Smidt- Mair
